InterContinental Washington D.C. - The Wharf, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Hampus Engstroem: Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure! The staff at the InterContinental on the Wharf D.C. is all-round amazing. I am so happy we chose this venue for our recent event. Every member of their team is truly hospitable, and they are dedicated to every client’s success and every guest’s experience. The Sales and Event Managers were helpful/agile partners to us through multiple event date and contract changes, thanks Mayte & Alicia! The Banquet Director was dependable at every moment for our 3 day-event and made sure everything was executed to perfection, thanks George! The hosts at the front door/front desk helped all the guests in our room block have an easy and enjoyable stay for the duration of our event. Thanks to all for helping make our event a success!

Kyle Lennon: Shout Out to Meredith, she is a gem and a half at this hotel! This property is very new and certainly a show stopper, I love the ultramodern design and the bathrooms were stunning. I also loved the balcony overlooking the river and walkways. The bar had great service and great personalities to accompany your cocktails while they served you. Top notch hotel and will certainly make this my preferred DC hotel!

Adrienne Messe: The staff at the InterContinental on the Wharf D.C. is all-round amazing. I am so happy we chose this venue for our recent event. James Barton: The location is the absolute best if you're going to a concert at The Anthem. Everything about the hotel was lovely, clean, and we'll maintained. Service was perfect. Espresso machine and hot water for tea in the room was a good detail. Of course, this is a very pricey hotel, even for DC. Our room was near the elevator, but there was never a noise issue from outside the room.

Hope Poulsen: Pool is WAY smaller than pictures, we were all shocked at how small. The pool deck gave me and every single one of my friends splinters. And, there are only 5 lounge chairs for the entire pool. Staff is very friendly, but we had to ask for the same requests multiple times. So they seem a little disorganized. Room was very nice & clean and the location is perfect! I chose this rating because of the value - it’s not a terrible place to stay by any means, but you don’t get what you pay for. Not unreasonable to have high expectations when paying almost $500 a night, and this place did not meet those expectations.

Holiday Inn Express Washington DC Downtown, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Heather Collins: I wish I could give a positive review but they conviently canceled my room. Come to find out they closed the entire hotel. They offered for another hotel at twice as much. No thank you. My room had been booked since February at a very low rate. I guess IHG will be a no go hotel for me in the future.

Rachel Vannoy: Very clean! Good service! BYOTP

Holiday Inn Washington Capitol - Natl Mall, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Wei Y: My recent experience at the hotel in mid March was quite pleasant. The room was clean, decor was fairly up-to-date, beds were comfortable (subjectively), and the bathroom was fairly well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, this includes the cleaning crew (on the 8th floor) who would give you anything you asked for. The pandemic is not over yet, so I liked the idea of not having staff coming in every day. People complaint about the thin wall, water pressure and the train. I did experience all of the above. The thin wall didn’t bother me that much, it’s usually due to loud neighbors. For the water pressure, I just waited for the others to finish their use then take my turn, the place was packed at the time and everyone was taking shower at the same time. As for the train, the hotel unfortunately situated right next to the track so unless you are a heavy sleeper, the noises could bother some of the guests on the east side. We ended up switching to the other side and it was great! The food at the restaurant downstairs was also surprising. The taste and the price were comparable to the nearby places, if not cheaper. A Starbucks was also attached to the hotel but they do close somewhat early. As for the parking, we didn’t have a car, but once I parked at a hotel in downtown Chicago, it was over $100 a night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again for sure!
Response: Wei Y, thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your experience and feedback with us. We hope to see you again.

tabitha buono: Rooms were decent sized. Our beds and pillows were AMAZING! The air conditioning was very hard to control. We froze the entire time. Also our bathroom had a light out, and only 3 drawers for 2 adults in a double bed room? Had to stay on top of housekeeping too. You have to call down every morning if you want fresh towels, etc. Even with calling, they still forgot. With all that said, I'd stay again. The bed and pillows were AMAZING!
Response: Tabitha, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry that you had a challenge with your AC unit. We are sharing your comments with our staff to help us improve. We hope you will give us another try in the future. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Kelly Dias: Pros: Staff were friendly and pleasant. The bedding was clean. Shower head was high enough, temperature and pressure were good. Close proximity to the Capitol, National Mall, and museums. Cons: AC wasn't working on arrival, but maintenance was able to get it back on line. Insufficient towels and only conditioner in bathroom (no shampoo). Room was not served by housekeeping between first and second night, which meant no fresh towels. Bathroom toilet paper holder was partially detached from wall. AC unit had exposed wiring. Connecting door for the suite had a loose handle that meant that we couldn't fully close it without fear of being trapped. The front desk only answered calls half of the time (2 out of 4 attempts). The breakfast fare at the restaurant was very expensive and not the highest quality. Walls are paper-thin, so I got to listen to the couple in a nearby room argue at the top of their lungs well into the night. Unfortunately, there was a music festival in town, so they closed the on-site coffee shop. Streets were blocked for blocks in each direction, so no access for Uber or cabs. In order the get to local attractions, we had to walk 4-6 blocks out of the way to get around.
Response: Kelly, thank you for choosing our property. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you experienced a few challenges during your visit. We hope that you will give us another try in the future.

Joe Hughes: We were so excited to come to Washington D.C. for vacation. I have stayed at Holiday Inn's before and never experienced anything like we did here. Nothing seemed to work. The elevators were not working properly and one day not at all. We wanted to do some laundry and there was no change available and the soap dispenser was out of soap. I wasted a dollar since I didn't see the Out of Order sign that was placed on the side of the soap dispenser. The food downstairs in the café was horrible and it made my wife sick. The 21's amendment restaurant there was not much better. We wanted to buy soda and snacks and they wouldn't except cash. The rooms were cleaned every other day if that. The carpet was filthy and the desk chair was broke. On top of everything, Nobody knew anything when we ask for directions or where anything was. Apparently this Holiday Inn was just sold and in process of a new owner. That still doesn't make it right for this establishment to really put a damper on our vacation. We called security to stop all of the yelling and playing in the hall after 10 pm at night. Our floor was loaded with a group of kids and we finally had to go out there and tell the kids to quiet down. I would look at other options before coming here to stay, Murphy's Law applies here. "Anything that could go wrong will go wrong." I'm sorry that I have to post such a negative review but none the staff didn't make any effort to make our stay enjoyable.
Response: Joe, thank you for choosing to be our guest and taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that this visit was not as great as it could have been. We are using your feedback to improve our services. We are sorry that you left us on this note. We hope you will give us another try in the future.

M B: This was our first time staying at this hotel and it completely served its purpose. First the location - it is across the street from the department of Education and one block from the Air & Space Museum. There is a Starbucks on the corner of the hotel and several restaurants on the same block including a McDonalds. This hotel has a parking garage under it making parking very convenient. Parking fee is charged by the hotel per day and we had in and out privileges throughout our stay. There are two restaurants inside the hotel and a small convenience store next to the front desk. The lobby is more upscale than I thought it would be and staff was nice. We got into our room the first night later in the evening and our AC wasn’t working. We called the front desk and within minutes, a maintenance worker was at our door. He changed out the wall thermostat which didn’t resolve the issue and called for assistance to bring a new AC unit. They changed that out within minutes and discovered that there must be a wiring challenge that would take more time to resolve. They contacted the front desk, got us a new room and they walked it to make sure it was in perfect working condition before bringing us the new key cards. They offered to help us move but we were fine getting ourselves to the new room. This was the only challenge we experienced during our stay and these two maintenance technicians were absolutely wonderful. We forgot to get their names but they were on duty Friday, May 20, 2022 in the late evening. Nothing is a short walk in Washington DC as buildings are huge and the distance is deceiving. Every day we walked more than 7 miles and at the end of each day I walked back to the hotel to pick up the car to pick up my Mom to keep her from having to walk back. All throughout Washington DC, there are bicycles and electric scooters available to rent electronically on the spot to make the walking shorter and to get places quicker. We didn’t use them this time but they are a great benefit if needed. We did not eat in the hotel, but it is wonderful that the restaurants were there if we wanted to. This is a pretty perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Washington DC and we will most likely stay here on our next visit and recommend that you consider it as well. We didn’t take photos of the hotel, but it was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and we felt safe.
Response: M B, thank you for choosing to be our guest. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to know that you had a great stay. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share your comments and feedback with the team. We hope to see you again, next time you are in the area.

InterContinental the Willard Washington D.C., an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Kelly McCarthy: Beautiful hotel. Tradition and old Washington charm surround you. Next to the White House. Built in 1918 there are so many beautiful details. Don’t miss the Famous round robin bar. Check in with seamless and the customer service was exceptional. The rooms are spotless and much of the staff has been here for generations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hampus Engstroem: Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down. We spent the night here before the Easter egg roll at the white house. It was exceptional. Easy to get in everything was right up front. You do pay for a premium but due to the location it was well worth it. The room was clean and nice. We had the high tea and that was quite the experience. If you go during the Cherry blossom festival we have the option of drinking tea with the Cherry blossom cuttings and that was quite the experience. I would highly recommend this. We only had pastries and coffee from the cafe and they were good. It is a five-star hotel.

