Damon Anthony: Hotel was great. The breakfast was dynamite. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location. My only issue was that some of the guests were being too comfortable. I noticed several times various guests walking around the lobby and restaurant without shoes or even barefooted. One lady was walking around the main lobby with only a robe. What happened to “No shoes, No shirt, No service.”
Jonathan Andersen: Opted for the large suite to house my family of 6 for a week long vacation. Brought along a twin air mattress for my adult son and was able to leave it up and the couch bed setup, with room to spare and move around. Staff was excellent. Room size was great. Rooms are just starting to show a bit of wear and tear, the only reason this hotel was not given 5 stars. Morning breakfast was a great time saver allowing us to fuel up and head out for a day of exploring.
Patty Adams: Clean, comfortable hotel. Pool is small, but well maintained. Breakfast has a lot of options, but the quality has gone down since COVID. i.e. Watery eggs, thin heat n serve bacon & sausage, fresh fruit only 2x per week & only cantaloupe & honeydew. Only got the fancy danishes once when I went within 15 minutes of opening. Coffee was atrocious. Happy hour was Budweiser & cheap red wine. Cash bar offered a few local brews though & were generous with their pores.
Jane Kolotka-Earl: Attended my nephews wedding in Washington DC. We booked at this place and we’re so pleased with the service we received. The breakfast and happy hour was great. The pool was nice but too many kids splashing and being rowdy. The hot tub was not working properly. We notified maintenance. Normally that would have upset me more but we were very busy enjoying our weekend with family so I’ve cut them some slack! If not for the pool and hot tub issues - this place would have easily received 5 stars,
Mary Leibold: I am going to be honest, I expected more. The staff were AMAZING and so helpful. I am a nurse and came to DC for a just a night get away. After all my activities I arrived late but planned a nice night in treating myself to room survive. Unfortunately they had closed the kitchen early. Relaxing in bed I was shocked to find out it didn’t have any smart features or any ability to even buy a movie. So o watched TV on my phone. And after asking for late checkout to sleep in unfortunately I was still awoken by housekeepers. Nice staff. But I expected more.

Sassy Sauce: I enjoyed staying at this hotel so much. They have the best sheets. They were nice and thick, smooth and just felt like a warm hug. I liked the sheets so much I called back to see if I could find out what the thread count and company were that made the sheets. They have a nice restaurant downstairs and the food is reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. It’s very close to downtown and walking distance to shops, restaurants, metro stations, and the arena. It’s a great location and I would definitely stay again.
Linda Maneen: Every staff member was great, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Each did an excellent job in representing Hilton. The rooms definitely needed upgrading, so it is good that renovation is underway. Some guests were obnoxious, but that could not be helped. Fewer dogs would have been nice, too. The breakfasts and happy hours were most enjoyable. Because of the staff, five stars were earned.
Laura Taylor: This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff are excellent. I would like to mention Jessica, Richard and Brigitte who provided excellent service. The breakfast and manager’s reception are great. The rooms are clean, but during the course of our stay (that is why I have only given a 4 rating). The rooms could have been cleaned a bit better. One day, our garbages were not emptied. Overall, it was a good experience, but with the room blocks for the conference I attended, I was not able to stay a day longer that I needed to.
Allison H: We typically love embassy suites. Location here is excellent. The hotel is under major construction. We had to step over uneven floor and construction zone in lobby. Room was large but exceptionally worn. Stains on carpet and sheets. Worn arms on chairs. We were woken up to a jackhammer at 730 am on Saturday. People on our floor had a pot party. We talked to manager who did try to make it up to us. They said they kicked out people with the pot. Very friendly staff. Many people came to breakfast in bare feet. Parking is very expensive at over70 per night with tax. Might be ok if completely renovated in future. Very different experience and level of clean than any other embassy suites we have ever stayed.
Katie Parsons: Hotel is nice and clean. Friendly staff. Valet parking is $69 for them to park it in a garage under the hotel🤯 of you ask where else you can park they (valet) will tell you no where, it’s too dangerous if you don’t park with them but couldn’t explain why. Complementary and made to order breakfast. Complimentary happy hour. There is no restaurant at the moment it’s being built and the pool area no longer has a hot tub so that was misleading. The hot tub and restaurant are why we booked here so that’s a disappointment. Pool is very small but other than those three things the stay was wonderful.

