Ed Long: Excellent hotel for the price we paid, big room and good breakfast, free shuttle into central DC

Vanessa Dieterly: The hotel itself is new and looks nice, and it's in a fantastic location right by Union Market, but there were a few issues. The service from the employees felt like from an old/rundown hotel, not a nice new one. The person working the front desk when we checked in was wearing sweats, which just seemed really out of place. The website said parking was an additional $25 per night, but when we checked in we were told it's $35/night. Our room reeked of weed when we walked in. There's a lot of construction around, which didn't bother us, but might be a problem for some people. The breakfast was decent and the lobby stays stocked with coffee, tea, and citrus infused water.

Mr. Harrelson: I definitely f@cks with the outside waterfall, the rooms, the cleanliness, the suites, the front desk employees professionalism... and that's rare for me !! I have a friend's who's been staying here for a few months... If the price was reasonable and made sense for my budget... I would live here full time. I also love the property managers no- nonsense approach to making sure the place feels safe, keeps the property clean, and doesn't have that run-down drug hotspot feeling to it. Please tell her I said, well done my love, well done! She definitely deserves her share in the revenue, cause without out her..... I don't know if the property could even ask for such rate..

Bridgette Dinkins: I stayed at this hotel while traveling for work. From day one the staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service was great. Breakfast was good and the staff were patient with latecomers trying to grab a bite by the 10 am cutoff. The Housekeeping Dept provided top notch service including a life saving last minute request when I discovered that I had left my laundry in a drawer and was already at Amtrak waiting for my train which was leaving in 45 minutes. Mr. Mike Burns of the Housekeeping Dept located my bag of laundry and coordinated with the shuttle driver to drop it off in time for me to make my board my train back home timely. What an excellent staff! I will be back definitely. Many thanks 😌

Sam: Rooms are modern and clean, good pillows and sheets. Blankets are on the thin side and the mattress are very firm buy you can't please everyone. The location is somewhat out of the way...a roughly 45 minute walk from the capital building. They do provide a shuttle but there's only one and its first come first serve so be prepared to wait. Parking is also a hefty 45 dollars a night so find a package that includes free parking, We were able to get it through travel zoo. My only complaint was the pool which was not very well attended (missing towels, cloudy water) Also, the shuttle stops running at 9:45 so that means you most likely wont be able to take it at 9:45 you must be a minimum of 15 minutes early. Breakfast was good but dining area was pretty dirty and so was the serving area. If you're not pinching pennies pay 20-30 extra per night and stay at a better hotel closer to the mall. This is a 90$ a night hotel for almost 200$.

Tanya Goode: We have stayed at the hotel since Saturday and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay so far. The gym facilities are brilliant, rooms and bathroom is spotless with a comfy queen's size bed. There has been plenty during the breakfast to keep us full. The first day there was a selection of Turkey sausages, cheese omelettes, hard boiled eggs, a waffle machine and bagels and this morning there were fresh smoothies, ham, scrambled eggs and the usual waffle and bagels (the fresh fruit is delicious!) The staff will also go out of their way to help you and are always so positive and friendly which has been a highlight of our experience. It's a bit further out but we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and have loved exploring Washington DC, with Union Market less than a 5 minute walk away. We would certainly stay here again ❤️

Amanda: Everyone at the front desk was really nice and the rooms were very clean. The shuttle was insanely helpful for my friends and I! The pool and hot tub was also clean and a nice area. Breakfast was just okay, but pretty standard for Hampton hotels. Would definitely stay again

Ria Edwards: The room was clean and we had a great view of the Capital Building. The gym wasn’t as clean but its a gym and I appreciated being able to work out. The pool wasn’t the cleanest either but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was a surprise, there was a variety of things to choose from. This alone make a huge difference b/c if you’re with children especially, you save yourself the time and money of buying breakfast. The location of the hotel was close to pretty much everywhere we traveled to. We drove, so I can’t speak on public transportation. The stay was well priced, I’m glad our valet parking was included in it, because paying $50 extra per day would have been a deal breaker. But, the parking rates are similar for other hotels in the area, self parking isn’t really an option plus, if you did, the hourly charge would make no sense.

Dag Oestlund: Outstanding service! Due to overbooking, the management acted swiftly to arrange for accommodation for me at an upscale hotel. All expenses covered by Hampton Inn. Even better was it that the other hotel were located closer to my next day meeting. I could not have been more happy. I highly appreciate the managements effort to satisfy their customer. Will definitely book there again.

Christyn Hunt: The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 star is because of its location and the construction going on around it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offers complimentary transportation to and from the Metro station (Union Station and Noma) which is convenient. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is within walking distance to Trader Joe's, but I wouldn't feel safe walking after dark. I enjoyed the rooftop sitting area, but access to this peaceful place is closed at 10 pm. I will definitely be staying again!

Laura Bagley: My husband and I stayed here after a concert at Nationals Park. You can't beat the location if that's your destination, BTW. We've stayed at a lot of hotels in the Hilton group over the years, and this is easily the nicest Hampton Inn we've ever visited. The room was beautiful, and very comfotable and clean. The use of space is smart and interesting. We had tons of towels, and plenty of super hot water. The staff was great-- we were able to check in early despite the intense rush. Breakfast was pretty standard for Hampton Inn offerings, but it was well done, with plenty of gluten free options for me. Obviously the hotel is working with space constraints when it comes to parking and seating in the lobby for breakfast-- but it's in the middle of the city, what can you expect? We were able to find on street parking directly across the street from the lobby, and it ended up being more affordable than valet service. All in all, this was an excellent experience and we enjoyed it very much.

Serene Says: Better than I expected. Rooms were spacious and clean. Get a room with the stadium view. Excellent views! Quiet atmosphere and cozy feel. Staff was all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was average, plentiful. Parking was $55/night plus tax with valet only. There’s a lot right across the street that was MUCH cheaper and very accessible. Use it! Pic of the parking lot from my floor is attached to this review. The rooftop bar and grille were only worth visiting if you want to take in the nice views and chill atmosphere. The food was HORRIBLE. It was like eating microwaved elementary school lunchables! The drinks were extremely watered down. There are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel to eat at. Don’t waste your time or money there. The restaurant is the sole reason I gave this location 4 stars.