J Kazlauskas: The water for the toilet ran all night. The hair dryer did not work. There is a label on the room's small refrigerator stating you cannot use it for personal use unless you notified the hotel to come up to the room, empty their contents & let you use it. The valet parking, luggage handling, front lobby & cleaning staffs were very nice, friendly & fast. The lobby & outside premises were very nicely decorated for the Christmas season. Various groups performed caroling & jazz over the days we were staying there.

Hugh Shoff: We spent the night here before the Easter egg roll at the white house. It was exceptional. Easy to get in everything was right up front. You do pay for a premium but due to the location it was well worth it. The room was clean and nice. We had the high tea and that was quite the experience. We only had pastries and coffee from the cafe and they were good. It is a five-star hotel.

Catherine Petty: Tea was lovely!! Would recommend highly for any events you have coming up. The staff was great, very helpful and the food was delicious. Surprisingly filling for it being so small. They even offer gluten free options. The harpist was also a lovely touch - she played beautifully. Will be back, especially around Christmas time!

Jess S.: I stayed here for thanksgiving back in 2019 and had a bit of an issue with concierge… the issue has since been resolved and taken care of… and all in all the room service was good and the hotel smelled fine. The hotel is beautiful but in a vintage way but … Flash forward to Feb 2022, I walked into the hotel to use the facilities and even with my mask on I noticed the lobby and hallway to the had a strong musty odor like that distinct moisture damage odor not saying that the hotel has moisture damage…but it’s clearly old and smells as such…and is in need of a renovation While I will most likely will stay at the Intercontinental in DC again in the future it will definitely be at the newer location at the Wharf

S R Das: Disappointed to see that the service at this storied Washington DC hotel has fallen substantially. This was my first stay here since the pandemic started. At the middle of the day - a busy time - there was only 1 person at the front desk. She seemed unsure of what she was doing, calling repeatedly for advice. I was second in line and had to wait 20 minutes. The line, meanwhile, was growling. Even though people asked her to get help (a second person), she ignored that. I found out later she had overcharged me (100 dollars more on the credit card, she added the deposit.) Yesterday when I got in at 950 pm thanks to a delayed flight, the front desk said that the kitchen was open for 10 minutes and would take my order. In the restaurant, however, the waiter said no. All in all, a less than ideal experience. As the person behind me said, no longer a 5-star experience and doesn’t justify the steep price.

Holiday Inn Washington-Central/White House, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

K -: Convenient location and friendly staff. However, our rooms were given away when we arrived. Then, we were given room keys for an already occupied room (apologies to the people we woke up). The room we finally got into was musty and had several power outlets nonfunctional. I expect better for over $200 per night. Ironing board and two luggage stands were handy. Bath&Body Works amenities were nice. I appreciate that room service only comes upon request.
Response: Dear K, Thank you for offering feedback about your recent experience at our hotel. We're glad you enjoyed our convenient location and friendly service. Our team apologizes that there was confusion with your original accommodations, and we appreciate your comments are we continually work to improve our facility. Given another opportunity, we hope we can host you for the stay you expected.

Lisha Fairbairn: Could tell it was recently renovated and that some things had been rushed. Beds were clean and rooms were fairly clean as well. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! The pool area on the roof was beautiful, got some amazing sunset pictures from up there! My only complaint was that the parking garage was very poorly laid out. It had super tight corners, a single lane, and very narrow parking spots. We drove a minivan and almost got stuck in the ramp because we couldn’t make a turn. When we did park, the parking spot was the exact size of the vehicle leaving almost no room to open doors. Very nerve wracking. $47/night seemed like a lot for such a terrible ramp. Besides the ramp, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again (just maybe with a different car or no car at all 😂)
Response: Dear Lisha, We agree; our rooftop pool is fabulous, and we are so glad you had the opportunity to enjoy it as well as all the other wonderful amenities we offer. We are honored to have been your hotel of choice and look forward to having you stay with us again at Holiday Inn Washington DC - Central / White House.

Shivaprasad K: Very convenient location for tourists, close to the tourist attraction as well as the market place. Check-in experience was good. No in-house restaurant, coffee / tea in the lobby and room takes care of basic coffee/tea needs. The front desk provided us with a list of restaurants nearby. Many good restaurants, 2 blocks away make up for the absence of a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are well furnished. A roof top pool is good for relaxing.
Response: Dear Shivaprasad, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your comments with us! It is wonderful to know that you appreciated our convenient location, easy check-in process, and helpful room amenities. We love to provide suggestions on great local places to eat. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to see you again in the future!

Jim Packer: Room was average. Beds where small. Bathroom was not average. Had mini fridge and safe. Hotel looked nicer on outside then it was inside. Rooftop pool was not amazing, just felt like a poorly invested backyard pool. Parking structure was extremely tight quarters. 3-6 point turns required in most spots. Surrounding area had multiple incidents of violence and at least one homeless man digging through trash outside. Location was excellent for walking to tourist spots but a mile+ after walking the mall all day isnt for everyone. Staff was amazing though. Nice polite and helpful. Wouldn't stay here again but not unhappy I did. More disappointed I didn't find better.
Response: Dear Jim, Thank you for choosing to stay with us as well as for your insightful feedback. We appreciate you highlighting our wonderful staff. We also value the constructive notes you shared, and we will pass them along. Our team is working on consistent updates and improvements throughout our property, and we hope to have a chance to change your perceptions in the future.

Tiffany Brandell: The location was great! It's a short 1/2 mile walk from the Metro's McPherson Park stop, which makes it handy getting to and from multiple locations. There is also a Whole Foods right around the corner. The service was great, and everybody was incredibly friendly. Our only complaint really was that despite this being a non-smoking hotel, our room wreaked of cigarette smoke.
Response: Dear Tiffany, Thank you for your wonderful review as well as your recent stay with us at Holiday Inn Washington DC - Central / White House. We are thrilled that our fantastic location was perfect for your needs and that you appreciated our attentive service. That being said, we will be sure to look into your odor concerns, and we hope that you will come back to see us for an even better stay soon!

Jennifer Diaz: I was in town for business and part of my trip was to scout for a hotel that could accommodate lodgings for 200+ employees. Needless to say. This is not that! 1. First and foremost, although signs are posted for guest to wear mask in public area, NO ONE had a mask on. Even staff didn't have mask on. 2. Toilet in my room had to be repaired 3 times. First for not flushing. Then for not enough pressure. Then because tank would not fill with water. 3. Of a 4 day stay, I recieved room cleaning once. Even though I requested it on 3 different occasions. 4. Only one vending machine worked and the drinks where HOT. Also only ice machines on floors 2, 3. And 9 worked. 5. Doors of the building were locked on Friday night. Key card did not work for entry so everything you went out to smoke you had to wait to be buzzed in. 6. Ran out of towels by day 2. Requested more and was told no maid staff on site (even though I requested towels at 9 am before I left for the day). 7. Due to construction within the building, there were two mice in my room! My neighbor was nice enough to get them out of my room amd into the hallway. 8. Mini fridge did not work * With all that being said, staff was kind and courteous; even tho most seemed poorly trained. Staff shortage was obvious. The room rate was very high and therefore the issues faced should not have been present. Staff accounted the issues to "hotel recently just reopening after a prolonged time". This was obviously false seeing as how recent reviews are being posted from Jan 22- present time. It apparently served as a shelter. ***
Response: Dear Jennifer, Thank you for offering feedback about your recent experience at our hotel. While we're glad you enjoyed our courteous staff, we are sorry you were disappointed with several aspects of our accommodations. We did have a previous contract with the city and, as a result, used the month of May to thoroughly clean the rooms, replace any damaged items, install new beds, TVs, linens, and pillows, and update our lobby and artwork. Please consider allowing us to host you again for the stay you expected.

Chiana Hutchinson: This was a great location for us, we paid $50 to park our car overnight felt that should have been free. It was expensive but considering where it was located I suppose that explains it. They were doing renovations but it had no impact on us.
Response: Dear Chiana, Thank you for your recent stay at Holiday Inn Washington DC - Central / White House as well as your wonderful review. We are happy you enjoyed our prime location and hope you come back to visit once our renovations are completed.

Scott Cook: My experience is probably a one off. There was a pride parade that made it difficult to reach the hotel without police escort. However, the room was very loud. My wife, daughter and I had horrible sleep because we heard everything from the people outside to other rooms. Suggest if you know there is some sort of event that weekend, you out out a notice to people with reservations.
Response: Dear Scott, It was a pleasure to welcome you and your family during your recent visit. We're sorry to hear of any external noise disturbance you encountered during the recent parade in the area. We did include information regarding street closures for this parade on our website and on pre-stay emails as soon as the city made the information available to us. We note that your reservation was made via a third party booking agency which did not pass along an email address for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable comments and we hope to have the opportunity to host you on another occasion.

