George Beronio: Had a great experience with Fatima today! She was helpful working through the various options in our price range and she explained the delivery process pretty thoroughly. In stock item should be delivered in two days. And she was able to answer all the questions we had. Best of all: we were in and out in record time. Would shop here again.

I’m just so thrilled with every aspect of the process because of the excellent customer service I received.

Preeth Gowdar: Our experience with Mattress Warehouse, and specifically Brenda, was excellent. Brenda took a great deal of time to educate my wife and I, who were complete novices with regards to mattress buying. Brenda even stayed well past the closing time to continue working with us on a possible purchase. Her knowledge of mattresses seems very thorough, particularly from her own experiences, and she was fair in her opinions (not trying to overtly push any product). She was at the end looking to make a sale happen but she made sure we got a very good deal. Brenda seems to us to be an extremely sincere salesperson. My wife and I are extremely glad we stopped at this Mattress Warehouse and found Brenda.

I offered to come into the store and the in-person experience was just as welcoming and helpful. If you know what you might need for a mattress or bed frame or are new to buying like I was, I promise you will NOT be disappointed by your purchase experience! Alex Dogum: I got help from Alberto and was in and out of the location within 45 minutes. Tried a range of mattresses and landed on one we liked. We were able to select an open delivery date so we could call when we were ready. We priced checked places and he was open to working on price post-purchase if we found it cheaper anywhere else. Very easy process and big store with lots of options to test. It’s also sanitary since they use disposable sheets before customers try any of the beds.

august belt: Alberto was amazing , very patient and knowledgeable. This is one of the best customer service I have experienced. He welcome my mom and I. I was suppose to get a mattress end up getting my mom and me one that is at our comfort . He provided me with 4 different options. Explained the quality and even background Information . Very welcoming and I would recommend him to anyone . His patience is unbelievable, his tone and body language tells everything . Very awesome guy! Thank you Alberto!

William Wohlgemuth: I went into the mattress warehouse in Wisconsin and was immediately greeted by Clarence. He listened to my needs and was patient as I tried multiple beds. We fell in love with a mattress that was a little out of my price range. Clarence showed me other options but could tell I really liked this certain mattress. Clarence did all he could including calling his manager to he’ll get the price down for me. He ended up being getting the price down into my range after a long phone call. There is no other place you should go to buy a mattress, and if you are lucky enough to get Clarence you will 100% leave with an amazing bed at an even better price. Mais K: I had a really hard time coordinating with them to get my order delivered, they always had the wrong information, never submitted my order number, etc and would falsely tell me each day my mattress was going to be delivered. This store is messy, and untrustworthy.

Stephanie Teagarden: I came in this week originally looking at one of the mattress in a box that they carry in the showroom in hopes of trying it out before purchasing in and was so thankful that I did because the mattress was not at all what I was looking for! Calvin did a fantastic job of helping me find exactly the right type of mattress I was looking for that was perfect for my needs. He was extremely personable, and gave me plenty time to weigh my options. I was able to get my mattress delivered the same week and they were able to take away my old mattress with no trouble! A Tatum: I ordered a queen plush end of 2/21 and received it within a few days. However after 3 weeks I determined I wanted to exchange. I called and Manny assisted me efficiently. He had me come back in, recommended other mattresses to lay on to try out. I went with a medium plush of another brand, which was more firm, it cost slightly more but he managed to do an even exchange and I got the new mattress delivered in two days! At the Same time they swapped out for the old one. They were very understanding that you need some time to adjust to a new mattress and don’t always get it right on the first try. I did have to pay for the delivery fee though. At the time I shopped they were offering a free adjustable base so all in all I got a great deal.

mike tyson: Mohamed was very helpful in my search for a new mattress for my growing teen boy that would not break the bank. He showed us options at varying price ranges and offered a price on a mid-range mattress that came out to just over half of what a Mattress Warehouse competitor wanted for a mattress that seemed comparable. I have to delete one star because the delivery people broke a planter on their way out and did not seem to care enough to apologize, but that is not a reflection on this location.

