Janee Stanley: I have been to a couple of Lovesac stores during my furniture shopping experience but the Logan circle was by far the best! From the beginning Evan (the manager) was so welcoming and personable. Duane was also working that day and he was just as friendly and welcoming. Evan listened and helped me through the whole process and assured me we would get our furniture in a timely manner. Due to other issues at other furniture stores (Havertys,etc.) ; they were giving a 6-9 month shipping date so this was perfect! It took maybe 5 minutes to place my order. Will definitely return and I highly recommend this location.

anngela hanks: Duane was the best throughout my purchasing process! He was knowledgeable, patient and of course professional. He helped me to understand the differences in the plush, he helped me figure out the best color for my purchase and explained the different accessories. He didn’t pressure me at all! He was just an overall cool guy who was easy to work with. Love Sac give that man more money and his flowers!

K Hearon: Duane and Taylor are AWESOME! As I was in the area checking out a few stores for a new sectional, I came upon the LOVESAC store. Duane and Taylor were both knowledgeable and accommodating as I requested they shift and rearrange the showroom samples to get a better idea of the LOVESAC. They patiently answered every question, arranged and rearranged the blocks. They were great, so much so I decided to purchase the LOVESAC!

William Henderson: We were told that it would take the maximum three weeks for total delivery and we would get tracking numbers within the week. We started coordinating the removal of old sectional and painting of basement. On informed us there was a delay on the Tonal Sterling Lux Chenille until we called the sales person. We had to push back all plans for five weeks instead of three weeks. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow through.

Mark Weinress: Really like this store, and all the Room & Board locations. Large and nicely laid out for easy shopping. Well priced, well made stylish furniture with a good, but not overwhelming selection. Very helpful staff. Lots of options on upholstery and other details. I've bought quite a number of pieces at the Room & Board in Chelsea, NYC.

Brandon Gaimari: Customer service is actually good but products are over priced junk. Bought a bedroom set and the design of the bed causes it to squeak every time you roll over. Customer service had Dr. Furniture come out twice - one time screws were missing in the bed, the next time installed slat pads (why were these not installed originally?). For the price you pay, the quality is not what it should be. Beware.

Anna Harrington: First, we had a guy helping us who like was non responsive at the Logan circle room and board. Then I ordered online for July 7 and the furniture store confirmed via email and when I called they told me July 7 was unavailable. Not good service for the price and wouldn’t buy here again.

Summer Logan: I was working with Lisa (who apparently is the store manager). Her behavior does not seem like she should be. My problem was passed off to Peter and I felt underappreciated as a client. Would not recommended the people that work here. Service is below expectations for the money you spend and management should do a better job. Seems like they do not care or engage with clients. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied.

Kathryn Adamcik: I ordered a couch from here in August and it was to be delivered at the start of December. It was delayed until the end of December and I waited for it to arrive. 1 day before it was supposed to arrive in the warehouse I got an email saying it would be delayed for 2 more months. I waited for 2 months and days before it was supposed to arrive in the warehouse after the 2 month delay I got an email saying it was delayed again. I have called customer service and they have been of no help. They have no idea when the couch will arrive or what the progress is on it. They will not give a discount for this long delay. I am stuck in a pattern where I expect the couch to arrive any day, and then it gets pushed back. This is not okay. I paid over 3k for my couch and am just getting brushed off by customer service, the managers that I have spoken with, and the associates who we spoke to in the store we shopped at. I was planning on purchasing a side table, coffee table, and lamp after the couch arrived, but I will no longer be using room and board in the future. I ask you all to be wary of purchasing from here. I paid for the couch in full and now it looks as if it will never arrive. I expect more from this company, and am highly dissapointed.

Catie Kemp: Love love love. They were a bit too pricey for me to consider when I was living in my apartment, but since buying my place last November I have become a very loyal customer. I started working with Daren to get an idea of what I wanted in my living room- just having the sounding board was so helpful. I have since outfitted my entire living room with them- probably went to the store at least ten times before making my order and never felt harassed or pushed into buying immediately. My mom bought her first house in over a decade this summer and I’ve encouraged her to buy with them too (which she has and has had an equally good experience). The biggest thing for me when I’m spending money on furniture is knowing that a) it will last and b) having confidence in my purchase. I most recently ordered a set of four dining chairs which arrived on Friday and the color just isn’t quite right in my space. I went into the store yesterday and discussed the issue with an associate (didn’t catch her name)- they are very up front about wanting to make things right if you’re not happy. She gave me a sample swatch to take home and test in my space and this morning I called customer care who was happy to facilitate an exchange for me. They are back ordered until February so they even offered me the option of keeping the current chairs (so long, of course, as they are kept in excellent condition). Even speaking to their central customer service center is a personalized experience- I don’t have the same concern with other businesses that my order or request is going to get lost in the shuffle. You can get just about anything in any color/fabric/wood stain/finish that they have and the quality is outstanding- I really wish they were in the kitchen cabinet business because their wood quality, in my opinion, is unmatched by any other business I’ve explored at their scale. Everything is made in the US (Minnesota I believe). Of course with the pandemic things (especially custom items) can take a couple or a few months to come in, but this is far from specific to R&B and well worth the wait. I’ve had three or four delivery experiences with them and each time the employees were punctual, communicative, and, most importantly, careful with my home and furniture! In summary I can’t recommend them enough. They have found a customer for life in me and I am happy to scream my unsolicited appreciation from the rooftops any time! Edited to add- forgot to mention they are dog friendly (with treats!). If this isn’t the sign of a good business I don’t know what is.

