Hyatt Place Washington Dc/Us Capitol: what do users think?

Melanie Brown: Hotel is nice, breakfast is good, everything was clean and well stocked. Giving 5 stars because the staff is exceptional! Above and beyond meeting every need and SUPER friendly! Another bonus is the cold water they keep in the lobby. It had ice and was full every time we came down morning or night. What a comfort for busy tourists, especially in the summer. There are drugstores, food and coffee right around the corner. And ubers into all of the tourist attractions were fairly inexpensive. We will be staying here again! dispense in the lobby

Pola P: The sheet of the bed was dirty. The road outside was very loud and I could hear every car going by while being in my room. The walls are very thin and I could hear people from the other room almost all evening. The bathroom door was very loud! It was squeaking. The breakfast wasn’t that good. The room was spacious and nice. The air conditioner was very easy to operate. The elevators were very fast and nice!

Jen Bradley: Pay for the valet or your car WILL be broken into!!! At least a dozen cars had a window smashed out during our stay & center consoles ripped out. They put two holes in my window trying to break in but couldn’t get it to shatter. Everyone else, not so lucky. When I told the front desk they said they tell everyone not to park on the street (when we arrived they said valet or street were the options, no warning whatsoever about the DAILY break-ins and complete lack of police presence). Breakfast was ok. Semi convenient location but not safe (vacant lots flank half the street). Coffee shop across the street was nice. Room wasn’t that clean. Needed a blanket for the pull out couch and had to wait 30 min, as no one was attending the front desk. Phone did not work. Need a key card to gain access to the lobby and to activate the elevator, even in DC that says a lot,

uthra pakkiriswamy: Towels were smelling full of smoke! That means they haven’t changed from previous stay or they haven’t washed properly. Whole room was filled with smoke. For 4 people, 1 shampoo and 1 soap was provided. Exhaust fan wasn’t working in toilet. Worst room service in my entire life! Kitchen, valet service was good.

Grand Hyatt Washington: what do users think?

Joshua Russell: The Grand Hyatt is a very large hotel near Chinatown, just a couple blocks from Capital One Arena. They have a covered car pull through if you are arriving by car which is nice in case of bad weather but can get a bit busy as it doesn’t seem anyone really is directing people. Once inside the check in desk is to the left rear of the very large lobby. The front desk staff is very nice and efficient. We were able to get checked in very quickly and able to get to our room with ease. The elevators are at the back of the lobby. There were about 6 elevators so you don’t have to wait long to catch one. The room is very spacious and very comfortable with a very nice sitting chair as well as a desk. We had a king bed and it was very comfortable, though one extra pillow would have been nice as there were three pillows so if there are two people both could have two. The bathroom is nice as well with good shower with perfect amount of water pressure. One thing you will notice is that in the hallways and lobby areas they are pumping a scent through the ventilation system. While I found it very nice others may be turned off by it. Overall it was a good hotel in a great location.

Melissa Marie: Great hotel location and close to major tourist areas and shopping. Room was a little dirty in places, but nothing major. The bathroom mirror still had water spots. Desk was dusty and chair had crumbs in it. The shower head was not adjustable and shoots straight out instead of downward. You may not get told at check in what the amenity fee includes. If you ask, they will give you a paper, so you will know what you are entitled to. There is a Starbucks and restaurant inside the hotel. Hotel serves breakfast for free if you are a high level Hyatt member or you can pay for it. The gift shop offers a variety of items, not just souvenirs. Self parking garage is also connected to hotel. It costs $45/day with no in and out privileges. Valet is $62/day, but does include unlimited in and out. The garage elevator goes straight up to hotel lobby. The Metro station is in basement area of hotel and easily accessible to get to and from hotel. Staff was super friendly.

Nene W.: I spent Christmas night at Grand Hyatt Washington this year. It was my second time with them and I had a wonderful time! The staffs were really nice and helpful. If you like to drink and chill, don’t forget to check out their bar. The room was clean and comfortable. Plus, they also have the best breakfast which is available from 7-10am. I will definitely go back to this hotel more often. It was a great experience!

RITA LIN: We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so polite, nice, respectful, friendly and accommodating. The only concern we had was, wishing the vent in the bathroom would have been stronger. The mirrors would fog up easily during a hot shower even with the door open. Over all though , a very relaxing stay, we will return once we are back in town. Thank you!

