Eliot on 4th: what do users think?

Trevor Alexander: The people that work at the building are awesome and make it a great spot to live. It’s in a great location, is really new, and offers great amenities. Special shout-out to Ndidi, she took care of me from day one and is always a fun time to talk to.

Maria Hurt: I really enjoyed my time living in this building. Location is amazing and hard to beat. My one bedroom was perfect and super comfortable space-wise. Nothing about the building is causing me to move out – just moving into a bigger place with my fiancé. Leasing office is average. Ndidi was impossible to get a hold of while I was applying, so maybe try to get a different leasing agent at the beginning. But it was worth it to keep bugging and eventually got through it and moved in. William has taken over for my move-out information and has been responsive and helpful so far. Only maintenance issue I ran into was a time period where a marijuana smell was coming through the bathroom and hallways. I will say the building handled it well and got it resolved quickly. Other than that, I did not have any issues with the apartment itself. One con is that lately there have been a lot of mandatory DC water shut offs at really inconvenient times (i.e. 8:00pm for eight hours, not great) with very short notice. It would be helpful to get more notice, but fully aware that can be out of the building’s control most of the time. Overall the building is really nice to live in. Amenities and location are great and the rooftop pool was always nice in the summer. Concierge is fine too. They are there 24/7 and always helpful with packages. All in all, good building to live in if you want a luxury building close to the city/Wharf!

Christoph von Löwenstern: Staff was very helpful and facilitated to the maximum extend my move to Washington from Germany.Nice apartments and common areas are in a very good shape.Wonderful rooftop area - very relaxing.

Shay Norman: Got the privilege of working with Ndidi during the leasing process. Because I was moving in the middle of winter from the mid-west the process of located a living space from another state was very stressful. Ndidi was amazing during the entire process by extending me patience, honesty, and expertise. Truly appreciated working with her.

The Residences at Eastern Market: what do users think?

Danielle Billingsley: This evening I attended the National Houseplant Day Event. What a fun event! The plants were beautiful and it was fun to chat with my fellow plant-parent neighbors. Nikki did a great job organizing the event and I know a lot of residents have been looking much forward to it. It’s always nice to have opportunities to meet and interact at fun new events. My wife may give me a hard time for getting another houseplant, but it will totally be worth it.

Karmels Nectar: Our experience as a vendor with The Residences at Eastern Market has been extremely pleasant. Nicole, the residence experience associated has been a pleasure to work with. In addition to great communication and attention to detail, her event themes are always top notch. The staff is always very accommodating and the residents truly make us feel at welcomed and appreciated. We are looking forward to the next event!

Victoria Graham: Positive: ProfessionalismThe staff and team at Residences at Eastern Market are the best in the business! They make you feel at home the moment you walk in the door and always greet you with a friendly smile. They are professional and prompt, efficient and excellent. I highly recommend living here!

Renee B.: The Residences at Eastern Market is an excellent place to call home. Our tour was a wonderful experience. Charlotte Brown is so welcoming and friendly. The staff are friendly. The Residences at Eastern Market is a first-class establishment. The best of the best!

Dustizle Hansome: The Residences at Eastern Market are an example of premium apartment living in the heart of Capital Hill. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, as are the units, the appliances in the units, and the amenity spaces. Some apartments can get a little run-down looking because under-funded maintenance and cleaning staff. However, this is not the case here and I have never taken issue with the cleanliness of common areas such as the pool, guest suite, or reading rooms. While the rooftop patio is one of my favorite places in the building, it was closed down for a long time due to COVID-19. This caused me explore the grounds more to find a different outdoor space, to read and relax, and led me to my new favorite spot in the Grove. The staff is excellent as well, especially Samnang and Corric, who put on original and fun tenet engagement activities. Recently, we had a really entertaining virtual Bingo night with great prizes and all the supplies (plus drinks!) provided by the management. Johnetta Jordan, who is the responsive and professional leasing officer for our building, is another great staff member to shout out to. Overall, this building delivers on the saying: "You get what you pay for". Yes, the building is quite expensive, but the cost is visible in high level of cleanliness, security, quality of apartments and appliances, awesome amenities, and most importantly the great staff.

Kevin Cordova-Brookey: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessWe love living at the Residence at Eastern Market. The staff is always here to help and keep the residents engaged with events at the property and goings on around the great neighborhood!

