The Saratoga Apartments: what do users think?

Caleb Pase: Quality staff. Dog friendly. 24/7 doorman is a huge plus. We’ve always gotten our packages! A lot of nice folks and families live here and in the neighborhood. The renovations are especially nice and make you feel cozy at home. First time renting in DC and it’s been a blast so far.

Dnesh Ad: Be careful with your tenant named as "Maya Tenden". She is an online buyer and a big liar. She falsely claims non sense.

Amy Torres: Great dinner and service! Best steak I had in a long time! Our waiter Alejandro was super and so professional! Just a pleasure all around! We are restaurant industry people and totally impressed from beginning of our our meal to the end! The Italian waiter came by for a chat and also totally made our night. All around great and we are looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you! Kudos to the owners!

Dr. Tonyelle R.: Wallet stolen and staff did not help recover! Landan is top notch! Thank you! God bless you in Jesus name!!!

Eliot on 4th: what do users think?

Trevor Alexander: The people that work at the building are awesome and make it a great spot to live. It’s in a great location, is really new, and offers great amenities. Special shout-out to Ndidi, she took care of me from day one and is always a fun time to talk to.

Maria Hurt: I really enjoyed my time living in this building. Location is amazing and hard to beat. My one bedroom was perfect and super comfortable space-wise. Nothing about the building is causing me to move out – just moving into a bigger place with my fiancé. Leasing office is average. Ndidi was impossible to get a hold of while I was applying, so maybe try to get a different leasing agent at the beginning. But it was worth it to keep bugging and eventually got through it and moved in. William has taken over for my move-out information and has been responsive and helpful so far. Only maintenance issue I ran into was a time period where a marijuana smell was coming through the bathroom and hallways. I will say the building handled it well and got it resolved quickly. Other than that, I did not have any issues with the apartment itself. One con is that lately there have been a lot of mandatory DC water shut offs at really inconvenient times (i.e. 8:00pm for eight hours, not great) with very short notice. It would be helpful to get more notice, but fully aware that can be out of the building’s control most of the time. Overall the building is really nice to live in. Amenities and location are great and the rooftop pool was always nice in the summer. Concierge is fine too. They are there 24/7 and always helpful with packages. All in all, good building to live in if you want a luxury building close to the city/Wharf!

Christoph von Löwenstern: Staff was very helpful and facilitated to the maximum extend my move to Washington from Germany.Nice apartments and common areas are in a very good shape.Wonderful rooftop area - very relaxing.

Shay Norman: Got the privilege of working with Ndidi during the leasing process. Because I was moving in the middle of winter from the mid-west the process of located a living space from another state was very stressful. Ndidi was amazing during the entire process by extending me patience, honesty, and expertise. Truly appreciated working with her.

Trellis House: what do users think?

Yeni Oyekola: When I first moved in, I sent a couple of videos of the apartment to my parents and I remember my dad saying “you live in an hotel” Trellis is a beautiful apartment with lots of amenities. My favorite amenities are the sky terrace (the view from the 6th floor is so amazing) and the productivity hub (I actually get a lot of work done there). The environment gives you a sense of ambiance and comfort. There’s even a private dining area and a yoga room. When I moved in, I only had one problem, my upstairs neighbor was a bit heavy footed. I should have complained from the beginning but I was worried about being a nuisance. But the noise became so unbearable that I had to make a complaint to management. The first person I spoke to wasn’t of much help. But I got an email from the property manager the very next business day. We interacted and scheduled a phone call. When we got on the call, he really listened, he didn’t overlook any of my issues. Not only did he promise to call my upstairs neighbor to see if they could quiet down, add rugs or carpet; he also said they would get me a white noise canceling machine. That was above and beyond for me, that call really made me feel valued and cared for. Ever since that call, I almost never hear my upstairs neighbor anymore and I also received the white noise canceling machine. Trellis is a beautiful apartment with a manager that really cares.

Alexis Barry: The concierge has been super helpful! Ms. Jacklyn Jackson has gone above and beyond to make sure that residents are having a positive experience at Trellis. Thank you!

