Sassy Sauce: I missed all of the after Christmas saw items. This location had a few products left over from Christmas but nothing I really wanted. Overall the store was neat and organized. I didn’t need any additional items for this trip, just preparing for next years holiday decorations.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Great shops for home goods, this is very big shop i have been going that HomeDepot for many years i was there very first day when they opened, biggest problem is coustmer service is very bad here i stud for help for more than 20 minutes before someone showed up.

They offer a verity of products that can help you with your Lawn, Garden, Appliances, Painting, Outdoor Patio, Home Improvement, Cleaning Products, Tools/Equipment Rentals and many many more. I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..

Jeff Rueckgauer: Needed a red 10 cup Brita pitcher. App says there is 1 in stock. Not on the shelf. 4 associates said they couldn't help but would page someone for the aisle. 10 minutes is more than enough time for someone to at least arrive, even if they have to look further. This HD had been really good for many years. The pandemic is no excuse for just unhelpful people and plainly unconcerned, inept management.

Rickey Anderson: I went to the Rhode Island Avenue store it was good. What would made it excellent if their stock was current with the website. They didn't have it even though the computer said they did have it. The item was Sphagnum moss. Happy that I was able to find a few other items

Bailey Cage: Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been to a Home Depot where the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I had spent hours online trying to research the best products / methods for tiling my second-story concrete subfloor with no definitive answers, so I decided to head to the store and find someone to help me. Normally Home Depot workers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but whoever they sent back to flooring to help me seemed to know nothing. He was able to show me where items were on the aisle, but he couldn’t answer a single question about how to tile my floor or what the differences and pros/cons in products were. It was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, and I ended up leaving with a couple hundred dollars of products I later had to return. What truly upset me is that I did some more research once I got home just to find out the answer I was looking for is common knowledge in construction, but as someone doing a DIY project, I just didn’t know what terms I had to search for. For a Home Depot employee - the flooring specialist - to not know this is astounding.

I am trying to get a door, but the store is unresponsive, the management is inept and provides no additional assistance, the associates are extremely slow, unknowledgeable of the products. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this store. Please go to another Home Depot location.

Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

DAVID GILL: paint dept vert slow. When paint was done I was not told it was done. I came up to the counter and stood there waiting while emotes helped others. After 10 minutes he pointed at can. I said is that mine he looked at me like Duh.

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

scmi7y: Not too good experience, they did not have any of the 4 things we came for. Also they don't sell graphic cards in this store. Staff was 50/50 some was very helpful and good attitude. While others seemed annoyed by customers getting in their way and asking "stupid" questions. Somewhat hard to navigate the store. And prices has gone up lately.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

You made our shopping experience a breeze!

Matt Jepsen: Whatever you do, don't order online. BBB uses UPS Sure Post where UPS delivers to your local/regional post office who in turn delivers it with your mail. I'm a big proponent of the US Mail and I have no beef with UPS. But, they often don’t work well together and the handoff makes for significant delays. If you're going big box for online shopping, stick with Walmart/Target/Amazon or better yet, support a local business.

Patrick: The people working do not wear the masks appropriately - mouth covered, nose not. One employee was kind enough to put more disinfectant wipes for the carts after asked him to. Cool products and great place to get small sized items for travel.

Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.

Stuart Miles-McLean: I don't like all the self check out lines which are killing jobs. They did have things I was looking for in the wild bird and critter section, but it appears they need more employees -- all over the store -- to keep the inventory organized and properly shelved and labeled. The employees I did encounter were very helpful and friendly; it just looked like they need more of them.

Kev- keepingitreal: This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.

Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. It is so refreshing to have people who are pleasant and helpful at their jobs I will definitely come back to this location to get all the plants I need this spring! Marla was very helpful as well along with the young man who answered some of my questions about my plans. All around a wonderful experience!

goklt: Lots of materials here. Check out was fast. However good luck asking for assistance. Lots of associates are walking around but not helping customers. I tracked an employee down for assistance in moving materials from a high shelf to store level in the door section. He called two times for assistance to my aisle but no one came and he advised going to customer service. They called and still no help. Had to track somone down in a different department altogether. Crazy.

Chase Johnson: The employees here are courteous. But the wood cutting service they claim to offer is not available when needed. The store should just be candid that wood cutting won’t be available (or at the very least won’t be available at any specific time). I am a local DIYer (not a contractor). Before I bought wood I asked about cutting and was told it was no problem—buy it and then request a cut. I did. I was then told the lumber associate wasn’t available for an hour. I couldn’t get the wood (a single sheet of plywood I needed to cut in half) into my car, so I waited. After an hour, there was still no lumber associate, so the wood was never cut.

N R: Terrible customer service. Returning an item took 3 months of repeated calls to schedule a pickup and even when Lowe's had the item back multiple calls were needed to secure the refund. Such a hassle, so worth avoiding! The third party delivery service that they use doesn't turn up in the agreed time slots so it's very easy to miss them and then get stuck in the web of calls that are required to reschedule.

Annie Signorelli: I ordered a dishwasher with professional installation and the process from start to finish was completely nontransparent and unprofessional. The installation had to be rescheduled because the dishwasher wasn’t pulled down for pick up in time, and then when it was installed it was the incorrect dishwasher — not even the right brand. After several hours on the phone with the Lowes installation line, including being told multiple times that they couldn’t advance the process because they couldn’t get in touch with anyone at their own Lowes store, I called the store directly and was able to sort it out and get the installation rescheduled. A Lowes associate later told me that they don’t have the “luxury” of waiting on hold with the store which is what I had to do in order to ensure my order was completed. Finally the correct dishwasher was installed on the third attempt and I was told I could contact the installation line again to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Again it took multiple attempts to even get an update on where my case stood, despite being told every time that I should expect a call back “by end of business” every day I called. When I finally got offered compensation it was for less than half of the amount I requested (I requested the installation service be refunded seeing as it took 3 attempts and I was the one having to set everything up because Lowes did not follow through). While I am satisfied with the product I am in disbelief at how difficult and unprofessional the process was with Lowes. I do not recommend purchasing appliances from installation from this store or using the Lowes installation services.

