Holiday Inn Washington Capitol - Natl Mall, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Wei Y: My recent experience at the hotel in mid March was quite pleasant. The room was clean, decor was fairly up-to-date, beds were comfortable (subjectively), and the bathroom was fairly well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, this includes the cleaning crew (on the 8th floor) who would give you anything you asked for. The pandemic is not over yet, so I liked the idea of not having staff coming in every day. People complaint about the thin wall, water pressure and the train. I did experience all of the above. The thin wall didn’t bother me that much, it’s usually due to loud neighbors. For the water pressure, I just waited for the others to finish their use then take my turn, the place was packed at the time and everyone was taking shower at the same time. As for the train, the hotel unfortunately situated right next to the track so unless you are a heavy sleeper, the noises could bother some of the guests on the east side. We ended up switching to the other side and it was great! The food at the restaurant downstairs was also surprising. The taste and the price were comparable to the nearby places, if not cheaper. A Starbucks was also attached to the hotel but they do close somewhat early. As for the parking, we didn’t have a car, but once I parked at a hotel in downtown Chicago, it was over $100 a night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again for sure!

M B: This was our first time staying at this hotel and it completely served its purpose. First the location - it is across the street from the department of Education and one block from the Air & Space Museum. There is a Starbucks on the corner of the hotel and several restaurants on the same block including a McDonalds. This hotel has a parking garage under it making parking very convenient. Parking fee is charged by the hotel per day and we had in and out privileges throughout our stay. There are two restaurants inside the hotel and a small convenience store next to the front desk. The lobby is more upscale than I thought it would be and staff was nice. We got into our room the first night later in the evening and our AC wasn’t working. We called the front desk and within minutes, a maintenance worker was at our door. He changed out the wall thermostat which didn’t resolve the issue and called for assistance to bring a new AC unit. They changed that out within minutes and discovered that there must be a wiring challenge that would take more time to resolve. They contacted the front desk, got us a new room and they walked it to make sure it was in perfect working condition before bringing us the new key cards. They offered to help us move but we were fine getting ourselves to the new room. This was the only challenge we experienced during our stay and these two maintenance technicians were absolutely wonderful. We forgot to get their names but they were on duty Friday, May 20, 2022 in the late evening. Nothing is a short walk in Washington DC as buildings are huge and the distance is deceiving. Every day we walked more than 7 miles and at the end of each day I walked back to the hotel to pick up the car to pick up my Mom to keep her from having to walk back. All throughout Washington DC, there are bicycles and electric scooters available to rent electronically on the spot to make the walking shorter and to get places quicker. We didn’t use them this time but they are a great benefit if needed. We did not eat in the hotel, but it is wonderful that the restaurants were there if we wanted to. This is a pretty perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Washington DC and we will most likely stay here on our next visit and recommend that you consider it as well. We didn’t take photos of the hotel, but it was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and we felt safe.

Omni Shoreham Hotel: what do users think?

J MacDrizzly: The Omni DC is a wonderful place to stay while visiting our nation’s Capital. As a guest, It is not uncommon to run into our political leaders, or dignitaries, as many of them have meetings inside the hotel. The old world charm of the hotel, is not lost to mismanagement, or poor upkeep. It’s truly one of a kind. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s so close to so much, and has some of the most beautiful surrounding streets, large bridges, and enormous towering trees ; that so much of the city has lost with the rapid development. The staff is also very knowledgeable, courteous, and will go out of their way to see you are enjoying your stay. The rooms are spacious, and clean, there is a great little cafe, as well as a restaurant that serves very traditional breakfast. My only complaint, would be that the magnet keys are very easily deprogrammed, so if you can take one piece of advice, don’t let your phone, or any other cards near your key card. Lastly their is a plethora of good, inexpensive restaurants just a stones throw away, as well as a CVS and an exquisite liquor store, that offers a wide assortment of wine and spirits. I could go on about this hotel, I suggest you just give it a visit yourself. I almost forgot about the pool…. Great way to relax and take in some of the natural beauty, while basking in the midday sun. By

Muriel Rand: Charming historic hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good conference/businesses facilities. Service was fine, but very few people available. A bit hard to find the meeting rooms and noone to help. Elevators are tiny and slow. Beautiful lobby and gorgeous gardens behind the hotel. Prefect to sit under the trees.