Renee Davis: Don’t get me wrong, I love this furniture store. The customer service is great. Delivery service (workers) is great. It’s the actual product, the furniture quality that deserves 1 star (none if I could) our last purchase was the Reese sectional sofa. The buttons pick you when you sit on it and the cushions are cheap. No Cush whatsoever! It’s like sitting on the floor. The entertainment center has no wire outlets in the back for cord management and it scratches easily. And even though the only rerun policy listed is for mattresses I was told (Ginny) that if it was a couple weeks past they would be able to take it back? Do not be fooled by the pretty picture. It’s not worth the price!

Quoc Thieu Tran: I reached out to Tim to see if he and his team could help move the same Boconcept pieces I bought a couple years ago. Tim was able to accommodate and the furniture was disassembled, wrapped, and moved to my new apartment. While assembly manuals are helpful, having someone who already knows how to disassemble/assemble these furniture pieces definitely expedited my move. Would highly recommend!

Shailesh Kumar: Purchased "Indivi" sectional after customization. It fits very well for two families and perfect for our family room. Very sturdy and contemporary style. We also purchased a customized large leather ottoman to go with it. Quite satisfied with the quality- bit on the expensive side but I guess worth it. Very thankful to Aymann from DC store who helped us for this purchase and spent a lot of time explaining and choosing the right stuff. Looking forward to few other Bo-Concept furniture in our home.

Michael Nagan: Two big thumbs-up for BoConcept, and Tim. The first thumbs-up is for the furniture itself. We purchased several Mariposa chairs and a Granada table. We have absolutely loved them both! They are probably our favorite pieces of furniture. The table is incredibly easy to expand and contract, so we actually do it all the time. (The mechanism is kind of fun to use, so I actually like doing it, rather than dreading it.) And the chairs are beautiful and comfortable. The second thumbs-up is for their service. We had a problem with one of the chairs almost five years after we purchased it. The warranty had long since ended, but I contacted Tim (who wasn’t even the owner when we purchased the chairs) to ask about it. He concluded that the problem shouldn’t have happened, so he offered to fix the chair for free. That involved replacing a substantial piece of the chair - which couldn’t have been cheap for them. And they did the repair in about 15 minutes at their warehouse while I waited and chatted with the lovely repair people. I guess you can tell that I feel pretty positive about BoConcept, but they’ve earned it!

Rob Streicker: I cannot say enough nice things about BoConcept DC and its owner Tim Machenaud. I purchased an office chair from this shop almost 5 years ago and it held up beautifully until one of the wheels popped off -- it appeared that normal wear and tear had stripped a bolt of its threading. Despite the chair being out of warranty, Tim immediately offered to replace the entire chair at no cost to me. It was available to pick up from the showroom the next day. This is customer service at its finest. I'm now sitting in my new chair writing this review -- a very happy customer.

Patricia Strohm: The team at Bo Concept did a terrific job in helping me find the right furniture for my new place. I've always liked the furniture and other products at Bo Concepts but the Georgetown store is the best (better than the ones in London) I have visited.

Laura Lee: Seriously, the best customer service EVER!. We bought a couch and a rug here and Tim is so expeditious with his replies to anything we needed. There was a little piece of fabric that was sticking out after we got it delivered and he came right away to fix it. The delivery was also the BEST delivery experience I have ever had. SOOOOO OD professional! The inside of the moving vehicle was even cleaner than my house! Definitely NOT a 3rd party delivery service and fake white glove delivery. They wore booties when they came into the house, came within the time frame of said delivery, and gave 20-25 mins notice as promised. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to ANYONE! Superb 5 star service.