Linda Armistead: I have yet to move my daughter in and already I am confident in giving Wayne Toombs a perfect score. Trellis House has a gold gem working for them. He has graciously walked my daughter and me through the entire process making it, not only stress free, enjoy. He has a wealth of knowledge and shares it with thoughtfulness, professionalism and kindness. He is undeniably the BEST at what he does. Having him guide us has truly put this overprotective mom’s mind at ease. God bless him and his loved ones!

The Envoy: what do users think?

Lorena Roque: I felt like I need to write a review of my building as I just helped my boyfriend through the DC rental market (we all know how tough it is). I’ve lived at the envoy for almost 3 years now, and I love it. I first lived in a very spacious and renovated studio and now live in a 1 bedroom. Both units have beautiful big windows, new appliances and are very wide in terms of square feet. (Unlike the newer type buildings being built that are extremely narrow). Maintenance has always been very speedy if I run into an issue, they fix it the same day most of the time. Devon was a gem at the front desk and now Christian is so friendly and always puts residents first. I’ve never had an issue with leasing and the process to moving units within the building was speedy and quick! Thanks for making it a breeze to live here!

Matt Zappala: I was a tenant at the Envoy for 6 years (2014 until August 2020) and have absolutely nothing negative to say! The only reason why I left is to up-size to a condo. Davon at the front desk is absolutely the best, he was always happy and helpful, even during all of the chaos that has been going on this year. The building is clean, with an immaculate lobby and rooftop terrace that has breathtaking views of the city (it is technically above the height restriction due to a loophole in the law, so your view is completely unobstructed!!). The maintenance team was always courteous and helpful in the uncommon times where I needed them to help me. My unit was quiet, the space was clean and easy to maintain and you are pretty much left alone in the building unless you want to seek out new friends. Nothing here feels forced, and I am going to miss spending countless hours venturing the great neighborhood.

Charise Good: I am a Property Manager with another company, and customer service is extremely important to me. I had to relocate a few of my residents while their building is being renovated. I moved two of my residents to The Envoy, I can honestly say April the Leasing Manager is awesome. April was very patient with me and my residents. April is very professional and has excellent customer service. Out of all the properties we applied to, April is the only one that showed us around the property and made my residents feel like they were at home. I do recommend The Envoy based on customer service, location, nice size units, and well-maintained building. Thank you, April, for everything!

Bejani Turley: I’m a new tenant & have visited plenty of apartments in the DC area and this has by far been the most friendliest and informative staff I encountered. The place is clean and all of the staff are helpful. Starting with the amazing service and patience from April over the phone followed by a tour and closing with the manager Sean.

The Loree Grand at Union Place Apartments: what do users think?

David Fanta: This place is truly amazing. It is conveniently located. The amenities the community has to offer are unbeatable. The fitness center is my favorite! The maintenance and leasing office staff is very helpful and professional. The building Engineer Nolawie handles everything very professionally and with excellent communication. I am proud to call this place my home and my family and I would not want to live anywhere else.

amon binford: I so thankful that I found the perfect place to call home now that I moved to D.C. I enjoy the location and the access to to everything close by. Im so looking forward to all the amenities the complex has to offer this summer. Last but not least I want to give a huge thank you to Ricki who works in the leasing office! He went beyond my needs helping me choose the perfect unit and I can’t thank him enough! Anybody out there looking for a nice apartment to live in this is the perfect place to be!

Garran Johnson: This place has spacious apartments with great views. I love the proximity of the building to public transit. The Manager, Ricki Wilson, was super helpful in showing me around and making me feel comfortable with my apartment home! The concierge staff is helpful and it has so much underground parking!!

Monique Oliver: The whole experience was great from my first interest call all the way through. The concierge and leasing team were all amazing and really made me feel at home from the start. The manager, Ricki, really does a great job with everything at Loree Grand!!

Byron Tonic: Spectacular location, friendly staff, spacious floor plans. That was my experience. I am sure you will have the same. This place is definitely worth adding to your list. Walkability was very important to me and you can get almost anywhere very quickly. Moved to the top of my list!

Carla Punch: I want to take a quick moment to mention Anne Abuogi in the leasing office. I remember when Anne was the head concierge and she was amazing then. Now she is providing the same awesome customer service as a leasing agent. Still going above and beyond for the residence. Thank you Anne!!