Conchita Coney: Excellent but one of the employees didn't know what he was talking about whereas getting parts for a 2019 torro self-repellent lawn mower. He told my husband and I to go to store name Grainger on MD 202 they are either closed or permanently shut down.

Elizabeth Ramming: Assistance was top notch!! The gentlemen working there were very polite and helped me a lot with specific questions. HOWEVER-- However, I needed lumber, a 1X6 piece. What they had in stock was WET. But oh! I found 2 dry pieces at the bottom. But alas, don't be happy for me. Those pieces were warped in both directions - both along the length and width. That's it. So, shut up and buy it, or fight DC traffic to go someplace else. Both of those options were the absolute WORST. Why was the wood wet amd warped?? ... Duhhh. How utterly stupid.

Cliodhna MacFadden: We purchased the Element 65” TV, and after 3 days the backlight broke. We tried everything to fix it. Without a box or receipt in hand, we brought it back to see what may be possible to do. Associates TK, Nicole S, and Anton were able to use the debit card used to purchase to look up my receipt to get our return sorted. We so appreciate them going truly above and beyond to show us their compassion and excellent customer service.

Jasmine Thomas: Mobile Tech Has A Rude Raspy Voice Lady Working There. Ms.Kathy Is Extremely Unprofessional & Doesn’t Know What She Is Talking About. She Lied & Told Me That An AT&T Phone Was Unlocked. The Phone Wasn’t Unlocked & I Was Trapped In A Contract. Her Attitude Is Stank & She Never Has Her Mask Up On Her Face. Columbia Heights Target Do Better, Her and Her Unprofessional Ways Are Bringing Your Company Down Tremendously. Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Kaila Gilbert: Good store, could benefit from more helpful signage 😂 idk throw a digital map on the wall or something. but even though I got vertigo/whiplash/confused trying to find a suitcase (they're on the 2nd floor in the wayback) no complaints and the people are good. Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

Sade Wilson: I was shopping today at the Washington D.C target store and was purchasing gift for my family I found some nice things and for a really good price. I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Also, some of the employees are so rude. I will be recording my conversations with the employees when I need to ask for help as proof of how rude some of them can be.

VIRGINIA Parker: Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

john ho: The inventory is great. The store is a bit not clean. The store is not really well organized. The most important is the staff is not very friendly at. You are on your own when you visit this store.

Anthony Scott: My experience was painful to say the least! I want with a colleague of mine to get some keys made. The young lady could not get the machine to properly read the keys, so all four keys were cut incorrectly! We then asked about desk locks and she sent us to the pad lock area. Finally two gentlemen took us to the correct area (which was low on stock, of course!). This was not what I would expect from Home Depot! Very disappointed! Of course this store is on my banned list. I can't recommend a place with poor customer service to anyone who reads my reviews. If you do decide to venture here, don't expect the best of help! Look elsewhere!!!

Elian Hauling: TIFFANY AT THE OXON HILL, MARYLAND LOCATION SHOULD NOT SERVICE CUSTOMERS IF SHE DOES NOT LIKE TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS. Once I walked over to customer service I politely asked an associate if there was anyone that can help with taking a tool out? She then asked me in what aisle was the tool in? While I was going to look and see what isle, there was another associate named TIFFANY who was next to the associate who I spoke with TIFFANY SAID THAT I PASSED 5 ORANGE APRONS BEFORE COMING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHY COULDN’T I ASK ONE OF THE OTHER PEOPLE WITH APRONS. I mentioned that I came to customer service because that is the purpose of customer service, to service the customer. I left and serviced myself in trying to find someone who can actually help me. TIFFANY SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SHE IS NOT WILLING TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Tony Johnson: The check out lines are a tad perplexing. No designated demarcation only an arbitrary queue forming on the right so potential confusion is created but relatively easily resolved. Aka. They use a lot of self checkout.

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!

Amreen Shafiuddin: poorly managed target.. no one knew answers for anything. customer service was poor. stocking issues in all the aisles. boxes everywhere.. the food items especially bread section don’t have best before stickers on them. when questioned, they just saw each other faces. poorly managed.

Tracie: Pros: Near my home. New store. Available parking structure. Decent customer service. By decent i mean - I haven't had a negative experience with the customer but no one has gone above and beyond helping me. Cons: Generally feels empty. Yet every time I enter the store i notice staff are in the middle of restocking and have crates of things in the middle of the hallways blocking the pass way. This was even before covid so not sure whats going on (pictures shown from Dec 2021). Also, doesn't appear to be a parking attendant so anytime anyone lost their ticket, their is chaos trying to get out. Finally, prices seem a little higher than other targets, i get the sense that because its smaller things are limited and maybe marked up? Or maybe its just inflation and the whole food chain/ports being a hot mess.

Mysiki X Valentine: Whoa! Let me begin on a positive. There is a cashier (older Black woman) Joan, who is the most pleasant staff worker. However, the younger staff can often be found tucked away on phones, having side conversation and etc..so finding help is always difficult. In addition, the customer service could never be described as friendly. But it does not end there, this is one of the worst Target’s I’ve ever went shopping. The store shelves stay empty. I recently order Beats headphones online for pick-up, I was emailed saying my order was ready—but when I got to the store the manager cancelled my order, stating the item was not in the store. Long behold, I walked to the back and there sat 3) pairs of the same item I came to pick-up. Her attitude was out of this world, I couldn’t believe she worked in customer service. No matter what time of the day, the aisles have carts full of products yet to be put away. Makes the store seem chaotic and disorganized. If it’s a quick stop, I’d advise going elsewhere. Looking to do serious shopping, never stop here. To end on a positive the food section is normally well stocked and presented nicely.

