Michael Coles: Amazing how they asked$10 fee to cash a $150.00 check. Usery was never a good way to get someone to open an account. A zero could be placed before the five stars and I'd click it. How about doing a flat percentage like that interest you offer customers for savings and checking. Ooh that'd be awesome!!! Send my one Star back in the mail!!!

Jordan Bell: If 0 stars was an option they would have it, policy is not more important than customer service. TD Bank service is consistently poor regardless of branch and the fees are absurd. After banking with them for over 10 years, my account was downgraded to an "interest free" savings account over 3 years ago- Which makes no sense, how is that even a saving account? I requested to have the interest for the 3 years provided to me - which may have equaled a few dollars maybe 20$ max Managers refused to refund this money even after explaining I was a customer for 10 years and they stated it was my fault for not noticing. Then when I went into the branch the Service Desk supervisor offered me 10$ to stay but at that point it was too late Management at ANY branch I have been to is more concerned with policy than providing customer service. DO NOT BANK WITH TD!!!!!

mario andres: these places in a great location and Ikea area in the Washington DC Metro area if you do this man can you work in your hair to very great place because he's in a really convenient location for you to go see my me and my walking distance. It's located right in the corner.

Mary Button: Desperately needed to use atm in vestibule when i got to work this morning. tried 3 times. each time i was hit with this- see pictures. a homeless man and his bong... wheres my safety? at 7:05 he is still there! are there no cameras? is it not minitored? like im going to go in there and take money out with this?

Sam OB: Very decent place and the customer service was great like alway. Meron has been very helpful in setting up my online banking and business.

King Bad: Tried to get my document notarized and the lady at the front desk did not want to help…I already signed the document prior to coming and she was completely dismissing me I said it’s urgent is there anything I can do I offered to use white out and asked if I could just sign above it which by law is an acceptable method that I have done numerous of times before at different banks she was very dismissive and didn’t even think twice about helping me horrible experience Update: The TD bank up the street 1489 P st was very welcoming, understanding, and helpful in finding a resolution got my notary!

Olive Yu: Called in regards to a refund and needing a BIC or an IBAN to enter it in because the refund is being wired and they didn't understand why I needed the BIC or SWIFT and I explained to them what happened but they still didn't help me and explained to me about debit cards but this isn't a debit card refund it was a bank wire refund.

Randy Maddox: My wife and I have had our personal and business checking and savings accounts here since the branch opened. We could not be happier. The staff is competent, helpful and friendly. And being a Canadian bank TD is better managed than some US banks. We definitely recommend them for your bank too!

Tommy Helmy: I wish I can give them zero stars for such a bad customer service in this particular branch in reffer to the assistant Manager!. Absolutely unprofessional assistant manager who dosnt know anything about customer satisfaction , she promised me to take care of my problem for my business account and never did. Had to call her 4 times and was told my problem is resolved and they never did ! She finaly told me she will have the Manager call me to resolve my problem and they never did! Just take your business somewhere else and avoid this branch!. You will just hear promises but no accomplishments.

Jeff Lutton: I've been banking with TD for 5 years with my business. About 2-3 years ago when they switched from Commerce they lost the paperwork that showed my dba (doing business as) was connected to my operating company. Quite annoying when you show up one day and all the sudden you can't deposit checks. I resubmitted the paperwork and moved on. I started another company 2 years ago, same thing happened about 2 months ago. I show up, they won't deposit checks until I resubmit the paperwork. Then, again, the company that I've been banking with TD for 5 years and resubmitted my dba paperwork at least twice, they lost it and won't deposit my checks. The manager is challenging me that I'm trying to submit a check not made out to my company. Check your records, I've deposited hundreds of thousands of dollars in checks written out to this company name. How many times can they lose one piece of paper? TD may be fine for personal banking, I don't recommend for business banking.

Ronald Plishka: The best banking experience I've ever had. Wouldn't think of banking anywhere else

Tomeka Gueory: As a former Bank of America customer, the customer service at this TD Bank location was excellent. Upon entering the bank, you are greeted. The team works swiftly to identify your needs. The process to speak with a representative for additional support was seamless (contactless during the pandemic and effective). My daughter spoke highly of TD Bank. I'm glad I switched.

