Thatohatsi Malope: Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I went in to purchase a new phone and service plan, the store manager was helpful and I was out there within 2hrs with a “free” Apple Watch, they were apparently giving this to new customers who were first responders or educators. Within a a few hours I receive emails from AT&T thanking for choosing to use their services and for applying for a mobile business agreement on behalf of my business. I don’t have a business and I hadn’t applied for any business agreement. Along with that email I also receive a receipt for my purchase, the phone and to my surprise the “free” phone….that wasn’t free. I am unable to get help over the phone nor am I able to sign into the app. I go into the store only to be met with hostility from the same store manager, Robert Greene, he is dismissive and rude & tells me that he was helping me out because a business account offered more discounts & that after a few billing circles the watch would be free. He claimed to have explained all this when I initially came in to purchase the phone, he didn’t. Nor did he have consent to open a business account and enter into any agreement on my behalf. It’s ridiculous and I imagine a few kinds of illegal for AT&T and it’s employees to use our personal information in this manner & without any consent all in the name of doing folks “a solid” at our expense. I am genuinely disgusted by Mr Greene’s behavior, no patron should ever be spoken to in that manner and tone. I’d advise using a different AT&T location, I certainly will.

Phil Attey: I went into the AT&T store thinking the phone I purchased online was ready for pickup. Sadly it was not, but Gabriel, the service rep who assisted me, worked through the problem, and sent me off with an iPhone that was in stock and better suited my needs. It took a while to work through AT&T's cumbersome system, but that allowed me to get into a really wonderful conversation with Britt, the guard on security. You have an exceptional team there. Please take good care of them.

Ryan Warwick: I literally received some of the best customer service I’ve had since becoming an AT&T customer back in 2012 from one of the store supervisors, Jelani! Not only did he take the time to do some heavy digging into my account to determine the root of a problem I had been attempting to solve for months, but when I ran out of time (we had been looking into matters for over an hour), he was kind enough to offer I come in the next day for him to advocate on my behalf with the Loyalty Department. I came in the next day and he continued the same level of patience with my situation and due to his vast understanding of company policy, was able to work with a corporate supervisor to ensure my issue was finally resolved and put to rest after 4 months of being given the runaround via other remote staff! (At one point, he even sought to ensure the security of other staff members when a pedestrian/non-customer attempted to haggle the staff with incoherent questions, while still being attentive to my issue!) Given the current social climate of today, it was completely refreshing to be given above-and-beyond service when there is enough bad news to juggle—it’s no surprise Jelani holds the position he does within the network and I hope to see him excel even further, if that’s his goal. If you have any issues with the your services, and/or just seeking good old fashioned customer care with your purchases, he’s for sure your guy!!

Jason Smith: I lost my phone on a two week trip to DC. In a near panic I went to the AT&T store for help. The employee who helped me was absolutely amazing!!! I believe her name was Ju (sp?). She got me a new phone at a great price, and got it set up in very little time. She even talked to my wife on the phone to explain how she was setting up the phone. It's very rare to find someone who is as passionate and caring for customers as she was. She is an absolute gem!!!

Elizabeth Hodges: Was a bit of a wait to be helped but it was a Friday night so it was expected. After 30 minutes of waiting on the couch and watching the Lifetime Castle Marathon, I was helped out by Giovanni. He was very attentive and respective of me and my time and was able to hook me up with a new phone and all. All in all, a 10/10 experience!

Cracked Menace: Love the experience there, the people was nice Luad or Laud was the name of the person who helped me and he was amazing. He was very welcoming and he knew what he was talking about. Overall great experience

Kiearea Johnson: Can I give it zero stars? The actual asurion tech was great. Late but great. The actual att location is terrible! Horrible! The employees of att are terrible! Horribly rude! The short young lady with the faux locs never spoke to me, helped me, or said hello. When a man, a white man came into the store she went above and beyond. This is a terrible location. I called to see if my phone was finished they told me that that they could not find out and I had to call asurion. I don't know why most of the att staff ignored me as if I wasn't a customer or they believed I would not or could not buy anything. I will never come back to this location for anything.

