Jon Kotecki: After renovating our entire pool in 2014 I have endured over 9 different pool companies in the NoVA area. Out of all of those companies I have used, MS Pool has been far and wide the best service I have found in the area. I opted for the open/close package. They opened my pool this year and were able to work me into the schedule at a reasonable time. Being a new customer, many others I have reached out to couldn't get me on the schedule until mid June (that doesn't do me any good). They communicated well up until the schedule date (others left me in the dark), showed up on time and their support staff was friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions I had. After they completed the service, I received a full report with pics of my set up and grading on how everything looked and aged over the past 7 years. Very thorough. I was also having some issues with my main pump. Yani was extremely helpful over the phone attempting to troubleshoot my issues before we embarked down the road of a technician coming out. Once we decided on a course of action Momchil showed up with a replacement motor and 2 brand new pumps (2.6 and 3 HP). After a review, it was deemed that the cheapest option was the best option, just replace the existing motor. The technician also took the time to check the pool chemistry (again, shortly after opening) and assisted with suggestion on how to fix the imbalance. MS Pools was friendly (unlike all the other companies I worked with) helpful, (again, not like any other company I worked with) and went above and beyond what you would expect a company to do these days. Jon lackey: Long story short, the local pool store water testing messed my pool up big time. Your pool guy came out and suggested using flocculant to clear the cloudy pool. I did'nt have 48 hours to wait to clear etc. and have used that before and it work but takes time and vacuuming pool etc. Being labor day weekend and company coming over I did'nt have that kind of time. So he looked at my numbers, filtration system and gave me some great suggestions. He was spot on, I over shocked the pool and ran the pump over night. Re-tested chem in the morning and numbers are within range and pool is clearing, I can see the bottom of the pool now! clear enough to swim for sure and getting clearer by the hour. Had occasion to call upon them recently to replace pool water piping near the filter, restart the system and clean the pool. Contacted Dimitri, the owner, last week. He came the next day, gave me reasonable estimate for the work. The following day he showed up with his crew and completed the work within hours. Wow! Could not have asked for any better or more professional response from any pool service company. Believe me, you can't go wrong using DMV.

Chance Burgess: Good company but as an employee I had a few issues I was very unhappy about. The managers & a few other emoyees who were there during the time between 5/2021 and 10/2021 can attest to the events which occured following the day I broke my ankle on the job. I was properly taken care of financially through the insurance company they use which is Erie. They paid me on time and fairly. But on the day that I broke my ankle, the staff that was in charge of orchestrating the proper procedure of if/when an employee is hurt on the job moved with the slightest urgency. It took them an hour and a half to figure out who's going to take me to the hospital to be treated. I was in so much pain and apparently they could'nt have cared less by how long they took to get me help. I forget the young lady name, I'm so sorry for that but she was an angel. She took it upon herself to take me to the hospital and made sure that I had a ride back and she had no obligation. In spite of her having children to pick up and a man at home. She was such a blessing. The managers at the time who were there was trying to get out of what they were obligated to do and that was to do what the young lady did for me. That was there job. So I would never work for that pool service company ever again. Also, I would recommend anyone who interested in working for them to find another employer. My opinion is they don't truly care for there workers welfare.

Lucy A. Dalglish: We have used Poolservice Co. as our go-to company for 10 years. They also worked on our pool for at least 20 years before we bought our home. There have a been a couple bobbles along the way, but they treat our pool as though it is their own. In the past couple of years, their service has become better. Kudos to Charlie McMahon (a gruff guy with a heart of gold), Joe King (who can remember when he fixed our spillover 15 years ago), Emily and Sean. Tricia Distifeno & Family: We received a mailer advertising Complete Winterization for $370 (says the same on our invoice) however, we were charged an additional $60.55 for chemicals as well as an additional $60.15 for parts the technician offered as if they were free. To be fair, we didn't ask if there would be a charge for the parts but he also didn't say we would be charged. We are first time pool owners and didn't know anything about the process. We had no idea we needed a winter floater, winterization plug, extended winterizing plug or Blue Gizzmo. Again, the ad stated "Complete Winterization". My husband called and questioned our invoice total of $490.70 and was told it clearly states on the website "Additional charge for chemicals and parts"; his attitude was sorry, not sorry. Guess who we won't be using next year to winterize? Service: Winterization