Dijana Hrvacic: Nine months ago, we bought two mattresses queen and twin and two spring boxes of the same producer Beautyrest (see below attached invoice). Queen mattress was an extra firm mattress as I have serious backbone issues. Very soon one side of the extra firm mattress turned extra soft and sagged down that much that I slide down at night. Since it costed $1700 and it has been several months, we reached out to file a warranty claim. While processing they insisted on photos of both mattress and its foundation (spring box Beautyrest bought in the same shop, check invoice). The warranty claim was rejected due to the " use of inadequate foundation/support system". It does not make any sense considering that both the mattress and the springbox foundation were made by the same producer Beautyrest (check the invoice) and the Beutyrest springbox foundation was recommended by your shop as appropriate for this Beautyrest extra firm mattress. So, there is no place in warranty or warning by your shop that using the frame would eliminate warranty – again both of your items we bought together. The warranty card has forgotten to mention the springbox made by the same producer as the mattress and for its size, and talks about slots (non existent) in this case. If the foundation is really inadequate for this mattress as you suggest then that is the mistake of the producer who made both of them to be used together, and the mattress firm that sells them as adequate for each other and recommends them. It seems that the producer and the shop are finding their own product inadequate. After complaining again, no one has come to inspect the mattress and they just checked different reason on the list of reasons for rejection. I would not recommend to any one to buy anything in this shop as their warranty is fake and products overpriced. the same extra firm mattress-queen size now costs $650 due to bad reviews about sagging.

Elise Stull: The managers at Mattress firm are great. I ordered a pillow from the store, but the manufacturer of the pillow sent the wrong size and then gave me bad information about pillowcases (so I bought the wrong ones and was frustrated). Mattress Firm made everything right though. They helped me exchange the pillow for a different brand AND gave me a discount, even though none of it was their fault. Next time I need a new mattress, Mattress Firm will be my first stop.

The sheets feel luxurious, they are so soft and stay on the bed despite my continuous movement and they fit my bed perfectly! Nina Prescott: Visited the store on Saturday, 06/02 with my husband. STORE/SHOWROOM: Beautiful! Plenty of product to see and try. PARKING: Terrible! We came from Virginia and spent more time driving around trying to find where to park then in the store. Since this is the only location in the DMV, I suggest that the store provide guidance on the website on where to park. Street parking is impossible to find as it is reserved for residents and has a ton of restrictions. Perhaps even comp paid parking if making a purchase. CUSTOMER SERVER: Terrific! Monique helped us. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. PRODUCT: Great products. We bought a Saatva mattress for our guest room almost a year ago and just bought a bed and mattress for our main bedroom. Hopefully, delivery will be ahead of schedule like it was with our first mattress.

Stephanie Cary: Excellent no pressure service and super comfortable mattresses. The showroom is clean and spacious. I'm so glad I came upon this brand and was able to try them out in person. I will probably be getting one to replace another new mattress from a popular brand that isn't working out for me. I haven't decided which one yet since they're all so comfortable, but I'm already looking forward to a great night's sleep.

Mary Veach: I had read reviews for this location and saw all the nice stuff said about Wendy so I was so happy when we walked in and were greeted by Wendy!! She was the perfect balance of helpful while still giving us space to browse and discuss what we liked. Whenever we had a question she was easy to find and came right over and had answers to all the questions we asked. We ended up purchasing a couch and the whole process was really straightforward - none of that “add this protection and this feature and this extended warranty” etc etc that you have to muddle through with some sales people. We actually had time to just chit chat while we waited for my husband to tend to our child and Wendy is a genuinely nice person!! Highly recommend a visit to this location… you may even want to call ahead and ask when Wendy is working!!

Hassan M: Got the beat deal . Delivery guys are awesome. Delivery was on exact day and time . I guess 59$ for delivery just threshold (dropoff inside through first door ) with assembly (90$). I don’t need that it was just four legs for my sofa . Customer service is amazing. For delivery person they called 2 minutes before arrival and then dropped it inside my living room. Best thing they took off the shoe before stepping on my carpet and were wearing mask .

on studio: The WORST furniture store I have ever seen. Oh boy, where can I start? The first day I had ordered set bedroom furniture and sofa which is 1/26/22 they said I'm gonna get all the delivered by 3/23/22 I said, "OK" after a while they told me they don't know when my furniture available for delivery. (disappointment) but still, I have been waiting so patiently. March 13 they said all my orders gonna deliver on 4/2/22 I said "OK(i was happy) and I fix my work schedule to get the delivery but never lasted 😔. Yesterday they called me she told me all my orders were ready to deliver by 03/30/22 which is next week Wednesday I said ok and I fixed my work schedule again. So bad today they tell me my order not available it gonna be ready to deliver by 4/9/22 We just so disappointed because we trust them and we throw away old furniture except only meters. Now we just decide to cancel the order and buy a different furniture store if we can't able to get the order by 4/9/22 no more baby. before you buy make sure they gonna keep the promised day. for me they never. This Store Oh My GOD so unprofessional. I will never go back again.