BXTR_Werks: The ATM is out of service and nobody in the branch took the initiative to put up a sign warning customers. Even after the Natasha Johnson, store manager was aware of the problem she still failed to post a sign. Customers were forced to stand in line and show ID in order to get their bank cards returned. I suggested that someday should post a sign but my words fell upon deaf ears. I have become accustomed to the terrible customer service at this branch but this last visit was truly pathetic. As a longtime customer, I enjoy doing business with TD Bank. This branch is the closet to me but I’d rather drive to a branch further away vs dealing w/ the utter nonsense that I have witnessed here on One too many occasions.

Donika Stewart: Horrible!..You would think that since this is a major bank that there would be some consistency in customer service or that they’re employees at this location would consistently strive to uphold the company’s core values and ethics but that is not the case. If you are a consumer that care about how you are treated from the time you enter into an establishment up until the time you leave or for that matter anytime you’re doing business with them..do not.. I repeat.. do not.. go to this location. You will find yourself leaving out feeling unappreciated, ignored and like you’re bothering them or interrupting their day. There’s to many banks out here. If this is the kind of service I should come to expect from my local branch I shouldn’t be a customer. Wish I could give no stars because 1 star is giving to much.

Tee Laa: This branch is terrible. The service is extremely slow and Natasha was very rude today. Another teller handled my transaction but Natasha interrupted repeatedly with things that did not concern me and wasted my time! She was a hot mess behind the teller line; all over the place, back and forth from the line to the drive through window, just a mess. She needs training today!

Claire Harrison: I am disabled and standing/walking is challenging for me without an assistance device (cane/walker) which i did not have with me because i went through the drive through. So after waiting in that line and sending my stuff through the pod she says i have to come in so they can verify my identity. So i explain that a)im in pajamas and b) i have limitations and she says i have to come in. I go in and the line is literally out the door and she told me i had to stand in line again. Absolutely not. I called and filed a complaint and the woman i spoke to was nice but listen- this is the only branch in DC with a drive thru (a MUST for people with limitations), they have zero branches in SE where I live, and the lines are always long. Terrible customer service should not be the norm. Make more drive thru branches and let people in lower income communities have banks. This whole experience is making me want to change banks.

Mustafa Yaghmour: I'm dealing with TD Bank for the last 4 years but this branch it is not good I will keep my account with you BUT I will never come back to this branch ever again .... When I get to the counter and the teller tells me give me a sec that means that he is doing something and I don't have to stay next to him and when he is done I expect to be called or at least informed; when another customer service rep sees me he blames me for not standing next to the counter what is this am I going to a bank or the DMV ?

Naveed Mostaghimi: This branch said that they could not give me access to my own account and money because of some technicality that they could not fix and were unable to work with me on, even though I was clearly the account owner. I drove to the Rhode Island location and they were able to help me immediately, even commenting that they weren’t sure why the other branch was being difficult. I frequently have issues going to this branch - I would recommend visiting another one nearby instead.

Maria Gershuni: Wow! Best banking experience I have ever had. Way better than the competitors up the block. I wish they were on the West Coast so I can keep banking with them. Easy and friendly! Highly recommend!

Courtney McWilliams: The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The branch manager was unwilling to help me with my questions regarding my account, was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him. If that’s how TD Bank wants to represent their brand, I’m banking elsewhere. I then proceeded to call another branch manager who helped me, was kind and went above and beyond the call of duty. So maybe just stay away from this particular branch.

Crystal Rose: It’s extremely frustrating that the ATM room in the front is closed and inaccessible to customers by the time I get off of work. “America’s most convenient bank” inconveniencing their customers because they need to put anti homeless regulations in place. That’s what it seems like to me and it isn’t right. Can’t wait to switch banks completely.

Justin Ortiz: Avoid these ATMs, they eat cards. This is the first time it ate my card, avoid close one to bank doors. If it eats your card they will print you out a new one but now begins the journey of who has my correct exp/cvv. Only reason in giving it 2 stars is because the man inside was helpful and obviously it is not his fault. Fix your machines it's 2022 there should be no excuse for me using the same type of machine that eats cards. Stop charging people $15 dollar fees when they have the minimum amount. Or if you are gonna bang people over the head for $15 use that to fix your archaic machines.

Jasmine J: If you want to come to this address to handle your business. You may have to put aside half a day to handle it. Because they do not have a lot of staff on the job. Every time I want to apply for a credit card or loan, but I have to wait for 2 hours. I didn't see any staff to serve you. The manager of this area shouldn't care either. This will send customers to the opposite PNC bank for a long time, and their service attitude is very good.

