Heleen Raes: Had a good experience here! I asked them information about how to transfer data from my old laptop to my new one, the staff was very helpful and provided a lot of possible solutions. I didn't buy anything and yet the staff was happy to help, so that was really cool!

Jose Leonardo Guillen: Worst customer service ever! My order got cancelled without even notifiying the reason. They gave me a number and email so I could get in touch and I NEVER got a proper answer. I bought a Mac Pro and other accessories in the store (was ok) but my “online purshase” was absolute trash. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ONLINE FROM THIS STORE.

Kiffa Shirley: Excellent service, clean store, full of big screen TVs ready for Christmas shoppers. If you’ve not been to the Columbia Heights Best Buy, is so convenient to the metro, and other shopping, and it put me in the Christmas Spirit.

Ricardo Matheus: So I walk in to shop for some apple products and I’m not sure if it is because of covid or what but there’s only like 2 people working there. I’m mostly disappointed in how no one tries to help. Not even to tell me to wait a sec because they are busy and they’ll be with me shortly. Just nothing. Not even sure they noticed I was there. Waited and walked around trying to get someone to get me the products I wanted to purchase but I mean, its 2022 I should have known better that service in the US is awful and should have just bought them online. I love Best Buy but definitely never buying anything in person again there. Shout out to the guy at the door, he was very friendly

Corey Moore: One of best best stocked, clean and friendly Best Buys in town! The people are helpful. The store is well stocked. The staff is very helpful. The online check-in for online orders & pickups, is awesome! They're really busy at times but the lines tend to always move at a pretty good place. Highly recommend this Best Buy location!

Lady Elexia: I love best buy as a rule, no matter where I find them. The columbia heights location is nice, but it is a bit on the small side. While I could find the basics, their selection of new items was a bit lack lusture. Customer service is always perfect, at least in my experiences.

Tig Vic: On 05/06/2022 around 2 pm, I countered a very rude, unprofessional, and clueless heavyset lady who calls herself a manager. I'm never going to spend my hard-earned money on this location or BestBuy in general.

Feseha Ayele: I went to the best buy store which is located at Colombia height to get the phone that I paid online. They told me that there is activation problem and I waited more than 2 hours without any solution even the store manager couldn't solve the problem. It was a good deal that they posted online. It's really disappointing not to get any solution or reasonable answer about my order. Which is $999 online with activation and they told me to pay $1799 in the store.

Alexis Smith: horrible customer service. I wandered around looking for an employee to ask for help and they all ignored me. Finally someone answered and she said she’d send someone to the home theater section to help me but of course, no one was there. The Best Buy in Tysons is so much accommodating and friendly. If you want a good experience, just avoid this place

Dawn Develin: Mack was amazing. He sat with me patiently and help me with my phone purchase. I very confused and not very savvy with technology and he treated me with respect and help me through every step without getting frustrated. Overall everybody at Best buy has been phenomenal but he went above and beyond.

John Newman: Nobody asked if I needed help. I finally left and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Horrible location. Thugs and hoodlums everywhere. The whole place reeks of pot smoke. Frightening place. There was a "security guard" (I use that term lightly) sitting on level 2 eating potato chips staring at his phone. I was afraid I would be mugged or shot at any time. Avoid at all costs.

Ramona Killings: Even though I have driven past this place numerous times, today was my very first visit. I think my excuse has always been the fact that it's located on the 2nd level inside of a building. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This place is humongous! I also picked up on the fact that there are a myriad of Associates on the floor, who seemed friendly and willing to help people. That hasn't always been my experience in the past at other locations. Perhaps the fact that I came here on a Sunday, and there were not that many shoppers inside. So I came for a cellphone, and a cellphone is what zi walked out with. I had been researching the Google 6 Pro that features an 8 megapixel camera. I bought it for right at $700.00 which I think was a decent price. I can't wait to start playing with it! Now that ai know that this place has so many more things to offer, I will have to come back here again to get more stuff!

Vi Rodriguez: This is a very cool building to visit. The history behind it is also very interesting which you can learn all about it in the basement. The building is very clean!! Lots of staff available to help answer any questions you may have. The first and main floor is the Apple store but it’s not like a regular Apple store. There is a huge selection of all of Apple’s products. On the second floor is a digital art gallery and the library but they were both clothed when I came on a Saturday. Still a cool visit and it’s free to enter and walk around.

Swire Ho: From out of town and we almost didn't notice it is an Apple Store. It was the old Carnegie Library built back in 1901. Went during a weekday at 1PM so there were more employees than customers. They have a gallery on the Top floor and basement. We walked there from our nearby hotel and I don't see any parking near the building.

B Dunnegan: Wasted so much time waiting for reps, while reps who claim they can’t help just stand around. How many reps do YOU see?? I get calls and emails on regular from business team yet when I come in store, none are available to help. Also—the store operation is inefficiently run. What should be pinging/cueing up clients at check in is a belaboring dog and pony show that passes you from one rep to another. Over it. As a small business owner, who was literally called and emailed every day by what was described as a small business support team at the Carnegie location has not produced one iota of assistance. Over it.

livingmytruth 2: Michael, Gunner and Taylor were absolutely amazing. This was by far the best Apple store i ever been in. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by Taylor and Michael. They made me feel at home. They answered all my questions and eased all my fears about this big new location. Then i met with Gunner ( who happens to be deaf) and he was absolutely a joy. He was efficient, fast and he really made me feel comfortable through my process of getting an new ipad. Way to go Apple, this is the kind of experience i am looking for

Daria Willis: The Apple Store was quite an experience! I loved it! The staff was wonderful! Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! I had an appointment for a phone and I requested help with my Mac laptop. They took care of it, cleaned it up and now its almost like new even though it is 8 yrs old! Excellent!!!

