mikki freidkin: Excellent experience. I’ve been working on building a home and I have found Ferguson to have an exceptional selection at fair prices. Their entire staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I have had Andrew Thompson helping me most frequently. He has the patience of a saint and works hard to get me the best item for my lifestyle. He also has never forgotten to take advantage of promotions that can save me money. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Charrese Edwards: I took the time to go into the Fergusons over on Wisconsin where I met with one of the sales people named Tempe. I spent a couple of hours in there looking for several items and making selections, Tempe said she would get back to me by the next day at the latest with some quotes. I did not hear from her so I followed up a few days later with an email, she didn’t respond so I called and left a message, she didn’t respond so I called and spoke to somebody else and she said that she would get Tempe to respond and she still never did. Not exactly what I call good customer service. I drove all the way out to the Rockville store and met with the sales person there, Dixon, and had a fantastic experience. Ferguson should be happy that I just didn’t decide to go somewhere else completely based on the extremely poor service that I got from the Wisconsin Ave store.

Meredith Cross: Keni Jones has helped me on two visits, and she is remarkable. The first time a couple weeks ago I went in to look at new refrigerators because mine (purchased by my builder at another dealer about 8 months ago) was requiring too many repairs. She offered to help me find out how to get it replaced by the dealer for free. That is now happening. Saving $12,000. She didn’t need to help me. She just seems to want to help. Today I went to replace some lights. They have a beautiful selection. I bought a lot of light fixtures with help from Tayler Bordes at the same store in the Fall of 2018. She was fantastically helpful and the lights are great. Today I was there shortly before closing with no appointment. Keni Jones helped me order what I wanted and gave me great advice. I’m a huge fan of Ferguson’s and so glad they opened near DC Chevy Chase!

Jennifer Golden: EDIT/UPDATE: Upped stars to 3 from 1 but can't go higher until I actually experience their services. After the store replied to my review on here and asked that I email them, I did. The manager of the store showed great concern over my experience and seemed quite sincere. Also, many, many, many neighbors on nextdoor dot com voiced their opinions that what I experienced was absolutely not the norm for them. Given most people love to complain and less to praise...having so many take the time to voice praise - I suspect this experience was a fluke. Beautiful showroom, limited refrigerators to look at Totally ignored. I'm in the market for high end refrigerators. Spent a lot of time hovering around the subzero and Gaggenau appliances and was completely ignored. Even asked the front reception when I arrived where the refrigerators are. No even said hi, we'll be right with you. I'll spend my $30k elsewhere, they clearly don't need my business and I'm certainly not going to beg to give it to them.

Allyson Raabe: As far as I could tell, they have a limited selection, mostly priced at full retail, offer little if any valuable design advice, and do not install. I went primarily to look for a bathtub, as I'd really like to see a bathtub before buying it and assumed that a kitchen and bath "Gallery" would have many options, but I was wrong. My bathtub space is probably the most common size there is, but they had only a single option for that size. I have a clear idea of the design I want so really wasn't interested in design "advice," but what I overhead was pretty terrible. A couple was advised to choose a bathroom sink faucet first and then to pick everything else to match. Umm, so forget what kind of shower head you want and need (type, pressure, ahem, legal flow restrictions) and just pick it to match the vanity faucet? That seems crazy, backwards, and potentially code noncompliant. Plus, "matchy matchy" is not design in my opinion. They do have a number of faucet options and a trip there before buying something online would probably help you avoid some annoying online returns, but I think you could find most if not all of what they sell for less through a simple Google search. If you have no idea how to do a Google search or compare prices, then you are probably their ideal customer.

Hanna chakarji: Better prices than you would expect, I was looking for a light for my bathroom, one thatgoes on the wall. Found some beautiful chrome polished triple light. Was the same price as the junk on eBay. They did not have it in stock at Bethesda but they did have it in Richmond, I paid for it at around 3 PM and it was at my home the next day. Awesome place very high-quality items.

E Callahan: This was installed in a home I purchased but a faulty washer / seat meant that the faucet dripped onto a wood counter, staining it. After numerous attempts to contact support to try to obtain a new seat & washer as well as to obtain simple information about the seat wrench size needed to properly install (every single hardware store and plumbing supply store in the DMV area did not have the necessary tool), I was told to purchase an entirely new faucet. For appx $2000-$4000. Aside from the leak, the faucet finish was also fading in part (no harsh cleaners were used). I originally loved the look of the faucet, but ended up replacing with a Kingston Brass after even my trusted plumber could do nothing about the leak. 3 months later and no leaks and no issues with the KB finish. For the expense of these, I would have expected much better performance and much better customer service. Never again.

Yasmin Yatzkan: I'm renovating my bathroom and was looking around the shop, when a glass door swung out and hit me. I cried out and two employees who were sitting at a table upstairs glared at me. A simple "are you OK" would have sufficed, but the look of disapproval that I received from these employees made me feel very uncomfortable that I walked out. I will not be shopping here again.

Christa Forgue: The store is beautiful. The selection was endless. Karen was very helpful and really helped us narrow down to what would go great in our kitchen. The only fallback was price. I would recommend to anyone :)

Sassy Sauce: Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.

Stuart Miles-McLean: I don't like all the self check out lines which are killing jobs. They did have things I was looking for in the wild bird and critter section, but it appears they need more employees -- all over the store -- to keep the inventory organized and properly shelved and labeled. The employees I did encounter were very helpful and friendly; it just looked like they need more of them.

Kev- keepingitreal: This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.

