Davinci Meeting Rooms: what do users think?
Larissa Szilagyi
Larissa Szilagyi: I rented this space out for a training seminar I hosted out of town in Washington D.C. My company was doing leadership training and needed a quiet, productive space to focus on their seminar. It is hard to find an affordable, clean, quiet space in DC for an entire day. However, Davinci meeting rooms were able to help me accommodate this seminar. The room was not only quiet, but it was also extremely spacious unlike many rental rooms. I highly recommend this location in DC for a training seminar
Laney
Laney: I am a traveling recruiter for a summer internship program, and I used this space to discuss the internship with students. I met with students one on one for about fifteen minutes each, and the room was clean and tidy and worked great for our meetings. The projector I requested was available upon my arrival. I used the Davinci Meeting Room booking service, which is a streamlined and easy to follow process. Definitely recommend if in the area!
Angela Le
Angela Le: I recently booked this meeting room to meet with my business associates. The room was very big and included wide open tables. The room also included white boards and a projector. I was impressed with the service provided as well as the easy to use website. I will be booking here again in the future.

Isabel Alt
Isabel Alt: While traveling from our LA office to meet a vendor for my company, I booked this meeting space in DC. The meeting space was well equipped and provided quick access to the projectors, all within a comfortable setting. The on-site service was also memorable. Davinci Meeting Rooms: what do users think?
Michael Stearnley
Michael Stearnley: My partner and I needed a professional space with host a video conference with some international clients here in D.C. and found it super quickly with Davinci rooms. I was able to reserve the room with their easy to use booking service and saw all of the amenities listed in the description working correctly. The Davinci video conferencing worked with absolutely zero interruptions. We will undoubtedly be suing Davinci rooms again for our future meetings.
Jed Nugal
Jed Nugal: My team couldn’t attend a full three-day conference in New York, but luckily the company was willing to do a distilled one-day recap for us the week after in D.C. to fill us in on the most important topics discussed about more efficient supply chain management. This meeting room was perfect for the small number of people attending. The company was able to brief us with visuals on the projector, and our breaks were catered. It really was like attending a mini conference, and the venue helped give that feel.