Vy H.: Had a great stay here last weekend during the holidays! Staff was friendly and the online checkin process for the digital room key was great. Got a 1 king bed room—pretty clean, no complaints. There’s a fridge and safe in the room. Downstairs, they had complimentary coffee and baked cookies! It’s a great location and literally right next to the Nationals Stadium, with lots of options for food all around.

Eugene Mosley: This place is a wonderful location. The Customer Service at the Front Desk were so Kind & Helpful. Especially Neutral & the other Lady that was working doing my check in & out! I apologize for not remembering her Name🤯. So Caring & Helpful. The Guy who was the Sunday morning as I checked out was a 3 out of 10. He's disposition was very unprofessional! I asked about retrieving our cars from valet and his tone was as if I didn't understand what he was saying. I didn't like him and hope to never have to deal again at any Hilton property! JB Morrill: My friend and I were visiting Washington out of town for a concert. We are both 18 years old and very responsible. We reserved a room for 2 nights through Trip Advisor and had already paid the amount due, however, the receptionist did not let us check in claiming we were not old enough. While company policy does say you must be 21 to check in, most hotels also have the same policy but were a lot more accommodating. They not only refused to let us check in but did not help us in finding a different hotel to stay. They also refused to give us a full refund afterwards.

Ronda Winfield: Great property -- staff was professional, welcoming and very accommodating. Be aware that there is no self-parking and valet charges an usually high fee ($65). There is a public parking lot directly across the street which charges between $14 - $20 for overnight parking. Would definitely stay again.

Adam: This hotel is in a great location. The metro is across The Yards, the ballpark is next door and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. They allow two dogs per room with no extra charge. Also, they give you 2 water bottles at check in. I like the security measures they have such as needing the room key to operate the elevator and main entrance. The breakfast is basic but very good and clean. The water pressure is sufficient. On the downside, the HVAC system sounds like an apache helicopter. The valet parking price should be lowered substantially. Also, there was old makeup on the bathroom door, which at first looked like blood (it isn't blood). There is no recycling in the breakfast area, however, there are receptacles near the elevators on the room floors. Overall, it's a perfect location and a good value.

Carlos Pulido, Realtor: I am a Hilton Honors member, for a long time now. Always stay in Hilton hotels all over. There are always clean, always great attitude from the staff. This was special because they allowed me to do early check in at 11 am, that was amazing. Thank you.

Joan Dineen: This is a poorly designed hotel that is now very tired and charmless. Our “premium” room had an air conditioner that was too loud to use at night. We were told that they were going to be updated but that certainly had no effect on our actual discomfort. Breakfast is all processed foods and industrial scrambled eggs. We moved to a much nicer, newer and less expensive hotel nearby.

Asa Worcester: Best hotel in D.C. by far for anyone needing accommodations near the Navy Yard or the Nats stadium. Always clean rooms and super friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast and the coffee's always hot.

Derek Kruger: Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure! My wife and I had a king suite, 1201, and it was clean, spacious and nice! All staff and guests were required to were mask. I liked at breakfast how you had to put on plastic gloves before serving yourself. The kitchen staff were on it! You had to have a hotel room key to use elevators. nice security measure for street loiterers. Valet service is a nice feature. I recommend guest purchase the "stay and park" bundle. Or you'll be paying like $50 a night to park at hotel. And you don't to be parking overnight on random streets in the city. Hotel is in the middle of the city, I would stay again and recommend this location by Hampton by Hilton to anyone

Marie Neang: Stayed there for 2 nights on Valentine's day weekend. Got a corner suite in room 1004 with a beautiful view of the street. Huge room with sofa and a separate bedroom and bathroom. Pretty good for the price which was around 200$/night. Breakfast was also included and it's from 6 to 10 am. Unfortunately we slept in both nights so we missed it! Staff was extremely friendly! However I have 2 complaints: the bedroom AC is extremely loud. Definitely couldn't sleep! This is why I give 4 stars. The second night, we decided to turn on the living room AC and open the bedroom door to let the air in. We wanted to book through their actual website to get points as we're Hilton honors members but the prices were 100$ more! So we ended up using Booking.com. Would have loved to be able to received points though!

Kelly Mitchell: The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb. I am very finicky and pay close attention to details when it comes to cleanliness, especially at hotels and restaurants. I didn’t see as much as a stray hair in my room. The location is also great. 20-25 min walking distance from most major attractions. I look forward to staying again.

xMIKExSMITHx: 4/9/2022 - We stayed3 days during the cherry blossom parade. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good for the family. Location is great as well. Only two reasons this wasn't a 5 star. The staff was great except one lady at the front. I asked when the pool opens and she said they don't have one. I said, there is one on the second floor, door labeled pool and spa, and she got nasty and said they haven't had a pool I'm 4yrs, yet all the signs are still up. Her attitude, and the fact that my kids couldn't go swimming made it only a 4star.

Tory L: Mr. Perry was a great help after a mix up on my end left some colleagues doubled up and me room-less the first night of the trip. He was fast and very understanding. Everyone had all their rooms straightened out and I was checked in to a beautiful room. The room was large, well stocked with everything I needed, clean, and breakfast was available for a long period of time which was nice to accommodate early or late risers. Thanks again for all the help!

Laura Hefferin: Mike at the front desk was the best. He gave good advice for navigating around the city and even provided an excellent recommendation for dinner. I really appreciate his kindness. Hope Hampton is aware of what a gem he is! I also found the staff running the breakfast area worked very hard and kept up with the large crowd each morning. The hotel is in a great location. Short walk to the metro and there was a circulator bus stop across the street, by the little park.

Mila: I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They accommodated me earlier than typical check in time. They also had freebies on the counters and maps of the city. The room was nice and it had a refrigerator. The breakfast was good. They provided a hot and cold breakfast. Gloves to use and hand sanitizer. There were also wipes. Check in and check out were easy. They also held my bag after checkout so I could explore some more.

Nancy Schwier: I just spent last week at this motel and was highly impressed! Our room was Very comfortable and Spotless. The Location is Perfect!!! We felt very safe here! Within walking distance and So close to all attractions, metro, restaurants and services. Every morning we enjoyed their full breakfast which was always wonderful with a ton of choices. The front desk staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly. This is probably the nicest experience I've had in years. Thank you for being so Wonderful!!