Kareem Carter: Lets start by saying I am appreciative of having a Target in this area of DC. The parking facility is safe and well lit, the store was reasonably stocked and clean. My gripe is with the professionalism of the management and the completely ineffective way they run the checkout line. they funneled everyone through one line and when several customers skipped the single line and went straight to the register, they were allowed to do so.....causing frustration to the other customers in the line. This was brought to the lead employees attention and she sarcastically dismissed my frustration. They should really signage up on how the checkout line works!

Erin Truax: I have been to this Target a few times because it is the most convenient for me (and parking is easy) but I always leave feeling very frustrated. There are constantly boxes of inventory waiting to be unpacked that are blocking the aisles and many shelves are often missing product. I have shopped at different times and on different days, but this seems to be on ongoing issue for this location. If you’re able, I recommend a different location.

J Por: Went in for some quick toys for my nieces and nephew. Turned in to their Loss Prevention racially profiling my partner, and followed us around the store the entire time for 60 dollars worth of merchandise, part of which, we had to find an employee to get. We initially went in to make a return, and unfortunately had the idea to shop the last bit of our list. Workers letting people (guy in a blue hoodie was wearing a red shirt so possible employee?) walk around without a mask even though DC has a mandate, and the stores inventory is always in the way. Should have been more concerned following him to give him a mask instead of two people who were in your store less than 25 minutes. Overheard an employee talking about managers asking the team to get tested because of a potential positive employee. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been a consistent customer for three years, but no more. This location is best avoided. Trust me.

livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Aaron Blackmon: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to a Walmart that is all red and has Target signs? Well wait no longer! This will fit the bill. The validated parking is a mess. The store is never stocked but simultaneously stocking everything at once and the lines are NEVER open. I only went there after learning my initial lesson months ago because it’s so close and I wanted to get a few things but even still it wasn’t worth it.

Chris Todd: The staff inside the store were friendly and helpful. However, the parking attendant was about as useless as a square wheel. I wanted to recharge my car. The sign in front of the chargers read "See attendant to activate". This dude was just sitting in his car. He refused to get up and wave whatever card he needed to wave to unlock the charging station. He didn't even acknowledge me other than saying "Uh". I tried activating the station with my SemaConnect app, but the station was locked out. I'm sure this Target is great, but I wouldn't come here in an EV because the dude who runs the chargers can't be bothered to get out of his car to do his job.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Connor Black: My friend is a former employee at this establishment and I decided to post this on their behalf to protect their anonymity. First off, HR is prone to scheduling shifts at horrible times with little regard for the time you will have between shifts. Now this could be fixed if HR was more present and was available to talk about shift scheduling and issues that arise from how they do it. Secondly, the General Manager is very aggressive with their style of management. They often are talking down to people and attempting to single them out for ridicule or to give attitude to. They also have zero regard for a worker's wellbeing or health, instead putting the business before the people who have to make sacrifices for it. If you ever do call out and the GM answers, be prepared because she will try to gaslight you and talk you out of whatever your legitimate reason for not being able to come in is.

Portia Massado: I was a former employee there and the reason why I left was for a career choice and also because of the GM Jemima Canage. Jemima Canage is THE WORST GM to work for the company. Target is her LIFE and if your in school or have a second job PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Control freak YES she is. Jemima will over work you and will not give gradititude in return unless your a male that work in her store. She talks very mean and nasty to associates like they are nothing to her. I even had an incident where she yelled and charged herself at me like I was a child. It made me very very upset and if another manager wasn’t present I would of lost my job for walking out due to Jemima poor management skills. I even had customers come in and complain about how rude and mean she is. She also like to try to undermind people like they lack common sense. She recently fired someone for no apparent reason at all. She forced that man to come to work sick after expressing that he wasn’t feeling well. And he called the ambulance for himself just to prove to Jemima that he was sick. And in the process of her firing one person she lost 8people from that store. Even her ASM left because of her, 3LPs, and 4 associates. And right before I started 6months ago the original associates that were there had already gave the new people the rundown of Jemima Canage and how much they hated her and how she acts towards her employees. She doesn’t onow how to humble herself or treat people with REPSECT. She demands it then earning it or giving it back in return. And the nexr person she raises her voice at WILL NOT be as nice cause trust me I was VERY VERY ANGRY about it. Please get rid of that bad engery in that store. I feel sorry for all the people that are still there.

Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.

Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

Daniel: Right off the metro so it's convenient, not to mention, definitely bigger than you'd think. They took the investment of digging underground for the store (kind of like their NYC Tribeca location) and it definitely paid off. Validate parking when you leave since there's a lot attendant and a gate... no joke. Prices upscale for the location, but they had what I needed and would probably visit again.

Lindsay Cooper: Purchased baby food online that was listed as in-stock. Received notifications that it was ready to pick-up. My husband went to pick it up and not only did they not have our order, they didn't have the product in stock. My husband then decided to purchase other items while he was there and was followed closely around the store by security so much that he had to ask the person to back off. I called Target HQ and they confirmed that the order was ready for pick up. I'll be going back to Amazon after this experience.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: It is Very nice and very clean. It is small in size, but they've got everything from groceries to clothes and electronics. It is conveniently located near the red line Cleveland park metro station, and bus ( L1, L2) stop. when you walk in this location, it looks like you're at a duty-free shop at an airport. It is also a quick 5 minute walk from the zoo.

M P: Free parking but you MUST get your ticket validated in store. Great for quick Target run. You can always find helpful employees and if you don’t see what you are looking for ask and they’ll get it in stock. Great manager. Super clean store. Perfect location.