Kim Nguyen: The Grand Hyatt is located near Chinatown and it’s extremely convenient for us to get around. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay. The online check-in process was easy and quick. I was able to request for early check-in and got our room by 12pm instead of 3pm. That was definitely a plus in my book. The hotel lobby was really massive and beautifully designed. During our stay, there was a medical conference. It was busier than usual and we had to wait some time for the elevator. Our room is across from the Sax restaurant and lounge, so it was really loud at night. There were a lot of honking, screaming, and car noise. Overall, it was a good stay for us. Oh, they also have a Starbucks right inside the hotel.

Hyatt Regency Washington On Capitol Hill: what do users think?

Maureen Jackson: Staff were beyond friendly and always smiling. Made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms were clean and so quiet. The restaurant was awesome from the breakfast to dinner. We ate a few times in restaurant and the wait staff remembered us and made it very homey. Quality of food was excellent. Never had a bad meal. Best hotel experience for us in a long time. Within easy walking distance of the mall

Lisa Van Aartsen: Service excellent, rooms clean, like the efficiency yet stylish way it is styled. Lights too bright in the bathroom and unable to decrease. Used a bath towel over the light to dim it down. Would be nice to have bottles of water in room to go with coffee maker... right? Grab and go currently for meals at the restaurant. Not much for choices. Very nice store including Starbucks coffee, very appreciative of that. Sheets very smooth, pleasant, bed comfy, could be better, could be worse. Nicely located. Will go again.

Jeff Ery: Room was awful. Beds were super soft and the room temp was set at 65 but I felt as hot as fish grease in lent. Woke up in a sweat every night. Location was awesome though. Breakfast was good too. Bar has stiff drinks. The room though.... Yech.

Brenda Orffer: The Hyatt Regency is a great location for easy access to capital buildings (meetings), great food and restaurants, and to DCA Airport. Right now, April 1, the hotel is not offering room service, and housekeeping is not provided unless requested. Otherwise, things seem to be all systems go. Masks are encouraged but not required. The hotel has hand sanitizer stations throughout as well. The desk and office chair in the rooms are not well matched for height. Very uncomfortable seating for a long period of time. Thankfully there is lots of lobby and social space to find a place to work more comfortably. There is a small fridge in the room, but no water is stocked in the room. You can get bottled water from front desk and valet desk if you request it.

Park Hyatt Washington D.C.: what do users think?

Patrick Hill: Excellent all around. First off, the location is perfect, tucked away from K Street and close to Rock Creek making it more of a quiet location relative to other parts of the city. The building, lobby etc all look very new, clean and crisp. The room itself was large, modern and had a very comfortable bed. We had one of the Junior Suite with the half bath. It was a great deal using Hyatt Points and paying $100 for the upgrade over a standard room. Enjoyed arriving to fresh cookies as well from the staff. Very nice touch. My one gripe with many Hyatt properties is the pocket door for main bathrooms however the pocket door at the Park Hyatt was substantial and allowed for more privacy. We had both dinner and breakfast room service and both meals were fantastic, delivered on time and well worth the price. I assume everything was cooked from Blue Duck Tavern which has rave reviews. I did not have the opportunity to check out the pool or fitness center, but can only imagine those facilities are top notch. Finally the staff were all friendly and polite. The service like that matters. I look forward to returning again soon.

Chris Turner: This was our first time staying at the Park Hyatt and it was a wonderful experience. The moment we arrived, the bellhop Jorge, gave us a warm welcome and helped us unload our luggage and four young kids. When we checked in, our room did not have a great view so they upgraded us to the Georgetown Suite and it was phenomenal! The room was gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. The room service was delicious, especially the breakfast. When we were ready to check out, Jorge once again warmly greeted us and helped us bring our luggage down and load it into our car. I know it can be hard to work on Christmas, but the staff were cheerful and warm. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in DC.

Mariya K: Good hotel but I expected more from a five star hotel. The front desk staff was friendly except one black man he was a bit rude. Also they should clean their carpet in the front as the first impression when you walk in leaves a feeling of a dirty place. I stayed in a suit and it was nice and had everything you need. The only thing they need to change armchairs as those have old school shrunk covers. I decided to make a reservation for a dinner at the Blue Duck tavern which was recommended by the front desk and I was told they had a Michelin star. I’ve been to Michelin stars restaurants before so I had some high expectations. But the restaurant disappointed me a little bit. First there was a little confusion where the host station was. When I walk in there’s a bar in the front and I told I had a reservation and a barman told I could seat anywhere the I walked further and saw a hostess. I was by myself and they had plenty of empty tables. It was an hour and a half before they close. But they decided to seat me in a totally empty area which I didn’t like even though I asked to seat at the different area which had empty tables. The hostess asked a waiter but he refused. I ordered a cocktail and after sipping I noticed the glass was all dirty which is unacceptable in any restaurant but especially at the restaurant with a Michelin star. The food was tasty. When I received a check I expected they would take that cocktail out of the bill or offer me a discount which they didn’t. So I left with a bitter aftertaste. No wonder why they didn’t receive a star from Michelin for the past years. The service leaves much to be desired.

