Patrick Neligan: Purchasing a condominium from Lock7 was such a pleasant and easy process. The architecture itself is beautiful but it is the attention to detail that set them apart. When we had a third-party inspector walk-through the house, he pointed out many places where shortcuts could have been taken but weren't and additional places where Lock7 took extra care to preserve the longevity of the building. After we closed, working with Dylan Aker was a pleasure as he was always extremely responsive, even after hours, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and all of our questions were answered.

Marina Simic: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI purchased a condo in the Coleman building three years ago and the place is great! I recently called Lock 7 with a minor issue and Dillon sent someone over right away to take care of it... three years later! We have been so impressed with the style, quality, location of their properties and looking to buy another property with Lock 7.

Eric Koehler: This company is developing a project in a dense residential area, yet their contractor repeatedly violates noise ordinances. In fact, they have tried to start construction as early as 4 am. They also made mistakes that required them to drill and demolish masonry walls for weeks. They have been bad neighbors.

James Nelson: I purchased a condo from Lock7 on RIA a couple months ago and the process couldn't have been smoother. Additionally their work is top notch and attention to detail is unparalleled. There was some confusion after the closing process but was fully rectified due to their dedication to customer service. I've dealt with developers before regarding warranty work and never....until now.....have I interacted with one that took special care to make everything right in the end.

Addison D.: The finish quality and design detail in their properties are incredible. I have been to several open houses and I am always impressed. Love their work!

Alek Mouly: Been living here for just under a month and it has been great so far. The location is fantastic, the building and its amenities are of really great quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. In particular, my leasing agent Ndidi was extremely friendly, made the process of starting the lease very painless and was far and away one of the nicest leasing agents I've had the pleasure of working with during my apartment search.

Naomi Rinaldi: I was moving to DC from out of state, and Ndidi was extremely helpful throughout the process as I wasn't able to come and see the prospective layouts. She was very responsive to my calls/emails (I had sent her many), and I was able to ultimately snag an apartment that I really like. Kimberly Jamison: We absolutely loved our time living in Eliot on 4th. The location in SW DC can't be beat. We loved the large windows and extremely functional layout in our apartment. We enjoyed the rooftop amenities, the courtyard space, and occasionally working from home in the lounge area downstairs. However, after almost 4 years of renting as excellent tenants, when we asked to end our lease one month early, the Mill Creek team said that the only thing that they could do for us was allow us to pay a one month "penalty" for early lease termination. (Which is essentially the same thing as just finishing out our lease...) That unfortunate ending to our time at Eliot on 4th definitely put a damper on our overall experience.

Deborah Epstein: I'm a new resident of Ellott on 4th but I want to share my experience with Ndidi Ukaibe in the leasing office. I submitted my application over the Christmas holiday when DC was hitting it's Covid spike. She was amazing, she walked me through the process with patience, she expressed sympathy and cared about my situation with professionalism and kindness. She was working alone in the leasing office and still managed to respond to me in a reasonable amount of time. I had a few bumps in my application process that required flexibility and understanding she responded with both. She easily could have filled my apartment with all the people waiting in line to get into that building. The building is beautiful, the amenities are quality, and the location is amazing.I looked at apartments for 6 months before choosing Elliot on 4th and couldn't be more excited about being a resident.

Victor Sage: The building is okay. The apartment finishes are mediocre at best or in the case of the cabinets downright awful. We moved in during Covid without having been able to visit the unit before hand and relied on a video walkthrough. Living here was okay. When we first moved in all the staff was amazing and super friendly but shortly after management fired everyone and then it was constant turnover for the entire time we lived there. It wasn't necesarily bad for us but you could feel the tension with the staff which was a bit uncomfortable. We pay enough money to live there they should treat and pay the staff that run the day to day operations of the building fairly. The biggest complaint we have though is about the utilities. In additional to your own electricity that you pay to Pepco directly you have to pay the building itself for water, sewer, HVAC, etc. They are supposed to be individually metered but it's pretty obvious they just make them up. Every resident we knew had the same issue. You could be gone for two weeks in one month and the utility bill could be higher than the previous month when you were there every day. Some months the utilities were for the same amount like they just copy/pasted the bills and didn't care. One thing is for certain the values always went up and never down. Each month it was just a little bit more. If you're looking at the Eliot I would recommend looking elsewhere. There are much nicer buildings in the area where the units go for the same rate. We could only make it one year and we are very glad to have moved on.

Fredrick Martin: I've enjoyed living at the Eliot on 4th. The property is great and the amenities are very good. The details of having soft music paly in the hallways along with the fresh smell of simple sage is a nice touch. The staff has been helpful and I've enjoyed working with Ndidi in the leasing office.

Maria Hurt: I really enjoyed my time living in this building. Location is amazing and hard to beat. My one bedroom was perfect and super comfortable space-wise. Nothing about the building is causing me to move out – just moving into a bigger place with my fiancé. Leasing office is average. Ndidi was impossible to get a hold of while I was applying, so maybe try to get a different leasing agent at the beginning. But it was worth it to keep bugging and eventually got through it and moved in. William has taken over for my move-out information and has been responsive and helpful so far. Only maintenance issue I ran into was a time period where a marijuana smell was coming through the bathroom and hallways. I will say the building handled it well and got it resolved quickly. Other than that, I did not have any issues with the apartment itself. One con is that lately there have been a lot of mandatory DC water shut offs at really inconvenient times (i.e. 8:00pm for eight hours, not great) with very short notice. It would be helpful to get more notice, but fully aware that can be out of the building’s control most of the time. Overall the building is really nice to live in. Amenities and location are great and the rooftop pool was always nice in the summer. Concierge is fine too. They are there 24/7 and always helpful with packages. All in all, good building to live in if you want a luxury building close to the city/Wharf!

Natalie Chevalier: The Glover House has been an exceptional place for my partner and I to live over the past year. We love the quality of our light-filled unit and the convenient location above a Trader Joe's, next to a gorgeous park/hiking area, and close to so many wonderful shopping and restaurant options in Georgetown. But while TGH has loads of amenities, the best thing about living here is the people. I want to give a huge shoutout to our wonderful concierge, Marvin, who always goes above and beyond to brighten our day and foster a sense of community here. We've lived and worked in other JBG Smith buildings before, and no one has come close to Marvin's level of kindness, proactivity, and professionalism. Additionally, Community Manager Spencer Veirs does a fantastic job shepherding the building and making residents feel comfortable and valued throughout the leasing process and living experience. TLDR; if you're an outdoors-loving, Trader-Joe's-shopping, whiskey-drinking, gym-going kind of person looking for a luxury living arrangement with great staff, this is the place for you!

Zion Phifer: The Glover House is a great place to live. The building itself is very nice and modern. The amenities such as the rooftop deck and gym are phenomenal. The staff is the best part; they are always so nice and welocming and truly makes it feel comfortable. Tayara always has a smile on her face and is willing to talk to or help anyone who comes through the front door. Overall I really like The Glover House.