Greg Pisocky: We've had Poolservice for years. They have always been punctual and responsive. Aside from regular openings and closings they've resurfaced renovated our in ground pool, promptly treated the occasional algae outbreak and have always been there when we needed them with clear explanations of the service provided and instructions and recommendations for ongoing maintenance.

ni ts: Came out promptly to fix cracked pipe and valve which was fairly aged. Repair is better than original and was done free of charge as they honored their freeze damage guarantee. Charlie has been servicing our pool for over a decade and is top notch!

Philip Ahn: Pool Service Company has been bad. Missed or delayed service happened. A different technician came to look at the pool and said that the Alkaline level was at zero, and the pH level was off. The pool water was so bad that algae started forming. We had to try to repair the situation ourselves, and when we asked about the chemicals that needed to be provided, we were instead asked why we didn't have the chemicals ourselves. This is unacceptable. We hire the company to provide the service, the company charges for "time and materials", and in this case, aren't "materials" chemicals as well? Because of the delayed/missed/unsatisfactory service, we were unable to use the pool for 16 days. We had to get our own chemicals to try to use the pool with no use. We have missed swimming lessons for the kids because of the inability to use. In all, much more money was spent due to the lacking service. This made us cancel and simply asked for a refund for the month the service was particularly bad. We were not getting that refund. We were on a monthly payment plan. When we called, they said the July payment would be voided. We made June and July's payment together, so expected July payment to be refunded per their way, which was a fraction of the July payment we made. We were simply paying month to month. If one month is to be refunded, that month's payment should be returned. Every time service is delayed, the excuse is that they have over 1700 accounts. Maybe they need to take on less if they can't handle the scheduling. When we called to complain, the person hung up the phone and did not pass to the President of the company, who, by the way, we were told is the person we needed to speak with to resolve this situation. The President of the company cited policy and was firm in his decision to not return the full payment. This was not about the money. They just did not want to work with us, despite knowing the result of their lack of service. This entire situation has been terrible. We do not recommend.

David Nelson: Asked to have my pool open in May while I was away traveling so it would be ready in time for a backyard party upon my return. The technician came 2 or 3 different times and never completed the task. I returned to a green pool that had not been vacuumed. I was charged $900 for "opening" the pool.

Nazra Khan: I am a new pool owner and just moved into my new property with a pool that looked like a swamp. The pool and equipment had extensive damages and the whole thing needed to be gutted. I reached out to many pool companies giving me outrageous quotes until I landed at Summit Pools. Vlad, the owner of Summit Pools was very prompt and courteous in responding to all the questions I had regarding remodeling the pool and replacing all the equipment. He made three trips to assess the damage and determine the work needed to have my pool up and running. Vlad provided a very reasonable quote for such a large project. Him and his team did an amazing job at replacing the liner, adding a new pump and filtration system, installing the LED light and gave me a head start on all the chemicals that I would need to maintain the pool for the whole season. Summit Pools used the best and high quality materials on the market and they saved me money wherever they could. I have a 20’ by 40’ pool which would need 35000 gallons of water and I was able to use my home water to fill the pool. The rest of the pool companies were charging me $2500 to fill up with a water truck. They also did an amazing job at closing the pool as well and provided me with everything required for an additional charge. If you are looking to replace a liner or need rework of an existing pool, I would recommend no one besides Summit Pools. They are very knowledgeable and do very high quality installation and maintenance. If you hire them, they will not disappoint. I will never go elsewhere for my pool concerns. On 6 June 2022 two nice men came out and I requested an estimate for equipment I needed for my pool that was sent to his cell phone but today is 19 June and this company has delivered nothing. Do not be fooled by this company's web site and nice people whom come out. If you require experienced and knowledgeable pool people this is not the company to use.