Jessica Fullington: Today I went to the garden center for some outside plants. Yolanda was so very helpful! She was able to answer my questions, she even went and got me a cart so that it was easier for me to get the items I purchased to my car. It is so refreshing to have people who are pleasant and helpful at their jobs I will definitely come back to this location to get all the plants I need this spring! Marla was very helpful as well along with the young man who answered some of my questions about my plans. All around a wonderful experience!

goklt: Lots of materials here. Check out was fast. However good luck asking for assistance. Lots of associates are walking around but not helping customers. I tracked an employee down for assistance in moving materials from a high shelf to store level in the door section. He called two times for assistance to my aisle but no one came and he advised going to customer service. They called and still no help. Had to track somone down in a different department altogether. Crazy.

Chase Johnson: The employees here are courteous. But the wood cutting service they claim to offer is not available when needed. The store should just be candid that wood cutting won’t be available (or at the very least won’t be available at any specific time). I am a local DIYer (not a contractor). Before I bought wood I asked about cutting and was told it was no problem—buy it and then request a cut. I did. I was then told the lumber associate wasn’t available for an hour. I couldn’t get the wood (a single sheet of plywood I needed to cut in half) into my car, so I waited. After an hour, there was still no lumber associate, so the wood was never cut.

N R: Terrible customer service. Returning an item took 3 months of repeated calls to schedule a pickup and even when Lowe's had the item back multiple calls were needed to secure the refund. Such a hassle, so worth avoiding! The third party delivery service that they use doesn't turn up in the agreed time slots so it's very easy to miss them and then get stuck in the web of calls that are required to reschedule.

Annie Signorelli: I ordered a dishwasher with professional installation and the process from start to finish was completely nontransparent and unprofessional. The installation had to be rescheduled because the dishwasher wasn’t pulled down for pick up in time, and then when it was installed it was the incorrect dishwasher — not even the right brand. After several hours on the phone with the Lowes installation line, including being told multiple times that they couldn’t advance the process because they couldn’t get in touch with anyone at their own Lowes store, I called the store directly and was able to sort it out and get the installation rescheduled. A Lowes associate later told me that they don’t have the “luxury” of waiting on hold with the store which is what I had to do in order to ensure my order was completed. Finally the correct dishwasher was installed on the third attempt and I was told I could contact the installation line again to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Again it took multiple attempts to even get an update on where my case stood, despite being told every time that I should expect a call back “by end of business” every day I called. When I finally got offered compensation it was for less than half of the amount I requested (I requested the installation service be refunded seeing as it took 3 attempts and I was the one having to set everything up because Lowes did not follow through). While I am satisfied with the product I am in disbelief at how difficult and unprofessional the process was with Lowes. I do not recommend purchasing appliances from installation from this store or using the Lowes installation services.

Conchita Coney: Excellent but one of the employees didn't know what he was talking about whereas getting parts for a 2019 torro self-repellent lawn mower. He told my husband and I to go to store name Grainger on MD 202 they are either closed or permanently shut down.

Elizabeth Ramming: Assistance was top notch!! The gentlemen working there were very polite and helped me a lot with specific questions. HOWEVER-- However, I needed lumber, a 1X6 piece. What they had in stock was WET. But oh! I found 2 dry pieces at the bottom. But alas, don't be happy for me. Those pieces were warped in both directions - both along the length and width. That's it. So, shut up and buy it, or fight DC traffic to go someplace else. Both of those options were the absolute WORST. Why was the wood wet amd warped?? ... Duhhh. How utterly stupid.

emma wells: This is a great place for pluming, bathroom or cabinet ideas. The staff was very helpful when I went in for plumbing supplies and didn't really know the specs on what I was replacing. The people at the counter could tell what my old stuff was and recommended replacement parts that worked perfectly. would definitely go back over any Home Depot or any place like that .

Michele Pearson: I went to several stores shopping for a bathroom renovation, no one was nearly as helpful as Sebastian at Plumbing Parts Plus! Yes they are often busy, but I signed in and he got to me within 15 minutes. He then took the time to explain all the shower options to me and helped me choose wisely based on function and price range. He ordered for me and it ended up being way cheaper than what was advertised online for those parts! They called within 2 weeks with all of my things ready to pickup. I would say save yourself the trouble and go here and request Sebastian. I really appreciate how helpful they were and everyone was so friendly!

Shoshana Eisenberg: We spent $30K on our cabinets from here. 6 years later, our glass cabinet spontaneously broke in half and we were told that it was not covered by the lifetime warranty because "we opened it too much." I would seriously discourage anyone from purchasing cabinets here.

Sean Vincent: Very helpful and knowledgeable staff here. They've helped us shop for bath fixtures and they've gotten me out of a couple of jams while doing my own plumbing repairs. They are also configured now for a safe shopping experience which I prefer compared to a large hardware or homey D store.

RR MM: My go to plumbing and renovation shop for 15 years. Many of the employees are plumbers. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. PPP carries both expensive and value products, but all are of high quality. The employees have an opinion and a range of suggestions on the quality and durability of all their products.They've given me so many cost saving and design improvement suggestions. Skip the big box stores and give a wonderful local company your business.

Doug Wandell: Took a while for them to answer, when they did and I explained my problem (leaking cartridge on Grohe kitchen faucet, would like to order replacement) - I could barely understand "Sebastian", who first said I had to bring it in, then agreed to look at a photo but "had no idea when he would get back to me", then wouldn't spell his name so I could get the email address right. Rude - I don't recommend.