D Prince: Home Depot in Alexandria you have the BEST employees! I’ve been back and forth to this store for the past few weeks gathering supplies for my remodel. Lillian in the paint department was very helpful in assisting me with my paint colors. She made sure I bought the CORRECT base paint to mix with the colors I picked out for my home. Lawrence (gentleman in the pictures) assisted me EVERY time (and I mean EVERY TIME) I purchased items that needed to be put in my vehicle. And EVERY TIME he serviced with a smile (just look at the pictures). Lawrence is so attentive, respectful and helpful. He made sure the items I purchased were put safely in my vehicle to be transported! THANK YOU LAWRENCE!! And thank you Home Depot Alexandria for hiring such great employees who know the meaning of customer service!

Brian Copes: This is my main Home Depot I go to the Northern Virginia area. It usually has any home improvement or household item that I need for my place. My only issue is sometimes the staff is busy handling other customers questions to answer my personal question. Definitely one of top stores in the area in my opinion. I would recommend you come experience this store yourself.

Original Post: Bought a shower door last fall, Home Depot lost it before I picked it up… now I’m out $575 dollars. Managers won’t work with me. Told me I’d have better luck disputing with my credit card company than with Home Depot…then they fought me again there. And this is all after I reordered a second new door of the exact same model. Too bad no one is empowered to help their customers. I wish I’d never taken my business here!!

David Lawrence: I paid $160 for dishwasher installation, cleared my morning to wait for them to come, then the installers refused to do the plumbing. Nothing fancy, just straightforward install. I’ve heard of this happening to others. This is a racket! Stay away from appliance purchases at Home Depot!!

Amre Kebaish: Tread carefully when asking an idle associate about in item that is supposedly in stock according to the website/app, but isn’t available in the stated location. They will angrily glare at you for daring to interrupt their phone scrolling. If you persist, they will eventually sigh and put the phone down. However, they will say whatever it takes to get you out of the store without being helpful.

Russ Colbourne: How do you have half the isles closed on a Saturday morning???? All I needed was a adjustable wrench and they refused to allow me to get it. Totally would understand if there was heavy equipment or something like that in motion. I asked when the isle would be open again and the employee just shrugged her shoulders. I absolutely hate this location but unfortunately it the most convenient. I will be going out of my way to lowes from this point on.

Katherine Matsuo: Came in about 45 minutes before closing looking to buy a power drill. They were all locked up and spent about 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me. They then made the announcement that the store was closing and to bring your items up to the register. Again, no one to help me get the drill I needed. There were about 4 other people in the aisle with me. Decided to just buy one off Amazon as I left the store.

Nathan Winborne: I had a very disappointing experience at this Home Depo location today. I went there to return something and decided to walk around the gardening section afterwards. I walked in and saw a beautiful 6' tall money tree that had no price tag, so I stood in line at the cashier and asked him for a price check. The barcode that was on the planter was not reading when he scanned it so he then sent me to customer service where 2 employees tried to look on the computer at homedepo.com for the price but still couldn't find it. The girl that was helping me at customer service had to go find someone else who also didn't know how to find the price and suggested I talk to a manager. I was about to walk out but decide to find one more person to help so I walked a random cashier that informed me that the managers were all on a meeting on Mondays bit pointed out another employee who she said was more knowledgeable. I went to over to the 5th employee at this point and explained that I was interested in purchasing something in the garden center, but it had no price or barcode. So, we walked back over to the garden center where she confirmed that there was no price or barcode and went and found someone else that worked in the garden center (the 7th employee now). The lady that she found came over and looked at the barcode sticker, peeled it off and was able to type in the sku# where the price finally came up and finally, I was able to purchase the tree. I think that it is highly inexcusable and embarrassing that I had to go through several employees to buy this tree when in reality the first cashier that I spoke to (as a matter of fact every employee that I spoke to) should if been able to solve the problem in a fraction of the time that it took. The manager at this location really needs to train his employees on basic function such as typing in the sku# when the barcode doesn't scan.

Fernando Espana: I shop at home depot around the country (I tour 11 months a year with an Entertainment industry) and always the best customer service & friendly home depot associate ayesha, very helpful and on point in every project planning when I need purchasing materials & tools. Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.

Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

H Gill: Great store! love REI… but checking out here is always a 15 min wait. The checkout line moves at a snail’s pace, and the managers/supervisors don’t seem to care. I’ve seen customers put items down and leave out of frustration.

You park in the parking deck and then have to walk all the way around a whole city block because they have blocked off the elevator and stairs. So, you drive into the parking deck and then have this surprise journey ahead of you, through a sketchy alley and everything. Just wanted to give other customers a heads up!

Ben Layton: Bike shop effectively closes at 6:30, not 7:00, since you have to get on a wait-list to get the bike checked in and the wait-list closes at 6:30. Called in advance and told them when I'd get there and they didn't mention that, so came all the way here for nothing. Turnaround on basic repairs also 9-10 days rn, which is honestly nuts.

R: Oddly enough they aren’t dog friendly yet I saw a pitbull walking around without a service vest. The area around is horrendous, good luck finding a parking spot. Really disappointed that REIs aren’t dog friendly yet their competitors REI and Bass Pro is.

Edward Holman: I’ve been coming here since August and they are rarely ever stocked, even when the website says items are in stock. Target needs to find a better way for the in-store inventory to better communicate with the website inventory and keep the shelves stocked. I don’t think it’s a individual store problem, rather a problem with Corporate. I will rate this Target 3 stars because of the floor associates. They are always nice and go above and beyond to help out. Kudos to them!

Yessenia C: This location is conveniently closer to my home than other targets however their product availability is limited. I believe this is an express version of Target. They have small electronics, clothing, market, and home sections. The health, beauty, personal hygiene section is pretty large. Once you know what they do and don't carry it's easier to know what you can purchase there. But it's always clean, good customer service.