Kurtis Bertram: I signed up for a new plan with 3 new phones. Representative Aaliyah added 15$ per line insurance without telling me. They also double charged my credit card for tax on one of the phones. I called the store twice, the second time they put me on hold then hung up. I went back to the store and they claimed they could fix either error. Recommend I call a 1-800 number. They couldn’t help either. No different than other carriers. Will update review if corrective action is taken. Otherwise, I will be returning devices and cancelling my plan.

Zagery Oliver: Upon moving from T-Mobile to AT&T I had a very confusing situation being originally signed up through aTarget Representive. I eventually went to the 7th NW location in DC and my experience was excellent. The customer care was professional and very considerate, I also got my situation resolved without all the unnecessary stress, which is extremely uncommon going into these cell phone carriers establishments. Out of all the time that I have been using a cell phone, I never experienced great customer service. I also account it to the leadership of Ariel Matos and Amanuel Tigeneh, and also Aisha.

G H: Shockingly unhelpful. I’m a long-time AT&T customer who recently moved to DC. Went in asking about prices for an iPhone upgrade and the representative was unable to tell me the cost of different models but wanted to know what I wanted to buy. How am I supposed to know without knowing how much it will cost? Then they started upselling accessories for the iPhone that they couldn’t tell me the price of! When I refused to buy without knowing the price of the iPhone, the manager said that I should look on Apple’s website for the price. I know my AT&T plan comes with better deals than the regular cost, but it seems to be news to that store. Didn’t appear like anyone there wanted to sell me a phone (only the accessories). Was practically ushered out the door. @AT&T you might be losing money with this store.

LaBria Weaver: I have no idea what’s this store’s problem! I have been calling them since November when I went to their store during business hours and they were not open they are never open. As you can see from all the notes on the door and the routers left outside. I drove 40 minutes to this store to return a router and they have literally never cleared their voicemail or been open. When I talked to Verizon customer service they tried to charge me for this stores incompetence. And watch when I leave this review they leave a super general “sorry for this bad experience” response. But why are you all not open during business hours or at least updating your hours to reflect when people will be in. Close down the store at this point

Jereis Smith: See I lost my phone and I thought I would recover it but unfortunately it never was found. So I had to go and get a new phone which is one of the hardest things because your old phone is one of your most personal and most best things that you have. So upon arrival I met Ahmad Who was very patient and listen to everything that I was saying the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. He took his time and help me figure out what kind of phone I wanted and got me the perfect upgrade and the perfect color I would absolutely recommend going to this Verizon store it’s very quiet and not very busy so the sales consultants are able to help you with everything. Pedro Labarca: David was amazing. He was alone at the store and while helping me he was able to multitask and also take care of other customers as they were coming in. He did this by using moments that the system needed for my issue. So without forgetting me he kept the queue of new customers to the minimum. He was also very courteous and friendly. Michael Maiorana: If I could give 0 stars, I would. My phone broke and I wanted to replace it before I left for upcoming travel. I was informed on verizon.com that this location had phones in stock to purchase and pick-up. I ordered online expecting to expedite the process/save time; however, throughout the day, I received no confirmation from the store. As I was leaving work, I called the store several times to check on the order and was unable to get through to an employee. According to their pre-recorded message, "they were unable to answer my call because they were assisting others." Yet, upon arrival, there were no customers in the store...and the door was locked (during their business hours). I stood outside along with another customer for 10 minutes until an employee finally availed himself from the back office. Then, sure enough, the employee informed me that there were no phones in stock.... and do not get me started with his customer service skills

Shaz Umer: Came here to drop off my Verizon FiOS stuff, it's a 25 minute drive from the city. Very fast service, waited less than a few minutes and I was out in 30 seconds.

Awad Bilal: Cracked my iPhone 7 screen in a bike accident and brought it here on a Tuesday afternoon. Thomas hooked it up and fixed my phone in under 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend, also they got phones - I'm finna upgrade my lil bummy joint soon though.

Wesley Callahan: Quick and easy service to repair iPhone X screen— screen had multiple lines running through it and eventually went black/green. I dropped off my iPhone to run errands in Columbia Heights and picked it up about 20 mins later. These guys have been in the area since 2015 and were quick and professional—come with cash. $125 fix saved me having to buy a new phone.

Washington Redskins: Absolutely the best, quick service you will find! Replaced my completely shattered iPhone 6 screen in less than 20 minutes and looked perfect once done. Prices are very reasonable. This is the place to go if you need any phone repair

CCRE info: Great customer service, fair pricing fast reliable service. I came in with a broken iPhone 6s and they fix it right away. Added a bonus screen protector with out additional charge. Great choice for mobile fixation and let's not forget the lifetime warranty. highly recommend!!