Bryan Orso: My wife and I love Residences at eastern market. We love the kitchen and, since we both love to cook, the space and the appliances for what else we could get in the area are second to none. The staff is very friendly and you can tell how much they love working here and take pride in their community. Taryn, I think she’s the manager, makes sure to say hello every time we walk through the lobby. Come be our neighbors, you’ll love it here.

Jay Richards: I love living here! Excellent apartments, great amenities and a very friendly staff have made the Residences a total joy to live at over the past two months. Very satisfied with my decision.

Sarah Noah: We genuinely could not be happier with our recent move to Capitol Hill! The building is wonderful and wonderfully maintained, anytime we’ve had any needs (maintenance or otherwise!) the staff has acted quickly, professionally, and with fabulous outcomes! The entire team is friendly and warm - Michael makes our (and our dog’s) days better and brighter, as do all the concierge and support staff! Bozzuto invests in community events and making sure we are comfortable and happy at home. The apartment furnishings are really top notch, the amenities are great, and the location can’t be beat for the area! Looking forward to calling this place home for a while.

Rockburne Estates: what do users think?

Catina Perkins: I moved here a year ago. My neighbors in my building are fantastic. There is a cat lady on the property that comes out to feed them like clock work. However, that was the first time i actually saw cats outside. I have a duplex and i have not had any issues. I have had to call maintenance once for a loose handle in the common area hallway which they immediately fixed. I was actually surprised that I did not have issues with roaches considering being in an urban area and in a year i saw one yes ONE mouse. The trash cans when full are an eyesore but its the only centrally located area that would accomodate everyone fairly. The staff is amazing. I have never had an inappropriate or unprofessional exchange with anyone on staff including the maintenance guy that cleans the parking lot each morning. I will say that more attention needs to be paid to the common hallway floors. I feel like they should be mopped daily which was not being done until recently and now i enter the building to the smell of freshly mopped hallway and i love it. Again staff is very responsive and notify you in ample time of upcoming maintenance needs due to most residents on the property either working or are elderly. I dont have to worry about smelling weed when coming on the property or opening my windows which is always a plus plus plus in DC. Laundry rooms are big, spacious and located in multiple areas throughout the property my only issue is the type of washers. They have front loaders and i prefer top load washers. Overall, my experience has been pleasant and although i dont take public transportation the bus is a 2 minute walk outside the complex. I can go on and on. Again, i have only been here a year however i have endored all four seasons day and night at Rockburne Estates and this has been my best apartment home experience and i consider myself a hard person to please. Hope this was helpful.

Mikesha Simpson: Shifty development! The rachect workers!

capthe lightman: Nice area clean quiet at night nobody hanging around the area at night

Kalisha Howe: Terrible mice problem

Madison House Apartments: what do users think?

Shikha Garg: Scheduled a tour online and arrived at the specified time only to find no one there. I called numerous times during business hours but only ever reached an answering machine. No one responded to the phone messages I left or the messages I sent via the online contact form. If my experience is indicative of how management deals with its residents, probably a good sign to avoid leasing here. Rents also seem high for the area compared to other places I toured—perhaps the apartments/amenities are worth it but I wouldn’t know having not been able to see any of them.

Park Naylor Apartments: what do users think?

Ashauni Jones: I only give 1 star because the complex is beautiful HOWEVER I’ve been calling as well as leaving my name and contact information and have yet to receive a call back for almost a month! The online scheduling tour, or to check availability does not work even when you opt in to receive a text message.

LeShawn Weeks: I have enjoyed my living experience here at Park Naylor Apartments. The park-like setting is soothing and provides an atmosphere as though you are not in the city. My mother calls my apartment her vacation spot...LOL - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Alexis James: After having the worst experience I could have possibly had at Mabury Plaza Apartments I went to Park Naylor Apartments with little hope and Ms.Gibbs in the front office changed everything. I could tell she really wanted to help me get moved in as soon as possible and ill forever be grateful for her.

conceitedass heaven: i am trying to contact the leasing office and cannot get through

Cathedral Commons: what do users think?

Edward Stotz III: Cathedral Commons has been home now for almost 7 years and I couldn’t say enough amazing things of all the fun and love in this community! My girlfriend and I have 2 small dogs and live in a one bedroom and it’s spacious and affordable for this part of the city. A quiet neighborhood even being across from MPD 2D station, it’s a short walk to everything you could need! A world of choices all within a 2 block radius is the most convenient thing we could ask for, Giant, CVS, Cactus Cantina, Starbucks, Cleaners, Pet store etc! We are blessed to call this home and thank Bozzuto for the years of being apart of our family! We love Nicole, Corrine, Grace and the crew being super friendly and helpful. Thank you Cathedral Commons for all you do!!!

