Leigh Habegger: While this is a neat space, I've had a really hard time working with the management. I was told when I toured that phone lines and conference rooms are included in rent, only to come to find out that they charge for any phone calls made OUTSIDE of DC and you do, in fact, have to pay for conference rooms. Additionally, when I arrived to move into my office, I had to watch as some poor woman assembled the basic office pieces that belong in my office. Furthermore, there was no welcome packet, no orientation, no nothing to help you figure out the process by which to reserve conference rooms (at a cost), telephone booth rooms, protocol for mail, etc. And lastly, my key fob for the women's locker STILL doesn't work. I would not recommend this place and won't be renewing my lease here.

Emma Dillon: Worked here for a year. The common spaces are nice and there’s a gym which is a huge plus. It’s in the same building with REI, a spinning studio, barre studio and it’s close to Union Market. A new brewery is opening in the same building soon too. Cons: There is only one tiny water spout for drinking water for the entire office that is slow and frequently has a line. My firm opted to pay for water delivery - an expense we shouldn’t have had. They do not clean the INSIDE of offices (just the common spaces). This is a pretty basic service an office should provide and over a year without vacuuming etc offices do get very dirty. Also, the conference rooms are confusing to reserve and expensive. You get one free hour a day in a conference room, and then have to pay for any additional time over an hour, which adds up. Other shared work spaces have water coolers, clean your offices after hours, and provide monthly credits conference rooms — because frankly these should be basic services.

Scott Royster: This company is a sham. Be warned that when you exit your lease they say on their website you will get your security deposit back in 30 days then they tell you 30-45 days and for me it has been going on two months with no reimbursement. I believe it’s possible they are suffering from a serious cash flow deficiencies and may not be able to make good on their obligations. I plan to sue them once the courts re-open post-Covid. Be very careful dealing with this company. Hopefully the pandemic shuts down horrible companies like this once and for all.

Ebony Lea: SPACES NoMa has a vibe that you just have to experience. It has a welcoming and open environment that fosters creativity. The events are fun but not over the top. Since I moved here in July 2017, my clients have given me positive feedback about the space.

Loo Joao: A new, cool co working office in the NoMa part of DC. This is in the Uline Arena building next to REI. The place is huge, and has everything you need for a modern workplace: multiple co-working options, free wifi, gym, parking, coffee, happy hours and a patio.

William Shield: A really, COOL, spot to work and a great building

Barbara Perez: AdvantEdge Workspaces offers an outstanding work environment. The tone is set by the gentle CEO, Prakash and Athena who is everywhere, doing everything quietly and efficiently. The offices, conference rooms and kitchens are always accessible, clean and inviting. Any administrative task I need help with is completed quickly and efficiently. The staff are very professional, courteous and go out of their way to welcome my clients. I am a therapist with a full schedule which means I have many visitors everyday and the staff treat each one with respect and discretion. They provide a warm and friendly atmosphere that is important to me because I work alone and yet I never feel isolated. They give opportunities to network and socialize by offering seminars, yoga and exercise classes, hosting parties and bagel Fridays. The space is located in an exceptionally well kept building with underground parking and an escalator which directly comes up from the Friendship Heights Red Line station. The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping and there is a gym in the Pavilion. I have total confidence that everything is being done to keep everyone safe during this difficult time of anxiety and uncertainty. As you can gather, I highly recommend AdvantEdge Workspaces.

Bert Bisgyer: I leased office space waterside in Georgetown for my law firm for over 30 years. My landlords were a litany of large national, international, and regional firms. They typically were greedy and inflexible. You could be a model tenant for 20 years and they would readily terminate your lease if they could add your space to a larger plan. Advantage Edge now meets my current needs with a personal touch. It’s staff have uniformly been efficient, responsive, flexible, and pleasant to deal with. Joe Helfrich: We have been with AdvantEdge for over two years and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff is awesome, the facility is awesome, the location is awesome. Finance DC: Our company has nothing but good things to say about Penney and AdvantEdge Workspaces! They are flexible and work hard to meet your business needs. Their staff are always helpful, responsive and friendly. The office spaces are beautifully kept, and there are plenty of options for additional meeting space and storage. The kitchens are spotless and have a selection of coffees and teas, vending machines, and even an ice machine. There are additional perks like Friday morning bagels, a fitness center, bike storage, and massage chairs. The location is also a benefit as it is close to many restaurants and hotels and not too far from several Metro stations. We highly recommend renting in this space!

