Jacquelyn Flowers: Our organization has been at Metro Offices for two years and the experience has been great. The Metro staff, two of note Lyn Cage and Carl Overby, have extended service and support beyond the lease requirements. It has been great working in a shared office environment and feeling like one big family!

Connor Dale: I became a client of Metro Offices in Sept of 2017, and it's been a wonderful experience. Carl, Lyn, and Charissa are friendly, helpful, and professional. It's a great location, easily accessible to my clientele, and is well maintained. Complementary coffee, tea, and water are nice perks, too! I appreciate the staff, am happy with my choice to go with Metro Offices, and would recommend to anyone looking for office space.

I was a challenging client in that I changed the reservation at least three times, asked them to open the facility early, and much, much more. I was a self-described pain! But Carl was terrific, flexible, easy-going and accommodated all my requests. It's a lovely space in a great location and very secure. I would book with them again in a heartbeat.

I am far from proficient in matters of computers and word processing, and have had constant consistent support in those areas, most recently from Lyn. As recently as yesterday, she helped me get a large email mailing out. Having come here after being accustomed to decades of first rate support in a well run professional services firm, Metroffices made the transition relatively easy. I also like that it is family run and owned, rather than a worldwide franchise type operation.

Lis Lee: This is the best customer service I've received in a long time! Last week, I needed a professional space on short notice to hold a first-time, in-person client meeting. The Metro Offices Metro Center location appeared convenient for my client and very professional from the online photos. After expressing my interest through the MetroBot function on their website, I received a prompt email from Andrea in Sales. At first I was hesitant because I thought they would try to push me into some sort of package like many other co-working spaces do, but I was thrilled to find out they offered a day-office that you could simply pay for on an a la carte basis AND it was available for the time slots that I needed! Andrea was super helpful in getting things set-up and even went so far as to conference in another staff-member immediately to put things on the schedule. Once I arrived, Jennifer and Kimani made me feel so welcome and went out of their way to make me and my client comfortable. I felt like I was truly able to focus on being there for my client and I didn't need to worry about anything else. My client was even impressed with the space and service. The building and suite itself provided many options for working solo or hosting meetings - there was the office I'd rented, plus the beautiful atrium and terrace. We were able to take part of our meeting outside and enjoy the weather and scenery. Everything really did live up to the photos too. Andrea, Jennifer, Kimani, and Tim each provided OUTSTANDING service from first contact to check-out to follow-up. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and made the entire process effortless and efficient. I am so thankful to have found a beautiful space with excellent service that I can come back to again and again.

Kurt LaRose MSW LCSW LICSW: Moving my private practice of 13 years from Florida to Washington DC was a huge decision. I visited three other companies in DC before choosing the Metroffices company. My space shopping in DC were with well known national companies and with other smaller ones. The thing I loved about Metroffices, was that they allowed me to visit multiple locations, to talk with other people, to ask other tenants questions and they allowed me to be creative with my own space (a big deal for those of us working in mental health). Their professionalism, hospitality, their attention to detail - and making my sometimes small questions seem important - made the move and transition so comfortable. I enjoy the large building, the amenities, the get together's, the modern facilities, the flexibility. I've rented from a number of properties since opening in 2005 and I do not think there has been any as kind, professional, ethical, timely, attentive and cooperative as the folks at Metroffices. Too, one of the things that brought me to decide on this company - was they did not pressure me. I got more square footage here, the company is a locally owned business in DC ... I could go on and on about the experts with this company. My office? It's as good, if not better than home!

Rod Martin: Really terrific facilities and an amazing staff. We spent the week in their boardroom doing training. The room was perfect for our needs and the free coffee was amazing! Kudos especially to Jessica who took care of us all week.

Jessica Allen: Destiny at Metro Offices was awesome!! She was very helpful and continually keep me up to date on what was happening with my executive team and their meetings since I was unable to travel with them. She ensured they had everything that they needed and helped make the meetings a success. I did not see the offices personally but my co-workers really enjoyed the space.

Shally Venugopal: Metro offices has a really beautiful nice open office space with lots of windows and natural light. The management has been great to work with, especially Jonas who goes out of his way to make sure people are happy and to provide flexibility wherever and whenever we need it so we can have a productive workday. The common conference rooms are some of the nicest I’ve seen, especially for Dupont Circle. My only minor complaint is that the phone booth rooms are a little uncomfortable/have no tables.