Nicolaus Collins: I first moved into Cathedral Commons beginning of Fall 2021. The staff have been nothing but professional and kind since then. Especially concierge staff like Corine who is so thoughtful and fast friends with my dog Remi (also very pet friendly!) The amenities are clean and the resident gym is perfect for a quick workout whenever you need. Location can’t be beat near restaurants and easily accessible downtown or Virginia or Maryland by car.

Elliott Miller: Everything about Cathedral Commons is wonderful the neighborhood, the residential living, and the area as a whole and it’s also metro accessible. 3401 Idaho Ave has a terrific staff there and very professional The young lady Nicole who works at the front desk is awesome. She’s very respectful and polite and she always greets you when you leave or coming back. Very very professional. I would recommend this area to anyone

Penelope Ariana: We just moved in a few weeks ago and so far everything has been great! The leasing team, management, and concierge have made the move effortless, always remember us by name, and are even welcoming of our pets! I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Jan Stimson: The entire staff here are amazing. We have had new people come in and consistently experience the same quality of service. They take impeccable care of the building and the tenants.

bob alpert: I have had a great living experience here at Cathedral Commons thanks primarily to one of our concierge named Corrine. She is always very kind, helpful, and professional. I can’t count the number of times she has assisted me and always been so pleasant. She is definitely management material

James Channing: The community works great. Everything is always clean and the people that work here is so so nice and helpful. The apartments are nice and the neighbors respectful. Really nothing to complain about!!

Alex Bickel: The staff is outstanding. They are warm, friendly, helpful and sincere. Maintenance is the best that I have ever seen in D.C. - Polite, courteous, timely and thoughtful. This entire management group is a 12 out of 10.

Sade Paint & Sip: My experience at Cathedral Commons was amazing. I would like to give a very big thank you to Nicole Bass, she was beyond welcoming, helpful and professional. Her energy was great. The residents had a wonderful time. The event was phenomenal. One Paint & Sip I will never forget.

Mandisimo: If you want the best, most convenient apartment home at an affordable price, this is the community for you! A supermarket, police precinct, dog park, nail salon, restaurants, a bank and even an urgent care all in the same radius? Not sure what else someone could really ask for. Not to forget about the fitness room in the building for the gym buffs—not me though, but someone else out there, haha! And they staff has managed the pandemic very well—Kudos to them all, and thanks for a good experience!

Capitol Hill Stay - Veteran Owned Furnished Housing Temporary Extended Stay Washington DC Since 1997: what do users think?

Katie Wilkes: I stayed here for a month while house hunting. Fabulous, convenient location to everything you need. One of the best parts about the house is the private little courtyard/patio space out front. Stunning in the springtime. Capitol Hill Stay was attentive and extremely communicative the entire time. The neighbors were also so kind and helpful. But I have to say, it was the sincere thoughtfulness of the people who run this hospitality group that exceeded my expectations. Tragically, I lose my pup of 16 year unexpectedly while here (we were grateful to enjoy many days of gorgeous weather on that patio together). Upon check out and kind conversation with Phil, one of the staff members, the team let me know they had made a donation to a rescue organization in my pup’s honor. It brought me to tears. Stay with them if you can- I don’t think you’ll regret it.

Zach Powell: My wife and I have never been to a big city before. Coming from a small town in Kentucky, we were worried about coming to D.C. However, the owner (Brian) and Louise has been absolutely wonderful! The apartment was in a very safe and very upscale neighborhood. We were able to pay for a secure parking spot as well. Our neighbors were quiet and working professionals (always gone). If there were any questions, someone always answered them promptly via chat or text! I cannot reccomend Capitol Hill stay enough! If we are ever in DC again, we will be staying with them!

Leslie Vargas: My friend and I came to Washington DC for a girls trip to visit her daughter and my son, who is a student there. We loved the apartment from the first second we stepped into as it instantly felt like a home away from home. It is beautiful and well furnished with high ceilings and tall windows. The apartment is immaculate and every detail is attended to, including a coffee pot that makes delicious coffee and quality linens that are so comfortable after a long day of seeing the sites. It is located in a safe neighborhood and is a nice walk to The Eastern Market, independently owned boutiques, restaurants, a CVS and a wine shop. The apartment is so inviting that we decided to cook there one night and it was so convenient that the The Eastern Market is full of lovely fresh vegetables, fresh meats and a bakery. Outside the market were street vendors with quality goods to sell which was so fun to browse. I have found that where you stay can make such a difference in the tone of a vacation and this one certainly did. It was a such a wonderful time and I’m looking so forward to visiting DC with my husband and staying there again.

leo sokolskiy: Great place to stay in Washington. Walking distance to the National Mall monuments and museums. Very comfortable and quiet location, parking spot is a great plus if you are driving in. Kitchen has all the utensils as well as washer and dryer. Brian and Luis are very accommodating and responsive.