David Hicks: It was a nice clean hotel , great location for visiting Washington. The only downside was no bar or restaurant on site and several of the drink machines and ice machines did not work on several floors.
Response: Dear David, We are ecstatic to see that our clean accommodations and stellar location were some highlights of your visit. With so much to do in the area, we hope you had a blast checking it all out. Our team will certainly look into your comments about our vending machines to ensure they are operating properly. Nevertheless, we would love to welcome you back to Holiday Inn Washington DC - Central / White House soon.

Erik Kursetgjerde: Smelling of smoke, not clean rooms - and blaming renovations. Renovation were half done, and the bathroom is also in need of renovation. For this price one should expect more.
Response: Dear Erik, Thank you for choosing to stay with us. It is disappointing to see that your room did not meet your expectations and we apologize. Please know we are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience and we will be discussing your concerns with our team so we can work to address these issues. We thank you for your feedback and wish you pleasant future travels.

Holiday Inn Express Washington DC N-Silver Spring, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

varenya raina: I really liked this place! The room was clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were really nice and friendly. The complimentary breakfast menu choices were nice. I liked the room service menu as well. The food was tasty and pretty well cooked. I was sick when I was staying here, but the hotel tended to all my requirements in a very friendly manner. I would totally recommend this place to anyone and would likely stay here again whenever I visit.

LoveGun: Horrible customer service, stay away…… I reserved a few weeks in advance for my room. We showed up two hours early for check and I asked if we could atleast leave our car in the parking lot. We were told no we had to move it, we had to wait for check in. We returned back for check in at 1500h and our room wasn’t even ready until 1545h. When we got to our room it wasn’t the room we booked, when I asked for my room they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They were willing to show me a room another guest was going to get but they were unwilling to change our room. I’ve stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns with my family for business and leisure. This was by far my worst experience. Thank you so much Hilton for correcting their wrong doing and giving us a great customer experience!

Nerdz Geekz: I went with my wife back to visit her hometown and I was surprised. Breakfast? Amazing only downside is you have to get up early, very convenient. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, & everything worked. We got a king size, the bed was so soft and comfy we almost slept in everyday. The manager is professional, I'm certain we will return soon!

valerie gambrell: 1 There was a hole in restroom door. 2. The air conditioner kept cutting off and on. Yes we did call the front desk they came after 11p. Ok it cut on but cut right back off. 3. Didn't know we had to request for room to be clean. So put in request on Friday and on Saturday. On Sunday day of check- out had to go to front desk let did know and get fresh towels. 4. Graduation time hotels were booked and it was close to where my child lived.

Timothy Trujillo: Filthy room and reused unwashed bedding with stains. They would not change the bedding nor give a refund so slept in my clothes and covered the pillow with my jean jacket. I also found multiple insects in the room. Staff was unprofessional and yelled at me because I asked for a printed receipt stating they only email receipts. Took two months to get a copy of the receipt and only after I drove several hours back to the hotel to request a printed copy. The black guy (I only mention this as a way to identify the employee. The other employees were of a different nationality and he was the only one I saw of his) he made a scene in front of other clients before printing my receipt. During the entire exchange, he acted as if had the authority to do or don't do whatever he wanted. Completely unprofessional!

Eshrat Khan: This is the far worst experience I've ever had in hotels. The staff were extremely disrespectful and full of themselves. First they claimed I didnt pay even though I had a receipt to prove it. In the description it was written free parking included, yet they had no parking spot for us. After parking my car and coming back they acted as if I didn't check-in although I had the room card with me in my hand. Even then they had the audacity to be rude and disgusting. Its unbelievable for place like Holiday Inn to have such staff like this. The price was way too much for this horrible hotel. It smeled of weed exterior and interior of the hotel. It felt unsafe for my car and myself, unclean and should be avoided.

Thomas M. Pino: The electrical outlet in our bathroom was not Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected and could cause electrocution. The toilet would make gurgling sound all night. The sink in the bathroom would fill very quickly, with the drain stopper fully opened. It was not a very good place to stay but made reservations ahead of time. Checked out early.

Holiday Inn Express Washington DC East-Andrews Afb, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Pearl White: The staff is one of the best. Everyone of them was fast and friendly. Lobby was beautiful. The rooms cozy. The beds perfect. The comforters so soft and thick. Breakfast had a good variety and delicious for hotel foods. But for Holiday Inn Express quality, the rooms were lacking, still great, but not the IHG standard.

Luis Callejas: I recommend not going to this place. We had a very bad experience .I was there yesterday and the neighbors were blasting music. We called front desk to report it and they took 1 hour to put the music down. We had to get out of there because of screaming. When we were going to check out they didn’t let us until the next day. In the morning when we were trying to contact the manager to explain what happened, he was very rude and didn’t care. I don’t recommend this place especially if you have kids. The rooms were damaged, missing carpet, and damaged furniture. I am not putting 0 stars because it won’t let me.The managers name is Afron

Ken Hasty: Great staff and a decent complimentary hot breakfast. The rooms are dated and could use some TLC.

Holiday Inn Washington-College Park (I-95), an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Kinitra Epps: Overall my stay was enjoyable. The College Park Holiday Inn was located in a great area not to far off I-95. Ext. on Ikea Way and yes it shares a parking lot with Ikea. The hotel has a Bar and Restaurant both reasonably priced. Their breakfast buffet is very fulfilling and kids eat free. That was a plus! Although I didn't get a opportunity to use the pool, they did have a indoor pool in Tower One. The staff were all very friendly. My room was clean as well. I definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting the area.
Response: Kinitra, thank you for recommending Holiday Inn Washington-College Park (I-95). We are pleased you liked our convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly associates. Providing an exceptional experience to every guest is what we strive for every day, and we look forward to seeing you soon. Best Regards, Martin Mohabir General Manager

Kala Twigg: Front desk staff were kind & tried to help as much as they could. But this hotel is disgusting. Not clean. Whole first tower smells like water damage. My lungs & throat have been killing me. Was contemplating staying extra days. Definitely not now. Moved rooms because the first definitely smelled of animals. Children were complaining of that. And water damage. The elevators smell like urination. And there is dust & dirt in every crevice. Not to mention a very strange encounter at “free breakfast” which we wound up paying for. I will be beyond grateful to be HOME. (We originally wanted to stay at Hilton… it was having some Reno issues so they suggested we shop nearby, sad this is where we chose.) Id venture to say the water/sprinkler system went off multiple times at some points in the past. The carpets reek of water/mildew. Convenient to the highway. But … save your money people. Drive elsewhere.
Response: Kala, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are very sorry for the housekeeping issues you experienced during your stay. We regret missing some steps in our inspection procedures, and this will be addressed with our team. We hope you will consider giving us a second chance the next time you are in the area as we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with the hospitality you deserve. Thank you for being our guest, and we wish you all the best with your travels. Best Regards, Martin Mohabir General Manager

Dan Royea: I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean no matter what area I was in, either my room, at the pool and in the elevator. I really enjoyed the color changing water wall (be sure to check it out). And this is the first hotel I’ve been to that has a doorbell for every room. How cool is that? Plus the ring around the button changes red for do not disturb (also shuts off doorbell function) and green if you want your room cleaned. Nice indoor pool. Also has a nice restaurant/bar. Outside was just as clean as the inside was. It’s 30 minutes from the White House and 20 minutes away from the airport. I highly recommend staying here if your in the area.
Response: Dan, thank you for choosing and recommending Holiday Inn Washington-College Park (I-95). We are pleased to read how much you enjoyed your stay and our hospitality. Thank you, as well, for sharing your comments about our cleanliness standards; we are glad we exceeded your expectations. We also appreciate your lovely comments about the Terrapin Kitchen and pool; we hope you have wonderful experiences to share. Being so close to local attractions is one of the many benefits of staying with us. We hope you enjoyed touring our exciting city. Everything we do is aimed at making our guests feel right at home! We hope to see you again on your next visit. Best Regards, Martin Mohabir General Manager

Shaniece Gamble: I honestly did not enjoy my stay here. The one star is for the front desk receptionist’s they were all kind, and polite My room however was ok it could have been cleaner but that wasn’t even the worst part. It was very loud and a lot of traffic of in and out. I stayed in the 2nd tower 2411. The wall aren’t that thick. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend any one to stay.
Response: Shaniece, thank you for your honest evaluation. Please accept our apologies for the noise concerns you experienced during your stay. We are grateful for your patience, and we want you to know our front desk is always available to help make your visit as comfortable as possible. We hope you will change your mind and give us another opportunity to provide you with the excellent hospitality for which we are known. Best Regards, Martin Mohabir General Manager

Scott Williams: This is a 3 star review but customer service gives it an extra. I was so happy for the front desk lady to reassign me a room where it would actually be quiet it's amazing that in this large facility that they can actually remember who is in each room and what they're there for. Originally I was assigned a room next to somebody who is having a birthday party and they quickly caught it and moved me to a room that would have been much more quiet. Thank you so much.
Response: Scott, thank you for choosing Holiday Inn Washington-College Park (I-95). Everything we do is aimed at providing you with a great experience, so thank you for taking the time to acknowledge our efforts. The rest of our team will certainly be delighted to learn of your kind remarks. Thank you for being our guest, and we hope you will choose to stay with us again. Best Regards, Martin Mohabir General Manager