Bruce Craig: Jim and his team at PP+ are terrific. Great service & selection of top brands, hands-on advice and superb execution and follow through. We did 3 full baths a new kitchen and a few add-ons, like whole house filter system. They coordinated everything with my GC and kept us informed throughout. From a replacement faucet to a full renovation, you're missing out if you go anywhere else. They are competitive on pricing too. They could be the only artisans on the parts supply side left in area.

B AC: This place packs a lot of bang for your buck into a small store. It is not quite a showroom in the sense that they do not have cohesive looks on display. They do have tons of items individually on display that give you a lot to look at. Most of the stuff needs to be ordered, but it is a great place with friendly staff who all seemed ready to help out anytime you need it!

chrandall90: I went to Plumbing Parts Plus to select a sink top, and faucet, towel bar, etc. accessories for my new bathroom. Pat Regan was very helpful,spending over an hour with me looking at all the options. He was knowledgeable about all the products, had good suggestions, and wrote up a complete list of all the items I looked at with the prices, so that I could decide. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Parts Plus, and Pat Regan, tp anyone needing to shop for plumbing appliances.

John Camp: We remodeled our entire bathroom and have bought a number of fixtures at Plumbing Parts Plus over the years. I depend on these guys to provide top quality products and service. The price is the same or maybe a little higher than the internet or Home Depot, but you will get the right part and it will not break when you use it.

Audrey Lester: Blind Customer: I increased shopping here during pandemic, as it’s in my community. On nearly all visits, I’m greeted at front door by a very knowledgeable staff member. I love how they know where every item is specifically located - like really! Upon entry, you’re on main isle. To your left are short isles leading to registers. Staff always escort me through store or to elevator where I’m met by another team member on lower level. Ayesha, General Manager, allows items to be opened for me when possible so I can feel item. I especially love their text message lime where consumers can ask questions before visiting store. Great Team!

koura Gibson: Disappointed to be rudely treated for “walking into store” before opening. The door was wide opened and I entered only to be charged aggressively by the 3 attending employees, shouting for me to exit. I had to calm them down of their excitement to reprimand me for entering the store. There was no indication that the store was not opened. No hours were posted ether. Then the older guy rudely and aggressively closed the door as I exited. He then snarkly stated “I guess!” When informing him that 8:00 was in 14 minutes. It was really disappointing to have to endure such rudeness in the morning.

Al Boyd: Customer service, was excellent. But I didn't appreciate being mistaken for a thief. I had the receipt was in my bag. I am a retired police officer, I don't need too steal anything from anyone.

Nathan Deunk: Very convenient location, and they've really improved the store since they moved locations. Unfortunately, Fragers employees and contractors consistently endanger the residents of the surrounding community by illegally parking on both 11th SE and Pennsylvania SE. I can't support a store that cares so little for their neighbors, especially when those neighbors are their customers.

Jeff Breitenbuecher: It was an incredible experience to come to the Senate and advocate for bills that will have an important impact on not only in my life, but all other constituents. It is a quiet, clean and very pretty place. It gives you a sense of responsibility and respect when walking among so many people with a huge pressure on their backs to fix the whole country's problem. Be kind and understandable of how difficult and necessary it is for bills to become a law. There are way to many faucets we do not understand of things.

Jasmine H: I saw 24 bottles of water. Anyways theres nice architectural marble staircases. Theres beautiful elevators. The awnings were locked. Some of the spaces were just illumating. Nice seeing some of the senate offices.

Semya Alshattarat: I was a member of King Abdullah II delegation in 2022 it was my pleasure visiting that place

Jeff Breitenbuecher: It was an incredible experience to come to the House of Representatives and advocate for bills that will have an important impact on not only in my life, but all other constituents. It is a loud and fast pacing place, and a very pretty place too. It gives you a sense of responsibility and respect when walking among so many people with a huge pressure on their backs to fix the whole country's problem. Be kind and understandable of how difficult and necessary it is for bills to become a law. There are way to many faucets we do not understand of things.

Lou Fegans: As of July 2021 the House of Representative Chambers remains closed to the public. How to visit the chamber: You can arrange a tour of the capitol in advance by reaching out to your Congressman or Senator. Their staff will provide your group an intimate tour of the Capitol and depending on the days schedule and the staff availability they will escort you into the gallery to watch the proceedings. If you did not arrange a tour in advance you can stop by any Congressional office to pick up chamber passes. These passes will get you into the building and allow you to sit in the chambers and watch the proceedings. You will not have a guide but will be able to be in the building on your own at any point that The Congress is in session. This is a fun way to visit the Capitol late at night if the Chamber is still meeting. Note, you can reserve a tour of the Capitol with the Capitol Visitors Center or reach out in advance to your representatives for a more intimate tour of the Capitol. These tours do not take you into either the House or the Senate chambers.

BC Turk: To start, the valet parking is outrageous but there is a garage literally right down the same road for about a third the price. The staff is super friendly. Housekeeping would speak to us and ask if we needed anything as we headed to the elevators. Everyone was always saying, Have a good day”. The amenities within the hotel room were good. We checked the sheets and filters and all was clean. Sheets are super thin but worked out okay. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink/bar. All the you need. I like the security they have coming in. It is a two minute walk to the Metro (red line). Would recommend for location being close to a walking path and the Metro.

Mohammed Mohammad: Stayed here for 4 days. Overall my stay was great. My stay included breakfast. This hotel is great in terms of service and kind staff. As for the breakfast, it's not an open buffet style. They have a menu and customer choose from it. Though the choices were limited, we enjoyed every breakfast dish we tried. Chef Mo is an excellent chef excited these dishes in a fine great way. Ladies tacking the orders also were very friendly and helpful. As for the location, it's a 15-20 min walk to the convention center and a little bit more to reach the attractions near to it. The only thing they need to add is an airport shuttle which currently not available. Enjoyed the toiletries with the refreshing lemon smell. Overall, thank you guyz for the great stay.