Vinh Mai: Great layout, no pushy salespeople, very helpful staff. My guy Marcus was fantastic from beginning to me leaving with a new phone.

Charlie Olsen: Great service from the staff. Walked in and immediately had a staff member helping me and was out with my purchase in less than 15 minutes. Also the library building has a museum upstairs that’s really cool. 10/10 shopping experience.

Scott Denman: Was told to wait for help with an employee currently helping another customer. That customer was being a royal pain, but instead of noticing that I’ve been standing around for 30 minutes waiting, others who came to the store after me were being helped for the same thing I came in for… For a company that seems to care about its image, they are pretty horrible at customer service. On the plus side, they are very accommodating for employees with disabilities. Overall though they are pretty bad at letting people just stand around

Seva Narkute: I have received the best service at this Apple Store location. I highly recommend making an appointment before visiting as this beautifully located store stays busy, although the staff there has been extremely helpful and understanding even on the times when I showed up without an appointment. :)

Joseph Pietroluongo: Micro center has everything. I had never been to one before but if you are doing anything gaming they have pretty much everything. Feels a bit like a used car dealership inside however. The staff always approached me which is engaging but I just wanted to browse and didn’t want to be sold anything. It is probably more helpful for people who don’t have any idea about computer components, but it felt very off putting to me.

Devon Janes: Came here a few weeks ago to pick up a gaming laptop. I found the one I wanted online, gave them the SKU number, and had a quick and easy checkout. It probably would have been easier if I had reserved it online for pickup since they seem to have a good process for that. The store is well stocked and well staffed and should be the first place you visit when looking for electronics.

Mark Noble: Micro Center is where you go if you want the best service and PC components! Luckily, I live less than 10 minutes from the Fairfax, VA store, so I am able to go whenever I need something. The 18 minute pick up is a great feature. Be forewarned, the sales team is commission based, so you will get multiple employees offering to help you, which I actually don't mind since you don't get that kind of service in most stores nowadays. I want to take a moment and leave a comment for David Ingold in the PC components department. I have built a couple PCs with his help and he is always great to work with. He is commissioned based, but not once have I ever felt pressured to buy, nor has he ever tried to up sell me. Most recently, I purchased an EVGA 3080ti FTW3 Ultra from him; an expensive purchase for sure. If you are looking to build a PC or need some upgrade components, stop in and see him! I always wait (however long) until he is free whenever I need something. (I hope he receives my comments)

Sarah “Sarah4Va” White: Grown up toy store!! You don't even have to know what you need before you get there. You will figure it out as you walk through the store. They are well staffed and eager to help. I've always found them to be very knowledgeable. They price match, so if you see a lower price be sure to let them know. Warranties on things can be so hit or miss. Some live up to their end and some take your money and look for any reason not to pay. Microcenter stands behind theirs. Well worth the money!

Armando: Ever wonder where your family tech support nerd goes to buy supplies when they can't get them online? This is it. One of the few stores in the country with everything needed to build a PC from components. Even silicon valley stores can't match the inventory of this store. That being said sales reps are heavily commission oriented. But they're far more knowledgeable than your average Best Buy employee.

rareflowersinatomb: I was looking at gaming laptops and found some great deals at MicroCenter, and a good price on the exact model that I was most looking at. Store is a bit out of the way for me but not much of a selection at other stores nearby unless you want to WAY overpay at Best Buy...and hope it never fails since their support is trash. Only way to get a better deal would be to toss the dice with an Amazon listing, and even then could only have shaved off about $100, which would be gone if you ever had to ship your computer off for service. -Large store with a lot of stock, and they keep it clean and organized -Staff has been friendly and helpful -Very competitive pricing

Fronzy 101: This computer superstore has everything from building complex circuitry projects to building high-end custom PCS, workstations and everything into between. They also have a apple section and a home theater section with very knowledgeable staff. I use the micro center CC card that gives me an extra 5% off as well as better pricing with rebates.

Tony Fainberg: Bought a great smart TV at a good price from them nearly 2 years ago. Installation and service were superb and very friendly. Then I called up just now during the pandemic for advice on a failing remote and got immediate suggestions on the phone that worked, so we could keep watching. This is a great place, and they follow up beautifully. Personal service, high level of expertise and really easy to deal with.

Francoise Le Gall: Excellent store for purchase and installation of quality brand TVs, audio, and video equipment, and for making copies of DVDs. also for Sonos smart speakers. Dante and Francis are very helpful and skilled.

Ruth McDonald: Great service and advice on purchasing, installation and set-up. I’ve used them twice before and will use them again now that I’m moving again. They know what they’re doing.

Elior Manier: Booked an appointment yesterday 12/28/21 which never got confirmed by email, most probably cause the employee never clicked the button. Impossible to enter the store after that, no way to see a manager, and no way to even communicate with an employee inside. This is scandalous knowing I organized my day to free myself for my 6:00 PM appointment.

No: GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!!! I went in for my mac book pro battery placement (late 2013 retina) and they absolutely destroyed my motherboard making my speakers useless. I looked inside and was amazed. This was definitely on purpose since a wild animal could do better.