S R: Pros: The pricing, the peaceful sleep, the microwaves in the room, the lobby. Cons: YOUR DEPOSIT WILL TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO RETURN. For this reason, I WILL TRY MY BEST TO AVOID ALL HOLIDAY INNS!! This is my 3rd Holiday Inn location and they have not returned my deposit! I stay at hotels weekly due to work and EVERY other hotel chain, (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, and Wyndham) returns my money within a few hours up to 2 business days. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK STRAIGHT AWAY! Neutral: The 2 towers are shaped wierd. Its easy to get lost between the 2 entrances
Response: Thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay. While we are glad to know that overall your stay was pleasant, we regret the issue you are experiencing regarding the delays with incidental charges, and we certainly understand the frustration this caused. Please know our front desk staff is always available to assist you with queries such as this, so we encourage you to reach out to them. Your feedback and also your patience in this matter are much appreciated. Best Regards, Martin Mohabir, General Manager

Holiday Inn National Airport/Crystal City, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Sarah Mallery: I stayed one night on a layover. The two employees working in the lobby were fairly nice. They had a huge line of airline employees checking in. The woman working the desk was a little short, almost curt and rude- definitely not what you wanted to be greeted with after a long flight. The tall gentleman was nice. The security guard in the morning helped me figure out the airport shuttle. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The TV stopped working and said it was a connection issue. When I went to call the front desk about it the phone wasn’t connected to reception. I was too tired to walk down in the middle of the night but I’m sure they’d have fixed it. All in all it was clean, fairly comfortable but I wouldn’t want to stay here more than one night. Staff could be friendlier. It’s close to the airport by 5 minutes.

Anshaun Bryant: Only stayed one night. The check in was smooth and easy. We enjoyed the pub that is on site, good food and very nice ladies behind the bar. We utilized the shuttle service and park and fly. Everything was explained by the gentleman at the front who checked us in, we slept, flew out, came back a week later and got our car and went home. Easiest interaction I've had in a long time.

Christina Williams: Hotel is in a great location, close to DC, very easy to get in and out of the city. Parking is absolutely horrible! They charge you to park at the hotel per night and there was not enough parking, had to park on the employee level and walk to elevator. The only nice thing is there was a lot of stuff within walking distance so once we parked we could still get to stuff. The only way I could get more towels was to go to the front desk even after calling guest services twice. The restaurant in the hotel was nice but they kept trying to get us to order more to raise the bill. I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay.

Tony Nguyen: The parking floors are very small and the spaces are compact with spiral narrow rams which are not easy to get in and out of at the busiest times. Also, the trapped air is so staunches once you’re inside the hotel. It made us cancel our 1-night stay after we went to the room. The $200 per night room didn’t look like anything on their website. We asked for a King bed and got two Full-size beds. A crook (no name tag) at the Lobby told us there will be a cancellation charge of $187.37 if we don’t take the room. We contacted the bank about the fraud charged and were told a new card will be mailed. It shows on the new card statement so we had to close the account. Please help if anybody knows how to sue this hotel and have it close for good. Never again with Holiday Inn for us.

Brian Dawe: Front desk staff are great. Rooms are acceptable. The shower was a bit ghetto. I stayed here for a week working out of my room not once did the cleaning staff attempt to clean my room. I left laundry outside my door as you do in most hotels and the cleaning staff asked MD if it was garbage. Asked the front desk and they told me I had to take the laundry to the spot myself. No big deal. Still haven't found the laundry. Also the hotel breakfast charged 22usd for 2 eggs and 4 straps of bacon. Seems a bit high considering there is a McDonald's next door. Go there for breakfast if you stay here. Went down to the hotel bar and had 3 gin and tonics 6wings and nachos and my bill was over 100usd. I would recommend going elsewhere. The front desk staff were great tho!!

Derek Kruger: Only stayed one night. The check in was smooth and easy. We enjoyed the pub that is on site, good food and very nice ladies behind the bar. We utilized the shuttle service and park and fly. Everything was explained by the gentleman at the front who checked us in, we slept, flew out, came back a week later and got our car and went home. Easiest interaction I've had in a long time.

dominic dallas: It was fine for a one night stay but my room had multiple ladybugs in it. The toilet was oddly angled to face the center of the shower while being placed under the sink, in the corner of the bathroom. The breakfast was kinda mid and not worth the cost. The coffee was definitely worth it as they charge $3 for a pot and know how to brew it well. Their shuttle was efficient and accommodating. TLDR: Breakfast wasn't worth it, coffee was. Services are nice while the rooms are not.

Athena Dotter: Hotel room wasn't once cleaned, outlets weren't installed correctly. Very small rooms. Breakfast was a buffet for 20 bucks and it wasn't even good to be honest. Worst part was the parking garage. Literal nightmare to navigate. People from out of the hotel parking and taking all the spots, very crowded. People parking illegally all over the parking garage which made it nearly impossible to get out or in. Very overpriced for a few hours let alone over night parking. Close to the airport but cheap. Staff were nice at least.

SoundBite: Staff and friendliness: 5 ⭐ Very accommodating and kind. Amenities: 2 ⭐ --no free breakfast, *currently no Buffett*, no coffee creamer, no pool, tub was missing a stopper. Water/plumbing with toilets is weak. Location: 4 ⭐ Close to the metro, but still a 15-20 minute walk. Could be better, but there is a McDonald's nearby and shuttle is less than 10 to the airport. Overall a good stay, not the best, but great for a nightly stay. I stayed 2 nights and the plumbing was starting to irritate me but other than that it was fine.

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Washington DC: what do users think?

Hampus Engstroem: Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down. Friendly, attentive staff, spacious lobby and guest rooms with funky meets traditional furnishings, soaring ceilings, and comfy beds. Perfect location for Smithsonian and within walking distance to the Tidal Basin/cherry blossoms. We felt very safe walking around. Complimentary coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings - a nice touch. Several very good restaurants within a few steps from the hotel in every direction, including a lively restaurant/bar with outdoor seating in the hotel’s own courtyard. We’re hoping to make this an annual trip!

Shining Starzz: I’ve stayed in hotels all around the world and this is my favorite. Front staff was friendly and sociable. Check-in was easy. Free happy hour in the evening. High vault ceilings in the rooms, which are well decorated. Large full mirror in the rooms and little things like the jewelry box, umbrella, yoga mat, exotic animal print robes and natural soap make a big difference. Only disappointment was the view from my window.

Susan Payne: Friendly, attentive staff, spacious lobby and guest rooms with funky meets traditional furnishings, soaring ceilings, and comfy beds.

Ray Bentley: This was the WORST experience of my life. When I arrived my room was not prepared at 3pm on a Saturday! We ended up not being able to change and we’re late to an engagement. I asked the staff when and why our rooms were not ready and they gave us no timeline until I asked for the third time. Upon asking the front desk attendant was extremely rude when I really tried to be overly nice about the situation. Upon my room being prepared they didn’t apologize and might as well have just thrown my hotel card keys at me. When I asked what they could do to accommodate the issues we experienced, she said nothing. They finally gave us fifty dollars credit to a restaurant at the hotel. When we went to check out they also tried charging us for the fifty dollars we used at the restaurant and basically called me a liar until I explained how terrible of a stay I had. Going further our rooms were not cleaned the entire weekend and they blamed it on staffing and Covid issues. They did not adjust our price even though we booked through American Express travel. The worst part of all of this was the fire alarm that went off at 2am requiring the entire hotel to exit. They chose to rent out there lounge on the roof that evening to a 21st birthday party in which someone pulled the fire alarm. This place is a frat house not a hotel. It’s very disappointing because the furniture and ambiance of the space was great. A manager was supposed to call me after I checked out and I have received nothing of the kind. Worst stay I’ve ever had in a hotel and I travel for work all the time. Location and hotel furniture fixtures plus, everything else was absolutely terrible. Disappointing. Zero stars if I could.

Stephani Rodriguez: Beautiful unique hotel with a rich history. The staff was absolutely amazing! My room didn't have a microwave and my food spoiled because I didn't realize the fridge didn't work. They should also stock washcloths in the room. The night cap service was awesome and I cant stress enough how amazing everyone on staff was inside and out!

Chad Rea: Stayed here 4 nights for a work conference and must say it was disappointing for a luxury branded IHG/Kimpton property. The hotel absolutely has some bold decor choices (which I kind of enjoyed) with the furniture and wallpaper. Rooms - I stayed in room 218, the bed was too soft for my liking, and the pillows were not great quality. The room also had an unusual smell which I could not identify. The weather was in the low 30s during my stay, and the thermostat would not go above 65 no matter high I set the heater temperature (thankfully I like my rooms cold). The restaurant "Dirty Habit" was really good, the charcoal bun burger was phenomenal. The location is perfect, I was across the street from the Wizards arena, and within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants and all of the smithsonian museums. Big Plus! And I must shout out the exceptional service. The staff was excellent, front desk was helpful and check-in was a breeze. Waiting staff during the provided conference meals were very attentive. The bellmen were also friendly and accommodating. Daily housekeeping was great. And the complimentary wine (in evening) and coffee (in the morning) in the lobby was a nice touch. Overall, solid hotel, great staff, but desperately in need of a makeover.