Michael-William Wilson: The Glover House offers a great and homely lifestyle with a series of amenities in Georgetown. Tyara, my favorite staff member ever who was always there to help, gave me insane restaurant and activities recommendations as a DC native. josiah laney: Checking in after 6 months of my lease. The amenities are still appealing and have held up well past the halfway point. Keena Blackmon: During my time at Rhode Island Row I experienced some highs and some lows (hence the four stars) but a highlight was the concierge desk with Dominique. She always greeted me and my guests with a friendly smile and she was always willing to assist with any of my needs or concerns. When I saw her interaction with the other residents it was the same pleasant energy, with a “Hello” followed by a smile. She went above and beyond the job by assisting me with packages or simply telling me great places to visit in her hometown. Rhode Island Row found a gem with Dominique and although I’m no longer a resident, she has left a lasting memory with me.

cara adams: I always get a ton of packages delivered from my job and it can be quite a lot sometimes. I always fear my packages are going to get lost or stolen , Dominique the concierge goes above and beyond to ensure my packages are logged and accounted for. As a resident I appreciate the extra attention to detail, especially during holiday seasons. She’s always welcoming and friendly, exceptional customer service and effective communicator.

Paul V: Nice apartments and staff. Good preventative maintenance. Very quiet for the area. Next to metro, buses, MBT, movie theater and bars. Only bad thing is that daily people smoke Marijuana in the stairwell next to my apartment, and it bleeds heavily into my apartment making it smell of Marijuana. We informed the staff many many times via phone, in person, and even email but they refuse to do anything about it. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Tiffany Corley: I enjoy living at RhodeIsland Row . The staff is always friendly and efficient. My neighbors are like a lil family and we look out for one another. Which you don't often find in a busy city. I'm a long time resident I've been here since day one. I would appreciate the return of the MPD walking through out the property as when I first moved in. The security I do not feel is doing a proper job. This is a bustling and up and coming area. The security parking area/ stairwells would be my only compliant and concern to me.

Erika Eubanks: The cleaning staff and concierges are nice. The random fire alarm triggers are terrible. Response rate to emails is very low. Many times I never receive a response. Living in the 50 bldg- retrieving packages can be annoying. Waiting for a concierge to be there instead of just walking to get it like residents in the 2300 bldg, it's unfair.

Victoria Daniels: I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the concierge at this establishment. In my multiple years of residency here I have not met a more professional and personable concierge than Dominique. She is hospitable and goes the extra mile, by genuinely taking an interest in not just the support requested as a resident but who you are as a person. Even when navigating a larger crowd, in the lobby the other day, she moved with efficiency and effectiveness. Her effort is truly valued.

Auva Haseley-Jordan: Very impressed by the living standards here. While I technically didn't live in the building, my daughter did and she was very well taken care of by Mr. Morton. He addressed all of her needs and concerns especially during her final exams. The property seems to be very well kept, clean and safe. The pool area is also a nice touch.

Sarvenaz Myslicki: 1331 isn’t just a wonderful place to call home, but is perfectly situated for unique DC experiences. It is walking distance to most monuments and the rooftop has one of the best views in the city (especially for the annual cherry blossoms and 4th of July fireworks). The management is the absolute best I’ve encountered, both in ensuring resident comfort and friendly/helpful service. The only thing to note - if you face the railroad tracks you will hear the trains which come every 1-2 hours both day and night.

Sunny Das: Great views and amenities! Unfortunately moved in during the pandemic which meant that access was limited to some things, but understandable given the situation. Staff was top notch and truly handled every request promptly, though the general manager did have certain moments his stress and emotions took away from his professionalism. Overall would recommend leasing here and had some great experiences!

Francisco Bernales: Found myself in the difficult situation of having to move twice during the pandemic. After looking at multiple listings around D.C., 1331 was clearly one step above the other properties I visited. Alejandra from the leasing office was absolutely outstanding! She ensured a smooth, seamless leasing experience, allowing me to move in the property within a matter of days of touring the unit. The front desk staff, amenities, views & perks go well beyond what other properties have to offer in the city. I have lived here for the past 5 months; I’m absolutely thrilled over the decision. No complaints whatsoever.

cardell johnson: I wrote a review shortly after moving in that described my positive experience with the leasing process. After living here for 15 months, I will detail my living experience. Hands down, 1331 is the best apartment community in D.C. We rented a unit in the Sky suites (10th floor - penthouse levels). These suites are gorgeous and provide a lot of privacy. For example, you have access to a semi-private level that services these floors and the main lobby. We didn't hear are neighbors and often forgot people lived around us. Also, these units have upgraded appliances which we thoroughly enjoyed--AND you have access to some services at the mandarin oriental hotel. That was really cool. We often took advantage of the spa deal and discounted afternoon tea service. The management and concierge team are ALWAYS on point. They care about the residents and treat us with respect. Although I do not always participate, I appreciate the monthly resident appreciation events/activities (wine nights, pop-up breakfast, champagne and chocolate nights etc). Sadly we recently moved out of state for a work opportunity. Otherwise, we'd still live here. No other complex in the DMV can beat 1331's quality, service, amenities, and amazing management/concierge team.

Uri Robinson: It's a very nice place. Reminds me of a hotel more than an apartment. So far, the biggest perk is the charging station in the parking garage. Leaving every morning with a full charge is super convenient. The amenities are great to for pictures whether it's in the library or on the rooftop where you can see all of Washington, DC.

Omid K. Zadeh: Horrible experience with the management. The units are made of cardboard and therefore very noisy. Horrible noise coming to the units from the train passing every hour next to the building. Once you sign the lease they will not let you terminate your lease despite disturbing noise at this place. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Stay away!!!!

Jessica S. Le: i really love it here. it is my first home in dc, and i couldn't be happier! after all this time in nyc, i wanted to move to a place that wouldn't make me homesick for new york. let's just say it doesn't disappoint: from the top-notch service, to the beautiful details in both the common space and apartments, and that VIEW! to be able to go to the rooftop and see the sites, i always tell my friends that this is what i always envisioned as quintessential dc. it is super convenient with local transport really close. museums, running paths, restaurants and bars in the wharf...it is one of best locations if you ask me! ps...pic view is of fireworks from the july 4th weekend. it was amazing!

Treon Jones: When I visited The Gale Eckington Paris greeted me in the lobby. She was very welcoming and attentive to my needs for looking for a one bedroom apartment. Paris took me on a tour of the property, and answered all my questions in a respectful and professional manner! This property is very beautiful and conveniently close to the metro station and other amenities. Although I am still apartment hunting this could definitely one of my options. The customer service and professionalism of Paris definitely could possibly sway me in the direction of being a resident of The Gale Eckington!