Courtney German: Had a highly positive experience at this Apple store - I had a major issue with my phone while traveling to DC for work and went to the Apple store without an appointment. They squeezed me in for a Genius Bar appointment with minimal waiting and Stanley The Genius spent over two hours with me running diagnostics, speaking with my cell phone carrier company, etc. He was AMAZING. The staff went above and beyond to help me and I'm incredibly grateful. Exceptional!!

vze1nv91: At the moment Apple wants you to order their products online and only go to the store for pickup. I got there an hour before my reservation time and asked if I could get my product. They were gracious, did it and I was out in ten minutes. It was so enjoyable I almost splurged on an Apple Pencil. Apple is very particular about the buying experience and it shows in the professionalism of the staff.

Katze Love: I had nothing short of an unpleasant experience here… As others have mentioned, the rude and dismissive staff are in no rush to offer assistance. I had an appointment to pick up items, arrived on time, and still waited about 20 minutes to receive my order. Before that, I had to wander around the store trying to find someone willing to help me. The most comical part-- when a staff member finally came by with my items, he carelessly tossed the bag down on the table and $500 worth of apple keyboards rattled out onto the counter. Lol! Way to show how much you care. The location is convenient though.

Mr. Mendoza: Sadly this store lacks any customer service. I've visited this store several times and every time, the staff has been great at ignoring me or making me feel as if I'm interrupting their lack of work. In one particular instance, one of the store's staff told me that he could multitask while servicing me. He thought talking to me and another customer that interrupted our conversation, while texting or checking his phone was productive multitasking.

C Leo: I’ve always received great service at the Apple store esp the one at Clarendon and Tyson’s Mall and I was just disappointed with the service at the Georgetown location. No one greeted us when we walked in. When I found someone up front and told them I had a 6:30pm appointment they directed me to the back without checking their tablet or asking what it was for. After taking a while to locate my appointment, she then directed us to the front. ( at the other store, they would greet me by name and direct me to the right staff to assist) My friend asked if there was a restroom and he directed her to Wawa across the street. The overall energy of the staff there was low… like they did not want to be there.

Kasra Ladjevardi: One of the rudest apple stores I know of. I am a huge fan of Apple, and I have always thought that they have really great customer service. Most Apple stores I visit today have great people and the Genius Bar staff are very friendly. However, my last two visits to the store left such a bad taste in my mouth

Don Wang: I literally purchased my first iPhone 13 pro max and I was having trouble with their Air Drop option to my friends. Went into this Apple store hoping one of their representatives will be able to assist me but instead another gentleman came over and told our female representative to assist someone else. Now, they just pushed me to their IT phone service instead. Does this mean my IPhone is defective? Should I be switching back to Android base phones instead?

Abby: The three times that I went there to try to buy a new phone while turning in my old one, I did not have a positive experience at all. One of the times I got there at 9:30am (Google’s hours indicated they opened at 9am), and I got berated by the staff and security telling me I shouldn’t be there when they opened at 10am…well it would be great if they updated their hours first before scolding me for something I didn’t know and opening an open door. The other times that I’ve been there, the staff was not very helpful either, which was disappointing considering the amount of money I’d be spending on a device. I ended up going to the Carnegie Library location instead, and the service was so much better there, so I’d definitely avoid this location for any future purchases and go there instead, even if it’s located further away.

Haley Hughen: The staff here is fantastic. They do a free diagnostic and then will let you know the cost of repair. Candice was very knowledgeable and kind. They saved my laptop after I spilled water on it, I dropped it off on a Monday evening and it was ready Thursday morning for pickup. Will be back if I need any other repairs!

Zack Fowler: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueFast, easy, reasonably affordable. Extremely straightforward. What’s not to like? Plus, Amber, who did my repair (new iPhone 8 Plus battery) was an absolute delight. I’ll go right back here the next time I have a tech issue.

Madison Brumbaugh: I had an amazing experience with uBreakiFix, and particularly with Candice! Candice was super communicative and friendly throughout the process, always keeping me informed about what was going on. My laptop had been sitting around collecting dust for about a year, giving me the “blue screen of death” and an error message. I had tried to fix it myself but to no avail. Not sure how, but I guess once Candice was able to get past the blue screen and run the diagnostics on my laptop, it was all in working order. And I walked away without paying anything. ZERO DOLLARS. I will be recommending uBreakiFix to everyone I know! The easy scheduling, awesome staff, and free diagnostics will keep me coming back for sure!

Qiwei Wang: Just got my MacBook Pro back and had to write this review to thank the people here(they saved my life)! Dropped it on floor which resulted an impaired LCD and brought it to Ubreakifix, I assume it would take at least a week to get it fixed but it only took three days(dropped on Monday, Wednesday the parts that needed for repair arrived, and now I have it back on the same day). Faster and more satisfied than I expect with a fair price, and people there were really nice. Thank so much!

Alison Cohen: Candice is amazing!! I'd been having this mysterious issue with my computer that no one could figure out...and in two days, after researching various possibilities, she determined what was going on and fixed it! I paid nothing - somehow what she did was simply considered part of Ubreakifix's free diagnostic process. 🤷‍♀️

Djinni Field: I brought in a year old Nintendo switch that had suddenly stopped working. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to determine the issue and get back to me quickly with the problem and cost of repair. Ultimately decided not to repair because the cost was more than half the price of a new switch, but would have felt confident using their service.

Team World: STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENTS. THEY RUINED MY EXPENSIVE IRREPLACEABLE PC AND GAVE ME A CHeap pc that DID NOT WORK. And it took them 4 months to finish this trainwreck of costumer "service". The worst experience ever. I was on the phone with them for 30 hours combined, they should be kicked out of business.

Rachel Neild: Candice is great. I had some slightly frustrating communication with another member of staff. But my camera was fixed in the two hour window promised and the hairline crack on my screen did not degenerate.