Matthew Radomski: The service was fantastic. We were welcomed by Belinda at the front desk when we checked in. There was a small error with our reservation (used a 3rd party app) and it took them maybe 2-3 minutes to fix the error. Belinda and another gentleman at the front desk went out of their way to make upgraded accommodations for us, and ensure we had a great time. Throughout our entire stay, we were greeted by name and asked how everything was. I could not have asked for better service.

K Mroz: My husband and i stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary weekend. Kimpton properties are usually our favorite, but this was very disappointing for a luxury branded Kimpton property. The hotel felt/sounded like a frat house. We stayed in room 243, so we could here the commotion outside from the Dirty Habits restaurant; and up until 2am, there were loud, drunk party goers(im guessing from an event) in the hallway. The pillows and bed were not comfortable at all. My body was so achy from sleeping on them all weekend. Our refrigerator was broken, and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room(had to buy it) . For the nightly cost of that weekend(apparently a big event weekend-we didn't know), the amenities were disappointing. Though we loved Kimpton in the past, this was a turn off and we won't stay at this particular one again. I'll leave it for the 20 something crowd. The redeeming quality is, the excellent, front desk staff. They were very pleasant and friendly

Vicente Cuevas: Recently stayed 5 nights at this hotel and wanted to share some feedback, both pros and cons. My stay included an upgrade, or "upsell" to the Premium Monte Carlo room. Good: Great location, phenomenal decor, friendly staff, "Dirty Habit" restaurant inside the hotel, very close to DCA airport and for being an old property, the plumbing was very good. The toilets (both in room and public) flush very loud and with similar strength to that of airplane toilets, I was impressed by this lol. Pros: Extremely expensive and I regret the upgrade. The room was beautiful... Again, my hats off to the decor. However... Bed and pillows were not comfortable at all (bedding and pillows felt very cheap and used), the room always felt warm (AC vaguely flowed in master bedroom but never in living room portion of the suite), the door that separates living from bedroom never fully closed, both TVs had HORRIBLE signal and one can barely turn on, and no microwave or coffee maker inside the suite. If I'm going to pay the money this hotel charges per night, I want amenities, a bed that feels more comfortable than the one in my own home, and TVs that actually work. It doesn't even include a simple breakfast. In conclusion, I was a little disheartened with what the room itself delivered. I felt like it absolutely was NOT worth the fortune and taxes they charged to get a room that looks very appealing to the eye, but in "practice" just didn't work. This last comment is more of an observation. I only noticed one entrance to the entire property. It's a set of stairs that lead from the sidewalk to the entrance door of the lobby (which is on the 2nd floor). Unless there is a bellman available to help with bags, you are on your own. I didn't notice any ramps for those with accessibility needs just to enter lobby of the hotel but again could be wrong.

Jeremy: Unless you have a written guarantee that you will NOT be in a basement room, don’t stay here. The basement rooms are musty and provide a view of the sidewalk and garbage cans. Staff were less than helpful as I watched guests who arrived after me get checked in. All of this well past the posted 3:00pm check-in time.

Holiday Inn Express Washington DC SW - Springfield, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Tommy: The ceiling fan in bathroom did not work. The size of gym room and outdoor swimming pool are too small.

Michelle Walton: Over priced during the week, medium priced on weekends. Staff is attentive & polite, rooms very comfortable and clean with great selection of pillows. NO microwaves in any of the rooms so you must go down to the lobby which makes it very inconvenient as you've got to down dressed which takes completely relaxing out of the question. Breakfast has always been quick, hot and ready but ends by 9:30am - so much for sleeping in when on vacation. I've frequented this hotel while on medical trips to specialty physicians in D.C. & visiting with family so needless to say I've enjoyed my stays.

Anthony Noyer: I totally agree with the guy who posted this “It was rather disappointing, it was not as good as the ratings said, and it is also 1.9 miles from the nearest metro station, not 1 mile. The breakfast was poor, but it was in walking distance of many great restaurants. The beds were comfy, but the room was tiny and so was the bathroom. The water pressure was fair but it took about 5-6 minutes to get hot and sometimes it would change temperatures in the middle of the shower unprompted. Overall it was a fair hotel but I wouldn’t suggest it to my friends”. I would also like to add that you gym area needs to be renovated with fresh new colors to freshen up up the room and attract younger demographics. It felt like going back in time to the 1990.

Jacqueline Christides: Very clean hotel. Beds & pillows comfortable. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Breakfast is included weekdays between 6:30am -9:30am. Breakfast is eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, selection of hot & cold cereals. Selections of juices, coffee, tea. Pancakes, muffins, bagels, fruit etc. Hotel has shuttle van to take you to metro station or Restaurants etc within 3 miles of hotel. Hotel has gym & pool. Definitely one of the best hotels and reasonable rates.

Jim Greene: I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express, June 7-9th 2022. The room was clean, the breakfast was stellar & although I wasn’t overly taken with the staff ( checking in & getting the van to the metro), I had a decent time. I do think since I’ve worked hospitality for years, there is room for improvements with the staffs issues. I am a timeshare owner & no welcome presents were offered.

Angel White: I was pleasantly surprised for the price that I paid. It was lower than all of the area hotels at the time. The ice machine was not working but I overlooked it because the Cleaning staff was courteous and not overbearing close to check-out time. Unfortunately, I had left a personal item in my room and called the Front Desk an hour after I left to report it. My past experience after leaving something behind at other hotels was not favorable and whatever I left had mysteriously disappeared or never found. In this case, I was told to call back in an hour to give the crew time finish cleaning the floor. Reluctantly, I did call back at the specified time and to my surprise I was told my item was found and I could pick it up anytime. I had just purchased this comfort item to help with my recovery from a surgery I recently had and was so happy it was returned. It could have easily been kept and resold by someone. This was so comforting to me and because of this, I'll have no problems returning to this hotel. Also, it is convenient to everything you'll ever need! Very pleased.

Holiday Inn Washington D.C.-Greenbelt MD, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Helper Assistant: The facility is showing its age. It's time for an upgrade. You can tell by just looking around. I work in commercial construction, so I easily recognize things below the standard. The hotel is located in the middle of a business complex. The staff was nice. There is ample parking available. We stayed one night for a conference being held next door. There are signs of aging in the flooring, furniture, bathroom, and walls.

Jessica Adams: The bed was comfortable and big but that was about it for positive things. Little dirt rings around the drain in the sink, front of the toilet had dirt streaks on it even if the seat was clean so we had to clean as soon as we get in. But the main issue with this hotel is the noise. The walls are paper thin. Banging all night and then 5:30am hits and the person in the room over starts blasting music, I go to call the hotel at the number listed on my reservation email and it’s disconnected. Unreal. Hit 6:30PM and children in the hallway knocking on doors. Keep in mind that the constant banging I mentioned earlier? Has still not stopped. I am exhausted and got zero hours of sleep in this place. Final straw is that I go to shower and my wash rag has a whole corner of it that’s just black?? Lost a customer here.

Julia Endicott: This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First room we walked into had a disheveled bed that was clearly not made. After telling the front desk, we were given a second room which they claimed they just checked; however, when we went to the room the door lock was completely dead (meaning they did not just check the room). The last room we received was completely unsanitary with red marks on the bathroom walls and dirty carpets. To top it all off, our friend who was staying in a different room received a room with no shower curtain and then got bug bites. With that being said, we were so disgusted that we did not stay the remained of our trip. We were told we would receive a refund for the nights we didn’t stay, but we haven’t and they are impossible to get a hold of. After checking out early from the Holiday Inn, we went to the Crowne Plaza College Park which was a 10/10! Highly recommend staying there. Overall, I would never in a million years stay at this Holiday Inn Again. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Tamiko Colts: Unfortunately, the restaurant was going through renovations by the new owners. Also, housekeeping staff called off because it was Mother's Day weekend. Front desk staff was helpful and very courteous. The stay was nice except there is only regular TV with no guide options. You have to scroll the entire channel to find something to watch. Other than that, everything was fine.

TEMITOPE FOWORA: Disclaimer. I do not think this hotel represents all Holiday inn locations. This review is specifically for the Greenbelt location. As much as they projects cleanliness My room does not reflect that. It does not looked cleaned I doubt it was inspected before tagged to be ready for anyone to check in. Food crumbs, cob webs and stained carpet and ceiling where clearly visible. No staff reached out, even after compliant. I checked out early to keep my calm.

Tasha Newbill: Hotel is dated, and could def use some upgrades. The baseboards in the bathroom were dirty and dusty. The shower could have been cleaner as well, was good water pressure and hot. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet(hallways). I stayed on the 7th floor. It was just not up to my standards. The hotel was in a nice location and close to alot of stuff. I wouldnt stay here again unless it gets updated.

