Paulo Baioni: The unit is really nice and at a great location. Certainly it could benefit for some additional kitchen utensils. The blueground team is great and very responsive, the building concierges however no so much. Overall a very good stay so far.
Theresa J: The best short term lease option. 30 days or more. Once my credit was approved and payment was received, it was available next day for move in. Much easier and faster than working with apartment complexes. Travis and others were ready available to answer questions along the way as well.

Brooks Hamilton: I recently moved out of Connecticut House (after living there for 1 year), and was very pleased with my stay. The apartments are huge & the walls/ceilings/floors are concrete, so noise is not an issue. Bugs/pests are also not an issue, as the supervisor, Juan Prado, is on top of EVERYTHING. The staff are fantastic, & each staff member makes me smile as they are great people, in addition to being great employees. I would highly recommend Connecticut House to anyone looking for affordable, spacious, NICE housing in DC. You will be well taken care of :)
Griselda Potka: I lived here for 2 years and I loved my apartment, so spacious yet homey. I would have continued to live here but I relocated to the west coast. All the staff are really amazing and always willing to help. Property manager Juan Prado is so kind and is always available. Connecticut House is very close to a delicious bakery, pizza place, grocery store and other restaurants.
Angelo Jewkes: I lived in the Connecticut House for 2 years and really enjoyed my stay there. The building was kept sparkling clean all the time and the amenities were great. The building management made me feel at home, very friendly and helpful people. Maintenance is quick and efficient, although there were never any significant issues with my apartment. I would absolutely recommend any of my friends to consider this apartment building.

Justin Wheway: I rented an apartment in this building because it was very close to my work. I should admit, I did not have high expectations at the beginning. However, when I moved in, I have realized how lucky I was that I found this apartment building. The management is incredibly friendly and made me feel at home from the moment I moved in. I was surprised how clean and quiet was my apartment. I have never heard my neighbours or any other disturbing noises. I really enjoyed living there and if I move back to DC I will definitely stay there again!
Charlotte Arnold: I’ve lived here since February 2019 and I love it! The amenities are great, office staff is friendly and very responsive. The community is well-maintained and clean. My apartment is spacious and very bright, nothing to complain about. I absolutely love living here! Yeni Oyekola: When I first moved in, I sent a couple of videos of the apartment to my parents and I remember my dad saying “you live in an hotel” Trellis is a beautiful apartment with lots of amenities. My favorite amenities are the sky terrace (the view from the 6th floor is so amazing) and the productivity hub (I actually get a lot of work done there). The environment gives you a sense of ambiance and comfort. There’s even a private dining area and a yoga room. When I moved in, I only had one problem, my upstairs neighbor was a bit heavy footed. I should have complained from the beginning but I was worried about being a nuisance. But the noise became so unbearable that I had to make a complaint to management. The first person I spoke to wasn’t of much help. But I got an email from the property manager the very next business day. We interacted and scheduled a phone call. When we got on the call, he really listened, he didn’t overlook any of my issues. Not only did he promise to call my upstairs neighbor to see if they could quiet down, add rugs or carpet; he also said they would get me a white noise canceling machine. That was above and beyond for me, that call really made me feel valued and cared for. Ever since that call, I almost never hear my upstairs neighbor anymore and I also received the white noise canceling machine. Trellis is a beautiful apartment with a manager that really cares.

He has graciously walked my daughter and me through the entire process making it, not only stress free, enjoy. He has a wealth of knowledge and shares it with thoughtfulness, professionalism and kindness. He is undeniably the BEST at what he does. Having him guide us has truly put this overprotective mom’s mind at ease. God bless him and his loved ones!

Brandon Rogers: My time at 1900 Lamont Apartments was great! I loved how close it was to various restaurants and retail locations as well as the zoo! Would definitely recommend to future tenants looking for a place to stay.
Ariel Simons: I have lived here since June 2019 and it has been a great experience. The location is perfect: right next to Rock Creek Park and the National Zoo, and a short walk to the center of Mt. Pleasant (farmers market, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop). The red line is less than a 20-minute walk, and the yellow/green is a 15-minute walk. Bike share and bus stations are within a few blocks. I have really appreciated the access to the hiking and running trails in Rock Creek, and it has been a great bonus to be able to adopt a dog in a dog-friendly building. Very quiet, residential location (though walk a block away and you can hear the lions roaring at the zoo sometimes!) and feels nothing like the rest of DC, though it is all close by. There is also a good amount of parking nearby for folks with cars. My unit is spacious, sunny, and rent is reasonable for the area. The DARO management have always been helpful and I have been able to meet and get to know many wonderful neighbors.
Ashley Dawson: We love living at Lamont Apartments. The staff is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The building is not new but has its own character. Our apartment is fabulous, hardwood floor, high ceiling and soundproof walls, which makes it a very quiet community. Neighbors are very friendly and from all over the world. Close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. So happy living here, I recommend it!

