Kiffa Shirley: Excellent service, clean store, full of big screen TVs ready for Christmas shoppers. If you’ve not been to the Columbia Heights Best Buy, is so convenient to the metro, and other shopping, and it put me in the Christmas Spirit.
Lady Elexia: I love best buy as a rule, no matter where I find them. The columbia heights location is nice, but it is a bit on the small side. While I could find the basics, their selection of new items was a bit lack lusture. Customer service is always perfect, at least in my experiences.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

Matthew Schumacher: Best Buy is great as everybody who has ever gone to one knows. We stopped in to Best Buy to price some washers and dryers for our new home. They have fair pricing and what is even better is that they have a 4 week turn around time for the LG washer and dryer we are interested in. From what I hear from others, delivery for a washer and dryer is extremely delayed from most other companies. Having a 4 week turn around time is all the more reason for us to purchase our LG washer and dryer from Beat Buy.
Michael Patrick: Good experience today when buying products in store while waiting for an online order to be fulfilled. The product I ordered online was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I was greeted by staff when entering and exiting. The store was clean and organized. The staff at checkout were fast and polite.

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

John Velasco: I bought a car radio for my Sentra and this was the only Best Buy in the area that had appointments available. Herman from the Car Audio install bay gave me all the instructions where to go and what to expect the day before, including how long it would take. They estimated 2:30 - 3 hours, which was a little long, but ultimately not a problem because he and Gregg were super thorough with the installation. I hung out with my laptop and worked in the Magnolia Theatre Room inside the Best Buy, while on the guest WiFi, with no problems. When the job was completed, Gregg gave me a walkthrough and instructions on basic usage, which I appreciated. If you’re considering any car audio work, these guys here know their stuff, I highly recommend them!
Rello Dmv: This location is convenient coming from wheaton station. They have most electronics and electronics accessories in store or available to pick up your online order. No ps5 in stock i checked. Clean store overall with nice staff and affordable prices on nice equipment. Ps. Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.
Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

Although the product I ultimately ended up purchasing is available through several stores in town, after the assistance provided by Milton, I can’t not imagine having purchased it anywhere else. He answered my questions thoroughly and offered to research some more esoteric technical questions I had. What an impressive gentleman! If I had a store, I would hire this guy in a second… And no I don’t know him and I’d never met him before. He really restored my confidence in the ability of resellers like Best Buy to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Congrats to Best Buy in Tysons Corner for having the good judgment to hire such smart and helpful people. I know which store I will be going to for my next product purchase of this type.
Brad Parker: We received really excellent and knowledgeable information and guidance from Chandler when we came in on Memorial Day weekend to replace the appliances for our kitchen. He had great command of the various appliances and helped us put together a package that saved us a significant amount of money while getting the quality and features we were looking for. Three weeks now into our purchase we are very satisfied. Sassy Sauce: Who doesn’t like Costco. It’s filled with stuff we really don’t need, but when we see it we justify why we want it and figure out the rest later. The tire center crew is very helpful and I have bought car batteries from here as well. The ease of rerun for items is really good and the process is very streamlined. I like the selection of items and it’s generally well staffed. I don’t have to wait too long in line before checking out. The gas prices are the best I’ve seen in the surrounding areas. It’s usually a win whenever we visit.

Anthony Stewart: A bit crowded, but great just as every other Costco. If you haven’t been a member for a while, now is your time to go back! Things have only gotten better! Pretty easy to reach by public transport if one doesn’t plan to get much (and traveling by bus and metro forces one to be a bit more circumspect in one’s purchases). Will be returning monthly and already know where to find great holiday essentials. Hadn’t had Costco pizza in years, and it really hit the spot. It’s one of the few places in the country where a meal and a drink can still be had for under $3!
Oceanie De Silva: Love Costco and specially this DC one as it’s the only one that sells Liquor in the whole DMV area! We find some great items- coconut water from Sri Lanka, Dutch ovens for a great price! Hard Liquor and wines and beers etc amazing collection!! And great prices too! The Japanese whiskeys are a treat and also some fine wines from France and Spain! Also the service is great and efficient! Even though it’s always crowded you move fast!! Become a Member and come over to the DC one!
B. Lipkowitz: This is a great store for just about anything personal, business, and corporate. A courteous, efficient staff is ready, available to serve, offer samples, or assist along well stocked aisles of both the familiar and upscale. Libations, anyone? The A+ "adult beverage" section has an exceptional array of wines and spirits.
I SLAY ALL DAY TRAVEL The Solo Traveler: Its always a pleasure coming into this Costco to see the workers with great customer service. They are friendly and kind. The selections are wide and many. I really like this location and it’s close to home.

Vi Rodriguez: This is a very cool building to visit. The history behind it is also very interesting which you can learn all about it in the basement. The building is very clean!! Lots of staff available to help answer any questions you may have. The first and main floor is the Apple store but it’s not like a regular Apple store. There is a huge selection of all of Apple’s products. On the second floor is a digital art gallery and the library but they were both clothed when I came on a Saturday. Still a cool visit and it’s free to enter and walk around.
livingmytruth 2: Michael, Gunner and Taylor were absolutely amazing. This was by far the best Apple store i ever been in. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by Taylor and Michael. They made me feel at home. They answered all my questions and eased all my fears about this big new location. Then i met with Gunner ( who happens to be deaf) and he was absolutely a joy. He was efficient, fast and he really made me feel comfortable through my process of getting an new ipad. Way to go Apple, this is the kind of experience i am looking for

Sam Odle: Pro Tip: if you visit regularly, GET THE CARTWHEEL APP. You will save money and it is free. Massive department store featuring a Starbucks, a grocery store, public restrooms (men’s, women’s, and family) and just about everything else you’d expect from a Target. When I visited on a Saturday it seemed exceptionally well staffed which jives with the other reviews mentioning how busy it can get.
L M: this is a nice target. i’ve only ever been on weekends so i’ve never had to pay for parking. but beware- google maps will take you to the office building behind the target. there is no way to get to the target from where it takes you. ignore the google maps directions.
Khoi Nguyen: Really clean super target everything is spotless and easy to find. Starbucks has huge waiting area. Parking is free under 2 hours