Elizabeth C.: Mobile X fixed my broken screen and the LCD unit behind it in 40 minutes on Day 1. Day 2 they helped me with a faulty recharger connection (no charge). I was so pleased with the service that on Day 3 we returned to have my daughter's shattered cell phone screen replaced; all that was shattered, it turned out, was the screen protector (which they replaced). Both the people we worked with were super helpful and efficient (& if they were rolling their eyes we didn't see it)!

Each time they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do and ultimately were able to order the part I needed and install it. Overall they helped make a very frustrating experience fairly painless!

Shannon A. McGhee: So, I dropped my cellphone and caused the entire screen to shatter. I didn't have insurance on the device and couldn't afford to purchase a new one. I googled "quick phone repair"; and DMV UNLOCKED WIRELESS was one result from the search query. I called them up and they explained the process. I needed my phone fixed as soon as possible. They had to order the screen for my device which ultimately left me without a device for a couple of days. Fortunately, they sell unlocked Androids and iPhones. I was able to purchase an unlocked device at a reasonable price for use until my actual cellphone was repaired. I must say they bestowed nothing less than EXCELLENT customer service. The technician who assisted me was very knowledgeable about tech stuff and cellphone devices. He walked me through the process with such ease. A great place for a one stop shop for any and all your mobile needs. I'll be returning to them for my mobile needs in the future. Tracey Stone: My husband and I went this morning. The owner, I'm assuming, was very pleasant and helpful. They had the Marlboro products we wanted and the prices were phenomenal compared to what we have paid and pay in Maryland. I'd highly recommend this business, well worth the trip. We will be back.

Virginia Inzeo: Great cigarette prices I think especially for a carton. I will definitely be returning, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy cigarettes. The guy in the store was very friendly and gave great service. I like that there is a small parking lot in front of the store to park, and their store hours are convenient.

Karen: Not one to leave bad reviews but I was so appalled by my customer service experience that it left me no choice. Went in to upgrade my iPhone which should’ve been a relatively seamless process but with a brand new sales associate helping me, it took way over an hour. Lack of training was super apparent as the sales associate had no idea what she was doing and had to continuously ask the manager or another colleague for help on nearly EVERYTHING which seemed to annoy them instead. Management, please do better on training or at least step in to help when you see a worker clearly struggling rather than letting them struggle and keeping a customer waiting for assistance. There was no shadowing whatsoever. I’m not blaming the associate for being new and taking a long time, but rather the lack of support from colleagues and management alike. I won’t be returning back to this location.

Ray daSilva: My initial experience with this store was favorable. There were some issues relating to porting my phone number over which took much longer than anticipated but we all worked through it. I was also talked into leasing new SIM Locked phones from them which I could have avoided (my iPhone 13s were just 6 months old) but this was my fault for not asking the right questions. I wanted to switch to T-Mobile phone service because of the high international fees I was experiencing at Xfinity. While I was at the store, I asked about the 5G Home Internet and was convinced to give it a try as there was a 15 day free trial period. They fixed me up with a Gateway device from the store. That was on May 26. Today is June 3 - within the 15 day trial period. I tried to make this 5G Home Internet work but the service was just too unstable, slow and unreliable in my area so yesterday after contacted T-Mobile support, I gave up. When I tried to return the Gateway to the store today, I was met with an unreal customer service experience. The attitude was "Do you have the receipt? We can't accept a return without a receipt." "Do you have the original box? We can't accept a return without the box." I was able to pull up the receipt on my phone but by this time, they had actually printed out a copy of the receipt from their own system. Their response to this was "We are not allowed to print out receipts!" They then made a big show of checking the IMEI numbers to make sure it matched and then plugged the unit in to make sure it was working. After they had exhausted all their attempts to turn me away, their parting shot was "There will be a $20 restocking fee." I lost it. This kind of customer service attitude was not what I had experienced with T-Mobile support by phone. I argued and I must admit, I lost my temper when they insisted on the fee. Their solution "You can call up our customer service and ask them for a shipping label and return it yourself!" I left the store and I called up T-Mobilie support who could not believe the encounter and apologized. After he called the store to check on this, he advised me that he had learned that each store can set their own policy on restocking. So, he offered to credit my account for the $20 which he did on the spot. He asked if I would be willing to take the unit back to the store. In general T-Mobile support and service have been excellent but this was not a great experience. Sonya is the store manager and I suspect she is empowered to make sense of encounters like this but she simply refused.

