There have a been a couple bobbles along the way, but they treat our pool as though it is their own. In the past couple of years, their service has become better. Nazra Khan: I am a new pool owner and just moved into my new property with a pool that looked like a swamp. The pool and equipment had extensive damages and the whole thing needed to be gutted. I reached out to many pool companies giving me outrageous quotes until I landed at Summit Pools. Vlad, the owner of Summit Pools was very prompt and courteous in responding to all the questions I had regarding remodeling the pool and replacing all the equipment. He made three trips to assess the damage and determine the work needed to have my pool up and running. Vlad provided a very reasonable quote for such a large project. Him and his team did an amazing job at replacing the liner, adding a new pump and filtration system, installing the LED light and gave me a head start on all the chemicals that I would need to maintain the pool for the whole season. Summit Pools used the best and high quality materials on the market and they saved me money wherever they could. I have a 20’ by 40’ pool which would need 35000 gallons of water and I was able to use my home water to fill the pool. The rest of the pool companies were charging me $2500 to fill up with a water truck. They also did an amazing job at closing the pool as well and provided me with everything required for an additional charge. If you are looking to replace a liner or need rework of an existing pool, I would recommend no one besides Summit Pools. They are very knowledgeable and do very high quality installation and maintenance. If you hire them, they will not disappoint. I will never go elsewhere for my pool concerns. Rachel Larratt: Robert, Dragan, and their crew did an amazing job. I spent months getting quotes from several companies. Beltway pools’ wasn’t the least expensive but I felt that they were the most straightforward. Instead of just pushing me to replace everything, broken or not, they had more of a wait and see approach. They worked with us to come up with a plan to get the pool back operational as economically as possible, and then work on our “wants” list. Our pool had been closed for almost 10 years due to damage caused by changes in drainage made by construction in the neighborhood. At 65k gallons, the pool is extremely large and even more expensive than your average pool remodel. They removed several feet of debris, drained and scrubbed the pool, replace the tile & coping, the pool equipment, repairing equipment that could be fixed, and replacing what needed to be prioritized for upgrades. They did the entire project over a couple of weeks. They stated on time, stayed on budget, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I have kept them on to handle the pool maintenance including opening and closing the pool and keeping it clean during the summer. Their prices are fantastic and as I mentioned, Robert isn’t going to sell you something that you don’t need. He’s going to help your pool become enjoyable again.

Andrew Travers: I reviewed multiple proposals on rebuilding a pool upon the purchase of our new house. The previous owner had deferred maintenance on literally every aspect of the pool. Our pool required 100% replacement of the filtration system, heater, skimmers and reconstruction of the drainage system, pool floor, tile and coping. Beltway Pools was by far the most responsive of the bidders with the most reasonable and easiest to understand pricing. Anything that I required clarity on they provided. We now are almost a year past the initial work and they did not deviate one penny from their original pricing. They continue to support us with weekly visits (incremental cost but well worth it) for cleaning and chemical balancing. We are very pleased with our service from Beltway Pools. -Andrew T. My pool needed a new plaster and not only did they redo the plaster, they found damage to the structure that would have caused my plaster job to become compromised in the future. They are thorough and don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. They continued to maintain my pool afterwards and have been very professional doing so. Rob is very responsive and helps me whenever I have a question. Dragan and Sandra have been great keeping my pool clean and pointed out issues when something needs addressed. I W: Great update to our pool! We needed to update the pool as we were getting a new patio built. James and his team did a beautiful job, replacing the tiles and coping stone, on time, within budget. It looks like we have a new pool. They also did a really nice job when closing the pool last fall, adding the equipment for tying down the pool cover on our new patio. Highly recommend.
Pilar Londoño-Kent: Three years ago we found a new product for resurfacing our pool, which was built 17 years ago. That new product brought us to American Swimming Company, a veteran-owned small business that had recently entered the market. We were very impressed with their hands-on attentive approach to customer service — keeping us informed throughout the re-finishing process and closely monitoring the progress of the work. We have since retained them for pool maintenance servicing. James, company owner, and his daughter are very responsive to any of our pool’s needs. What a great company! We strongly recommend them.
Steve Thormahlen: I’ve used ASP for several years now and they provide the best service, bar none. They come out to our pool on a regular schedule, are always on time and provide some of the friendliest service I’ve ever experienced. When we have had mechanical issues they are quick to respond and diagnose the problem. I’ve used two other pool services and ASP is the best.
Frank Cooch: This summer (2021) will be the fourth year that we have employed ASP of Springfield (James & Ellen King, owners) to open, close and perform weekly maintenance for our pool. We have been extremely pleased with their efforts and the resulting service. Early in our first year with ASP, Mr. King showed up at our house with the weekly maintenance crew. He explained that he likes to visit each client at least once not only to meet the client but to check out the pool for which his company is now responsible. We have a saltwater pool. Two years ago our very expensive salt chlorine generator died. Mr. King was instrumental in persuading the manufacturer that the warranty was still in effect and to provide a replacement at no cost. When a couple of employees left the company we learned that hiring replacements was going slowly because “Mr. King was very particular about who he hired.” It shows in the excellent service that we receive. ASP of Springfield employees know what they are doing and frequently go beyond what is required. Just one example: the crew had finished the weekly maintenance including blowing the leaves and debris off the pool cover and patio and were getting ready to leave when they decided to take another pass with the leaf blower just to get the few newly fallen leaves off the pool cover before they left. They always email a thorough maintenance report after each visit. ASP of Springfield’s excellence continued in 2020 with the opening of our pool on April 1st. Within a day the water was absolutely clear. If you are looking for a new pool company to take care of your pool, we recommend this company without reservation. Bernard Frank: ASP continues to provide outstanding care for my pool. Fritz has done a great job all summer kerping our pool clean and well balanced. I continue to recommend them if you need a pool service company. Started with ASP last year and had them on contract all year this year. The guys are great. They have a great team, very responsive and have kept my pool crystal clear all year. Given the age of my pool and system that is saying a lot. I would recommend them to all my friends. I had an issue with algae’s building up constantly in the deep end and so i contacted High Quality Pool Services. They came in and did work like brushing and stabilizing chemicals, they also explained why this issue occurred in the first place and helped me figure out what to do in future to prevent algae’s from sticking to the walls. I would highly recommend these guys for any issues related to the pools and pool operating systems in general, they seem to know it all!

