Osman Nicky Coutinho: Do not let their friendliness fool you: in 4 months, they were able to ship my new debit card to the wrong address 3 (yes, THREE) times. I also went in to cancel a fraudulent charge and they somehow managed to make it disappear for 3 days, and then it re-appeared. So yeah, incompetency-central over here.

Angélica Garcia: The staff was a bit curt and overly salesy, but I was able to be in and out in less than 15 minutes after addressing a small issue with a check.

Robert Lawrence: I was experienceing multiple issues with my account after signing up online. After 2 weeks of less than par service i was ready to drop my account. As my last hoorah i decided to give the New york & 14th branch a chance and it surely restored my faith in wells fargo. Mr. Sherbek Salidjanov took his time to go step by step to relieve the miriad of roadblocks i seemed to be facing. Mohaamed Sneyba pitched in as well and I am sure the entirety of the wellsfargo entity cannot produce a better team than the team I just finished working with not 10 minutes ago. You guys deserve cudos and compensation for the way you handle your clients, thank you.

Tatiana Sokolova: Visited on Saturday around 10:30am to get notary service. Branch was clean, fresh air, was greater right away, small line (just 2 costumes ahead). Two notary were at the store, so waiting took 5-7min, just enough to get everything ready for the procedure. Andre Stubbs welcomed us, got extra chairs (it was 4 of us), quickly and clear explained the procedure (about IDs and signatures), carefully read all the papers. One at the time, let us filled it up and sign it and signed all the lines that he supposed to, put fancy stamp, and asked me to sign in his book, after that he did the same for others. He was very nice, responsive and professional. Everything went just fast enough as it suppose to: no rush, no slowing downs. I really appreciate this kind of service. Thank you.

Andrew Hyder: Incompetent. Sat down for over 45 minutes, honestly closer to an hour just waiting to get a temporary debit card. While the banker was busy flirting with this Colombian au pair, nobody else could help me, or consider that someone whose needs can be met in all of two minutes shouldnt have to wait an hour. I eventually gave up and left this bank, never having received the absurdly simple help i needed.

Ramona Killings: Today was the.first day visiting this branch which is close to my house. I arrived right at 11:30 and there was only one other customer inside completing his transaction. I was helped right away by a friendly person behind the counter. My transaction was unique in that I needed to deposit a check into someone else's account who lives overseas. However I only had their account number, and I want sure if his account was under his name or the of his business. The friendly lady behind the counter helped me out with that, and I appreciated it!

Zachary Reshovsky: Have come here several times to resolve account problems. Most recently, I had my debit card lost/stolen while on a five day jaunt to NYC. I was scared because I needed to pay for utilities at my house. Came here earlier this week to help resolve this problem. Staff were wonderful and very affirmatively helpful in assisting me by providing several immediate cash infusions without needing a card. In addition, staff were very informative in helping me navigate how to apply for a new credit card.

Michael Douthat: The Washington DC Wells Fargo at 3325 14th Street is a nice location. I’ve visited this one a couple times, they always provide excellent customer service. The manager is very friendly and tries her best to help out. I just want to say one thing. The last time I visited, the manager gave me a number (I think a direct office number?) to reach her on. It’s different than the 202-939 number listed. She said “Call me on this number about anything and I’ll help you”. She might think it’s a wonderful idea to be available for customers all the time for anything. But it’s not because no one can realistically fulfill that commitment. It’s much better to let me know there’s a team available to help me.

Bekele Wolde: I was very uncomfortable to do the transaction with a tailor who didn’t wear mask. I asked the lady at the door,why he’s not wearing mouse mask. Anne Bergren: Apparently Wells Fargo banks (especially this branch) don't provide basic services for their customers. I brought in a small bag of change and was told I would have to manually count it and put it into rolls before they would accept it. If I brought in a thousand dollars in $1s, would they make me rubber band it up into bundles of $10 in the bank lobby? Yet again passing on costs to consumers. This is the MOST BASIC function of a bank--to exchange and deposit money. If Wells Fargo can't do that for its customers, how can I trust them with more complex functions like lending, or keeping my assets safe? A truly regressive policy if ever there was. I will be switching banks at nearly 20 years of loyalty.

Bobby-Lexx: Every time I go in I am greeted and called by name. I am helped with my account and they make sure that I have everything that I need. Also, I see the staff interact with other customers the same way. As far as the ATM, it is 24 hours it locks after hours fir our protection but all you have to do is swipe your Wells Fargo card and the door opens.

Patrick Lee: I recently visited this branch to fulfill a notarization and they were beyond accommodating. They provided me the service with a warm greeting, full attention, and efficient execution! I’ll surely return to this particular branch for any future banking needs.

Daniel Shorstein: Way understaffed. I just wanted to deposit and IRA check and with no other customers waiting, they said it would be a half an hour before someone would be able to help me. Probably time to change banks says this isn't the first time this is happened at a Wells Fargo

Alicja Johnson: The Wells Fargo site says that this location has 24 hour ATMs. Their ATMs are behind locked doors, and the bank closes at 5. No weekend hours. So yeah. This location is a waste of space.