ALI CINAR: Between the warm smiles greeting us in the morning, the top-notch and best amenities in between, I couldn’t think of a better place to conduct business. They do have the COVID-19 office safety checklist that guides companies operating in office workspaces to support a safe, clean environment for tenants. Joon Lee: Metro Offices has been a great shared space option while we awaited our new office space. They offer great amenities (coffee, tea, white boars, etc) along with great staff who are very accommodating. We added some additional spaces and an office to help meet our needs. There's a really nice gym in the building that is available for tenants. Can't say enough great things about Metro Offices.

Kevin Davis: Amazing staff and great service. Metro Offices was with us every step of the way from infancy to going big-time. They hire wonderful people that are super professional and attentive. They put a great first impression to all of our visiting guests. And their offices and meeting spaces are very professional and spaced appropriately - unlike some of the other competitors we looked at. Any time we needed something they found a way to get to "yes!". I highly recommend them.

Carl Shade: I have been at Metro Offices in Tysons for 2 1/2 years and would not even think of having my office anywhere else. Being self-employed can be isolating at times, but the staff of Metro Offices, Emma and Charissa, are very engaging and helpful and make you feel as if you are a part of a bigger organization. Other tenants are friendly and great to interact with. My clients always comment on how nice the office is, and Emma and Charissa make them feel at home. Rad D: I recently switched my office from a stand-alone traditional format to a shared workspace at Metro Offices and it was one of the best business decisions I have made. I have complete privacy with a main office door opening 2 offices that link through an internal door. What may seem at first like a small space is actually a more efficient and compact use of space which made me realize that most of my previous office space was unused and wasted. The amenities that come with a shared workspace are unbeatable. A staffed front desk to greet your clients, a large kitchen and lounge area with TVs, refrigerator and microwave, multiple conference rooms, free coffee and tea, and a gym on the 2nd floor with showers. What seals the deal are the professional, friendly and knowledgeable management and staff. Elizabeth and Daniel always have a smile on their faces and go above and beyond in ensuring that all your needs are met. Did I mention it's also better priced than a traditional office?

Tom Armel: Metro Offices Ballston and the team that manages the facility are amazing. We've been continually impressed with their professionalism and friendliness, and they have been extremely helpful and accommodating with anything we've needed. During the pandemic they responded rapidly to put in place policies and procedures to keep the space clean and safe, and because of that we still feel very comfortable working here. Would highly recommend!

Anthony Cusack: We have been a tenant in the Metro Offices, Arlington, VA facility for more than 5 years. The location is great, just off 66 West with restaurants and retail stores within walking distance. The entire management and office team are highly professional and consistently provide a working enviroment that make them seem like they are a major part of your company. It's great to be greeted with "Smile and Sincere Good Mornings" whenever we are in the office. Working remotely from home has not reduced the level of support we have gotten from the office staff. The office has complied with the COVID-19 and other virus control guidelines mandated by CDC, WHO, local, State, and other federal government organizations. The facility is clean and has an open contemporary appearance which I love. Also, the amenities are great. They continue to get a five star rating from me.

One of our machines in the office crashed late on a Friday evening, and I was worried we wouldn't be able to triage until Monday. But Sandy (the office manager) went out of her way to provide logistical support so that we could get into the building and get our system back up and running before Monday morning! Thanks Sandy!

Linda Ritchie: I have had office space in Metro Offices in Reston for several years and it is the best office space I have ever had. I love having my office in this location. The location is convenient. There is free parking in the garage for both me and my clients. There are numerous restaurants within a 3 minute walk which is great for lunch options. The supporting staff (Janelle and India) at Metro Offices are beyond great. There is always someone at the front dest to great all clients who arrive. They are always cheerful and outgoing and make anyone coming into the space feel welcome. They are extremely helpful in resolving even the slightest of concerns. It is also very nice to have all the office amenities available such as copier, fax, scanner etc., as well as a lot of other options. The space comes with a full sized kitchen with coffee, tea and water service as well as the ability to store food in a full sized refrigerator and heat it up for lunch in the microwave oven.. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for all food and beverage needs. As a small business owner, it is nice to have private, individual office space yet haver the support of a big office staff. It is also nice to be able to have some social interaction with other business owners at points during the day over a cup of coffee for example. I cannot say enough good things about Metro Offices in Reston. It is a great pace to have an office. I love it here and don't plan on going any place else.

Erica W: After seeing the Tysons offices, I wanted to explore this location due to the free parking and lower cost per sq foot. Unfortunately, I had to make three calls; and, I did try to confirm a appointment but to no avail. NO email confirmation was ever sent, and I didn’t want to bother calling a fourth time. I highly recommend the Tysons Corner team as they were incredibly responsive and welcoming. It may be that I wanted to negotiate more than the month-to-month 25% discount for an upfront 6-9 month fixed rate during the rise of Delta😆.