Justin Hamilton: I liked working for Sunset Pools last summer of 2020. I was looking for a job since I graduated college last spring. The office staff, regional manager, and cluster supervisors were great at managing people. I have been a lifeguard, pool manager, and roving operator(managers substitute) in the past years. The apartment complex pools worked out well to lifeguard as I wanted a job with minimal supervision and a supervisor oversees me at my worksite. I was new to this company this summer and I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend working for this pool company.

Lonny Miller: Just had my pool pump repaired today by the nicest guy. I’d love to say his name but I believe in privacy. I will say a few things about him though... He was amazing! Knew exactly what he was doing. Not a common thing in the pool industry where it seems all you ever get showing up at your house are blatantly obvious seasonal employees with limited knowledge. AND my goodness...was he HILLARIOUS!!! My wife is currently going through Chemotherapy. He did not know this and we did not share it with him. So to say that she could use some cheering up is an understatement. The days around our house are long and not so pleasant right now. The pool guy said so many funny things and had endless stories of great humor. My wife and I are still laughing as I write this review. 阳光: I just purchased my home this October and found that the previous owner has painted the pool. As a result, no pool service company is willing to service the pool in 2022 unless I demolish the paint and replaster the pool. Nick, the owner of system pools, stopped by couple times, explained the issue to me clearly and provided me a very reasonable price and then scheduled the replaster to be done during the coming weekend. The plaster looks good and he provided me the guidance to brush the plaster myself, which is not only a good exercise to me but also saved me a lot of money. Today, we have the pool winterized and we plan to meet next spring to repair other pool facilities and get ready to open the pool in summer. I would like to make this 5 star review for the service as of now. Hope we could work together to maintain this 5 star review in 2022 and every pool season following. Catherine Chakola-Thomas: Spectrum Pools exceeded all expectations. After reading the reviews online, we reached out to them for a pool inspection for a home we are looking to purchase. They were extremely responsive and to my requests although they are out of season for this type of service. Vladimir explained in detail what the process is and how they would go about their inspection. They confirmed a date so close to the holidays, I was so appreciative. They also showed up three separate times to ensure the pool inspection was thorough and complete. And, they were reasonable with their pricing. But honestly, the customer service, communication and smile on their faces throughout the whole process was so genuine. We will definitely be using their service for our future pool needs.

Gregory Enos: I cannot say enough about the staff. We have been w/Millennium now for 7 seasons. We use their opening/closing services, repair services, and have purchased a gas heater, a Loop-loc cover, and most recently had them re-plaster our pool and add new LED lighting. Rarely does any job go perfect. And, with the plaster job, there were a few kinks that were easily ironed out w/quick response and communication by the GM, Kirk and his support staff.