Ben Wilhelm: Recently moved in to the Gale, so far everything has been smooth and relatively easy to navigate. I appreciate all of the staff that I have communicated with so far and found them to be very kind and helpful. I was reading some of the negative reviews and think a lot has changed from the times those were written so as of right now I would recommend this place for sure. We have a puppy here who loves to let the world know he can make noise sometimes and the neighbors and community here seem to be very friendly and understanding about that. Christina Dinkins: Just a few good praises to give out!! I’ve been here for over four years I’ve seen the good and the bad but what makes living here great is some of the staff!! First let’s praise some management personnel there’s Ms.Jackie since day one she’s been very helpful informative and her motherly attitude makes her just a brilliant and refreshing spirit to interact with when visiting the leasing office. Derrick is another professional who has a great spirit his passion to do his best to help the residents are overwhelming respected and appreciated. The maintenance department is phenomenal Tony Omar and Steffen are the “BEST EVER” always prompt and their response time is amazing always making sure your apartment amenities are functioning and safe just all the way A1 professionals…Last but not least my concierge ladies the two most outstanding ladies are Sydney who goes over and beyond to help resolve issues answer questions just her graceful & positive attitude makes the front desk warm and friendly not to mention there’s Jasmine the package concierge who if I was asked to rate this young lady it would be hands down her ability to make sure you receive your packages is a breeze she’s very detailed about locating your packages delivery times and her pleasant mannerisms just tops it off as a person of first contact. There are areas of improvement but for the most it’s Home Sweet Home!! P.S Please bring James back super pleasant sweet professional delightful helpful and just a positive asset to the management team!!

Hagar El Didi: We just moved recently, and we've had a great experience so far. Derek in particular from the leasing office has gone above and beyond, helping us find the apartment we were looking for, and making our move-in process smooth. He was very patient, accommodating and responsive. Also, Mr. Collins in management showed us the utmost courtesy and professionalism and that made a huge difference. Maintenance guys are swift, attentive, and very helpful. They took care of all our problems in one visit. So far everything has been great. The neighbor is nice and quiet, close to the metro and grocery stores. The people are friendly. There is also a nice coffee shop around the corner called Qualia, great coffee and friendly baristas.

Crystal Brumfield: Having a really strange experience with The Gale. Paris was really nice and helpful with explaining everything to me when I came in person to learn more about the property but was unable to show me a unit at the time. I explained how I was from out of town so it was suggested I utilize the virtual option to view a unit, I booked a virtual tour but no one ever contacted me with a zoom link or anything. I called multiple times, no one answers the phones. I kept getting emails and text from “Leo” asking if I was interested in the property, I would respond and wouldn’t get an answer. It’s all fairly strange and unfortunate. As a past resident that was looking forward to moving back, this property has severely depreciated both in its physical structure and customer service. After this many red flags, I’m both no longer interested and would not suggest them to potential renters.

While I decided to lease at Gale and Eckington's sister community, "Judd and Weiler", Gale has a great leasing consultant/professional within Derek. Keyiania Youngblood: Horrible leasing agent service. Would not share information, was not personable and kept requesting me to refer to the website over her actually explaining the information. Distasteful and rude. These units are $2,000 , I would not spend my $$ here .

Nikki Mammano: I have a very strong love, hate relationship with the Gale Eckington. I lived here for two years and over the course of the two years it vastly changed. For one, it seems that they have a very high turn over rate and the people at the concierge who would always put a smile on my face, were either fired or left. Their packaging system is not very great and they have lost a few packages of mine before. The leasing office and concierge now is not very attentive when you have questions, especially when it comes to billing and rent payments. The one thing I would say is great about the Gale is maintenance. Tony is awesome and he has been there since I moved in. In addition, do not be surprised to find an ambulance or police out front every single day and night. Without fail, there is always either one, or both, or even a fire truck. **On my last night at the Gale before I moved out, there was a stabbing in the lobby. It was a very distasteful sight to say goodbye to the Gale with seeing a bunch of blood all over the floor.

aaron howard: I am starting to have a negative and terrible experience with The Gale Eckington. Overall the unit is fine and it serves the purpose I need it for, a roof over my head and a good location. However, due to recent events in my life I need to end my lease two months early. I reached out to the office, stopped by multiple times, and shot numerous emails to the identified staff members and so far have only received ONE response. I responded to that email and it has been radio silence for an entire week. When I stop by the office they are in "meetings" or "not in at the moment". From a logistical planning standpoint (getting movers, figuring out my exit plan, etc) you would think there would be some form of communication to help. I have been pleasant throughout this struggle. I was cordial, understanding, and accomodating. How can I work with an office that has no desire to work with me?

Shauntice Gray: Outstanding service! From the application process to moving in, Victoria and Stephanie in the leasing office were very responsive and attentive. I just moved in this past Saturday and feel so welcomed. I absolutely love my one bedroom apartment (no complaints-everything works) and cannot wait to enjoy the many amenities the building has to offer. Neighbors are quiet so far. Plus, you cannot beat the location. 5 minute walk to Union Station, on H Street next to several restaurants/bars, walking distance to Downtown/DC, and upstairs from a grocery store etc. Very Convenient! The only aspect about 360 Apartments that I wish I could change is the guest parking situation-having to grab a pass every time someone comes to visit (I foresee) could be a bit tedious/tiresome. However, I understand this is the best way for the complex to manage the parking garage.

Laila Mclaughlin: Victoria is the absolute worst leasing agent I've ever encountered. So concerned with me taking a criminal back ground check instead of explaining all the rules of signing a lease for this apartment and the program she suggested. Wasted my time preparing to come there, calling early in the morning, and failed to still give all the information needed. This place needs to re-evaluate her ability to get people in the building specifically people of color making them feel like criminals and broke, a Karen at best is what she is.

Glenn Sapp: I stumbled upon 360H while driving around DC looking for apartments. This was after weeks of looking for a new apartment in the Shaw and Logan Circle neighborhoods. 360H had a competitive price, great location, and plenty of amenities. I was surprised to find an active and vibrant neighborhood that also feels historical. I was moving from Virginia and visited DC during a stressful weekend. Charles in the leasing office was flexible and managed to fit me in for a last minute tour of the complex. So far it has been a great move-in and Charles has made the process seamless. I'm very happy that I kept looking and eventually found 360H.

Aaron B. O'Connell: I lived at 360 H St for 2 years from 2015-2017. The building is great; the staff are great; the amenities are great. I recommend them enthusiastically. Lauren and her team are super responsive to any maintenance issue (I had just 1 in 2 years of living there -- a broken window blind) and the apartments are beautiful and in great shape. I liked the 10 minute walk to Union Station and the 2-minute walk to all the fun on H St. Much better than Senate Square (overpriced and the arts aren't as nice). One of the most beautiful buildings I've ever lived in, and the management was top-notch!

Chris Ashton: Living at 360 is amazing! The building and apartments are beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the location is convenient to everything. They try to not just give you a place to live, but a community to associate with. The staff are constantly organizing gather events, there is a blog that provides great reviews of area restaurants and activities, and discounts at various places along H Street. I've lived in a few apartment complexes in the area and 360 is the best I've ever lived at. I highly recommend you checking it out and see if you can join the community.

kiva silby: Misleading Advertising!!! They advertise having 'Electric Car Charging Stations', they have 1 paid charger and all other outlets in the garage have been disabled. They have also removed all weights and dumbbells from the gym due to the 'likelihood of them being stolen'. Management is claiming the weights have been removed due to covid recommendations. This is a lie, free weights that do not require a spotter are explicitly allowed under current guidelines. When pressed on this they have admitted they removed to prevent theft.