Michelle Olson: We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this hotel! Upon arrival we were met with a friendly greeting from the doormen. Our bags were brought up by the bellman within 30 seconds of entering our room. From that moment, every employee that we had contact with was friendly & helpful! David at the concierge desk had so much knowledge of the area & was able to get us a dinner reservation at a wonderful restaurant. The gym has a wide variety of machines. The outdoor pool was clean & well maintained. I also like that the hotel is right next to the trails at Rock Creek park, the Metro is a block away, the zoo is a three block walk (or $2 bus ride) & there are numerous restaurants to choose from a block away. My only complaint would be that the bathroom counter was small but that is what you get in a historic hotel.

Steffon Greatness: Very Nice place. Amazingly friendly staff. Very big rooms. Stayed on the East Side (Promenade). The pool is outside so I didn’t go but I did take a look. The pool was stated to be heated. The bathroom was not what I liked in a hotel bathroom. I didn’t use the curtain the first time I showered and almost started a flood… The drains may need to be updated. It feels really old there. Valet service is $55 a day. Daily Hold of $100 a Night. (Released at checkout)

CD A: This is a 1930 built Grand Hotel. Most of that charm is still found here. My room was large and well appointed. The front desk made for an easy check in and out. The maid service was excellent. A beautiful swimming pool, back terrace off the main dining area to take meals al fresco. I was there for a meeting and stayed a week. The main lobby and dining area are beautiful. As for the location, the Zoo, area with mid priced restaurants of all kinds, and the metro a block away to get around. Excellent price and location. I definitely would stay here again.

Kimpton George Hotel: what do users think?

Christina Williams: We had an amazing stay at The George. The room was spacious and super clean. The staff are all top notch. I have to give a special shout out to DAMARA K who provide the most knowledgeable, professional and personal service. The ability to text front desk with questions, concerns great feature, front desk responded super fast to all inquiries. Eating in DC can be a hit or miss experience, DAMARA provided amazing brunch, lunch and dinner recommendations throughout our stay. DAMARA deserves a raise and a promotion ASAP. Honorable mention to Benjamin, Hunter and the lovely gentlemen (can’t recall his name) who handled our luggage, everyone was GREAT. This is the only place we will stay on our trips to D.C.

Edwin Fornwalt: The lobby looked amazing, going the the room, the halls looked worn and out dated. The rooms were really nice and spacious. The bed left a lot to be desired, it was an old spring mattress that squeaked when you sat in it. The mattress was very hard bit the pillows we really nice.

Baneo Spriggs: Overall it was good. The only 3 downfalls. Resurant not open on Sundays. I book a king size bed and they gave me a queen, the ice machine in the hallway did not work. Small things Overall.

Holiday Inn Washington-Central/White House, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Lisha Fairbairn: Could tell it was recently renovated and that some things had been rushed. Beds were clean and rooms were fairly clean as well. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! The pool area on the roof was beautiful, got some amazing sunset pictures from up there! My only complaint was that the parking garage was very poorly laid out. It had super tight corners, a single lane, and very narrow parking spots. We drove a minivan and almost got stuck in the ramp because we couldn’t make a turn. When we did park, the parking spot was the exact size of the vehicle leaving almost no room to open doors. Very nerve wracking. $47/night seemed like a lot for such a terrible ramp. Besides the ramp, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again (just maybe with a different car or no car at all 😂)

Shivaprasad K: Very convenient location for tourists, close to the tourist attraction as well as the market place. Check-in experience was good. No in-house restaurant, coffee / tea in the lobby and room takes care of basic coffee/tea needs. The front desk provided us with a list of restaurants nearby. Many good restaurants, 2 blocks away make up for the absence of a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are well furnished. A roof top pool is good for relaxing.

Chiana Hutchinson: This was a great location for us, we paid $50 to park our car overnight felt that should have been free. It was expensive but considering where it was located I suppose that explains it. They were doing renovations but it had no impact on us.

