Days Inn by Wyndham Washington DC/Connecticut Avenue: what do users think?
Kelly Cunningham
Kelly Cunningham: The reviews do don’t do this place justice. It was great for the price! The room was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Yes, it was a little outdated, but you’re not paying $500 a night to stay here. Also, parking is only $25 a night On Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday-Thursday have free parking. There is no full continental breakfast, but there is coffee and muffins.. BUT, you’re in DC go enjoy breakfast at a good diner!
Response: Dear Kelly, We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your time with us at Days Inn Washington DC, and we're happy that our clean, comfortable accommodations left a positive impression on you. Please come back to visit us again the next time you're in the area!
Lauren Klos
Lauren Klos: Although the hotel didn’t seem like much from the outside, the lobby is very nice and well-kept and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I liked being able to walk to restaurants nearby and being in the city itself (instead of having to stay in North Bethesda for a similar rate). The one downfall was the nightly $25 rate for self-parking in their open garage.
Response: Dear Lauren, We are thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed your stay at Days Inn Washington DC. We agree; there is nothing better than a great staff and comfy bed to return to after a busy day, so we are happy you were impressed. Should your travels bring you back to the area, we hope you choose to stay with us again.
Phil Miller
Phil Miller: It’s a Days Inn. Can’t expect a lot. It was inexpensive and room 410 was clean. It is within the DC square. That is a lot. People at the desk were great. No breakfast, no microwave and no refrigerator. The only breakfast restaurant close is a Burger King. Old building so bring your own wall plugs etc. We will make it work because of the location and cleanliness.
Response: Dear Phil, Hearing from our guests is essential as we constantly strive to enhance our guest experience, so thank you for reaching out. Though it was a pleasure having you, and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed our convenient location and friendly staff, we regret that other areas of your stay fell short for you. Rest assured, your concerns are valid and will be addressed internally as we evolve our services and property. It is our hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future for a better visit.
A. Rosenquist
A. Rosenquist: My son and his friend were supposed to have a refrigerator but they said they didn’t have any due to Covid (?) but then they magically found one when I called and pointed out that we had a guest with a medical need for it. Be aware that they don’t charge the card you reserved with online unless you, the cardholder, are physically standing there holding it— not at all clear in the reservation process and very inconvenient in a city full of college students whose parents might want to pay from another place. It’s near the metro but other than that it’s not a particularly easy or pleasant place to stay.
Response: We appreciated the opportunity to host your son and his friend. Thank you for mentioning our convenient location near the Metro. While our accommodations are not equipped with a refrigerator, we're glad that our team was able to assist you with this request. Please know you can review a full list of our amenities on our website before making a reservation. If your son's travels bring him back to Washington DC, we hope he will return for an even better experience.
Hannah Mench
Hannah Mench: If you’re looking for an easy, no frills, clean, quiet, peaceful, safe place, on a main road, look no further. I stayed for one night just traveling through town and it was simple, tidy and perfect. Disclaimer: the bed was not the comfiest mattress in the world but it was fine, and hey, the lady at the front desk was nice so it balances out.
Response: Dear Hannah, We are delighted to hear we were exactly what you needed on your quick trip through town. From our clean, comfy accommodations to our friendly guest service, Days Inn by Wyndham Washington DC/Connecticut Avenue has everything one could need to enjoy a stay with us. While your bed wasn't to your preference, we're so happy our convenient location and peaceful atmosphere helped make up for it. The next time you're in town for a bit longer, depend on us again for the value you deserve!
Folu A
Folu A: Hotel was like a place that had its great days but now old and falling apart. Four stars for the location and its access to other things. There was a nice bookstore about 10minutes walk and the best coffee shop was just 1minute walk. The hotel itself is 2 stars. You can find cleaner places to sleep for same price or thereabouts. I was to spend 2nights there and even for such short stay, I couldn’t stay the second night. Staff was ok.
Response: Dear Folu, Though we are an older building, we do our best to maintain a high level of comfort. We're glad you still enjoyed the convenience of our location, and we hope for a chance to improve your perceptions the next time your travels point you in our direction.