Vivian Cheng: Great hotel. Got a junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable. Good lighting in the room too. It was clean and well-maintained. Not a lot of street noise, which is always a bonus. Amenities are nice. Shower pressure is low, but the shower is spacious. Note: Blue Duck Tavern is worth a visit. Also, hotel is about 7 minutes from the Foggy Bottom metro stop.

Frederick E Stidam Jr: Great customer service from the manager Mr.Cho ,the valet team, house keeping, and front desk staff. 👏 . Any and everyone we interacted with with was friendly and professional. The room clean spacious and comfortable. This location perfect for access to great dining and fun dining.

Sek Eun John Lee: My wife, our 20-month-old son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Park Hyatt Washington DC. Staff members were welcoming and professional. Our suite was widely-spaced and gave our family much-needed privacy. Food via room service from Blue Duck Tavern was delicious. Location of the hotel was amazing given its proximity to Georgetown and Dupont Circle. We will definitely stay here again.

Adam Wilton: This was my first stay at a Park Hyatt property and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had an amazing stay and it is now one of my favorite hotels/brands. The service is excellent with the front desk staff being super friendly and professional - some of the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very nice and clean with high end amenities and finishes. Since I booked through AMEX’s FHR program, I received a $100 property credit which I was able to use for room service at the Blue Duck Tavern which had excellent food - truly some of the best food I’ve ever had. Unfortunately there is only valet parking available so I just parked at a George Washington University parking ramp which was much cheaper, but the hotel is actually quite reasonably priced and rivaled some much more expensive 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, the Park Hyatt brand shocked me on how nice it is, and I intend to visit more properties in the portfolio when I travel.

Harlen Smith: It is late June 2022 and this hotel is pretending it is June 2020. Except that they are charging 2022 prices while providing 2020 deep covid level services. Tgd staff are great, but there’s no real room service, no minibar, no spa, the pool is closed. The only food available on site is from the Michelin starred restaurant downstairs, which is only open for a few brief windows per day. Breakfast is normal, but lunch and dinner are over wrought and over rich. Not something you can eat multiple days in a row. I paid $800/night to stay in a mid sized suite with my 5 year old. We pay that kind of money because we want access to good food in our room while traveling. Park Hyatt DC did not deliver on that. It’s also about a decade past due for a renovation, but I would have been fine with that if they weren’t pulling a covid service con. Do not stay here until they get their ish together. Even then, management of this hotel has proven that their judgement cannot be trusted. So maybe just don’t ever stay here.

Hyatt Place Washington Dc/National Mall: what do users think?

Keith Wunsch: Convenient location, fairly close to the Smithsonian museums and national mall. The 2 queen bed (and sofa bed) room is perfect for families. Service is fast and friendly. Breakfast is a bit basic but is included in your room fee which is a major plus. Most of the unique amenities are closed in the cooler seasons and parking is a little pricey ($50/day) but otherwise it is a well equipped hotel.

Jennifer Jordan: The hotel elevator floors were dirty and not well maintained. The elevator buttons were barely attached to call an elevator on the lobby level. There were letters missing on the wall of the lobby level. The room was decent but the walls were marked up and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The towel rack in our bathroom was rusted badly and the tub did not drain well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. There is a reason why they do not show pictures of the bathroom when booking.

Jazmín Romero: We stayed for one night and that was enough to know how things work here. The attention from the front desk staff was very good, no complaints about that. But: First of all, the elevators are pretty slow, it takes about 5 minutes to get into one. The air conditioner in our room made a lot of noise and it wasn’t fun to listen to. At around 9 a.m. the cleaning lady knocked at our door because she wanted to clean up already. It was a bit of a bother because we had just woken up, were still in bed and had barely gotten prepared for breakfast. She said that she had on her list that we would be doing the regular 12 noon checkout and not the later 2 pm checkout (we had told the staff at the front desk that we would do the 2 pm checkout since we have Hyatt Discoverist status which allows this). For breakfast there were no trays to put our plates on. They offered different sizes of plates and glasses/ cups, but I guess they think we have 6 hands to hold everything. It’s inefficient to make more than one trip to get the food. We decided to eat something in the afternoon before we left. The waiter took our order. He then said that my chicken sandwich would last longer that normal to come out (about 20 minutes. It ended up being a whole HOUR. He did not say anything about the time and we saw how the table next that arrived after us was finishing their food already. I am pretty disappointed. I hope they can get better.