Mohamed Aburadi: I had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn in DC/Capitol. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and amenities in the rooms. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and extremely helpful. They explained everything amazingly and made our stay very enjoyable! The hotel was within walking distance from the main attractions. I highly recommend this location and will return to this location in the future.
Elizabeth Long: Very nice hotel, excellent location and amazing value. Check in was a breeze and staff was super friendly. Breakfast is great even during Covid times, they still have a full hot breakfast. Parking can be tricky but we found a couple of spots upon our late night return.
Jenny Teng: Conveniently located that we could walk to our points of interests in DC. Great value for our stay of 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious. Due to a tall building across the street, our room was a bit dim even with all lights on. Nice staff and good service. Breakfast was good.

Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plates, utensils, big screen TV, strong water pressure in the shower, zero complaints⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great, free, hot, buffet style breakfast too! 12 minute walk to US Capitol building. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The updated apartments are great great with garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave. My unit has carpet which is awesome lol. Still looking forward to some of the things that were promised when they made to pitch to the tenants. But all in all the staff is wonderful and committed to making your living experience here as wonderful as they can. I’ve lived here since I was 2 and because of the changes I decided to stay here and rent my own apartment.. right down the hall from my mom lol .

They went above and beyond to assist us and to answer all of our questions. They were extremely kind and helpful! Margarita Bronshteyn: I definitely recommend renting at 1630R!!! My husband and I lived on the 5th floor from Aug 2018 through March 2022. When the pandemic hit, we spent a LOT of time at home and are so grateful to have been in a place we loved so much. The location is fantastic, the space is airy, light-filled, and new, and the management, specifically Emmett Jafari is kind, attentive, and responsive. Having a gym in the basement finally motivated me to go (occasionally) and being able to pay and check laundry from an app was super convenient. The only reason we moved is because the rent-controlled monthly rent allowed us to save up enough money to buy a condo! We had a really great 3.5 years at 1630R and moving is definitely bittersweet.
Victoria Stewart: I really loved my apartment for the year and a half I was here. Tall ceilings and a great floor plan that maximizes space with a generous closet. You can’t beat the location either. I did not feel unsafe living here and there were no issues on my floor. There were two package thefts that management addressed and the system they have in place now works well. Management was always responsive with maintenance requests.

Charles Hopkins: This building is the best close to Giant CVS and Starbucks my three favorite places. I love the building because everyone seems like they are friends. The manager Tangela is always joking around with us and smiling. Mike the maintenance man is the man for real he will fix your stuff in your apartment in 5 secs. I recommended this building to everybody.
Collin Painter: Living at The Archer has provided my wife and I with the most comfortable home we could have imagined. We moved to the D.C. area not knowing anyone and immediately fell in love with the area after moving in here. The location of our home here and the helpfulness of the staff are the greatest things about living in this place. This is definitely the place I would recommend to all my friends who are interested in moving here!
Ursula Costin: Mike gave a great tour, with warmth and professionalism. The apartment is beautiful. It would be perfect if there was a washer/dryer in the unit.

Diana Luz Lara Ramírez: I lived in The Archer for 3 years (2017-2020) and I was happy in that building! Location was pretty convenient, different bus routes have a stop in that corner and you can walk a few blocks to go to Giant, CVS and good restaurants. The neighborhood is also super nice and it has beautiful parks with trails and deers. I really appreciate all the support that I received from Tangela McElroy in the management office, she is simply the best at her job! During my 3 years there I had a couple of maintenance requests and Michael was always super quick and kind when fixing the issues. I had to move out because I was relocated at my job and everyone in the management team helped me to have a smooth transition. If I go back to DC, I would love to be back at The Archer.
Jeff Martin: I have just moved out of Archer apartments in advance of leaving for an overseas job. I wa son Archer for over two years and it was an excellent experience. The staff is conscientious and very responsive. The building is very well maintained, clean and pleasant in all public areas. Tangela, the on site manager, has been great and is very responsive to all requests , issues and I always knew she would respond sometimes within minutes. In particular she made living very comfortable and always followed up as well to make sure residents were satisfied. We’re I not leaving DC, I would happily remain at Archer and recommend it.