David Hicks: It was a nice clean hotel , great location for visiting Washington. The only downside was no bar or restaurant on site and several of the drink machines and ice machines did not work on several floors.

The St. Regis Washington, D.C.: what do users think?

Lisa: You will hear the food and beverage director before you see him. During our trip, he raised his voice multiple times quite angrily - it was quite concerning to hear him speak to guest service staff in such a way and that he was comfortable enough to do it in front of guests, too. Otherwise, my husband and I had an absolutely lovely stay. Our room was amazing and there were lots of friendly faces. I also especially enjoyed the pillows, and I wish I had thought to ask what type they were as they were super comfy.

Squirrely: Five stars all around. The rooms are elegant, updated, clean, and comfortable. Each staff member I dealt with went above and beyond to help. I was especially pleased with the front desk employee who grabbed me a cup of coffee in the middle of the night when I had to catch an early flight. The location is excellent and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Joe J.: Amazing tea experience in DC, probably the best in terms of service, flavor, presentation and selection of teas. The cherry blossom touch is a nice and pleasant surprise. Although it is on the pricey end, definitely recommend!

Marriott Vacation Club Pulse at The Mayflower, Washington, D.C.: what do users think?

Andrew Tuttle: This is a very nice hotel. They have all the amenities that are necessary for a great stay. They have complementary tea and coffee in the lobby. They also have many ballrooms that host magnificent parties. When I was staying here, they were hosting the Australian Royal Air Force for some award ceremony or something. They had a party after and I could hear the music from my room on the third floor. Those kinds of things are very annoying. The rooms are very small. They also have two beds that are very small.

Ajay J Mundra: This property is very luxurious. The lobby is quite nice and the chandeliers were very nicely laid out. Additionally, the Christmas decorations was quite good. The check-in experience was good, however, the challenge was getting luggage to the room. Since there is almost hardly any parking space, getting the luggage unloaded and then separately park was car was a bit inconvenient. Regardless, the good thing is that the property did advice that we should find a parking spot in advance nearby. We used iparkit to get the parking garage for our stay. Coming back to the hotel, the room was really nice. The two queen beds were very comfortable and the wallpapers were nicely done. The room was really big and spacious. The coat room and bathroom were also quite spacious. This property is quite close to White House (walking distance) and it is convenient to take cabs to visit museums nearby. Overall, a wonderful experience with Marriott Vacation Club property.

William Collesano: Reps were very pleasant and helpful, facility was clean and well maintained, restaurant food was very good as was service. Only 1 recommendation - place or make available a coffee pot in the room. We often returned late in the evening - no nearby coffee shops or restaurants were open.

D G: Great location. Staff go out of their way to say hiwelcomegood morning. Coffee machine on our floor was broken all week. Club Pulse still closed. Makes little sense blaming covid for it since everything else is open with masks optional.

The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C.: what do users think?

Logan Deyo: Fantastic staff. Everything was top-notch, clean, and met our expectations. Our supposed room “upgrade” wasn’t really any upgrade, but nonetheless it was a good room. Breakfast was also great. About a five minute walk from the nearest Metro station which made it nice to get around. A longer walk, but we walked all the way down to the National Mall in about 40 minutes.

David Berman: The Ritz Carlton in Washington DC is one of the best hotels I have ever been to! The people who work there are so nice and welcoming. It is a hard place to not love. I personally loved my room. My room came with 2 bathrooms, A enclosed bedroom, and a bar area along with a dinner area. It was the height of luxury. The restaurant there was called the Quadrant. They had some of the best service I have ever had at a hotel restaurant. The food came in huge portions and looked spectacular. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience there and I know that if any of you guys go there you will too! David Berman Public Space Rating Co. 2021-2022 Chief Rating Officer

Tammy Trungadi: My first time at the Ritz Carlton! It was so beautiful and my stay was fabulous! Maggie, a member from the staff, was so kind to me. She personally brought me carafe of coffee to my room! I felt like a princess! Room was spacious, beautiful and everything you possibly could need for a restful and relaxing stay!

Candy Be: Stayed for 4 nights. Mo at the Concierge desk and John at the restaurant coordinated cocktails one night and dinner another night for our large group. Mirna with room service was so friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.