Mr. Carl Davis: We stayed at this location the entire week and totally enjoyed everything. The room was spacious and we had a decent view from the 6th floor. We were centrally located to the National Mall and walking distance to CVS and the local grocery and other attractions... The staff while being very busy at times was professional and very nice on all levels. The breakfast was great and had a variety and a good selection of food... Not sure why someone said breakfast cost them extra because nothing was added extra for us on our bill. Neither were we disturbed by the fire station located around the corner of the hotel... We had a great stay....Thumbs 👍.

Hyatt Place Washington Dc/White House: what do users think?

Erin Miller: beautiful hotel room. very clean, and amazing breakfast with all vegetarian options. the ladies at the front desk were super nice and informative. the valet was great too, I left my phone in the car by accident and he gladly retrieved our car for us so I could get it. thanks so much!

Catherine McGuckin: Wonderful Staff And Convenient Location!! This is a well-managed property and highly recommend! Your staff should be commended. Your valet men are hard working and made sure my son’s truck was out the night before he was to report to USMC Quantico. Thank you gentlemen!! Miss T! Thank you!!! Miss T saved the day ensure my son’s shirt was dry before his departure! You were so pleasant and we’re so grateful! Great property, nice variety at breakfast, rooftop bar was great! Easy walking distance to Metro!

Elizabeth Towe: Just completed a 5 night stay for our vacation to Washington DC and while I struggled to pick a hotel for us to stay at, I’m SO glad I chose this one. From the moment we checked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is so clean, the bed was SO COMFORTABLE - like sleeping on a cloud. Huge bonus for us was that they have Chromecast on the TV so you can watch your Netflix and other streaming services. The free breakfast was outstanding. It was different every day and they had such a nice variety of options. Location was convenient and within 30 min walk to National Mall and other attractions. Only a 5-10 min walk to the Metro if you choose to go that route like we did several times as well. I do want to note that the only disappointing thing we encountered was one night we heard what sounded like a band very close to the hotel playing drums and music til close to midnight. We used a sound machine app on our phones to drown out the noise so we could go to sleep. I HIGHLY recommend you end your hotel search now and book this hotel for Washington DC!

Hyatt Place Washington Dc/Georgetown/West End: what do users think?

K G: Very happy. Very clean hotel. The area is pricey as is with any major city. The indoor pool was great but some customers were screaming too loud and for it being inside there was no one there to kindly remind them of the details. The room was clean! We didn’t get out beds made but we did get fresh towels which was nice. The breakfast was a great addition and we appreciated it. Parking for the hotel is $50 but Colonial Parking is $30. The staff were kind and pleasant. Overall, I would return!

abe marquez: Rooms are nice, kids enjoyed the pool, at breakfast they had a little for everyone and if you ask for pancakes they make to order. Only issue I had was $50 parking from 3pm- 12pm. We got to hotel at 6:30pm I paid $6.50 at meter until 10pm after 10 was free until 7am when I paid another $4.20 for 2 hrs. So I paid $11 to park overnight then we drove off to see the sights.

Jose Quintero: The room service and the managerial skills of the people working there are really poor. They didn’t manage to make the bed daily unless you asked for it and we stayed in several hyatt’s hotels on this trip, so the pandemic situation wasn’t an excuse. The manager was kind of rude to my mom when she was complaining about an extra fee charged to her credit card, answering with ironies. The infrastructure and the breakfast were fine, the problem: the guest service. I would not stay there again and I would not recommended.

Ms. Naik: Advertised amenities not available, bare minimum toiletries with no body moisturizer, had to have hair drier delivered, no extra blankets in cupboard, maid just keyed into room without knocking or asking, surprising us at 6 pm. No water bottles or water cooler downstairs. Hilton down the road had both the last time we visited. Basic things that many hotels have was missing. Very ordinary, stay elsewhere. Location is the only thing good about this place. And they don’t give you points if you book through hotels.com. I have got point at Hilton in the exact same circumstances. Weird! I think I’ll prefer to stay with Hilton rather than Hyatt.

maionqueen: Room was clean, but big caveat. Do your research, ask questions before booking. All false advertising. They pull money off of your card before you even check in though they say differently. Wifi is not really free unless you agree to register your device with them. wall paper in the bathroom were pealing off, showing a whole at the bottom. Was put in a room overlooking a dumpster full of garbage. No toiletries in the bathroom. It was cold, I didn’t even have a duvet cover, just a coverlet. No notepad (which matters if you’re on a business trip) I was so upset that I couldn’t even sleep. I never recommend this hotel nor would I ever return to it.