Megan Hacker: Summit Pools is fantastic! I bought a maintenance package this summer that includes opening/closing, 16 weekly cleaning visits, 1 winter care visit, and all chemicals; I also have a hot tub, and I was able to easily add a la carte cleaning for that as well. I used a different pool company last year to close my pool that I had been planning to use again this year based on familiarity, but they were going to charge me over $1000 more than what I'm paying with Summit for the same service, so the choice was obvious. Not to mention that I originally contacted Summit in the middle of the first week of May, and they came out to open my pool the following Monday; the other company didn't have any availability to open my pool until the end of the month. Summit Pools has friendly professionals who show up on time, and in the rare event that something comes up where they can't make the scheduled time, communicate that to me right away and offer an alternative (note: this only happened for some ad hoc service I was having done, not the regular weekly cleanings). In fact, I have been thoroughly impressed with their communication overall - when we first started working together, I was texting the owner a lot of questions (I'm a new pool owner), sometimes even after normal 9-5 business hours, and he was always quick to respond and help. He even directly sent me recommendations for items that I needed to replace, which saved me hours of researching on my own. For services, I've had Summit install a new pump, a new set of stairs, and a new pool light. Each of the installations were done quickly and well - we did have a little hiccup with the pool light since the item I received didn't work out of the box, which we unfortunately didn't figure out until after installing it, but of course that was just some bad luck and had nothing to do with Summit or their service. The owner went above and beyond to ensure this was resolved by making two extra trips back here - one to uninstall the bad light so I could return it, and another to install the replacement light that I exchanged for when I received it. In terms of the maintenance/cleaning, my pool and hot tub always look great and never have any chemical odors. As I mentioned before, I'm a new pool/hot tub owner, and when I was "maintaining" (it was mostly attempted maintenance) my own pool and hot tub last year, the pool would usually look green, and the hot tub chemicals would be so out of balance that my eyes would burn when I used it haha! I haven't had any of those problems again since hiring Summit. All in all, I definitely recommend Summit Pools for any cleaning, maintenance, and/or service need(s) you have. Dave DiGiovanni: TL;DR: Summit Pools has excellent service, is actually accessible to their customers off hours, and saved my Memorial Day. Long Version: Over the Memorial Day holiday weekend we had a pool emergency. The O-Ring on the unit that cycles through the cleaning jets at the bottom of the pool failed causing the pool to loose about 8" of water in 30 minutes. We're new pool owners and didn't have the skill to diagnose the problem, so the only option I had was to turn off the pump. Since this happened on a Friday afternoon, that means no Memorial Day swimming and a cold, swampy pool until our regular vendor could get around to helping out. In the hopes of finding a solution, I started calling around. After a lot of disappointing conversations with a number of companies, my wife found Summit on the internet and I gave them a call. Vlad was amazing. He answered the phone after hours, took the time necessary to diagnose my problem, and even offered to look at pictures I had taken of the issue. He gave me a temporary solution that got me back in business for the weekend. The best part is I wasn't even a customer, just a guy off the street. They will be getting my business in the future!

NutGodz LLC: Location: LA fitness Wheaton Lifeguard company: High Sierra pools This is absolutely unacceptable, came in at 5am Black Friday, mind you the gym closed at 12pm yesterday because of thanksgiving I was there that day aswell. So this nasty stuff in this whirlpool has been in there for over 17hours during closed hours where they could have cleaned it up, found the log book for the lifeguards that are responsible for keeping the pools/spa clean and they haven’t logged a draining or cleaning since October 14th(first page and it didn’t even have a cleaning that day) it sucks cause I love this location because it has this amenitie aswell as sauna and steam room. I really wish they would clean the aqua side of the gym a more often especially post Covid. I still like this gym even tho it’s a little outdated. Hope to see the spa get a deep cleaning soon.

curtis pilcher: I have been a life guard for 10 plus years as a supervisor for more than 15 properties and have certified more than over 400 lifeguards through the red cross. Courtland towers have the most unprofessional lifeguards I have seen. The guards were using the tube as a foot rest. Eating next to the pool in the stand and on there phone while In the stand. I understand that this is a summer job but the level of negligence is unreal and puts patrons in danger.