MAC Cover: This review deals only with drive up services at Georgia Ave. and Eastern Ave. store in Washington, D.C. Due to a physical impairment another collects my pick up orders. I would not be writing this review if the incident happened once but several times is too much to handle. This location isn't set up for drive up because they constantly leave items out of your order but charge your card. Either Target has someone working drive up who can't read, see, or both. Recently, placed drive up order for paper towels and other items. Got notice from app order was ready which included the paper towels. When order arrived had all items except paper towels which was a huge disappointment. Okay called customer service to make them aware of the hiccup, paper towels were included in total order, charged to my card, but not with my other items. As usual, phone rang and rang but no answer. Finally, customer service answered next day. I explained about missing paper towels, gave order number and got no help. It was like talking to someone from outer space. Young lady said I had to prove I ordered the paper towels. I told her it was a drive up order, gave her my order number, and advised her that store could pull up my order as well. Got no where with customer service, asked to speak to manager, didn't happen, so stressed, had to hand phone to another to talk on my behalf. Still don't have paper towels I already paid for. Not only do they leave items off orders, they stuff a bunch of heavy items in one bag making it awkward to carry. Please check your bags before leaving this location and if you want to avoid a stressful drive up experience, shop Wheaton/Westfield mall location, much better. Target is still my go to store but not this particular location for drive up service.

Dimitri Ivanoff: It's about 1/3 in size of regular Target. Has a fresh produce & meats section, basic grocery items, cleaning supplies plus some clothing, beauty, electronics. Right now (April 2021) mostly serves on-line orders & curbside pickup. Parking is at the back of the store, but there's entrance from Georgia Avenue. Self service at this entrance almost empty while one at the back has waiting line. Pricewise it's inline with Giant, even some groceries could be cheaper.

Dorie Kane: This is a "mini Target" so keep in mind you can't expect it to have the inventory of the large stores. That said, I go there for essentials and typically find what I need (including hair care products which many have complained about). Staff - including security - are overall nice and helpful. Like another reviewer I did find they were unable to place an order for me - I needed a different size and wanted to apply the credit to an order. They have me a refund and I placed the order myself online. I guess there are some things smaller stores can't do but I do like this one for its convenience when it comes to basics.

Janice Temple: This Target Store is well-lit with wide aisles. I went there on a Sunday evening. Some of the shelves were empty from Saturday shoppers. I wanted to buy Figi Water but they were sold out. I am impressive by the organic selection of groceries. The parking was plentiful the day and time that I went.

SW: Neat small Target. However the security there is awful!!!! Everytime I’ve visited there is a security guard (man with National jersey) following me and whoever I visit the store with. I live in the area, so I frequent this store a lot. Mind you he is not clever with the following. He straight goes to whatever aisle I am in. This makes me not what to use this Target

Bryan Cortez: Don't understand the negative reviews? This is a smaller Target, of course you won't have everything you have at a regular Target - but it has all the essentials. Need milk? eggs? chicken? They have it. Need a spare shirt, or pair of pants? They have it. Need some airpods? Need a spare controller? Maybe you need shampoo, or medication? Target has it. They have all the essentials you need all in this store. Seriously, if you want to know if they have something before you come - use the Target app, it'll be your best friend on each Target Run. This store was definitely needed in the area! Prices are very fair, compared to other retailers nearby. Very clean, organized ---- and the best part are the employees - Very helpful!

I asked if he knew when the t-shirts would be back in stock. He said the store didn't do the ordering. The company sends over inventory based on their sales, etc. . He said one pack would be sent over in L in a few days. I needed medium. I asked if the Store Manager was in store. He let me know the Clothing Manager was on duty. The clothing manager came over and I explained my need for a medium size. He went to check the shelf. He returned to let me know that the item wasn't on the shelf and is a high theft item. He then said he doesn't know when they'd be coming. He was talking to me very loudly to the point that other customers could hear our conversation. I asked him when the Store Manager would be returning. I let him know that he was speaking to me in an elevated tone and I was standing in front of him. He then said that he was the store manager. Target has employees that lie and render poor customer service to paying shoppers.

Leslie Barrack: Had horrible issues ordering online on the app. Part of the order was for in store pickup. My daughter went to pick up the in store pickup and it wasn’t there. I went in a few days later to see if the store could help me sort what happened out on their system since the app would not show the history or what happened to the order. I stood in line and when I was next and employee came up to see if he could assist while I was waiting. I explained I wanted someone who could look on the computer and since the person in front of me was just finishing up I asked him to let me just get helped by the desk as someone else was trying to slide in front of me. As soon as I got to desk the woman behind wouldn’t let me speak and just us me step to the side with someone else. So no one would look online and I still don’t know what happened. Just going to make sure my bank disputes any balances and never shopping here again.

Rhonda Medina: This is a "pharmacy" Bed, Bath & Beyond because it has over the counter medicines, hygiene products, hair care and more, but no actual pharmacy. They carry some products you can't buy other places, so I find myself visiting every couple of months. The store is clean and staff is helpful and plentiful. The only drawback is their prices are a little high compared to other stores.

Alex Navarro: This is maybe the nicest Walmart I’ve ever been to! Looks like it’s relatively new. Everything is very clean and organized. Staff helped us quickly locate what we came for. Prices seemed in line with most other stores for grocery items so don’t expect deep discounts on those types of items.

Bonnie Wolfe: Walmart at Tysons is ready for Halloween. The inflatables are great decorations. Lots of candy, masks, and costumes. The "Pumpkin Patch" is really cute.

H.M. LEE: Very convenient and well-managed. But, staff needed more training about customer service. I asked staff three times where rice krispies were and all of them just said "I dunno" and quickly vanished.

Gina DeGinda: I was surprised to see brochiol bread $4 same as whole food st $8. It made by the same company but used differentiates.