Ermias Hailu: I lived at The Loree Grand for 2 years and my experience has been enjoyable. Everyone in the leasing office has been nothing but helpful and friendly my entire time there. Especially Nolawie was very helpful anytime I needed help.

han alem: Great apartment and great location! zewdu was so helpful with all of the logistics for moving in. I had one small maintenance issue and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Overall, I highly recommend the building!

The Batley: what do users think?

Xavier Tynes: The Batley is the best in Union Market. It offers many floor plans that you just cannot find often in D.C. Chris and Lisa made sure that I had exactly what I needed for my move-in and I am extremely grateful. They were patient and informative through it all. I recommend!

Carissa Martin: The Batley is an amazing place to live- gorgeous units, clean amenities, and the maintenance staff are phenomenal. They once came out on a Sunday evening to fix a non emergent issue in my apartment just so I could be more comfortable. I have started the process to remain in this community another year. Special shout out to the leasing agents! Jahmaal in the leasing office has been a huge help in not only finding the perfect unit, but making sure the Batley continues to feel like home.

Shaina S: Recently moved in and absolutely loving it so far! Chris, my leasing agent has been super helpful all throughout. The concierge and maintenance staff are all very kind and welcoming and the amenities are top tier. Highly recommend

Aicha Dougan: The Batley is a great community to live in. The staff are amazing, the amenities are great, and the building is kept extremely clean. Chris, my leasing agent, is phenomenal! From start to finish, he made my move-in process a smooth one. By far the best move-in I’ve had, and I have lived in many apartments. When I was touring, he really customized my tours for me, showing me what he thought would be good units based off what I wanted. I toured so many apartments in my hunt, but the experience at the Batley alone was enough to make me want to move here. In addition, my neighbors have all been incredible people. I have loved living here so far and would tell anyone this is the best building in Noma.

Eliza Capehart: The Batley has been such an amazing place to call home. The amenities are clean, the location is booming, the metro is only a few blocks down, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The entire staff has been flexible and accommodating every step of the way. In particular, Chris helped me find a unit with literally every detail I was looking for off of my wish list. He was responsive, down to earth, and determined to make sure we found the right unit for me. I now feel at home in this lively corner of DC. I’ll definitely be sticking around for a second lease term.

Ryan Gorman: Been living here a month now at the time of writing. Chris McKinley in leasing helped me through the entire process from viewing to move on to setting up my accounts and he was professional all through out. Leasing and the front desk have been helpful and kind and I’m looking forward to setting into my new home.

Erin Petrey: I love this building! The location is incredible, the spaces great, the staff great, and the apartments spacious. The leasing staff - especially Chris - are great. He gave me an exceptional personal experience and took care of everything along the way. I love seeing him around the building and catching up, and I always know any concerns I have will be addressed swiftly and completely. I will say it would be better if there were more recessed lighting in the units. I understand sometimes developers (which is not the current owner) omit them to save money, but it makes a huge difference on lighting. Overall, I highly recommend this building if you want to live right in the middle of a rapidly growing neighborhood with great amenities and staff.

Kelly O'Keeffe: I recently moved into the building and the entire team has been extremely helpful. Chris has been a great resource throughout the whole process and has been great to work with. I’ve also had great experiences with James and India at the front desk. Very excited to be moving in!

Kiley Apartments: what do users think?

Taylor Jaczko: I’ve lived at The Kiley for several months now, and have nothing but positive things to say! Ray and Annie in the leasing office were incredibly helpful in setting me up at this community, and have been quick to answer any questions I’ve had since. The concierge staff is also very friendly and happy to assist. My studio unit itself has a great layout and is a terrific value. The building’s amenities are wonderful, and more have been added since my initial move. I had an issue with my fridge when I first moved in, and maintenance was quick to replace it. Overall I’d highly recommend this building to anyone who wants a low key and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the more bustling Wharf/Navy Yard areas.