The delivery and installation process was just as fast and easy! The delivery men literally took five minutes to install my bed and accompanying electronic equipment. Deanna Kingsley: Easy to schedule an appointment online to visit the store. Tyson’s store was very clean. Tanner, our sales rep, was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the mattresses and answering all of our questions. No high pressure sales tactics, which I really appreciate. Tanner was helpful without being overbearing, patient as we asked a million questions; just an overall a pleasant experience. I highly recommend going to SleePare if you to try these online mattresses in-person and receive stellar customer service from their staff. Ultimately we bought two mattresses, a Puffy and Brooklyn Bedding.

I had done a lot of research and found it difficult to narrow down on what exactly would fit both my wife and myself. Tanner was there to assist in helping narrow down what we needed and helped us focus on more primary features such as which firmness will work for both of us prior to selecting a brand. Despite having multiple customers show up at the time he was able to keep everyone happy and we did not feel any neglected or pressured during our selection. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are inundated with the possibilities and would like to see, touch, or overall try out the products prior to commiting to a purchase.

Garrison Myer: Here are the cliff notes of this review: SleePare is a great mattress store that lets you try out online retail mattresses in person. The store has an awesome selection and great staff 👍 The man who helped us was named Dustin and he is essentially the epitome of a fine southern gentleman. He was knowledgeable about the product, the sales process, the return policies, etc. And not so pushy as to make you uncomfortable. He also just seems to be a nice guy! If you want the longer version of our experience, read on. After trying many mattress suggestions by our excellent salesman, Dustin, We purchased a Brooklyn Bedding Sedona mattress at SleePare earlier this evening. The mattress is currently airing out as I type this! I wanted to leave this review due to the EXCELLENT service we received at SleePare. I set an appointment online ahead of time, so Dustin knew us by name when we came in and had a good idea of my and my wife's sleeping preferences. Dustin pointed us to about 5 different options he thought would be a good fit. Every one of them was great and we finally came to a decision on the Sedona. After making the decision we talked to Dustin about financing options and he had the wherewithal to let us alone for a few minutes to discuss. We decided to buy and started the paperwork for the 0% financing for twelve months. All in all that portion was completely painless and, with one small hiccup, only took about 10 minutes. After all of this we found out one of the pillows we went to buy was actually out of stock. Instead of just requesting the pillow ship from the factory, Dustin took the initiative to call the Miami store who is currently shipping the pillow which should arrive within the week.. Fantastic experience all in all! A+

Isabelle Ku: March 2022 Came here to try out some mattresses and had a very nice experience. Note the outside of the building looks sketchy (it's basically a warehouse), but the inside is pretty nice. The building has two floors and Sleepare is on the top floor, accessed by a balcony walkway connected to the upper parking lot. The interior is clean and neat with dim lighting. By the door are hangers for your coats, a shoe rack (I'll explain more later), and a bench. To the immediate left, it looks like they sell pillows and some other bed accessories. To the front is the sales desk that's a bit isolated from the mattresses in the back by a decorative, open-work screen. The mattresses themselves are displayed in three columns, organized with firm on the left, medium on the right, and a little of everything in the middle. Note masks are not required and the staff don't wear masks. When we arrived, there was another group testing the mattresses and the one staff member was not in sight. We spent maybe a minute awkwardly waiting before the staff came out from the back and came to greet us. The guy was friendly and explained we could hang up our coats and either take off our shoes or he could give us covers over our shoes. We chose to take off our shoes. He gave us some fabric sheets to put on the mattress or pillow before putting down our heads (presumably to prevent spread of lice), and explained the set up. There is a rack of pillows you can borrow from for your mattress testing experience. We were largely left alone to test out the mattresses (we appreciated this). The guy checked on us periodically, offered suggestions, and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. In all, it was a very enlightening experience. Though we didn't buy anything, I greatly appreciated the opportunity to try out and learn more about the different mattresses.

John Kemp: A few months ago, I went to a different furniture store and picked out and paid for some items. Almost two months later, I still didn’t have my items and the store wasn’t sure when they’d be able to get them to me. I canceled that order and started shopping around again when I found a sectional I liked on Bob’s website. I found a location near me in Hyattsville in the hopes that I could take a look at it in person. I’m always hesitant about furniture shopping because of the nature of it; the employees hover around you ready to pounce on any opportunity to make a sale. That was not my experience at Bob’s Furniture. The staff was attentive but laid back and respectful of my space and my need to explore before deciding. I had a great time chatting with Julissa, the salesperson who helped me. We tried out different options with what I was looking for in mind until we found something I loved and could easily afford. The best part was that delivery was schedule for less than two weeks from the date I made my purchase! LadyK: My experience was wonderful. My representative was Kirk and he answered all questions that I had and made sure that I was happy and knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. My furniture arrived and the setup was quick and the workers were very professional. I absolutely love my storage bed and mattress . The drawers for the storage bed are very deep with lots of space. No complaints about the price money well spent for quality furniture.