Kelly McCarthy: Beautiful hotel. Tradition and old Washington charm surround you. Next to the White House. Built in 1918 there are so many beautiful details. Don’t miss the Famous round robin bar. Check in with seamless and the customer service was exceptional. The rooms are spotless and much of the staff has been here for generations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hugh Shoff: We spent the night here before the Easter egg roll at the white house. It was exceptional. Easy to get in everything was right up front. You do pay for a premium but due to the location it was well worth it. The room was clean and nice. We had the high tea and that was quite the experience. If you go during the Cherry blossom festival we have the option of drinking tea with the Cherry blossom cuttings and that was quite the experience. I would highly recommend this. We only had pastries and coffee from the cafe and they were good. It is a five-star hotel.

Catherine Petty: Tea was lovely!! Would recommend highly for any events you have coming up. The staff was great, very helpful and the food was delicious. Surprisingly filling for it being so small. They even offer gluten free options. The harpist was also a lovely touch - she played beautifully. Will be back, especially around Christmas time!

Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC: what do users think?

julie c: We just spent the weekend here and loved the entire experience. The room was nice, clean and stylish but the people are the ones who made it a great visit. We were greeted by any employee we came in contact with, by name when they knew it. The bartenders were great, remembered our drinks from the first night, took time to converse with us despite how busy they were. We will gladly return on our next trip to DC.

Kimberly W.: Our family has celebrated many special occasions at this property. The entire staff, especially Nicole, are the absolute best! They always remember us and provide the most impeccable care during our visits! I highly recommend this property, the ambiance and amazing staff ensure we always return!

Joe J.: Most likely the best hotel in Washington DC. The experiences are top notch, from the brunches on Sundays to the ambient spa treatments, this hotel is the epitome of a 5 star hotel. Definitely check it out!

Aisha Lynette: After the sudden illness and transition of my father I needed a staycation. The staff at the Four Seasons was absolutely incredible. My every need was met. Kudos to the team.

Sharon Walker: Learned they offer spa services.and that the all you can eat buffet is on Sundays only between 11am and 2pm.

Aaron Grey: Celebrated wedding anniversary with Sunday Brunch, and it was absolutely great! So much variety, great food, great service...just everything was great!

Dasha Zhukova: Full disclosure: I have worked with Four Seasons for some time but this was a personal visit for my family and I. I had high standards and Marc and his phenomenal team did not disappoint. Housekeeping, concierge, reception, and dining were all top notch. Their team had done their research on me and my family from my many other stays with their properties and applied their knowledge subtly to my stay. They are magicians of the hospitality industry and set a standard for others to aspire to.

Brian Peddie: Great drinks and service. Iconic bar with a lively but professional setting.

The Ven at Embassy Row, Washington, D.C., a Tribute Portfolio Hotel: what do users think?

Stacie: Location was perfect! The staff was amazing! There is an art gallery in the basement! The rooms were nicely appointed. I enjoyed being able to walk around the area and seeing all of the different embassies. I will definitely stay here when I visit the DC area. They charge a nominal destination fee and I loved all of the amenities you are given to offset that. The bar service and offerings were great!

James Walston: Absolutely would stay here again. Comfortable, well-appointed, valet parking on site, and in the perfect location at Dupont Circle. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially Eli and Lyle. They have a 24-hour gym and game room, too. Hopefully I can get back here in the summer and try the rooftop pool. Thank you for a great weekend!

Elaina Genthe: I stayed for three nights during the Cherry Blossom Festival. Staff was great. The man at the front desk with the beard was especially kind and Jorge the bartender. At the restaurant/bar, I had a beautiful, delicious espresso martini, a salad and the Mac and cheese. It was all delicious! My only complaint is about the rooftop. I wasn’t made aware that it was open or closed, but a previous reviewer had pictures of it so I tried to go up one day but the door was locked. I wish staff would have mentioned the details upon checkin.