LaQuita Rene: This hotel is 5 star! Sadik was our check in agent. Sadik displayed immaculate Customer Service from start to finish. We got a two Queen suite, the suite was very spacious and clean. The views we had were amazing. During this stay my family and I experienced the pool, breakfast, and the bar. All of these amenities were five-star. This is my new go to hotel when I’m visiting DC.

Rubbel Kumar: I booked a room at the Hyatt Place for a special event and surprise for my fiancee. I called the hotel and was given confirmation that the room would be ready on time (3pm) so I could go in and decorate it before my fiancee arrived. Despite this, I was unable to check in at 4:45pm, nearly 2 hours after my scheduled check-in. When I arrived, I was asked to wait while they checked on the room. After waiting for 45 minutes (they obviously forgot about me), I followed up and was simply told my room was not ready yet. This ruined my plans to surprise my fiancee and is unacceptable for a room that cost over $500. On top of all of this, our room had a leak in it. I cannot recommend anyone stay here.

Leanne Downey: The refrigerator in the room was completely full of ice buildup and barely cooled anything we put in there. There was a pull out couch in the room, but there was no extra bedding in the room. Found hair folded into the bathroom washcloth

Hyatt House Washington Dc / The Wharf: what do users think?

Keejoo Park: This place was the excellent choice for us from the beginning to the end. I called to ask some questions prior to book the room and the response was concise with all the answers. We were impressed and booked the hotel. Upon arrival, it was smooth to check in and it was quick to check in. Very convenient from parking to lobby to room as well. I drove pickup truck and the parking was easy for me. I was again lucky to find a spot close the elevator. Staffs checked to see if there was anything hotel can help and provide. The frequency was after arrival and a day later. I requested couple of times and the response was quick and accurate. We rushed to find dinner place on the first night and there were so many restaurants with excellent foods. We tried four places during our stay and all of them were fantastic. No doubt I will visit the wharf area and stay here again.

Wendy Caputo: Excellent location, great staff- super friendly, great view, spacious rooms. The morning breakfast was also a nice feature. Food was fresh & well stocked, and the staff assisting were really nice. I was super disappointed with the small, worn, starched towels. It was like drying off with sandpiper.

Kathy G.: We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, even giving us another room with the same quality after our first room didn’t work because the people next door (a conjoining room) were being way too loud with their music and partying. The views are spectacular and the beds extremely comfy! I’d give it a 4.5 for sure.

Jen Hammond: I’m leaving two stars for the amazing view of the Wharf from our room, otherwise this would have probably been closer to a 1 star experience. I expected a lot more from Hyatt to be honest. Upon arrival our room was HOT, 80 degrees to be exact. The AC doesn’t seem to really work, if you put it on auto to the lowest setting it will continuously cut itself off at around 75 degrees, so we had to let it continually run on the fan setting at 65 to get any kind of relief. Looking at the reviews it seems to be the norm that the ac doesn’t work, but keep in mind that it’s about 35 degrees outside, I cannot imagine what it would be like in spring/summer. The shower is a tragedy. It’s the tiniest stream of cold water, if you’re a woman with long hair like myself, it isn’t possible to wash your hair in this shower, and it’s freezing. Luckily we had a bath tub in our room, otherwise this would have been a major problem. They only gave us 2 towels for the entirety of our stay, and even though they give a disclaimer that housekeeping is required to enter your room everyday, we never saw housekeeping. Our room was missing the tv remote and it took them nearly an hour to bring us one, when we called for more towels it was another wait as well. With the staff you either got the most friendly person you have ever encountered, or the most miserable person you’ve ever experienced. We requested a late checkout because our train wasn’t leaving until 5, and even though we never saw or heard another person on our floor during our 3 day stay, they told us they could not accommodate us, which was honestly no surprise considering how lackluster our stay had gone, but they at least were able to hold our luggage for us. They also charge an insane fee of $250 dollars for damages and incidentals upon checking in, so be warned of that. We are still waiting for that to go back onto the credit card, but we aren’t holding our breath based on the other reviews. We would never stay here again, there’s so many other options, and we decided to stay here based on the proximity to the Anthem, but we wouldn’t make that mistake again.