Brenda Harrington: I have been a Metro Offices, Reston client for almost 10 years. The team is, friendly and accommodating, always willing to find a way to make things work. I've also used facilities at locations in DC and MD for everything from small client meetings to full off site retreats and training events. Amenities and services are consistent, and the experience has always the same as it is at my 'home' location in Reston. They do an exceptional job!

B Chalk: If you need office space with a professional support staff and excellent management, Metro Offices Reston is the place you want to be. I temporarily moved my office here and ended up staying for over eight years! The facilities are first class and Sarah, the Center Manager, is awesome and extremely supportive of your every need. The building location is great (next to several restaurants and shops) and covered parking is an added bonus. Rates are very reasonable considering the location, facilities, and all the support and amenities that are included. This is by far the best choice for any company that needs professional office space, state-of-the-art IT, and excellent support services.

Grayson: Trains are wildly infrequent (sometime one every 40 mins during “typical” week day hours) and have a history of exploding. No joke. If you want to see a historical railroad that is conveniently placed in the capital of the richest nation in human history come tour your local WMATA station. Heelies or walking backwards would get you to your destination faster than riding these trains and cost you less.

Amy Smith: DO NOT try the Smart trip Apple wallet fare payment system. It NEVER works correctly. It’s the worst online payment system in the entire world.

danceswithcars w: Can't go in main building to use a bathroom, while waiting to get reduced fare card renewed, which opens 0800a ( or 0815a according to their handout). Woman with attitude at desk there, though accessibility office nice enough but can't read my handwriting, no pdf fillable afaict. Need to screen security metal detector etc strip search like but just not used to it. Wifi isn't allow guest access, something can get in stations, required passphrase and desk women didn't know. Arrived as opened only customer there, in the rain. Takes a while to transfer value from old card as renew encrypted or whatever. Same photo updated for several years, +1day

Alan Hollingsworth: When I first entered I felt like I was in the DMV, going to sit a long time waiting for someone who didn't care if I was there or not. But after waiting only a few minutes I was called back to process my application, received very pleasant and personable service, and quickly was at the point where it was my time to ask how the card works. The instructions were very clear and thorough, and I was on my way in no time. The only things that would make the experience better are to have remote access (where the customer doesn't have to go to central DC), and to set business hours either opening earlier or closing later, so customers can come in on the way to work or on the way home. Limited hours in the middle of the day means people have to leave work for an extra trip during the workday.

Jeremy Grandstaff: Metro is awesome, but that might be because I'm from Ohio (having no metro). Would like to see less Red Tape and better quality of service, more frequency on trips, less cost when riding train, and better job of telling the public why steps are needed to upgrade the system.

Allen Zubaty: Very nice service. I come from new york and I would never see anyone next to the Metro card machine but there was a worker that helped me understand the concept of the DC metro. The trains are great they actually have comforts while in NYC we have hard seats that give me back pain.The station is very clean.

DJ Stockton: Customers are not allowed to use the restrooms.

Hemwant Persaud: Very efficient service, accessible Station Managers who are always eager to assist, Mr. Paul at the Union Station was very helpful. However the printed route map is a nightmare to read, it is so tiny that reading with a magnifying glass may not help. I wonder what purpose that route map serves. Also electronic destination display in most trains do not function most of the time and it is very difficult to understand the train conductor voices over the PA system.

Merriwent Bilgee: When I used this service, I really liked it. Had a good time on the different lines, in fact. It's become rather iconic for DC. I mean, its not the Stockholm underground with paintings and works of arts, but I think if they put more creativity into it they could make it something even nicer, Keep up the good work & don't let the complainers get ya down there! :)

Briana Kornegay: Love this place. It’s a private office so you would only come if invited. Parking is on the street if you can find it or on Massachusetts parking deck underneath the building. It’s a bit pricey. $14 for an hour or $22 for up to 24 hours. This office is located on the 9th floor. Looking for food? There are plenty of food trucks across the street during lunch hours - approx 11am - 3pm.

Jonathan -: I spent a very long time looking at different office options and finally chose this location. Very happy with my decision. Ben and Anneliese are fantastic and very responsive! The space is beautiful and in a good location in the Dulles tech corridor with free parking. Clean and safe if you are worried about COVID. No tricky fees or contracts. Price is also very competitive. Highly recommend checking them out, especially if you are getting claustrophobia working in your kitchen!

Juan Vintimilla: We looked at options in the area and decided on the Hendon location. It was a better value than the competitors. Ben and Annelise guided us through detailed requirements; they have been so much help. The space is very professional. It is a good blend of modern corporate with sober clean shared areas and without exaggerating the open office concept. We are very happy with the choice, and highly recommend the location.