James Rosebush: Happy to say that I am the longest term tenant. Twenty-five years of maintaining my offices with this excellent, caring, alert, hardworking team. From time to time I have tested the marketplace by looking at other suites. None as ever come close to the appearance and personal service I have had. These are nice people to deal with and also ready to help. Now they are adding additional perks like helpful talks from interesting speakers and they have gone way beyond what has been required to provide a safe and secure workplace as a result of COVID. Also, an unbeatable location in a AAA building.

Mario Moreno: Ideal office space for me and my partners. AdvantEdge offers great location with an incredible infrastructure. We are extremely happy with our decision to move to this office... The building is only blocks away from multiple metro stations + spacious garage and day care on site (lobby). The facilities are very clean, organized and can accommodates any kind of business and teams of any size. It is a pleasure to come to work - the staff is incredibly friendly and very professional. Whatever you need, any time you need it, they'll respond to your needs immediately. There is even a massage chair and potting green to practice your short game! Plenty of conference rooms for you to walk into or you can also reserve in advance -- nobody is keeping track of how many minutes you are using the rooms (some competitors do)... To all this, add breakfast on Monday and Fridays and multiple events and seminars that AdvantEdge hosts throughout the year. Rooftop is also very nice. I give them a 10 - no questions

Kristin Deason: I have worked in the AdvantEdge office on L St for the past 6 months. I cannot say enough good things about this office - the facilities and staff are both terrific. The office space is clean, modern, nicely decorated, and very well taken care of. All amenities that we need as a business are provided, and very easy to access, making our work more efficient and allowing us to spend our time concentrating on our business. In addition, there are a number of "extras" that are just the icing on the cake - like a quiet "meditation room" with massage chair, bagels in the mornings several times a week, locked bike parking in the garage and a 24-hour in the building. The staff are so helpful, always going out of their way to help us with any issue we have as quickly as possible. I highly recommend AdvantEdge if you are looking for a small or temporary space to work in!

Lis Lee: This is the best customer service I've received in a long time! Last week, I needed a professional space on short notice to hold a first-time, in-person client meeting. The Metro Offices Metro Center location appeared convenient for my client and very professional from the online photos. After expressing my interest through the MetroBot function on their website, I received a prompt email from Andrea in Sales. At first I was hesitant because I thought they would try to push me into some sort of package like many other co-working spaces do, but I was thrilled to find out they offered a day-office that you could simply pay for on an a la carte basis AND it was available for the time slots that I needed! Andrea was super helpful in getting things set-up and even went so far as to conference in another staff-member immediately to put things on the schedule. Once I arrived, Jennifer and Kimani made me feel so welcome and went out of their way to make me and my client comfortable. I felt like I was truly able to focus on being there for my client and I didn't need to worry about anything else. My client was even impressed with the space and service. The building and suite itself provided many options for working solo or hosting meetings - there was the office I'd rented, plus the beautiful atrium and terrace. We were able to take part of our meeting outside and enjoy the weather and scenery. Everything really did live up to the photos too. Andrea, Jennifer, Kimani, and Tim each provided OUTSTANDING service from first contact to check-out to follow-up. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and made the entire process effortless and efficient. I am so thankful to have found a beautiful space with excellent service that I can come back to again and again.

Kurt LaRose MSW LCSW LICSW: Moving my private practice of 13 years from Florida to Washington DC was a huge decision. I visited three other companies in DC before choosing the Metroffices company. My space shopping in DC were with well known national companies and with other smaller ones. The thing I loved about Metroffices, was that they allowed me to visit multiple locations, to talk with other people, to ask other tenants questions and they allowed me to be creative with my own space (a big deal for those of us working in mental health). Their professionalism, hospitality, their attention to detail - and making my sometimes small questions seem important - made the move and transition so comfortable. I enjoy the large building, the amenities, the get together's, the modern facilities, the flexibility. I've rented from a number of properties since opening in 2005 and I do not think there has been any as kind, professional, ethical, timely, attentive and cooperative as the folks at Metroffices. Too, one of the things that brought me to decide on this company - was they did not pressure me. I got more square footage here, the company is a locally owned business in DC ... I could go on and on about the experts with this company. My office? It's as good, if not better than home!

Rod Martin: Really terrific facilities and an amazing staff. We spent the week in their boardroom doing training. The room was perfect for our needs and the free coffee was amazing! Kudos especially to Jessica who took care of us all week.