Shannon A. McGhee: Absolutely perfect!!!! I live for this particular location. Rooms were affordable, clean and smelling good. Beds were fluffed just right. Everything was perfect. The staff!!!!Every single one of them went our their way to make our stay great. I love it.

Joseph Henzi: This place is great! And a cool location I’ve not yet explored in DC. I got into town early in the morning and was supposed to stay elsewhere. That national casino chain gave away my room, the whole reservation. I called this Hyatt (that I was eyeing before my trip) and they got me a room quickly so I could rest, hours before check in. Everyone I’ve met here has been just as hospitable and overall just super friendly and accommodating in every way. Even better the rooms are clean and nice with a very very aggressive price. It’s hard to pass up and I wish I would have stuck with my instincts and booked this place when I was still shopping ideas for a last minute trip.

Hyatt Place National Harbor: what do users think?

Shirlonda Scott: I enjoyed the location however, parking is 20.00 a day. The hotel was clean, very comfortable and spacious, even the pull out bed had a comfy mattress. The breakfast was good also. The staff was attentive also. We had a river view, which added to our stay especially during the fireworks display. I would definitely stay here again.

Stacey Knight: Beautiful view. Clean room. Great location. Breakfast could’ve been replenished better with more options for price. Barking dog for most the day. And trying to order from the room from downstairs restaurant was impossible. Staff could’ve been friendlier.

Evan Groce: Was visiting for a convention with several friends over the weekend. Overall it was a nice hotel for its distance to the event. The hotel was also quite clean overall. The only big negative was the no free parking. Granted the area the hotel is in parking is quite hard to come by but there should be a way or a deal they could work out for hotel guest, or at least a discount. Noise was not to bad and breakfast was ok for something quick to grab though it did become quite busy at times. Pros: Clean hotel Very kind Front Desk staff. Felt secure In a somewhat nice location Cons: No free parking Breakfast area can become quite crowed towards the later part of the morning breakfast rush

Bill Altmayer: Such a very comfortable stay. Close to the capital and of course walking distance from the convention center. Top-notch service, first class all the way. I highly recommend this location for a nice rest and place to stay in this area. Nearby restaurants and attractions near the Potomac are awesome!

Shantel H: Hyatt Place, National Harbor is wonderful!! Our King Bed with Sofa Bed, Corner (Specialty) Room on the 6th Floor was absolutely, amazing. The views were truly breathtaking, directly on the Potomac River looking out from two walls of windows at the Potomac River and Capital Wheel. I talked to Kimberly of the Hyatt Place National Harbor initially on several occasions over the phone after booking on Expedia and she made me feel so welcomed. Kimberly was so thorough, patient, kind and professional in counseling me for our stay, confirming our reservation and she answered and addressed my concerns without hesitation. My Husband and I were so pleased to meet Kimberly in person upon our arrival at the check-in station. Kimberly was just as friendly, professional, and welcoming in person as she was over the telephone. The cleaning staff was kind, polite and they keep the establishment spotless! Thanks Kimberly, talking with you beforehand was key in selecting Hyatt Place for our Anniversary!

A G: I rented the corner room with a water view $450. The room was underwhelming. The bed was very uncomfortable. The temperature in the room was all over the place, first to cold then way to hot, then cold again. There is no room service, but you can go down to the bar and get food... Additionally, when I arrived I asked where I should park they told me parking was in the garage across the street (which is inconvenient, but ok). When I was checking out I asked if they validate and they said no, that it was owned by a different company. All things considered, this was an absolute waste of time and money. I will never return because it is not what you expect when you are paying $450 per night.

brandiwine hall: Service was great. Rooms clean. Food good. Decent breakfast. I would love to know where I can purchase one of those comforter they use. It said Killington on the tag. Pillow comfy too.

Zee Thomas: Stayed at this hotel during the month of March. While parking kinda sucks the area and the hotel was lovely. We had a corner room with a great view of the water. Food and drinks from the restaurant were pretty great. Will definitely return back to this location and hotel

Hyatt Regency Bethesda: what do users think?