The staff is great and caters to their customers-Krystle is professional, kind and friendly-if she doesn't know the answer she finds it quickly. No need to hire a receptionist as the front desk is always staffed and guests are greeted professionally. Meeting space is impressive, offices are quiet! Free Coffee, nice kitchen, deli on 1st floor, free parking. We are really glad to have our offices here!

Kamal Nawash: I recently signed up with Regus in Washington DC. I met with a Regus manager and I informed him that I was looking for an office with a phone answering service, copy machine and fax line included in my rental fee which is the same setup I had with my previous landlord. I was told that “I am at the right place.” I was quoted a price of approximately $1275 for an “all inclusive” office that includes a “phone answering service with unlimited calls in the United States.” I was specifically told that when I receive a call the receptionist would answer the phone, ask who was on the phone and announce the call to me. I was also given a “deal” if I signed up for two years that I would be able to make copies at 5 cents per copy and I was shown the kitchen and told I will be able to use kitchen services for coffee and water, all included in my rental fee of $1275. With the above terms in mind, I signed up for a two year lease to start on October 16, 2017. Approximately three weeks prior to the commencement of my lease term, I visited the office space to meet the new area manager and that is when I learned that most of the representations made to me were false. In other words, I was defrauded. During my conversation with the new area manager, I discovered that my rent did NOT include a phone answering service, did NOT include use of the kitchen and did NOT include use of the copy machine at 5 cents per copy. I was now told that I do get a phone but I would have to pay extra to have my phone answered. I was also told that I would have to pay a monthly fee to use the kitchen and I would have to pay 15 cents per copy to use the copy machine.

Romona Foster: I've done a few training sessions at this Regus location. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Not once have I felt welcome or comfortable in this space. I have also had complaints about the space from my workshop attendees. In the middle of one session, a lady came in to give us a tour. She was rushed, rude and very condescending. I have had similar experiences at other Regus locations.

Wendy Portillo: My mom lost her work ID & smartrip Feb 23rd at Pentagon station. She rode to her stop but as soon as she realized she didn’t have her smartrip, she turned around and went back to Pentagon (less than an hours time) where she spoke to the Station Manager. The manager told her someone did return her ID & smartrip but that they had just sent it down to Lost & Found and gave her the number to call. It’s been over a month and after several calls to see if the items had arrived, Lost & Found’s answer is always “it hasn’t arrived, please check back later” even though an estimated time of “2-5 business days” was given from the beginning. WMATA, you have to do better and update your process. Work on developing transparency with your customers, communication, and sense of urgency behind resolving these claims!

Jose Hernandez: Lost my keys on a Red Line train that departed from metro center Saturday morning at 7:50 on 11/13/21 I asked the station managers at that Station hours later to see if anyone turned in any keys... nothing they all recommended me to call the lost and found office. I went all the way to Glenmont Station to ask if any keys has been turned in, nothing, they also recommended me to call the lost and found office. I then called the office today 11/15/21 hoping if someone turned in my keys, but the response I received from the agent was that they don't accept keys, only wallets and electronic devices; which honestly doesn't make sense to me. What's the point of a lost and found if they don't accept everything other items except phones and wallets. you're telling me you guys dispose all other lost items unless it's a electronic device/wallets?? terrible way of running things.

Amy Smucker: My daughter left her wallet on the metro and thought all was lost but some very nice person turned it in and it made all they way back to her with cash, gift cards and other important items still there. We are very grateful and thank all involved who made sure she got it back. Well done Metro!

Kevin Kleinegger: left my keys on the train, all they had to say was they no longer collect keys and that they have no way of knowing if anyone found or returned them. Seems like a very poor system, the only things they will return to you are wallets or phones.

Marcin Lira: Im not really a fan metro station of this metro station because it seems like the Station Manager likes to play games with sime customers. I was coning down the escalator to catch the slow runnung orange line train to New Carolton. He said to me 'you had better hurry up if you want to catch this train, the next one leaves in 19 minutes'. Based on his advice, I ran to the entrance and through the kiosks, with a very heavy backpack. Only to find out there was no train there at all, and that the next train was leaving in 15 minutes.

Smokin Jelli: It's a metro station. What more do you want to know? It's busy. There are people. Please do not expect much from metro staff. You can catch metro rail & bus. Also ART buses. You can refill your smartrip. There's 2 escalators to get to the fare machine level. It is covered so you can take shelter from the elements in the event of rain or snow. That's all I got!

Isaac Oguji: High-security outfit. You don't get in here without your ID. Several past African leaders and great heros on display at the open museum. It's a huge facility with several offices and board rooms. Cameras are not allowed where there is presence of security agents. I like the fact that all countries with relationship with the US have their flags on display at the exit bay.