Brittany Watkins
Brittany Watkins: The reviews on here are a bit extra I think... This is a decent hotel! I stayed this past weekend for the 1st time visiting DC and it was clean and they were very helpful. You have to get your own extra towels and they dnt clean your room until u checkout but it was not a bad stay at all. I will stay again. They have a laundry room and vending machines and ATM in the lobby.
Michelle Casares
Michelle Casares: I rent rooms for our construction crews several times throughout the year. Working with this motel has been THE WORST experience I have had by far. I should have known that a chain that would not allow us to "direct bill" was not trustworthy. They gave us a monthly rate since our crew was scheduled to be in the area for 6 weeks. The project was postponed so our crew only needed to stay there for a few weeks. I asked the motel to charge us the regular rate and credit our corporate card for the remainder. Of course I got the runaround and they are wanting to charge us for time that our crew will not be there. There was no where in any documentation that said we would have to pay for time that we did not use the room. DO NOT do business with this motel. Fair warning.
Scarlett Fascetti
Scarlett Fascetti: The place is really dirty, their were cockroaches in the lobby area. We had no choice but to stay there for one night since we could not get our money back or find anything better in the area. This is not a place that I would ever stay at. I don’t do fancy but I do clean. The bathroom in the lobby was so gross and smelled like throw up that my mother eyes teared and almost threw up herself. I felt bad for my guest and I apologized tremendously. The pool as you can probably guess, close with a cover on it on a 85 degree day at the end of June. There’s nothing I can say that’s positive except the bed was clean, the bathroom in the room were old and gross. We got up at crack of dawn to leave. Pay a little more do research about the area before you go there. Cause the area where it was was just as bad.
Charlie Decker
Charlie Decker: Made reservations on line using hotels.com, it set the wrong date. I made another for the right date and had the original reservation cancelled using hotels, com with a 100% insurance. It was cancelled 15 days prior to check in and they or Days in will not refund the money and hotels.com says they can do anything. On to the staff at front desk , the 2 people I felt to checking in and checking out were great. Very helpful and informative. The rooms are good , the screwed down tv was funny. But after watching the drug deals go down in the room beside my I understand. I would have given a 4 ⭐ but the refund policy is a joke.

Wyndham Garden Washington DC Area: what do users think?
Eliot Prowse
Eliot Prowse: Neat and clean. Comfortable beds. No carpets in room made it a little loud from doors closing in the hall and people talking, but seemed cleaner than a carpet might. Good renovations but seemed unfinished. Desk was more a shelf not really attached to wall too well, leaking faucet, bathroom door old with rusty hinges. Terrific bath/shower. Breakfast was okay, not like going out to eat but more than just bagels. Outdoor pool was still closed (end of March), small fitness room. Plenty of parking lot space.
Ashok Patel
Ashok Patel: The best part of the hotel was nice comfy beds and clean sheets but there were so many not so good or average points. Front Desk - Not so welcoming. Took extra long time to give me a room. Checked in at 8.30 pm. Day time front desk staff was courteous. Insects - Found insects on the ceiling. Elevator - Very small and not clean. Hardwood floor - This is better than carpets. Looks clean. However, the carpet in the hallway looked dirty (It may not be dirty, but looked dirty due to its design and dark and light shades). Air conditioning - The separate AC unit was not working. Spent the whole night without AC. We had booked the room for two days. Next day informed the front desk and was fixed immediately. Central Heating and Cooling System - This was actually only heating system. I set the lower thermostat temperature hoping that it will cool the room, but instead it heated the room. The next day front desk staff explained this to me and told me to keep it off. But I already spent the night in heat. Bathroom - Too small. Breakfast - Average. Too noisy. The coffee was the best. Parking lot - clean parking area. Enough parking available. Price - Good price as compared to other competitors. Value for the money - Not the best hotel but you get the value for your money if you are ready to compromise with your comfort. This is definitely not the Windham experience, I had at Smokies, which was the best.
Bob Steve
Bob Steve: I checked in and the room was dirty. I told the front desk and the employee said that I was out of luck. That she was the only employee. She could give me some clean sheets and a clean towel if I still wanted the room. I asked if could get a different room. She then told me they were all booked up and that the last three rooms were on hold for other people. So she said nope. I have stayed at this hotel many times. I have never had this problem before. I don’t know what is up but I really don’t want a dirty room. The employee said I could sleep in my car and I could still get the free breakfast. Lol.
Crys JR
Crys JR: Just got back from staying at this hotel. Let’s keep in mind that the hotel has posted at the front that they are individually managed by a local LLC with a license to use the Wyndham name. So lobby, beautiful, breakfast was delicious and staff was okay overall (some were nice and some were stand-off ish). The room was nice, so glad it didn’t have that nasty carpet in the room from the hallway. The maze of the hotel is hilarious and the elevator is tiny. You will have to go outside to get to the lobby. I stayed 2 nights and was still trying to figure it out. There is no closet in the room but we got a miny fridge and microwave which came in handy with my baby and his vegetarian diet. The bathroom was tiny and semi updated. The shower was a task as there is a handle for each temperature and it never quite got to a perfect temp. I just took a cooler shower because I wasn’t about to get burnt. Absolutely loved the mirror in the bathroom. Perfect for selfies! The beds were so comfortable and the tv had plenty of channels. Only issue I had was I kept seeing bugs, my friend said it was roaches but I’m no expert. There were just a few that came out at night . None in the bed, all found around the door or desk and bathroom / kitchenette area. It did bother me and that’s why I gave 2 stars. It was super affordable and location was perfect for us ( 5 minutes or less from 24 hr 7-11 and Walmart, only 30 minutes from BWI and capitol ) so I get what I pay for. Unfortunately, I won’t be back because I don’t do bugs.
Ming
Ming: I had a spacious and cosy room that came with all the bells and whistles such as a microwave, a good sized mini fridge, the ironing board, a fancy coffee maker and cute toiletries that are not standard amenities in many hotels. Pity i could not get my fancy coffee maker to work. Front desk staff were super helpful and offered me coffee from the dining area instead and also to have Maintenance come by to fix my coffee maker. But i decided that i had enough of a caffeine fix for the day. Special shout our to Nengy for her exceptionally warm hospitality and help. One thing of note though is that whilst the hotel was cosy and comfy, i was not too sure it was in a salubrious and safe neighbourhood.