George Worrell Style: I love living at the Kiley Apartments! I was introduced to the Kiley by way of The Why Hotel! I needed a long term space as my then current apartment had ongoing mold issues! I was amazed at how beautiful the decor was and the many amenities! I was greeted daily by the amazing Pheonah who manages the front desk! She suggested if I was looking for and apartment why not rent at the Kiley? I thought it was worth looking into. I met with Ray Gill who took me on a world-wind tour of this amazing building! He checked all the boxes, price - size and location! Anna and Terri were amazing as well! I work as a fashion stylist…! I couldn’t have landed in a more stylish setting!

Fawzi Abdo: Great building! The apartments are really well laid out and brand new. Amenities, rooftop pool, and gym area are awesome. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, while the wharf and other cool spots are less than a 10 minute walk away. The management team, leasing, and maintenance crew are prompt and professional. Concierge team is also very helpful, especially Sofia!

Mrinoy Banerjee: I was a resident of Kiley Apartments for almost a year and my experience was absolutely amazing! This building offers modern apartments along with state of the art amenities like rooftop gym and pool for very reasonable prices. The roof offers beautiful views of the Capitol and Washington monument and is a perfect spot to host memorable events. Annie and the entire team at the leasing office were awesome and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help with my move out process. With its prime location and proximity to the national mall, metro and grocery stores I had a truly elevated experience. If I wasn’t moving out of DC, I would have loved to remain a resident of Kiley Apartments!

Saman: So far, I have had a great experience while living at the Kiley. The staff is very friendly especially Elshadiay. The building is kept clean at all times. The amenities are great and the maintenance team is always very quick at responding. The building is very quiet for the most part. The rooftop has a great view of the city. I would recommend this apartment to friends.

K T: The staff is amazing! These are beautiful apartments in a great area. The leasing office team, maintenance are always friendly and quick to respond. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others!

Moona Al-Matari: All I can say is I have come to tour this property few weeks ago with my husband and the warm greeting that we got from Elshaday was very welcoming and amazing ! The way she talked about the property and the amenities and how she knows the area (since we are new to the area) was very impressive! I am just saying this now and not then because we have toured couple of places and boy they had a bad customer service, and we remembered Elshaday’s service and it was amazing that we had to say something about it 😄!! The company is lucky to have her .

The Vintage on 16th St DC: what do users think?

Ellery Graham: I have been here one month but so far it’s been great. People are very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance, office staff, concierge - can’t say enough how great are these people. They are kind and caring and are always there to help you. The building itself is nice, our apartment is beautiful and the kitchen appliances are gorgeous. The amenities are great and well-maintained. Thank you the Vintage on 16th st for EVERYTHING!

Zarana Shah: About The Vintage This is such an incredible community to live in. The people are amazing - my neighbors, Andrew, Ryan, DJ. We have had a few issues with the apartment but DJ and the team have been incredibly swift in making sure everything is perfect. Its quiet, well connected to downtown, lots of common areas and all the best places to eat so close to us. I love living here! (All the cute doggies in the building also help!) :)

Lori Jennings: We moved in recently and couldn’t be happier. The management was very helpful and responsive any time we had a question. Our apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and the best part is that we feel like we’re living in the height of luxury. Great amenities and terrace. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy apartment right in the city.

The Clifton: what do users think?

Jared E: From the lobby to the units to the amenities at The Clifton, the place feels like a stylish boutique hotel and everything seems well done. The gym is especially impressive for an apartment building. Most importantly for me, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the leasing agent Kume who did a great job when I visited to view several units. The Clifton is definitely worth considering if you are looking for a newer apartment building in a great location of DC.

Eric Beach: I recently moved into The Clifton and I could not have asked for a better experience. For starters I began my search for an apartment from Korea, adding to the stress of the search, but Kume and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful. I was looking for a furnished rental. The staff provided videos and explained clearly everything I would need to secure a unit. They made themselves easily available and answered all my questions, which was a far cry from what I had experienced with other apartments I was scoping out. Leading up to my flight, they ensured everything would be taken care of upon arrival. When I arrived at the property the concierge greeted me and took me on a tour of the property. I was pretty familiar due to the pics and vids I received but it was still nice to get the tour. Once I received my key, the apartment had everything I needed. It is nicely furnished with comfortable couch and bed. There was a nice rug, there were dishes, cooking appliances, towels, etc. Everything was covered enabling me to just unpack my stuff and get comfortable. The amenities in the apartment are amazing. The gym is really good. Has most of the equipment you need for a good workout. Rooftop and lounge areas are very nice and provide a nice view. There just seems to be a very good vide throughout the building. I wanna thank the staff for making this easy for me, and I’m glad they were so incredibly helpful in assisting me in my move.