Sladjana dankovic: Terrible service, two days in a row long lines. No one explains what is going on. We are asked to sit and wait? Excuse me???!!So I ask what has been going on and was told employees are out sick? Or, I assume fired over the crazy vaccination mandate.

Jenny Holden: If I could share this review with zero stars I would. One is way too generous. My brother-in-law went to this branch with all the right forms of ID to take out HIS OWN MONEY and was refused service because of the colour of his skin. He has since been barred from this branch because he was upset and raised his voice. I am not just angry about this. I AM FURIOUS. I sincerely hope justice is served here. I advise you to take your money elsewhere and find a bank who will treat you fairly as a valued customer without prejudice.

Brandy Ragland: Having a truly awful experience with an account I opened not even a week ago. I now have a ton of money that I worked hard for and they did not give me so much as a phone call or email or text.. nothing.

Ace K: These are the least helpful group of people! I have been to this branch several times in the last 3 months, they keep saying they will call the credit department and get the issue resolved. Or that only a manager can resolve the issue and the branch manager is out on family vacation. How is it that the manager is on leave and the person acting on his behalf doesn't have the power to perform his duties? I went there in January and was told the manager would be back in a week and would give me a call. That has yet to happe. I went back again 4 weeks ago and was given a different story. To make matters worse it takes at least 30 minutes to get someone to talk to and they all act like it's not a big deal and yet their bank is charging my account $15 every month based on an issue that is their mistake. That they refuse to fix and keep giving me the run around.

Brent Wilson: Great staff. Not usually crowded. Fewer fees than other big banks. Can print debit cards in the branch and still give counter checks for no fee. Low minimum required in checking account to avoid monthly fee.

Sally Canzoneri: My small Book Hill business banks here and I go to the branch frequently. The staff are all very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The branch is also active in neighborhood events, like French Market and Winter Wonderland. It feels like a small bank with personal attention even to small accounts, though you get the advantages that come from a big bank.

David Santos: terrible customer service, talk to a lady named Yammy all I needed was to change my address and she spoke to me in a very heavy way and sent me to another bank! I will never return to this bank.

Joseph Seriki: TD Ameritrade has the best place to practice. This or TD Bank is a winner.

Miles Fawcett: This location has been the best banking experience I have had. The longer than typical hours are helpful and the space is bright and welcoming. The ATM gives the option of $50, $20, and $5's which I appreciate. The best part is the staff who is always friendly and helpful. They are responsive and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. I especially appreciate the service I have received from Najee, Jason, and Amar. I have my kids opening accounts here and plan to do more business banking in the future.

Han Chen: I was initially upset because the account number printed on my personal checks were wrong. I wrote a few checks before realizing that. I had to track down all of them (huge hassle and money loss for returned checks). This feels like a mistake a bank should not make. Then I am impressed with how easy to get helped by this branch compared with other larger banks. The customer service impressed me at this branch.

Kristen Cunningham: I was in here to open an account. The review that says everyone that works here but the branch manager is great, I agree. She was rushing as stated. She was very disregarding to her employees. It made me feel so bad for the employee. The employee said that I looked overwhelmed and that was refreshingly honest. It was too hectic with the branch manager though I know they are trying to get you good service. I told the employee I was overwhelmed, but at least I get to leave this woman has to put with someone who blatantly disregarded her while she was providing very good service and I wish the other woman had just been more patient with her employee. I felt like I could relate. Just a lousy experience because of this dynamic where the employee who was being receiving pushy treatment looked like she was just going to provide the best service she knew how while her overwhelmed customer was trying to keep up with the branch manager. End of story. Julia needs to be more flexible to train her employees with regard to their understanding instead of jumping down their throats because they were doing just fine until she showed up.

Anthony Silvestri: Recently moved to the area for a new job. I had to have an I-9 form filled out for employment verification. They made me wait 20 minutes for someone who could take of it. The young lady who helped me was arrogant and refused to complete the form claiming she isn’t allowed to fill it out or input any information at all. Since I’ve had to do this a few times I knew how it should be done but she was so stubborn she refused to listen. I went across the street to Bank of America and they filled it out no problem. I know it sounds dramatic but I was so dissatisfied that I promptly switched banks.

AJ Ali: I'd give it no stars if I could. My friend Matin Dunlap, who is black and lives in Baltimore, was denied service because the teller told him it was suspicious that he was coming to that upscale branch instead of one in Baltimore where he lived. Matin works near the branch located at 8101 Wisconsin Avenue. It's all on video on social media, plain as day. Outright racism in action. I won't be banking at TD Bank, at that branch or any other. It's time for some company-wide bias training and the teller and manager Matin encountered that day need to be fired.