Crowne Plaza Crystal City-Washington, D.C., an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Greg Goomrigian: Staff accommodating! Rooms clean and up to date. Was able to handle my large group including breakfast with plenty of food provided for us. Hotel went out of they're way when I requested a room for my large group of students because of inclement weather! Will definitely stay here again!
Response: Thank you so much for your review of our hotel. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. It's something our staff takes great pride in, so we value your feedback. We hope you will visit us again. Sincerely, Mohammad Arshid Assistant General Manager

Rikk Lewis: Wife and I liked this hotel. The location was very good for visiting Arlington and the monuments/museums we wanted to see. The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was. The rooms were nice but could use a touch of TLC for the price we paid. The staff were all wonderful. We would stay here again.

Christine Halk: Great access to Metro system. No microwave in room, no pool open, no free breakfast. Great housekeeping service. Secure card only elevators. Rusty metal in bathroom, but amazing water pressure. Never fixed shorting lamp in room even after notified 1st day. Beds fine.

BigmanDon: Exceptional hotel. Treated like VIP. Food was pricey but exquisite. Located very close to airport. No airport noise. Staff friendly and kind. Rooms Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet to sleep. Bathroom was very clean. Top of the line hotel.

Sophia Wrightu: Great location and friendly staff, however the rooms were poorly cleaned. We were offered a different room, however that room was also poorly cleaned. Heavily stained bed skirt, hair on the sheets and toilet, and a bug on the bathroom sink. The rooms did not smell fresh and the carpets are in need of a deep cleaning.

thelazywombat 13: Great hotel! Spent about 5 days here for a trip to DC and really liked it. The breakfast was good, and the access to Starbucks was also nice. There is a nice patio with games as well seating that my friends and I enjoyed. Location is also very close to the metro station, which saved us a lot of time.

Karimah J: The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that it's outdated and not as clean as it should be. I wiped everything down upon arrival and the handles were dirty on the dresser. Parking is also an outrageous price. On top of that, I received a charge on my card from the gift shop I never visited. When I called about it they had another cc linked to my account. A manager was supposed to reach out but never did. When I checked my statement a few days after that, they charged my card $400+!! I called and spoke to someone in accounting and he couldn't figure out what the charges were. Mind you, I checked out of this hotel May 1st and spoke to accounting May 4 & 6. I check my statement today May 9, and have another $400+ charge to my cc that was charged Sat May7 I'm disputing everything with my bank and I recommend everyone to check your cc statements after checkout. Someone who works there is definitely doing something shady.

Nima Patel: Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Incredibly rude and not accommodating. After a long day of travel we were only met with attitude and unkindness. After starting our day at 6am, with countless flight cancelations and delays, United gave us three hotel vouchers. We got in at 10:30pm, didn’t get checked in until midnight. We were promised 3 rooms, but my whole family was forced into staying in 1 room. They made it seem like finding even one room was a hassle, despite other people checking in after us. Just asking for another room resulted in the desk clerk going off on us. I personally did not feel comfortable even getting water from their market or asking for extra towels. We were there for only 5 hours and every single hour was filled with loud music and noise from our neighbor. We were placed in a connecting room and the walls are paper thin. We complained multiple times, but there was no improvement and the noise did not lessen. To top it off, we went to use the printer, not only was it broken, but when we brought it to the desk clerk’s attention we were only met with a simple shrug. All around a terrible time and wouldn’t wish that type of treatment to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Holiday Inn Express Washington DC - Bw Parkway, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Roe N: We always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel but this was not the same experience. Outside looks like their typical/renovated hotel however, rooms are very dated and small. I wouldn't recommend this location if you enjoy other Holiday Inn Express locations, you will be disappointed. Pros: -Not far from tourist attractions -No daily parking fee (others in the area charge) -Parking lot/facility was gated and well lit. -Morning front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Cons: -Typical breakfast was missing 'normal' options daily (We were there for 6 days/5 nights). Also, breakfast staff was overheard talking about guests to other guests (not positively). -No hot water one morning but was corrected in the afternoon. Also, shower made a very loud sound while water was running. -Rooms are very outdated and small comparatively. -Possibly not the greatest area but I'm not from around there. I only say that because the front door is a key card swipe to open 24/7 and there is a security guard overnight.

Vive vive: Great customer service, fulfilling breakfast 😋. We stayed 3 nights, our room was very clean and spacious. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.Close to attractions, plenty of parking FREE parking 😁 and great price!I recommend it!!!

Johnny M.: This location is situated perfectly for enjoying the area. It's a safe and clean place to stay. The Ritz Carlton it is not.. There was a disconnect somewhere on there part concerning my reservation but fortunately it was resolved later that evening. It has its own parking lot but if you happen to go when the hotel is at capacity, finding a spot might be a chore. Parking spaces are tight. It's very dated and some of the furniture and drapes in my room looked tired. It definitely needs some attention to detail. Breakfast was OK and served its purpose. Walmart is just down the street. I would stay here again but it would not be my first choice.

Debra Buchanan: I love it here. When I need a place to stay I always stay here. The staff is always nice. If call and need something it's never a problem. I also like in the morning before I leave in the morning if you want breakfast they have a variety of food to choose from. Whenever I come to Maryland and need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express is always my go to place to stay. Always nice and quiet and clean. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for my stay here always pleasant.

Renée: Pros and cons— Cons: To Google maps and IHG. Google stated this was 8 minutes from my destination. NOT! And from the employee standpoint..ahem.. IHG... please get them renovated!! Pros: Staff, hkpg and the girl at the front desk who greeted me were wonderful! (give them a raise!) Clean but dated rooms. Breakfast was yummy, just like the one at my hotel!👋😄

John Doe: A very clean hotel. Very nice/ professional black female staff. Lots of cars, but was still able to get a parking space. Was able to check in in the early morning hours without a problem. Easy check in and check out. It was a little pricey with the security deposit. Almost $200. But you get the security deposit back. Only problem was the heater kept clicking every 15 minutes or so . Very annoying. Sister at check out gave me a small discount for the noise. Other small issue is that I wanted 1 large bed, not 2 smaller beds. During check-in I wasn't asked about that. She just have me the 2 smaller beds. Overall a good 👍 experience. With a lower price for a room this would always be my number 1 spot in Maryland in that area.

Jean Royall: Everyone we met was extremely professional. From the front desk staff, to everyone on the phone. We also really enjoyed ourselves at the spa - the facilities are great and the massages were amazing.

Derek Schneider: Seems like it hasn't been updated since it was built in the 80s. The showers made me feel tall and I'm only 5'9" so I can't imagine what anyone over 6'0" would feel like. The continental was good though.

Holiday Inn Express Lorton, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Daria DeSimone: I was taking the Autotrain and stayed here 10 years ago and loved the hotel! Now I'm back overnight again after all this time and the place is amazing! They definitely remodeled the place and the rooms were so pretty and very clean! They also have a free breakfast for the guests which was amazing! Thank you Marie and Parker at the front desk who were so very nice and professional and had a smile on their faces! 5 STARS!
Response: Thank you for your feedback!

Kimberley Sherman: Convenient location for catching the auto train. We’ve stayed here before & were happy. The staff was very friendly especially Lisa, front desk, Westley, Chief Engineer, & Mary, GM. They all tried to fix the issues we had with our room. They’re trying to renovate & update as they get the materials. Some rooms need it more than others, like ours with the musty ac unit. The cleaning staff needs to be more thorough also. I gave the 3 stars because the staff honestly tried to help us and are working on making the property better.

Charles Del Campo: Extraordinary place with full amenities to meet your travel schedule. Modern room with beautiful decor. Very large rooms, everything is new, clean and spacious. Hospitality Management and staff are superb. Great parking, safe location, easy access to expressway, 25 minutes away from Capital Hill, and walking distances of great restaurants. I was here on bus and was treaded like VIP.. thanks guys!
Response: Thank you very much for your feedback!

Keri Hill: I just wanted to say thank you so incredibly much to the amazing staff who helped me today. I wasn't even a hotel guest, and one lady in particular at the front desk was so kind in my time of need. I live and work in the area, and I'm going to recommend this hotel whenever possible. I was stuck there for hours and witnessed customer service at its finest firsthand during a stressful time (snowstorm and no vacancy). God bless you sweet lady at the desk who reminded me there are still good people in the world!
Response: Thank you for your feedback!

Felicia Green: Room was Extremely clean and beds were Uber comfortable. Only stopped over one night before heading to SC. It was well worth the money. The breakfast was less than impressive but my good night's sleep was more important.
Response: Thank you for your feedback!

Victor Cortes: Great hotel. Very clean friendly staff. Rooms could be quieter, they were comfortable. Rooms are updated bathrooms look very nice. Shower handle was broken in ours no big deal.
Response: Thank you for your feedback!

Aung Myo Htut: I stayed there for 7 days during my workshop at point of view. The rooms are clean but there is no regular housekeeping service everyday. You have to ask the front desk for housekeeping and items like toothpaste, towels and shaving cream etc. Breakfast is free but not excited if you stay for a long time. There is a small gym in the basement and a pool in the backyard. Sometimes one of the lifts is not working and you may have to use the stairs. It's good for one night stay only.
Response: Thank you for your feedback!