Club Wyndham National Harbor: what do users think?
Sharon Stell
Sharon Stell: The lobby smells really good when you enter the building. The customer service was great and the room suite was on point. The bed was very comfortable, the space it was set up really nice. I love the kitchen area, I definitely recommend it and would come again. 😃
Response: Hi Sharon, thank you for the positive comments. We are so happy to have you at our resort and hope to welcome you back soon!
william pittman
william pittman: Clean, quiet, busy. Lobby is heavily trafficked. Moderately aggressive push to meet with owners despite many statements of no. Aggressive attempts to prove they are no longer aggressive. I need you to forgive me mentality. Not showing awareness that they have not been respectful of your issues and concerns. Very clean rooms. Tangible gifts in the suites. Most staff are very courteous.
Response: Hi william, thank you for the positive comments. We are so happy to have you at our resort and hope to welcome you back soon!
Dave Lawrence
Dave Lawrence: Always enjoy our stay at Wyndham National Harbor. The check-in and check-out process was hassle free. We had a 4 bedroom Presidential Unit…very clean and nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay at this resort.
Response: That's great to hear, Dave! We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Club Wyndham National Harbor. Thank you for sharing your experience!
Adriana VH
Adriana VH: Has been a home away from home for years. Perfectly located minutes from D.C. a ferry ride into Alexandria and more. The hotel is always amazing. Only downside is we wish they would update their arcade for the kids and adults for those cold days where staying in can still be fun.
Response: Hi Adriana, thank you for the positive comments. We are so happy to have you at our resort and hope to welcome you back soon!
Pepsi Brown
Pepsi Brown: Had a great time staying here for our vacation in Washington DC. Viewing the monuments, museums and other sites was just an Uber ride away. There is plenty to do and see in National Harbor. The room was comfortable for the 3 of us and we had booked the 3 bdrm suite. The staff was professional and welcoming and we enjoyed the extras like wine night and the popcorn. Had a wonderful time staying at this hotel
Response: That's great to hear, Pepsi! We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Club Wyndham National Harbor. Thank you for sharing your experience!
Nicole Jefferson
Nicole Jefferson: Half way into my stay and the place is great. The service is impeccable. I needed a safety pin and they came up to bring it. Nothing is state of the art but very comfortable. This truly a resort in a resort type area.
Response: Hi Nicole, thank you for the positive comments. We are so happy to have you at our resort and hope to welcome you back soon!