Andrea van Hintum (Avh): Location, maintenance staff, and breakfast were all 5 stars. My reason for 3 stars - for the cost we paid to stay here for 4 days, not worth it. Our room did not have a microwave or fridge. I called and was told you have to choose 'premium' rooms for that. I've been to less quality hotels and have always received a room with a fridge and microwave. The front desk did have a spare mini fridge we could use and that was brought up right away by maintenance. We also requested a crib - which maintenance also brought up asap. We could not use this crib for my baby. The floor panel of the crib was literally a piece of cardboard broken in half. You would think they have the budget for decent quality. Front desk, I do give 3 stars. I called to receive extra towels and it took one whole day to receive my towels. I called back every hour and it was always a new person who I did not talk to previously. Not the biggest help. They were nice, but again for the price we paid (over $1K) I would have preferred to stay something more elite.

G Neary: I've stayed at many hotels but this one in particular we've found to be the most accommodating and friendly we've ever work with. We regularly make trips to DC and stay at no other place than this Hampton Inn. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. We highly recommend it. Their front desk staff, Valet parking, and those throughout the hotel all work hard to ensure guests are happy with their stay and again, we would go nowhere else than this Hampton Inn. If our plans find that the hotel is booked, rather than find accommodations at another hotel, we just change our dates to ensure we can stay at this Hampton Inn White House, in Washington DC.

Victoria Covarrubias: Great place to stay! Only 1 block from the metro which is super convenient. They do make you use their valet parking if you bring a car, which is $50+/night, but it was kind of nice to not have to worry about parking your car and remembering where you parked! Ghey were really speedy about bringing your car up when you were ready for it. Breakfast was delicious! They do have a buffet style breakfast available, complete with make your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cereal, potatoes and sausage. Our room was really close to the elevator but I never heard people in the hallways at night. We were on the 3rd floor so there was some road noise from H street at night. The blackout curtains are spectacular!! I'd stay here again!

Nick V: My family got robbed while staying at this hotel. I locked away my mother's purse in the safe in our room, while we were staying there. When I checked it on the next day, the cash bills in the purse were gone. My mother had around $400 in cash in my purse, and there was absolutely nothing in her purse on the next day. Considering that the elevators, the rooms and the safe all requires key card access or knowledge of how to unlock them, I strongly suspect it was one of the hotel staff. The manager and the staff of the hotel were extremely unhelpful, they checked the key card access of the time frames when I was gone from the hotel and “found” absolutely nothing. There are no cameras in the hallways or the elevators in this hotel, so the hotel staff could not even investigate anything properly. Since my family was there for only 2 nights and had a lot of plans to do, we decided not to call the police since it was not worth our time to waste another 3 hours with the cops. I am extremely disappointed that this Hilton-owned hotel that looked reputable at first has such shady employees and robberies happening to its customers. They probably do not want to put cameras in the hotel hallways since it will expose the shady activities of their employees, who prey on people who stay there only for couple of nights. Looking back at it, I probably should have pushed even harder at the managers of the hotel and the staff. We spent over an hour investigating the situation, but the manager was more concerned about his own job preservation and dodging the case to his own higher-ups. It might have been only 400 dollars, but it's completely unacceptable that it can go missing in such nice hotel in a good location. My family is never staying at this hotel ever again and please watch your money (especially cash) if you are currently staying there!

Michelle Brown: Room was clean, bed was very hard and pillows were very flat feathered, probably need updating. Very expensive for a 2 star hotel. Great location! A few blocks from the Whitehouse. Very walkable area and convenient to the Metro. Check your receipt before checking out! We had 5 nights of parking charged at $49 a night and we didn't have a car.

Brian McClure: Nice, well-maintained location. Clean room with a very nice front staff that treated us well. Breakfast was good and the hotel lobby was nice and large for plenty of seating. Very close to the White House.Would definitely stay here again.

Drew Kenyon: We loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good enough to get you going each morning and the location was elite. We walked everywhere from our hotel! The Washington monument was only about 15 minutes if you walked and there is a lot to see over there. The room was clean, and the service was incredibly nice. 10/10 will be staying here every time we visit DC. Panera bread is across the street from the building (roughly 140 feet) and McDonald’s is right around the corner (4 minute walk if you’re a sloth) Great hotel!!

Nick Running: Stayed at many Hampton inns and this one was just OK at best. Our room would not heat at all, stuck at 64 all day and night, pretty cold! The shower had black mold all over. The worst part was the bed, and absolute rock! I would suggest the garden inn just a few blocks east.

Michelle Emeh: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. We were greeted and welcomed by a lovely front desk clerk. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I wanted to lift her up. She was pleasant, professional and polite. We arrived prior to check in and was pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. The room and bathroom was clean and airy and it came equipped with a microwave/refrigerator. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was good, I personally don't eat huge breakfast but all the amenities were in place to do so. I loved the surrounding area, shops, restaurants etc etc. We will definitely return. Lindsay Green: Stayed here for a cheer competition at the Gaylord. It is conveniently located across the street. Lots of restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. The kids really enjoyed the pool, was a little to cold for the adults. This hotel was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jeff Walker: I'm a fan. This is in a nice location - not in the middle of the action, but super close and easily walkable. Restaurants and attractions are right next door. The front desk staff we met were very helpful and positive, and they provided excellent direction with hotel and attraction information. It's the only Hilton owned property in this area. I wish there was a full service hotel here like other chains have, but this offers all you need for a brief stay. The room was very clean and well kept, and we felt comfortable with the cleaning procedures. We recommend this hotel for a great stay in this area.

T CH: Great stay! Huge room! Great location! Our only issues were a loud high-pitch sound when the hot water was on…low water pressure…and only one side of the bed had USB/outlets. Parking was easy…and access to other harbor areas was convenient. Definitely recommend.

Thomas McAuley: The location is perfect for easy walking distance to dining and shopping. The front staff was friendly and professional. The lobby and room was very clean. The only reason for four and not five stars is the breakfast. We arrived about 10 minutes before the end of breakfast, and they were out of items and not looking to restock. We had a great visit and I would stay here again.