Sometimes they require a reset, so we always ask our residents to let us know if they notice something not working. We took the weights out of the gym area for sanitary purposes, as an effort to help combat the global pandemic we collectively face. donna coughlin: My daughter and son in law live in this building. Their apartment is modern and nice. The building and amenities are great. I am glad that it is a secure building as well and when I send something to them, I don't have to worry about it being stolen.

Beverly Wilson: My experience has been spectacular! I’ve only been here about a month and I’m so pleased. I extend special thanks to Stacey who provided us with all the specifics & information needed & she did the virtual tour with me & my daughter; Ying, the assistant property manager, made the application process extremely smooth and easy—these ladies were the absolute best! The Concierges (Dorita, Kim, Brittany) are all so amazing & possess such a willingness to help whenever assistance is needed. Kudos to the entire staff here at 555! Also, everything in the building is wonderful. I love the location of 555–it’s quiet, great location, within walking distance to the National Mall & museums, metro, drugstore & The Wharf—the relaxing rooftop including all of the amenities offered here are great! To sum it up, I’m a happy camper here and plan to be a longtime resident. Therefore, if you’re looking for the perfect apartment & a great location in DC, please consider 555.🤗

Marise S: I moved to 555 approximately 3 weeks ago now and my overall experience has been Wonderful: The leasing and maintenance staff have been particularly helpful prior, during and after the move. More specifically, I was first greeted by Julia the first time I inquired about the apartment building. I arrived late because I mistakenly went to another similarly named apt building; Julia graciously rescheduled the tour and it only got better from that point on. I also met Jonna who stepped in during the process for questions that could not be answered by Julia. They were both extremely helpful, courteous and professional during the application process. Subsequently, I scheduled another appointment with Stacey because I needed to take measurement in the apartment; this also went flawlessly. Stacey stayed with me the entire time and offered suggestions as far as the type of furniture would fit best and showed me a model furnished apartment for comparison. It was just not about being courteous but I found that recommendations and suggestions are particularly helpful from a Leasing Agent. Stacey also gave me a brief synopsis of the area, for instance, grocery stores proximity, parking availability in the area and zoning restrictions etc... Her professionalism is commendable along with a very gracious personality! I also had the pleasure of meeting Antonio, one of the maintenance staff, who gave me a final tour of the apartment to make sure all the amenities are in working order. He was very thorough and assisted me in understanding the digital electronics of dishwasher, oven, thermostat: he also asked me if the shower water pressure and temperature were suitable for me. I can go on and on. The building is very modern and new and very importantly, well maintained in every way: clean, organized. The architecture of building is well designed, sleek and linear with a modern simplicity. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city and the water. All in all, I love this place and the staff is absolutely Awesome and 555 is a great place to call Home!

shelly morgan: I can't say enough about the staff here at 555! From my very first phone call with Stacey till we moved in has far exceeded what I expected moving to D.C. Every email was quickly answered with any questions I had before my move. Stacey was excellent at explaining the whole process to get me moved in which made it for the perfect transition from Oklahoma to D.C. Kim was super amazing in helping us on move in day! Our Husky absolutely loves her! And this doesn't stop at move in, the kindness, hospitality and professionalism they continue to display is amazing. Everyone makes you feel at home from the good mornings as you walk out the door to the good nights when you come home for the night! I don't think anyone here in D.C. can beat this company! 555 is giving me the experience I have always only dreamed of having. Beautiful apartments, great location, luxurious amenities, and a beautiful environment perfect for me living away from my family! I see the tone this staff sets in every resident I have met so far. Caitlin Bowers: I cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing living at 555 is! First and foremost, the staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Each and every one of them is so friendly, incredibly helpful, and very accommodating. The building itself is fantastic; it's modern, beautiful, and has tons of ammenities like multiple rooftop lounges, rooftop outdoor seating with a great view, a gym, monthly happy hours for residents, a user-friendly app, great online system, and is very pet friendly (they have dog treats ready at the front desk!) They event sent me a little something for my birthday! I feel safe and secure living here with the need to use a key fob for access to everything, a concierge at the desk from morning until late evening, entrance to building only via being buzzed in with the requesting guest being shown on camera, and all guests needing to sign in. I also have to mention the residents here. In my last building, no one spoke to each other but here just about everyone gives you a friendly greeting and a bit of chit chat, I just love it! The location is so convenient! Within walking distance of 3 metros, 5 min walk to Starbucks, 7 min walk to the Wharf, about a mile from the National Mall and close to plenty of museums without being caught up in all of the D.C. chaos. Oh, and if you have a car there's an attached underground garage with great parking. Move in while you can because this place is an absolute gem!

Halik Walit: I recently moved 3 months ago and I was looking for an apartment where I could feel at HOME. When I explored some options, I came across 555 and scheduled a tour with Jonna. (She is such a lovely person) She showed me around the building and available apartments. I had a good first impression of the building and also the people working there from the leasing team Stacey, Ying to the concierge team of Kim and Dorita. They are genuinely friendly and such nice people! It didn't took me long enough to know that I wanted to be part of the community and till this date I am very happy with my decision to be living here. Also, the maintenance team of Paul and Antonio were very helpful and efficient whenever I had to put in a service request. The building is brand new and the location is perfect since it is in close proximity to the National mall and the Wharf. The amenities are worth mentioning too! If you are looking for an apartment with good location,amenities and friendly management team I would suggest considering 555 apartment a place to call home.

Timothy Pierce: I moved to 555 at the end of October and I absolutely love it here. The public spaces are always clean and the staff are wonderful. I communicated with Stacey for about a month prior to committing to 555. Stacey is a true professional and she was great to work with. I’m always greeted with a friendly gesture every time I walk through the front door. I have to give a special thank you to Dorita for helping me get situated on my move-in day. Kim goes out of her way to help me with my packages in the evenings. I’m happy to call 555 home!

Now that I’m settled in, I can say the 555 community exceeded my expectations.I am impressed at the speed and the efficiency of the management team. Cora Poe: My partner and I have lived at Newport West for nearly five months now and we adore it! The staff are kind and helpful, the location is outstanding, the rent is all utilities included (great for hot summers and cold winters), and there are plenty of pets in the building, which is always a treat. The walls are thick, so we never hear any of our neighbors (even the college-age ones that throw parties! ) and the hot water gets hot fast and stays that way. Every neighbor I have met has been friendly. Loving it here.

Adam Costanzo: 5 stars for Gary and David. There was so much turnover in terms of the property managers for the Newport West in our 4.5 years living here. David was by far the most positive, communicative, and competent. He made the building feel like a community. Gary is the absolute best. We developed an awesome friendship with him during our time in the building. He went out of his way to say hello most mornings. And he always took care of all maintenance requests in a very timely and professional manner. He is what we will miss most about living at Newport West.In fact, if not for him, we wouldn't have stayed as long as we did.

Natalia Ferreira: I moved into Newport West 4 months ago and it has been so far the most joyful experience. Given that it's my first time renting (I'm a previous owner of a big home in GA)I would assume that I would have to deal with unexpected issues, all I have to say is that it has been an amazing surprise! The property manager not only replies on time but also make sure you have your issue resolved on time. The maintenance team is also incredible. They do all they can to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Just perfect!