Abdullah Ahmed: The teller is horrible made me wait a very long time because of she could not pull up the account of the my company where I work at and could not open the account to get the phone number to confirm the check...put me to the side over 40 minutes I am still here writting this review while I am in the branch. The teller name is Rosa Green, then she said the manager Nadia Thompson will help me but still taking too long and I am very frustrated.i just got a 100 $ TICKET BECAUSE THEY HELLED ME IN THE BRANCH FOR A REALLY LONG TIME. THE SIGN OUT HERE SAYS PARK UNTIL 4 I WAS IN There at 3:20 pm and there was no line at the branch so there was no wait but the teller and the manager wasted my time and because of that I got a ticket. Need this to be solved asap or I will contact my lawyer.

robin robinson: This is the second time I have come to this location after hours to use the ATM and me and another customer could not get in. It is a 24 hr ATM location but the card reader does not work "AT ALL". This needs to be fixed it is super inconvenient... Sheesh!!!😵😵😵

Rosie HK: I 100% have to recommend booking an appointment with Miroslav if you're ever going to this branch. He is one of the personal bankers there and is extremely helpful and patient. He's helped me on multiple occasions when I have lost my card and helped me apply for my new credit card with ease. He's the best!

Wendy Walker: No problems so far, not sure what manager is rude but the one I've seen is pleasant, and Shanika Hooks is the best I hope they keep her there I like dealing with one person.

He explained that he could service me the next day because the one and only banker was assisting someone and that their transaction was going to be 45mins. I told him I didn’t mind waiting. He came back in 15 mins and told me I couldn’t be serviced because their systems were shutting down. While we are speaking the customer is leaving. I say, great perfect timing. I can be serviced. He said that just because the service was ending w previous customer, the banker still had work to do. All in all, he didn’t want to service me because I came later in the day. It’s not my fault that the branch was short staffed. He was very rude and didn’t not practice great customer service. He kept interrupting me. If this wasn’t a convenient branch for me, I would not return. If you’re the branch manager shouldn’t you know how to do all things banking?? I seriously doubt he was branch manager. He was sitting and socializing w the tellers when I came in! Edit: He actually was the manager, which to me is more despicable. He could've done more. His only solution was to come back. Not, let me get your started on your paperwork or let me assist you personally. I really don't care if I came in 4:59. I made it in before the bank closed. Service me. Edit 2: the next day I went back to the branch to complete my transaction. When I was leaving the branch, D.Dialo apologized for the previous day was handled. The apology was greatly appreciated!

Katherine Hess: Other reviewers said it and over two years later it's the same issue - told me that my account was closed and did not close it after 20 days, racked up overdraft fees. I've called and closed the account over the phone without the fees because I refused to pay them on principle. So glad I moved to a different bank.

Evan Evans: I received the "wow" service from this branch this past week. As I walked in the first time, I was noticed by eye contact, and at the soonest opportunity, was thanked for my patience for waiting... which was at most 3 mins. Elsa went above and beyond to take care of my needs, she followed up with me all week. I had a guy there talk to me about my career goals and offered me tips while he was processing things for me. I've been in the customer service field for six years now, and I'm just so impressed with the teamwork and dedication they have there, and the sincerity to which they care!

Aey Needham: This branch at 330 Washington Street, Alexandria has great tellers, but a really unprofessional, ignorant supervisor. I was there this morning (Thursday, May 19th) to endorse and deposit a cheque. The supervisor (a woman in a pink jacket) did not even asked for my ID until I brought it up. I could have endorsed a stolen cheque, endorsed it with any signature to match the recipient's name and deposited it in my account. When I mentioned it, the pin dropped and she quickly asked me to come back with an ID. Someone, please, tell this woman to find a job she knows something about.

Porsche Johnson: This branch has nice staff like any other branch, but there are way too many limitations from this bank. I called customer service and they explained that all banks have the same capabilities, i.e. Temporary debit card. When I tried to have a new debit card sent to my home, customer service mentioned none of my requests had been made or shipped. Only go here for very basic options to avoid frustration.

Chante Brailey: I came into this branch last week to cash a Wells Fargo check. I'm a non customer and was aware of a fee. The lead teller was very nice. I came back today to cash another check from the same payee but a lower amount. This time she was very nasty and confiscated the check. She gave me a look as if I was up so something suspicious. I work for another bank so I know reasons why you're told to refer back to the maker. I don't appreciate the way I was treated and don't recommend this branch to ANYONE!! The maker even stated the teller was nasty and rude to her/him on the phone.

First Last: The absolute worst branch I’ve ever been to today. Cashed a paycheck today and proceeded to ask the teller to put a small portion of that on my card. I leave without thinking anything of it. I check my mobile app and it doesn’t show my deposit. I called Wells Fargo customer service and they stated that she processed it as a check and that it wouldn’t post for a few days. I was outraged being as though this is Memorial Day weekend and banks are closed on Monday which will prolong my funds availability until Tuesday. Highly upset with the incompetency displayed by the teller.