Jerry Jenkins: My wife and I had a great experience working with Erena Barbabosa, the Design Manager at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Rockville, MD. Erena showed great patience as she helped us work through some errors in the purchase we made a couple of days earlier. She walked us through a number of choice as we designed a sectional sofa, pillows and rugs that fit perfectly in our family room. Erena's stylistic recommendations were outstanding and we incorporated all of them. Good customer service is very important to me; it is one of the main reason any company, service provider or vendor gets return business from me. Our very pleasant customer service experience with Erena earned La-Z-Boy--Rockville the first look when I'm ready to buy more furniture, and I will ask for Erena by-name. Thank you La-Z-Boy Furniture and thank you Erena!

Jen: Great shopping experience! I appreciated the opportunity to look around on my own without feeling pressured from the minute I walked in. Jason was extremely helpful, personable and really listened to what I wanted. He helped me find the sofa that fit my needs. Only reason it's not a 5 star rating is the supply chain issues mean it could be 4-7 months for delivery. Certainly not the store or Jason's fault, just a sign of the times.

Pat McVicker: On the one hand, I’m surprised that La-Z-Boy hasn’t rebranded their name. They have definitely updated their offerings, to include sectional couches, which is why we came back when it was time to outfit a new room in the house. We spent a long time shopping online, but knowing how tactile this purchase was, we came to the store, and I am so happy we did. Our salesman, Ben, knew the product lines inside out. Everything from the construction, foam options, fabric choices and configurations. Not only a talking encyclopedia, he was a good listener and patiently walked us through all our options and prices. We came to La-Z-Boy because we knew they only sold quality furniture, and we were pleased to see that they also invest in hiring & retaining quality salespeople.

elizabeth scarito: Friendly, helpful staff. I came in with a specific need which was addressed quickly, time given to call home to sort through the options, and within less than an hour I had the order placed. Unfortunately, delivery times are being impacted by supply chain issues. My electric lift chair will take 4-7 months to arrive.

Elaine Simonds: Given the availability of items and constraints of my timeline, I found everything I was looking for. If I had more time I might have chosen different fabric colors, but not having to wait months for furniture makes up for that. Marcos, the sales associate, was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. Applying for credit was quick and easy. Can't wait to get my new things.

M ary Wolfe: I was waited on after very short wait since it was the Holiday and there were only two people working, I was acknowledged right away and told some one would be with me shortly. Once I was waited on it took less than 20 minutes to complete my purchase since I knew what I wanted and the order was done and delivery scheduled. Very courteous and helpful employees.

Harvey Banks: My wife and I went to the La-Z-Boy Home Furnishing & Design store in Rockville, MD looking for a new sofa and love seat to replace our old worn out one that we discarded. We were graciously greeted by La-Z-Boy sales associate Steven Casey when we entered the store. After explaining to him what we were looking for he was very helpful in showing us the many different types of sofas that were available. Mr. Casey was very knowledgeable of the various furniture make and models throughout the store. We test drove, (sat on) several different models before deciding on a sofa and love seat set with that has power reclining seats and foot rests. Mr. Casey was very helpful with explaining all the details of completing the sale, the warranty provisions and the delivery date. The La-Z-Boy store in Rockville, Maryland was well lit and professionally arranged. We enjoyed our visit and will return again for our next purchase. We highly recommend the Rockville, MD La-Z-Boy store for anyone seeking quality furniture and excellent service.

Leda McIntyre Hall: Rick was a helpful and patient sales associate. With the delivery chain the way it is, it’s hard to get enthusiastic about my sofa. Parking is easy and they answer the phone when called. I’d go there again.

Jacqueline Dobranski: We have been enthusiastic customers of Ligne Roset DC since 2012 when we bought a set of 12 formal "So" dining chairs and the iconic pumpkin chair. The store is locally owned by a warm and welcoming community-minded family. This translates to amazing customer service! Owner David Zein has an exquisite eye for design. He patiently helped me choose the right pieces and the perfect colors for my home without sales pressure. A couple of years later I stopped in and purchased the Ploum love seat - like sitting on a cloud! The first night I had it my dog chewed a hole in the seat! David had an upholsterer there the next day and you cannot tell anything happened! Last year we replaced our casual dining table and chairs at Ligne Roset. David swore the chair fabric would not stain, and he was right! I have two young kids - soy sauce, spaghetti sauce, you name it - it all comes right out of light gray fabric with a damp cloth! I have always admired Ligne Roset, and we get compliments on the style and comfort of our furniture all the time. Thank you to David and wife Dani for an excellent shopping experience. We are customers for life! BTW their newest store at the DC Wharf is stunning!