Garrett Robak: Extremely friendly staff from the front desk, the cafe, management, housekeepers, and valet. Everyone was so pleasant and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is very modern and has very comfortable amenities. The hotel is also located in a really great section of DC where there are a ton of restaurants and shops that are within walking distance.

Shane Broyles: First off, the staff were all amazing! Everyone we passed said hello, asked if we needed anything. Front desk were always attentive and we're able to help with everything we needed! The ice machine on the floor we stayed at was a little unreliable, but it wasn't too bad to pop to another floor to grab it. Two notes: First was that housekeeping didn't come most days until after 5:30 when we were back in the room. Second, breakfast buffet was pricy and not warm, but other options are available. Convenient to the Red Line Metro (literally next door) All-in-all, I would happily stay with them again!

Cema-D Cema-E: My family stayed 1 night on the 21 of April 2022. We stayed in two rooms. Room 617 in which the heating system did not work and the room was excessively hot. The second Room was 330 in which the Toilet did not flush. Had to fill the trash can in the tub to make the toilet flush. On top of that, they charged me 1007.00 dollars for the two rooms, and the rate I was given was 183.50 for each room. My math says they stole my money through their practices. I would not recommend this particular hotel. I did try to speak to the manager but because I was white she just told me too bad that's the charge. Be wary of this business.

Jean Ng: We read a lot of negative reviews about this place and some is kinda true. Parking is an issue BUT we found a garage just across from the hotel inside the ELEVATION BUILDING which a full day charge is only $16 max. We left the car in the garage for the entire week stay and just use the metro as our main transportation. The room we got was nice and comfortable. Although we have an issue with the AC. The temperature is constantly at 73 even tho we set it for 68. A little stain on the couch but no big deal. The room also have good noise insulation (maybe I just slept through it since we walk so much during the day) Big shout out to Miss Nu who checked us in. She just brighten our day and made us feel special. There is a refreshment table set up with coffee tea water and cookies for free after the breakfast period. Tons of food options around and trader joe’s is just 6mins away on foot towards Union Market.

DK Adams: This trip was a treat for me since I had recently come out of the hospital. The staff was very friendly. The valet man was helpful as well. Our room was very comfortable. I'm glad we went.

ESB NYC: Busy and basic Marriott in NE DC. It was fine for what we needed but I’m not too enthusiastic. Room was clean. There were some kinda gross stains on the sofa/ottoman that were unappealing but we’re not too fussy. They charge $45+tax for daily parking but you can self-park across the street for $16 a day including tax, literally 3 minutes walk. The morning coffee situation was not very well organized. There were also some strange service issues with the front desk. We stayed in the same room but we utilized two separate reservations, the front desk seemed very confused about this and they came up to our room with a rather confrontational demand that we come downstairs to check out and check into the room again although we had been told on the phone that we were good to go. Not really a big deal but I felt that the aggressive posture was unnecessary and left me with a bad taste. On top of that, I am a gold Bonvoy member and I would’ve been entitled to a room upgrade which I declined for the convenience of remaining in the same room. One thing that I believe some other people commented about is that you cannot control the temperature in your room effectively. There is a thermostat and you can make the numbers move up and down a bit but it doesn’t appear to have any effect on the temperature in the room which seems to be controlled centrally. There were a couple of evenings where we were uncomfortably warm. On the plus side, you are just a couple of minutes from the Noma metro station and there is also a Dunkin’ Donuts close to that. You’re also about a 8 to 10 minute walk from the Union market area which has a Trader Joe’s and some great restaurants and other food options inside the market. If not for the convenience of the location and the comparatively reasonable price, this would probably be a three star review.

Kenneth McIntosh: This Marriott sucks badly. Forget parking unless you want to pay a lot extra for valet services. Free breakfast isn't exactly free and the place is beings renovated. At least I had a great experience at the Marriott in Long Island, NY.

Sassy Sauce: Who doesn’t like Costco. It’s filled with stuff we really don’t need, but when we see it we justify why we want it and figure out the rest later. The tire center crew is very helpful and I have bought car batteries from here as well. The ease of rerun for items is really good and the process is very streamlined. I like the selection of items and it’s generally well staffed. I don’t have to wait too long in line before checking out. The gas prices are the best I’ve seen in the surrounding areas. It’s usually a win whenever we visit.

Anthony Stewart: A bit crowded, but great just as every other Costco. If you haven’t been a member for a while, now is your time to go back! Things have only gotten better! Pretty easy to reach by public transport if one doesn’t plan to get much (and traveling by bus and metro forces one to be a bit more circumspect in one’s purchases). Will be returning monthly and already know where to find great holiday essentials. Hadn’t had Costco pizza in years, and it really hit the spot. It’s one of the few places in the country where a meal and a drink can still be had for under $3!

Oceanie De Silva: Love Costco and specially this DC one as it’s the only one that sells Liquor in the whole DMV area! We find some great items- coconut water from Sri Lanka, Dutch ovens for a great price! Hard Liquor and wines and beers etc amazing collection!! And great prices too! The Japanese whiskeys are a treat and also some fine wines from France and Spain! Also the service is great and efficient! Even though it’s always crowded you move fast!! Become a Member and come over to the DC one!

B. Lipkowitz: This is a great store for just about anything personal, business, and corporate. A courteous, efficient staff is ready, available to serve, offer samples, or assist along well stocked aisles of both the familiar and upscale. Libations, anyone? The A+ "adult beverage" section has an exceptional array of wines and spirits.