Janice-Renee Yoshioka: Just moved in to The Clifton and had the most incredible experience from the initial connection with the Leasing Office through move-in. Kume and the entire team here were great and ensured a smooth move-in process. As an added bonus, we received the warmest welcome on move-in day!

Spencer Newell: Lovely living at The Clifton, DC. Kume and Sally have been terrific in accommodating me, the amenities and facilities are great (and maintained), so glad I made the move!!!

Randa A: The best leasing experience ever! I cannot recommend The Clifton enough. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I needed to make it my home. Thanks to Kume and Mike for making the whole leasing process easy and stress-free. The apartment complex is new, the amenities are world-class, and the staff is delightful! The apartment is accessible and close to many restaurants and social places. Overall, I am excited to be living here, and I highly recommend the Clifton.

Ashton Burton: The Clifton has been a wonderful place to live for my duration in DC - it has great amenities and beautiful interiors, but most importantly an incredibly helpful and kind staff. Each of the front desk concierges are super friendly and the office staff, especially including Michael and Mercy, are of the very best. I am so appreciative for all they have done to make my move out as easy and efficient as possible! They have worked with me and my situation and I cannot thank them enough.

Carillon House Apartments: what do users think?

Deepti Bhatt: It is so far my best experience to live in Carillon House apartments. Meriem, the leasing consultant was quite helpful during my entire move in process. She is always there to help and support and I am very thankful to her. I will highly recommend carillon apartment to those looking for safe, convenient and reasonable rent with great amenities. It has got nice neighbourhood and rooftop view is spectacular. The apartments are spacious, nicely renovated, with decent kitchen and big closets. I am very much satisfied living in this wonderful place.

Emre Deniz: I am living in The Carillon House Apartments for a year now. Overall, I can say that I enjoy living here. First of all, the location is convenient. There are more than enough grocery shopping and dinner place options within a reach. Bus stop is just across the building and it takes you to downtown and to a couple nearest metro stations in minutes. Georgetown University is 15-20 min walk. Also, these neighborhoods (Glover Park and Georgetown) are very bikeable. Though the Carillon is on sort of a hill, it is still conveniently bikeable there. However, being located on a hill is also a plus because the view is fantastic! You can see almost every part of DC from the roof top and possibly even from your apartment. Common areas in the building are clean and well maintained. I would say that heating and cooling are adequate. However, you cannot have them at the same time (6months heating during colder seasons; 6 months cooling during warmer seasons). Hot water is almost always available both in the shower and in the faucets. Staff is very nice, kind and helpful. Leasing office does its job. Ask for Mariem, she will try her best to accommodate your requests about finding the best apartment that suits your needs. Although I moved in DC from abroad and The Carillon was my first apartment here right from the first day, moving-in process was smooth. My first unit here was a furnished studio. The room was spacious. The furnitures and utilities were clean and sufficient for a normal living. Later, I have moved to an unfurnished 1-bedroom. It was refurbished and I bought many of my furniture and stuff easily from either IKEA (15 miles) or nearby T.J. Maxx (1.5 miles). The rooms take in a lot of sun light and very bright. Therefore, I recommend living in The Carillon House Apartments and two of my friends already moved in after me!

Sara Youssef: clean, spacious apartment, in good area with access to many amenities. Meriem in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful during move in process, and touring of the place. would highly recommend

Catherine Rusch: From leasing staff, concierges, and maintenance, I have had a very positive experience at Carillon House. They continue to make improvements throughout the building and everyone has been very friendly and helpful.

13|U: what do users think?