Allie Hitchcock: We just moved out of Newport West after 2 years and would have stayed longer if it weren't for our relocating out of the city. You truly can't get a better location in the city (CVS, restaurants, and Whole Foods literally right downstairs) and the staff is uniquely good. Property manager Shelby has done a ton to improve tenant experiences in her time here (updating laundry and mail processes, giving new access to a gym in a neighboring building) and maintenance guru Gary truly brightens everyone's day - he fixes everything promptly and warmly and remembers personal details. We will really miss the community here!

Dawn Butcher: Lovely experience with the leasing manager Shelby. She is professional, friendly and efficient! I had so little time to find a place to live and she was fabulous. They also respond to my maintenance requests immediately.

Jackson Bowers: We lived here for almost 4 years and absolutely loved it. It's a great location right in the heart of Logan Circle, but not too noisy. The apartments are uniquely laid out, resulting in spacious units that feel much bigger than the square footage and many have balconies that give residents a little outdoor space as well as great lighting. Newport West residents also get access to the rooftop pool of a building a block away. I can't stress enough how much we enjoyed spending summer days up there. Management was easy to work with and Gary, the building's maintenance man, was not only there to fix any issue but he was a joy to speak with or see around the building. I'd highly recommend the Newport West to anyone who wants to live right in downtown DC, steps away from Whole Foods, Logan Circle, amazing restaurants and bars, and so much more.

Megan Capo: Newport West is a hidden gem in DC. My husband and I lived there for 5 years and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The building is not new, nor does it have a bunch of shiny amenities BUT the pricing reflects that and it makes up for this lack of newness in so many other ways. First, it's location cannot be beat! How many people can walk out their back door to a Whole Foods and be within blocks of all the best restaurants in DC? This building is hands down in one of the most convenient locations in DC, located directly in the middle of the city. In addition, the units are super spacious by DC standards and the split level layouts add character while making them feel even larger. Plus, many of the units have balconies which is something we had a really hard time finding when looking at apartments in this part of the city. Last but certainly not least, Gary who is the all around Newport West building guru was 100% our reason for staying in this building for so long. He always made us feel taken care of, was so much fun to chat with and always promptly took care of any problems we had with our unit. While we're really happy to finally be home owners, we're really going to miss living at the Newport West.

Ezra Kaypaghian: I recently toured a few apartments at The Newport West and the Community Manager, David, was wonderful. I was actually about 15 minutes late to our appointment and he was very accommodating and we still made good time to look at all of the apartments. At the end of our tour, I did have a few questions and David promptly followed up the same day. I ultimately ended up settling on a building in a different neighborhood as that location suited my needs better, but all of the units I viewed were clean and spacious, and I would recommend friends to at least schedule a tour if they are interested in moving to Logan Circle.

Flora Dakas: I have been living at Newport West for almost a year and a half and it has been a wonderful place to live. The location can not be beat and the staff, particularly maintenance (Gary) are super helpful and friendly. Any maintenance requests I've had were taken care of quickly and impressively well! I needed a part of my ceiling touched up with paint recently and not only was my place prepped for painting and done in the same day, they made sure my pet was safely locked in her cage with food and water and let back out once the job was completed. Johnathon (our newest member to the staff and Community Manager) made sure everything was done well and has also been setting up community events which has been really nice to interact with some of the neighbors with some free wine. Will probably sign lease for a third time when it comes up and excited to see what new updates/changes Johnathon puts through to make it even better

Morgan Marmaro: My review is for the leasing office and community manager. Although I ended up moving to a different building (for commute reasons), David was so wonderful and helpful. He is the reason my runner up was Newport West and he was willing to work with us to make any unit we chose up to what we wanted. He offered to work with management to install washer dryers or make sure I got the stove I want.

Christine Rey: Dock79 is a truly fantastic place to live!! I’ve happily lived here for almost five years and there is nowhere else I would rather live! The location is unbeatable and the building itself is beautiful with amazing amenities, especially the gorgeous pool with stunning water views! But Dock79 is an exceptional place to live because of the wonderful team members. The maintenance team is responsive and professional and the concierge staff are all friendly and helpful. I’m particularly thankful for the kindness and support from the management and leasing team Yasmin, Jeremiah and Ben. They are the BEST! Allison Walters: Dock79 is not just another apartment complex; it’s home. I stumbled upon this building after spending months looking at apartments, and I am so glad I found this gem. I just renewed for my second year, and I hope to live here as long as possible. I moved in December 2020 from out of state. At that time, I worked with David (who isn’t here anymore). Because of the pandemic, I wasn’t able to visit, and I was worried about this because who wants to sign a lease without seeing the place first?? David went above and beyond, chatting with me over the phone and answering ALL my questions (I had many). But not just that, he was incredibly responsive after that call as we got the lease signed and everything set up. Because I was coming from out of state, I was getting a bunch of stuff delivered, and it wasn’t a problem that some of it came a few weeks before I’d be there. David even offered to move some of the packages to my apartment! The day I moved in, I was greeted by Erv (the security guard). He was insistent on helping me unload my stuff, even though I kept telling him he didn’t have to help because that’s not his job!! :) When I finished bringing everything up to my apartment, he started bringing up the packages I had delivered. There were many, and they were heavy - talk about going above and beyond!! Erv is always offering to help me with my heavier packages and is always asking how I’m doing. it's the little things :) The amenities here are excellent and make this place feel like a hotel. The building is always so clean (shout out to the awesome people who do this!!) There’s a little aquarium in the lobby, shelves for food delivery, and a coffee machine. The gym has everything you need plus two peloton bikes! The rooftop is perfect, with a pool opening in spring and staying open into fall. Management always has some event planned (e.g., tailgate party for the Nationals, Comedy shows). And to top it off, you’re literally a short walk away from everything - the stadium, restaurants, a grocery store. If the amenities don’t sell you on living here, the staff will. The maintenance staff - Andy, Oscar, and JB are friendly and quickly respond to service requests. The leasing office staff are just delightful. Yasmin and Jeremiah are always smiling and happy to answer questions. Ben, the community manager, is always accessible and pleasant. I worked with him for renewing my lease, and he was kind and patient with all my questions about the process. I do not doubt that if I had a question or a problem, I could go to Yasmin, Jeremiah, or Ben to get it figured out! The front desk staff is also excellent! They’re always quick to grab your packages and answer questions! If you want to live in a home where you feel valued and taken care of, Dock79 is the place for you!