I SLAY ALL DAY TRAVEL The Solo Traveler: Its always a pleasure coming into this Costco to see the workers with great customer service. They are friendly and kind. The selections are wide and many. I really like this location and it’s close to home.

Jneen Pas: The lines were long but the cashier was polite. Then my reciept didn't print at the register and I had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to bring me a printed reciept from the back. Made my rating less.

Hannah Solomon: I'm just reviewing so they'll read this some day on beach too sandy water to wet. It's what you expect. At one point in my life I lived on the rotisserie chicken, miracle noodles, and bell peppers. 10/10. Return policy is clutch for trying out new stuff too.

I finally had enough, I addressed the problem. The store need to train staff on cultural sensitivity. Some cashiers bully customers, sad part too much hatred in this store. Hope the corporate sends people from headquarters and experience the hate maybe this store can turn for the better..the store have a good seafood manager. He listened to me while i was looking for a manager to address the bad treatment i received. Costco we want to be welcomed in your store

Teri Weil: For a company that is supposed to have quality products after 6 months of installing a faucet it began to leak. After reaching out to customer service they had to tighten a hose. Since then my faucet has continued to leak. I reached back out to the company they want me to come pick up a cartridge and replace it myself. What good is having a warranty with good of them being so wonderful at their products that I'm always have to do all the repairs? I warned them that this was not good customer service that I will more than likely post this information all over social media. They really do not care. I'm beginning to think no no company believes in customer service anymore. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer whatever happened to having quality products?

Your product , as you stated , was first installed January 2016. Our products do have a limited lifetime warranty however we are not a plumbing company that services plumbing issues. Which is the reason we are not able to send a technician to fix the problem. We fully stand behind our warranty in our products. If the issue can be fixed with a replacement part, we send the part which does not require a plumber. It is an easy fix and we send a homeowner friendly video to walk you through the steps. We had offered you to pick up since you are close and that would be the quickest way for you to receive the part, however we are more than happy to send the part if you prefer. If the problem can not be fixed or we do not carry that model anymore, it is only then the warranty covers a replacement faucet. Please contact us if you would like to receive the replacement part to fix your issues.

kamran aghdami: I've got an ALLORA faucet for my kitchen sink. The sprayer's water flow was not strong anymore and it started to leak after 4-5 years. Although the leak was not much but I wanted to fix it. I called their office in Sterling, VA. A technician, Jonathan, guided me on the phone to figure out if the low water pressure was because of the clogged sprayer or something else. I took the sprayer to their office. He took me to their show room and showed me how a clogged sprayer works, then brought a new faucet, took his time, and explained to me how to disassemble the faucet handle and replace a new cartridge. When I got home, I did exactly as he said and in less than 10 minutes the sprayer, new cartridge, and the handle were installed. He is one of a kind. Thanks Jonathan. Thanks ALLORA USA.

brian detter: I hired a plumber to fix a problem with my Allora kitchen faucet, and he misdiagnosed the problem, telling me to get a part I didn’t need. Went to Allora’s HQ in Sterling VA. Met with Mustafa, who instantly diagnosed the actual problem (which had nothing to do with the faucet) and taught me how to fix the problem myself. I got excellent customer service from Allora. Highly recommend. (Got my money back from the bad plumber.)

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

VIRGINIA Parker: Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and helpful because I am in a wheelchair they offered to help me with items I couldn't reach.They had a variety of all kinds of foods and beverages. This will be my Walmart supercenter that I will be attending from now on keep up the great work and I will continue to be a valued customer.

Sarah West: A large mixed selection of items you can get any 3 for TEN DOLLARS. Selected high end new items are priced accordingly. Kids, mens, and womans apparel and shoes. If you have the knack for treasure hunting in thrift stores.....THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. thrifty and unique pieces all year round

Matthew Unger: The employees were fantastic and would be 5 stars, but not being able to not use yet another app makes for a poor customer experience that part I would give a 1 star, but I don't want to hold what seems like a wonderful store to a corporate specific issue. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that helped me and even apologized for a company wide corporate issue.

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

scmi7y: Not too good experience, they did not have any of the 4 things we came for. Also they don't sell graphic cards in this store. Staff was 50/50 some was very helpful and good attitude. While others seemed annoyed by customers getting in their way and asking "stupid" questions. Somewhat hard to navigate the store. And prices has gone up lately.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Husky Ski: Very nice and flexible front desk service. Let me check in a little bit earlier. I left my noise canceling headphone behind. I called the hotel and they mailed it back to me, and I received it in 4 days. what a great service. Room is a little dated, but very comfy and has all the things you need. a lit if places nearby to explore.

Davaish Singh: Older property on outside, rooms are nicely updated with few issues. Room service was impossible to reach, excellent cleaning service and shoe shine. this is a good work hotel if you have to stay. it is not meant for families. Served its purpose, but parking is 52$ even for self park (valet not offered always) and they have a 20$ dest fee just because.