Lani: This store had many nice furniture pieces on display. However there is currently a very long delay of anywhere from one to four months for furniture to be delivered. The sales rep who assisted me was helpful, but pushy and followed me around the store when I just wanted to scope out items. I literally had to ask him to just give me a minute and I will find him when I was ready to talk about the pieces I was looking for. The pushy reps made my experience poor. One thing I noticed is that many of the furniture items did not have a label or name on them. This means that for everything you were interested in, you would have to ask the rep for details on the pricing. It would save a lot of time if I was able to just literally look at the name And price of the item directly, especially since the store is so big. It seems like the associate did not want to tell me the names of items, which I found to be odd. If I am looking at multiple pieces of furniture and comparing prices, it is helpful as a shopper to know exactly what I’m looking at since there are so many items. There was also a huge push to buy items in store, although many were listed for much cheaper online. He also try to sell me a couch that had visible damage on it. I think this was just to make the sale

Zewdu: We have had a good year 2021 except this TRAUMA. We purchased a sectional sofa in Dec 2020 from Ashly Furniture Falls church, VA and we were told it would be delivered within 4-12 weeks. however, we did not receive it until may/June 2021. after we received the sofa, the quality was not good enough. So, We needed to return part of the sofa & paid additional $100 pick-up fee and then the store wanted to charge us 30% restocking fee. We spoke to customer service & due to their late delivery timeline & poor customer Service communication, they agreed to charge us 10% cancelation fee instead. After a few back and forth with them, we went to Ashly furniture falls church to get our refund. one of the customer manager we spoke to reiterate that we were to be charged 10% fee-not 30%. The store manager disagreed & insisted that he's going to charge us 30%. We repeated to him the conversations we've been having with them, but the store manager (he said his name is Ray) and he was not even wearing a name tag) escalated it...started shouting & yelling at us. This was unnecessary so we started recording our interaction."Ray" demanded that we stopped recording, or he'll call the police & said,"I PROMISE YOU, I WILL GET YOU ARRESTED" We told him that was his choice to do so. He called 911 & claimed that he was being "harassed" by a customer; we called 911 as well & told the police what was really happening.When the Police arrived, "Ray” asked the police to make us delete the recording & escort us out.The Police told him we had every right to record the conversation as the Police himself was recording this event as well.The Police told us to deal with the refund issue with the appropriate party & to keep paper trail. We submitted compliant to BBB and we received our refund a couple of weeks ago. This process has been physically, emotionally draining & it has been causing unnecessary distress to us. BBB to take the appropriate measure as there are multiple complaint online & this store manager/location to be held accountable for the emotional distress they have caused to customers. Ragai Abdelrasoul: My wife and I have been looking for furniture that was reasonably priced for the past 6 months. Everywhere that we’ve went has had very aggressive salespeople. Maria was extremely patient, helpful, and even gave me discounts and was on our side throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Maria! 10/10!

Amanda Murff: We purchased a couch at this location and had a good sales experience. The team members were knowledgeable and friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Our salesperson's name was Kanan and he was very friendly and responsive to our needs, plus he was not rigid in negotiations which I very much appreciated because we came in with a budget we wanted to respect and I communicated that to him. Connie handled all the paperwork during the actual purchase process and she was very friendly, professional, and transparent. We knowingly purchased a couch that was not in stock at the warehouse, so we haven't been through the delivery experience yet, but as far as the in-store experience, it was very positive.

Stela Berbic: Best service I could get! Mark is an amazing salesman! Finding the furniture I like was so easy with him! I got the best deal and was served in best way, so definitely once you there ask for him! Yara at the checkout made sure she gave me best delivery date and took care of everything smoothly! Rebekah Mann: Highly recommend NOT buying in store here. It’s way better to try out the furniture and then buy online as online prices are significantly cheaper. We found a couch in store that was $300 cheaper online as well as an ottoman that was $150 cheaper online and ships sooner than what would ship from the store. Not to mention taxes and furniture protection plans are cheaper online. The sales associate that tried to sell to us said that you have to pay the delivery/assembly fee or else you can’t get the protection plan, which isn’t true. We were able to order online and do doorstep delivery for free with a furniture protection plan. Hoping you can con people into paying more in your store is not a very successful way to compete with other stores. Especially when people have the sense to take 20 seconds to use Google to confirm pricing and availability.