Mehdi Fassihnia Dengo: I have lived at 13U for about 1 year, the apartment is very spacious, the rooftop spectacular, but the highlight of living here has been the staff. Specifically Maia and Rodney, they make you feel at home the second you step into the building, from noticing your new haircut, to helping you when you’ve locker yourself out of your room! They have made all the difference living here

Celina Ticoll-Ramirez: I’ve lived in 13&U for almost two years in two different units and I’ve had an incredible experience. The apartments are beautiful and the property is really well maintained. Rodney, Maya, Yannick, and Joyce truly make this building feel like home!

Brendan Weintraub: An absolutely beautiful building in the perfect location! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful—whether it’s dropping off packages, helping you with the door/elevator if you have your hands full, to filling maintenance orders in a timely fashion. Special shout-out to Maya, Yannieck, and Rodney for always greeting folks with a smile/like family!

Amanda Spangler: The staff here was so wonderful! Touring new apartments can be so stressful, but my experience here was incredibly pleasant and informative. They are quick to respond via email, are always helpful, the building is beautiful, and I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to live in the area.

Eillim Flores: It’s been a great experience since I walked into the building door and was warmly greeted by the staff and Deiby S., whom is very knowledgeable about the building, as well as its exquisite finishes, the neighborhood, and the renting process. The building has a rooftop with a really nice view of the city and it’s also conveniently located for those who enjoy living in lively neighborhoods.

Deborah Scher: Starting my 5th year at this beautiful, immaculate and extremely well run building. Amenities are wonderful- a stunning roof deck, well cared for gym and easy parking. Apartment, lobby and hallway finishes are modern and tasteful. Always a warm welcome for every resident and their guests, exceptional customer service, professional attention to every detail and effective, responsive communication. You will love living here!

Andrew Knox: "We love hearing your experience described as fantastic, Andrew! Thank you for praising Deiby, Unique, and Rodney. We strive to provide outstanding service at all times, so please reach out anytime you need us as you make our community your home."

Meta Mining: I’m into my third year here at 13/U. The building is amazing, the location is great but, it’s the staff for me. They’ve made my stay here really enjoyable. Shawn :)

Meridian at Gallery Place: what do users think?

Delfina Müller: The staff is kind, although the leasing office staff is rather slow at solving requests. The amenities are wonderful, although I wish that they would let us use the rooftop and dining areas until midnight, as in neighboring buildings. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Sarah Pleznac: We’ve had a pretty good experience here. Yes, there is construction because they are revamping everything (it was built in the early aughts). Management is very good about sending us emails when there will be loud construction, such as tile work, demolition, or heavy drilling. I’ve lived in both renovated and non-renovated units in the building. The renovated units have less maintenance issues. It seemed to us when we lived in a renovated apartment, our maintenance issues where answered a bit quicker. However, I currently live in an non renovated unit and we are still quite happy. The fixtures and finishes are a bit worn, but that’s to be expected when we are probably the 10th tenants in this apartment. I can work with that. I love the staff here. Special shout outs to Patrick (building manager), Tony (leasing office) and George (front desk) for getting stuff done, and enforcing our community rules. My dog loves George, and he always gives my dog treats when we walk through the lobby. The maintenance staff is very good and professional, but they are over extended (it’s a building with 400+ apartments after all). Maintenance is often swamped with maintenance requests the week rent is due, because of all residential portal logins. Low/medium priority maintenance issues get back burnered during this time, but are resolved in less than a week. I am happy our building has increased security in the last year. You now need your fob to get on your floor at all times. I think this should be expanded to the club floor and pool as well. You definitely should keep your guard up while walking around this neighborhood. We did have a lot of mentally ill, sometimes aggressive homeless people congregating in the alleyway behind our building. It seems they have moved to the edge of the park across the street. Lastly, the community… I’m in my early thirties and I feel a bit old here, especially on weekends when this building becomes more dorm rather than apartment building. I don’t like using the pool on weekends because it becomes a little too much like “MTV Spring Break” for my liking. Too much alcohol on the pool deck, beer cans (sometimes glass bottles) left around the building, extremely rude and loud behavior. This is my least favorite part about living here. TL;DR: Management is great, just over extended. These are very nice apartments. There is a bit of a rowdy 20 something crowd here. The location is absolutely perfect.