Loretta Harrison: I travel quite a bit and have stayed at some of the best hotels around. I was truly disappointed with the check in and the size of the room. I only wanted to spend the night so I could travel home safely after an afternoon event. Parking was an extra $52.00 and $20.00 for a destination fee??? I am glad I purchased the room online cause they may have charged me for even more bogus charges. The entrance is spacious but the room is dated for a four star hotel. I say get your stuff together Washington Hilton. You can and should be soooo much better! PS. No microwave or mini fridge. Really

L Tut: BE WARE! AWFUL experience in almost every way. Hardly leave reviews, but when we are harassed and our privacy is violated people need to know before booking. Staff was rude, hotel is huge and looks nice. Rooms just OK, the security staff was the most unprofessional we have ever witnessed. Security came to our room, just asked us to turn music down so we did. They came back an hour reason, with no reason in hand, and just entered into the room on their own, unannounced. A few of us with unclothed/in the middle of getting dressed. They stood their staring, we asked for privacy and for them to go into the hallway and we will step out once property dressed, they refused too leave. They started yelling and getting angry and confrontation. One of them actually started cursing at us. They made us feel so uncomfortable and they were literally staring it's was completely unacceptable and they are taking no accountability and we have a full video of the altercation. STAY AWARE, management didn't provide any support they just passed the torch and want too address nothing.

Virginia Milius: Booked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool option and checked in to find that this place rents out the pool and their gym to locals. It was very disappointing because this is a business hotel and I expected to be able to use the pool but instead, it was filled with local kids and their families. Thought I could beat everyone to the pool to relax a bit for my 40th birthday but never got the opportunity. I would suggest to the hotel manager that they offer the pool to only hotel guests for a certain time period each day because that was just ridiculous. The facility itself is nice, though one must make sure to bring ports for their devices. Outdated rooms without usb plugs. Shower heads are old with lime buildup and only two water settings. I did expect more from such a highly regarded and well known establishment. They have the nerve to push sales for other destinations with Hilton sales people, stopping you in the lobby and interrupting your day. This might be the last time we stay in this hotel. We were never given our $20 food credit for each day of our stay nor the 3 hour bike rental, which was a mandatory fee added to our room stay. Just all around a disappointing experience.

Rebecca C: I would give this a solid 3/3.5 stars. I must admit, since it’s a 4 star hotel, we expected a bit more. I’m going to guess they had to cut some amenities due to COVID. The night staff seemed friendlier than the morning staff. The bathroom was fine (I read a few before going that it was moldy). The water does take quite some time to stop dripping after you turn it off but the pressure was fine. You can definitely tell they used bleach/serious cleaners. Did notice some stains on the shower curtain and bed but could just be from use over the years. The best part really was location in terms of distance from certain attractions. That and the fact that Starbucks was in the lobby (they open early but close early as well). They also have a easy to use and relatively spacious safe. If I’m honest, I can’t say we will be choosing this hotel again the next time but overall, it was a fine experience.

Wesley Sparks: I am a loyal Marriott member, Platinum Elite so far this year. Overall this location is great for Convention Center trade shows. I ate an omelette for breakfast and it was definitely than I expected for a busy morning service time. Did not try the restaurant for other meal times, but the bar is pretty nice and well run. The beer list leaves a little to be desired. Main thing that keeps it from getting five stars is somehow I got placed in a “European” room, which means small bed, small room.

Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it. This is definitely a four star hotel. The staff are amazing. They were welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I had a nice city view on the 8th floor. Starbucks is conveniently located on the main level. I will definitely be back.

Nikki SKD: No frills as expected, bathroom was clean but bed linens had a very musty odor when we first arrived as if the room had not been used or refreshed recently. Parking was relatively simple (about $30 per day), within walking distance of many sites if walking is your thing. No microwave in room was a bummer since indoor dining wasn't a safe personal option at many locations. If be inclined to stay again if it were for not having a microwave.

M M: The location of the hotel ist great. You can reach most attraction in Washington DC per foot. The staff at the front desk was friendly. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Our room was completely forgotten to be cleaned for one day! Instead of a clean room and fresh towels we got a page long detailed letter of apology. Does this happen possibly often🤔?

Adrienne Bowden: Overall a really nice hotel. Can't use the bathroom in the lobby unless you have a hotel key (I was there for a conference so I didn't have one). Starbucks in the lobby was out of many things. Don't waste your time standing in their line. The hotel food was great

B. W.: Just had a bad three-night stay. The hotel has fancy lobby area, but hotel room is showing its age. Very thin walls with bad soundproofing. Can hear street noises clearly even on the 9th floor, as well as people talking in neighboring rooms. Carpet is dirty. Underground garage for the $35 per day self-parking is confusing, and with rats hanging around too. As a Marriott platinum member, did not feel much recognition at the hotel. They are still keeping the club lounge 'suspended' due to covid, even though pretty much everything else is coming back to normal. The only option they offer to platinum member as breakfast benefit is pathetic: choose between one muffin and one croissant, an oatmeal, and coffee/juice. I asked the restaurant to have these packed to take to my room. Was told to wait, and was simply ignored for about 15 minutes. Finally someone came to ask "muffin or croissant" and left. Waited about another 10 minutes, received it without any drink. Had to ask again for my coffee. By then a couple groups behind me had been greeted into the restaurant, had their breakfast, and left. Upon checking out, the front desk told me that the restaurant gave me $20 credit, which she applied to the charge of my parking. The total charge would be $85 instead of $105. However, in the end, two charges of $85 and $20 were made to my credit card after the pending period. NO credit after all. Just unbelievable.

Carolyn Montoya: I believe this hotel is under rated! I loved my room and appreciated the convenience of a Starbucks in the lobby. I had a rocky flight coming in and the woman in the hotel snack shop was so helpful in finding ginger ale for me! This trip was for a conference, next time would stay here as a tourist as I love the location!