Britney Sutton: I had a crazy experience coming to DC we were supposed to stay at a completely different hotel but something happened with the third-party company and we were switch to this hotel. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Eli who has made this experience extremely pleasant. The hotel is nice but we all know customer service can make or break your experience. Eli and the rest of other friendly service rep I greatly appreciate the experience. With the exception of the late night hotel rep that was kind a rude and parked my car in the wrong spot Mr. brown coat. 🤗

M B: Stayed here with family for my birthday weekend. The ambiance of the hotel was beautiful, great place to get Instagram photos. Wonderful amenities - restaurant with TVs, fitness center, roof deck, game room and a mini art gallery. The rooms were comfortable and our views were gorgeous. The location is great too, right next to the Dupont circle metro. Frank R and his team did a great job of welcoming us. From the moment he arrived he helped us get our car valeted, luggage up to the room and even had a bottle of wine, chocolate and a handwritten note for us! Thank you Frank R and team, you made our stay so special!!

Ido Simyoni: My new favorite hotel in Washington DC. The staff are super friendly, kind and caring. Each one of them gave us a warm welcoming feeling. They gave us friends bracelet (ven in danish means friend). They have valley parking, nice gym and also Amazon lockers inside the hotel). Jennifer was our favorite stuff member as she was the one to check us in and take care of us. Location was great. There’s a cvs and couple of coffee shops near by (check out Emissary). They’re also dog friendly and my best friend got a nice comfy bed too for our stay. Only one thing that bothered me is the hearing was probably one of the loudest I’ve heard.

WanderlustBeauty Dreams (WanderlustBeautyDreams): Loved my time at this property. The hotel is situated in an amazing location and loved how walkable the area is. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The king room with city views was spacious and perfect for my weekend stay in Washington DC, highly recommend booking a stay here!

Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C.: what do users think?

Terrie Jeschke: I am giving a 5 because I have given lesser places a 5. It is very luxurious and the staff is superbly courteous without being stuffy. It was immaculate. We had a king deluxe and the bathroom was amazing. Linens were luxurious. The food was delicious and the pig roast on Thursday night at $32/plate was a bargain. They would box up what you could not eat and let you take it with you. I did not use the spa or pool areas. The only criticism I have is that there was no little store in which you could pick up drinks or snacks to have in your room. There was a refrigerator which housed some drinks/snacks before but they had been removed. So, in the evening, your only option was room service and to get a cup of coffee and a few cookies took close to an hour......plus a tip. There is no place within walking distance to pick up such items either. If you are used to those things in the evening or have small children, bring it with you.

Y. Lee: First time staying here and definitely won’t be my last time. The service was like no other! SUPERB! I can’t believe their is still service like this out there. Every single employee we ran into was amazing. I’m blown by the service. The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel itself is very classy and comfortable. The food surpasses my expectations for hotel food and my kids loves their breakfast. The location was perfect because it was close to everything, but far enough from the crowd to keep the atmosphere intimate. The hotel is very kid friendly as well being that it’s an upscale hotel, so don’t be intimidated if you have kids and would like to stay here.

Sophia Usmani: Wow!! First class service all the way! We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been exceptional. But this time, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. In particular, Ignacio (the restaurant manager) took amazing care of us. My son has severe food allergies. Ignacio went out of his way to make sure my son could eat safely. I am so grateful for Ignacio and the restaurant team. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so wonderful.

Brandon Hutchinson: I stayed for two nights while in town for a concert. The room was great, it came with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, and an incredible view. The bathroom was really delightful with a grand bathtub and a walk-in shower. While staying here, I used the pool located in the spa, and while I enjoyed it on a quieter day of the week, I could see the pool area becoming very loud on a busier day. I had room service the second night, the service was very good, and so was the food. Very efficient, and on time to the minute of their estimated time I was given when I placed the order. Finally for my pros list is the location, you’re just South of the mall right at the Washington Monument. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars from me was due to state of some of the public spaces. The lobby had a few water spot damage areas on the ceiling, and all the air vents had a ton of dust build up around them.

Lydsweet25 Sweet: I treated myself to a spa day for my birthday. Andrew, my masseuse was wonderful. Really did a great job on working on my aches. Tonya who did my facial was amazing as well. I was surprised that the facial did not include extracting however. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant as well. One in particular (did not catch her name) went over and beyond to make me feel special. She even sang happy birthday to me and offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Even though I cannot treat myself often to the Mandarin, I had a truly an amazing time. I felt so relaxed and special I highly recommend coming here for a spa day.