Dawn Jones: I had the most wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy furniture. When I first walked into the store a young lady named Ruth greeted me. She was extremely professional she wasn't pushy at all just offered her help. I am slightly disabled and I explained to her that I would be very slow. She reassured me not to have any worries. From that point on the experience speaks for itself. I spent 2 1/2 hours with her. Not only did she help me on choosing my furniture but she was willing to look at my video of my new condo to see how things could be placed and she made some very good suggestions. She was very young I know she wasn't 30 yet. This was such a fine example of a young person a young professional shall I say that is willing to help the customer. I am a 68-year-old Woman and frankly it was so nice to see a young person that was willing to help. This young lady will go far in her life. I have already called back to order an additional piece of furniture and I will continue to do business as long as she is there. La-Z-Boy thank you so much for hiring this young lady named Ruth. I was in quite distressed when I came there as I had to drive over two hours to get to this rooms to go and she made everything so pleasant.

Judy Guenther: We were offered assistance shortly after we walked in. We were trying to find recliners similar to La-Z-Boy leather ones we had purchased about 15 years ago. We tried several of them, and when we determined which ones we wanted to ask more about, our sales associate was busy with another customer. At that time a male associate who had been sitting in a chair against the wall came over to see if he could help since he saw our sales associate was busy. We were quite disturbed to see that he was not wearing any mask at all. Then he made a comment that all the rocking recliners were pretty much all the same which didn't endear him to us. Then he walked off and we waited patiently for our original sales associate. She helped us quickly when she was free, was quite knowledgeable about all the aspects of our choice and options, wrote up the ticket and thoroughly explained all aspects. I'd have given this rating a Five Star if it hadn't been for the disturbing man.

erikdca: I have been looking for a new sectional couch. After several stores and pushy sales reps I walked in and was met by Dee. She was very pleasant and listened to what I was looking for. She allowed me to look around without the usual hovering sales person around you. Long story short, she answered all my questions and began to run the numbers for me. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got the final numbers! She helped me design it and got the order into the system. I left feeling like a got a great product because a of a great sales rep, no crazy you have to buy it now attitude or upselling. Oh and the great sale going on didn’t hurt either!!!

Robert Bruce Johnston: Two very kindhearted women helped me with my purchase. I know that they have excellent quality furniture, so I was very comfortable purchasing on the phone and by looking online at particular pieces of furniture. This is the third time I have bought from them. The first time was more than 25 years ago. Their furniture is magnificent.

Maria Tadic, RD: My husband and I went to the store in Kingstowne Alexandria and worked with an associate named John Oliver. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We kept jumping between lazy boy and another store - going back and forth - deciding between two chairs. He was extremely patient with us and not pushy or salesy. Even when he knew we were considering another store’s option. Ultimately his knowledge and customer service was a big part of the reason why we chose to purchase the chair here compared to the other store.

Diana Johannes: I had a total right hip replacement about a week ago. One of the side effects of hip surgery is leg swelling, and I suffered pretty badly from it. I did not have a recliner and that is what the PT specialist recommended I do (elevate the legs) when I was not doing my PT exercises or walking. Gina from Kingstowne/Alexandria store was wonderful, having also been through hip replacement surgery so she knew exactly what I was going through and made specific recommendations regarding which chair would be best for me. I appreciated her professionalism and insight in helping choose the right chair for me.

Robert Atwell: Excellent salesman, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient. Helped us understand all of the options and let us decide what was best for us. Our decision process became much easier because of the help we received.

Zippy Duvall: The people working there were extremely nice, helpful and professional They gave us plenty of time to look around and then answered all our questions Service thus far has been great. We can’t wait to receive our new recliners.

Robert Sepe: I ordered a recliner from them in late Nov. and was guaranteed that it would be delivered to me by March, 2022. I just called to ask on the status and was told it will now arrive by the end of May. When I pointed this out to the salesperson on the phone, she said that it normally takes 4 - 7 months to deliver. <- Something I was specifically not told when I bought the chair. My wife and I both remember being told it would arrive no later than the end of March, 2022. Disappointing.

Rob Perkins: Store was very busy due to sale. Sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and made good recommendations. Nice selection of recliners; I was able to find what I wanted.

RCS S: We’ve been looking for some pieces at home to replace our old furnitures and we think of La-Z- Boy as they’re well known for quality and comfort. The store have a lot of pieces to choose from. From pure leather, vinyl and more. The place is well organized and clean. My only problem is the delivery which is the problem of the most buyer because it takes longer than usual due to pandemic.

