Anthony Barnett: Wonderfully helpful staff in a real bank, the ATM is just around the corner. Efficient service with excellent advice.
carlos O'Kieffe: There are two reviews on this site that are flat out lies. One says that this is not a bank but an ATM.the other says it is a bank but no ATM. There is the 24 hour ATM on the 14 th street side of the building. The service is great! Although one employee there at the desk can be rude. Beyza the manager is outstanding. This is another example of how social media is abused
Annie Grimm: Namsa at the PNC on 14 & P is an angel. Give that girl a raise! I’ve never had a problem with customer service at this location, despite other reviews. They’ve always gone above and beyond and I enjoy banking here.

I really do enjoyed my encounters with him. Especially,our conversation that we have while I am taking care of my business. Mr.Andy, shows professionalism to the upmost and is doing a phenomenal job! Harry: April and another associate showed patience and understanding when helping my boyfriend and I with solutions on how to consolidate student loan debt. She gave us creative options to consider, didn’t rush our decisions, and the patience continued even after the bank closed at 1 (Saturday) and we were still trying to finalize our plans. Each person today was nothing but helpful and we sincerely appreciate it.

E B: Had a great experience at this PNC branch today. Maria was very helpful and friendly at getting a power of attorney applied to multiple accounts and credit cards so I can help manage an elderly relative’s finances. She also walked me through how to make a cash deposit through their ATM (it’s a fully automated branch for deposits and withdrawals). She took extra care to make sure everything was accurately documented and faxed-in so I wouldn’t have to make a return trip.

Devin Dove: My Mom and I went to PNC Bank on Thursday to open an Estate checking account. Never have gone to a bank before where the staff was so helpful. From the time we entered until we left, the Branch Manager Nicola Reid and Monique Brown, Service Associate, were very professional and completely friendly. They answered all our questions and made our visit memorable.