Shally Venugopal: Metro offices has a really beautiful nice open office space with lots of windows and natural light. The management has been great to work with, especially Jonas who goes out of his way to make sure people are happy and to provide flexibility wherever and whenever we need it so we can have a productive workday. The common conference rooms are some of the nicest I’ve seen, especially for Dupont Circle. My only minor complaint is that the phone booth rooms are a little uncomfortable/have no tables.

beyondTabu: Really nice area. Lots of new buildings with residences and many restaurants.Lots of people chilling and there was a game the day we visited so it was very busy and parking took a while.

Jamil Castillo: The Yard is an excellent place to get your work done. The atmosphere in this place is just incredible and it makes you feel productive. There are many places to sit and get inspired to get the most difficult tasks done. The community managers are super helpful and nice. The view from the rooftop is unbeatable. They have unlimited coffee, water and many kitchen supplies. There is a Trader Joe’s right there also, in case you need to do grocery shopping or grab something for lunch. There are many places around there to grab lunch as well. Location is definitely convenient for people that have to go to Congress a lot for work.

Will Hand: Incredible place to work. We have been tenants for many months now. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The offices are upscale, with plenty of amenities. Metro across the street. Trader Joes literally 5 feet from the building. Coffee and espresso machines on tap. Plenty of special and events. What more could you ask for? Oh wait, did I mention the absolutely stunning rooftop terrace and event space?

Michael Rekola: I had the chance to visit the Yard and work with Adrian. First, not to compare apples and oranges but The Yard: Eastern Market is the best co-working spaces I've visited in DC. Second, the location is amazing. Third, the atmosphere - most co-working spaces feel like a "dorm-room-startup-space", whereas the only word that describes the Yard and their staff - PROFESSIONAL. Benjamin Zapp: Conceptually, the facilities are similar to WeWork but the vibe is a bit more professional. The place has gotten better as occupancy has started to reach good levels, but it could be better. WeWork still exceeds as far as simple things like fruit water. Building management has been slow to provide services while the rest of the building is built-out for tenants. The gym and bicycle changing rooms, which have showers, still do not provide towel service like every other Class A building in Washington, DC. The building has been open for 1 year and is probably 75% leased. This is outside the control of The Yard, but considering there are no gyms in the area, it is a real inconvenience. If you absolutely need to be on Capitol Hill, it is very good co-working location. And it probably will get better with time.

Secrett Happy Place: This place has a sort of Men In Black feel to it as soon as you walk in. Its great upstairs. Feels like a regular office space with more color. It has full kitchens! Also little kitchen spaces.

Allison Blajda: My company looked at 5 different co-working spaces in DC before deciding on the K Street WeWork, and we are so happy we did! WeWork is a truly wonderful office environment, and the K Street location is the best of the best. The space is beautiful and centrally located south of Dupont Circle (so many great lunch options included Rice Bowl and Greek Deli!), plus the humans on the Community Management team (Michelle, Daniel, Tom, Natasha!) are some of the loveliest, most inclusive and welcoming people you'll come across! My company has hosted multiple successful events and happy hours in the common space, and the office building has a free gym, an incredible yoga room, and an amazing rooftop! K Street is truly the perfect combination of fun and productivity.

Yigit Erkut: I feel lucky to be working in a WeWork location in DC, especially here at K Street. Michelle and her team are excellent and very friendly. They always find an engaging and exciting way to increase the interaction between community members - often in the most delicious way! Regardless of how busy they might be, they are always there to help and ready to solve your issues. The smile on every team member is a much-needed impetus for setting the mood and creating a productive working environment. Claire Gordon: WeWork K St is more than just an office space, it is a community! While the location is prefect for commuters (Farragut West is a block away, Farragut North about 3 blocks), and the amenities are great (gym access, roof access, kitchen with coffee, tea, cold brew, and other fun snacks), what really sets K St apart from other offices in the area is the employees. Michelle, Daniel and Tom never fail to swiftly answer any of our requests and add a little fun to everyone's work day. They try to make community events fun and relevant and they truly do care about each member's individual likes.

Liliana Germosen: Love working here! I have been a wework member for 3 years, but at this location for 1. By far my fave! This team is so professional and have kept their wework upbeat personalities that other locations lose rather quickly. They always keep their members engaged and genuinely have your best interest in mind. Always greeting your visitors with pleasant energy. Location is in the heart of everything. Great for business meetings, transportation and a ton of options for lunch meetings. I would highly recommend!