Waterside Towers: what do users think?

William Wermerskirchen: Whenever I need to talk to someone they never return phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. Their current way of fielding phone calls is for you to only leave voice messages. There is no option for you to reach a live person, especially when you have a Maintenance emergency. It’s appealing because of the lower price in rent but not worth the trouble if you want to talk to a live person.

Veronica Wallace: I have been trying to call and set up a tour but to no avail has anyone responded. I did receive an automated message and that’s all.

mary harris: I am so thankful for the assistance of Leasing Agent Soni K For his professionalism, patience, kindnees, respect, and going over board in assistance with my move to Waterside Towers. We went through a night mate together with getting all the paperwork cleared. I thank God for this young manMary

Kofta Kit: DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management at Waterside Towers and UDR is AWFUL. We have suffered through more than 2 years of on-going construction with no end in sight. They fail to completely repair maintenance issues. Management avoids responding to calls or emails. There were errors on our lease that took almost a year to have corrected. We have a laundry list of serious maintenance issues, including: failed AC in the summer, no heating in winter, and regular loss of power and water.

Harbor Place Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Meena C: I only give it five stars today because of Mr Joe Barker, and that’s the only reason. Overall experience is 1 star. I have lived here for 2 years and the maintenance is a disaster. Luckily, Mr Joe was sent to my apartment to fix the clogged tub. He is, by far, THE MOST professional employee on the maintenance team. He came in fifteen minutes before closing hours, stayed and made sure he fixed the problem, and then cleaned up the mess!!! He should really be the head of maintenance because whoever is in charge at the moment isn’t doing their job. Thank you again Mr Joe!!!

Christina Coles: The maintenance man Mr. Joe does a great job. He fixed my freezer and refrigerator. My food spoiled and I had to toss it all out, he went above and beyond and took the bags to the dumpster for me. He also fixed the garbage disposal I didn’t realize was broken.

Nicole Brooks: Mr . Joe in maintenance always go over and beyond to ensure the safety and concerns of the residents. Each maintenance request I’ve put in Joe made sure a that problem was fulfilled. Thanks Joe for all your hard work.

KayDee 8ch: Maintenance Team member Joe Barker is top-tier! EXTREMELY attentive, respectful, and tidy!ALWAYS willing to assist and follow-up!I wish there were 10 more like him in the property!

Mary Hughes: Gave a 4 star, for this job. The job itself deserved a 5 they did a fabtastic job. But it took months to get the repair done, for that I had to knock of a star.

Keandra Chambliss: Absolutely the worst place to ever live they don’t never fix nothing my bathroom sink in the basement been broke for 2 years I have to wash my hands in the tub after using the bathroom also have a hole you can see in the house smh it’s not a good place to live it’s stressful and nobody never gets back with you. Worst place to ever live I do not recommend

Leeda Rome: My grandmother has lived around here for 18yrs she needed new renovation in her home it was wayyyyyyyy past due she almost fell down her steps three time because of the wear a tear of her carpet they came and only did her steps the bastment steps and the kitchen floor no basement carpet or livingroom carpet mind you everything in my grandmothers home as far as the carpets and cabinets are 18yrs old nothing gets done right in this complex

Ashley Brawner: They Never Answer The Phones…Been Calling For Nearly 3 Weeks Now To Inquire On Floor Plans!!..

Lynette Ok: Shelly Griffith the community manager is by far the worst manager of all, extremely rude aggressive and trashy, no class at all, very judgemental towards residents, lacks management knowledge and skills, just lazy and disappointing! If you can move elsewhere please do so, they share your business with other residents, maintenance is a joke almost non existing!

Zane Tha Rebel: I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with this rental office with hopes of future residency with no communication back. I’ve called and emailed. At this point if i was a resident I’m afraid if i did need anything they would never get back to me

Lovely MeekMeek: Very unprofessional... the Anyas Liverpool needs to get customer service training... the manager allows her to be rude to guests and residents and don’t say nothing to her so she ain’t no better if you allow such foolishness.. Glad my daughter choose somewhere else to live... Rude rude rude nasty people

ebony: I called to ask about openings and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional, completely turned me away

Monaye Scott: the big ghetto girl that works in the rental office is very very rude and nasty. very unprofessional. she needs to be fired.