Tangela is the new manager and she goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable. Thank you so much for putting her in this building. Calvin minor: My experience, with Sedgwick Gardens have truly been a great 👍 experience The Managers and Staff here has been courteous and very helpful! Delicia Brown was experience with the Hud Voucher and all procedures needed to make a successful transition from homeless to having my own apartment for the time in 25years. Annie Él Y: Despite my apartment not being ready for the first month I moved in, i.e painting, floor tiles, electrical issues, and stocked up plumbing, other than those issues, this was the best apartment complex I lived in while I stayed in DC to finish school. Management staff were kind, maintenance was incredibly friendly ( the maintenance manager was my favorite, but I think he retired now), no noisy neighbors (they take noise complaints seriously). I would definitely live here again if I ever moved back to Washington, DC. PS I gave 4 stars only because I had to live in the apartment while it was being renovated. PLUS, there was this really aggressive pit bull that would charge at me and my dog. I never knew pitbulls could be considered “service animals.”

Matthew Egel: George and the maintenance team are truly amazing! Literally anytime I have something that needs to be fixed, they respond immediately and take care of everything! George is extremely responsive, amazingly upbeat and friendly, and is there anytime I need him. Would recommend this community to anyone and everyone!!
Mikkey Clarke: Steven the leasing agent was extremely helpful. Every step of the way, he went above and beyond to be responsive and understanding. He even walked across the street to CVS to help me with the WIPS process. Great customer service and made me feel very welcome on my first day in my new apartment.

Deborah Harris: I wish I could rate it more. First I want to start off by saying who ever Sam ok is, that gave a low rate must haven’t gotten his way about something. Every time I come into the building and have a question, the lady who is the manager I think her name is Tammy always stand and greet us. None of the other concierge do that. She’s extremely nice and she surly goes out of her way to the point I even seen her outside picking up trash. And she’s a manager outside cleaning!! I came to the desk when visiting my sister to pick up keys and yes she was on the phone, she acknowledged us and said I apologize I will be right with you. But from what I heard, she was talking to a colleague I assume to be service tech about an emergency apt. leak. And she apologize again once she got off the phone. This lady knows what she’s doing, and she’s doing a wonderful job at it. People need to stop assuming until they know the facts. KUDOS TO YOU TAMMY, I hope you get the recognition you deserve. And I will be applying her in Oct. Sam OK if that’s really your name, get a life and stop trying to cost people their job!! I GIVE HER 7 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Michael Najarian: Bradley and Michael are great and very professional. The property is alway clean and well kept. The maintenance men Gelner and Russell are always polite and prompt on any issues I may have. I highly recommend this property!
Richard Payne: I am very pleased with my decision to move to The Avenue. Great location, great amenities and a very helpful leasing staff. Roxana and Olivia were a great team providing information regarding the property as well as prompt follow up on any questions during the decision and move in process. They are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The concierge service has also been great. I have not experienced any issues with package delivery.
Marc Wonders: I have lived at Residences for the past year and had a great experience. The location and apartment itself are great, and the complex has nice amenities- rooftop pool, fitness center that was nice to have during Covid, etc. The staff are a major plus too. Whitney was always very responsive and helpful, and they were flexible and easy to work with in extending my lease on a short-term basis. Concierge is friendly and make it easy to get packages.
Irving Vierma Muro: Although my stay was short, the experience in your facilities was phenomenal and pleasant. The view from the long, rectangular pool was unmatched. But the most extraordinary thing was their people. The people who work there do it with care and attention to detail. Roxana made her best tour ever and showed me beyond the usual. She and her team deserves 5 stars on almost everything, because even though some other things are not at the top of 5 stars, they are doing their best to achieve it.
NATALIA ESGUERRA: These two months living here have been incredible! The location is fantastic, but the heart of this apartment building lies with the staff. They are very attentive and did everything possible to make me feel welcome. Roxana Castillo went above and beyond the call of duty to help me when I needed a hand, always with a big smile on her face!

From the moment we met, i was constantly reassured that she would continue to take care of me, and be there for me every step of the way. I have a very busy and tight work schedule, so being prompt and mindful of one’s time is very much appreciated. My only regret is that my job threw me a sudden curve ball, requiring me to relocate to the west coast. Otherwise, I’m confident Roxana was going to ensure all my needs were met. Thank you, Roxana for being a shining example of a kind, attentive, and attention-to-detail oriented person. So many others can learn from your example.in Kudos to her!
Meredith Lapp: Yvette, one of the concierges, is the best. Having lived here several years, I have gotten to know her quite well. I always look forward to seeing and chatting with her on the weekends. She is so helpful and kind – especially to my family when they visit. It would not feel the same here without Yvette!

Jackie Venable: The staff is amazing.I’ve lived here for almost 2 years.These are great apartment.The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.I would recommend it to others .