Overtime will not be paid so be careful (even if they claim they do, I worked more than 10 hours a days and never got a penny of overtime). The locations were okay but hours are long and monotonous.

Anonymous Flaw: For last 3yrs or more I been going to La Fitness now called Esporta and every other week or month the pool or spas heater is not working or pump broke. I had 5 spine surgeries and rely on this as my only exercise and physical therapy and pain management. I cannot take pills. I cannot tell you how many times over the yrs that I arrived, changed and came to the pool door to find the sign, "spa not working, heater broke" or pump and this is no exaggeration. Covid restrictions just ended, spa just reopened AND BROKE TWICE AND IS DOWN NOW. MANY OLD PEOPLE AND DISABLED LIKE ME HAVE ONLY THIS AS A FORM OF PEACE. IT IS SAD THAT YOU DO THIS TO MILK MONEY FROM COMPANIES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR LIFEGUARDS DO NOT CLEAN EITHER WELL. THEY SIT ON THEIR PHONES WITH THE DOOR OPEN SO THEY CAN CATCH A COOL BREEZE, MAKING POOL AREA TEMPATURE DROP AS THE POOL DOOR IS NEXT TO ENTRANCE AND WE ARE IN NIAGARA FALLS NEW YORK. Marsha Golding: I love Dolphin Pool Services! I had been with my prior pool company for circa 16 years. Over the past several years the weekly maintenance and managerial/owner's professionalism was sorely lacking. I had started to consider other companies; but the decision was made for me when I had a major weekend emergency and I could not reach them - again. Panicked, I did several searches and browsed numerous reviews before calling Dolphin. Dolphin pools (with no guarantee of future work) came to the rescue and had my pool back in working order within several days. Roman and his team's quick response and rapid repair along with their knowledge and professionalism made it easy to discontinue using the company I had used for many years. 2020 has been my first full year with Dolphin as a weekly customer and I continue to be impressed. When COVID happened and I consulted them with regard to possibly opening the pool early, they did not hesitate to fill my request. In fact, they have never hesitated. Roxanne: If you don't have a pool, buy and build one just so that you have the opportunity to work with Dolphin Pool! My experience with them has been wonderful. Roman and his team are best in class professionals. Every person who has come out has been courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to help educate. Roman even took his own time to come give me a crash course to make sure that as a pool owner I understood the mechanics and maintenance of my pool. That level of support is a rarity! Davileet T: I hired these guys to do a pool renovation, and the job fell through due to lack of trust and Dolphin breaching their contractual obligations. They use Mazariegos Brothers General Construction as their sub-contractor, save yourself a few thousand dollars and a headache by not choosing either. The contract between parties was to include thorough plaster prep. This was to chip out around fittings, acid washing the old plaster surface (etching), chip out under tile line, and lastly apply bonding agent on the old plaster surface prior to re-plastering. This was a $2,000 itemized cost for $1500 for prep and $500 for bond coating. None of the wording in the agreement was debatable as to what would be done. Day one of prep I am told that no chipping or grinding out under tile would be done because of risk to tile being damaged, which was the first I am told about this. Every other company I received a quote from disagreed with this, and there was some material that needed to be removed. For the cost involved to prep, this should have been brought to my attention before the day of. Also, sub-contractor informs me that he was instructed from Marko (construction guy at Dolphin) to not do an acid wash. Marko said no acid washing needed to be completed because the surface was "clean enough and wasn't green from algae," and only pressure washing was necessary. I would challenge anyone to find a reputable pool repair company who would admit that skipping this step of acid washing is acceptable. By not having a solid bond between new and old plaster creates risk of delamination, and not something to be risked for such little labor involved. To remedy my objections, Marko went out and got a jug of acid to save face, and did a superficial job of acid washing. Less than a single jug of acid was used for an entire 20x40' pool. Picture of the bond kote I received versus what manufacturer suggests it should be, below. The product applied to my pool was very watered down and essentially does nothing to bond new plaster. This company seems to be two amateur guys who opened up business on the backs of sub-contractors doing renovations. And then, telling said sub-contractors to cut corners in order to increase profits. The ending of this relationship was due to Dolphin breaking ties because of an accusation that his sub-contractor damaged a hydrostat in the pool. I personally had stripped the threads removing one of the caps, since removing the caps isn't included in the drain out with Dolphin apparently. However, I believe that the side of the hydrostat was broken off when the plaster surrounding it was chipped out by their sub. The situation became a he said/she said ordeal and Dolphin quickly ended up backing out. Which is totally fine as there had been tension from work being sub par up til that point, and the lack of contractual obligations being met on their end. It's ironic that Dolphin didn't like the idea I was lying about a damaged hydrostat, but they attempted to lie their way through prep work. As of today, Dolphin is refusing to give a respectable refund for their 6 hours of work and wanting me to pay them profit because their feelings got hurt from an accusation. A mere accusation is not grounds for backing out after a mediocre job was attempted to be done, and then having the audacity to try and walk away with profits. Lets see that invoice from the sub-contractor.