Eva S: It’s a good business hotel, quiet standard, could be any brand really. Pros and cons below: PROS: Large spacious room with nice expansive views onto the main street, gets good light during the day. Comfy bed. There’s a desk to work at if need be. Nice staff at the hotel, very accommodating and caring. Very clean, good observation of covid rules etc Food served during the event was good too, tasty, good temperature- I recommend the current kitchen staff can certainly cater for breakfast too. Areas to IMPROVE: No breakfast, no pool/spa; the air in the hotel was so dry most event delegates were complaining about difficulty to sleep at night, myself included - I strongly recommend to get lots and lots of green plants, maybe install some air humidifiers for the winter months. The shower head was full of limescale - need to check those details and replace. Maybe add a picture(s) in the room, some softer interior details - interior now looks so sterile, plain

Richmond: The staff, especially Alex, was more than accommodating to our entire family. The hotel has a spirit of excellence and was polished clean! I would absolutely recommend for anyone to stay here...definitely 5 stars. Other hotels should look at this facility and mimic absolute professionalism and perfection in hospitality like The Hyatt Regency Bethesda!!

Gloria Gilmore: Nice hotel very close to venue I was attending. Actually walked from hotel. Hotel was a little hard to find but we did. They had the best concierge and the front desk was very helpful.. The best part was when we got into the elevator and did not know we had to scan our key card to get it to work, so we got off and were talking about it, an associate overhead us stopped what he was doing and took time to show us what to do.

Omar Qureshi: Recently stayed here for a school reunion. Excellent service from Alex Molina at the front desk. A very modern and clean hotel, located right next to the Bethesda Metro station and restaurants and shops on Bethesda Row. Great place to stay when visiting Washington, DC and the surrounding areas. It is definitely on my list of places to stay when I travel to the area again.

Hyatt Centric Arlington: what do users think?

Corrie Christiaansen: The staff was super friendly, especially Robert and Kristine at the front desk and the bartender. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and modern sleek style of the hotel. The food and drinks at the bar were amazing, I recommend the shrimp linguine and the cheese spinach dip! In general my stay was quiet and peaceful in exception for some of the noise from the Metro station across the street. On the other hand, the Metro station being right there was very convenient for my trip. With all the mandates and safety concerns in DC, this hotel was the perfect alternative to still be close to DC without actually staying in DC.

Pamela Wright: I’m very impressed here. Me & my husband stayed here, Our room was beautiful exactly like the picture we choose. This is a very lovely, classy hotel. Everything was perfect the staff was friendly, the breakfast server was extremely nice. We chose the room with breakfast included, other wise there is a fee. Would give 5 star but there is not pool here, & you have to pay 32$ for parking; But you can bring your car in & out anytime for that night. Would definitely recommend this place & will return 😊 THANKS!!

Peggy Allen: Great location close to subway. We did not need to rent a car during our visit. Nice savings. Very quiet throughout hotel. Nice bar and restaurant in the evenings . If you are too tired to leave for supper- this place, with a small menu, will satisfy if you are looking for a beer and a good burger. Breakfast was very nice with a great wait staff that brought drinks and coffee quickly each morning and remembered thereafter. Tables always clean unlike other hotels that leave messy tables when mornings are busy and tables are in demand. Good coffee. Would stay again.

Rashid Alyousif: 😃 I was very happy with the overall stay 😄 Room was up to standard and clean. However, sometimes no hot water 👤 Room service was quite fast and professional 🏊‍♂️ not available 🍱 The waiter at the breakfast buffet was nice and helpful. However, no variety of food for 3 days 🏨 check in and check out was smooth

Hyatt Regency Crystal City At Reagan National Airport: what do users think?

Tonya Walker: My stay has always be amazing! Hotel is close to everything you need and surrounding areas-- National Harbor, mall, monument...etc. The front desk, security, other staff and valet attendants treat you with respect with great member service. My recent stay was June 29- July 1st and it was superb. I had a personal, unexpected situation on my behalf and Irene was able to come up and help assist me (in which she did not have to). She checked on me throughout my stay and gave me the most sweetest and genuine wisdom there and at my car during my departure. I did not get the valet attendants names but they went beyond my expectations. Late night room service (delicious, and flavorful), pool, restaurant inside hotel and near and other hotel amenities are a Plus! I always refer others to stay here. Keep doing a terrific job, and providing superb service to your guests. You have a loyal member/guest from me and my family. Blessings to you all😊❤. See you soon!!

Christine Foley: I had a wonderful stay here! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Great gift shop, bar, and restaurant attached. My room was perfectly clean when I arrived and the bed was very comfortable. I had been traveling up the east coast when I stayed here and can honestly say this was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my trip. I also had a very affordable rate which made the experience even better. Great place!