The leasing staff made me feel extremely welcome they made my application process as easy as possible. I applied pressure about the process and they never cracked they constantly produced results. I truly can say they care about whoever walks in to apply. I’m happy to say that I was approved and move in this weekend and can’t wait! And again you guys were amazing thanks again.

Alyssa Sciannella: The room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful when we arrived. We were given clear instructions about self parking, which was helpful. The breakfast was better than expected, and had gluten-free options to accommodate my food allergy. At check-out, the doormen were kind enough to stack our belongings on a rolling cart and bring it out to my car without us having to ask. They really went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
Brent: Great hotel. We stayed in a suite which was great value! The room was clean, love the small kitchen which was useful! The location of the hotel was great - really close to the metro station and the staff were super friendly. The downsides of the the pressure of the tap sink wasn’t strong, there wasn’t a kettle or teabags and no bathroom robe was provided. Otherwise would recommend.
Chris Saslo: Truly appreciate the convenience of this hotel. Staff are always kind and professional. Closet space is a challenge as suits and shirts stick out beyond the doors making the closet suboptimal. They still have not reinstated full maid service yet so you have to ask for coffee, Towels etc. Otherwise the hotel is one of my preferred despite other Marriots in the city having more amenities overall.
Alfonso A. Rivera Cordero: It worth every penny. The included breakfast it was a mega plus. Thanks to the associates that make the breakfast everyday. You deserve all the Credit. The locaction was perfect for our visit to all the national mall. The CVS on the same building was awesome to have. 15 minutes from all the sights and very easy to walk around. The room was phenomenal, the only thing was the touch paint in room you can notice was the wrong gloss and the thermostat was so far from the actual vents area it can get warm enough that bother. But other than that was great stay.
Tsukiko: Can not say enough good things about this place. Sheriden is the nicest, most amazing person. She always has pets for my little dogs and I know they make her day. William, Kyle, and Dylan are also incredible people. Kyle is my service dog’s favorite new friend. I’ve never seen her warm up to anyone so quickly. Everyone at the front desk also loves my best friend’s dog Cap. He always gets so excited to see whoever is working when we come down. The staff here are all wonderful people and have helped make the last 9 months amazing.

Madeline Katsarelis: I love everything about living at the Rushmore and could not recommend it enough. This is mainly thanks to the amazing staff and the excellent location. The management team Sam and Keith are so dedicated to their jobs and do an exceptional job of quickly handling all problems and communicating efficiently. The building itself is brand new (built in 2020), modern, kept clean, the residents are overall quiet, and the appliances and features are new and high-quality. The penthouse lounge and rooftop are really nice. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with a lot to do and easy access to the rest of the city. The Rushmore is located within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to grocery stores, metro stops, and amazing restaurants. Overall, The Rushmore is an amazing place to live in DC! Thank you so much Sam for everything!
Maya Becker: I feel very lucky to have found the Rushmore! The apartments are modern, clean, and well lit, and it is a treat to have a washer and dryer in unit. The building itself is lovely, has great amenities, and is in an excellent, walkable location. Plus, Samantha and the rest of the property management team are a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any needs or questions! I moved from outside of DC, and Samantha made the virtual tour and application process a breeze.
Victoria Parga: My experience with at the Rushmore has been incredible thus far. It is located in a quaint community with several dining options nearby. It feels very safe and homey. The building itself is absolutely beautiful! Samantha is easy to work and communicate with. A huge plus comes with a great management team!

The property management, maintenance staff, and cleaning staff are all incredibly kind, responsive, and go above and beyond for even the smallest tasks. Anytime I have an issue or question it is resolved almost immediately and the common areas are always clean and quiet, I would highly recommend The Rushmore!
Caitlyn Perkins: The leasing office and community managers make up the best apartment complex team that I have had the pleasure of working with. Move-in was a breeze, and they have answered my endless amount of questions with patience and kindness. The building is nice, and I feel very safe.

Kei Agajani: I lived here for three years, and actually loved it way more than I thought I would. The balcony had the most amazing south-facing view, the neighbors were all kind, and the staff and super were always helpful, and always completed request jobs within a couple days of the request. I was always shocked at how fast things got fixed. Thank you to Jim and Hugo!!
Sadequi Hamilton: After being on both sides of the building *concierge staff and resident * I have to say this is a great spot to have in the heart of DC. Easy commute to shops/food whether walking or catching the local transpo. Not to mention 4th of July views are amazing.

Shad'l Crawford: Wonderful place to live. Very comfortable setting and personable. around the corner on U street is packed with great restaurants and shops one of my favorite places to travel in DC.