DD: My initial visit to this location was a good experience. Lizzie was extremely helpful in trying to find what I was looking for. But La-Z-Boy as a company disappointed me. I'm not sure I will ever purchase from them again. The furniture is pricey. And while I understand covid has caused delays in getting materials, producing the items, etc., I feel like they could come up with a better way of keeping customers informed on the status of their orders. I was quoted a 4-7 month time frame for my furniture to be available. As it started to get closer to the end of the quoted time, I called to check and see if production had even started. As of when I called at the end of December, production hadn't even started. At that time there was no estimated date for when furniture would be ready which is frustrating. To make things even more frustrating, when calling the following month (month 6 of the quoted time frame), Michael provided what I thought was poor customer service. His response was short as if I was bothering him and he simply said, "nothing changed from when you called last month" and that I would get a text when the furniture was ready. As a customer just sitting in limbo waiting with no real details about the status of my order throughout the process made this experience a not so great one for me. Updates to come when the furniture has actually been delivered.

Stephen Giese: I have purchased from La-Z-Boy before and I felt I should go back again. This time I ordered a loveseat power recliner. The salesperson (Dorothy K) was a great help narrowing down the choices based on features that I wanted. She worked up pricing for a couple configurations. I wanted to choose the upholstery and I was able to borrow swatches to take home. I was about ready to order when I thought of adding one more option -- power headrests. When I arrived at the store, Dorothy had anticipated my thought and had already worked up the price. She subtracted applicable discounts on top of the sale price, so I was able to keep within my budget. She also carefully explained the terms of the sale including warranty and price guaranty. Overall, she was helpful and low key. She listened to my concerns and tried to suggest options. I felt she had me, the customer, in mind. Kudos to Dorothy! My order will go into a queue to be custom assembled. I expect it to take several months (4-8) to be delivered. Luckily I'm in no hurry. I wish La-Z-Boy offered all of its operational features on all its designs. The design I preferred did not come with the features I wanted (separate controls for the legs and the back), so I had only three designs to choose from. I am glad that La-Z-Boy has a showroom so I can try on a variety of models before I spend a lot of money. I saw cheaper prices for recliners from on-line sources, but it would be a gamble -- the descriptions are minimal and you don't know how it will feel or operate. And other sources don't offer a choice of custom upholstery. The only problem I've had with a previous La-Z-Boy power recliner is a little play in the mechanism after a few years. I was able to turn the chair over and tighten two nuts attaching the metal frame to the wooden body. Problem solved.

Sharon Salerni: Staff was helpful and showed me several different options. Sounded like she knew what she was talking about as I was looking for a recliner for my current back surgery. She stepped away to check inventory and that took a long time. When she finished most of the recliners I liked were out of stock. I ended up purchasing one that she showed us in brown but said it would be a different color/leather and showed a sampling. Hard to tell from just a sample but it arrived last night and I’m very happy with it! Only thing that is strange is that when I say in the one in the store my feet reached the ground. However my feet don’t reach the ground when I sit in the one that they delivered.

Judy Curry: The expertise of their sales person, Dorothy Kim, allowed for a quick and efficient sale! I knew exactly what I wanted and with her knowledge she was able to offer suggestions, Narrow down my selections and help me pick the perfect option. Bob Edmonds: Julie was our sales rep and made sure all details were covered. We had to wait 7 months but that was very clear. After furniture arrived at store we could not take delivery for another 2 months. They held it for us until we could accept. All in all pretty smooth process!

Amy Coxon: I went I to the store to buy a recliner. The sales person I had was nice enough but did not know much at all about the product and wasn’t too helpful. Most of my questions were not answered well and he clearly did not seem like he was in the mood to help me figure out my options. I had looked a bit online and had some idea, but I’m short and wanted to sit in the chairs and see what fit. He showed me one model but when I asked to see comparisons and other things he just was. It helpful. He did end up showing me a chair on clearance that I eventually decided to buy becasue he told me the other chair I was interested in would take seven months to get. And, I do like the chair I got but better service would have been really helpful. All of that said, he also didn’t seem to know how to work the computer etc so maybe he was new and just training-I don’t know.

Jennifer Tarr: Dorothy was very informative and helpful. She did all of the research that was necessary in order for me to make an informed decision about which products to buy. Jay Makdissi: It took exactly 6 months to deliver two chairs , the chairs are awesome but I had to chase the store , and they kept pushing the dates of delivery beyond their promised and written receipt of 4 months. And of course return is no option for them even if they passed the promised 4 months. They have a weird return policy tailored to their interest only. Again I love the product quality but communication and management deserved to be called Lazy Boys. Will not buy from this brand again

Liz Hild: I was so impressed with the quality of the Lazy Boy merchandise. With Ken’s help (5 stars right there!), I ordered two beautiful leather reclining chairs and brought home a coffee table and three side tables. I will be returning to Lazy Boy for my next furnishings purchase.