Kayla Regan: If I could give zero stars I would. BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a large sectional couch from this store not even two years ago. The floor model they had was damaged and you could not sit in the middle of the couch. The salesman had told us there was an issue but to test out the other section of the couch. Maybe we were naive in believing him that the couch was damaged from it being a store model - but alas here we are and our couch has the same exact problem. The black mesh material that the cushions sit on is ripped. We cannot sit in the middle of the couch. I had purchased the 5-year protection plan and specifically asked if this was covered and was told yes. Again, my fault for not reviewing all the terms and conditions before agreeing to purchase. I tried to file a claim and of course it's not protected. I called the store directly and was told I can get the money back for the protection plan $190 as a store credit to use on a future purchase. That's it. They won't even pay to have someone fix the issue with the couch when they very well KNEW this was an issue with this model. Honestly, the cushions are all balled up on the material and have lost their sturdiness - and for a couch not even two years old where I spent over $2,000 - that's insane to me as well. Overall I WOULD NOT buy a couch from Ashley Furniture. Ever. Anywhere - but especially would not shop here.

He answered our questions, didn't pressure us, and overall made our trip to Ashley a great experience. The checkout and delivery schedule was seamless as well with the help of Nura. CJ Young: BEWARE!!! We bought a leather couch less than a year ago for $2000 from Ashley. There is already stitching coming undone on part of the couch. What makes it worse is that it's in the middle seat where we rarely sit (the middle part has a fold down arm rest that we use). I called the store and was told that the stitching is not covered under their 1 year warranty. Even though is specifically says on the website that seam slippage is covered!! We had a horrible experience with the delivery and now an even worse experience with the customer service. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I bought a Sectional that the springs is completely gone and I been reaching out for months to customer service and the store manager Jason whom never returned my call and now is no longer there to assist me. The furniture they are selling looks good but is not well put together by the manufacturer. I can't even get a call back or a reply to my emails for some type assistance. This is bad for business and it's bad customer service on the company's behalf!! I am very angry and upset because I have a Sectional that looks brand new but when you sit on it, you feel like you are sitting on the floor.

Thank you Jackie ☺️ Update: Dropped from 5 stars to 3 stars because of shoddy construction/quality assurance and poor customer service. Two of the three pieces of furniture (sofa and loveseat) needed additional items in order to be able to stand them up to finish assembly. You get what you pay for, so spend a little more elsewhere to get items that don't require you to go to a big box store for bolts and screws to finish putting the furniture together.

Cynthia Trowbridge: The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Emanuel didn't steer us toward the most expensive mattress. Instead he found the exact mattress that made my daughter the most comfortable. When I came back to complete the purchase Chuck took care of everything while cracking jokes with Emanuel. I was laughing when I left the store despite spending 1800 dollars. I will go back to this store for all of my bedding needs. I will recommend this store to anyone!!

Anushri Shah: My husband and I went in looking for a king size mattress and had a general idea of what we were looking for. We were immediately greeted by Vivian, she introduced herself and asked our names. She asked a few questions and listened to our likes and dislikes about our current mattress and helped us try different mattresses that fit our needs in various price ranges. Vivian did not put pressure on us at all. She gave my husband the space and time we needed to discuss our options. She answered my questions about different features, gave us options (again in different price ranges), and she provided about the no interest payment options that I wanted to learn more about. If at any point if she was unsure about an answer she called a colleague to confirm the answer so that she didn’t misguide us. Vivian was a delight to work with and gave us the warm fuzzy feeling we needed to have when making a large purchase. Thank you for the great service!

derekscriv: I purchased a split king size box spring, and a full metal frame, July 2019. Somewhere around six months later I noticed that the box spring on my side started to bend. At about 10 post purchase I returned to the store to attempt to replace the box spring, she said they would have a replacement delivered. A replacement never came: I called they said warranty was still pending; life got busy, we had a newborn, I lost interest gave up on the replacement. A year later I returned purchased another box spring replacement. The sales rep said the item must have been defective and I wouldn’t have this problem again. 6 months later the box spring started to bend AGAIN. I fully understand that I am an large human (6’6/300), but this has never been an issue before. I attempt to contact the store - I was rudely pushed to the website, because the stores on do “sales”. I attempted customer service and I was redirected to their online warranty form; which apparently is the only way they warranties. You cannot speak to anyone and utter the word “warranty” and if you say it you are redirected instantly. Anything after 120 days is $79.99 to have a 3rd party look at your box spring and say “yep, it’s bent” like obviously. Mattress Firm I will no longer do business with you and recommend you to no one.