Isabel Tuz: I highly recommend Dolphin Pool Services! When my pool cover suddenly ripped over a weekend, I was able to get in touch with Dolphin that day. Within two days, the Dolphin team had come to my house to measure the pool and provided estimates for a new cover. While here, they really took the time to answer my questions about the different options, which was much appreciated. Just a few weeks later, the new cover is in and looks great! I’ve been impressed with the Dolphin team’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile throughout this entire process. I honestly cannot believe how easy they made it to get a new pool cover (in the middle of winter). Service: General repairs & maintenance

Evan Regan-Levine: When I bought a house with a pool I was clueless as to its care and maintenance. Roman and his team have been fantastic in helping me quickly get up to speed and enjoy a great pool season. When my pump failed just before July 4th weekend, Roman worked incredibly hard to get me a replacement from the good quality brand I wanted and get a team out to my house very quickly to do the install so I could enjoy the pool for the long weekend. He’s responsive and reliable which is a rarity. Couldn’t recommend him and his team enough.

Elijah Finn: Dragan, Rob, Sandra and the whole team at Beltway Pools are simply fantastic and I could not possible recommend hiring anyone else for help with my pool and hot tub. They are reliable and professional to work with and take the time to listen and plan out the best course of action (we needed to completely resurface the pool of our fixer upper) to ensure that what we envisioned was executed perfectly. Andrew Travers: I reviewed multiple proposals on rebuilding a pool upon the purchase of our new house. The previous owner had deferred maintenance on literally every aspect of the pool. Our pool required 100% replacement of the filtration system, heater, skimmers and reconstruction of the drainage system, pool floor, tile and coping. Beltway Pools was by far the most responsive of the bidders with the most reasonable and easiest to understand pricing. Anything that I required clarity on they provided. We now are almost a year past the initial work and they did not deviate one penny from their original pricing. They continue to support us with weekly visits (incremental cost but well worth it) for cleaning and chemical balancing. We are very pleased with our service from Beltway Pools. -Andrew T. Rob is wonderful to work with, from start to finish. He regularly called to keep me updated on the project, always answered his phone when I had a million questions, explained the entire process to me very clearly, and his crew were great. They were always on time, very professional, and did a beautiful job on the project. They cleaned up the work area after their work, and made sure to communicate with me all the way through. Competitive pricing, and really great to do business with. We also hired Beltway to open our pool filter system this year, and I was impressed with the attention to detail they gave to this process. This year, they measured our pool for a new pool cover and they will be back out to replace our filters in the next week or so. Pilar Londoño-Kent: Three years ago we found a new product for resurfacing our pool, which was built 17 years ago. That new product brought us to American Swimming Company, a veteran-owned small business that had recently entered the market. We were very impressed with their hands-on attentive approach to customer service — keeping us informed throughout the re-finishing process and closely monitoring the progress of the work. We have since retained them for pool maintenance servicing. James, company owner, and his daughter are very responsive to any of our pool’s needs. What a great company! We strongly recommend them.