Gideon Culman: WeWork K Street offers an optimal location, a highly attentive staff, a wonderfully supportive community of companies. I have been working from this location since a month after it opened. Khoi Nguyen: I was not happy hearing that I had to be in work training for a couple of days. Once they said it was at a WeWork I knew it was going to be fun. This a 3 level location with some parts under construction. It maybe large for some with over +20 rooms available to rent. The espresso machines, multiple kitchens, neon lighting, ping pong tables and comfortable seating with plush pillows really sets this place apart. This has to be my favorite DC WeWork location. I've been to about 3 and this one really sets the bar. The ceilings are high, they have outdoor seating (access to the inside of the actual building), space is spotless and the staff is great. We had some issues with not being able to connect to the monitor and it was fixed within minutes. Garage parking is really easy to find and the metro is less than a 5 minute walk from this location. Another thing to consider when looking for a location is the restaurants. There are over 20 within a 2 block radius and so much variety.

Anita Issagholyan: This community staff is very friendly and always helpful. I have been in this space for three plus months and have had no problems throughout that time period. Community staff is very supportive of the members while helping to provide a very bright and enjoyable experience in the We Work community. Wonderful rooftop view that always impresses guests and clients!

Nizar Farsakh: A large number of rooms with a good Central space for hanging out. The rooms are well-equipped and with good enough soundproofing. It would have been better if the rooms were a bit bigger even if that means less number of rooms. Also it was particularly annoying that access to the building is very restricted and there is rarely a person to open the door to the building for you. We ended up losing a full 20 minutes of our meeting because we couldn't get someone to open the door

Shivani K: This place is like a maze! Amazing space for events, conference rooms, work / study areas. Cool looking furniture and very well decorated / planned space. We rented a space for an event, this place can accommodate multiple events at the same time. The folks were easy to work with!

LOVStudios: Tonight is my first visit to this location, attending an event. I have attended every We Work opening and am a member of the Shaw location. This is one of the better designs with open space, as I can see from the 1st floor. I have yet to see how staff interacts and space serves the actual businesses. But as a location for events for small-medium businesses, it is a great location, near multiple metro, and The White House-if that's important to you.

Paul Katz: We're actually a full tenant here. We have a nine-seater office and a two-seater office. Overall it has been a pleasant experience. Here are the pluses: * Nicely appointed offices. Modern nice-looking wooden desks, plenty of network and power hookups. Overall, just nice looking * A full and engaged WeWork staff, from facilities to hospitality * Stylish and functional conference rooms. There is a hint of stinginess in the sense that prime-time reservations cost double, but so far, running out of credits hasn't been a problem. * Access to other WeWork locations with reservation. Nice to have. * Private call rooms - These look small on the tour, but they are very effective for grabbing a laptop and having a private conference call. I do it often out of politeness for my office mates. * Cold Brew Coffee on tap - a very nice plus * Free Building Gym with decent locker rooms * Overall, just a nice A grade building I'm not dropping a star for this, as it's really something WeWork would have trouble controlling; we had a VERY LOUD F-BOMB DROPPING set of neighbors in the office next door our first month, and it goes right through the glass. Arguably, your sanity may depend somewhat on the state of your neighbors, albeit fortunately, I think that was fringe case. Our new neighbors are professionals as opposed to a loud version of the Entourage cast who used to be next door. Perhaps what was recently impressive was how the WeWork staff dealt with a recent office issue. This is the first cold winter at the WeWork White House, and keeping some of the back 8th floor offices warm has been an ongoing challenge. The staff has met this challenge with offers of temporary alternative offices, hot chocolate, and repairs where needed (drywall, insulation). Things can and do go wrong with anything new, but I think they have risen to the challenge admirably. In short, this is a nice WeWork in a nice building in a nice location.

Ann Yang: Amazing team and space. As a small company it's awesome to have a community everyday. So many personal and professional relationships have come out of being part of WeWork! Could not recommend it enough.

Joe O'Connor: It's a really cool space and the staff seemed very supportive and friendly. Seems like a great place for a start-up or a creative organization. Loved that beer came along with free coffee in the cafe.

Warren David: I have been in business for many years and recently "discovered" WeWork in Washington DC. WeWork is one of the most creative and innovative concepts of shared office space to hit this planet in recent times. Unlike other office share concepts, WeWork is an actual "community" of corporations, and entrepreneurs working together in a positive and energetic environment. The associates at WeWork are genuinely interested in building your business--offering networking opportunities with other associates, and informing community members of opportunities to help their businesses grow. I strongly recommend WeWork if you are looking for a location where your business can flourish and prosper.