Gavin68: I went on a tour of the Diplomatic Reception Room recently. It was an overall nice experience. The reception room is very nice and has many wonderful artifacts. However, the tour ran a little dry at times. But it is a nice tour for anyone who is interested.

You can also book larger conference rooms. Due to the nature of my work, I like having the flexibility of booking a room when I need it. I use it to meet with clients and to get administrative/paper work completed without interruptions. The management is wonderful to work with-- they are accommodating, flexible and care about their clients (and that's hard to find in this day and age). I highly recommend OSI if you are looking for flexible or temporary office space.

Light Warrior 2.0: Saffold & Associates has been a long time (10+ years) and loyal customer of OSI. The virtual office model was great while we were building the business and clientele. Once we outgrew the virtual office model we decided to rent full time offices on the 1629 K Street 3rd floor suite. The offices are well-maintained and cleaned daily with a professional cleaning service. The ladies at the front desk make our client feel welcome and are excellent at receiving evidence and payments from clients. Finally, the location (Farragut Square) and amenities (high-speed printer/copier/internet) cannot be beat!

Michael Bustamante: Service at the DMV is great. However, DO NOT park at the giant next door and walk over. There’s a tow truck that parks across the street from the giant and waits for people to walk off the lot. They quickly drive over and pry your door open and tow your car. It’s an easy $135 for them. I was told by the company that if you walk off the lot for any reason, your car will get towed. That means you can’t go anywhere before or after going to giant.

Rebecca Cottrill: The best DMV experience I've had. While making an appointment meant I had to wait a few weeks to go, it was well worth it. I had no wait. They were waiting on me more than I was waiting on them. They were very competent. Definitely do your research so you know what you need and have it all ready when you get there. The person who helped me was very kind, helpful, competent, and patient with me. Will definitely be going here in the future!

Imani Porter: Great experience!! Went here this morning at 7:30am. Only 1 person was in front of us but by the time they opened at 8am, there was roughly 10 of us here. I was out by 8:20 only because there were a couple of people who made appointments, so they were prioritized ahead of me. The two women I talked to were so friendly and efficient. Tbh as long as you’re polite, have all your documents ready, and let them do their thing… you’ll have no issues!

Stoonookw: The waiting process here just doesn’t make sense. They’re mixing a bunch of random two letter appointments. with one letter walk-ins. A bunch of walk-ins went before me though. Got there at 9am did line for almost 30 minutes then got my number waited until 11:40am to get tell that the “system went down” but mind you the pregnant lady that call my number didn’t get her name, she took the picture and made me sign and everything to tell me at the end the “system went down”. Everyone in that DMV waited for hours to get tell at the end that the system went down. They should be smart and should’ve stop people in coming in.

Claire Lee: I usually never post reviews but honestly the experience here today was terrible.. I scheduled an appointment for my permit test at 10:30 am today. I went in at 10:25ish and went to the information desk, the lady at the information desk was nice and helpful. However, when I got my number, I had to wait there for almost 2 hours. I would have been fine if I had to wait for 30 minutes. But 2 hours? I literally had an appointment at exactly 10:30. I don’t know what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if walk-in customers get to go in earlier than me. It was really disappointing. My mom couldn’t find a parking spot so she had to drive around the whole time while I was waiting. When it finally became my turn, I tried to go in because my number was literally called but this other lady in the permit test section desk told me to go out and wait AGAIN. I tried to be understanding since I thought she was probably really busy. However, it took 20-30 minutes for her to call me in after I got my number called. When it finally became my turn, she wanted to check my documents again which I already did with the information desk lady before getting my number. But I just accepted it since I thought it was just the system and pulled out my documents. She looked at my residency documents and simply just rejected them. There was literally a deed and a marriage document. I told her that the name on the deed is my stepfather and we moved into his house from another state and there’s a literal proof that my mom got married to him and his address was on the document. But she said she can’t accept it since my mom’s name isn’t on the deed. Lawd of course it’s not going to be on the deed if it’s his house, ms lady💀. She really wasn’t understanding at all and made me waste my 2 hours, I couldn’t even take my permit test. And the absolute hilarious thing is that the information desk lady accepted my documents and she even asked this other lady next to her and she approved them as well. Please dmv, do not waste people’s precious time. It’s not like the only stuff on my to-do list are going to dmv and watching netflix. I’m really just asking you to be more efficient and cooperative.

We were greeted by friendly staff members who helped us with all our questions. The space is beautiful, clean, and in an superb location downtown. It was an excellent experience overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a private and professional workspace.