Fidel Quintela: Took my Pixel 3 in to replace a bad battery. Turn around was a few hours and work was flawless.

Denise Diaz: Totally cool guy took my surface pro 7 to do what I thought was not really possible. I was just shooting in the dark. Nice place nice people. Good work.

Casey Davis: This place is a Rack-a-tiers , Klein , small electrical components, connectors, harnesses. Pin removal tools, small tool bits , resistors , everything for say pinball machine, and multiple other applications, ex car harness pins, HVAC pins . Every tool you want online that isn't available elsewhere. Staff Is pretty helpful pointing you to the correct area for what you need. Imo it's a cool stop!

planesNtrains1: ordered some tools on their website that I needed fairly soon, since my project was on hold waiting for them. I got a confirmation email from their web ordering system, but nothing to indicate that anything was back-ordered. Waited three business days (five calendar days) and no further follow-up, no indication anything had been shipped. called the online ordering number and was told that the tools weren't in stock, that they had been ordered from somewhere else, and wouldn't even be shipped to me for another week. I canceled the order and Amazon will have the tools at my house day after tomorrow. if you order from them, probably a good idea to just call them, since their online ordering system doesn't seem to be fully formed.

hugeshows: This is one of those old-school electronics supply stores, where the people working there actually know what they're talking about and have knowledge of their stock and the applications of various things. I live on the west coast, but I still order from Arcade whenever I can, because of the great service and product knowledge.

Matthew Schumacher: Best Buy is great as everybody who has ever gone to one knows. We stopped in to Best Buy to price some washers and dryers for our new home. They have fair pricing and what is even better is that they have a 4 week turn around time for the LG washer and dryer we are interested in. From what I hear from others, delivery for a washer and dryer is extremely delayed from most other companies. Having a 4 week turn around time is all the more reason for us to purchase our LG washer and dryer from Beat Buy.

Michael Patrick: Good experience today when buying products in store while waiting for an online order to be fulfilled. The product I ordered online was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I was greeted by staff when entering and exiting. The store was clean and organized. The staff at checkout were fast and polite.

Caitlin DePorter: Do not get a car radio from here. The $500 jvc radio I got stopped working after several months of having it. I then had to get on a waitlist that was several months long before they could “fix” it. Well finally the car is brought in and they say they don’t see anything wrong and reboot it and send me on my way and suggest it may be a phone issue. I got the managers card in case the radio wasn’t actually fixed. The issue has persisted even after getting a new phone and they now refuse to help since I am outside of the one year warranty, even though they didn’t fix it to begin with when I brought it in within the one year. Complete waste of my money and now I have a non functioning radio Edit: Best Buy told me to do a software update but there’s no software update available for this model. They are clueless and I wish I had gotten it somewhere else.

Ellen Savage: Placed an order for curbside pickup. Text telling me my order was ready did not contain instructions on where to park. I figured out pickup orders had to be picked up from parking garage, which is a paid garage. Waited 28 minutes for my order to be brought out, then when leaving garage I had to pay $3 for parking because I was in garage for more than 15 minutes. Horrible experience.

Curbside pickup is In a parking garage, so how exactly do you notify them via internet/app that you're "Here, in Pickup Spot #2" if your signal is sketchy? I got enough signal to pull up my order & check in, but system said it was having problems & I needed to come inside anyway. Would have been easy to do if there were posted directions to the actual store. Employee that checked me in for Order Pickup at the counter was negative & gave me false information. Employee that helped bring order to car (finally) was helpful. Didn't catch his name. Have to pay for parking no matter what, even for what should be a quick curbside pickup. Shop other BB locations unless you're staying local & walking around Crystal City & just buying small items.

Carol Spalla: Be aware of "subscriptions" sales. This review is not at all related to the team who actually helped me and found everything I had to buy. This review is specifically to call out and call the attention to future customers who purchase anything at any Best Buy. I spend nearly $ 2,000 tonight and when I got home, I realized they added this "total tech yearly subscription" for $200 (!!). I never asked this and, in any moment, the details of this offer was explained to me in detail. Brandon was a nice store seller but I really felt cheated and I am disappointed with Best Buy for being so close to sales malpractices. When I reached out to support, via chat, they refund this service but still kept $7 for 1 day of this subscription use. It's been 5 hours I left the store. I did not use this service at all!! And though the Customer Support representative Vicky D. was very effectively and patient with me, she also did not explain to me that they would keep the $7. Again, I am feeling that Best Buy is training and enabling their staff to omit important details during sales and customer support interactions. Very sad and frustrating. It's not about the $7 - its not going to make me richer or poorer, but it's about transparency.

Patrick T: Dropped off laptop which had a chronic very short battery life for diagnosis. No call back - so I went to the store, was told it was AC power supply (which it turns out was not accurate - there is a battery problem per HP). I was given a loaner power supply, and new HP AC supply to be ordered. No call back. After 10 days I went to store and was told my new power supply was sold to someone else. No apology, no refund, no re order. ???

Austin Hamling: Far and away the best computer repair in DC, and let me tell you why. I had my custom PC fixed here once in 2019 - they had it fixed completely in a couple days and for under $300, even though they had to buy a replacement component. I had an installation a week or so ago I was not feeling ready to do myself. Best Buy was my first try, but the service just to set an appointment was bad. I asked Computer Plus to help me out, and they did the work in just a few days, the majority of which was waiting for a part to be shipped in. The owner has been in the business for almost 30 years, so his prices are reasonable and reflect the experience of the team and the care they put in. There is also an option right on your initial ticket, to request an estimate before the staff begin work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Imagine what they can do for your pre-built machine.