Mychelle Williams: I have been utilizing this space since August. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The free coffee and tea and waiting room really enhance my experience. The location and rate for rental literally cannot be beat and trust me I have looked. I just wish that we had our own parking garage or discounted garage.

Bluegreen J: OSI is great if you are looking for flexible office space. Can't beat the location, office options and cost. Depending on your needs, they have a variety of office set-ups and sizes. You can also book larger conference rooms. Due to the nature of my work, I like having the flexibility of booking a room when I need it. I use it to meet with clients and to get administrative/paper work completed without interruptions. The management is wonderful to work with-- they are accommodating, flexible and care about their clients (and that's hard to find in this day and age). I highly recommend OSI if you are looking for flexible or temporary office space.

Light Warrior 2.0: Saffold & Associates has been a long time (10+ years) and loyal customer of OSI. The virtual office model was great while we were building the business and clientele. Once we outgrew the virtual office model we decided to rent full time offices on the 1629 K Street 3rd floor suite. The offices are well-maintained and cleaned daily with a professional cleaning service. The ladies at the front desk make our client feel welcome and are excellent at receiving evidence and payments from clients. Finally, the location (Farragut Square) and amenities (high-speed printer/copier/internet) cannot be beat!

Christina Moynihan: OSI has been instrumental in growing my business from a few evening a week to a full time thriving practice. The front desk is approachable and helpful, always willing to help me when I need some administrative support. Mumbi, the office manager, is a joy. She has consistently been attentive to the needs of my practice and invested in helping me establish systems that keep my business working seamlessly. The variety of services OSI has offered me has been invaluable. The office suite is safe and secured at all times of the day, mail is delivered in a timely fashion, and my account is charged automatically on a monthly basis. Even when I am out of the office, I am notified when a package arrives for me. As a sole proprietor, I lack the luxury and assistance of an HR department, IT team, and an administrative specialist. Mumbi, Joseph, Jack, and the front desk have all stepped up at various times over the past two years to ensure I have an office space that works on behalf of me and the people I serve.

Kiki Strickland: I LOVE my office at OSI. I visited a few other places like Regus before I made my decision to go with OSI and I am so happy with my choice. Having the K Street address is priceless. The location is convenient for all my clients, easy to find and metro accessible. The staff on hand are friendly and helpful, especially Mumbi, the manager. The OSI staff is outstanding—courteous, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile for a client. The OSI management is fabulous. Jack Pearce and his managers always know what technology is on the cutting edge for attorneys, and offer mini-seminars to ensure that the attorneys renting from OSI are kept abreast of all the latest Court-ordered innovations. As an example, when the D.C. courts went to mandatory electronic filing, OSI installed copiers and scanners that would accommodate the largest of jobs. Now, thanks to OSI technology, I can handle electronic discovery in huge proportions. I would highly recommend OSI to any small business that needs a big business presence.

Their prices were very reasonable and I was able to customize my payment plan so that I was only paying for the services I needed as a small business owner....not to mention the fast internet and wealth of tech services they provide to help me automate many of my processes...Great!!

Brent Cohen: I loved working at WeWork Apollo. The staff was awesome and the environment was way better than coffee shop hopping or working exclusively from home, which is what I had been doing. The team went out of their way to make my 3 year-old son feel welcomed when we showed up together for pizza parties or other community building events. I would definitely recommend WeWork Apollo to anyone who is looking for a flexible office space – or anyone who (like I was) is starting their own business.

Stephanie: I've always known that I wanted to use WeWork when I started my business, and I am happy that I choose the new Apollo location. The facilities and their aesthetic is wonderful, but more importantly the community mangers are incredible! Sasha Palmquist: Making the decision to join We Work Apollo was the best professional move I have made this year. The members are all high energy and engaged in doing great work. Whether meeting over lunch, at tea time, or during a community sponsored evening event like yoga or terrarium making, I have expanded my personal and professional network significantly in a very short period of time. The space itself has allowed me to plan and host successful client meetings, while the on site staff do an amazing job of making me feel welcome each day as well as scheduling events, trouble shooting printers, managing package deliveries, and generally attending to the care and feeding of the community.

Lars Dabney: We've been at WeWork since a couple years back, and moved to the Apollo building as soon as it opened since it's right in our home H Street neighborhood. The space is awesome, beautifully set up, and the team are kicka**. There's a pretty much non-stop series of events, happy hours, breakfasts and the like, and a bunch of great fellow startup hustlers in the building to get to know. As a huge plus, it's dog friendly, so my business partner's dog Kaylee gets to join us for the day and has made more friends than we have. If you're running a startup, small business, or even are more established and want in on the H Street scene, I can't recommend WeWork enough. As web developers, we've met a ton of clients through WeWork over the years (and hired a few other WeWork members as well), so the membership more than pays for itself. Overall, maximum thumbs up.