The Belgard NoMa: what do users think?

Christal Wash: I have had the best experience with the leasing professionals at Belgard! Immediately after putting in my application I received a response from Kevin. He scheduled me a same day tour and from the moment I stepped into the lobby I knew I wanted to reside at the Belgard. The tour was very detailed the amenities are wonderful.

A hypothetical: I have been at The Belgard for a year and it’s beautiful, clean, friendly, communicative, and responsive. If you like to grill or exercise I highly recommend this place. Jamal, Willie, Zubair are exceptional. I’d like to highlight Jamal because he helps our experience living here run smoothly and makes us feel at home. Steve and Elias are make sure anything that needs to get fixed happens right away and help you out in additional ways that you didn’t ask for but benefit lots from. The cleaning staff is kind and attentive and keep this place sparkling cleans. You get to see puppies on their way up or down the elevator. Supermarkets are all very close too. The metro is close. You have awesome food spots like Indigo and Laos in Town close. Everything is close by. I enjoy the events the staff puts together on a regular basis and the efforts to coordinate clothing donations. My only suggestions are to please make minor improvements to the way packages are organized so that they end up in random places in the package room. Would be nice if there was an order to the bins or additional bins were used for each floor to make it easier to scan and find packages. Second, please move the curling bar that is near the mirror in the back away from the mirror since the space is so limited and the barbell is likely to hit the mirror and break it one day. I appreciate the improvements that are made to the gym on a regular basis! Thanks for everything! PS: the attached picture is our view of the fireworks for the 4th of July.

Amanda L: I’ll start positive. I’ve been living here at the Belgard for 2years. The building and staff are all wonderful. And have made the time living here great. However management has now changed. Since new management I’ve been personally told by staff that they are now trying to push people of color out of the building. I’ve also been told that white residents have complained about the rooftop space. Specifically people of color on the rooftop spaces. In response to this management now requires everyone to obtain a wrist band to even access the rooftop. I’m not sure of any other apartments in DC that do this. It’s a way of policing people and keeping the rooftop “quiet”. Given the amount residents pay for rent. And pay to be able to access amenities at their own leisure this is ridiculous and feels like policing. People of color please take this into consideration.

Natalie Puschak: The Belgard is a fabulous place to live! The pool is gorgeous and rooftop is well taken care of. Every other month or so they do events which are free to show the appreciation to the residents. Definitely recommend living here. Carol is so personable and highly recommend working with her!

Will Meloy: The Belgard is absolutely the best luxury apartments in the NoMa DC area. The property is beautiful, but the best part of the apartments are the management team and staff. The new General Manager Carol tremendously improved the atmosphere over the past 8 months and the maintenance team Steve and Elvi kept the property in tip-top shape. The Concierge team led by Jamal was amazing and always friendly. We lived there for nearly 3 years and would have renewed our contract, but decided to finally purchase a condo in NoVA. Would highly recommend living at the Belgard.

Momen Eldyrani: When searching for a HOME to start a family with, The Belgard checked off all the features you need for a HOME. Zubair and the rest of the staff provided a great sense of hospitality to make us feel right at home. The location is prime with so many shopping centers and restaurants to enjoy! The cleanliness, and modern look really amazed me with all the amenities and features included with the apartment. It is truly a unique experience.

Anna Boyd: We moved in to the Belgard early November 2021 in preparation for going back into the office. We signed our lease before we toured because the pictures and videos Willie sent to us were so beautiful. Our move was so smooth because the service elevator was reserved for us. The parking garage is easy to navigate. The service team is very responsive. We even accidentally dropped our keys down the elevator shaft one day and they magically appeared on our counter the next morning. Whoever is sitting at the front desk always says hello when we’re coming and going. One of the service team members even helped me carry a really heavy package the whole way into our apartment. All of our maintenance requests have been serviced the next day. We are very happy residents thus far :)

NOVEL South Capitol: what do users think?