Melody Dunn: I do as much of my grocery shopping here as possible. Not the biggest Walmart grocery, so selection is limited and especially post covid, the meat shelves aren't well stocked. But still, the prices can't be beat. Also a great place for cards, pharmacy and whatever random other thing I may need, like spray paint or an extension cord.

David York: Clean store, a lot of staff available to answer questions or help you locate something. I'm from NY this Walmart doesn't have a Subways located on site which was a little disappointing. Did find things not available in my local stores tho. Prices are just about the same.

My Hanitizer: One of the coolest stores in the area, i love thier selection of every day basics plus the amazing middle Eastern food selections. Great customer service and a lot that pleases the eye in grocery, bakery, essentials and toys. We enjoyed our visit and the lovely people working there.

Andrew Payne: This Walmart is very clean, and it had most of what I needed. A few days ago I walked there from our lodging in Tysons, so the location was convenient. The Coke products were easy to find, so that was good. However, I also was trying to find natural spray deodorizer and had to settle for Lysol. Although Lysol is very effective, I would have preferred something more natural with less manufactured chemicals. If a natural deodorizer did exist somewhere at this Walmart location, it was very well hidden. I could find nothing like that anywhere in the store!

Paul Boakes: I was expecting the normal aircraft-hanger sized store, but on reflection, for a town centre, this wasn't likely! That said, it had everything I needed, was quick to be checked out, and the parking was easy and plentiful. No staff issues.

Ethan Park: As far as Walmarts go, this one felt a little unique. I suppose it's probably because of its location in the city - but in many ways it felt almost like an Ikea haha. There's a parking garage, escalators that carry your cart up for you, and big tall windows. It's a cool experience! As far as the shopping goes, it's a normal Walmart. Lots of decent goods. The pharmacy was also offering free walk-in Covid vaccines - no appt required!

The door was wide opened and I entered only to be charged aggressively by the 3 attending employees, shouting for me to exit. Then the older guy rudely and aggressively closed the door as I exited. He then snarkly stated “I guess!” When informing him that 8:00 was in 14 minutes. It was really disappointing to have to endure such rudeness in the morning.

Heavyboy501: I come here quite often due to my job as a project manager. I come here at 6:05am and I take time to find stuff no problem. The issue lies in the staff every time I go to the pro desk to check out nobody is ever there. Today I called to ask what the availability on garden Sod was and the person working at the Lawn and Gardening section did not pick up I was on a long wait and eventually a staff member picked up I waited a while and transferred my call without telling me. Someone on the other line picked up and hung up as soon as I got transferred. I called again and someone from the Lawn and Gardening section answered the phone only to hang up on me.

Demia Roman: I went to this store today and the service was horrible. I wanted to purchase 1 bag of kings Charcoal but apparently they only sell them in 2 pks. I didn't know this because the bags on display were all individually stacked. I grabbed one and some lighter fluid and proceeded to the purchase counter at self checkout. A employee stopped me to tell me I had to buy 2 bags and I said I only want one bag. They continued to argue me down insisting that I must buy 2 bags. I asked for the manager because I mentioned to the employee that the bags are literally on display as individual bags. There was no sign stating that the bags were for sale in packs of 2. I felt the store was trying to force me to buy more than what I needed because there wasn't a sign listing the price and that they were sold in 2s. The manager eventually came over and told me I had to buy 2 or pay for 2 and take one bag. So I said ok fine just get me out of here I paid for the charcoal and fluid and I asked him if he could help me get another bag as the bags are heavy and there were no carts available due to memorial day shoppers taking up the carts. He said he could call someone to help me but it would be about 15 minutes before anyone would help. Sir excuse me? You're literally standing here doing NOTHING why couldn't you help me to carry these bags seeing as though I also had my 3 yr old autistic son with me struggling and I was struggling to carry the bag and handle my toddler who is clearly special needs! Smh whoever that manager is needs additional customer service training or needs NOT to be working for this company. He clearly ignored the fact I had my special needs child and needed immediate assistance and outright refused to assist me HIMSELF with my bags.. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at this location. Very ghetto and the store is a mess on the regular (hence the bags of charcoal not being bounded together properly on display to be sold as a pack of 2). Do better please train your staff and management in customer service and helping those with special needs & keep the store clean with items placed neatly and correctly w/price signs visible.

Most of the people here don’t know anything about the job they are working or where things are at. This was just the last straw for me.

Layla Abney: Probably the worst HD I have been to. During my basement remodel I placed many orders for pickup by me or my contractor. Half of my order would get canceled because they “said” they didn’t have the items that they were supposed to have when I placed the order. Basic things like corner bead, 5 gallon bucket of Behring paint. I would go to the store to find a replacement only to find the original items were actually there, most times in the quantities that were indicated online. Going to the “customer service” counter for returns is hit or miss but mostly miss. I need to wait for someone to finish texting, having a personal conversation with a coworker, or whatever else prevents them from acknowledging me in a timely manner. Then the attitude as though I am bothering you by having a return or the fact that someone was too lazy to actually pull my order. I try to avoid at all costs even though it is the closest one.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Home Depot is near Mall at Prince George's. Home Depot offers a wide variety of House Hold Essential, Furniture, Home Good Items, Lawn Equipment, Supplies, Do it yourself project and many many more options available to choose from. Store was clean. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and friendly. The parking lot can be busy, and not many parking spaces available.

Tanya Ramey: The prices were good; however, with an older home, the doors are irregular in size, therefore, the prices I got excited about didn't apply. They were much higher! Moved on to another company. In the end, still paid more, but better quality doors overall. Better service.