Fran Finley
Fran Finley: Me and some friends who work a couple organizations in DC are collaborating on a project. We needed a meeting room to talk about specific and share our ideas. This room worked. The catering services hooked up through Davinci were great, too, because we met for a couple hours in the evening and needed dinner. We will use Davinci in the future.
SWEETY CHINNU
SWEETY CHINNU: I reserve this gathering place while traveling from our North Carolina office to meet a client in Washington DC. The meeting was for twenty persons and the room provided with good space and atmosphere. The room was exactly as mentioned on the Davinci Meeting Room program Great on site service. Based on request, projector will be provided. Will reserve this place for sure once again as I am frequently traveling to Washington DC.
James Burton
James Burton: Very pleased with this meeting space. I held a seminar with 23 participants and we were very well looked after. Bright, spacious and modern room. I can really recommend the Davinci Meeting Room service, they made sure that all the technology worked as it should and even organized catering for my group. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Davinci Meeting Rooms: what do users think?
Kaitlin Tucci
Kaitlin Tucci: Our startup is based in Boston, however, we needed to meet with some clients in Washington DC. One of our employees recommended that we book this Davinci Meeting Room for the meetings. The meeting rooms were within 10 minutes of our hotel and were accessible for the potential clients. We enjoyed that there was technical equipment, such as a projector, available for us to enhance our meeting experience. The comfort of the meeting room and ease-of-use convinced our CEO to book these meeting rooms again in the future.
Isabella Paz
Isabella Paz: I flew into DC to hold a training for our new start up. Davinci’s platform matched exactly what we were provided. This location is very modern and has all up high speed internet rooms. The room we were provided was large of enough for our party of 15 and still had more space available. A whiteboard and projector were available for us and we also received coffee and catering. I was very pleased to use Davinci’s services and will recommend to anyone seeking a professional space to hold a meeting.
SWEETY CHINNU
SWEETY CHINNU: I went to Davinci meeting rooms when I wandered out from New York to Washington, to go to a social occasion with my association delegates. It was 10 individuals gathering and the room was awesome with all the comforts like the projector. It composed of the portrayal in their program. I will endorse Davinci and visit yet again.
Florian Meyer
Florian Meyer: I booked this meeting space while traveling from our New York office to meet a client in DC. The meeting was for seven people and the room provided sufficient space and light. The room was exactly as described on the Davinci Meeting Room platform. Great on site service. A projector was available upon request. Regus - District Of Columbia, Washington - Metro Center: what do users think?
Engel “D'Journey” Caceres
Engel “D'Journey” Caceres: Honestly, I am always on the move. Having the ability to book a conference room from wherever I am and been able to receive the quality of service they provide with everything I need for whichever type of conference or meeting I’m having it’s such peace of mind. Comparing others, I’ve never seen such dedication to help and allocate the customers as theirs. So thankful for your work guys, always helping me being more efficient. Keep up the great work & God bless.
Kamal Nawash
Kamal Nawash: I recently signed up with Regus in Washington DC. I met with a Regus manager and I informed him that I was looking for an office with a phone answering service, copy machine and fax line included in my rental fee which is the same setup I had with my previous landlord. I was told that “I am at the right place.” I was quoted a price of approximately $1275 for an “all inclusive” office that includes a “phone answering service with unlimited calls in the United States.” I was specifically told that when I receive a call the receptionist would answer the phone, ask who was on the phone and announce the call to me. I was also given a “deal” if I signed up for two years that I would be able to make copies at 5 cents per copy and I was shown the kitchen and told I will be able to use kitchen services for coffee and water, all included in my rental fee of $1275. With the above terms in mind, I signed up for a two year lease to start on October 16, 2017. Approximately three weeks prior to the commencement of my lease term, I visited the office space to meet the new area manager and that is when I learned that most of the representations made to me were false. In other words, I was defrauded. During my conversation with the new area manager, I discovered that my rent did NOT include a phone answering service, did NOT include use of the kitchen and did NOT include use of the copy machine at 5 cents per copy. I was now told that I do get a phone but I would have to pay extra to have my phone answered. I was also told that I would have to pay a monthly fee to use the kitchen and I would have to pay 15 cents per copy to use the copy machine.

The Capitol View at 400: what do users think?
Remembered Events
Remembered Events: We just had a fabulous wedding at this venue. The view is beautiful. They have a parking garage underneath the building and you do have to go through the lobby of the new stations to get to the reception spot but well worth it. We had around 100 people which fit the space perfectly. Delmy the venue coordinator is so wonderful to work with. The space offers multiple options for your cocktail hour set up. The restrooms are far from the space just something to be aware of. I would suggest making signs it is downstairs or have a designated person showing guests where to go (this was something our planning team did).
Colby Shomaker
Colby Shomaker: This place has great views of union station and the capital. Not the best location and set up to host an event but overall it’s ok.
ALANA VAUGHN
ALANA VAUGHN: What an amazing venue to have any event. It felt like you were on the deck of a cruise ship with the beautiful black drop of the Capitol in the background. It was open air... it was beautiful but when it started to drizzle there was a beautiful canopy that still allowed you to enjoy the beautiful view.
Travis Hyams
Travis Hyams: We had our wedding of about 100 guests at Capitol View. Our experience was amazing, and we would recommend the venue to anybody that is planning their next event. The view speaks for itself. So, if you are on the fence, just go see the place. Delmy the venue coordinator is a true champion. She is experienced, organized, well-connected, and when the anxiety of planning an event becomes too stressful, she draws on all of these to keep you calm and make sure things go as planned. The day of went off without a hitch and our guests continue to rave about our event! Delmy handled all the décor and the venue looked truly stunning. We hope others get to experience how truly magical Capitol View is!
Kiedra E.
Kiedra E.: Unfortunately this rating comes from an inability to receive a date to even view the venue. We absolutely adored the space from what we saw online. I reached out to the venue the beginning of January and received little correspondence and after confirming a date finally but, not a time , I waited over a month for a time confirmation email that was promised and never came. This was extremely disappointing. I’m not sure why we weren’t valued or given the usual business etiquette or decency many others have in the past from the reviews I read but, I hope that this experience is isolated and not common practice of this venue.
andrew strycker
andrew strycker: I was here for a conference dinner on the rooftop. The food was lackluster and ran out multiple times. the event was by reservation only so it was not as if Capitol View had no idea on how many patrons to expect. The two bars that were on the rooftop were cash only and hard to navigate towards. The bathrooms were also located a fair distance away. After a bit of socializing (like an hour), many of my peers decided to go to another venue.
Michael Gerardi
Michael Gerardi: Great venue for people who are political advocates and/or patriots
Megan Muñoz
Megan Muñoz: Delmy was very nice but myself and other guests could over see and hear her being unfriendly to the staff and taking down about the wedding party. Otherwise fantastic venue and a wonderful time.