Stephen Carlson: I have been a resident for 3 years and I can say the staff (excluding Roxana) has been unbelievable with their service, timely responsiveness, and overall attitude every single day. The leasing staff which includes Becca, Michael, and Jack have been nothing but a dream to work with and interact with for the length of time I have lived here. I wanted to spotlight the efforts of Darren and Dana. Darren was the first person I met and opened the door for us as we were the first tenants to move into the building in 2019. His attitude towards doing the right thing for residents and always in good spirits shows the personal touch this building executes flawlessly. Dana, the director of maintenance has one of the best teams in the DC area and had a response time for unit issues of about 5-15 minutes which was unbelievably impressive for such a large building. Please note the photos I have attached, Novel has a beautiful view of the nations capital, Washington monument, capital hill, and Audi field. They also put on incredible events for their residents to not only connect with the staff but find new friends within the building to continue to grow your network while moving to a new city! Buzzuto/ Crescent should be extremely proud of this building, the design team, front desk staff and most importantly the leasing members who make it run like a well oiled machine on a day to day basis! Thank you for making DC such a wonderful place to live!

Mary-Kate Cain: Quite literally the best place to live in DC (especially if you have dogs). The building/units are gorgeous- not only does the view rock, but the floor plans are functional and appliances are up to date. The many amenities are amazing and kept extremely clean. It’s obvious other residents love it as well because everyone is incredibly friendly and nice, it’s like a big family. Becca was my leasing agent and has made my experience SO easy. Not only was she extremely professional, but also treated me like I’d been a friend for years which made the move to a new city much more comfortable. She is extremely helpful and responsive, definitely a huge asset to Novel. Another notable and valuable leasing agent is Jack. Similar to Becca, he is ready to help at a moment’s notice and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. On multiple occasions I’ve seen him come up with creative and effective solutions to assist residents. It is very admirable how the two create such a comfortable and happy environment while also maintaining professionalism. Mike is another impressive leasing agent, he is extremely professional and excited to help residents whenever they need. Novel South Capitol is an immaculate place to live because of the beautiful building, incredible location, and the amazing environment created by staff and residents together.

Hayley Grande: I have enjoyed a wonderful year living at Novel. Everyone is friendly, the management is organized, and the amenities are fantastic. If you have the opportunity to work with leasing agents Jack and Becca, they’re the best! The leasing office also does a great job of putting on resident events and scheduling food trucks when possible. Darren the concierge is a friendly, helpful, and trustworthy presence in the building as well! I love the rooftop views and spaces. It really feels like a special occasion whenever I go upstairs in my own apartment building. Since the outdoor rooftop is a full loop around the perimeter of the building, it’s great for a quick outdoor walk when working from home. The two cons to this apartment are: - no barbells in the gym. There are plenty of equipment options to work-around, but not ideal. - difficult parking. This is a basic supply and demand problem. There are too many cars, not enough space in the Navy Yard. I will not knock Novel for this problem as it is neighborhood wide, and Becca was the most helpful and kind person in a stressful parking situation, warranting 5 stars.

Michelle Larkins: Becca was my leasing agent from the start. Our initial tour was so fun, and she made me feel like a long time friend, which was so comforting considering I moved to DC not knowing anyone close by. She also made the whole move in process effortless and less stressful. The community is so welcoming, and the staff has been great! Jack, the other leasing agent, was equally as great. Him and Becca are certainly a great team! The concierge Stephanie is also wonderful!!

Alex Howle: Novel South Capitol is a great place to live. The location is great - equidistant between two metro lines and on the edge of Navy Yard, Capitol Hill, and Southwest. I’ve enjoyed living here. There are friendly staff and the building is kept well.

WestEnd25 Apartments: what do users think?

Timothy McCormick: Recently moved to the building and have felt very welcomed by the staff who clearly work hard to create a community in the building. Almost everyone knew our names within a few days despite the large number of residents and guests they see every day, which helped us to feel at home after very little time. We moved back to DC from across the country and didn’t get to take a tour of the building, but we knew we liked the zone. Now, a few months in, I can happily say we made a great selection and are very happy with our living situation!

Aalia Smith: Genuinely an incredible experience living here. Spacious units and great amenities and building support. The entire front desk staff and Terry and Robert are incredible and so welcoming. Laurie went out of her way to ensure my dog and I felt welcomed in the building and I can’t recommend Laurie enough and thank her enough for her kindness!!! I will be so sad to leave this building but hoping to come back and live here again in the future!

Morgan Woodbridge: I have lived in this building for two years and I love it. The amenities are so beautiful and it is in the most perfect location. The people that work at the front desk are so kind and helpful and they always make my day brighter. In addition, the people that work in the building are so responsive and they deal with any issues I have, whether big or small, immediately. I couldn’t recommend this building more and I am truly grateful for the comfort and beautiful apartment it has provided me with.