Polka Art: A late Saturday morning in May - by all accounts, as busy as the store gets. So why, then, is this the time that they decide to run the machine to wash the floors and do restock?! I counted at least 6 aisles completely closed during this time, and only one of these had a lift accessing higher shelves. All of the other aisles were closed during that time with no one in them doing anything, and closed for the entirety of my 30 minute visit. At one point, I was in an aisle actively looking at garden tools I was going to buy, and the employees came to shut down the aisle I was in. I was rudely asked if "I wasn't going to cooperate" by dropping what I was shopping for and immediately leaving. Beyond rude and I don't understand the logic of doing these things at the busiest time and not before store opening or early in the morning. I left the store with only about 1/4 of the items I came to shop for and will be visiting a different store to purchase the rest.

Reg Templeton: Convenient, Well-stocked, Nice Helpful Employees BUT... Filthy bathroom! During early morning visits two consecutive days this week, ladies room floor was smeared with what seemed to be fecal matter... Difficult to find a parking space where your vehicle will be safe from the scores of abandoned carts rolling around, regardless of time of day. Also, have twice seen rude clientele verbally abusing staff with vile, humiliating profanity (in Pro Dept), while other staff cowered in the background. In other settings this would be criminal behavior, but no one came to help the employee. For shame!

Jessica Vazquez: Picked out balusters for a stair project. Employee approached saying the aisle was being closed to bring an item down. We needed maybe 30-60 additional seconds and informed the employee we understood and were grabbing our last items and would quickly vacate. She stood there and repeated very rudely that the aisle was being closed. Maybe wait for the customer to finish their purchase? Especially when their hands were already full with product? Not as if we were just hanging out on purpose.

Chit Sayar: Customer service is very poor. I ordered online and they just delivered some of my order and one item was missed. So I called them and they hold up my phone for several minutes. And the employee said she will refund and hang up the phone immediately and no apology and no say thank you or anything. Just hang up the phone.

Chanpen Tee: This location always has a lot of indoor plants. The price is reasonable. Staff is helpful.

Ryan McKeon: Hands down, the worst HD in America, and that's saying something. Stock is never accurate. Store is never packed out. Need lumber for framing? Good luck getting a straight 2x4. Need a fitting for some plumbing work? It's like digging for treasure through bins filled with other stuff. Need a clamp or a tape or a bit? That's cute. Today's mess was trying to find a router bit the store inventory says is in stock... right...

Sean Shanahan: Went grocery shopping. Had a full cart of food and ice cream. When I finished shopping I went to self checkout and the lady running self checkout told me I couldn't use self checkout because I had a full cart. I went over to the line in one of the cashier isles and the line was slow and long. I told the lady in self check out if she wasn't gonna let me check out there that I was leaving the full cart of food and ice cream. If you can offer fast service so that the ice cream doesn't melt before I get home then I won't be shopping here any more.

Patricia Miles: All items were available. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially helping me get a scooter to drive since my walking is limited. No wait at checkout.Asked if I needed help to my car to unload groceries, then took scooter back.

Laquethia Norman: I had the worst experience at this walmart. On 5/16/22 between 10am and 10:30am I wanted to make an exchange and return. I had 5 pieces of clothing to return and two shorts in smaller sizes that I wanted to buy. A heavy set woman with red hair and a slightly receding hairline told me I had to go to the checkout line to redo my purchase and gave me a giftcard when I simply wanted cash. It didn’t make sense being that I am returning almost $30.00 and maybe buying $10.00 worth of items. The moment I ask her why I didn’t receive cash instead, she caught an attitude with me and proceeded to raise her voice as if I should’ve comprehended what she pretty much forced on me. Now I have no other choice but to spend ALL of my money on Walmart since she wanted to be inconsiderate. The only good news is I filed a complaint with a manager after waiting an hour on the phone and multiple departments hanging up on me when I tried to contact a higher up. Hopefully they strive to be better.

Sam Hayashi: Great. A nice young lady from the customer service counter helped me and again after I was having a hard time with the app. Honestly feel like I don't see that kind of service these days. Great to feel it again 😊

Kathy Franchi-Alfaro: For as few people that were dining you would think you could get seated faster. Instead of keeping track up front of the seating the hostess felt the need to go to the different sections to check (?) And see who wanted more people before seating people.

jenalomba: Unfortunately by the time an associate actually takes your call they hang up on you as you hear them making a store announcement. Plan plenty of time to set aside for this unrelenting process because every time you call back it seems the same person who doesn't know how to answer a phone will answer and subsequently, hang up on you. Doesn't make you want to actually frequent a store in which an employee who doesn't know how to pick up a phone is in charge of answering one, mind sometime in this century. Still don't know if they even have what I'm looking for because of their nonexistent customer service.

Gloria Aaron: Poor TLE service shop. They installed mew battery. My jeep broke down. My other car repair owner don't blame install new battery. They took caps red/blue of top battery. What are wrong with the team? They're not training nothinh. Next future never go back install new battery again or tires for good.

Kiah Bennett: This is not what I'd consider a supercenter. Yes it has the grocery and all the other items, but it's on the smaller side. Smaller Walmart means less variety of all the products in the store. I was looking for an under bed storage bin, king blanket, and some double insulated water bottles. I found a king quilt with a soft side that fit my needs, but I wish there were more options. I'm definitely used to seeing a much bigger selection of the bottles, but I found a couple I liked. There should be more options without straws. And they had next to nothing for storage which was really disappointing. The store is cramped and you're basically on top of whoever else is in the same isle. The parking lot was small and full. I will not be returning here. I need an actual SUPERCENTER.