Sofie Miller: The staff were super helpful, quickly fixed an issue with my legacy phone, and helped me switch to the phone plan I wanted. They know what they are doing and it shows. No one tried to upsell me, and everyone was friendly and competent. I came here because I had a bad experience at a different T-Mobile store (the one at Rhode Island Ave) and wanted a second opinion, and this is now my go-to T-Mobile store.

ceiarra Williams: I had an awesome experience! I went to the store to upgrade my nephews’ phones and add an line. I wasn’t quite sure which phone upgrades were available. However my Sales Rep Jay and the Assistant Mgr. Dewayne made the process so easy. After walking several miles to the Georgetown location only to find it closed, I took a gamble by making my way to the National Press location. I'm so glad that I did! Special thanks to Winslow! He provided me with*outstanding* customer service! Specifically, he successfully helped me transfer from my previous character (no small feat!), all while creating a welcoming atmosphere. He's very experienced and personally invested in what he does, and it shows! I'm very grateful for his help! TL;DR: This a good store with a great staff. In particular Winslow is a fantastic!

L. E. Wright: After waiting 30min on the phone, I arrive at the Verizon store located at 1318 F Street NW and they have no idea of what I'm talking about nor can they assist me like I was told. Reginald greeted me at the store and immediately showed a short temperament. Reginald is not customer oriented. After realizing that they can't assist me, I was told that I have to call customer service again and wait for another 20min +. This is quite a frustrating experience After simply taking Verizon up on an off from the Verizon offer up program. I immediately regret it

Amanda Sams: I went into the Verizon Store to upgrade my little android phone. I was assisted by Phil and Adan with buying a new Samsung A20. They were extremely helpful in giving me advice and honest opinions on newer phones like the A21 which they mentioned cost the same. I declined on the newer phone even though they were very transparent with me but what was important is that they didn't push me to buy something I didn't want. Very respectful and professional.

Jazz Mooney: I bought a phone from Adan At the Verizon store on F St. and 12th NW. DC. They seemed very nice and the store until my phone didn’t work which is an iPhone X 11X Pro Max. I turned on the existing update and it cycle for an hour and 10 minutes which is never happened since 2004 on any of my iPhones. I took the phone back to the Verizon store at that same location and Joseph was a rude he was behind the counter told me to be a $50 charge to swap out my phone but that they didn’t even have any more iPhone 11. Then I spoke to Antonio who would even help me because he said I offended him and I’m trying to still figure out how I offended him. I asked who are the manager who happened to be Charlie Kulu. I told him how rude Joseph and Antonio we’re.. Nobody would help me and I had to wait in line for about 25 minutes which shouldn’t happened because the phone was defective and they should’ve taken care of me first, According to Jenna at the corporate office at Verizon. Finally, a very nice lady at the same Verizon store named Judy turned my phone back on but I asked for a new phone because this phone is not working-correctly. Charlie, the manager said he would order me a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, but when I called the corporate office and spoke to Jenna she said there’s no order for a new phone for me so Charlie lied. It’s almost like they’re used car salesman but in a Verizon store I asked for my trade-in to be given back to me so I can get out of my contract with Verizon because you have 14 days to do so. They didn’t know what happened to my phone they think it might’ve been sent back to the company but they’re not sure. Their attention to detail is horrendous. So now I’m stuck at Verizon for two years.

Kofta Kit: The staff here is very uninterested in helping. I had to return to the store multiple times for a problem they claimed couldn't be fixed even after calling Verizon to confirm that the fix was in the store. After asking for employee ID numbers to report to the corporate office they were suddenly able to resolve my issue. The entire experience was very off-putting. The manager is extremely irritable and unhelpful. I hope to never need their services in the future.

Michael-Ann Henry: Terrible service. Covered my bill with confusing credits and charges so it wasn't clear how much I've actually paid and what my refunds were. One of the managers tried to sell me a $100 phone case that I didn't even want! They are scheming and sneaky and not clear about all of the random extra fees and charges. I think there are 2 good employees there but the managers are surely the weak links.

