Kiffa Shirley: Excellent service, clean store, full of big screen TVs ready for Christmas shoppers. If you’ve not been to the Columbia Heights Best Buy, is so convenient to the metro, and other shopping, and it put me in the Christmas Spirit.
Lady Elexia: I love best buy as a rule, no matter where I find them. The columbia heights location is nice, but it is a bit on the small side. While I could find the basics, their selection of new items was a bit lack lusture. Customer service is always perfect, at least in my experiences.
Dawn Develin: Mack was amazing. He sat with me patiently and help me with my phone purchase. I very confused and not very savvy with technology and he treated me with respect and help me through every step without getting frustrated. Overall everybody at Best buy has been phenomenal but he went above and beyond.

Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.
Kev- keepingitreal: This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.
Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. It is so refreshing to have people who are pleasant and helpful at their jobs I will definitely come back to this location to get all the plants I need this spring! Marla was very helpful as well along with the young man who answered some of my questions about my plans. All around a wonderful experience!

Sassy Sauce: I missed all of the after Christmas saw items. This location had a few products left over from Christmas but nothing I really wanted. Overall the store was neat and organized. I didn’t need any additional items for this trip, just preparing for next years holiday decorations.

I really Appreciate the help from a young male staff who was working in the Garden/Mulch area, he was very Helpful and Knowledgeable with assisting me with the products along with a young female cashier on the inside of the store. Now you can never get the help you need when you’re in the store aisles. Every time you asked a staff member who’s in the same aisle as you. Can you help me with something? Their reply seems to be, I don’t work over here and they don’t know who can help you..!!! Home Depot needs better training for their staff who’s working in the store aisles..
Anna Lloyd: Desmond in the home and garden went out of his way to help us find something that 4 different employees had just shrugged their shoulders and said that even though it was available online they were probably out. Desmond knew exactly where it was and showed us himself, even though it was on the complete other side of the store. He really took customer service to the next level.

Sam C: This is a great hardware store. Staff is helpful, selection quite decent, and right in my neighborhood. Could I save a little bit of cash by driving out to the deep burbs for the Home Despot or similar? Sure, but would I? Absolutely not. Icing on this cake: they always accept my Ace coupons, even if past their expiration date. Now that is ace in my book.
MAC Cover: I am rating Glover Park Ace location a 4 because the gentleman who assisted me was very nice in spite of this mean nasty new world we live in. The only issue I have was I placed my order for curbside but the store was unable to locate the order which caused me to go inside the store which I loathe. Love my Ace Hardware!

Lew Williams: I recently contracted Hugee Corporation to replace an aging Carrier unit with a High Efficiency (16 Seer) Goodman condenser, coil and humidifier. The HVAC technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. The entire installation was successfully completed in less than three hours. All of the old equipment was hauled away and the technicians used lots of company provided floor coverings for extra protection making cleanup quick and easy. Hugee Corporation provided very competitive pricing for equipment and services rendered. I highly recommend Hugee Corporation for all HVAC sales and service needs. Services: Installation , Install AC
Brenda Pilgrim: Yesterday I called Hugee Corporation for their help in fixing my air condition unit that was not working. Around 9:30 a.m. this morning, the company dispatched one of their worker to my home, and upon checking the system, he was able to spot the problem right away. He discovered the compactor was bad, he when to the shop to retrieve the new part for the AC system, replaced it and the system is working awesome. Hugee Corporation was very professional and the technician was well verse as to what was required for the system to work properly. My family was very happy with the service that was rendered. I am therefore recommending Hugee Corporation as an excellent Air Condition Company. I will make sure and past on this information to all of my family and friends. Again thanks, I am colder than ever, and I am actually dressed accordingly for the flow of the air that is coming out from the system.
Kawytae Norals: I recently hired Hugee Corporation to come out and resolve my issue with my AC unit, as well as figure out why my 3rd floor was not cooling to my standards. They performed an assessment, and it was determined that I may need AEROSEAL, as well as a duck cleaning. Upon them starting and running the pre-aeroseal work, it was determined that that was not the issue, and the duct work was clean (honesty). It was later determined that I needed my AC unit serviced, as well as repair a rip in the duct work in the attic. Receiving honesty and integrity from a business goes along way in my book. It is one of the most important qualities when dealing with companies that you have never worked with before. I highly recommend them. Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.
Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

K R: Wonderful local hardware store that carries anything you need for the home. Cleaning supplies, paint, tools, key cutting, balloons, flowers, plants and everything in between. The staff is always nice and during COVID they were my go to spot for supplies. Some amazing clearance deals as well.
Meghan Griffin: The folks at this Ace hardware are fantastic! I have brought many home improvement ideas to them since I moved to the neighborhood, and it’s always with earnestness and a pleasant demeanor that the staff help me work out solutions. On a recent visit, May and Louie helped me to unstick a really stuck bolt on the hinge from my refrigerator door. I was trying to flip the door so that it opened the right way for my kitchen layout, and they were both so invested in my success. (May, Louie, if you read this, it worked!!) Truly above and beyond. I will always come back to this store for hardware needs.