Robert Flores: Bought an Amanda full sofa sleeper and it’s super nice. Also, the Waldorf, Md., team is excellent! They are very knowledgeable and answered my many questions promptly and courteously. Delivery took 4 months, which is reasonable, given COVID, supply chain issues, etc. The delivery guys were timely, professional, and did an amazing job setting the sofa up (which wasn’t easy because it went to an upstairs bonus room). The store manager and staff were also extremely accommodating regarding an upgraded mattress issue that they resolved to my great satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Diana Alger: Ordered a sofa in January understanding that there was a delay in the manufacturing process and that I probably wouldn't get delivery until August or September. Very pleased to be notified in July that it was ready for delivery and that delivery could be scheduled in 3 days. So pleased with the sofa that was delivered and with the delivery service that brought it.

Judith Henderson: The Chair Shop is a modestly hidden gem both for the quality of its Made in USA products and for its no-pressure service. I just love the mini rocker I bought in exactly the right shade of blue and the two finely-crafted kitchen chairs. Andy was very flexible in scheduling a very fast delivery, which happened right on time. Prospective customers looking for chairs and tables should make the effort to visit the Industrial Zone on Edsall Rd in Alexandria!

Wendy Lee: We loved the design of this solid wood table set. The Chair Shop is the dealer for the manufacturer of the table set. As the reviews for the Chair Shop seemed good, we decided to get the table set from the Chair Shop. After a little over 2 years of light use, we noticed a crack along the wood grain in one of the legs of the table. Local furniture repair stores we consulted all agreed that the crack was due to manufacture defects (the design, the chosen wood, and/or the way of crafting). However, the Chair Shop did not provide us satisfactory post-purchase service and also was not cooperative when we contacted the manufacturer. We won’t buy any furniture from the Chair shop and won’t recommend any of our friends buy furniture from them. Luckily we have plenty of other solid wood dealers in our area.

George Owino: Great quality and fair pricing . the owner is very well mannered and knowledgeable of every piece of furniture he sells. My mom and I bought a set of island counter chairs and they fit in lovely. I would strongly recommend any people looking for new style and old style all hardwood chairs to check out "the chair shop".

Allyson Donohue: So many chairs, choices and made in the USA! One of the few local, small businesses left in the area and they know how to do it right! I got my super comfortable dark green glider for my baby's room and it is wonderful. Great quality and had a fun time picking it out. You won't find better prices either. I will definetly go back for all of my furniture needs!

Jen BG: Options, options, options!!! Tons of fabric & wood colors to choose from. Every chair (straight wood or covered) is COMFORTABLE. Not sure how they do it- must just be a symptom of great USA craftsmanship. It's a bonus that all this comes while supporting a local shop. GO CHAIR SHOP!

Trish H: I will be a customer for life! I ordered a bedroom set and from start to finish it was a smooth process. The price was very reasonable and the furniture I wanted was in stock. The prices are clearly listed in the showroom - no gimmicks like Ashley where it’s marked up and then on fake sale. Gil was a true professional, it was clear he knew the business inside and out. He even came in on his day off to process my order.

Ellen Singer: I do not recommend buying anything from Belfort Furniture. I had a very negative experience with them and will make sure to communicate this through all of my social media platforms. I purchased a very expensive pair of matching wood credenzas from them and dealt with both sales folks and customer service folks over the course of a year and a half, and the final result is that I have 2 mismatched pieces of furniture (see photo of the 2 credenzas side by side with different finishes). Not only did the salesperson misrepresent the product, but the customer service folks wasted my time and theirs, and never addressed the issue that I purchased 2 matching pieces and yet they don't match. Belfort's customer service department provides lip service only. Once this company has your money, and they make sure to take a lot of it up front, they don't really do anything to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the purchase. I am amazed that they have stayed in business so long with such poor customer relations. Update 2/6/2022. As a result of this bad review, someone from Belfort contacted me and Offered a 25% refund on the furniture or a return for a full refund. I therefore revise this review because I finally got the company to make good. Belfort has a nice selection of good quality furniture. If you have a problem with a purchase , they will eventually make good - you have to be persistent.

Laura S: Buyer Beware!! Go somewhere else. I bought bedroom furniture from the show room. After about 3 months only the bed, dresser, and chest were available. As soon as the delivery man came to my house, he asked me to look at it. What came was a bright white bed and the dresser and chest were correct, with distressed white bottom and gray top. The bed hardware is silver and the dresser bronze. So it is very obvious these don’t match. When I called about the bed replacement I was told I owed extra $240. I called the manager, John. He told me the fine print on the Receipt says Belfort is not responsible for anything!! I was told they could split the cost and I’d pay $116. This is all Belfort’s fault. The store should not charge extra. This was their mistake. I went to the store and pointed out the matching set I wanted! I I have never been treated with such poor customer service and I had my whole house furnished with them. I am done. There are many other furniture stores. Avoid Belfort!!