Lexus SC: Called this company though American home shield to fix the pool pumps last year , they did a great job,That is why I decided to give them my busness so this year I called them to do pool opening . Their performance is very primitive and when you complain about the service they tell you that you were Rood to them , their worker disposed all the trash in the pool filter and through it in our mint garden , when we brought this to their attention they said we are rood to them . Unfortunately their performance is not like last year . In addition they left our pool after opening with the water not circulating and they did not want to come back to see the problem although I called them immediately the next day . Steve Thormahlen: I’ve used ASP for several years now and they provide the best service, bar none. They come out to our pool on a regular schedule, are always on time and provide some of the friendliest service I’ve ever experienced. When we have had mechanical issues they are quick to respond and diagnose the problem. I’ve used two other pool services and ASP is the best.

Frank Cooch: This summer (2021) will be the fourth year that we have employed ASP of Springfield (James & Ellen King, owners) to open, close and perform weekly maintenance for our pool. We have been extremely pleased with their efforts and the resulting service. Early in our first year with ASP, Mr. King showed up at our house with the weekly maintenance crew. He explained that he likes to visit each client at least once not only to meet the client but to check out the pool for which his company is now responsible. We have a saltwater pool. Two years ago our very expensive salt chlorine generator died. Mr. King was instrumental in persuading the manufacturer that the warranty was still in effect and to provide a replacement at no cost. When a couple of employees left the company we learned that hiring replacements was going slowly because “Mr. King was very particular about who he hired.” It shows in the excellent service that we receive. ASP of Springfield employees know what they are doing and frequently go beyond what is required. Just one example: the crew had finished the weekly maintenance including blowing the leaves and debris off the pool cover and patio and were getting ready to leave when they decided to take another pass with the leaf blower just to get the few newly fallen leaves off the pool cover before they left. They always email a thorough maintenance report after each visit. ASP of Springfield’s excellence continued in 2020 with the opening of our pool on April 1st. Within a day the water was absolutely clear. If you are looking for a new pool company to take care of your pool, we recommend this company without reservation. Don Miller: They are hired to manage Saxony Square's pool for the 2021 season. Life guards late or don't show up at all. They do not enforce pool rules nor do any cleaning. Our pool deck is littered with leaves, sticks, weeds. Chairs are in disarray. Gard is more interested in paying attention to his cell phone.