Julian Coats: Brandi and Corinth restored my faith that great customer service still exists. For me it was very special in that I am in the process of relocating from overseas (work for the military) I hadn’t lived in the states for years. So setting up a residence in the states from overseas can and did present many challenges some such as the time difference I am 6 hours ahead of est. this being said brandy and Corinth were 100% professional from the moment I spoke with them. Their patience with me was wonderful. They took the time to really help me in figuring out what was the best package for me at the same time being flexible. as someone with little knowledge of furniture they took the time to use their knowledge to ensure the furniture was a great match. I could go on and on about the overall customer service experience I received. But mostly when we are overseas we feel detached when having to deal with relocation because most just don’t understand the challenge we are facing when trying to establish a new residence in the states but Corinth and Brandi took the time to listen to ensure the furniture portion was seamless. . I thank them both and will highly recommend to my unit overseas to make sure anyone transitioning to the dc area reach out to the for any furniture needs. Diondra Humphries: I visited Cort Furniture Outlet in Capitol Heights after searching online unsuccessfully for unique furniture pieces. I was extremely impressed by the selection of furniture and how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were. Debra Russell: I went to this business for the first time ever! I was assisted by a young woman name Corinth. She is " Da Bomb" she was polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, delightful and just an all around good person to represent Cort Furniture. There was also another young lady who was delightful. Then there was a gentleman who wrapped my items and hand carried them to my car. The staff in that store are extremely customer service oriented, helpful and so, so pleasant. I bought several items and plan to go back and buy more as soon as possible. This is a great store with lots of distinct and unique pieces. You will be very, very pleased when you shop Cort Furniture Capital Heights, MD. :) :) I would very much like to see the whole staff at Cort Capital Heights store specifically get raises!! They go above and beyond the call of duty. They go the second and third mile with rendering superior customer service. These folks really need to be recognized for their high regard for customers. Kayla Imani: All we can say is WOW! My boyfriend and I are moving into our first apartment and we needed quality furniture at an AFFORDABLE price. We called before making the hour drive to this location to make sure they had what we wanted and Corinth assured us that they had our choices and that they were in great condition. When we got there everything was in amazing shape and Corinth helped us put together an amazing package within our budget! We are so grateful for her help and we will definitely be back to furnish the rest of our apartment. We definitely recommend this Cort location to everyone. Courtney Evans: This is a great Cort location! Everyone greeted me when I walked in and Jay was extremely helpful! I wasn’t in there more than 20 minutes and they delivered my couch same day! A great place to look for something if you don’t want to break the bank or are just looking for something to meet short term needs. Will definitely be back in the future.

J P: Great experience with sales associate Jay Collington he showed me a selection of sleep sofas before I settled on a great one and he got me out the door with it. My sofa was wrapped, loaded and secured in my truck shortly after purchase. If you're looking to save money and get some quality furniture definitely check them out

Trish H: I will be a customer for life! I ordered a bedroom set and from start to finish it was a smooth process. The price was very reasonable and the furniture I wanted was in stock. The prices are clearly listed in the showroom - no gimmicks like Ashley where it’s marked up and then on fake sale. Gil was a true professional, it was clear he knew the business inside and out. He even came in on his day off to process my order.

Ellen Singer: I do not recommend buying anything from Belfort Furniture. I had a very negative experience with them and will make sure to communicate this through all of my social media platforms. I purchased a very expensive pair of matching wood credenzas from them and dealt with both sales folks and customer service folks over the course of a year and a half, and the final result is that I have 2 mismatched pieces of furniture (see photo of the 2 credenzas side by side with different finishes). Not only did the salesperson misrepresent the product, but the customer service folks wasted my time and theirs, and never addressed the issue that I purchased 2 matching pieces and yet they don't match. Belfort's customer service department provides lip service only. Once this company has your money, and they make sure to take a lot of it up front, they don't really do anything to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the purchase. I am amazed that they have stayed in business so long with such poor customer relations. Update 2/6/2022. As a result of this bad review, someone from Belfort contacted me and Offered a 25% refund on the furniture or a return for a full refund. I therefore revise this review because I finally got the company to make good. Belfort has a nice selection of good quality furniture. If you have a problem with a purchase , they will eventually make good - you have to be persistent.