Mariya Krutkova: I spilled an entire cup of tea on the keyboard of my laptop and really did not expect that it was going to ever be functional again. But the guys at Computer Plus must be magicians because they fixed it! Phillip was very professional and courteous and it was a pleasure to work with him. I paid more than I was told originally, but I suspect it was because they had to do more work on my poor laptop than they expected. Anyway, it was a lot cheaper than getting a new one and I am very grateful. Also, it was ready for pickup the next day! Thank you very much a wonderful service.

Kendra Rubinfeld: I truly can't say enough good things about Phillip, who runs Computer Plus. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I originally found his shop when I was looking for someone to help me get an old computer I wanted to donate to a social agency up to speed. From the second I called to ask for procedure and prices, he was incredibly pleasant. When I explained what I needed the repair for he said he would give me a good citizen discount and loved what I was doing to help out. When I took the computer in, he was just as lovely, and even fixed my personal laptop, which was missing screws on the bottom, while I filled out some paperwork. He has been in his building for 20 years and it's obvious why. His customer service is more like friend service. I don't think he has ever met a "customer" in his life! They are all "friends" to him! He ended up donating his own laptop to the social agency in place of my old computer as he said it would be better for them! What a guy! I then returned to Phillip when I stupidly spilled coffee all over my mac. I called him and he picked up right away (unlike the Apple store or any other computer shop I can think of). He told me what to do to keep the damage from getting worse and obviously saved the day because when I took it in, the liquid hadn't penetrated the back of the computer, just the keyboard so it was a much easier fix! He ordered the part immediately and my computer was back in my hands the next week day (I took it in on Friday before the Fourth of July and I had it by Tuesday afternoon!). I highly highly recommend Phillip and will always go to him for any computer issue. He is honest, charming, very knowledgable about IT, and a truly great person.

Lauren Nava: unbelievable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! they are absolutely useless and have no idea what they are doing. I called this place first thing in the morning to inform them that i had a water damaged phone that was completely dead and was interested in recovering the data off of it as it is listed as a data recovery center. I was very clear that the phone does not turn on at all. the tech i spoke with on the phone told me that he could extract the data no problem. when i asked for a price and time quote he told me $100 and a next day turn around (sounds perfect right?) so i leave work in the middle of the work day and spend 30 minutes getting to Georgetown then when i get there the manager tells me the phone will not be ready until Monday and that it will be $150. when i tell him i was told something different on the phone he didnt care. I told them i needed it by tomorrow at the latest and he said he would try his best and see what he could do. I was desperate so i agreed. I leave the place and go 30 minutes back to work and wait a few hours then i call him back at 5pm just to see what the status is and he tells me that there is nothing they can do because they have had the phone on the charger all day and it will not turn on (?) When i asked what they did to try and power the phone on he said nothing all they did was charge it. excuse me? i TOLD you it didn't power on and was dead and that was the entire point of bringing it to a TECHNICIAN. he said there was nothing he could do and that i needed to come pick up the phone. when i asked what exactly he did try to do to fix the phone he blatantly said "nothing". this place is an absolute waste of time and don't even bother coming here because they clearly do not know what they are doing nor do they care who they inconvenience.

Brittney definitely seemed well on her knowledge about the company, the policies and my alternative steps to resolving my issue best as she can . James was extremely pleasant when coming in and Cornell was super attentive to me and everyone waiting in and out side the store. They are extremely busy and I can understand why, they provide great service. I will be bringing my other electronics here so I can guarantee I will get exceptional service. Diego Marroquín Bitar: I had a really bad experience at this shop. They initially "fixed" my cracked screen and charged me for a new one. The problem is that their replacement wasn't properly glued and it detached from my phone soon after. When I went back the guy was rude and uncooperative. I won't be using their services anymore.

Carsia Robinson: I have Home+ (great product honestly) to get two of my laptops fixed, they staff were open and kept me in the loop of things, gave me status updates along the way.

Patrick Kim: Similar experience to some other reviewers here -- they're an authorized Samsung Service Center but didn't inform Samsung that they changed their hours to close two hours earlier, so Samsung scheduled an appointment for me, which I arrived for on time, but the staff I could see through the window literally just shrugged their shoulders and pointed to the hand-written new hours taped to their window. Also, they're pretty hit-or-miss about answering their phones in a timely manner. And also not very knowledgeable about the types of Samsung phones (despite being an authorized service center).

Wife dropped her Pixel 3a on Thanksgiving face down on a brick sidewalk and the image immediately went wonky and it was unusable. Called this store the next day and they made it like new in 60 minutes. Check out the before and after shots if you don't believe me. $130 for the repair and well worth it compared to traveling without a phone. Special shout out to Howard for being a real nice guy and making the experience super smooth!

Joi Wright: So I like how fast they are with repairs but I have had issues since getting my screen replaced. My phone feels like it’s been hacked because the screen freezes, scrolls and types by itself. There is no water damage to the phone. When I went to take it back, they were like show me how it does that. But it happens spontaneously and often. Also, they stated I used up a lot of my storage. Well I cleaned my storage and it’s the same. I took it to an apple tech and they told me that it’s the actual screen repair. It has nothing to do with my storage. And now im upset because I knew it. My phone was not doing this before when I had the crack 😩. I truly wish they would have listened to me and actually tried to figure it out more. I appreciate how cool they were but the execution was not great.