Nikki Nguyen: I lived at Dock79 for two years and had a wonderful experience. Yasmín is the most responsive and sweetest property manager. She accommodated to virtually showing me my apartment in the beginning. Yasmín was also very accommodating when I needed to extend my lease after initially planning to move out after a year. I was surprised by the high emotional intelligence of the team because, from my experience, leases are pretty transactional. Marcus, who used to be the lead front desk, always greeted me by my name and had my 10+ Amazon packages organized and ready for pick up. Irwin, the security guard, is a gentleman and has helped me several times with moving my heavy deliveries with a dolly. Amenities are great! You get a nice view of the Anacostia River and bridge from the rooftop pool. The gym has a squat rack with barbells which was awesome because I find that some apartments don't have squat racks. It was great pricing for floor-to-ceiling windows, a view of the lake and bridge, a partition door in the studio, and a patio. It's pretty cool that there's a restaurant downstairs next to Salt Line, Dacha, and All-Purpose pizza. Of course, Nat's stadium is right outside as well. The only downside is that it can get pretty loud on the weekends, especially in the summer. However, I still give it a 5/5 for the excellent price, wonderful staff, location, and amenities!

Gabriella Epstein: Love living here! Great staff, great residents, and great location. Yasmin and Jeremiah are so friendly and helpful in leasing and beyond. The maintenance staff come timely and do a great job fixing any issues we have. The cleaning staff do a great job keeping common spaces clean and welcoming. The desk staff have always been so friendly. Irvin, the security officer, is super friendly and a great person with whom to talk. Also, we have really fun community events! I’d say the only downside here is noise, but the windows are somewhat sound proof and it’s to be expected when living above so many restaurants (great food). Can’t wait to renew my lease:).

Sherlyna Hanna: Dock 79 is exceptional. The entire move-in process was well explained and Jeremiah did a great job familiarizing me with the building and the surrounding community during my initial tour and I appreciated that he was able to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them lol). Yasmin was my point of contact during the actual move in process, and she was exceptional as well. The maintenance team is very efficient as well. I raised a concern to concierge when I first moved in, and she put a work order in and the maintenance team came within an hour! The overall environment at Dock 79 is welcoming. It’s always great walking downstairs and seeing Irving because he always has such great energy.

Charity Navalesi Poole: Living at Dock 79 has been such a positive experience. The staff is amazing, especially Yasmin, Ervin and Jeremiah! They make you feel like good friends and not just residents and are always there if you need anything. They have made living here extra special. Beverly Lavoie: What a great community! This is my 4th year living at Dock 79. Jasmine and Jeremiah provide great service and day-to-day management of our building. There has. been a turnover in the concierge staff this past year and Devon, their manager, has worked long hours getting new staff trained and covering for staff shortages. Jorge and his maintenance/engineering team always provide timely and friendly service. The housekeeping ladies ensure we have a clean and pleasant smelling building. every day. And last but not least is Erv, our security guard, who ensures a safe and friendly environment. He is always willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs and is always willing to help out when there are staffing shortages at the front desk. Please do not hesitate to make Dock 79 your home. Joslyn Henderson: I came for a tour here and everyone was so gracious. I had some difficulty finding parking but the concierge was very helpful in getting me into and out of the building with ease. The biggest highlight was Carlos, one of the Sales and Marketing Associates. He walked me around the building, highlighting all of the amenities. He showed me every floor plan that I wanted to see and was happy to do so. We even went through a few apartments twice so I could take pictures and videos. The apartments are spacious, the building is right off H St, you’ve got a decent view from everywhere in the building, and it’s 100% worth the money being above restaurants and 2 blocks from Union Station. If you’re looking for a place to live, try 77H. Ask for Carlos to give you the tour!

Josh Clements: 10/10 would recommend! The viewing and application process were made very easy by Danielle Fergus in the leasing office. She was alway quick to respond to an email and walked me through the entire process step-by-step. But where I believe this place gets its charm is the two Angels at the front desk, Daysha Rose and Cherelle Muaun. Being greeting with a smile and an up beat attitude in the morning and afternoons really does make all the difference. There knowledge on the city, places to eat and local night life really is second to none! These lady’s truely do make this block of apartments feel like home.

Natalie Flynn: I have lived at 77H for two and a half years, and I love it here. Everyone on staff at this property consistently goes above and beyond, which truly makes 77H feel like home. Last week I was in the garage, and my car battery had died. The lights were flashing, it wouldn’t turn on, and I was afraid that I would be stranded or needing a tow. The technician was in the garage, saw me struggling with the flashing lights, and pulled his own car over to give my vehicle a jump so that I could drive to the mechanic. This was truly an act of service, and I am exceptionally grateful that he helped me resolve the problem in ten minutes, when it could have taken much, much longer.

Dustin Cone: I’ve lived here for over a year now and the cleaning crew and front desk staff are amazing but the maintenance is a problem. The gym is my essential part of a building and this gym has around 50% of their equipment not working or faulty. I’ve put so many requests in and nothing ever gets done, I suppose their priorities are elsewhere but some of their equipment also are safety hazards and stop mid workout, which they still don’t take seriously. I’ve lived at another Bozzuto property and this is the worst.

Sanjay Iyer: Great building with a friendly and a super helpful leasing team and staff! We lived in the building for a year, and at the end of our lease were looking at different options and move-in specials around the NoMa / H st area. We had no issues with the building itself, but there are a lot of great move-in specials around town currently, so we figured we might explore options. We toured a lot of places. There are a lot of nice options, but we came across some apathetic and even rude leasing folks in other buildings around town... We checked with the 77H team and they were able to offer us a great deal on a new apartment, and were flexible with all our move requests. It was a seamless reapplication, and we're happy to be in the building for another year. The amenities are solid, the appliances are all great, and most importantly, the building is superbly run. When you have an issue, the building is quick to resolve it. The front desk staff are all super friendly and helpful. The leasing office is really accommodating, and Lauren and others worked with us to find the best option that met what we were looking for. I can say our decision largely came down to the management of the building, as there are a lot of similar new apartment complexes in the area. 77 H has been a great living experience thus far, so we're happy to be in the building well into the next year.

Dominique Morales: I had such a great tour! The courtyard is specious and beautiful and the location is convenient! Booking an appointment was easy and when I arrived the staff was super accommodating (that’s a big plus for me because this is who we interact with once renting!) Janeen Mayfield: When I first contacted Nomadic Real Estate about managing my properties, I was a little hesitant. I wasn't sure if their team had the knowledge and experience to handle all of the legal details involved in property management, from drafting and executing lease agreements to handling tenant concerns. But Nomadic totally blew me away with their professionalism and attention to detail. They worked tirelessly on every aspect of my properties, from researching rental rates to making sure that all of my leases were air-tight. steven godfrey: I rented a home managed by Nomadic Real Estate and it was the worse experience of my life. It was a situation where we did a virtual walk through due to our inability to see the place in person. That along with the pictures available online made the home look fine for our needs as we were relocating to Maryland and needed to rent until we could buy a house. The first red flag was the knee height grass when we pulled into the yard. Following this, we were in the house no more then 5 minutes before we realized the home was infested with roaches. This led us to get landlord tenant affairs involved through the county. Their inspector conducted an audit and had over 20 different line items that should have been fixed prior to our moving in. Nomadic then started work order after work order “attempting” to fix the issues they clearly did not care about because what work was done was done half way. In talking to people in our neighborhood, we were told that the previous tenant moved out and we moved in the same week. Therefore, Nomadic did not conduct an inspection prior to moving us in, and if they did they clearly have no issue renting a home in such terrible condition. All in all, the rent money was held in escrow and the owner was fined by the county all because Nomadic Real Estate is as negligent of a company as I have ever dealt with. If you can avoid dealing with this company I would strongly advise you do that. If I could give -5 stars I would because the experience they forced on us was egregious and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone!!