Days Inn by Wyndham Arlington/Washington DC: what do users think?
Josh Murphy
Josh Murphy: Assuming one has their tetanus shot, this place is a viable option. For those who are curious , please note this hotel does not offer cleaning and only provides 2 towels for a 4 night stay (requesting extra towels was an hour long process). The room I was assigned did not have AC. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was rather sparse and rather empty despite arriving roughly 15 minutes after it had opened. The lobby staff were great; however, everyone else really did not seem to care.
Romona Outlaw
Romona Outlaw: DO NOT STAY in this dump. I had to spend 2 night here & it was awful. The place is nothing like advertised. The lobby area smells horrible and the rooms smell no better. It is very rundown. Plaster coming off walls, mold & mildew in the shower. The water runs so slow that when you later up it’ll take forever to rinse off. For 2 days we couldn’t even get an extra wash cloth, had to buy our own. Anytime you ask front desk for help they knew nothing. We traveled 4 hours here for my husbands military reunion, so at least we got to enjoy our time away from this place. I’ve stayed in different Days Inn before but this is by far the worst one ever. I’ll be skipping all Days Inn from this point on. The one star was for the comfort of the bed.
Bhrenda Miranda
Bhrenda Miranda: It’s very very old, smell bad, carpet has a lot of stains. Not all room has microwave and refrigerator. Staff are rude, they will hang up the phone when you express what you need. We asked for towels they said no more towels and hang up. Water heater takes time to warm. Toilets are not reliable. There’s bugs everywhere. Molds in the wall. Cleaner doesn’t know how to clean well. Electric suckets are corroding. Etc etc.
Response: Good Morning Thank you for your time to share your thoughtful feedback. Your feedback will always help us to continuously improve our services, product and deliverance capabilities and enable us to serve you better. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience however we are sorry that we fell short in this instant, we understand your frustration and sincerely feel sad over it. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Thank you once again for your time and feedback. Kindest regards The General Manager
Sue MacLane
Sue MacLane: Staff was nice but room was old- internet was spotty. Room temperature was cold and could never get it warm enough to make it comfortable. It had snowed and lot was not plowed. Headboard fell off wall and could have really hurt someone if they were sleeping in that bed. Price offered on internet was significantly lower than price given at front desk. We left early when we got the power back in our house, so did not stay the night.- If you need a roof over your head and want a room that is relatively inexpensive this would work, but not really a comfortable motel. Looks much nicer in the front.
Response: Good Morning Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at Days Inn by Wyndham Arlington/Washington DC. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We can understand your frustration. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience at all times, we are sorry that we fell short in this instance. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Kindest regards The General Manager
pdnapora
pdnapora: I asked to switch from a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and I got in quite late. The next room had crayon marks on the walls and green kid’s slime on the bathroom door. No cable tv, and zero channels. Fridge froze all that I put in it. Microwaveless too. The first room had a microwave, because it still had someone’s leftovers in it. It has the feel of a motel that people live in, long-term. Pool was a pond. Front desk was very nice, though. Bus 45 & A5 close by.

Gang Cheng
Gang Cheng: This is a two star motel. The location is very good to visit DC downtown area. The hotel hardware is not in good condition, however, it’s value matches with the price. Several nice restaurants are close by downstairs, which is very convenient. The front desk is helpful.
autographnut 85
autographnut 85: I have stayed at this place many times in the past. I would have consistently rated this a 3 star in the past. Nothing fancy but easy to get where I was going via the bus & train. This stay was awful! Walked in and the floor had not been swept. Then went to the bathroom to find droppings on the floor. Then we left for dinner and came back to droppings on the bed. Told the front desk they seemed to not care. So left the next morning for a different place.
Heather Burtch
Heather Burtch: Common spaces were shabby and dirty. Outside areas were also looking worn and in need of help. The room seemed clean, shower was good, but the bed was soft and creaky and uncomfortable, lighting in bathroom was dim, only one nightstand by the queen bed, and furniture was worn. No accessible charging places by the bed except for the outlet. Wi-Fi was good.
Fredrick Royster
Fredrick Royster: Clean rooms but very outdated. Elevator seems semi functional. But it if you just need a place to sleep, shower and shave with no frills that’s close to the great Metro public transportation and 2 miles from Pentagon City is great The most amazing part is the incredible mom and pop Thai Restaurant and bar that’s attached that’s been going strong for 35+ years. Great food and drinks and super friendly staff

Travelodge by Wyndham Silver Spring: what do users think?
Alex Chats
Alex Chats: My major issue were the bathroom/sink and overall cleanliness. The tub had marks and what looked like burn stains, it didn’t drain fast, leaving a pool as I showered and the knob was broken and barely worked properly. Additionally, the sink didn’t drain properly. The furniture was coming apart, there was no chair in the room and the paint was coming off of the walls. I appreciate the affordability, but there has to be a way to keep it affordable while being clean and presentable.
Greg Huang
Greg Huang: Decent hotel for short stays and those on a budget. Hotel is cheap and decently clean but these are the only pros. The hotel is very old and has not been maintained for a very long time. Bathroom door does not close and many wall outlets do not work. Some weird smells in the room. Sink can take a long time to drain. Front desk staff is not super friendly but will still serve you. I would recommend if you only use this place to sleep for one or two nights.
Chandler John
Chandler John: One of the worst hotels/motels I’ve ever stayed at. The room smelt musty when I first walked in requiring me to leave the door open for several minutes-though it did not help. This left me questioning how clean the bed was as well as everything else within the room. Very small, cracked walls, and appliances don’t work well: toilet, mini fridge, etc. EDIT: Woke up to cockroaches…