Amira Ibehim: I like it .it is convenient they work weekend holidays and and the employees are helpful. I wish they have more place.

Yodit Taressa: VERY VERY POOR SERVICE I had an appointment to go see the Bank manager Brandon Nnodi. I waited to see him for about 15 minutes as told by his staff. after 15 minutes later, I was told he was not available and none of the other staff members were able to assist me with signing simple paper work. The staff were very condescending, and were unable to assist me. to make matters worse I was falsely accused of mistreating his staff. Very unprofessional!!

Sshamim: The worse service ever. Really don't understand the purpose of providing Drive Thru without having Lobby service during the week. Drive Thru line went of the chart. Unfortunately, didn't expect that type of service from TD Bank!

RBuen: Everyone at the branch was extremely kind and professional. I came in with my mother and grandmother, and from the moment we entered the staff tried to accommodate her needs. Nandar was especially helpful. She helped us open the account we needed and thoroughly explained the parameters for the account to us. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because T.D. could stand to have a few more people working during busier hours (closing); however, that is no reflection upon the quality of the staff. I’m grateful to the staff working who were working!

K KM: I wanted to give them money to open an account, yep give them money like a normal human being. There was a promo for opening an account, you know the $150 one where you give them $100 and then direct deposit another $500. Seems like a good deal for me and even better for them as they gain a new customer and about $2000 after my direct deposit. They said I needed to show my address on the mailing then telling me I had to go home and get the one page that had my address on it. I had the promo numbers just not the address page. They said I was one of the lucky targeted customers and they didn't want random people coming in with the flyer, actually the manager Hana said they didn't want homeless people walking in and trying to open accounts when they did not get the flyer. Are you kidding me? They think I'm lying about receiving a flyer? Even if a homeless person did come in and wanted to give away money don't banks want to make money? Nothing made sense here. The manager looked like she rolled out of bed, very disheveled, so be careful giving your information to them. I have never seen or heard anything like this, suffice it to say we'll take our money elsewhere. SMH....

Peaches Pearson: Brandon is the BEST!! The manager at this location is AWESOME, he’s very nice and professional. It’s very obvious he leads by example because all his team members are as well. They don’t rush you in and out and they treat you like you’re a VIP all the time 😊

Josh Bushman: I went to access a safe deposit box at the branch. Previously I have given my court order to a different branch for access to a checking account. Although legal has reviewed the same order and letter of qualification once, this branch still required legal to review the same documents for access to the safe deposit box. I was greeted at the door, waited for the branch representative to assist and I was told I would have to make a second visit. My complaint is most likely with the centralized nature of this process and not the particular branch.

台妹黑白講: As a business owner, time is the most precious asset especially in the afternoon of Friday. Everyone at the branch is awesome, and of course the interior design and decoration are welcoming! Norbert Gomes opens the account efficiently and answers our questions throughly. Afterwards, it is very easy to call Norbert, and he offers excellent and prompt response. Yami Melaku is very hospitable, and our twins had a great time at the branch. It seems like everyone is collegial and willing to help one another. Will be back again.

Fletcher Seleme: One of the worst Bank Locations ever. Employees are rude especially Kevin and other Indian guy with black hair and black tie on and grey shirt. 1st I was asked to write down my SSN and DOB down and my email so they could then open my account up. This is a violation of Freedom of Information Act. Then when they could not open an account for me I asked why and he said we have very limited information and because I have an speech impediment the representative tries to intimidate me and asked me what accounts I have with other banks. He then asked me if I had an case or something happened in 2012, very unprofessional and unorganized branch. The branch manager even told me when I called and asked to speak to the District Manager that he had a customer in front of him I was being rude. I had made a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

Larry Chou: Listen to the other reviews that and stay away from TDBank. It's going on 9 months and hours on the phone and in the branch and I still can't get them to properly setup a simple autopay or internal transfer. After scheduling a payment with their website, the automatic payment fails to work and stays stuck in a pending mode even after the date has passed. Then they tell me that their internal transfer system is unreliable yet still tack on late fees. Their suggestion to fix the issue? Complete a paper authorization form in the branch which I did but several months later the autopay still doesn't work and they tell me it was an internal human error. And, again, they tack on late fees for their mistake. You would think a bank has better processes in place to protect and hold your hard-earned money. I've never had as many issues with any other bank making this many mistakes and continually making it difficult for you to resolve the situation. AVOID if you don't want the hassle of constantly fighting a terrible bank who just wants to charge you hundreds and hundreds of dollars in unwarranted fees for their constant mistakes

Dave Sullivan: They put these TD Banks in Bethesda for one reason and that is to Rip You Off. They say No Fee's and They charge you fee's For Everything. The employee's do not tell you the truth and they laugh at you when your walking out because they took all your money. STAY AWAY FROM TD BANK and keep your kids and business away from them as well.