Nick Clegg: Rented a property with Nomadic back in Jan 2019 and just moved out last month. The process of applying was super easy and online - which I really liked. Finding where to drop off security deposit check was the only problem… for all of about 5 minutes. They are very responsive. When I had maintenance requests, submitting it online was super easy as well, and the maintenance person would reach out to you and schedule a day for repair - typically the same-day which I also was beyond impressed by. I want to give a specific shout out to July! She will always take care of you! When we finally moved out we ran into some hiccups but Nomadic took care of us! Best part, If you move out leaving the property in good clean condition, you will receive your full security deposit just like we did (for the first time as renters ever). We recommend renting with Nomadic Real Estate. Thanks for helping us with our old home, we wish we could stay in a property managed by Nomadic, but we’re moving to Florida where it’s a little warmer!

Tim Hucke: After touring the city for a month, we were shown a property by Erin that we absolutely fell in love with. We will be moving in next week finally! I will say, the process with Nomadic Real Estate has been amazing! The place was nice and clean and they didn’t wait until it’s time for us to move in to ensure it stayed professionally cleaned - even the yard was incredibly well-maintained! Also, there were a couple of things we needed to be fixed before we move in, and they sent someone out right away - before we even signed. They are very professional and on top of their game. I’m happy to be a future tenant of theirs and I would also consider letting them manage one of my properties should I ever become an owner in the future. Great Work! Elias Welsh: I've been a landlord for almost a decade now, and in that time I've worked with a lot of different property management companies. I can say without a doubt that Nomadic Real Estate is the best of the bunch. Working with Ray has been a pleasure, but the team in general is always quick to respond to any issues that arise, and they go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are happy. A hypothetical: I have been at The Belgard for a year and it’s beautiful, clean, friendly, communicative, and responsive. If you like to grill or exercise I highly recommend this place. Jamal, Willie, Zubair are exceptional. I’d like to highlight Jamal because he helps our experience living here run smoothly and makes us feel at home. Steve and Elias are make sure anything that needs to get fixed happens right away and help you out in additional ways that you didn’t ask for but benefit lots from. The cleaning staff is kind and attentive and keep this place sparkling cleans. You get to see puppies on their way up or down the elevator. Supermarkets are all very close too. The metro is close. You have awesome food spots like Indigo and Laos in Town close. Everything is close by. I enjoy the events the staff puts together on a regular basis and the efforts to coordinate clothing donations. My only suggestions are to please make minor improvements to the way packages are organized so that they end up in random places in the package room. Would be nice if there was an order to the bins or additional bins were used for each floor to make it easier to scan and find packages. Second, please move the curling bar that is near the mirror in the back away from the mirror since the space is so limited and the barbell is likely to hit the mirror and break it one day. I appreciate the improvements that are made to the gym on a regular basis! Thanks for everything! PS: the attached picture is our view of the fireworks for the 4th of July.

Amanda L: I’ll start positive. I’ve been living here at the Belgard for 2years. The building and staff are all wonderful. And have made the time living here great. However management has now changed. Since new management I’ve been personally told by staff that they are now trying to push people of color out of the building. I’ve also been told that white residents have complained about the rooftop space. Specifically people of color on the rooftop spaces. In response to this management now requires everyone to obtain a wrist band to even access the rooftop. I’m not sure of any other apartments in DC that do this. It’s a way of policing people and keeping the rooftop “quiet”. Given the amount residents pay for rent. And pay to be able to access amenities at their own leisure this is ridiculous and feels like policing. People of color please take this into consideration.

Elon Perry-Stiner: The Belgard staff has truly gone above and beyond to ensure the seamlessness of my move. It is especially difficult to find a place when moving to a new city, but everyone here has made it as painless as possible. Kevin was my leasing agent, and he stayed late to show us the apartment (even though our appointment was the next day), and was so patient with us as I took the time to share pictures/videos with my roommate. He and Willie helped us with our application - it had a LOT of moving parts and was more complicated than expected, so I was grateful for the help. Jamal and Brent have been especially wonderful to come home to; they're always helpful and never too busy to help you with literally anything. Will Meloy: The Belgard is absolutely the best luxury apartments in the NoMa DC area. The property is beautiful, but the best part of the apartments are the management team and staff. The new General Manager Carol tremendously improved the atmosphere over the past 8 months and the maintenance team Steve and Elvi kept the property in tip-top shape. The Concierge team led by Jamal was amazing and always friendly. We lived there for nearly 3 years and would have renewed our contract, but decided to finally purchase a condo in NoVA. Would highly recommend living at the Belgard.

Anna Boyd: We moved in to the Belgard early November 2021 in preparation for going back into the office. We signed our lease before we toured because the pictures and videos Willie sent to us were so beautiful. Our move was so smooth because the service elevator was reserved for us. The parking garage is easy to navigate. The service team is very responsive. We even accidentally dropped our keys down the elevator shaft one day and they magically appeared on our counter the next morning. Whoever is sitting at the front desk always says hello when we’re coming and going. One of the service team members even helped me carry a really heavy package the whole way into our apartment. All of our maintenance requests have been serviced the next day. We are very happy residents thus far :)

Sue Hollingsworth: My college student daughter has lived at 5333 Connecticut in DC for the academic year, and I've been enormously impressed with the building and its administration. I visited once and found the building clean and nicely appointed. Because I was my daughter's co-signer, I received the emails sent to residents about the regular maintenance and important details about life at 5333. The building is pet-friendly and has a "relief station" on the roof! James Davis, the manager, was always helpful, both at move-in and throughout the year if my daughter had any questions. I recommend this place highly!

Rubi Rivera-Miguel: I just want to express how much I love my new apartment! Not only is the leasing office extremely helpful, responsive and kind, but the entire building wreaks LUXURY!!! the price per square unit is more than worth it, the area is great, 10-minute walk from the Metro, and centered conveniently near groceries/restaurants/gas stations. I LOVE IT HERE. 5333 has an amazing roof top pool, an outstanding concierge team, a 24/7 gym (could use some more gym equipment but overall its amazing) and a state-of-the-art security system. My apartment feels like I am taking a vacation! If you are second guessing the price or anything about it, trust me when I say that nobody else in DC can top 5333. Big shoutout to Bahareh for helping me with my move, James for always answering my annoying emails, Terrence for making sure my apartment was 100% ready for move-in, and Niko for always helping me with pick-up appointments (mainly from IKEA lol).

Nicky Valenzuela: My experience with 5333 has been great for the year and a half that I’ve lived here. I actually feel like I’m coming home to a hotel every night with how clean and beautiful the building is. There are many physically good things about 5333, but the staff is what keeps me a resident here. We have a wonderful concierge team that is always available, whether that is for package delivery or letting my dog walker in my apartment. The entire staff of 5333 has made my experience here worth the price I pay. The maintenance team is helpful, attentive, and quick. The custodial staff keeps this place spotless. The concierge team is always around (24/7) to accommodate the residents. The leasing team is always around for assistance when we need it. But 5333 has something special that other communities do not have—and that is Fred! Fred goes above and beyond in his role as a concierge. I was shocked when he greeted me by name shortly after I moved in, Every day I leave my apartment and talk with Fred, it makes my day brighter. I really have no complaints from my experience here.

