Catie Kemp: Love love love. They were a bit too pricey for me to consider when I was living in my apartment, but since buying my place last November I have become a very loyal customer. I started working with Daren to get an idea of what I wanted in my living room- just having the sounding board was so helpful. I have since outfitted my entire living room with them- probably went to the store at least ten times before making my order and never felt harassed or pushed into buying immediately. My mom bought her first house in over a decade this summer and I’ve encouraged her to buy with them too (which she has and has had an equally good experience). The biggest thing for me when I’m spending money on furniture is knowing that a) it will last and b) having confidence in my purchase. I most recently ordered a set of four dining chairs which arrived on Friday and the color just isn’t quite right in my space. I went into the store yesterday and discussed the issue with an associate (didn’t catch her name)- they are very up front about wanting to make things right if you’re not happy. She gave me a sample swatch to take home and test in my space and this morning I called customer care who was happy to facilitate an exchange for me. They are back ordered until February so they even offered me the option of keeping the current chairs (so long, of course, as they are kept in excellent condition). Even speaking to their central customer service center is a personalized experience- I don’t have the same concern with other businesses that my order or request is going to get lost in the shuffle. You can get just about anything in any color/fabric/wood stain/finish that they have and the quality is outstanding- I really wish they were in the kitchen cabinet business because their wood quality, in my opinion, is unmatched by any other business I’ve explored at their scale. Everything is made in the US (Minnesota I believe). Of course with the pandemic things (especially custom items) can take a couple or a few months to come in, but this is far from specific to R&B and well worth the wait. I’ve had three or four delivery experiences with them and each time the employees were punctual, communicative, and, most importantly, careful with my home and furniture! In summary I can’t recommend them enough. They have found a customer for life in me and I am happy to scream my unsolicited appreciation from the rooftops any time! Edited to add- forgot to mention they are dog friendly (with treats!). If this isn’t the sign of a good business I don’t know what is.

Jason Munson: So I stopped by Mattress Firm looking for a quality mattress for a decent price and before I know it, Bro Abdul not only educated me on the different mattress options but he was extremely resourceful with providing the science and technology of his craft. I was disappointed to find out that what I saw was the "on-line" price; although it is in the store which has a higher price and a delivery fee. I could order online with a 1-2 month delivery date or purchase it from store and get it immediately.

The showroom is small, but the manager was so nice and friendly, I knew without a doubt, this was where I wanted to shop. My first choice was a sofa and half and half chair. Due to my stairway was unable to get sofa downstairs. The manager replaced it with a loveseat that fits perfectly. He had to order the loveseat, and it was only a two week wait. This store is amazing, and they stand by their word. I was told that it would take up to three weeks, had it before. If shopping for furniture, please try this store for your needs. Also the delivery who delivered, set up the furniture, where very professional.

Junbin Xian: I bought a full leather power recliner sofa, and the King size bed frame and also my 2 bedroom’s dresser from Bob’s. The shipping was fast and on time, also the deliver guys will call you 20 minutes ahead before they arrived to your home. However, the coworkers following my condos rules to delivered. The furniture both are great quality items, definitely recommended to you guys. 👍

April Ty: We had a WONDERFUL experience at Gala Futons and Furniture today. We didn’t quite know what to expect walking in and boy were we pleasantly surprised. Mr. Ayman was helping a couple when we walked in and while we waited, we listened as he helped them. He was geniunely engaged in them and we could tell that he was just not trying to make a sale. When it was our turn, he asked lots of questions, not in an annoying way but in a way that you could tell he was really interested in what we wanted or needed. He was not pushy at all. Shiry and Ayman welcomed us like family and made our whole day really wonderful. I changed my mind a couple of times, but he was always patient, even though what I ended up buying was half the price of the first couch I picked :) Ayman also provided me with a much needed service free of charge (he said it was an easy job for him). I have received the couch for about a week and it is great. I cannot thank Ayman enough for helping me find what I need. Highly Recommend!

Hannah Lensing: Best place in the metro area to buy a couch, sectional, or futon. They will get you what you want at a great price. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with you. Recommend having an idea of what you are looking for prior to going because it’s a small showroom. Plus is you have tons of options to choose from and customize. My boyfriend reminds me every day we got the perfect couch :)

Carolyn Marie: My husband and I have been going to Gala since we moved to the area in 2016. They are fantastic! It’s a family-run business with a small showroom and TONS of knowledge about the products. Whatever you need, whatever your budget, they will help you find the perfect piece. They are very up front and honest, they do not try to wheel and deal you, and they stand by their products. They run their business with integrity, professionalism, and warmth. We have bought a dining room set, an entertainment center, two desks, two desk chairs, a small couch, and an entire master bedroom set from them. Every piece has been just as they described. They are also just very lovely people. If you need affordable but nice furniture, go to them! You won’t be disappointed.

Eric Overton: Staff at this store were basically useless and didn’t seem to know much about the products for sale. Fortunately, I was only there to test a floor model before buying online. Shipping was fast with only two weeks between purchase and delivery. Delivery dudes were both prompt and chill.

Geneva: I was wary of buying from this store based on some of the reviews here; however, after a year of searching for the right sectional, I found the perfect one for me at West Elm. I received good service from the store. The sales person was very clear that my sectional - which I bought in November for a nice discount - would not arrive until early January. As promised, I got calls and emails from the delivery department the second week of January and was able to schedule a date that worked for me. The two delivery guys were amazing - they had to maneuver their big truck down a narrow alley to get to the loading dock. They were professional and efficient and out of my apartment in less than 15 minutes. The sectional is exactly what I wanted and so comfortable.

Jonathan Mullen: Some nice stuff. Seems overpriced for what it is. Similar to Crate and Barrel.Joybird is just down the street and offers higher quality furniture at a better price.

Sassy Sauce: This is a large store with a good selection. There were plenty of Christmas gifts on sale after the holiday. The store was very clean and organized as well. Everything was clearly marked with the prices or discounted prices and there was a good selection of various items throughout the store. When we needed help, 2 different associates were able to assist us and they were pleasant too. Overall this is a very good store to shop and the savings are good.

Dawn Landen: Pat was extremely helpful in the furniture section. I was looking for an item that was out of stock in another store and she took excellent care of me as soon as I walked into her department. They even gave me tips on assembling my stools. Love them!! Great prices too!