Chueh Yang: I’ve been at this property for over 4 years now, and it’s been the best place I’ve ever lived. Even when times have gotten tough the management has been understanding and helpful. I ran into a rough patch during the pandemic with losing my job. And the assistant property manager Diane Long helped sign me up to get assistance through the Stay DC program. This was vital during the crisis for me to pay my bills and support myself. I can truly say the staff here at West End 25 look out for you like you’re family. I’m truly grateful and couldn’t ask for anything more.

Yvonne Z.: I lived here for 2 years from 2018 to 2020 but had to relocate after graduation. I’m moving back to DC this summer and WestEnd25 was the first place that I reached out to. Unfortunately, none of my requests worked out. I reached out through Zillow, the WestEnd25 website and emailing the leasing office. I only heard back once with wrong information. I responded to correct the request but never heard back AGAIN. Anyways, my request never worked out and I was very disappointed. I’ve decided not to rent from them after all. This is sad because I had high expectations for them and always wanted to move back after I returned. The leasing office really needs improvements.

Cassidy Matteo: This building has my heart! I am beyond grateful to have had the chance to live here in dc! Robert, Terry and Shannae are amazing, as well as my guy Alerai (I apologize for the poor spelling) I love them all, they are so welcoming and beyond helpful. This place is home to me and my roommate. Room 305 loves you guys xoxo thanks for making DC feel like home❤️

Basem Bader: "Amazing people, amazing amenities, and amazing service! Easily one of the most professional, clean, and comfortable places to live in DC! Everything from how easy it is to receive packages, to set up repair requests. West End 25 has made an amazing job."

Vaughan Place: what do users think?

Emma Loventhal: I never write reviews, but I have to warn those who are considering living here, because it’s not the luxury it claims to be. 1. There are rats. You can smell them in the lobby, and hear the scurrying in the ceiling. 2. We had a large leak into our apartment from a pipe explosion above, and it was very much unlivable for a month. We had no hotel compensation, and had to beg for them to give us a month compensation on rent. The situation was handled incredibly poorly, the leasing office did not do anything to make the situation better nor seem to care. 3. During this leak, Trusew entered our apartment without our permission. We were not home at the time, and never consented to workers and apartment staff entering without someone home. He touched and moved around my roommates stuff, and we still do not know why that occurred to this day. As three college students (women) sharing this apartment, we no longer felt secure in Vaughan place. As stated, we never gave consent to have anyone from the building enter our place without us home. This was violated, and when we confronted Trusew, he denied the situation, and said he had spoken to one of us, but “couldn’t remember who”. This was extremely disturbing and unprofessional. 4. The gym always has broken equipment. 5. The pool is never open because the new company will not find a lifeguard. 6. Our toilet, washing machine, and freezer were broken almost the entire year here. We constantly had to have maintenance come, and it was clear when we moved in they did not do appliance checks as they claim. 7. Maintenance never comes when you want them to. They come when they please. This makes getting things fixed extremely difficult. 8. For most of the year, we had our upstairs neighbor doing construction, and the banging could always be heard above us, and often woke us up and caused disturbances. This is just a short list of the issues we have had this year at Vaughan Place, and the end as the lease is almost up.

Elizabeth Ellis: Not only did the new management give me a lease renewal $400 higher than my original lease, they dishonestly told me a week prior that my rent would not increase. I have never missed a rent payment or been late and they increased my rent by over $400 a month. The prices that this new management thinks they can charge are completely insane. Multiple people from the leasing office have told me that they are trying to see if they can do something about the renewal price, but it has been 3 weeks and now their office is ghosting me. They will not answer my calls or return my voicemails. Extremely disappointed with this new management. No way is a studio apartment in this building worth $2,000.

Sulaiman Wasty: The worst property management in the entire Washington area. Do NOT move here--either as a tenant or an owner The leasing agents are prima donnas. There was a competent manager: Jennifer Webb who has moved on. Overpriced. Not enough technicians. !920s equipment and appliances., Rats and cockroaches roaming around. Structural defects in the garden and village apartments. Find a much better place in the neighborhood. Nicer places galore.