Nicolette Capuano: I moved into the building shortly after it opened and am now heading into my 5th year at 5333. If that doesn't tell you enough, here is more. I was first drawn to the amazing design of the building. The zen garden, rooftop and units are all stunning. But after moving in, I realized what a wonderful community and staff the building has. Fred, the front concierge is always there to greet you with a smile and goes the extra mile if you ever need anything. Grace, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. She makes the whole processes easy and enjoyable. The entire staff feel like family. The building is always kept clean and maintained daily. The building is a quite and beautiful little respite from the city. I could not be happier here!

Rebecca Hays: We have lived here for about a year and a half now and we love it! The amenities and building are always clean and well kept.The residents and staff are all friendly and great neighbors, it makes for a happy relaxing environment. If you have a dog I HIGHLY recommend this building, they are very dog friendly! The leasing office, maintenance team and concierges are all very helpful and if you do need something the problem is addressed right away. One of my favorite parts is that Fred, one of the concierges, makes you feel like family! He knows everyone by name and makes you feel right at home.

Rick: The staff is amazing. Fred Robinson in particular treats me like family. The feeling here is that we are a community as evidenced by the many events organized for us. The maintenance staff is attentive, they’re constantly cleaning, or fulfilling our request within a timely manner all to create a lovely place in which to live. Location, amenities, cleanliness, styling- This place hits all of these points at the top of the chart. The community living spaces are always spotless and comfortable. Overall I’m glad I chose 5333 Connecticut’s Ave and I'm satisfied that it's walking distance to many places that are convenient to me.

Ben Phillips: Lived here for over 2 years, and it's been a wonderful place to live! The amenities are great, and it offers so many activities and simple comforts that make it a really great place to live. The staff are all fantastic, especially Fred the concierge. He is always bright and helpful, and he always goes the extra mile and takes a personal interest in residents that really helps to make it feel like home.

Sarah Curcio: I just signed a lease at 5333 today! I worked with Grace to pick out my apartment site unseen and was extremely happy when I was finally able to view my new home! Both the closet space and bedroom sizes were larger then I expected. Samantha in the leasing office helped me submit an application in-person since I was having trouble creating an online account, and she was very helpful. James also was able to provide me valuable information about setting up my utilities and scheduling the loading dock. I will update my review in the next few months, but I am very excited for Covid to come to an end so I can share this beautiful space with my friends and family!

Nicole Valenzuela: I've really enjoyed living at 5333. The people who work here are so friendly and know who I am! The 24-hour concierge is super helpful and reliable. The maintenance team is very responsive. It seems like the people that work here really aim to make living at 5333 the best experience possible. I am also a huge fan of the amenities - I utilize the rooftop dog park and coffee machine frequently. I have a junior 1 bedroom with a surprising amount of storage space. The floor to ceiling windows are to die for! Although this comes at the cost of structural columns in random/weird parts of the unit. I have lived at 5333 for 3 months and am very happy with my decision. I am very close to work that I drive, but if you are wanting to rely on the metro you will have about a mile walk. However the L2 bus stop is right outside the building which goes south on Connecticut Ave. There are a few restaurants in the area but not a lot in terms of fast casual. There is a Safeway about 3-4 blocks up that I get my groceries from.

Natalie Denney: I moved here in Fall '21 when I needed a place that was secure and close to my job. It's SUCH a beautiful building and courtyard; I feel happy every time I come home. Keisha Carter in the leasing office has been amazing. She got me set up and moved in so efficiently, and has checked on me regularly, even answering questions that I now realize should have gone to the concierge :) She just has been so helpful and friendly. My lease ends in July but I'm definitely going to stay. I also love the friendly front desk and door staff!

Alexandra Giese: What a pleasure to live at the Kennedy Warren! The history is present everywhere, the amenity offerings are unparalleled (and in great condition), and the building has a real community. It’s the antithesis of the transient-feeling apartment building with amenities the residents don’t care for. Megan was a joy to work with; she alerted me about unit availability and worked with me to make sure the unit I ended up in fit my needs and fit what I was seeking in an apartment. I was so impressed with the building and the two units I viewed that I signed a lease for my current apartment without seeing it first. I was definitely not disappointed, though. This place maintains high standards! Megan in particular has been great; she was accessible and graciously addressed all of my concerns even after I signed my lease—right up until the point I was settled and familiar with the resources available to residents. Highly recommend this building and community!

Dan Elliott: Megan Plater was our leasing agent. She is a gem! Professional, personable, and eager to find just the right apt. for us. Vacancies in this building are rare. There were only two when she started working with us. They were not quite the right fit for our needs. A third apt. opened up unexpectedly and Megan immediately contacted us before the listing was made public. The rest is history. Thanks to Megan, we found the perfect apt. for our needs.

Jacqui Heinrich: I cannot recommend this building enough! It has the amenities of a hotel but the staff feels like family. I genuinely enjoy time spent at the bar talking to Natasha and Jeff, and can always count on Giovanna and Leah at the front desk to come through I need anything I need. Jason, one of our many doormen, is lovely and kind. Anthony, an engineer, is incredibly quick and thorough attending to maintenance needs. And Mark, the GM, is exactly the kind of person any tenant would want running the place. Best of all, I feel close to all of them - I may never leave!

Charles Hopkins: This building is the best close to Giant CVS and Starbucks my three favorite places. I love the building because everyone seems like they are friends. The manager Tangela is always joking around with us and smiling. Mike the maintenance man is the man for real he will fix your stuff in your apartment in 5 secs. Diana Luz Lara Ramírez: I lived in The Archer for 3 years (2017-2020) and I was happy in that building! Location was pretty convenient, different bus routes have a stop in that corner and you can walk a few blocks to go to Giant, CVS and good restaurants. The neighborhood is also super nice and it has beautiful parks with trails and deers. I really appreciate all the support that I received from Tangela McElroy in the management office, she is simply the best at her job! During my 3 years there I had a couple of maintenance requests and Michael was always super quick and kind when fixing the issues. I had to move out because I was relocated at my job and everyone in the management team helped me to have a smooth transition. If I go back to DC, I would love to be back at The Archer.

Jeff Martin: I have just moved out of Archer apartments in advance of leaving for an overseas job. I wa son Archer for over two years and it was an excellent experience. The staff is conscientious and very responsive. The building is very well maintained, clean and pleasant in all public areas. Tangela, the on site manager, has been great and is very responsive to all requests , issues and I always knew she would respond sometimes within minutes. In particular she made living very comfortable and always followed up as well to make sure residents were satisfied. We’re I not leaving DC, I would happily remain at Archer and recommend it.

James Labelle: Just moved in after travelling 17 hours from Hawaii and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the move in process was thanks to the property manager Tangela.