Holiday Inn Express Fairfax - Arlington Boulevard, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Sean Barrett: Great spot for working around in Fairfax, staff was super friendly and had everything ready to go for us when we arrived. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and feel well prepared for each guest. Slight issue with a light bulb being out but they fixed it within 10 minutes of my arrival. Would love to stay here again!

Tony Flippance: I think the hotel is mid-renovations, my room looked like it was newer but nothing was finished. Tap at the sink wasn't even attached to the vanity, toilet didn't flush correctly and the shower faucet was all lose. They need to actually check that the rooms are ready for guests. Mentioned to front desk but after 3 days nothing was fixxed.

Margaret Rivera: Nice clean rooms. Small but fully equipped w/dishes & pans for cooking. Full refrigerator. Helpful staff for check in. Nice location w/blocks of residence for walking.

Unknown: Been staying at hotels for a while now candlewood has it hands down in my opinion. Second being stay bridge. They have cleansiness down pact. If course some people will have bad times thats life sometimes something might not go right. They also have free laundry can't beat that

T Blake: Staff is wonderful and go out of their way to accommodate guests needs. Rooms are comfy and cozy with amazing beds. 1 bedroom suites are double the space of the studios and are beautiful. I feel at home here

Holiday Inn Express & Suites I-95 Capitol Beltway-Largo, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

An Informed Tourist: Mixed feelings… Making the reservation and getting an accurate rate - then confirming the rate - through IHG was a NIGHTMARE. I spent over two hours total on the phone and talked with five different people to get things straight. My group of 16 selected this hotel because it had parking, breakfast, and a pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed (IHG did not mention this when I confirmed with them that the hotel did in fact have a pool) and two of our non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but okay. The positive side of things is that the staff was FANTASTIC. The manager apologized for the problems, did not try to cover anything up or make any excuses, and did his best to make things right! He was gracious in ensuring that we received the correct rate and compensation for the smokey rooms. He also explained that the hotel is under new ownership and new management who are actively working to improve the facility. We even saw an interior design team present when we checked in.

Katherine Barstow: Was greeted at desk by a gentleman in a plain white t shirt and jeans, not professional, and some guests making a complaint. Found the pool and hot tub was closed by a handwritten note at front desk. We specifically booked this hotel for those amenities. Our room on the first floor was in no way a soundproof room, highway traffic and other guests noise, caused a sleepless night. However the room was clean and the breakfast selections were nice.

C Watson: Main reason for this choice besides price was pool, and the Pool was Closed. Check in was easy, ID & credit card ( incidentals $50, hold, refunded)@ 3:16am smoke detectors went off and quickly stopped. I'm guessing the cause was the smell of Marijuana, that we smelled in the No Smoking building there were no more incidents. A giant light in the parking lot shined through the window all night. Room and bathroom were surprisingly clean. Refrigerator & AC( mediocre)and microwave, no ventilation in bathroom created extra steam in room. Breakfast offered, hot coffee. 5 Stars on room cleanliness.

Marques D: Keeping it simple... Check in was fast and easy, room had a few cracks in wall but clean, tv channels and shows didn't match guides on actual tv, breakfast was good and selectable, no place to sit outside other than a bench because I wanted a cigar and checkout was easy through tv. Nothing spectacular but it was good overall.

VonRico Toote: Had an amazing stay here. The breakfast was way better than most hotels. Andrew reallly made sure we had an amazing experience: id absolutely recommend

Staybridge Suites Washington DC East - Largo, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Rasheen Rodgers: I wish I could give it a lower rating. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had in all my years at staying at a hotel. I went to check in at 9:30pm on 4/15 with my 83 year old mother. We were exhausted from traveling all day. When we got into the lobby, there was a crowd of people standing there and no one behind the desk. I asked someone what was happening and they basically said there were no rooms available. When the front desk clerk came back she informed that they were short staffed and no one was able to clean the rooms. The rooms would not be available until tomorrow. It was not the young ladies fault and I felt bad for her because she was by herself and doing the best she could, but they should have reached out before hand so maybe people could have made alternative plans. It was basically like good luck. So 10pm at night, we had to find another hotel. Thankfully we found one close by. While standing there, I am glad we did not stay there. People were coming down looking for clean towels and blankets and there were none! Then I finally had time to call the hotel back today to make a formal complaint because I never received a call and the manager, Tammy was extremely passive and could care less when telling her the situation that happened. She insisted I booked through Expedia which I am telling her I booked through American Express travel and that is all she could keep informing me. And I feel like whomever I booked through, the hotel made a mistake and should honor their customers that were extremely mistreated. She could care less. This is the worst experience that I have ever had and the customer service of this hotel was beyond horrible. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

Joetta Ervins: I really like staying here. The accommodations are great. This is my second time staying there and when we plan another vacation, that's where we will stay. The staff members are always very professional and welcoming. They have a great breakfast to help start your day. I would recommend the Staybridge Suites any time you are in the area.

Amelia Combs: The hotel lobby and rooms were nice and clearly newer. Rooms were relatively clean, but there was hair on floor of bathrooms and brownish stuff on the bathroom wall. Water pressure was pretty bad, but plenty of hot water. Also, the apartment was not appointed for a large family (7) staying, including not enough towels, silverware, bedding (for pullout), etc. We were surprised that the pullout didn’t have bedding and had scrounge for some late at bedtime from housekeeping. You’d think if you advertise that up to 8 can stay in a suite, you’d have enough settings and bedding for all of them. The pool access key reader didn’t work and you had to go find someone at the front desk to let you in. Also, towels not available at pool. They also said pool and spa, though it was just a pool. Not sure what they considered the “spa” portion. Continental breakfast was well below average. We got there about 8:30a and it was slim pickings. When we asked if they would be restocking empty items, they said no. They didn’t even respond to another guest’s request for more coffee. I could see if it were close to ending time, but that wasn’t the case either morning for us. Also, there were piles of trash outside most rooms in the hallways that were left uncollected most days. Pretty gross. But our biggest complaints were that the hotel reeked of marijuana smoke, so much so that we could smell it strongly in our room. Not a pleasant way to sleep at all. Also, one night we were there and a tornado warning was announced. We exited our 4th floor room and asked at the front desk where the tornado shelter was. She said she didn’t know and just kind of shrugged. We ended up sheltering in the first floor laundry room until the warning passed. No communication from staff at all. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken. First floor was fine, but it’s crazy they don’t have one on every floor. Our last night there (of 3 total) the fire alarm went off three (3!!!) times total-10p, 1a, and 10a. The first time we were running our 5 kids through a shower and had to evacuate the building. The smell of marijuana smoke was so strong in the hall, that was no doubt what set it off. The 1am we were all fast asleep and the blaring alarms sounded nearly 20 minutes, even after we finally went to the front desk and were told some kid had set the alarm off. 10am alarm awoke us with a start after a nightmare of trying to get 5 kids settled after a stressful night. We packed up our stuff and left. The beds were comfortable enough and the location was convenient for restaurants and the Largo station on the blue line. That’s about it. In sum, I don’t think I’d recommend staying here given all the negatives. While the staff wasn’t rude, they are either untrained or just so severely understaffed that they cannot properly manage the hotel.

Becky: Awful in all the ways. I called a week prior to make sure the pool was working, and I'm pretty sure the same rude girl that greeted us at check in was the one that gave me the iffy careless unclear answer on the pool. Check in was at 3, we arrived at 545 and our room still wasn't ready. The young little girl with short hair, I think her name started with a "T" and is in the way wrong business. She all but refused to call the mechanic that worked on the pool to see if our kids would be able to swim. When I pointed out it was nearly 3 hours after checking and our room wasn't ready, she just held up a pile of papers of checkouts they were working on. Isn't checkout usually at like 11?? She just smacked her lips and shrugged and said, "things happen". Never once apologized for anything. Conference room was even dirty, pillows on the floor and dried jelly on the table. Date on the sign on the pool door said "January"...so what's with the big lie on the pool?? Just say it's not working when I CALL the week before.

K. Jones: The suite was spacious and cute with a kitchenette. My only qualms were the fact that the pool was out of service our entire stay and the breakfast. There was breakfast but it didn't make sense that the waffle iron was hot and plugged in, with no waffle batter. When asked, the attendant said they only had frozen waffles. I could see if the waffle iron and empty batter station were fixed or stationary items but since they were not, not usable and still in the customer eye was just confusing. I would go back once calling ahead to be sure the pool works and they have waffle batter.