Rickie & Terry Banks: Belfort Furniture is very beautiful and sturdy. They have an excellent selection of every type of furniture. Our furniture is very, very beautiful and we are so very happy!!! The delivery guys were respectful, friendly and professional. They put the furniture in the different room and even arranged the furniture to our liking. They set up the furniture so very carefully. Thank you to our Sale person name Thu you are so professional, friendly and respectful. Great Job!!!

Chad Craner: If only Belfort knew how to provide good customer care, and fix some simply broken processes. We ordered a leather love seat and two club chairs from Belfort. Our sales experience was fantastic, excellent service, quick responses to questions and scheduled delivery within a few days of placing the order. Unfortunately that's where the good part of the story ends. Upon delivery we noticed the back on one of the chairs was loose, it wasn't stable like the other chair. This particular chair has zippers on the bottom that allow access to see the frame. After flipping the chair over and taking a look inside, the (particle board) frame was broken on both side of the chair back. I mean broken completely across the width of the back brace. Contacted Belfort and was told a replacement would be provided but that the chairs were back-ordered.. Given the slowness in the furniture industry we expected some delay, it took weeks to get a replacement, and upon delivery of the new chair, exact same issue, broken back, in the same spot as thee first chair. Contacted Belfort again, was told they would send a repairman out, that they were aware of and knew how to fix this issue. This was on March 10, repairman finally made it out on April 6. Repairman say, oh I have to take pictures and provide a report back to Belfort and get authorization to fix the chair, then I'll have to come back and take the chair so I can fix it in my shop. Well, I already provided pictures, Belfort said they authorized repair of the chair, but now we wait some more. Sad that just a simply update to Belfort's processes could fix this issue, how hard is it to tell the repairman that he is authorized to fix the issue on his first visit? Amateur at best. Proceed with caution, and have lots and lots of patience.

Elizabeth T.: We ordered a couch in January 2021 and were told it would take 10-12 weeks to arrive; it was not ready until September (over seven months later). We did not receive any updates from Heidi, our salesperson, until we called to request information after the first 12 weeks had passed. Every time we reached out to Heidi for an update, we were told the couch would be ready in 4 more weeks. Heidi had promised us free delivery because of the continuous delays about halfway through the wait time. Just before the couch was ready, we moved two hours away. We called Heidi and asked if the free delivery would be honored even with our farther address and she assured us that the couch would be delivered to our new address at no charge when ready. When we finally were notified that the couch was ready to be delivered, Belfort told us delivery would be $599 despite Heidi's promise. We spoke with her manager who told us that there was no way they would honor the free delivery. We took a few days to figure out how to pick up the couch ourselves, and that window of time was the ONLY instance that Heidi reached out to us throughout the whole process. Clearly she was impatient to get her commission on the sale now that it had arrived in the warehouse. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your furniture, because I assume all of Belfort's employees are like Heidi: they are helpful in the store but disappear after your piece is ordered, do not provide any updates on the timeline, make false promises, and then harass you to pick up your item ASAP when it is ready several months later than expected.

Annette Landers: Belfort has wonderful salespeople who are informative and we'll educated on the furniture they sell. From beginning to end our experience was pleasant and exceptional. I love my new dining room set and six chairs.

Lauren Doll: Ordered from belfort in the past (2019) and had a lovely experience. Ordered a chair 2 months ago and have had a very different experience. Store and staff were lovely, we ordered an armchair, and we were told it would come end of April. I absolutely understand that there are supply chain issues everywhere, but when i order from a trusted vendor, I expect them to be able to track their stock and communicate and explain any changes in timeline. When end of April came and no update, we checked in and they said now end of May. When end of May came, we checked in and they said it would come that week. Now week later we called back and they are saying end of June, with no explanation of what happened or confidence that this won’t keep happening. Now we have had an empty living room for a month and a half (we cleared everything out based on their original estimate) and don’t know if we should cancel the order or just keep waiting. I’ve ordered two other couches from other stores in the past 12 months and haven’t had these issues. Don’t think I would order from them again.

Kathy Benderev: I ordered a new dining room set from Belfort as they had the widest selection I could fine with competitive pricing. They told me delivery would be delayed and all went so smoothly. I love my new dining room set.

Kathryn Staulcup: This review is regarding furniture delivery. The individuals were punctual and professional. They carried items into the house carefully, literally bending over backwards in order to spare the furniture and our door entryway paint. They assembled the furniture quickly and removed all trash.