Sruthi R
Sruthi R: We waited 1.5 hours to get to the front of the line and were told that we would have to pay an extra $60 for a room that was booked through the wyndham website. The purpose of making a reservation is to hold your place for a given service and to offer it with the quoted rate for the service. We were surprised and it was the poorest experience that we had had at any hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all if you are looking for reliable service. We ended up cancelling out reservation and had to find other accommodations at midnight after they told us. Please look elsewhere!

Jayce Pearl
Jayce Pearl: Haven’t even stayed a full night yet and it’s terrible I walk in and smells very highly of weed as if someone smoked right before we walked in, the floors were gross then my brother sees that there are burn marks in the blanket and pulls the blanket and the sheets have dirt handprints all over the sheets. The bathroom not only had dirty towels but a overall dirty shower . If zero stars was a option this place would get it just take a stroll over to the other hotel right next door. Then call the health department and get this place shut down

Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Vienna/Tysons Corner: what do users think?
Rachael Janson
Rachael Janson: Pro tip. Take the top floor because you will be woken up by pounding. Also go ahead and ask for towels before you go to your room. You may only have two sets. Might want to bring a blanket. They are extremely thin. Pretty clean. Nice kitchen. Rewash the stuff before you use ( I always do) I found food particles on the forks.
Angel Alamo
Angel Alamo: There is a $150 deposit make sure you have the $150 on your debit or credit card. Suites are nice clean and comfortable. There was no complimentary breakfast cook had quit that really sucked. The rooms are nice and a lot of space. The best place to stay if you are going to spend a few nights they have a small kitchen great living room space. This is the best room for a two or three night stay. I wish I had stayed a few nights it is nice they have places like this to stay.
Mikayla G
Mikayla G: I wouldn’t stay here again. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 pm they told us the rooms hadn’t been cleaned and had to wait and they would call. They didn’t call after 3 hours so we came back then they told us it was ready. We were told there would be no room cleaning and no breakfast. We weren’t told beforehand. When we got to the room, it looked like it still hadn’t been cleaned. Dirt and splatters on the wall, no soap or paper towels in the kitchen, hair that wasn’t ours in the bathroom, torn up furniture, key cards that didn’t work well, hot water that turns ice cold after a 10 minute shower. And the icing on the cake, dirty sheets and top covers. BUT when I took off the pillow case to change it (after it took forever to get new pillowcases) and I found DRIED BLOOD on the PILLOW!
Christina Lee
Christina Lee: This is NOT a hotel. It’s more of a bare bones Airbnb. My friend and I checked in last night. Room seemed OK. At least the central heating was working properly. I noticed there weren’t extra towels in the bathrooms, no shampoo, bath gels or any other BASIC amenities one would expect - even at the cheapest Holiday Inn. Mattress needs replacing. Furniture is SUPER OLD. Corners banged up, some of the stain was fading away - all very ghetto. Left the room this morning, came back later in the evening and was expecting my bed to be made, bathroom cleaned, trash emptied, etc. Again, BASIC HOTEL SERVICES, right? Nope. Nothing. Bed wasn’t made and my take out trash was still here. This place is such a dump. I knew something was up when I didn’t see a phone in the room. What if we need to call the front desk for anything? More towels? Good luck! Don’t stay here. Honestly, go somewhere else.

Aphasanx
Aphasanx: It wasn’t bad for last minute checkin/room was nice and so was the front desk however, - There was a heavily** pungent smell of urine on one half of the room (carpet/pillows?). - AC didn’t work at all. -The bathtub didn’t drain for a while. - Walls were also a bit thin. - No pet policy, but you are allowed support animals as long as you have paperwork.
Lovella Lucero
Lovella Lucero: The place was clean but put dated. Not very welcoming atmosphere. You had to pay extra for late checkout. As a travel nurse that would frequently stay and give them businesses i feel this should be complimentary.