Heavyboy501: I come here quite often due to my job as a project manager. I come here at 6:05am and I take time to find stuff no problem. The issue lies in the staff every time I go to the pro desk to check out nobody is ever there. Today I called to ask what the availability on garden Sod was and the person working at the Lawn and Gardening section did not pick up I was on a long wait and eventually a staff member picked up I waited a while and transferred my call without telling me. Someone on the other line picked up and hung up as soon as I got transferred. I called again and someone from the Lawn and Gardening section answered the phone only to hang up on me.

Demia Roman: I went to this store today and the service was horrible. I wanted to purchase 1 bag of kings Charcoal but apparently they only sell them in 2 pks. I didn't know this because the bags on display were all individually stacked. I grabbed one and some lighter fluid and proceeded to the purchase counter at self checkout. A employee stopped me to tell me I had to buy 2 bags and I said I only want one bag. They continued to argue me down insisting that I must buy 2 bags. I asked for the manager because I mentioned to the employee that the bags are literally on display as individual bags. There was no sign stating that the bags were for sale in packs of 2. I felt the store was trying to force me to buy more than what I needed because there wasn't a sign listing the price and that they were sold in 2s. The manager eventually came over and told me I had to buy 2 or pay for 2 and take one bag. So I said ok fine just get me out of here I paid for the charcoal and fluid and I asked him if he could help me get another bag as the bags are heavy and there were no carts available due to memorial day shoppers taking up the carts. He said he could call someone to help me but it would be about 15 minutes before anyone would help. Sir excuse me? You're literally standing here doing NOTHING why couldn't you help me to carry these bags seeing as though I also had my 3 yr old autistic son with me struggling and I was struggling to carry the bag and handle my toddler who is clearly special needs! Smh whoever that manager is needs additional customer service training or needs NOT to be working for this company. He clearly ignored the fact I had my special needs child and needed immediate assistance and outright refused to assist me HIMSELF with my bags.. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at this location. Very ghetto and the store is a mess on the regular (hence the bags of charcoal not being bounded together properly on display to be sold as a pack of 2). Do better please train your staff and management in customer service and helping those with special needs & keep the store clean with items placed neatly and correctly w/price signs visible.

abigale Wallace: Today I went to get some Sheetrock and when I got there I asked them if I could rent a truck to take it home they said absolutely! So I said okay let me go grab the Sheetrock real quick and they said okay see you then. So I bring the TWO hand carts I loaded of 20 things of Sheetrock to the desk to load to the truck and they say “oh sorry we stop renting the truck at 6pm” same person I had just talked to like 15 minutes before at 5:20pm… Waist of my time and energy! Most of the people here don’t know anything about the job they are working or where things are at. This was just the last straw for me.

Layla Abney: Probably the worst HD I have been to. During my basement remodel I placed many orders for pickup by me or my contractor. Half of my order would get canceled because they “said” they didn’t have the items that they were supposed to have when I placed the order. Basic things like corner bead, 5 gallon bucket of Behring paint. I would go to the store to find a replacement only to find the original items were actually there, most times in the quantities that were indicated online. Going to the “customer service” counter for returns is hit or miss but mostly miss. I need to wait for someone to finish texting, having a personal conversation with a coworker, or whatever else prevents them from acknowledging me in a timely manner. Then the attitude as though I am bothering you by having a return or the fact that someone was too lazy to actually pull my order. I try to avoid at all costs even though it is the closest one.

Spank Detail: This rating is based my personal shopping experience with an associate that seems to work in the power tools department. She is VERY knowledgeable and makes all the sense when giving recommendations on products and usage, stats, pros & cons. Sadly I did make note of her name but she has helped me with my purchases on about 5, 6 previous occasions since June of 2021. She is a brownskin queen, pleasant west indian/Caribbean accent, friendly, bubbly and attentive. What stuck out the most to me is her ability to fully focus on your issue while still working WITHOUT making you feel like like you're in the way or slowing her down from doing her job. Don't you just shake your head at those employees that give you that 'I'm busy working, what do want?" attitude. Like their work does not include customers 🤷🏾‍♂️. Needless to say it was refreshing and as a business owner myself I promise you employees like these are hard to find and come with experience, a knack for working or both. Good job HD. Next time I shop here it may be for a future employee 😂 (I'll get her name and edit this post she needs her shout out!)

Elizabeth Long: We stayed here on a Saturday night after a Caps game. There were tons of fans staying as well, which made for a fun post game vibe. The location was phenomenal. I can’t believe how good the value for the location is. The room was very comfortable. I slept awesome, which is unusual for me. Breakfast was decent and I didn’t leave hungry. Parking is not cheap, however, DC parking isn’t cheap and the price of parking for the location/length of time is reasonable. I love that they have valet so you don’t have to drive in circles looking for somewhere to park. I would never hesitate to book here again!

Lovely0714: Great location in the middle of Chinatown! Close to the excellent wok and roll Chinese restaurant! The room was small compared to other Fairfield/Marriott locations, but it’s in a huge city so I guess that’s normal for that area. I’m just used to bigger rooms and bathrooms. But the hotel and rooms looked new and updated. The free breakfast was great except the juice was watery, could not drink it. Staff was friendly and informed us of great food and places to see nearby. Only downside is the parking is only valet. But the valet was so nice and were quick returning the vehicle without damages.

Max Braun: Modern and humble hotel in an excellent location with clean rooms and great breakfast buffet! We had a great stay here for 2 nights of city exploring. The location is just perfect and everything is walkable, the free breakfast was tasty and with variety but it was crowded, served in plastic cutlery and the juice was disgusting. The staff was friendly but not very helpful with questions about the city or restaurants around (I can recommend the "Yard House" which is very near and they have great food and beer) and the valet parking is the only parking option and very expensive with 40/50$ a day. I appreciated the all-day free coffee in the lobby. The rooms were modern and clean with a huge TV - but disappointingly it was not a SmartTV.