Amir: Penguin Pool Service was recommended to me after I moved to a home with a demanding pool. I can truthfully say that you will not find better pool services in the DMV area. Look no further than Penguin Pool Services. Todd was incredibly well informed, friendly and honest. He was easy to work with and answered all our questions in kind. Lonny Miller: Just had my pool pump repaired today by the nicest guy. I’d love to say his name but I believe in privacy. I will say a few things about him though... He was amazing! Knew exactly what he was doing. Not a common thing in the pool industry where it seems all you ever get showing up at your house are blatantly obvious seasonal employees with limited knowledge. AND my goodness...was he HILLARIOUS!!! My wife is currently going through Chemotherapy. He did not know this and we did not share it with him. So to say that she could use some cheering up is an understatement. The days around our house are long and not so pleasant right now. The pool guy said so many funny things and had endless stories of great humor. My wife and I are still laughing as I write this review. Also, getting to know Nick, he's always the point person on our pool (unlike some larger companies who send random staff) which again is a relief as the pool is a bit unique. 阳光: I just purchased my home this October and found that the previous owner has painted the pool. As a result, no pool service company is willing to service the pool in 2022 unless I demolish the paint and replaster the pool. Nick, the owner of system pools, stopped by couple times, explained the issue to me clearly and provided me a very reasonable price and then scheduled the replaster to be done during the coming weekend. The plaster looks good and he provided me the guidance to brush the plaster myself, which is not only a good exercise to me but also saved me a lot of money. Today, we have the pool winterized and we plan to meet next spring to repair other pool facilities and get ready to open the pool in summer. I would like to make this 5 star review for the service as of now. Hope we could work together to maintain this 5 star review in 2022 and every pool season following. Amy Mitchell: I just bought my house, and the pool has been sitting for who knows how long, after murdering hundreds of thousands of tadpoles and chasing off frogs I got tired of trying to open this thing myself and called in Baggas for help. The sales rep that came over was great, and convinced us we need to drain our pool that it was beyond the help of chemicals, and that we would ruin our liner if we continued the direction we were going. SO, I hired them to DRAIN and clean my pool. They did NOT drain my pool, and really didn't explain why, although if I had to guess, they probably could not get a water truck as I've heard that they were pretty hard to come by this year, and i was not going to fill the pool from my well. A little explanation there would have been. Second, it was supposed to take 3 days, now my pool was SO BAD, that even I knew that wasn't going to happen, and it did take about a week. Because it took so long they charged me extra for all the chemicals we used (that I was told would ruin my liner) All said and done its finally open, even though tomorrow is labor day lol I dont care I will be getting in that thing until its too cold! I spent more than I anticipated, and did not get the services I was sold on, but overall I am happy with my pool. My pool won't be neglected again so hopefully it will never be in the shape that it was this year.

Catherine Chakola-Thomas: Spectrum Pools exceeded all expectations. After reading the reviews online, we reached out to them for a pool inspection for a home we are looking to purchase. They were extremely responsive and to my requests although they are out of season for this type of service. Vladimir explained in detail what the process is and how they would go about their inspection. They confirmed a date so close to the holidays, I was so appreciative. They also showed up three separate times to ensure the pool inspection was thorough and complete. And, they were reasonable with their pricing. But honestly, the customer service, communication and smile on their faces throughout the whole process was so genuine. We will definitely be using their service for our future pool needs.

Jarret Kuhfahl: Millennium Pools did a great job installing a new liner and salt water chlorinator. Milo and team were very professional, was able to answer every question, and took the time to make sure we knew exactly how to use the system. He even provided care tips. If you need work done on your pool, I highly recommend them!

Cori Watson: I have never posted a review before this is how bad they were!! Scheduled my annual opening (we have used them before.) They came out and all they did was remove the top, drop chemicals and skim the top. (For $500) I called to ask if they would be coming back to clean the bottom which was covered in leaves and dirt and they did not return my call. I called back again and they said I would have to pay for an additional cleaning and that they had already cleaned my pool.

JJ: Whoever is driving their truck down Braddock Road today in Annandale should have their license taken! He was speeding and swerving all over the road, completely endangering those around him. Disgusting behavior.

Gregory Enos: I cannot say enough about the staff. We have been w/Millennium now for 7 seasons. We use their opening/closing services, repair services, and have purchased a gas heater, a Loop-loc cover, and most recently had them re-plaster our pool and add new LED lighting. Rarely does any job go perfect. And, with the plaster job, there were a few kinks that were easily ironed out w/quick response and communication by the GM, Kirk and his support staff. Kirk was extremely knowledgeable and very accessible. At one point he said we could contact him any time, even by smoke signals! Thanks Kirk and Team...looking forward to another great season!