Laura S: Buyer Beware!! Go somewhere else. I bought bedroom furniture from the show room. After about 3 months only the bed, dresser, and chest were available. As soon as the delivery man came to my house, he asked me to look at it. What came was a bright white bed and the dresser and chest were correct, with distressed white bottom and gray top. The bed hardware is silver and the dresser bronze. So it is very obvious these don’t match. When I called about the bed replacement I was told I owed extra $240. I called the manager, John. He told me the fine print on the Receipt says Belfort is not responsible for anything!! I was told they could split the cost and I’d pay $116. This is all Belfort’s fault. The store should not charge extra. This was their mistake. I went to the store and pointed out the matching set I wanted! I I have never been treated with such poor customer service and I had my whole house furnished with them. I am done. There are many other furniture stores. Avoid Belfort!!

Rickie & Terry Banks: Belfort Furniture is very beautiful and sturdy. They have an excellent selection of every type of furniture. Our furniture is very, very beautiful and we are so very happy!!! The delivery guys were respectful, friendly and professional. They put the furniture in the different room and even arranged the furniture to our liking. They set up the furniture so very carefully. Chad Craner: If only Belfort knew how to provide good customer care, and fix some simply broken processes. We ordered a leather love seat and two club chairs from Belfort. Our sales experience was fantastic, excellent service, quick responses to questions and scheduled delivery within a few days of placing the order. Unfortunately that's where the good part of the story ends. Upon delivery we noticed the back on one of the chairs was loose, it wasn't stable like the other chair. This particular chair has zippers on the bottom that allow access to see the frame. After flipping the chair over and taking a look inside, the (particle board) frame was broken on both side of the chair back. I mean broken completely across the width of the back brace. Contacted Belfort and was told a replacement would be provided but that the chairs were back-ordered.. Given the slowness in the furniture industry we expected some delay, it took weeks to get a replacement, and upon delivery of the new chair, exact same issue, broken back, in the same spot as thee first chair. Contacted Belfort again, was told they would send a repairman out, that they were aware of and knew how to fix this issue. This was on March 10, repairman finally made it out on April 6. Repairman say, oh I have to take pictures and provide a report back to Belfort and get authorization to fix the chair, then I'll have to come back and take the chair so I can fix it in my shop. Well, I already provided pictures, Belfort said they authorized repair of the chair, but now we wait some more. Sad that just a simply update to Belfort's processes could fix this issue, how hard is it to tell the repairman that he is authorized to fix the issue on his first visit? Amateur at best. Proceed with caution, and have lots and lots of patience.

Elizabeth T.: We ordered a couch in January 2021 and were told it would take 10-12 weeks to arrive; it was not ready until September (over seven months later). We did not receive any updates from Heidi, our salesperson, until we called to request information after the first 12 weeks had passed. Every time we reached out to Heidi for an update, we were told the couch would be ready in 4 more weeks. Heidi had promised us free delivery because of the continuous delays about halfway through the wait time. Just before the couch was ready, we moved two hours away. We called Heidi and asked if the free delivery would be honored even with our farther address and she assured us that the couch would be delivered to our new address at no charge when ready. When we finally were notified that the couch was ready to be delivered, Belfort told us delivery would be $599 despite Heidi's promise. We spoke with her manager who told us that there was no way they would honor the free delivery. We took a few days to figure out how to pick up the couch ourselves, and that window of time was the ONLY instance that Heidi reached out to us throughout the whole process. Clearly she was impatient to get her commission on the sale now that it had arrived in the warehouse. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your furniture, because I assume all of Belfort's employees are like Heidi: they are helpful in the store but disappear after your piece is ordered, do not provide any updates on the timeline, make false promises, and then harass you to pick up your item ASAP when it is ready several months later than expected.

Annette Landers: Belfort has wonderful salespeople who are informative and we'll educated on the furniture they sell. From beginning to end our experience was pleasant and exceptional. I love my new dining room set and six chairs.

Lauren Doll: Ordered from belfort in the past (2019) and had a lovely experience. Ordered a chair 2 months ago and have had a very different experience. Store and staff were lovely, we ordered an armchair, and we were told it would come end of April. I absolutely understand that there are supply chain issues everywhere, but when i order from a trusted vendor, I expect them to be able to track their stock and communicate and explain any changes in timeline. When end of April came and no update, we checked in and they said now end of May. When end of May came, we checked in and they said it would come that week. Now week later we called back and they are saying end of June, with no explanation of what happened or confidence that this won’t keep happening. Now we have had an empty living room for a month and a half (we cleared everything out based on their original estimate) and don’t know if we should cancel the order or just keep waiting. I’ve ordered two other couches from other stores in the past 12 months and haven’t had these issues. Don’t think I would order from them again.

Kathy Benderev: I ordered a new dining room set from Belfort as they had the widest selection I could fine with competitive pricing. They told me delivery would be delayed and all went so smoothly. I love my new dining room set.