France DiNardo: I generally love Hyatt Regency properties. I’ve stayed at many across the country. However, this location was disappointing. The rooms are very run down and need a remodel. As you can see the bathroom is poorly designed. The bathroom goes into the shower leaving no room as the space is already confined. The worst part was the rust on the bathroom hardware as you can see from the photos. They have empty bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash that’s been there for many months maybe couple years. They could have removed the hardware as the rust is not sanitary. I felt dirty getting out of the shower. We checked in super late around midnight. I definitely did not get a warm welcome from the gentleman at the front desk. It was a short stay so I did not get to experience the rest of the hotel. I’m glad it was short because the room was not up to par. It lacks cleanliness and sanitation. I would not stay here again.

Nicholas Christopher Hood: Well, I will give staff efforts a sharp five stars for sure. We overall had a fine stay, and picked this spot because reviews mentioned it being fairly quiet; we are light sleepers. It was overall true except our first room had a hotel party next door, and that was a surprise. It just felt that the hotel residents were gritty and party oriented or weekend warriors more than anything else. So I cannot say it’s a dignified hotel locale or top notch 4 star. It’s a bit more anything else. Rooms seem clean and organized. Hotel food is worthless on every account unfortunately, but nearby spots. YES this hotel has a shuttle to DCA Regan airport and it takes 10 minutes and runs every 20, and it’s free to ride.

Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza: what do users think?

Matthew Cheung: Good location, spacious lobby, clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff that is ready to help with a smile. EV chargers are handy in the extra fee garage but may be blocked by non EV, so call ahead. Poor breakfast even for Hyatt place, though there are other good restaurant options nearby.

reg will: Great staff, great location. From what I could tell, definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area. Walking distance to some really good restaurants. What more could you want. We where there for a thing at Arlington National Cemetery. Did I mention that the staff is great!

Luke Roberts: It was a good stay. Parts of the hotel seemed like you can tell this is a busy hotel, a little wear and tear here and there, but overall not bad.Check in and check out both took some time as we had to wait in line.

Sajan Kumar: Pros 1. Location - Hyatt Place at Arlington Courthouse plaza (2401 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201) is in a nice location. They are located just 5 miles south of DC, in a very clean, calm, peaceful, yet contemporary location, esp. considering how close they are to the city. 2. Clean facility - They do a great job of keeping the facility and the rooms clean. 3. Helpful Employees - Most people who work there were nice and helpful, esp. Mr. Kofie, who went over and above his call of duty to help us with our concerns and requirements. Kudos to him, give him a raise will ya..  Cons 1. Lack of good food options at the facility - Breakfast was provided but it was pre-packaged cheap food. Since nothing was cooked at the facility, hence food was neither fresh nor delicious. Though they have a kitchen, bar, and a dining facility adjacent to the lobby, but since the kitchen is not active, it translates to limited food service to the room. But there are plenty of restaurants and bars around, if you don’t mind stepping out. 2. Housekeeping - Though the place and the rooms are kept clean, but housekeeping had to be called daily, and multiple times before they could come clean the trash or change the towels / sheets. So, I must ding them for the slight lack of reform there. 3. Front Desk - Though the front desk was not bad, but it would’ve been nicer if they could be more friendly (like welcoming with a smiling) and be more engaging with the customers, esp. when welcoming them. I had to figure by myself where my room was and it would’ve been nicer if they could’ve guided me the way to my room, like which floor and how to reach it, cuz the elevator worked only with the room cards, and since no one informed me, I had to figure it out the hard way. 4. Lighting - Though the design of the hotel is good and gets plenty of sunlight in, but the actual lights in the rooms are not great and do a poor job of lighting up the room, esp. at night. It would be nicer to have bright white LEDs instead of the old-fashioned yellow bulbs, they are brighter, cheaper and has better longevity. Even better would be to get the multicolor LEDs that has mood lighting. 5. Water pressure – Wash basin faucet water pressure was not good, but I guess they can fix that easily.

John Kuzyk: Groups with motor coaches stay far far away. Managers misleads client, without stating limited time for coach parking. Only available after 19:00 to 06:00hrs. As groups arrive before 17:00 and depart after 08:00, Hyatt does not know where motor coach can go. The two meter spots in front could accommodate if Hyatt took iniative to arrange. Hyatt corporate requires to review why client not told limited hours.

Chimerica C: Very spacious and clean room. Staff was very friendly and ready to help when needed. Close to restaurants, bars, and metro. Will definitely stay here again.