Q Lingham: I went to this location a month ago because my daughters new phone stopped working and a representative at the call center sent me to this location to see about getting it either fixed or replaced, neither of which happened because of us supposedly having to do a warranty replacement, which couldn’t be initiated through the store it had to be done over the phone. Whatever. While I’m in the store, the employee that helped us needed to see my license. He never gave it back to me, which I realized after I left the store. I called the same day and spoke with someone who said they would hold on to it and I was to pick it up the next day. I ended up in the hospital for a while and was unable to get it. I called this morning to inquire about it and was told that a manager named Briana shredded it yesterday because they can’t keep personal information in the store. So instead of mailing it they destroyed my license. Great. Now I have to get a new one. Thanks T Mobile, from your “stellar” over the phone customer service to the bang up job you guys do in store it’s a wonder why more people don’t flock to your company for service. 🙄

Honey Marie: I visited this store on my lunch break yesterday and was really in a rush. The store was busy and I was frustrated I had to wait. I was pleased however to have been greeted right away and logged in to save my place in line. The representative figure out what I needed and because it was a quick bill pay, he asked the two gentleman that were logged in ahead of me if it was okay to quickly take my payment so I could make it back to work in time. Luckily they agreed and I was finished in seconds. Ashamed to say, I came into the store frustrated but left happy. The rep quickly looked at my account and let me know I was eligible for some additional savings and offers; I wish I remembered his name :-( He even mentioned something about business offers. I scheduled an appointment and will def be back at the end of week to review what I have available, just started my own cupcake business. Thanks!

Ria Henares Garrett: Worst store ever. We added 2 new phones to my husband's account last March. We requested the manager to add insurance to both phones. Specifically, the manager said he recommended adding insurance especially for the first 6 months. So we thought he added it. In July, my phone screen cracked and I go to the store to file a claim and they said there is no insurance on any of the phones. So the manager indirectly said it is our fault for not letting them know right away. We do autopay and don't check the bill per detail. We trusted that the manager at that time added the insurance because he recommended to add it. But he did not. The new manager at this TMobile store won't even offer a solution. So my husband called TMobile and a customer service rep on the phone was able to retroactively add the insurance and submit a claim for us. They were able to provide a solution that the TMobile store manager did not give us.

Jennifer Posey Wilcox: We went to this store this past very busy Saturday morning to upgrade my son's phone and to get him on a post-paid plan. To say we had a good experience is an understatement. The manager, Micaela (Kay), was knowledgeable, welcoming, extra friendly and very patient (to say the least). In fact, everyone, including the security guard, greeted us and wished us a nice day. It was a great experience- so great I just wrote my second review ever.

Aavash B: As I am writing this review, I cannot help but scrutinize how I cannot rate this place with 0 stars. I had a software issue with my phone, and the staff did not even look at my device because they said I was not verified. I called the plan's owner, made him talk with the "specialist", and add me as an account manager. On my phone and the owners', we could see that I was a manager. Still, after all this hassle and a lengthy chat, the "specialist" did not even try to look into what was wrong with my phone. I am appalled by the double standards of this place, that allowed me to purchase the phone so easily, yet when I went to fix an issue, refused to help me despite seeing that I had done everything in my power. As an icing on the cake, the "specialist" asked me leave by pointing out the apparently "long" line of customers I had kept waiting. I will never ever buy any of Verizon's products again. I cannot discontinue my current plan because I cannot afford buying another phone. But if you're considering to buy one, please save yourself from the trouble of placing your feet in this store.

Keith Carr: AVOID THIS STORE. Our company has been a Verizon Business customer for 10+ years. We went to this store in order to add a few lines to our account and upgrade some existing lines. Initially we were quoted prices far above what was advertised online for both the phones and the service. When I pointed out the discrepancy to my sales rep Kay, I was told the business manager Lizette was likely trying to "see what we would pay". After sorting out the insulting pricing issue, we purchased 6 phones and added three lines. As of today none of the phones are activated or working. When I looked at our account an additional $5,000 + of charges had been added along with unrequested insurance plans for each line. Our office manager along with 5 other employees have been without a phone for 5 days. Clients cant reach them and they don't seem to care. Their response was that we can return the phones for a $50.00 restocking fee. If you care about staying in touch with your clients AVOID THIS STORE

Deer Spray: The guy that helped me today was very helpful. I forgot his name but he was the shorter of the two. He helped upgrade my phone, showed me my options, and even checked in the back to see if they had any phones which prevented me from having to wait to get a phone that worked because my phone was inoperable. He even called cell phone repair shops to get estimates. His positive attitude and helpfulness is another reason I enjoy working with Verizon.