Aviva Gould: Great and super fast service!! Very expensive and would not recommend getting a screen protector because it cost an extra $20 (my mistake), but great service would definitely recommend! My iPhone XR screen replacement was 135 but then 170 with tax tip and screen protector

Michael Baskin: HM repair provided speedy and efficient service for a cracked iPhone SE screen. I came here because of the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I reached out for a quote and they fixed the iPhone screen for the quoted price of $69. They repaired part of the frame to get a totally shattered screen replaced and the new screen works well. Very impressed with the quality and speed. Also pleased with their customer service. At the store, they up sold to a screen protector for $15. When I got home the iPhone screen protector was broken but they were magnanimous in resolving the issue. They do not have a warranty on the screen protectors sold. They’ll have you in and out in no time and take appointments which made the entire process seamless and easy. If I break another screen, I’ll return to HM for their service.

Work was completed quickly and screen seems to be operating as it was before it was cracked. I reached out to several other places before this one, some of the more popular ones and they gave me the run arounds. Quoted me a price of 400 dollars, which was more than half of what H and M charged. Not only that but the same place also quoted a repair time of 4 hours. H and M had me out in 20 mins.

Jasmine Pazmino: In my entire life I have NEVER, had a broken screen on my phone so when it happened to me I didn’t know where to go. Regrettably, I found myself in a situation where my phone screen cracked after being in my sweater pocket and getting in the car where is got slammed in between the door. As this happened on a Saturday afternoon, I began searching for repair shops late that night. That is when I found this GEM of a repair shop. I called them as soon as they opened Sunday morning and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. It literately took me longer to get their from where I live in NOVA than it did for the actual repair!?! I was out in under 20 ish minutes! Pricing was upfront and the convenience and quality was impressive. I am so thankful and would totally recommend them!

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Cliodhna MacFadden: We purchased the Element 65” TV, and after 3 days the backlight broke. We tried everything to fix it. Without a box or receipt in hand, we brought it back to see what may be possible to do. Associates TK, Nicole S, and Anton were able to use the debit card used to purchase to look up my receipt to get our return sorted. We so appreciate them going truly above and beyond to show us their compassion and excellent customer service.

Jasmine Thomas: Mobile Tech Has A Rude Raspy Voice Lady Working There. Ms.Kathy Is Extremely Unprofessional & Doesn’t Know What She Is Talking About. She Lied & Told Me That An AT&T Phone Was Unlocked. The Phone Wasn’t Unlocked & I Was Trapped In A Contract. I Explained To Her That I Wanted A Unlocked Phone & She Insisted On Telling Me The Phone I Bought Full Price Was Unlocked, Yet I’m Getting Stuff In My Email Saying I Have A Contract That I Have To Pay Off My Phone. Her Attitude Is Stank & She Never Has Her Mask Up On Her Face. Columbia Heights Target Do Better, Her and Her Unprofessional Ways Are Bringing Your Company Down Tremendously. I Will Be Reaching Out To Corporate!

Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Kaila Gilbert: Good store, could benefit from more helpful signage 😂 idk throw a digital map on the wall or something. but even though I got vertigo/whiplash/confused trying to find a suitcase (they're on the 2nd floor in the wayback) no complaints and the people are good. Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

Sade Wilson: I was shopping today at the Washington D.C target store and was purchasing gift for my family I found some nice things and for a really good price. I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Also, some of the employees are so rude. I will be recording my conversations with the employees when I need to ask for help as proof of how rude some of them can be.

Even during the pandemic, with low staff the reps here have handled every customer extremely fast. Had to wait 10 minutes during rush hour but I know they'll be able to help with problems and questions! Would be back to buy my new galaxy here!

Jennifer Posey Wilcox: We went to this store this past very busy Saturday morning to upgrade my son's phone and to get him on a post-paid plan. To say we had a good experience is an understatement. The manager, Micaela (Kay), was knowledgeable, welcoming, extra friendly and very patient (to say the least). In fact, everyone, including the security guard, greeted us and wished us a nice day. It was a great experience- so great I just wrote my second review ever.

Aavash B: As I am writing this review, I cannot help but scrutinize how I cannot rate this place with 0 stars. I had a software issue with my phone, and the staff did not even look at my device because they said I was not verified. I called the plan's owner, made him talk with the "specialist", and add me as an account manager. On my phone and the owners', we could see that I was a manager. Still, after all this hassle and a lengthy chat, the "specialist" did not even try to look into what was wrong with my phone. I am appalled by the double standards of this place, that allowed me to purchase the phone so easily, yet when I went to fix an issue, refused to help me despite seeing that I had done everything in my power. As an icing on the cake, the "specialist" asked me leave by pointing out the apparently "long" line of customers I had kept waiting. I will never ever buy any of Verizon's products again. I cannot discontinue my current plan because I cannot afford buying another phone. But if you're considering to buy one, please save yourself from the trouble of placing your feet in this store.

Keith Carr: AVOID THIS STORE. Our company has been a Verizon Business customer for 10+ years. We went to this store in order to add a few lines to our account and upgrade some existing lines. Initially we were quoted prices far above what was advertised online for both the phones and the service. When I pointed out the discrepancy to my sales rep Kay, I was told the business manager Lizette was likely trying to "see what we would pay". After sorting out the insulting pricing issue, we purchased 6 phones and added three lines. As of today none of the phones are activated or working. When I looked at our account an additional $5,000 + of charges had been added along with unrequested insurance plans for each line. Our office manager along with 5 other employees have been without a phone for 5 days. Clients cant reach them and they don't seem to care. Their response was that we can return the phones for a $50.00 restocking fee. If you care about staying in touch with your clients AVOID THIS STORE

Deer Spray: The guy that helped me today was very helpful. I forgot his name but he was the shorter of the two. He helped upgrade my phone, showed me my options, and even checked in the back to see if they had any phones which prevented me from having to wait to get a phone that worked because my phone was inoperable. He even called cell phone repair shops to get estimates. His positive attitude and helpfulness is another reason I enjoy working with Verizon.