Amber Leissler: After having an issue opening my account online, the instructions stated to call customer service or go to a branch, without any other specifications. Since I work right down the street, I made my way to the branch. Only 2 people are working during normal business hours at a huge location - 1 teller and the bank manager with a line out the door. The manager was surprisingly inconsiderate and did not seem to care about helping a brand new customer. I would suggest he seek a new form of employment that does not involve customer service - It is not at all preferred for a customer having an issue to be talked down to by someone who is supposed to be providing a service. Due to the immediate issues I had upon opening the account on top of this negative in-branch experience, I will likely be closing the account I just opened. Extremely disappointing.

Juan F. Herrera: Really bad service , I went for a wire transfer and the guy in the little cubicle told me I had to make an appointment for a simple domestic , he just plain did not want to help .

A D: This location is terribly rude. I was surprised to find out that the person responsible for such a horrible experience , Mr. Lawrence Thompson, is the branch manager! Not only was Lawrence discourteous and insensitive to the limited amount of time I had (I visited on my 30min lunch break because TD cut their evening hours), he lied and got smart with me. After speaking with Lawrence for about 2-3 minutes I asked for the contact info for his supervisor who he told me did not have a phone number. I insisted that his supervisor must have a number or email address. He gave me the phone number finally and proceeded to tell me that what I asked for was a cell number and that’s where the confusion was. I reached out to the supervisor Brandon Rainier immediately and did get a quick response. I was pleased when Brandon offered to have my request fulfilled and I could just stop by the branch to retrieve my items the next day. My disappointment quickly returned when I arrived at the branch at the time I discussed with Brandon and my items were not ready and the staff seemed oblivious to what I was talking about. Again I was on a 30min break and had to wait another 10min for something that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Lawrence prepared my transaction and in place of offering an apology for the previous day’s interaction handed me 2 complimentary glass cleaners instead. I would highly recommend NOT using this branch and not interacting with Lawrence Thompson. It is clear this branch manager cannot be bothered with the concerns of his customers. It’s unfortunate because this branch is convenient for me but I will simply avoid this branch unless my need is dire.

Simon Tesfai: I’ve worked in retail banking for years as a senior banker and had the worst experience at this TD at the Downtown Silver Spring location. D I A P E S ECK , customer service representative told me I had to wait 30-40 minutes to verify my account which only takes 5 minutes to do because they were “counting money” I told him I didn’t have too much time to come back so I would wait. Then he proceeded to ask me for more documentation needed to verify my identity which I had a secondary and primary form but he said I needed two primary forms of id?!?? Was not trained properly by branch manger and was not pleasant AT ALL. Someone please do secret shops at TD because this was a awful experience.

Kerst Am: This is the most inconvenient bank in the United States !!! I made an online deposit since Thursday the 15th at 4pm and still haven’t gotten my money ! I called them twice on Saturday but the two guys that I’ve talked to were super rude and not helpful at all ! Plus this is not the first time that this is happening! I’ve had my account for a long time now, so there’s no way they will tell me that they are holding my money because I’m new to the bank. SHAME ON Y’ALL!!!!!!!!!!

Juan Andino: Been here three times. Not once have a had even the most minimum sign of courteous customer service. If I were to pick one word for this location is would be "garbage". If possible avoid coming to this branch unless you want to walk out probably worse than how you came in.

Kay C: This has been my go to branch for years and for the first time I’ve had the worst experience which is very unlike TD bank . Im extremely concerned as this is my home branch . The self proclaimed manager named “Puneeth” for June 14th on duty was extremely rude . The fraud team asked me to connect to the branch and dispute transaction . I went there and the branch manager told me the transaction was reversed and no dispute needs to be filed . He was just about to issue me the new card and then changed his mind and started lashing out and told me to go to a branch that served me better when I asked him why he wouldn’t release the card . I’ve been banking here for 3 years and this is completely unexpected from TD bank . I will escalate to my highest ability and put this in consumer burueau . How can a customer be kicked out of his own branch by a manager clearly on a power trip.