Kim Heyn: I would not ever use this store. Someone walked into this store and committed a fraudulent charge to our Verizon account and purchased a new phone using an upgrade eligible account. This completely disabled our phone by upgrading to new stolen phone. The employee of this store did not check ID and gave the fraudulent person the new phone. Adriana Gill: This is the worst verizon store i ever been to. They messed up my order when i preordered the new iphone 13 in store. i asked the worker who was assisting me, did the order go through and he said “yea that’s why the receipt printed.” but when i called verizon support they couldn’t even find my order and said it didn’t exist. when i went back to the store the manager was unhelpful and didn’t care that my order was messed up. i had the receipt and everything, she didn’t even look at it. And the workers are untrained and barely know what they’re doing. They’re are telling me things i can do like trade in my phone and order two phones, while the manager is telling me i can’t do that. So how about we train the workers better so i don’t receive the wrong information thanks.

tom jarrett: Store Manager Joe and Sales Consultant Daquan J. exhibited excellent technical support and customer service on 4/22/22 when I was in the store. I travel a lot to many resource limited US Territories for work in Prehospital and Disaster Medicine. Joe and Daquan were able to help me find a robust practical wireless solution for me working overseas and without easy access to AT&T FirstNet technical support. I've literally travelled thousands of miles on the US Mainland and Overseas and these guys are the best!

Daddy Grace: I visited this store today because I needed my SIM card replaced due to AT&T shutting down its 3G network. There were 3 staff members working today at this store. However, the store manager seem to only assist white customers and I called him out on his lack of social skills and not seemingly wanting to assist me due to the color of my skin. I am appalled this is still happening in 2022 here in the Nation's Capital. I filed a written complaint today with AT&T's CEO John Stankey.

Very professional service from the time I walked into the store as well as explaining all of the services in detail along with the new items I purchased, up to my departure from the establishment. Marissa Adams: Team members were too busy on their EarPods/Bluetooth devices with friends to really interact. Imagine having a legitimate question about your account, and while answering your question staff members were having personal conversations on their EarPods about personal things. Customers don’t come first here. I can’t believe management at this location would allow these types of behaviors among their team members. This behavior is consistent with all associates on their shifts. I won’t be returning.

Jennifer Simon: Bryan and Kendal were amazing. So kind, patient, and helpful in finding the right phone. I hadn’t backed up my phone and Bryan walked me through that. I felt like they helped us find the best possible deal. If you want friendly service, then head to this AT&T store.

Erika Maye: Got my new iPhone at this store about a month ago. The service in store was great but when I got my bill the next month, I realized the representative I was working with, Marcus, hungry for commissions I guess, added a whole new line of service to my account for an iPad that he knew did not exist. I had an iPad on my shared plan ($10/month) that I had given to my niece and my brother had recently added to his account and I asked Marcus to remove it from my account. He said he could not do that in store and instead removed the iPad from my shared plan and put the phantom iPad its own separate plan for $130 per month! I had to spend more than 30 mins on the phone with an AT&T customer service agent getting it removed. I hope he loses his commission and job.

Teddy Cohen: Got my new iPhone 13 mini. With the help of the amazing Nijee, I had an overall awesome experience. Great location to get problems solved.Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the Manager has serious attitude with customers and is more of a problem finder than a solution finder.

F Bolinder: Sales associate Nia was clueless about how to get specific AT&T services added to my account. Since this is not a AT&T owned store, I had to call AT&T who told me that I couldn't get the account features on my account. Nia sold me 2 different accounts and neither worked with the features I needed. After visiting the store several times and spending hours on the phone with AT&T, I requested a refund for the services that I never used. George, the manager, repeatedly promised to get me a refund. I emailed him, I called him, and he kept promising a full refund. It has now been over 2 months since Nia and George falsely promised to help and now I am stuck with over $150 in bills and no service! Don't visit this store. Go to a AT&T corporate location instead. This store can only sell you services and will abandon you as soon as you need support.