Brianna Morton: Accused us of stealing and made a commotion, when they finally confirmed the purchase and allowed us to leave they offered zero apologies for falsely accusing us. We we’re buying formula and diapers for my 5 month old nephew. The greeter at the door was screaming at us and would not allow us to explain that we paid for the items, even though he could clearly see that we did because he was STARING AT US the entirety of the time we were at the self checkout! Poor service all around it took about 5 employees before a nice woman finally went to check the transaction. They were attempting to seize the similac formulas we purchased with our remaining WIC balance, and if they had done so my sister would not have been able to feed her son! If one person didn’t stop to actually check if we were telling the truth he would have gone hungry that’s ridiculous! Not to mention this ordeal occurred in front of all the customers that were staring and employees kept walking up to see the commotion, it was absolutely HUMILIATING! This is why I never go to this Walmart, extremely unprofessional and nobody knows how to act.

Rebecca Chapman: This is a nice super Walmart. It was clean the employees helpful. The selections were a lot less than I’m used to seeing at a super Walmart. But a nice experience overall.

beyondTabu: The customer service is hit or miss. If you find a friendly CSR, they’ll show you where the item is, on the opposite end of the spectrum, they just point and mumble which is the majority of them. It has everything you need as usual. They just need to insist all staff are consistent with their service.

Zora Domain: My rating isn't based on this part, but I think new people should know - The parking lot is terrible. There isn't much that can be done about the location but I think what makes it worse is that everyone moves without regard for one another. Cars, pedestrians, everyone. I have no idea why no one looks left and right and left again in such a tricky, dangerous spot. I was a little stressed before even stepping inside. Go slowly and carefully! My rating IS based on this part. I usually love coming to Home Depot, but after this first visit here I'm going to go to Lowe's instead from here on out. I came to pick up a few items and left with a lamp and some shelves. I understand that this is a hardware/home improvement store so things are bound to sit around for a while and get a little dusty but this was wild - they were so dirty. I wanted 4 of these command strip shelves and despite them being in this condition, I paid for them. Cleaned when I got them home. They don't work as well as the product ratings online would suggest, which makes me wonder if it's user error or because of how dusty they got. I'm not sure if stores like this are supposed to rotate stock regularly but if they are, then this is a pretty good sign that it's being neglected in some spots. Secondly, I overheard an employee being rude to an elderly gentleman who was having a difficult time finding a hardware product for his door. He explained very clearly where he had already looked and what he was looking for, but the woman argued with him and resorted to a very catty, "Well okay, we aren't looking in the right spot." Good customer service and common sense is to bring the customer to the product location. He was having a hard time, it made no sense to make it that much more difficult for him. I almost stepped in to say I'd just help him look if she didn't want to, but she finally, FINALLY took him down the aisle to look with him. Lastly, the checkout lines are a disaster and the employees didn't have a system to direct traffic. Tons of finger-pointing and yelling. All of the customers were confused on what aisle to go to. It was not a fun trip. I really hope that this Home Depot can turn around but given the parking lot situation, I value my car and my life too much to return lol.

trey cyr: I bought a new refrigerator and paid for home depot to haul away the old one after installation. When they delivered the new refrigerator, they noticed an issue with the plumbing connect and offered to haul away the old refrigerator but I told them to leave it so we'd have a working fridge until we could have a plumber come out. Fast forward to the plumber coming out and installing the new fridge, I called home depot once again to have them come and haul away the old one and they rescheduled a new pick up. One week later, the haul away company home depot contracts out to said the fridge is "too big" for them to haul away. It is the same size as the new fridge AND is lighter than the new fridge. When I called home depot the helpline associate said there was nothing they could do, nor could they tell me what was considered "too large" to haul away. They could not recommend another hauling service either to remove the old fridge. When I asked if there was anything else she could do, the line cut off and she transferred me to the home depot after call survey. She basically hung up on me. When they originally delivered the new fridge they were more than willing to haul away the old one, but when I had them come back after the new fridge was installed properly they refused to haul it away, and home depot's "help line" was absolutely no help at all, and the associate hung up on me after asking what we were supposed to do with the old fridge left in our kitchen. If you ever use home depot's delivery and haul away service I highly recommend you ask them specifically what size appliance they will not haul away, because this information was never explained to us. I'm honestly not sure if we are even getting our haul away service fee refunded after the call because the associate hung up on us. I've never experience such poor customer service from such a large company.

Daming Yu: Terrible. Customer service really needs improvement. Bought two items online. Didn’t work. Brought them to store to return and was told all good. Didn’t check the receipt until I got home and then I saw the refund is only for one item. I returned the next weekend and was told I am too late. No apology. It seems the company’s service has been steadily declining in the past few years.

Christian Adams: Yenifer is an outstanding employee and helped me to understand the current active duty benefits Home Depot has. She was simple outstanding and helped me out so much. I’m shocked she isn’t a supervisor or manager knowing two languages and so much about the store.

Syed Haider: Customer service is possibly the worst I have ever encountered. We had the terrible experience of speaking to a CSR by the name of Fabian. We had a simple question regarding some items at the Patio section, to which Fabian replied “are you kidding me? I’m not a carpenter”. We stated we weren’t mistaking him for a carpenter, rather seeking help regarding installation of the items as we were new to this. Fabian subsequently started reading prices off the rack as if my wife and I were mentally challenged. He kept uttering nonsense as we walked away. He was highly disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. I would definitely give this location a miss based on their unforgivable attitude. Thankfully there’s Lowe’s at Jermantown road which is a far superior choice for your needs and much better customer service.

stephanie wade: This is a horrible home depot store - the customer service has been terrible across every single employee I have interacted with over many visits. I keep going because it is close but no more. In my last interaction I spent 50 min trying to buy a grill with someone who told me they knew what they were doing and then after all that time did not and lied about what they could do, then when I tried to cancel my order they hung up on me and did not cancel it.

Denise Nguyen: My daughter and I were looking for a wood stain for a piece of trim to match our LVP floor. The staff were super helpful, but unable to find a match, until Kofi came to the rescue. Kofi was very knowledgeable and patiently opened and tested several cans until we were satisfied with the match. Home Depot Seven Corners, 6/9/22