As Mark A: Good location with easy access to yellow, green and red Metro, restaurants, museums, arena and National Mall. Immediate block between train and our hotel was a little gritty, but nothing to worry about. Nice neighborhood otherwise. Hotel was clean, and service friendly. Decent free breakfast. Room was clean, but bathroom door has trouble closing. One of 2 elevators was down while we where there. We chose to use stairs to 7th floor because we did not want to wait for the one elevator. Not a huge deal for us, as we don't mind the exercise, but could have been issue for others.

Jenna McKinney: Pretty good sized room. Clean and moderately updated. The bathroom was a good size. The check was fast and easy. It advertises parking, but it's 40 dollars for the garage (overnight) so that was disappointing, and the reason for 3 stars. The star is the breakfast. There were eggs and meats, breads and muffins. Just about anything you could want for an affordable downtown hotel. The hotel is situated in China town. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and one attached (an Irish pub) to the hotel itself. Overall, good solid choice.

Robert Chang: I’ve been staying here a couple times a year for the past 4/5 years and it is consistently a great stay. Super convenient location, and walkable distance to most DC tourist locations. The rooms are nice, nothing fancy but they’ve been updated pretty recently and are quite comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is it includes a hot breakfast every morning of your stay. And my man Dion is there in the mornings helping out with service. The guy is super friendly and provides a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, hot breakfast, excellent location and most of all great price.

Louis C: Just a pretty ok hotel. The AC units are all old and busted/loud. Gym was small but clean. Breakfast was… provided. Streets around the building are dirty and safety is questionable (I had no issues, but definitely got rough at night). Surprising that this place is priced as high as it is, given that there are far nicer places for the same cost nearby. Honestly if the Marriott Marquis down the road is only $50-100 more a night go there, hands down no question.

Kait: We're not from DC so it was not obvious to us that the only parking available was valet. We were told by the attendant that we could park on the street but that it wasn't recommended. We stayed for ONE night and I see an extra $120 charge on my card. That's a ridiculous amount to charge for valet. Plus, the rooms were $360-370 a night and they were not the greatest. I booked two rooms and in one room, the faucet leaked constantly and in the other room, the AC sounded like a super loud lawnmower where it was almost impossible to sleep. If this hotel wants to be charging that much for a night, it's not worth it to stay. On a positive note, the service was excellent and location is great. I just wouldn't pay that much again for what we got.

Kelly Jackson: Wonderful 2 night stay! All the staff were so nice and Dion was an amazing host! They really took care of our group during our stay. Breakfast was delicious coffee was fresh and hot. Rooms had everything needed. Nice pub downstairs with great food and atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here, I will stay again if I'm in the area for sure!

Sean Darrell: Amazing stainless apron sink and the Esina faucet is beautiful to look at and easy to use. But what's even greater than the products is their customer service. Absolutely beyond expectations. I can say without a doubt I've never had as great an experience as I have had with Kraus' support team. Responses from representatives within minutes of emails and even replaced a faucet head 5 years after original purchase, outside the warranty. Will definitely be our go-to for the next renovation project.

Bill and Jackie Chesnutt: What a totally refreshing experience we just had with Kraus Customer Service, in particular Marty B. We are about to close on a new construction house and had a small issue with our beautiful Kraus kitchen faucet. We submitted some standard documentation via email and Marty worked his magic (which we suspect is the case with each and every customer!). Our replacement faucet was shipped the next day. Marty was attentive to our issue and very responsive to our concerns. Customer service the way it should be.! We highly recommend Kraus as a product and applaud their customer service. And a special thank you to Marty B. For a fantastic job!

David Song: Wonderful customer service. I was in need of a replacement spray hose for my Kraus pull down faucet. The customer representative I spoke with, Marty, was amazing to speak with and provided excellent service. Friendly, informative, helpful and made the entire transaction as smooth as possible even though I didn’t have the model number of the faucet unit. Highly recommended!

Bryan Hufendick: Quinn (customer service) was extremely helpful when I had an issue with the sink i originally purchased from Lowes. It appears this was a return but the only one in stock in area. She worked to find a similar sink since the one I ordered was not available for months and had it the same week.

Team Castro Universe: This Company has been top shelf when it comes to their customer service. I was missing an small part when shipped the faucet and I had an issue with the finish on a part of the unit. Each time the companies customer service was polite and handled/responded to my emails with speed and resolved them fully. Yes these faucets may be at the higher price point for most people, but I would hands down recommend them to anyone I know or someone looking to make their place that little bit more special with functional pieces of art.

Suzanne Reinhardt: I have talked to four people in customer service, and they were all outstanding -- shout out to Marty and Quinn! Sometimes you get maybe one person who is helpful but every person that I spoke with was amazing. They found me the brand and model of the knock-off Kraus faucet that I have and suggested I start there before I ordered from Kraus. I'll be coming back to Kraus for sure. M G: I did not physically visit here but I purchased a workstation 45 Kraus sink online and had a warranty issue. I was initially wary about the sink prior to purchase. After installation and using it a few months, I absolutely love it. I have not had any problems with the sink but one of the accessories (a wooden tray) broke unexpectedly. I sent an email to Kraus and, lightning quick, Eva sent me a replacement. So I'm thrilled with the sink AND the customer service!

Tom Connor: We inadvertently detached part of our faucet and could not fix it. Called Kraus customer service to get some help. Eva walked us through the fix with patience and humor, including making a little video in which she showed us how to fix the problem.