Lizz Davis: I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait, I went in right at my appointment time. There was one sales associate on the floor and one security guard. The sales associate was helping another customer and told me he would get to me in a second. I walked around and then ended up sitting down to wait. Another sales associate came out on the floor, I figured she would be able to help me but she just started cleaning the tables and handles (Which, with Covid I do appreciate). I sat there waiting for 20 minutes and then realized the second sales associate would not be helping me so I got up to leave. As I was leaving she was cleaning the doors, had headphones in and seemed like she was on a phone call. Not happy with the service here compared to other AT&Ts.

Devon Brown: Sales Associate Cordell had ZERO knowledge of the current phones, so when I tried to return my iPhone 12 Pro Max on my second line; he first kept saying I couldn't return it because it was a 11 Pro Max and using it currently. My current phone is the 11 Pro Max, so how can you not differentiate the two? Also, the phone and its' box was right in front of him. Next, he told me I couldn't return the phone without a manager, which I knew was a LIE because I just worked at AT&T last year! I also confirmed this information wasn't true thru several AT&T associates and AT&T corporate customer service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!

Panjai Paiboonpong: Walked in for top up plan but sales try to sell new phone said sim not compatible no more! Walked out and went to AT&T in China town to get it done. Terrible:(

ljayestylz: The customer service was subpar. The staff did not explain the features of the phone I wanted after I asked several times about certain differences between the iPhone XR and 13. They hovered over me as if I was going to steal a phone case while I was looking for one I liked. No suggestions or information; he just stood there and watched me. They lied about not being able to call or find out if another store had the phone in a different color stating that the color is “rare”. And they had a “take it or leave it” attitude that made me feel unvalued as a customer. I called the Capitol Heights location and found the phone in the color I wanted with one phone call and immediately went to that location. The customer service in the Capitol Heights and Silver Spring locations is MUCH better.

Esse Darden: My first visit to this store was great - I entered and exited with the help and attention of Carlos and an additional/new service plan. But upon returning a few days later not great at all. I was directed to go to the 7th Street NW location based on what I was seeking and once I got to that location I was told the instructions I was given were inaccurate, which I figured. I'm not sure why employees in Tech stores tell you to CALL customer service - for some reason they're not trained, nor know that THEY in-store are supposed to be able to serve ALL needs. That was the prime issue I experienced; I went to both store locations and ended up spending 00:01:40 minutes on the phone with customer service, yet only got about 50% of what I needed handled. The two and a half weeks following, I called customer service on my own about four times about a promo/discount I was told is applicable to be applied, and yet & still to date don't have that settled since the last call I made to them was inclusive of the Rep putting me on hold for 20+ minutes claiming to check for a supervisor (I requested) just to get back on the line and claim none was available and they would call me back. I said okay, but NEVER got called back! But I ordered a router and that arrived a couple days ago, so I'll have to call customer service prior to connecting it AGAIN and not looking forward to it! I've been a customer for YEARS so this has been unexpected, really frustrating and irritating to go through.

Rebecca Lammers: Carlos was wonderful! I came in on a bit of a time crunch and got my new phone all set up, talked me through how I could save money on my monthly bill, and was extremely kind and patient while I asked him all my questions. He even put the phone’s screen protector on for me! Excellent excellent location - if you’re in DC, come to this one.

When I visited, both of the gentleman who helped me were warm, efficient, and very patient as I asked a thousand questions about the differences between models. Everyone at this location is just stupendous!

Catherine Miller: Very helpful and kind associates in this location. Was able to quickly purchase, set up and transfer everything over to a new phone. The manager was attentive, incredibly helpful and pleasant. Made the experience overall great. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quality ATT store.

Zuly Lopez: Amazing location Carlos and Kamren both know what they are doing. Carlos took his time reviewing my account and was able to find me $30 in savings AFTER adding a new line and phone to my account.! Kamren set-up my phone transferred everything over to my new phone, they told me if I trade-in in my phone I would get $800 off.!!! That’s amazing I didn’t know that and would have walked out not knowing if it wasn’t for them. They seemed a bit short staffed but even so, they were able to take care of everyone in the location in a timely manner. If you are ever around the area or your just sick and tired of your normal store/provider visit Carlos and Kamren you will not be disappointed.