Samantha S.: My roommates and I lived at the meridian for over a year. In the time we were there, we had a great experience! The location is great, and rent is good- especially when you turn the sunroom into a bedroom. Management was always super reasonable with us. We were there during renovations, which was definitely irritating having to work from home with construction, but that is the reality of city living. Management was very accommodating/responsive to our request to be given a heads up when construction would be near our apartment and had common spaces we could utilize. We also dealt with our AC breaking. The building isn’t perfect, none are, but the way the management team worked with us made the stressors less impactful. Patrick, the property manager, is especially wonderful! We will always think so fondly of our time at the Meridian. Lastly, shout out to George for rocking the front desk.

The Aspen Apartments: what do users think?

adriana ottaviani: I have been living at The Aspen Apartments for 9 months and so far I have had an excellent experience. The administration is amazing and is attentive to solve any problem. He often organizes events on special dates in the amenities of the building that are really nice and always very clean. In the morning there are always snacks available to take away! The building is located in Mount Vernon, is a neighborhood that is close to everything and very safe. My apartment is really comfortable, I receive natural light and in my opinion it offers an excellent quality-price ratio.

Brianne McGuffie: I’m coming up on one year at the Aspen and am very happy with my experience. The staff is very friendly and happy to assist whenever needed. The leasing manager, Georgina, is fantastic, responsive, and always available for any questions I have. the building is well maintained and any maintenance requests I submit are addressed right away. I have a dog and I couldn’t be happier with the pet amenities and friendliness of the staff towards my dog. The location is very convenient for me and more shops and restaurants are opening in the area all the time .

Meridian at Mt. Vernon Triangle: what do users think?

Casey Fullman: Olivia (leasing agent) was incredibly helpful during the touring and leasing process. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to find an apartment that fit my needs from a size and price perspective. The process from touring to signing the lease was incredibly time efficient, straightforward and I was very impressed not only by her professionalism but also by her friendly demeanor. She was the most helpful leasing agent of all of the leasing agents that I worked with as I toured DC apartments. I would highly recommend using Olivia as your leasing agent if you tour this building.

Michael Porter: Moved out of this place 2 months ago but my experience living here for the couple of months I lived in DC was great. The premises were always kept clean and orderly, staff was helpful, friendly, and always available if we needed any help or had maintenance issues. The rooftop deck with the pool was awesome and had tons of room for entertaining which me and my friends did a lot here. The deck also has views of the monument and Capitol which was amazing, especially at night during cocktail hour. If I ever need to move back to DC, I will absolutely try to live here again.

Nancy Reid: I have lived at Meridian Mt. Vernon Square for 3.5 years. It is usually a busy place but not noisy. Tenants are consider of each other. The grounds and buildings are clean and safe.

1900 Lamont Apartments in DC: what do users think?

Brandon Rogers: My time at 1900 Lamont Apartments was great! I loved how close it was to various restaurants and retail locations as well as the zoo! Would definitely recommend to future tenants looking for a place to stay.

Ariel Simons: I have lived here since June 2019 and it has been a great experience. The location is perfect: right next to Rock Creek Park and the National Zoo, and a short walk to the center of Mt. Pleasant (farmers market, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop). The red line is less than a 20-minute walk, and the yellow/green is a 15-minute walk. Bike share and bus stations are within a few blocks. I have really appreciated the access to the hiking and running trails in Rock Creek, and it has been a great bonus to be able to adopt a dog in a dog-friendly building. Very quiet, residential location (though walk a block away and you can hear the lions roaring at the zoo sometimes!) and feels nothing like the rest of DC, though it is all close by. There is also a good amount of parking nearby for folks with cars. My unit is spacious, sunny, and rent is reasonable for the area. The DARO management have always been helpful and I have been able to meet and get to know many wonderful neighbors.

Ashley Dawson: We love living at Lamont Apartments. The staff is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The building is not new but has its own character. Our apartment is fabulous, hardwood floor, high ceiling and soundproof walls, which makes it a very quiet community. Neighbors are very friendly and from all over the world. Close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. So happy living here, I recommend it!

Madison Petitto: I am so happy with my apartment at 1900 Lamont. The location is not only convenient, but also safe. This is so important for me with a baby on the way.