Ivy Turner: This was by far the best furniture shopping experience I’ve had. I moved from FL to VA and needed to furnish the entire home. After going to six stores, not having any luck, I decided to make one more stop at Furniture Max. Bryan assisted me, he was so patient and very helpful. I didn’t feel any pressure and he gave me great prices. The selection and prices are amazing. I ended up getting all my furniture there and with delivery in 2 days. Farzana Nabi: We purchased our reclining sectional a couple of years ago and have had a recurring issue with one of the seats. Each time we've contacted Furniture Max, they've promptly sent a technician to our home to fix the repair. They came out recently to fix the same issue (for the 3rd time). But instead of just fixing it, they replaced the entire seat, so we shouldn't have anymore issues. But if we do, we know we can contact them and they'll take care of it. There is more than one way to pay: credit through Synchrony, 90 day same as cash or just straight purchase. Sultan helped me piece some things together for a great total price. He was patient and great at suggesting quality pieces. You can literally come here and furnish your entire home at half the price of Ashley Furniture.

Kayla Thomas: The manager at the Montgomery mall location is the best! We had our 3 kids in the store and she took her time and walked us through everything we needed in order to find the perfect couch and configuration for our family. She was with us every step of the way and educated us on all lovesac had to offer.

Maritza Ortiz: The staff was warm and friendly. I was out of my shy shell in less than 15 minutes and enjoying shopping for a Lovesac. Then at checkout, the team made sure I was very informed about my purchase, and went as far as to hand me a business card in case I would have any later questions/issues. Shawn Rooney (MPD): I called into Lovesac and Sharleta helped me. I told her I was apprehensive since my “Big one” Sac was expensive. She made it so much easier and ensured that I got an extra 5% off since I’m in law enforcement. Also, Sharleta asked if I had a Regency Card and offered to see if she could get me 0% for 12 months on it. I was able to get a sale price, plus an additional 5%, and the 0%! I was able to get it cheaper than expected. Really appreciated the service she provided.

michael rosenbaum: We bought a four piece sactional and had it delivered and set up. We are very happy with our new couch. The Mediterranean Blue is beautiful. Jen was very helpful in helping us design our sactional and following up on the entire manufacturing/delivery process. The custom order was going to take 6-10 weeks and we got our sactional in 6 weeks. The home delivery and set-up was worth it. The delivery team (two guys) were friendly, cared about our home and the sactional, were knowledgeable on the installation and were in an out in an hour. It was helpful to see someone set it up the first time. We can convert the coach to a queen bed for company. It's modular design is perfect for going up stairs and through tight doorways.

Sara Wesley: We went to the Montgomery mall location in MD specificity to see Sharleta. We had gone in to see the couches two years ago and we were sold. However we had a tiny little apartment and told her we would be back. Two years later we have a house ans went back in ready to pull the trigger. Not only did she remember us (we used to work in the same industry) but she was as wonderful as we remembered and so excited that we were finally ready! We started over as our original design was to small for the space we ended up with. From beginning to end it took about an hour. The store was clean and everyone was actively sanitizing things as they were touched. Financing was quick and the actually purchase seamless. We are so excited to get our new couch in just over a week (according to shipping notifications!) and will be back for a few more pieces in the next year or so! Can’t wait to get this set up!!

Dior Lo: Lovesac is truly lovely! Rosa is very knowledgeable about the specs, details, fabrics overall brand. She was patient and I didn't feel rushed. All my questions and concerns were answered. By the time I left I knew exactly what I wanted how many pieces I need and what color choices to select. Great experience!!! I definitely recommend the brand, products/services.

Ed Alexander: I love the concept and think the modularity of the furniture is top notch. Great designs and good in-stock cloth cover choices. My problem with Lovesac is the price. It's too expensive. I priced out a 7 person sectional and it cost $8500. That's ridiculous, modularity or not. I'd rather pay a quarter of the cost for something just as big thats not modular.

Dominique Laws: My experience with LoveSac has been amazing from start to finish. I knew when I moved that I wanted to purchase a functional sectional and have it last more than a couple years. I call this my “big girl couch” because it is the first time I’ve spent a substantial amount of money on a piece of furniture. And I know it was well worth it! I had envisioned the fabric that I wanted but I decided to visit a showroom to really see if it was the right color and style. I was blown away at how much I didn’t like the color I’d chosen before, and after Nina explained all of the options, I ended up really loving the midnight navy corded velvet. I made my purchase about 2 weeks after visiting the showroom and I was so please with the customer service I received from Sharleta. She took the time to help me purchase my 6 piece LoveSac. It’s supposed to arrive tomorrow and I can’t wait to set it up in my new home!