Megan Tebbenhoff: Everyone at this Ace Hardware is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I went in seeking a screw that would fit a warped sleeve in a new piece of furniture, and Chris went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He asked me to bring in my furniture, offered me a dolly to wheel it in from my car, and used some tools free of charge at the store to help get the screw properly threaded so I could finish building my furniture. It was so kind of him to offer his assistance, I likely would have had to exchange the furniture if I didn’t have his help. I have come to this location a few times and I have always been incredibly impressed by the service. Huge thank you to Chris!

Matthew Schumacher: Best Buy is great as everybody who has ever gone to one knows. We stopped in to Best Buy to price some washers and dryers for our new home. They have fair pricing and what is even better is that they have a 4 week turn around time for the LG washer and dryer we are interested in. From what I hear from others, delivery for a washer and dryer is extremely delayed from most other companies. Having a 4 week turn around time is all the more reason for us to purchase our LG washer and dryer from Beat Buy.

mikki freidkin: Excellent experience. I’ve been working on building a home and I have found Ferguson to have an exceptional selection at fair prices. Their entire staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I have had Andrew Thompson helping me most frequently. He has the patience of a saint and works hard to get me the best item for my lifestyle. He also has never forgotten to take advantage of promotions that can save me money. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Selena Belluscio: I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tayler Bordes. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only is she pleasant, courteous and professional but she knows her stuff and we appreciated her input on selections for our new home. Meredith Cross: Keni Jones has helped me on two visits, and she is remarkable. The first time a couple weeks ago I went in to look at new refrigerators because mine (purchased by my builder at another dealer about 8 months ago) was requiring too many repairs. She offered to help me find out how to get it replaced by the dealer for free. That is now happening. Saving $12,000. She didn’t need to help me. She just seems to want to help. Today I went to replace some lights. They have a beautiful selection. I bought a lot of light fixtures with help from Tayler Bordes at the same store in the Fall of 2018. She was fantastically helpful and the lights are great. Today I was there shortly before closing with no appointment. Keni Jones helped me order what I wanted and gave me great advice. I’m a huge fan of Ferguson’s and so glad they opened near DC Chevy Chase!

Was the same price as the junk on eBay. They did not have it in stock at Bethesda but they did have it in Richmond, I paid for it at around 3 PM and it was at my home the next day. Awesome place very high-quality items.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

Kwadwo Tuffour: Took this painting to figure out how to get it up on my wall, and to get the right kind of nails to do it. Sales associate was able to take me right to what I needed and shower me how to hang it. Mission accomplished. Bonus: Had a nice, brief conversation with the cashier, Radha about the different women in the picture. She recognized a couple and asked about a few, which i told her.
Jonathan Larson: Convenient location, but smaller footprint so not as wide of a selection as other Lowes. Staff are proactive, but minimally staff checkout lanes.
Dawn Wunderle: After more than 7 phone calls to 3 different numbers trying to schedule appliance installation, I was lucky this morning to have been assisted by Joshua Lewis in the Floral and Garden Department. Even though it is not his department or responsibility, he patiently worked through getting the dishwasher I ordered on January 13th scheduled for installation. If there were 10 stars - I would select all 10 for Joshua! Patient, courteous and helpful and he went above and beyond to assist me!
Yumiko Cook: I had outstanding customer service from Gretchen. All the time she was polite, friendly, and tried to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the store didn’t carry the fluorescent light bulbs. But she gave me more information of it about me to order it easier.

Shahab Shojaei-Zadeh: This is for the people who work at this location. I was lucky to be interacting with some wonderful individuals here. Let me start with Paulo who I think is the store manager; he is very helpful and goes out of his way to help resolving any issues. John (the guy with beard) was extremely helpful and patiently assisted us in finding the right product. Finally, Rae was a pleasure interacting with for check out and setting up delivery. I’m sure the rest of the team are as nice and helpful.
happy fruit ninja: I got my plants here a while ago and they are thriving. I enjoyed taking time, looking around. I will be visiting for more plant babies in the future.

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!
livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Mo Fares: One of my favorite hardware store, employees actually come to you and ask you if you need any help. Greta place to buy Stihl products and big green egg. My favorite store to buy nuts and bolts for my vintage car. Wish there were more Ace hardware and less depot.
Josh: I visited here to buy 1 specific product the other day. Within 3-5 minutes, I was greeted by one person and another associate asked if I needed help. The customer service here is outstanding.
Carlo legacy Journey: Purchased a traeger tailgater 20. Great customer service. Free assembly and curbside pick up was smooth. Purchased through online with store help. Thank you Andy for the assembly. Highly recommended store. Will sure to return after my first visit.
Rajasekar Kayamboo: I went there to pick up a Craftsman tool box. This is my first time going there. It is in a complex land the area is likely Fairfax downtown. Fairly large store and abundant collection of tools. They also do repairs of equipments and sharpening of blades. Staff were knowledgeable.