Nik Nicaj: Absolutely atrocious apartment complex with the worst organization and management I have ever witnessed. I’ve had over one thousand dollars of packages gone missing from concierge (one of which took 6 MONTHS to get reimbursed). I went without a washer and dryer for over a month! I’ve had maintenance straight up lie about repairing broken things. My AC broke three times over the summer - and once, it took over a week for someone to even look at it, and another week to be fixed! Anytime you need to speak to management, they will say what you want to hear, then never get back to you. Took me 3 weeks to get an email back in regards to negotiating my lease, but now I’m over it and am moving. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Esra Akkaya: With its small buildings voughan place is very silent and neat place. Has a sports center and main building gives you a good service like keeping your posts and cargo while you are not at home. Lots of trees and squarrels :) love it!

The Colonel: what do users think?

Callie Gable: I have loved living here! Andrew met all of my requests during the leasing process and went out of his way to help me to transfer my lease when I unexpectedly had to leave town. He definitely goes above and beyond. The location is incredible, the building is well maintained, it is very dog friendly, and the other tenants are super friendly. I highly recommend The Colonel to any young professional.

Huey O: I just moved into The Colonel and have been very impressed with the location, apartment, and management. Andrew was extremely accommodating during the process. I signed a lease and showed up the following day to move in, and the staff went above and beyond to make that happen. The apartment is great and the location offers lots of great food and bar options nearby. Highly recommend!

Bebe Albornoz: Andrew is such a friendly, refreshingly transparent property manager! He was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend seeking out his help as you tour the building or are in the midst of searching for different apartments in the area.

Kyra Robinson: I love my new Apt. Rooftop is amazing very easy to rent for occasions.Close to all of dc nightlife, shopping and restaurants.Reddit will make sure you have everything that you want in your new home. She’s absolutely the best !

Chomp Lobstah: Very unsafe. You share trash with the neighboring restaurants and rats infest those areas including the commons courtyard. Intruders get in and steal packages as well as units on the ground level. Very high turnover of property managers so issues take lots of time to address. Overpriced for what you get.

'Nelle K.: Very friendly staff!! Andrew was very helpful and understanding when assisting me in finding a place in their community.

Philip Cave: The apartment is located in an amazing neighborhood, and the units are prime for city living!!

Charlie Ruehr: Very friendly and easy move in. Love location and apt is great

Paradise At Parkside Apartments: what do users think?

Asa Kazana: Called last night (emergency maintenance) due to a leak and woke up to this disaster this morning. Also won’t get started on how the carpet requires to be redone and all the other plumbing issues that have arisen in this unit. If I could give it 0 stars I would. For $1399 maker rent (no Government assistance) you would think they would value their tents. Not sure when this will be repaired, but I’ll be sure to update this review to reflect repair time. Update: I was give a repair date of Friday, May 20th between 9am-4pm. Well no call no show and I had to call the maintenance number 3 times (4:05, 4:58, 5:10) and didn’t get a call back until about 5:45 and was told they would look into why no one came so a whole day wasted. I was given another call back 15 minutes later with an option of Saturday or Monday for repair. So I gave up half my Saturday because who wants to wait an entire 7 days before having their issues fixed. Well now the ceiling is repaired thankfully. But I’m sure I’ll see the maintenance team Monday or whenever because they forgot their fan/ dryer thing.

Raiiney Greene: The apartment is decent but the staff is not professional.. the Maintenance is lazy and half do there job. When I moved in it was very dirty the cabinets, the refrigerator, and the stove it still had old pans inside. It was dead bugs everywhere all they did was paint and spray bug spray.

Donniece: I have lived here for quite awhile. While eveeyone is nice these places become nice infested due to poor prevention by the owners. Outside of the strong smell of weed and loud music my biggest complaint is the mice infestation

Aria Howard: This residence is a complete joke. Invest your money and time into something better. I spent more time here than I wanna admit and leaving has been one of the most fulfilling things I could have done for myself. The whole property is trash. They can tear it down and make better use of the space.

LeBria Abbott: I’m really starting to hate this complex. They cut the water off at anytime of the day without notifying residents. Then when u call to ask when will it be back on they get smart.

Kindily Huio: It was good period and if still it

Shaquan Smoot: i visit the apartment on monday for a 2bedroom it was very nice and i really wanted it .the woman told me to come back with my papperwork so i came back thurday the woman said she was goin on break and didnt no what time she goin to be done this was at 1:00pm so i came back 3:45 pm and i was tryin give her my pay stubs and she said i didnt qualify without even lookin at them even though i knew i did ..she was very nasty and unprofessional .

Lestine Colbert: I used to work here in the 90’s. Guess I’m dating myself. This place has always been mismanaged and lots of killings in the 90’s. Looks like it’s still the same!