Katie Vogler: My family always stay within the Hilton family and most the time we stay at Hampton Inn. We decided to take our 4 children away for the night and chose to stay at the National Harbor. We stayed on the 6th floor, the room was ok, the one thing we loved was the large windows. The down fault was that the windows opened outward with no screen on the other side and large enough that our toddler could’ve climbed out of it so we made sure to keep those closed. The lobby was very nice, breakfast was alright nothing overly delicious just typical. We loved the fact that is was a short walk to the water. Overall we would stay here again if decided to stay in the area.

Deanna Lewis: We stayed here for a stop at six flags America. This was a perfect location due to the food and shopping nearby, The pool is nice (not too exciting but good for keeping kids entertained for a little)The breakfast here was excellent with good choices. Check in and out was also easy. Do ask for a room away from the elevators as they do make noise when they arrive on the same floor, if that is something that will bother you.

Amber Laviolette (The Traveling Crawfish): Hotel was quiet and clean. Javon (spelling?) at the front desk has amazing customer service and great hospitality. Great choices to pick from every morning for breakfast and food was delicious. Indoor pool was closed because it needed maintenance, but should be operational today. Great location near a shopping center so we could get anything we needed conveniently and about 30 minutes from DC. Would gladly stay here again.

Chandra McClure: We frequently stay at Hampton Inn and it's always amazing. This location was extremely busy area. It was nice because there was a lot of restaurants, shopping, and gas stations. But it was a very high activity area. The staff was all very polite and accommodating. All the amenities and rooms were clean, and Breakfast was good. There were some negative things about this location. First things were there was glass on the sidewalk outside the door and an extremely full trash can out front for two days. Which was odd. We noticed upon entry the door was very Rickety and loud. Our room was apparently directly above it. All night long it sounded like the people above us were just rolling around and stomping and making so much noise. It seems to die down a little and we were exhausted and managed to fall asleep. But, I was woken by it a couple times during the night. When we down to breakfast my husband and I discussed the situation and I said it's definitely the door, everytime it opened it was so loud and clanking. He spoke with front desk and we were moved up to the next floor on the third. Things were fine the second night no big deal. On the third night however things went wrong. We came in exhausted and went almost immediately to sleep, by like nine pm. We had to be up extra early for our long ride home. I was jolted awake by very loud banging on our door, it was about eleven thirty. I catapulted out of bed in shock. I woke my husband, and was panicked. Our phone rang once. I raced over and called the front desk, and asked if it was them. The desk attendant said it was him, and that the people occupying the room below were mad that we were being so loud, stomping, that we were running around, rolling around and shaking their whole room. I told the desk attendant that we were all asleep and no one was making a sound in our room and that it was the front door. I said that we were moved up a floor for that very reason. He was nice, and said that he did remember that we had been moved for that reason, when we were moved for that reason our room was empty, no one was in it the night before when we heard the same things. I hung up. And waited a few and called back. I said that I was panicked and worried because of the aggressiveness and he said he was still talking with that guest and going to see if they heard the door when he went threw it. They said they did, and he said he was shutting the door down and not to worry. He was nice and I think a little shocked, as I was. I tried to stress to him how uncomfortable I truly was. And we could also now hear the door on the third floor as well. It was a sticky situation, he gave the impression the guest did not believe it was in fact the door. I was up most the night and very worried. I did not get much sleep. It was an odd situation and don't really think the employees were to blame, he did his best to handle the situation but it was all around weird. Things malfunction and need fixed but I do wish that room below us hadn't been booked after we informed staff of the situation with the door.

Ketura Dor: I totally love my stay at this hotel. The complementary breakfast very job, everyday you get different options. The hotel very clean and very family friendly. This hotel is near shopping area that have a lot of restaurants, shopping stores, local Costco and Wegmans.

K Hayes: Here for basketball tournament, almost entire team stayed at hotel. Clean lobby, and common areas. Breakfast had variety and was flavorful considering it was grab and go. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff friendly, helpful and we were consistently greeted with a smile. If we're back in the area, will definitely stay here again

Truth Lva: Very quick and easy check in. The digital process is genius for those who are tech savvy enough. The older crowd would probably still prefer normal front desk check in. I did not understand why there weren't any trash bags in the receptacles that were provided in the rooms. The room appeared clean and presentable. Didn't interact with any team members except at breakfast on Sunday morning. The lady keeping the food stocked did a great job considering there were large groups of people there. Sausage was not thoroughly cooked though. Would have liked an additional meat alternative like bacon or ham. Overall good experience though they location posts challenges for charter buses with large groups. I would stay there again for a little less price though. Double bed though not Queens.

Charlie Moon: I always stay at Hilton hotels. The standards are always very high with the Hilton brand. This location did not disappoint. All of the staff was very nice, the hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect. Frank at the front desk is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. His personality is very uplifting, he has this positive energy about him that is like no one I have ever met before. I will definitely stay at this property again and will highly recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Michala Enli: When we arrived at the hotel, the entire lobby was torn up being remodeled. This included the breakfast area. They had breakfast set up at the Holiday Inn next door, but the communication on where exactly this was, the hours, etc. was extremely poor. On the morning we checked out, the elevators down to the lobby were being inspected. There were no signs on the elevator buttons in the lobby or on any of the floors. After a few minutes of standing there pressing the button and nothing happening, we gave up and carried our suitcases down 6 flights of stairs. During the checkout timeframe seems like a really bad time to not have the elevators accessible to guests. Thankfully we were able-bodied enough to carry our luggage down the stairs. The room itself was nice and updated. I understand that this is all a necessary part of remodeling, but there was no note of these inconveniences on the website when we booked and I’m not sure if the room rates reflected this. The biggest complaint we had was the lack of communication surrounding these temporary changes. If we would have known about the remodeling in advance, if we had been informed of the changes to the breakfast, and if there were signs posted on the elevators informing us of the inspections going on that made them unusable, it would have eased a lot of frustration.

J Ramses Arias: Great customer service, big comfy rooms with a microwave and fridge. The only complaint is that they don’t have room service daily. So we had to ask for dry towels for each day. The bright side is you get complementary breakfast daily. Would definitely recommend. Another great thing about this hotel is that your close by shopping malls and restaurants.