Kim Heyn: I would not ever use this store. Someone walked into this store and committed a fraudulent charge to our Verizon account and purchased a new phone using an upgrade eligible account. This completely disabled our phone by upgrading to new stolen phone. The employee of this store did not check ID and gave the fraudulent person the new phone. Adriana Gill: This is the worst verizon store i ever been to. They messed up my order when i preordered the new iphone 13 in store. i asked the worker who was assisting me, did the order go through and he said “yea that’s why the receipt printed.” but when i called verizon support they couldn’t even find my order and said it didn’t exist. when i went back to the store the manager was unhelpful and didn’t care that my order was messed up. i had the receipt and everything, she didn’t even look at it. And the workers are untrained and barely know what they’re doing. They’re are telling me things i can do like trade in my phone and order two phones, while the manager is telling me i can’t do that. So how about we train the workers better so i don’t receive the wrong information thanks.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

Matthew Unger: The employees were fantastic and would be 5 stars, but not being able to not use yet another app makes for a poor customer experience that part I would give a 1 star, but I don't want to hold what seems like a wonderful store to a corporate specific issue. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that helped me and even apologized for a company wide corporate issue.

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

John Velasco: I bought a car radio for my Sentra and this was the only Best Buy in the area that had appointments available. Herman from the Car Audio install bay gave me all the instructions where to go and what to expect the day before, including how long it would take. They estimated 2:30 - 3 hours, which was a little long, but ultimately not a problem because he and Gregg were super thorough with the installation. I hung out with my laptop and worked in the Magnolia Theatre Room inside the Best Buy, while on the guest WiFi, with no problems. When the job was completed, Gregg gave me a walkthrough and instructions on basic usage, which I appreciated. If you’re considering any car audio work, these guys here know their stuff, I highly recommend them!

Brittany Dorr: Typically not impressed with this location but I had to stop by this past weekend to exchange my phone and I honestly left very happy. The customer service on this particular occasion was fast and the young lady was extremely nice. My only complaint is that it literally was hot as hell in there. While I understand it's cold outside, I shouldn't break a sweat from being inside.

Rello Dmv: This location is convenient coming from wheaton station. They have most electronics and electronics accessories in store or available to pick up your online order. No ps5 in stock i checked. Clean store overall with nice staff and affordable prices on nice equipment. Ps. They got people watching everywhere like you in there tryna steal something or that might just be what happens when a black male enters the store

Kumar Ghosh: Went to Best Buy after a long time. Was very impressed with the service. This wasn't the case few years ago. A young guy named Stephano helped me with few things and I was very happy with the quality of his service. Technology is changing so fast that you need help way more than you think. I'm glad the young generation is keeping up with the new tech world. I will definitely go back.

lauren powell: The employees need a refresher on customer service and handling merchandise. I went here to pick up and Open box dryer that was supposedly in Excellent condition.. which means no damage. In the time I when to get something out of the front of my truck, the guy loading the dryer put the dryer in on its side. There was zero protective wrapping on the dryer when he brought it out... so you can imagine my face when i saw him sliding into the back of truck on its side. If that wasn't bad enough. Once I get the dryer home for my contractor to take it up the stairs I notice there is a BIG dent in the front of the dryer. I call best buy and I keep getting transferred to phone lines all over the world instead of being able to talk to someone at the store. I'm told i can get a refund if i bring the dryer back to the store. This isn't something that weighs 10lbs. Anytime Best Buy screws something up it's on you to deal with the consequences. Terrible customer service at this store. I went back in to buy additional items for the unit and the three people standing at the front argued over who would help me... right in front of me. That same day I picked up open box items in excellent condition, fully wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap from Baileys Crossroads and the Manassas store. I don't advise buying open box from this location... they don't handle the merchandise carefully.. people are too busy acting like they don't feel being at work.

joe: CANCELLED A SURPRISE GIFT WITHOUT WARNING. I ordered a VR Headset on line to ship to my Nephew. I thought I'd go with Best Buy as at least a more traditional store instead of Amazon. I was happy to see no shipping and next day delivery--until I got an email saying my order was being canceled and my money refunded. No more information than that. This after I arranged to make sure someone would be home to ensure delivery since this costs about $300. So, I have to sit on hold for 15 minutes after going through the Best Buy phone tree, only to be told that it isn't a deliverable address because the delivery address doesn't match the billing address. This is because I don't live with my nephew. I understand concerns about security, but cancellation without warning or explanation, or with a chance to verify the details means that I will not be ordering on-line products from Best Buy in the future. I hate to abandon brick-and-mortar stores but how can you let someone order everything and then just cancel it later?

Stacy Belney: DO NOT get appliances and installation at Best Buy. The absolute worst customer service, bad information, and all around sloppiness. We ordered an oven and Best Buy has rescheduled the installation and delivery 4 times. 6 months later, we finally got the oven delivered only to be told that they could not install do to having to remove the gas oven first. We called three times to make sure the installers would be equipped and prepared to change these ovens out. We assured each time they would be. The customer services agents just lie. They don't know what to say, so they lie. Best Buy has been the absolute most stressful and frustrating experience in our kitchen renovation by far. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER APPLICANCES WITH INSTALLATION THROUGH BEST BUY!!!

