    Elke Gordon: A Virginian, I visited the District to attend a rehearsal. Could not find my car afterwards! Officer Davis of District 2 located it with the most pleasant demeanor -- and without laughing at this female driver. It helped that the car was exactly where I had told him I might have parked it -- but he went out of his way to find it. He started by saying "so you lost your car? a Rolls Royce, I suppose?" Thank you Officer Davis. He gets 5 stars, the total experience there a 3-4.

Our puppy, 10 months old, had run off - He stepped in, volunteered to help - and drove through the area - we both saw her run through traffic & into the park...He went up to find her, then my husband found her, got her back on a leash - and home...!     Juan Amaya: I was arrested today by one of your officers (unfortunately I forgot his name). for driving with a suspended license. his professionalism and respect was outstanding. He was doing his job and he did it well. he and the officers at the station were also very helpful. I was in the holding cell and I have High blood pressure which went up and I just had a stroke. I told one of the officer I was having chest pains and he immediately call the paramedics and he told me "your are safe here" which is how any human being should feel in a police station. just want to say "thank you" and I will fix my license so you wont have to arrest me again.     ernestine glenn: I am a resident of New York and my brother lives in Washington, D.C. I received a call that he was picked up by ambulance at 3:00pm on Saturday, and would be taken to certain hospital. Called that hospital and he was not a patient. By 7:00pm I had contacted four hospitals and no listing of his name. This morning around 10:00am I called this police station and problem was solved. My elderly, blind brother has no cell phone and therefore contact was not available. A male police officer took my information and put me on hold; short while later a female officer assisted me and placed me on hold. I had provided her with information and she was able to discover the location of brother and the time he arrived at hospital. What a relief!! What excellent service!! Kudos to the Police Department. I am grateful!

    Jamie Brick: Oh Lordy I’m so blessed to had had a flat tire on my way to the Capitol Pride Festival yesterday. I believe it was Officer Anderson who came to my rescue. Looked like a hunky farmer and would’ve sent me over the edge if he had aviators on. What are they feeding these officers up here? What ever it is it’s working. Within minutes he jacked my car and installed the new thingy quickly. I’ll save that visual for a later date. I hope nobody throws a box of nails in the same spot on Sunday on the way home. I’d hate for him to rescue me again.

    Kevin Simmons: Great group of officers. A lady was attempting to steal bags at Dulles, they did a great job stopping her and later arresting her. They were VERY patient, with a fast response time, and later called me to tell me the outcome! Was a good time to wait for my flight. Normally I have to watch Live PD on TV but I got to really watch it live! LOL

    Trevor Diaz: Quick service for district 5, accessible bathrooms, some what dated interior (but that’s not what you’ve come for). At time of writing it does not show up on google maps when searching for “police.”