Tank Wells: First, the front and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and food were good too. Hotel was clean and quiet despite construction. Airport Shuttle was also very responsive and friendly. However, the internet did not function the 4 days I was there. I could connect but there was no more than a few minutes of actual usable internet service on one day. In addition, my rate was wrong in the system and trying to get it fixed has become more than a pain. I left two messages for the manager and spoke to her on the third call. Still waiting for the quick call back letting me know it was fixed.

Alexander: Amazing location, friendly staff, and fantastic amenities/rooms. This hotel has it all, especially since it is finishing up a near total renovation. A very short walk to the Metro where you can quickly be in DC in a matter of minutes. HIGHLY recommend. The free breakfast and airport shuttle can’t be beat.

Mary Fernandez: I love the Hilton Honors experience. Traveling over 30 years I select it when ever possible. The rooms, breakfast and service are the same quality from state to state. This one was nicely located and the parking options were good. Location, location location...sense of safety feels the same.

Iákwb: The rooms are nice and the beds are very nice. Another good thing was we met a concierge Theresa who was very wonderful and helpful. One not so good thing is the pictures are deceptive with there being no pool. Also I was looking for a place to fill my water bottle and they sent me next door to another hotel.

Bonnie Mallory: This will be a mixed review. The hotel two queen beds and room was very large and liked having the small kitchen type area. With a couch, chair and end tables and coffee table, with the two queens was very nice. The bathroom didn't have a door separating the preparation room from the rest of the bedroom area, this would have made it easier to get dressed without disturbing others sleeping. In the morning, got up to use the work out area and there were only two towels and the workout area needed a thorough wipe down. There were sweat marks on the equipment. I went and informed front desk twice that towels were needed and the next day they still weren't there; and the women working out said they had to go to the front desk to get towels and the old towels from yesterday were still there. I again informed the front desk of the missing towels. I left that day so I don't know if the area was every wiped down or towels finally delivered. As for the breakfast, they definitely watered it down too much. Both days the oatmeal was more like soup. I tried one day but just couldn't do it the second day. There was just too much water and using plastic spoons, it was hopeless. As for the eggs, they were tasteless and again I think they "watered" down these too with something that was just too much. I didn't try the meat, but it looked fine. And they had waffles which ran out of strawberry flavored mix and regular constantly. The cereals were very boring, no sugar cereals, only the cheapest ones supplied. They did have muffins, toast and bagels available and juice and milk. Someone spilled their food on the floor and I mentioned to front desk, they picked it up but did not clean the floor. The next day a liquid was on the floor and that also was not cleaned up. Not pleased with the selection or the hotel in general and have stayed at many Hampton Inns. A little more care in cleaning would be better.

Spencer Berry: When I reserved to stay here, I really had low expectations due to the location near Loop I495. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and we had a great stay. Parking was kind of congested, but we found spot close enough to the entrance. Our room was very nice and spacious. The only knock of the room was the location of the TV, which faced a wall and the bathroom area...however, it swiveled so that wasn't a deal breaker. The best surprise was the breakfast buffet 😋. We were treated to cheesy eggs, sausage and self serve Waffles (regular and blue berry) our first morning, and the next day was eggs, link sausage, fried potatoes and self serve Waffles (regular and chocolate). There was also plenty of coffee, juices, and other items available. They also had a very large dining area which made finding a table and comfortable seating very easy. The location was perfect for access to the highways and very close to the subway stations and surrounding restaurants. It was also only minutes away from the airport, so it made arriving to our departing flight very easy. We would definitely stay here again when we travel to the DC/Virginia/Maryland area for a future visit.

Mahuwena Goito: I stayed with my friend for four days and three nights for Katsucon. The hotel lobby was nicely furnished and the room was clean. The beds were super comfortable, as well. The shower in the bathroom only ran cold. When we asked the front desk person about it, she suggested flushing the toilet as a hack. That worked about twice and for less than ten minutes. My showers were ice cold save for one time. I will say that I don't blame the front desk person for the shower issue. She informed us that she was the only person working, so that's not her fault. She was very friendly and apologetic about everything. She offered to switch our rooms, but we opted not to since we were already unpacked and nearing the end of our stay. There was free breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00 AM. While the breakfast options were varied (eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, coffee, tea, etc), there were no vegan options except for fruit and beverages. Parking was also free.

Marc Freedman: On the plus side, the property is relatively cheap, it is in a good location, and the staff is helpful and friendly! And that may be enough for some. However, I suppose you get what you pay for... The shower drain was slow and the toilet had an extremely delayed fill. There has been a drastic reduction in amenities, such as the previously provided hair conditioner and 2 bars of soap. Room temperature was difficult to regulate, and bedding seemed well used. The workout facility needs attention. None of the TVs worked on the machines, and all treadmills need repair/maintenance Also, it is a very cold room with poor ventilation! The breakfast choices have been greatly reduced (but is still decent).

brian davis: Overall stay here was great. Room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was filling. Only issue was the parking spaces. They were all very very small. I had to shimmy into my car and then carefully open the door and then back out so the rest of my group could get into the car. Other than that I would stay here again if needed. Very close to the Metro and highways.

Lisa Rodgers: The staff was very accommodating, the room was extremely clean, the lobby was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. We were able to get to DC easily and were not far from restaurants and stores. When in the area we will definitely choose this hotel again.

N. Rey: I would NOT recommend this hotel. The A/C does not adequately keep the room cold. And it is SUPER loud! We called downstairs to ask what time breakfast was over. They informed us it would 1000. At 0921, my husband went down & it was OVER!!! We were given stained and torn towels at different times throughout our stay. The hotel should NOT be a part of the Hilton chain. I did not expect what we got.

Blake Hampton: My stay was pretty good. Hotel located not too far from the DC area, and a reasonable priced room. What really made me like this hotel was I stayed there during my move from Texas and when I checked out, I accidentally left my navy ring in the room, but didn’t realize it until I made it to NY. So I called and I called but no luck in retrieving it. I finally got a call from Ms Svetlana saying they retrieved my ring. And she was very friendly and kept me relaxed and relieved. She went out of her way to get it shipped to me and I can say I thank her enough. The ring meant a lot to me and she took that into consideration👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. So if you stay there, just know she will take care of you.