Max: There are only two WellsFargo locations in NW DC where I've consistently gotten courteous service: 15xU and Dunbar. Personal bankers are available, present and polite (a stark difference with the Calvert and Tivoli locations)

renee regan: The one time I've needed a banker and not only will you get the most impersonal experience at this bank, but it will also be completely nonprivate. The banker "offices" are nothing more than an outcove behind the atms. So of course anyone at the atms could hear about your delicate situations. Which are often not fully functional.

Monii: My experience in this branch is always positive. I do most of my account transactions online. But when I need to use the branch the machines work as expected, and during business hours there is also staff to help along.

SRA Green: Staff is pleasant, facility clean but management failed to staff properly for a Friday evening. There are two tellers and four other staff members sitting or greeting customers in the lobby. Cross training or better staffing for this location is a necessity. It took more than 15 mins to serve two guests. And there are at 7 more waiting to be helped.

Paul Chatarpaul: Convenient location. Customer service is VERY poor. Wells Fargo needs to provide training to the staff that work at this branch. Many times I will go to a different location to get better customer service.

Phillip Datcher Photography: While handling money matters at the tellers window I shouldn't have to deal with other tellers sitting right beside who im doing business with, watching everything we do while eating cheetos and interrupting every 30 seconds with questions that have nothing to do with anything work related. Need new staff. I expect to deal with this out in PG county but not down here in the federal center.

Scott Schaefer: A nice enough branch, but did not have the same great customer service I've received at other locations. Also, at one point while I was engaged in the transaction with the teller, a branch manager or some other supervisor began speaking loudly from behind me to her, admonishing her over something that had long since transpired (I understand there was a lesson for her in that earlier transaction, but he exercised poor judgement shouting over my shoulder to address something that could have been done discretely).

Vernell: I come to this bank regularly and with every visit I dislike it even more. The waits are long, they always seem short staffed, their turnover is horrible and always have new employees, and lastly customer service is not their fortae. Vanessa is the most unprofessional person I've met at this location. She handles situations in a very snobby disrespectful way. My brother had an issue with a cashier's check that was written to me. He banks with Wells Fargo. He wanted to reissue it for a smaller amount and receive the balance in cash. She gave him a very hard time. After much grief and agruing for over 30 minutes she did just that. Since then her response to me has been very negative which is odd because I played no part in that situation. A couple of weeks ago I came in and all of the tellers were having a conversation at a computer when you first come in...talking about buying something online. I stood in line as the 1 person who was working now had a line. It was so ridiculous I had to take a picture as proof. As the line grew, Vanessa came around the counter to assist. The gentleman she was helping began to get very angry and the way she speaking to him just had me in disgust! He asked to speak to a manger and waited for them to come help. Eventually they had another teller help the gentleman with what he requested as she stood over them with her nose all snarled up with a attitude. Every time I come in there these young ladies are whispering and gauking at people like it isn't event that they are speaking I'll of the parties involved. How rude and how unprofessional! I HATE coming here and have even deliberated walking all the way to the bank by union station just to avoid this nonsense. Lord someone please help this location...they definitely don't have it together!

melo joy: This bank branch and the Wells Fargo Executive headquarters discriminates against you by holding your deposit for an inordinate amount of time, particularly if the deposit exceeds your average monthly balance notwithstanding it is a federal government-backed check!

Bonnie B Matheson: I have found the bankers and staff to be helpful and careful most of the time. Often there is no wait at all for service, but at other times it does become crowded. The convenience of having a branch right there in Spring Valley is just wonderful. Saturday hours are helpful and the place is bright and sunny. I love banking there.

David Hardy: Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Attempted to open an account on Saturday morning. Arrived at 12:15pm; one banker available. Waited for 30 minutes listening to the banker share his personal experiences regarding snowboarding, in-line skating, his brother’s death due to a drug overdose and his distaste for Southern California because of it, while he SLOWLY tapped on computer keys. Not one word regarding the client’s financial information was discussed. Amazingly UNPROFESSIONAL.

Martin Brossman: My parents have work with this bank since it was Wachovia. They work hard to give good service. We have had a few kick ups but they seem to try to fix it. The parking is tight just because of the center is so small. The wait is not too long. The staff is lean here but they try to make up with it by service.

Fataima Ahmad: This is my favorite branch. Everyone's friendly and helpful. People have taken the time to learn not only my name (and greet me by name when I come in), but my children's names. And, icing on the cake, they have Saturday hours!

Robert York: The Spring Valley Wells Fargo people provide very good service, pay attention to details, and are friendly. It's a pleasure to go there at so many levels.

Barbara Reed: Worst service I ever had, I was the only customer and had to wait because she was training a teller. Another customer came in, then I had to wait for her to take care of the customer that the teller was already taking care of. Then a 3rd lady came out and was talking to the customer. I stood there like a fool expecting service. I got so irritated that I left. I have been a customer over 20 years. This is the worst service I have ever received. No wo der why the place looked like a ghost town. Bad service prevent people from coming back. I will never go to the Wisconsin NW location again.