K A: I enjoyed my stay at the Staybridge Suites Washington DC East - Largo. Breakfast was yummy. I enjoyed using the pool and the gym. I wasn’t too impressed with the service though. However, I still recommend. Lovely Ambiance ✅ ♿️Wheelchair Accessible Entrance✅ ♿️Wheelchair Accessible Parking✅ 🚻Restroom

Kel Huck: Weird policies and lack of food ruined this stay for us. My family stayed for 4 nights and had 2 rooms, one of which was the 8 person suite and we properly reserved for 8 people. When we arrived in the suite though, there were only enough towels for 4 people and no bedding for the pullout couch. When we went down to request more towels they said we had to bring used towels to them in order to get more. What???? Why wouldn't there be enough towels and bedding for the people we reserved? When I pressed the issue the desk clerk conceded and got me more towels but accused me of trying to get her in trouble. So the rest of the stay was us rotating using towels and going to retrieve more for the 8 people in our room. It feels very weird to bring your used, wet towels down to the desk and hand them to the receptionist just to get more. Other weird things: they only clean your room every 4th day, but don't stock extra trash bags or TP in your room. So, again, we had to go downstairs repeatedly and ask for extra TP and trash bags to clean up our room. You can only put the trash out between 9a-11a or you'll get charged $50. You also have to ask the front desk to let you in to the pool. The food runs out very quickly and they don't restock. The "supper" was gone within 30 minutes each day, so we never got to partake in that (which was probably the biggest disappointment, because we counted free supper as part of the value of our stay.) Breakfast options lasted a little longer, but only if you're there within the first hour. Otherwise it's just fried eggs, sausage and waffles (if you wait in the line for the single waffle maker) day after day. And I never saw anyone cleaning the dining area; if someone left their trash on their table, you have to clean it off to be able to use it. The beds were comfy, the room was nice, you can wash your clothes for free (just need detergent) the property is new and located in a suburban area close to Texas Roadhouse, Chilis, etc and is close to the Metro so you can easily visit DC. So we liked these aspects of our stay and it has great potential. But we felt like we were staying with a stingy rich uncle who couldn't wait to see us leave. I'm not sure if it's the management or the owner who sets these policies, but someone needs to change something. If the policies are there because of supply chain or staffing issues, it's best to just post a sign with this info because we all understand the weird times we live in. The policies as they are feel very unwelcoming and I would not recommend this hotel for a relaxing, enjoyable family vacation; it would be best for business travelers who are quickly popping in and out.

J Webster: They were pros and cons to our stay over memorial day weekend 2022. I shared some concerns with Latyre at checkout and she was completely indifferent. Later I heard her whining and moaning to her coworker about how much she hated her job. I also sent the below email to the manager, April, but never got a response. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. “We have been with you since Thursday evening in room 401. There have been some pros and cons of our stay that we wanted to tell you about it and are happy to post a TripAdvisor as well per your invitation. The girl at the front desk on Thursday evening was very friendly And made us feel very welcome. She and my wife hit it right off. I thought the breakfast items were delicious and there was a good variety of food. The beds are also very comfortable. The biggest complaint is that our room sleeps five, not six, since the sofa sleeper is a twin. This is different than what the Priceline website showed. We made our reservation with you based on the understanding that there was room for six people to sleep either on a bed or the sofa sleeper. We even entered our kids’ ages, yet the room did not really sleep six, only five. This was disappointing. On Friday Night, we looked forward to an enjoyable pool visit and had a great time at the pool. However, there were no pool towels, and when we asked for towels to be restocked, none were brought. My wife and kids walked through the hallways cold and dripping. The toilet paper holder is broken in the room. No blankets and no extra pillows on Friday or Saturday either, even though we asked for some to be brought to our room. There was one disappointing aspect to the breakfast experience. You were out of 3-4 breakfast items both Friday and Saturday. Today at 8:40 am, there were no bagels, no yogurts, no eggs, and two turkey sausages left. I waited 10 minutes before more food was brought out. At 9:20, My wife waited 30 minutes today before more eggs were brought out. If we were in a hurry this morning, we would’ve been stuck with cold cereal. The staff does not seem to be able to keep some breakfast foods in stock with the current occupancy rate.”

Nicholai Borisov: I had to wait until 9PM for my room to be ready. Yes, 9PM!!! At the end the room was still dirty, thankfully at least beds were clean. I appreciate the efforts front desk staff did to help, as much as they could, but I would never go back.

christina nino: I booked a night at this hotel this weekend after my boyfriend stayed there for over 2 weeks. It is a pet friendly environment and the gym is fully equipped with new machinery. The rooms are very spacious with many outlets and comfy bed. There was only a mini fridge and no microwave. The staff overall was friendly, however, there were 2 incidents that we had with the staff that was very disappointing. My boyfriend stayed in that room for over 2 weeks and they only cleaned the room once. We had asked for the staff to provide us new sheets, towels, and washcloths and remove the old bedding and trash in the room. I informed them that my dog would be gone the entire day to be groomed so they may clean the room. Unfortunately, they do not clean the rooms while you are staying there because of Covid. We had to change our own sheets and take the trash out and after asking on 4 different occasions for them to bring us all that we asked for, we finally received everything. We had also asked for a late check out, which they approved. The next day we had gone downstairs to reactivate the room keys and the staff told us we could not do late checkout. We only had 45 minutes to checkout or we would have been charged another night. Overall, we had decent experience, although, I personally will not come back to this hotel.
Response: Christina, thank you for being our guest and sharing your concerns. We are pleased that we met most of your expectations, but we are sorry for the oversight in preparing your room. We strive to provide every guest with clean, comfortable accommodations; therefore, we truly regret this was not your experience. We also apologize for the unusual interaction you encountered with one of our associates. We appreciate your valuable feedback and will share your matters with the appropriate team to ensure this is not repeated. Thank you again; we hope you will allow us a chance to show you our commitment to seamless, exceptional experiences. Best Regards, Tamara M General Manager

Sara Smith: We booked a room in your hotel as always in advance from April 23-25, we indicated in advance that we need 2 queen beds. We received confirmation of the reservation. We were calm that everything was fine. But when we got to the reception desk, it turned out that we were not expected. There was surprise on the faces of the custom service, and they said that they had been waiting for us only since April 26 and there was no room with two queen size beds in the hotel. But wasn't it possible to warn us about this when they confirmed our reservation? And how could we confuse our dates for booking a room. We showed in the phone that we have a reservation from April 23-25. Of course, the custom service did everything to save the situation, and found a free room for us, but our mood did not improve from this. The very fact that one of the reception staff mixed up our booking dates, did not warn us in advance that we needed two queen-size beds, and even when we checked into our room, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, the bath was poorly cleaned, there were traces of other guests inside the toilet. We have stayed at your hotel twice. And the second time was the last. We will no longer be staying at your hotel. Your service has become substandard. And the price for the room is greatly overstated.
Response: Thank you for staying with us for the second time and your honest evaluation. We apologize for the mix-up with your room and the inconvenience this caused you. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our guests; therefore, we are truly sorry this was not your experience. We will address this appropriately so we are more consistent in our service delivery. Furthermore, we also apologize for any oversights in the preparation of your room upon your arrival. We appreciate your valuable feedback, and we would love for you to return so we can show you our commitment to seamless, exceptional experiences. Best Regards, Tamara M General Manager

Morgan Giddings: Lucky to have discovered this on the hotel tonight app! The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and kind. The workout equipment in room was clean and new, and the entire place was immaculate. They have standup and sit down desks in every room! Gym with huge windows too. The juice bar wasn’t there and the bar was closed for licensing but overall a stellar experience irregardless of the great value.
Response: Morgan, thank you for your kind words about our hotel; we are delighted you had an excellent stay and that you enjoyed our accommodations, most notably the fitness amenities in your room. We are also glad you loved our thoughtful services and the fitness center. Thank you once more for choosing EVEN Hotel Rockville-Washington, D.C. Area, and we look forward to welcoming you again soon. Best Regards, Tamara M General Manager

Andrea Paul: First business trip, first time staying here. Highly impressed with the level of customer service! Gary, Grace & Theresa were very professional and went above the line of duty when I came across what was an emergency need. I forgot all combs and brushes at home. Standing in my room with a wet head and no means to get ready I was in a panic. I called the front desk and asked if they had anything I could purchase. Unfortunately they didn’t. I had to be downstairs ready in 15 mins for my first work event. The staff jumped in and went to the local gas station to see if they could assist. I was SO pleasantly surprised when Gary showed up at my hotel room with a brush & comb in a gift bag. They literally saved my day! I know it may sound silly, but a woman with wet hair and no means to style my hair. Let’s just say I was SO thankful they came to my rescue! I would highly recommend this hotel and if in the area would stay here again! Thanks again for the best customer service ever in my books! 😉

David Cheung: If you are fitness focused, this hotel is for you. The gym has multiple treadmills, spin bikes, towers, etc. They have dumbbells that go up to 50 lbs. The treadmills are the fancy ones that cost as much as a car and have the thick belt. The rooms were clean.

Jessica Stone: Very nice staff 🤩 ! Great fitness center with various equipment including decent spin bikes and rubberized treadmills that are easy on the joints. Very cool in-room equipment set up as well - yoga mat, block, roll, fitness straps and big medicine ball. The room was simple, clean, minimalistic. Another healthy, appreciated touch - the filtered lemon-ginger water as you walk into the hotel. ✨ Even Hotel is located within walking distance (next plaza over from the hotel) to a Fresh Market grocery store, Chopit (salads/soups), Starbucks, Barnes and Noble cafe and Mosaic Cafe (breakfast) for some healthy food options. Nice stay for a good price. Thank You to all the staff at Even Hotel! ✨