Kevin Hanson: Great location. Great service. Room heater broke on last night of stay, on the coldest night too. The hotel was full because of the cheer convention, which made the breakfast experience chaotic. The breakfast food quality has deteriorated. Eggs and meats were overcooked and bland. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Dena Marie Monticone: Nice rooms! The staff are friendly and professional -- quite kind, in fact, and were good listeners/seemed to care/treated me with respect. Staying here was a wonderful experience. The weekend got a bit busy with people in the breakfast area, but that's how it goes on weekends at places, of course. No real complaints from me. Good breakfast choices. At my request, I was moved to another room too (I did not like my first neighbors). That's above and beyond what is expected, in my opinion. Very happy to have stayed here. It was a bit of solace from an otherwise hectic life. The location is convenient for walking too. 7-11, Burger King, and an Asian grocery store (among other places) are within walking distance of the hotel!

Diamond Chavis: The hotel was lovely and the renovations look wonderful. Staff during my stay were very helpful and kind. I did confuse myself a bit during check in (I didn't know adding cards doing digital check in didn't change the reservation card) and I went down to the lobby desk to change the cards. When I saw my check out receipt with the wrong card, the gentleman downstairs at the front desk switched the cards and gave me an updated receipt with the correct information. I thought the charge would be cleared off (this was Wednesday). It did yesterday (Thursday 05/26) then I was charged completely on my original card today (Friday 05/27) with my other card still pending. When I called today to get this cleared up, I felt the woman I talked to was not listening to my concerns and was dismissive. She kept talking over me when I was asking questions when allI wanted to know was how did they manage to charge one card knowing I asked for the other one to be charged instead. So now I'm waiting for five to seven business days for my money to come back. I liked everything about my stay, but this kind of soured my experience. Edit: Money is back. After some reflection, changed from three to four stars. Stay was still really great regardless of the few mishaps had.

Greg Matthews: I had previously and mistakenly only given this hotel 3 stars. I was confusing it with another we stayed at. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful and professional. I only wish they had a pool, but other than that, I have no criticism. Highly recommended.

Stacey Billups: First time visiting the area. The hotel was clean and the location was great for restaurants and convenience stores. I was attending a concert at the Eaglebank Arena and this was an awesome choice of hotel - 7min away and affordable. When visiting the area again, I will definitely stay there.

Robert Spiers: Front desk staff was professional. Rooms and hotel common areas clean. Hand Sanitizer all around. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Some hot items and some grab and go.

Gina E: The hotel and the room were very clean. The bed sheets were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I think could have been better is letting the customers know about any allergens in the complimentary breakfast. I asked a staff member about this and she wasn't sure so she got the manager for me which was great, however, I had to wait a while. I think it would be great if the ingredients and allergens were visible for customers to see. Other than that I think the hotel and staff were excellent. I appreciate that the breakfast dining area was available for customers after breakfast and it was kept very clean. I also I appreciate that complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby area. I called saying that I would be late and someone was there to do my check-in when I arrived very late in the evening.

Carol Tompkins: Our stay was excellent! Staff & Manager very helpful whenever I had a request. Breakfast was not only good, but the staff did a great job cleaning & disinfecting throughout the entire breakfast hours. Room was clean & cool. Definitely recommend.

Since we first reached out, Liza, Dorene, and the rest of their staff took care of all of our requests, made sure to get us in and out, and did I mention their impeccable follow through. In this day and age of covid it's really nice and wonderful to find a place that takes care of you and your people. I wish this branch and their staff the very best. Keep up the great work!

Jessica Salas: The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They accommodated our room request without question. The breakfast offered a nice variety. There were also plenty of outlets to plug in our electronics. The two things that the hotel could improve upon is better lighting in general (it felt like there were only 40 watt bulbs in the lamps), but especially the bathroom as well as a fan in the bathroom. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Julie Evans: Very professional and polite staff! Rooms were very clean and accommodating. Very close to DC for sight seeing and plenty of restaurant options nearby. And they did not charge for parking which is a plus because every where else seemed to overcharge just to park your car. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Roberto Garcia: Took a random trip to DC. Hampton Inn Alexandria just a 15 minute ride into downtown DC. Got a great rate. Room was super clean and comfortable. A little noisy at night it’s off of Leeburg‘s Turnpike. Heavy traffic at time. However it’s close to shopping area and many spots to have food. The free breakfast buffet is amazing. I went every morning on my visit. Next in DC. I will probably book again but, request a room at the rear of the hotel. Probably will cut noise from traffic going by.

Real Brown: I gave it a 3 because of the breakfast. It was delicious honestly. The parking was terrible but we found a spot. But I didn’t like the fact that I had already paid for my hotel online and it showed a reservation number and everything. But your overnight employee tried to charge me an extra 142.00 for what???? I’m glad I did not put my card into that machine. I didn’t like that. And for that I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be staying there.

Nethaji A: The stay was good and peaceful. The rooms were clean enough and all the staff were very curteous. One of the suggestion is to move the vending machine near to the Front desk so that any guest can have access to drinks/ sodas easily.

Samir sm: First time to try this hotel, was an amazing experience. The check in process was seamless. Ample of parking spots available ( was for free during my stay, I was told that at times they charge). Also they are clear in their instructions. The room I got was super clean and with a fridge and a microwave.. breakfast was better than what I got in an actual breakfast place with lots of choices. Also they have a pool and a gym. I hope you enjoy your stay like I did.

Sebasthian Ahumada: We stayed at this location during our trip to DC and were blown away by the positive experience we had. The manager, I believe his name was Kevin, was absolutely welcoming and accommodating in every way. He went out of his way multiple times to personally ensure that every guest was comfortable and had all their needs met. We forgot to pack some supplies and he happily provided a replacement. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had no weird smells. The Continental Breakfast was delicious and plentiful while the eating area was constantly kept clean. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great trip. We have agreed to make this our permanent hotel whenever visiting the area.

Thomas Weaver: We had a very nice, spacious room. We are showing our condo for sale and it was great that they were able to accommodate our cats! We had a comfortable, and restful stay. The young gentleman at the front desk was super professional and attentive. Everything was fresh and clean. I have had a great experience at each Hampton Inn that I've stayed at.