Eren Jaeger: Horrible customer service. They don't even say "hi". When I got there, not even, "how may I help you?", Not even "Do you have the code?". The guy just said, "Code?" I gave him ID but the guy still said code, I gave him my phone number, and still said "Code?". I gave it to him as well after giving the ID and phone number and he eventually found it. I wouldn't want to say more but the whole picking up experience was horrible.

Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. They have different sections such as the pharmacy, bike shop, auto care, money center, entertainment and household items section to mention a few. taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Meghan Elizabeth: Grey hair lady at self checkout needs to find a different job or just retire. There is no reason an employee, especially one of her age, should be treating customers so poorly and getting a major attitude at anyone who is just trying to find a register that is working. If machines need fixed they need to kindly tell people to wait. Not be rude, make a scene and glare at everyone who is waiting to checkout. Who lets these kind of people work here???? Please consider getting some kind employees for self checkout. 04/25/22 6:00 pm

Frank West: Jeff and CommandAV have really been amazing to work with. I got a demo AMG turntable with great pricing; unfortunately a few months later it developed a tonearm issue. They stood by me during the warranty repair process and even got me a loaner tonearm to use while mine was sent out to Germany for the necessary repair. They also went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue with a preamp that had been sent in for upgrades. They really do stand by you AFTER the sale, and that is so comforting. Thanks Jeff - I look forward to many years as a CommandAV customer!

Jeffrey Keefer: Jeff took the time, over a series of calls, to really understand what gear would work best for me when my streamer died. He gave me honest advice, both negatives and positives, and I ended up with something that I am thrilled with. I typically would not buy something without listening and comparing myself but in this odd time I took a chance based on Jeff's ears and experience and I am extremely happy that I did.

Erich Reichley: My wife and I purchased a new receiver from a different vendor, but we were looking for a better set of speakers to pair with it, so we decided to stop by Command Performance and listen to a few different brands/models of speakers. Jeff and his staff were very professional and were willing to invest time into making sure we got the right speakers for our setup. They never tried to push us into higher tier or more expensive speakers, even of the same company. We really appreciated that there was no “pushy salesman” experience. When my wife and I decided to order, it was a painless process and they gave us an estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, COVID and customs problems slowed getting the speakers in as quickly as originally thought, but this was out of their control. To ease the delay, Jeff offered to let us borrow the floor model of the speakers we purchased until ours came in. It was truly amazing having that kind of dedication given to customers. Everything arrived and the final result is a 5.2 system with Dynaudio’s Evoke line (30s for front, 25 for center, and 10s for surround) along with a pair of JL Audio subwoofers, all driven by a Marantz SR8015. The sound is a major upgrade from our previous Bose 301/201/VCS-10 setup. Additionally, the Dynaudio speakers are sleek and integrated seamlessly into my wife’s interior design choices. She does not even notice them set up around the living room. Overall, Command Performance provided a great listening and shopping experience and recommended a speaker line that fit our budget and dramatically improved our home theater experience.

Chris D: This is one of the best shops of it's kind, and I have been in the hobby for 30+ years. Jeff, Jon, Randy, and everyone are very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and great to work with. Personalized service: They take the time to understand what you like and then match components and systems to suit your listening tastes. You really do get what you pay for, and with Command Performance, their expertise is worth every cent. Highly recommended!

John Horan: I have been buying hi fi in the Washington area since the 1960s, /there have been several good stores, but Command Performance is in a class by themselves. They have great equipment, but they exceed the quality of product with the quality of service- they want you to be happy. The range of equipment is good, but the desire to see you get maximum pleasure from the sound is first rate. All to often, it is about reviews and price- for these guys it is about your experience of music. If you need anything from a interconnect to $49,000 speakers, you will be treated as an intelligent person with a knowledge of what you want. Jeff and Jon will work with you as long as it takes. Drop in, it as good as it gets.

Robert Olson: This is my favorite audio store in the Washington Metro area, and I've dealt with them all over the years. The staff - Jeff, Randy, Jon, Bob and others - couldn't be friendlier and they really know their stuff. They've worked hard to find the best equipment at every price point and have four listening rooms where you can audition equipment from the budget level all the way up to the top of the high end. Unlike most audio stores, they won't try to sell you more than you can afford. Let them know your budget and they'll work within it, letting you hear all the choices they carry. I've bought many things from these folks over the years and never had a bad experience. Recently I bought an inexpensive interconnect there that they recommended over more expensive ones they could have sold me - a good example of the honest advice and good service I've always gotten. Highly recommended.

Ryan N: Jeff and the rest of the guys at Command Performance AV are fantastic. I drove up from Richmond as he is the closest dealer of line magnetic gear. The place is set up as 4 different rooms which roughly increase in price. I mention this because these guys can put together a system for any budget. Everything they have is top notch. I stayed for an extended demo for the amps and got to listen to some incredible Devore speakers as well. Jeff was super friendly, approachable and down to earth. His recommendations are not for the most expensive products but those that fit your budget and overall goals. He lent me some cables to take home and try out which was really nice. Also went above and beyond trying to find me a power source (to give me) for a product I didn't even buy from him. I spent quite a lot of time in Hi-Fi stores in NYC and Cleveland and this place is my favorite yet. It's a great place to just hang out and listen to some amazing systems. But good luck not buying anything. I'll definitely be back to do business with Command Performance.

Chung Grinker: You can get both modestly priced and extraordinarily high priced equipment but in the many times I've been to the store they have never tried to sell me what I don't need or want. Great place for serious audiophiles and also people just getting interested in the highest quality sound. They often have trade-in and demo pieces at a lower price. Excellent customer service and also in-home installation (since I did not know how to set up my new music streamer).