Days Inn by Wyndham Alexandria South: what do users think?
Kyle Mazza
Kyle Mazza: Checked in to the front desk and was served by a respectful and gracious night auditor and security person. They were both very respectful and kind. Great personality and service skills. The room was not clean and had cockroaches. The night auditor transferred me to another room, however a dead spider was found on the ceiling and more unwanted guests. The cost was refunded immediately and I appreciated the service from security and the night auditor. There should be an investigation with the rooms as it is unsanitary and very bad conditions. Unfortunately I do not recommend that anyone stay here at the property. The receptionist and security guard were wonderful but the room was atrocious.
Response: Kyle, after an investigation, we don't have any records of you even coming to the Days Inn Alexandria South. You did have a reservation for 4/29 but canceled it. Maybe you stayed at another Days Inn?
Shawnna Stringfellow
Shawnna Stringfellow: This was a last minute accommodation that exceeded my expectations. I called after having a bad experience with a different hotel and was able to get a room. Breakfast was included along with free Wi-Fi and included a microwave, fridge and was more roomy than I thought it would be. I was actually surprised by the Breakfast area as well but appreciated my stay even more because of it. The staff maintained a clean area and kept food items stocked while guests were there. It included fruit cups, a variety of cold cereals, oatmeal, packaged pastries, pancakes, toast, milk, juice, coffee, and hot chocolate. While there were no eggs/meat my family and I enjoyed the food and cleanliness. One downside to this was that it was outdoor halls, so anyone could walk off the street and be in the hotel area, but there were cameras and staff walking the hotel quite often to monitor what was going on. Overall a great time for our short visit.

Foram Mistry
Foram Mistry: -Decent place -Was neat and clean although restroom was just old and not really clean. - they provide breakfast which includes coffee, oatmeal, orange, pancakes out of machine, cereal, granola bars, muffins etc - decent parking on premises - water bottle dispenser machines where not working at all, was tough to find water on premises.
Onix Fuentes
Onix Fuentes: If you want to experience a Grand Theft Auto, or Cyberpunk 2077 motel, this is your place. All rooms smell like cigarettes. Dirty carpet. Elevator out of service. Stairs with bad lighting, graffiti, cigarettes buds. Shower head at the level of my face. No power outlets. At least it had a functional a/c and a door with lock. And the staff where super friendly.

Club Wyndham Old Town Alexandria: what do users think?
Katie Clyburn
Katie Clyburn: Our family has been staying at Wyndham’s across the country for years and they continue to be a wonderful experience. The staff is almost always very friendly and personable (we all have our off days) and it’s kept so nicely clean. The location of this Wyndham is perfect, across the street from the metro & beautiful views. We did have the room keys go orange and suddenly decide they did not want to work on the room (but would on the front entrance since it was past midnight.) Thankfully the staff was able to help us get it corrected. Would love to come back in the near future.
Response: Hi Katie, thank you for the positive comments. We are so happy to have you at our resort and hope to welcome you back soon!
Christina Hom
Christina Hom: Love the location of this place. Literally right across the metro and it is super convenient to get to all the museums. The walk down King Street to the waterfront is lovely too. Overall a fantastic place to stay. Wyndham has always been pushy for their sales presentations and for that, they get 4 not 5 stars.
Response: We are thrilled to hear you love your vacation at Club Wyndham Old Town Alexandria. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Thank you!
Lisa Ferguson
Lisa Ferguson: Room was a little older and could use a refresh and minor repairs but it was clean and spacious. AC died on last night there, thank goodness it was not the summer. Very close to Metro for daily rides into DC area. And a short walk into beautiful downtown Alexandria with many restaurants and shops.
Response: Hi Lisa, thank you for the positive comments. We are so happy to have you at our resort and hope to welcome you back soon!
Norman Krinsky
Norman Krinsky: Very hard to find this resort if not familiar with the area, as it is located behind another building. Room are spacious and clean. Staff are pleasant, but not prone to "go the extra mile" for service. No pool, but has an excellent fitness center.
Response: Hi Norman, thank you for the positive comments. We are so happy to have you at our resort and hope to welcome you back soon!
Sandra M. Davidson
Sandra M. Davidson: Here on Anniversary trip, rooms are very clean and bed very comfortable. The front desk are very friendly and helpful. Room is facing Camron St you can see the railroad but you hardly hear it. Only thing is a little heard to fine, because you have to drive up a driveway.
Response: Hi Sandra, thank you for the positive comments. We are so happy to have you at our resort and hope to welcome you back soon!