Brenda Covey: Had a great stay here. Rooms were perfect and our kids loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious and definitely above average when it comes to continental breakfasts. You really can't beat this place for the price especially when you can avoid the traffic over DC while also being withing a 15 minute drive. We found it was easier to stay outside of the city and just catch a bus in.

A Curly MUA Mom's World: This hotel exceeded my expectations. Besides the minor mixup on the first day. I reserved my room on booking.com and received a confirmation email and message from the hotel, only for the booking to not be found. The check in clerk was very honest saying that this happens quite often. After a 4+ hour drive I conceded and just got the room through him it was almost $50 more than I expected to pay but I didn't want any problems. The rooms were very clean upon arrival. And my son and I immediately got changed to go to the pool. Pool area was a little messy and no towels but we simply requested some from the front desk and they came and brought more. Breakfast was limited but Rosario is such a sweet lady. She makes sure everything is fully stocked and stays on top of the cleaning and the coffee. No housekeeping unless you request it they aren't required to wear masks so they don't want the housekeeping coming in your room because of covid protocol. It was fine as we were with our two young children. All in all would definitely recommend and come back.

Matthew Lenza: The service was friendly from the young man running the front desk. No problems there. Sadly we were unlucky, and it seems there was a problem with ants in our room. Only a few at first, but when I had a can of soda out on the table you could see a lot more crawling over it. I told the front desk about it and the one front desk guy was nice about it and mentioned moving rooms as a possibility. Sadly when the manager/shift manager? arrived I was only given a trash bag (remove anything edible for the ants and leave it outside the door), told it was common, that they were booked, and that nothing could be done. Yet I saw some rooms still selling online, so that was a lie. Hopefully this isn't how Hilton or Hampton Inn as a whole treats customers. We just ended up leaving a day early. Being prohibited from eating or drinking anything in the room just wasn't going to work out.

RICHARD CRAIGO: We just spent the first week of March 2022 at this hotel and it is a safe neighborhood .This is a really great hotel with very friendly staff and there are plenty of restaurants and other businesses within close proximity. It is also close to Washington DC and the Pentagon . On average it only took us between 10 to 25 minutes to get to downtown Washington depending on traffic or if you prefer there is a bus stop across the street from the hotel . Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and if I'm ever in that area again I will definitely stay there again

Jae Shirley: On the day we were to checkout there was no water in the hotel at all, so we couldn't shower or anything. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. We were within a certain time frame, so we couldn't wait to find out when this matter was going to be fixed. We had already had no water for an hour and was told it might be fixed within the next 20 minutes. Beyond that, don't bother eating the free breakfast. It was disgusting.

Stephanie Pascalli: This is a great hotel for families visiting DC. It is right next to the Metro but also has a great vibe to do a night or 2 in downtown Alexandria. We had small children so the hot continental breakfast was great with plenty of options and the menu changed daily. We also had connecting rooms which was easy to have privacy but our children close by with a door inside our room to our adjoining room. I would definitely stay here again. Although the hotel had an older model vibe being in downtown Alexandria I thought overall cleanliness was great and they were even able to accommodate an early check in due to our flight being early.

Barbara Barnes: Amazing stay! Best quality of service I have ever had and will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know because of how great the staff was. We had a problem with checking in (on our side) and they were so accommodating and helpful. Parking was great, the free breakfast was better than I expected, the location could not have been beat anywhere, is it was on the most walkable street I have ever been on and right next to the metro so it was as easy as it could be to get into DC. Special shout out to Tina and Janette for being so helpful! Hampton Inn is lucky to have you :)

Laurie Steinke: Perfect location for visiting DC area! A rough beginning but not due to hotel. The electricity was due to be turned off around midnight until morning. We were properly informed, given advice about air conditioning, and given a flashlight for safety in the room. The breakfast is the BEST I have ever had in a hotel....hot foods (eggs, potatoes, bacon), fresh fruit in individual cups, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, pastries, etc....I can't imagine not being able to find something for everyone. It was kept fresh and stocked. They even had water bottles that we could take with us on our sight seeing journeys. Room was clean and sanitized. Elevator is a bit slow. We parked one night at the hotel. Do NOT drive a large car into the garage....it was built for compact cars. King Metro station just a few blocks away. Very safe walking day and night. We took Metro to and from airport. Very convenient. Hotel on King Street. We walked both night and day up and down the entire street. Felt very safe. Ate at local restaurants....great variety. This hotel has it all!

Michael Rogers: Our stay was great. This started at check in, they allowed us to do a early check in and greeted my group and I with smiles and friendly conversation. Then we got to our room, the room was spotless and cleaned perfectly. The only issue I could find but didn't really mater that much was the bath tub had a dip in the middle which allowed for water not to drain all the way. I still give the location 5 stars. Would go again and recommend anyone to stay there. Thanks again to the front desk staff, From check in to check out and all the times in-between they always had a smile and friendly as if They met us before.

Erica Coker: Absolutely wonderful location! By far the best deal in the area. We contemplated the Hilton that is just a few blocks over but so glad we chose King Street. Situated on one end of busy King street, the hop on and off trolley will take you between the hotel and the Potomac river front. Shops and restaurants along King Street stay open later than normal business hours. It was great to come back after a day at the museums in DC (that closed at 530) and be able to shop/eat along King Street. The plan was to take the Metro into DC daily. The Metro station is 2 blocks from the hotel. However, we woke up on Saturday to a banner message on the Metro app saying the Metro was down between us and DC on Sat and Sun for maintenance. We would have had to take a bus to another Metro station then the Metro. Instead, we Uber'ed into DC every day. I think about 30 bucks. It was about a 20 min ride. It wasn't bad at all. It would have been about a 40 min Metro ride, which was a little longer than we initially thought it would be anyway. Service at the hotel was also stellar. There was complimentary breakfast every morning with complimentary bottled water and a coffee/tea bar available all day long. There was a gym with a few machines and some free weights, and a business center with a printer available. My only complaint is the beds are so hard. If you made it this far in my review, I need to tell you, the beds are hard. They are so hard. It makes me so sad because this place is literally perfect but those beds...... Hampton if you read this, upgrade your mattresses. Please.