Kahlil Stultz: I’ve been a TD customer since I was 15 and had a student account. In almost every experience I’ve had from New York City to Burlington, Vermont, staff gave great customer service. That’s why I was shocked by the rudeness, combativeness and inhospitable behavior demonstrated by the gentleman ”assisting” me on Friday, November 26 2021. From second guessing me, and trying to goad me into “going on the website” to taking a rude and dismissive tone when asking routine questions - my experience was miserable. I don’t think I’m going to return to this branch, and unless you’re using an ATM - I’d suggest looking for another better run and staffed one.

Tomek Mielniczuk: That was not convenient at all. It took them 1.5h to open a simple checking account. The deputy manager Maria is kind and knowledgeable, but the guy helping me was absolutely incompetent. I am sad to say that because he was trying hard. It was a terrible consumer experience and if I had more time to waste I would seriously consider changing the bank! I am normally not a guy posting reviews online, but that was seriously frustrating!!

Steve Tyson: Ironically, so called "America's most convenient bank" has been the most inconvenient. Some 80% of the time the ATM works for everything except cash deposits. Yet for my account I'm expected to maintain $100. I was told conflicting information as far as avoiding fees, but at the end of the day, the bank was the closest to home but I would not sign up under the terms I did had I known of their inconvenience. I wouldnt sign up with where I can't make cash deposits whenever I want. The manager was apparently never available and it took way too many days to finally get a call back. She was unable to refund 2 fees of $15 (due to false info and inconvenience as explained). When she finally called back I said I would close the account if I was being charged for inconvenices. She claimed I was at fault and no refunds were given. My experience with other locations were fine, I went out of my way to walk or ride 2 miles to the next branch location at times the Ballston ATM didn't work. It's just that I got false info and they for some reason can't maintain their ATM machines, and I literally have to pay for their inconvenience. If you're using the location and consider this one because of its convenient location to Ballston Metrostation and, maybe you should think twice and/or double check any info given to you about fees and maintenance pertaining to specific accounts. That is experience with "America's most convenient bank"...

Quadon Thrower: Worst place ever! The store manager likes to hit on young guys (my son), the fat girl in the front is lazy and likes to yell and argue with customers although, she can do stuff within her job range. They make sure they make you wait for simple things. They only try to please customers they like, please report this place. Worst bank in Clinton!

Logan Mechanical: We have banked with TD for over 5 years, and there wasn’t much they did for our small business. We used all of our own capital to grow the business and they offered little assistance. Truly disappointing to be with a bank for so long and they not offer any services to help our company grow. We decided to go to other banks with the same tax returns and paperwork we submitted to TD, and we were able to get a substantial amount of capital from other banks before we even deposited a dime. Bad customer service, poor communication, and a true lack of understanding of the community they are suppose to be serving.

Timothy A Mason (Ravengaddafi): After Hours card swiped doesn't work I try telling the manager who refuses to open the door and sends me around to the drive thru. Incredible lazy and super ghetto staff. Lost a card here too and needed a replacement with the same number. The card was made but they never called me and when I did they act as if I don't know what I'm talking about. This branch needs to be closed. If you want REAL customer service from a bank you literally have to go to downtown DC

Rob Rovinski: Two tellers with separate lines and there’s a single file line. There’s a man that walked the line from the rear forward asking to assist others and walks away without asking me what I was here for. The teller was nice but the bank charges $10 to cash a personal check if you don’t have an account. The guy walking the line could’ve informed me of that if he would’ve approached me.

Deepu Avsk: One of the worst TD Bank Stores. The bank manager will simply ignore the crowd. She will not offer any assistance or allocate additional staff to meet the demands. In drive through and inside expect to wait more than 30 minutes for assistance. This the only branch that is this bad even though it has more staff than all my other banks.

christina hill: I recently stopped inside on to open up a savings account only to have my information ran instead for their credit card. I was in disbelief because I had clearly informed the representative that I did not wish to apply for their credit card even though it notified him that I pre-qualified-- which he kept insisting on. I have been told repeatedly that their manager will call me to address this matter with no call back and it has been over a week now. Poor customer service. Beware of Mohammed, due to my experience I feel he needs training. I am so disappointed because I am at a time where I guard having any credit inquiries because I recently purchased a car.