There is a reason I am still there almost five years later- the people who work there are great, and it is smack dab in the middle of a booming area of DC (H St, Atlas District). Hada in particular has been amazing! She has assisted me whenever needed, and is a positive and happy presence any time our paths cross (FOS is very lucky to have her on their team). All in all I am very happy with Flex Office Space, and plan to rent space there for a long time.

rv gardner: Awesome team! The Operations Manager, Sharlyn, is a life saver who always comes through whenever we need her. District Offices provides all the bells and whistles needed to heighten any business' image (such as large & small conference rooms, training rooms, state-of-the-art communication & video conferencing equipment, etc). The office suite is always clean and well organized. If you have to go to work, this is a very pleasant and extremely functional place to go.

Barbara C.: I highly recommend District Offices for their co-working space, office space or virtual office services. Their Farragut North office space is very modern and stylish. The meeting rooms are furnished with the latest tech. The shared "break room" has comfortable seating for work or mealtime, with free and delicious coffee and cappuccino. DO sponsors great happy hours with catering and wine to engender a sense of office community. The front desk admin help is competent and responsive in meeting in-office or telework needs. In short, DO provides efficient, cost effective solutions to today's approach towards work: telework from home, meet clients downtown, work in the office when the mood or the moment so provides, and enjoy the flexibility.

Melissa Byers: We've held multiple workshops at District Offices - Farragut Square and return year after year because of the great experience we and our clients are always provided. The staff are attentive, helpful, and easy to work with. The rooms are always extraordinarily clean, well-equipped, and offer flexible arrangements. The venue and people working there help us best serve our clients in the Washington, DC area. I highly recommend them!

Slav Gatchev: Very nice space and it would be 5 stars once the exterior building work is complete (I went mid October 2021 and they are in the thick of it). The scaffolding kinda kills the views and makes the thing look darker -- still it's not a deal killer at all. Would definitely go back. (Scaffolding likely to stay on thru end of 2022.)

Ethan Wade: Just like any other WeWork, this one is tidy, comfortable, has friendly stuff and is a fun way to meet people you otherwise wouldn't in a traditional office setting. I love having great coffee and food prepared through out the day, and appreciate the beer on tap on the evenings. We work is definitely worth it!

Elysa Neumann: The best place to work. The space is beautiful and the staff is incredible. They truly care about all of us who work there and show it every day, from remembering little details of our lives to surprising you with your favorite type of tea when you are having a long day to going above and beyond to help you get the resources you need, the staff here is incredible. The staff also does an amazing job facilitating connections and community. I find myself working at tables with folks from other companies that I have gotten to know through a wework event, and I have developed business relationships with several other members. Overall a really special place to work.

Tiptunya Kampim: This is a good place for working and meeting. I love it.

Jacob Westerfield: I work her. Love this place. Best place I’ve ever worked. Only thing better than this is probably one of those google or tech company headquarters. Maybe a start up. But yea free cappuccinos, and tea, they’ve downsized the glasses to reduce over consumption. Also nothing else. This place is great. Free gym, a cafeteria, I always bring my friends who come to town a visit to impress them. Lol. Yea I’m lame I know.

Jacob Janofsky: My company and I thoroughly working out of this WeWork office. The staff is extremely approachable, helpful, and resourceful. The space itself is immaculate and wonderful for networking and socializing , while getting work done, of course. Highly recommend this location to work out of- I could not be more pleased with this office space.

Daniel Wright: Great vibes, great place, great people = GOOD. My company has been with WeWork for about 7 months now and we have received the upmost professionalism and service from this work place. We originally had an office at the White House location then opened up another in Navy Yard location. The Navy Yard location is very low-key, however still in an awesome enough location where you can hit the bar after work, hop right on the metro, go to the store, or catch a Nats game. Would highly recommend joining this new location!

Shelly Omilàdè Bell: This is my favorite WeWork location I'm DC. It's spacious but also has a thriving community. The staff is the best that I've seen in the DMV area. Not just kind, but cool and responsive.

Rachel McGovern: This is a great WeWork! It's in a great location - right near the ballpark and a bunch of new restaurants. You're close to the water and the metro. The inside is always so nice and clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly and always available to answer questions.