A Cooper: I would definitely stay here again. It was a good deal in comparison to the other hotels in the area. If was at one end of King Street (opposite of the waterfront), therefore we were able to walk the entire street on one side and back and catch all the cute little shops. On it's other side was near the metro (walking distance) and a more modern side of the city. Also a close drive to Mt Vernon and Belle Haven park for the sunrise! Near all the fun and several good restaurants. The parking was also a good deal $20 for the entire stay and they also let us keep it there after check out until 6pm. It is a small lot, but I have a small car so it worked for me. If you have a large vehicle, it may be hard to to get in and out. The staff at check on in late afternoon of 11/13 was so kind and at check out on 11/14 as well. Breakfast was a decent spread and tea/coffee/fruit is available all day. The room was clean and comfortable. Oh and they have a checkout at noon, so you can sleep in! Stay here!

tysgirly: Perfect location for exploring DC. We could ride the train into the city each day and have a quiet place to sleep each night. Plenty of night life on King St with a free trolley to get you there. Metro station is a block away. My family of 3 loved the King suite because my teenager had privacy sleeping in the sitting room on the pull out sofa bed.

JD McQueen: Room was great, staff helpful, location awesome. Awesome breakfast, better than most Hamptons I stay at. Had to fly several hours to get here only to find out the pool is out of order. NO notice about that upon check in, booking email or on website. Glad I don't have little kids anymore.

Quicksand Dan: Betty at the front desk was fantastic! Great room, hot breakfast, great stay! Alexandria is a cute city with a free trolly around the area. The Metro is 2 blocks away and perfect for getting to DC. Will definitely stay there again when visiting DC next time.

Kyle Bennison: Very clean rooms and enough towels for the four of us in our room. In a good location on King Street, about a 20 minute walk or quick drive or FREE trolley ride to the water. Included free breakfast and free street parking after 9pm on Saturday night. There is a small weight room.

Lorraine B: The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Room had coffee, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was nice, we couldn't find the switch for the exhaust fan. Water pressure was great and got hot water right away. Breakfast each day was good and well stocked. Cookies in the evening in the lobby. I would stay there again.

Roy Brown: Spent three nights for a wedding weekend, along with the wedding party and several other guests. The room was reliably Hampton Inn comfortable. The manager was not only accommodating to the group, he was also quite friendly, speaking whenever he saw us and engaging in conversation whenever we were waiting for someone to come down. He made sure to have our room serviced when we did not check out on Sunday. I give extra credit to any hotel with waffles for breakfast. The rest of the breakfast fare was pretty typical. Two things to know: 1. Parking, while adequate, is mostly not convenient to the main entrance. 2. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel has a list of nearby places.

Trent Heck: This was a wonderful place. The room was very clean and well organized and had a work area, refrigerator, microwave, etc. the room was full sanitized and sealed prior to check in. There were multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. Hot and fresh coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 and there was a very well stocked mini-store for late night munchies. There was a full breakfast in the mornings from 6 to 10. There was also free WiFi.

Bill Aliff: Very clean, beautiful place as are all Hampton Inn hotels. I want to primarily give TRENT the desk clerk ***** stars for information about restaurants and local places of interest and his excellent customer service attitude. Although we only spent one night he made our stay along with our friends a memorable and exceptional stay!

Mudit Mehta: This is a great hotel to stay at. Cleanliness: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Location: 9/10 Staff was quite warm, helpful and friendly. Rooms were quite clean and big. It is 30 minutes from DC so not bad on the location too. I’d definitely stay here again in the future!

Babii S: Average stay, average hotel. Average breakfast. Hot shower even though the water pressure would change while I was in the shower. Most hotels that I've stayed at have black out curtains , this one did not. There were rooms available but at first I wasn't all able to check in early. After 1.5 hours I was allowed. I've always been able to check in early. ( I'm a night nurse) . Otherwise I liked how close it was to stores and restaurants.

Elaine Martinez: We stayed here in June of 2021 and made a reservation using booking.com long story short we had issues with the booking and getting the refund but the manager at the hotel, Scott, was amazing! He helped us get both issues fixed quickly even though booking.com was trying to give me the run around. I definitely recommend this hotel because not only was it very nice and clean but also because of the manager who provided such great customer service!

Cheryll Fleming: The rooms were updated and very clean. They were a little small so with luggage for just two people it felt cramped. The microwave, fridge and coffee maker were newer models. The front desk clerks were very helpful. I asked for a fork since our delivery didn't include one and he had no problem giving us 2 plastic forks. I also asked for late checkout which was accommodated with no issue. The hotel is close to shopping, food and a cinema. I would stay here again.

Shara Brown: Mixed review. TV gave us problems. Remote didn’t work and volume didn’t work. Half the channels had no sound. Bed was hard. 4 standard size pillows on king size bed and they were hard. Idk how to feel about that. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Location is awesome and near everything. I would stay again but only because there was a fridge and microwave in the room.

Ashley Burgess: I was not pleased at all . I was not greeted.I was partially checked in even though my room was fully paid. I was charged an extra $111 a day after I checked out. Hotel double booked my room. Housekeeping walked in on my husband without knocking. My friend had bed bugs in her room.

Tiffany Richardson: The rooms were not amazing but they were clean and comfortable the room temperature it was okay. The hotel staff was very friendly both at check-in/checkout and breakfast. Unfortunately the walls are very thin so I did hear my neighbors in the hotel room and I’m sure they could hear us. While the breakfast was complementary it was not the best… I did very much enjoy the waffles but the eggs and sausage were really questionable. Lastly, it would seem that Bowie’s cell service in general is very bad but at no time during my stay was I able to connect to the hotels Wi-Fi.

cbev730: The worst experience I’ve ever had at one of your hotels. After 2 unacceptable rooms the 3rd room was tolerable but by no means was a satisfactory stay. The 1st room was right next to someone who’s dog kept barking all night. The second room had such a strong pet odor you could barely get past the door way. And third room was right under where the barking dog was and when you used the shower the water would not drain properly. I’m very disappointed with our stay and many guest in our party whom also stayed here had similar experience’s. As much as charged me for a stay at this hotel was horrible and I will never stay at one of your properties again.