Jon Shalala: Beautiful hotel, the hotel staff hustles! They try to go above and beyond. The bottle water is complementary and it’s really good. You definitely pay a premium but if you’re looking for 5 star service this is a great spot. My girlfriend loved the hotel. The hot chocolate at the bar is great.

Joy Bai: We enjoyed three nights stay in December. Our room was a double queen on floor 7 with a river view, very quiet and spacious. The hotel is beautifully decorated and super clean. The staff are warm and make you feel at home. Justin at the front desk made sure our stay is comfortable. Overall my family had a memorable time.

Brandon Nichols: Stayed here for our Honeymoon, and were treated like VIPs from the moment we walked through the door. We spent our days visiting the Smithsonian and came back in the evening to enjoy a drink from the bar while sitting in the garden area. Our room looked over the water and could see the Jefferson memorial. Used the concierge for information and recommendations regularly, but on the night I explained how we wanted something as our nice evening out and what we were hoping he took care of everything and planned a night out for my spouse and I. They arranged dinner, tickets to a show and even provided us with one of the hotels limousines to drive us for the evening as a wedding gift from the hotel.

C. Pine: Best hotel in Georgetown. I love the charm of this hotel right in the heart of everything. The friendliest staff and impeccable service and luxurious accommodations while steps away from shopping and more dining options. The library/reception area is a cozy and elegant pace for a nightcap or to lounge. The rooftop offers a fantastic view of the cityscape and is a great for private functions or if you need a peaceful place to hang out.

Shana Acquisto (Luxury Realtor): Stopped in for a drink on the rooftop. Beautiful atmosphere. Drinks were pricey and honestly a bit too much sugar for our liking but some may prefer that. Very friendly staff once we got up to the rooftop and great service.

Andrew Carmichael: Amazing hotel experience in a wonderful part of DC. It’s a smaller hotel that does a stellar job of balancing the finesse of a larger hotel with the intimacy of a boutique one. The team remembers everyone’s name and does to whatever they can to make your stay a memorable one.

Mohsen: Enjoyed one week of stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and felt personal. Fantastic staff.

Mandy Jacqueline: The Lobby Bar in the Rosewood was amazing. Great service and wonderful drinks if you’re looking for high-class

Lisa Morin: This lovely, small hotel was well located in Georgetown. The room was nice, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The service from all staff was exceptional. They attended to every detail to make our stay a great one!

Derrick Hoefsloot: Exquisite rooms, personalized service, excellent food, fantastic rooftop bar. Notable highlights include the front desk staff and Giovanni the rooftop bartender who remembered my wife’s favorite wine from a previous stay. Superb location, tons of nearby dining, shopping, the canal, and river walk. You will love it at the Rosewood Georgetown.

Kelly Smith: Great hotel. Near everything in Georgetown. Service is amazing. Nicest place in the area.

JW Marriott Washington, DC: what do users think?

John Tucker: Great location. Very nice staff. I had a base room with two full-sized beds. Only concern was that my top sheet was not long enough to tuck in...literally got in bed, pulled the covers up to my chest and felt a rush of air come from the bottom of the bed. Why housekeeping made the bed that was is beyond me... and when I tried to tuck it in, it was too short at the top to even come within 2 or 3 feet of the top of the headboard. Nice room otherwise.

Annette Tatum: Beautiful hotel, walking distance to all the monuments and the White House. Do not waste your money on a rental car because its easier to walk and not have to worry about parking. Excellent location and staff, will recommend giving this place a try when in Washington, DC.

Brenna Belletti: Really beautiful hotel. The rooms are small but beautifully decorated and clean. We had a lovely view from our room as well. Convenient Starbucks coffee located in the shop in the lobby. I would stay here again!

Asma Alavi: The hotel is neat, clean. And the staff is friendly. The room was spacious. There is a corner bakery right outside the hotel. The location is amazing. Just 5-10 mins walk to all the attractions. We loved our stay there