Cliff Homesley: Highly recommend. Convenient by car and metro to many parts of DC. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Parking is convenient. Cheesecake Factory in the building with good food. Building formerly included an upscale shopping experience but that has been decimated by pandemic and online shopping. Hotel remains in great shape though.
Allen Rawls: Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is great. During our stay on 3-19-2022 we were able to eat bacon, Sausage, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelettes, French toast, potatoes, muffins, toast w/ toppings, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, bagels w/ toppings and oatmeal. The pool is only 4ft deep but that was plenty for our children. Everything was clean. Shopping is available right off the side of the hotel. And the metro has an entrance at the bottom of the hotel. Highly recommend!!
Response: Hi Allen, Thank you for sharing your experience with us and with your fellow travelers! We really appreciate all of your feedback and we're elated you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for making us your hotel of choice - we excitedly await your next visit!
Tierra Holman: This was my 1st time stay here. 1:I didn’t get his man name, but the guy at the front desk was very condescending not a Pleasant 2: calling the front desk you can’t get anyone you have to keep calling. 3:it was only one working elevator so it Took forever to get on and off the elevator. 4: The pool didn’t have towels for you to use. 5 : I wish they have vending machines with other snacks and it not just sold us. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. It could’ve been better.
Response: Hi Tierra Holman - Thanks for taking the time to leave us your review. We are so sorry you had a 2 star review experience with us. Please reach out to us at https://help.hilton.com/s/contactsupport so we can make this right. We love hearing from our guests, even if it's not all positive.
Kinjal Banerjee: We checked in late, but the front desk staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing! As for location, it is right on top of the Subway that can take you directly into DC. That is definitely an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.
Response: Hi Kinjal, Thank you for your terrific review on your recent stay! We’re delighted to hear that we went above and beyond in providing you with the best experience possible. It is a huge compliment when our guests enjoy their stay so much that they take the time to review our property and recommend it to others. We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the not-too-distant future!
Tyrel Merritts: During my stay at the hotel, they had the best parking, metro access, and convenient commodities that someone would ask for in a hotel. During my stay we had “The Range” that was open for a great place to sit down and have dinner when you are visiting the area. The hotel staff were helpful, polite, and had the best customer service I have had at a hotel in a long time! Keep up the good work!
Response: Hi Tyrel, Thank you for sharing your experience with us and with your fellow travelers! We really appreciate all of your feedback and we're elated you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for making us your hotel of choice - we excitedly await your next visit!
Marco Keller: The staff on site should not work in hospitality. First off the entire hotel is understaffed. The ones working here give you a feeling of them not wanting to be here. They respond with short and snappy comments. After calling the front desk numerous times to report a wild and out of control party at the hotel room causing guests not being able to sleep, the front desk ignored my calls. I had to confront the weld party goers myself in hope to restore calmness in order to catch a few hours of sleep. House keeping didn’t come to clean our room and upon calling ones again to report it, the staff was unfriendly.
Response: Hello Marco Keller - We apologize that you received poor service during your stay with us. This is unacceptable! We will share this feedback with our team members and leadership and use it as a training opportunity to prevent issues like this in the future. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and leaving us invaluable feedback.

Michael Gibu John: One of the best stays we have had since COVID. We had a young family and the rooms were great. Our first night, we had a slight plumbing issue and it was resolved quickly. Breakfast was fresh and ample choices for all. The lines can get long but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our meal for 3 days. The best part is the proximity to many DC attractions. Great visit!
Irina: I stayed here for 3 nights, most of the nights were good. We got a corner room that was very clean. We asked for extra shampoo and conditioner and the staff gave us 9 bottles! 😂 Everything was good, except for on our last night there was a party on the floor above us and people were smoking weed. They were asking kids if they wanted to "join the party." The adults were running around the halls and waking people up, including me. Eventually security was called and as far as I know they were arrested. There should have been a better way to handle this.
Rick Wood: Had a great time at the Embassy Suites. They are a great staff who want the best for you. I enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and drinks during happy hour. The room was clean and comfortable. Sleeping was great and restful. A family would have enjoyed this location. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Metro, and waking distance to many places. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower. As a group we all had the same issue. The hot water was not predictable and not stable. Took forever to get through a shower with hot and cold constantly flowing no matter where you turned the dial. They are fixing.
Aaron Miller: Subpar Embassy Suites compared to other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in. Overall hotel appeared tired, worn, and in need of a freshening up. THE GOOD: Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was well done, with sufficient offerings to have a complete breakfast. Manager’s reception had a solid mix of drinks available. THE BAD: Pot smoke smell constantly permeated my room and I could hear the party sounds from a room somewhere nearby through the air vent system. The atrium was deafeningly loud due to their air handling system. Seriously, I had to yell at the bartender the last night so she could hear my drink order. The bathroom in my room featured bizarre dimensions for the toilet, shower head, and sink counter. They were all very, very short and I’m not tall at 6’ even. THE VERDICT: There’s better places to stay in Arlington for the same price or less that don’t feel quite so worn out.
Will Paige: While the hotel itself is very beautiful and has great perks such as a hot breakfast and the managers evening reception, the booking and room assignment process left a lot to be desired. We booked a 2 Room Suite-2 Double Bed Monument View for New Year’s Eve. Upon arrival to our room we were very disappointed to see that the room had no monument view. The room, instead, was facing several apartment buildings. This was especially disappointing as we were excited to see the fireworks at midnight to bring in the new year. We called the front desk to let them know that we received the incorrect room and they informed us that the hotel did not have any more monument view rooms available and that the rooms were distributed on a “first come, first served” basis, despite our reservation. They also told us that the monument view suite and non monument view suite were the same price. Upon further checking on their site after our stay, we saw that the monument view room was actually a higher price than the non-monument view room. We do not know why the front desk would say this or why our accurate reservation wasn’t honored upon our arrival. We hope that Embassy Suites will fix their process and resolve this issue in the future to ensure their guests actually receive what they’ve paid for especially if they are rewards members like myself.

Robin Austin: The room was clean and modern. We had a wellness room that had an air purification system so when we walked in there was a pleasant scent and the air felt clean and fresh. They have a quiet time from 9 pm - 7 am so we were able to rest peacefully. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offered made to order omelets along with the an extensive variety of buffet items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go back when in the area.
Derek Duarte: The hotel is nice. Bathroom could use some updating but it is still very nice. Breakfast buffet every morning which is pretty good. Costco and Whole Food Market is within walking distance. Tues-Sat dinner is available and not too expensive. Overally very nice.