Josephine Butler Parks Center: what do users think?
Liza Greenberg
Liza Greenberg: We checked out multiple venues in DC, but none captured the vision we had for our October 19, 2019 wedding like the Josephine Butler Parks Center. The space is beautiful enough to not need too much decoration but simple enough to be a blank canvas if you wanted to go big. We had 120 guests and it felt both spacious and intimate. Malina was very informative and helpful and has done the wedding rodeo enough times to have answers to every question we threw at her. And we felt especially great about using the Center because we knew we were supporting the Washington Parks!
Joseph Ortega
Joseph Ortega: A classy and elegant old venue in the heart of the city. Spacious and full of rich historical ties to the city.
Aaron Hedquist
Aaron Hedquist: I’ve photographed several weddings at the PARKS CENTER. Every time, the venue is well organized, plenty of room for vendors, and the guest seem to really enjoy the multi-level space. You also won’t be able to beat the access to one of the largest (and best) parks in DC. PLUS, the building is run by a local non-profit so a portion of the proceeds go back to doing great work here in DC. If your thinking about having a wedding, corporate, or family event, definitely check-out the JOSEPHINE BUTLER PARKS CENTER.
Jeffrey Harris
Jeffrey Harris: Fun event space. Been there for wedding and fundraising/social event. Lovely.
Audrey Link
Audrey Link: Attended a couple of wedding parties here. Fairly well maintained historic home. Nice staircase in the foyer which is a good spot for photos. There is a balcony (might hold 30)which is a nice place for cocktails in nice weather. There was more than enough room in the dining area for the 150 or so in attendance at the last party. There are 2 kitchens, an upstairs which is a decent size and a much smaller one on the lower level. This provides a lot of room for prep and the fridges help with the cooling of your beverages so not everything has to be chilled on ice. Parking is a little difficult because of the location, but the same can be said for all places in that vicinity. Overall a very quaint location for your event.
Andrew Breza
Andrew Breza: A charming and historic event spacelocated next to Meridian Hill Park
M U K T I . D E S A I
M U K T I . D E S A I: I had my wedding here in September of 2014 and it was absolutely perfect! The space is gorgeous and we knew the venue was for us the moment we saw it. We had just under 150 people and the space was perfect. Dinner was a little cramped, but other than that the space was perfect. We were lucky and had amazing weather so we are also able to make great use of the terrace. This is the perfect place for someone wanting a DC wedding at a reasonable price. The photo opps are also amazing and if you are lucky and get good weather, the park is so close and makes for great photos as well.
Erin R
Erin R: Went here for a gala. A historic venue that is perfect for a small to medium sized corporate or personal event! Two stories we’d open for us to gather in. The staircase is beautiful!