Kathryn Staulcup: This review is regarding furniture delivery. The individuals were punctual and professional. They carried items into the house carefully, literally bending over backwards in order to spare the furniture and our door entryway paint. They assembled the furniture quickly and removed all trash.

Don Malnati: Nice store, The sales clerks are helpful, but there aren't very many of them. I knew that Macy's sold the perfume that my wife wanted, so I just dashed in, was directed to where I could find it, and purchased it along with a nice gift bag. They have a large variety of things, the gift bags were really inexpensive. A good shopping experience!

Muniba Khan: Stopped by from out of town since the weather ended up being a lot colder than expected. We were able to find some winter wear for a reasonable price, although I wish they had a wider selection of warm coats and some gloves for these cold fronts. Everyone that helped us was super great and friendly!

Charmaine Hurst: I'm from Philadelphia and the Macy's in Washington DC is much better looking inside! Brighter lights,the women's clothing layout displays of colors style,etc. That makes you want to be there and shop and look around. Brighter lights and the white painted walls helps to be a pleasant experience and welcoming. Clean lines and spaces makes it look larger. It is better looking than the Macy's in downtown Philadelphia where it is gloomy looking and old looking.It need a upgrade!

Kristen Ashworth: Had a lot of fun at Macy's while we were on vacation in DC! A perfect way to spend a rainy day on a girl's trip... or any time we needed a little retail therapy ;) . Their shoe and purse department is expansive and most of our purchases were marked down substantially. They even have a section for dogs - good quality dog toys for cheap prices! Dominee in the shoe department was extremely helpful and attentive for all the shoes we tried on - super fast getting sizes, kept us laughing, and went above and beyond to help us!

Michael Anderson: I enjoyed walking around the store window shopping for new items. They was a pretty good selection but thank goodness I wear a popular size or I would have purchased the whole store! I may go back to the Macy's near my home to do some wardrobe updating in the near future.

Jacqueline Francis: I went with my daughter to return a sport jacket and to look around for any new items. My daughter met her former coworker who was kind enough to assist with her return. The experience painless and without incident. After the return, we made our to the children department. My daughter wanted to see if there anything new out for babies 18-24 months. There were some times, but nothing much that caught her. My grandson did grab a footsie pajama and my daughter saw a cute pair of sneakers and a tee shirt. Very cute 😍! The checkout rep was very friendly, and he was the manager. Overall, a great experince🙏🙏🙏

C Meadows: Terrible customer service in their furniture department. The gentleman that "helped" me didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. I asked him questions he couldn't answer so he said he would check with his supervisor and then call or text me the next day. He never did. When I came back to the store three days later he was rude to me about the situation. Shop online to avoid the poor customer service.

Susan Marich: Signs are tough to find. Feels like a fire hazard. Terrible service. Four clerks at the perfume counter just stood around talking and would not acknowledge I needed assistance. I looked for a clerk on several floors ( no one around) and the up escalators didnt work; 4th floor before I found a clerk who would help. The worst! I ended up leaving and spent my money elsewhere. Some people don't need a job I guess.

Cherisse Pais: This store is a disaster. None of the suitcases had prices on them, so I had to hunt down a cashier to find out how much one was, who was MASK-LESS the entire time, not to mention completely incompetent. She ended up charging me when all I wanted was a price check. And then she tried to talk me out of processing a refund, insisting that is was a good deal (it wasn’t). Absolutely not worth going here! It’s gone so far downhill.

JAM Empires: Furniture max is simply the best! This is the fourth time we had a pleasure working with Moe. He is the main reason we keep going back. He is super responsive and always willing to accommodate all of our needs as we had multiple changes during major home renovation. Everyone was awesome to work with from Moe, to delivery crew. Ivy Turner: This was by far the best furniture shopping experience I’ve had. I moved from FL to VA and needed to furnish the entire home. After going to six stores, not having any luck, I decided to make one more stop at Furniture Max. Bryan assisted me, he was so patient and very helpful. I didn’t feel any pressure and he gave me great prices. The selection and prices are amazing. I ended up getting all my furniture there and with delivery in 2 days. All the other stores said 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend Furniture Max!

Farzana Nabi: We purchased our reclining sectional a couple of years ago and have had a recurring issue with one of the seats. Each time we've contacted Furniture Max, they've promptly sent a technician to our home to fix the repair. They came out recently to fix the same issue (for the 3rd time). But instead of just fixing it, they replaced the entire seat, so we shouldn't have anymore issues. But if we do, we know we can contact them and they'll take care of it. Thank you, Fred and Sam for your assistance! We really appreciate it. Your customer service is EXCELLENT!