Narda Nardis
Narda Nardis: Amazing venue! Great location
Frank Mikolajczak
Frank Mikolajczak: Nice venue. There is not much draw here other than the open canvas and your vision. The scenery is not beautiful or amazing but it allows for a nice city comfort feeling that is hip and trendy. You can really decorate or create whatever environment you want inside the space that offers plenty of room. There is a good Instagram wall around the building for pictures also.
Dru Crawley
Dru Crawley: Fun event venue, indoor, covered outdoor space. Great for parties
Valerie Chandler
Valerie Chandler: Terrible event! I was invited to The 2nd annual DC Brunch Festival on Dock 5 and it was the pits!!! It was more like a Sardines festival. It was packed, hard to walk around, lines everywhere, plenty drinks and very little food!!! The free glass was dirty and plastic! Parking a logistical nightmare. I had to go next door and pay to eat! This event is for the easily duped!!!
K Allen
K Allen: Basically, a loading dock with all of the wonderful acoustics of a loading dock. The view out the garage style doors is of a deteriorating warehouse with an old diner propped up on timbers that looks like it will fall over any second. Since it is all concrete, steel and glass, just add in a blaring sound system and you have all of the great ingredients for a wonderful evening at this venue. Not.
Amelia and Kelsey
Amelia and Kelsey: The staff at Dock 5 is incredibly accommodating and helpful when planning the perfect event in their space. We always appreciate their flexibility and the versatility of the space. It will always be one of our favorite event venues in DC.

Joshua Russell
Joshua Russell: First time to the convention center for Awesome Con 2022. Huge place with many halls and areas to meet. Multiple locations for bathrooms and some food selections as well. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. Awesome con was in fact awesome! Lost of cosplay, huge areas for original art, and many vendors for comics, cards, games, and so much more. First time coming to one of these and was very happy to be able to go. Next time will plan a bit better and spend more time and checking out the table top gaming areas as well.
Ivysfoodcorner
Ivysfoodcorner: We visited the Walter E Convention Center for Washington DC Auto Show 2022 Event. This place is super convenient, right next to Metro station and surrounded by all locals restaurants. The facility was maintained very professionally, the security was organized and the restroom also very clean and super shiny! The Washington DC Auto Show 2022 is a must to visit! It’s an eye opener event especially if you’re planning to buy your future cars. We had a blast visiting this year, with all the pandemic precautions, all were organized professionally and you can definitely social distancing without problems. We’re spoiled and entertained by the numbers of cars on the show, all come with new technology and amazing design, especially the electric cars and the muscles cars. Not forget to mention about the electric buses! Check on the exotic cars section and the oldies cars just to be mesmerized! Don’t forget to check on the event while they’re still around!
Anthony Heady
Anthony Heady: Awesome Con - Always Awesome and Always amazing, everyone dressed up looks spectacular, there something for everyone, game halls to play, tons of art stuff for the kids. I can rant and rave for hours but you just need to go for atleast a day and see the fun for yourself.
James Walker
James Walker: Walked right up to Pagani Huayra, the $2,500,000+ Italian carbon fiber sports car, wow factor. The red Chevrolet Corvette Z06, caught my eye at about $90,000. The pretty blue 2022 Camaro LT1 Convertible starting at $41,145 was also an eye opener.
Janice L
Janice L: Huge convention with tons of food places around. Came here for Awesome Con and it was a really fun and clean location for a con. It has a good amount of chairs located all around the convention for sitting!
Williams world
Williams world: AwesomeCon2022 was amazing great cosplays, friendly people good merchandise and tasty food.
Lambert Matias
Lambert Matias: Attended AUSA Annual Conference . No complaints all around, but for the amount of people this place can hold, there should be more seating outside the halls and accommodations for physically impaired folks. Also, I want to give a very positive shout-out to the staff who delivered my dropped vaccination card to the lost and found office. Thank you!

green RITA
green RITA: Worth the visit for jazzy multi floor + multi purpose habitat with informative historical retrospectives on display.
Rachael Mann
Rachael Mann: I spoke here for the Smartbrief STEM Summit and absolutely love the layout, artwork, and design.
JLP
JLP: Occasionally this place has interesting exhibits on architecture and is in a good location with lots of food options around. For events, probably great for small groups but we were big and it was overcrowded and hot. Bathrooms were in bad shape and inadequate. Excellent service from staff helping the event.
Julia Adams
Julia Adams: For being an architectural museum the practicality of using the space falls short. Uncomfortable and hard to move chairs, long narrow rooms do not foment discussion. Movement and noise distracting to a meeting.
Ronda Bernstein
Ronda Bernstein: Great lectures, events, tours and exhibits related to Washington architecture. While most of their offerings are geared toward the architect membership they serve, many items are open and of interest to the general public, especially during Architecture Week/Month.
Simon Villanueva
Simon Villanueva: Done events here a couple of times. The place is great! The only downside is the internet upload speed is kinda slow. Making live streaming while connected to the inhouse internet slow.

It has a breathtaking view of the Capitol and is extremely well maintained. We fit our 160 wedding guests under the provided tents for our ceremony with room to spare. Suzanne and the entire staff were a delight to work with and they really saved the day by accommodating us by scheduling a tour and our event very quickly after having our original venue cancel only 5-weeks before the big day.

Jamil Castillo
Jamil Castillo: The Yard is an excellent place to get your work done. The atmosphere in this place is just incredible and it makes you feel productive. There are many places to sit and get inspired to get the most difficult tasks done. The community managers are super helpful and nice. The view from the rooftop is unbeatable. They have unlimited coffee, water and many kitchen supplies. There is a Trader Joe’s right there also, in case you need to do grocery shopping or grab something for lunch. There are many places around there to grab lunch as well. Location is definitely convenient for people that have to go to Congress a lot for work.

Marsel Gray: If I could give more stars I would. This place is amazing for your office needs. If you are not using it for your small to medium business than you are falling behind. It has the innovative approach new, young businesses want with all the resources that made prior generations successful. But more than just beauty and appeal, the staff is even more amazing. They are friendly, problem solving, and fast! I am constantly amazed with how polite and quick to address any concerns they are.
Response: Thanks Marcel! So glad you are having a great experience. We love having you as a part of our community!
Will Hand
Will Hand: Incredible place to work. We have been tenants for many months now. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The offices are upscale, with plenty of amenities. Metro across the street. Trader Joes literally 5 feet from the building. Coffee and espresso machines on tap. Plenty of special and events. What more could you ask for? Oh wait, did I mention the absolutely stunning rooftop terrace and event space?
Response: Thanks, Will! We’re so glad you love it as much as we do!
Benjamin Zapp
Benjamin Zapp: Conceptually, the facilities are similar to WeWork but the vibe is a bit more professional. The place has gotten better as occupancy has started to reach good levels, but it could be better. WeWork still exceeds as far as simple things like fruit water. Building management has been slow to provide services while the rest of the building is built-out for tenants. The gym and bicycle changing rooms, which have showers, still do not provide towel service like every other Class A building in Washington, DC. The building has been open for 1 year and is probably 75% leased. This is outside the control of The Yard, but considering there are no gyms in the area, it is a real inconvenience. If you absolutely need to be on Capitol Hill, it is very good co-working location. And it probably will get better with time.
Response: Hi Ben, thank you for your feedback. The bicycle racks are now clear. Feel free to send any additional feedback our way to feedback@theyard.com.
jj mites
jj mites: A very nice place to work in an office other than your own. Friendly people networking and brainstorming, in harmony. Private offices, ready & able to expand when you are ready to grow. Shared offices with other professionals, make it much easier to get work accomplished. Expand Evolve Enjoy
Response: Thanks, JJ! If you have any additional feedback, feel free to send us a note at feedback@theyard.com.
Secrett Happy Place
Secrett Happy Place: This place has a sort of Men In Black feel to it as soon as you walk in. Its great upstairs. Feels like a regular office space with more color. It has full kitchens! Also little kitchen spaces.