Monyka Kearsley: Their customer service is a joke. I’ve decided to go to a new provider and Net 10 has given me nothing but rude costumer service trying to transfer my number. I’m on my 7th call with them this week right now. Every person I’ve talked to about what the new provider needs to make the request they have all told me something completely different. Every time my new provider has tried to call they were also told something different. The auto refill was supposed to be shut off due to me getting a new provider but since this process has been taking over a week they charged me again. I had to call and get a refund but since that went through it canceled the number transfer completely! What a joke!

vanessa rodriguez: Net10 is a joke the customer service is horrible, they will hang up on you constantly it took me a WEEK just to get to the porting department so I could move my number to another company. I will never go back to net10 or recommend it.

Fox One: I just became a customer and after one month tried to go to another company and they said my phone it locked!!! Your STEALING peoples property pretty much and FORCING them to stay with you. I got news for you though, I'm going to get to people on this and see if a class action suit can get started. YOU ARE CROOKS!! But when enough people start to dig into your "doings" and put some light on your company we'll see what you're really about. Social media detectives are the BEST to do it. #NET10 you're now on the radar.

T Morton: If you are thinking about bringing your own phone to net10 please do not they will steal your phone pretty much because they will lock it so you cannot use it with any other carrier!!!! Net10 wants to lock you down to ONLY Use NET10!!! then they take forever to speak to someone about them locking your own phon, that is NOT UNDER CONTRACT WITH THEM!!! it is illegal for them to lock a phone on a prepaid account yet they do it and they don’t care. They will tell you over and over they don’t lock phones well we have been fighting with them for 3 days and still nothing!

John Plyler: I have had my service paid in full continuly for years with Net 10 so I would not loose my phone number or my plan. So this is how they treat you after many years- they change your phone number and loose your plan. Yes, that is right, Net 10 looses your number and your plan with 5,000+ minutes paid for. They will let you have a new plan and number if start over and pay them first! So how you rate them?

Joe Scalese: Been a customer for over 10 years. Great reception, I have just a call and text phone. NO BLOCK NUMBER SERVICE! Over Hundreds of calls from same solicitor who thinks it is funny. Called Net10 and CS told me to hold on to the 3 dots after number and nothing happens. Then he says we can't block the number? Why am I holding the 3 dots if it works for other net10 users?????? Then he says its policy. I could change my number...which is connected to so many things includding business cards and brochures. Really, you are telling me I have a minute by minute phone without the ability to block?

I never have been able to load time on line since they changed their format. I could dial a number then it would prmpt me to add air time but now it won't do that. So now I get to go to a landline phone to reactivate my service. I don't know my be it's just my devices...

Rita Jones: every month i refill my service i have to call them to get my phone reset because i can 't receive or send out messages to my contacts that i constantly text. This is one big hassle every month. i will be changing networks again. I thought Net 10 provided god coverage and services i was so wrong

Brad Brooks-Rubin: I upgraded 3 phones at this store in the winter and found all of the staff helpful. Recently when one was lost, I went back, and Marco went above and beyond multiple times to help me find solutions. Was really no reason for him to do so other than just caring about the customers. Very much appreciated that, and over the course of my visits to the store, saw that consistently. Will keep coming back, even though it's not the closest store to my home.

Gabrielle Hoffman: Marco was the best! He not only was able to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone perfectly, but we also had a great conversation while waiting for everything to transfer. 10/10 would recommend going here if you have any att needs.

Mark Strohbehn: I was assisted at the ATT store in Georgetown and had excellent service from Marcus. Switching from an old to new iPhone caused several complications to get the old and new SIM cards, IMEI numbers, and phone plan settings adjusted. After spending a day trying to figure this out on my own, Marcus had this all resolved and me on my way in about 5 minutes. I'll be going back to this location if future issues arise.

Leanna Cristofano: After not being able to accomplish getting a new iPhone through the Apple store up the road, I headed Down to the at&t store to see if they could help, and not could they help!! I’m not sure why Apple struggles with AT&T customers but they couldn’t get anything done for me. I walked Into the at&t store and Ashley and Michael immediately knew what was wrong and how they could help. To say it went flawlessly is an understatement. They were able to get me a phone and get me set up in less time than I had Spent at the Apple store trying to get the exact same thing done. They were helpful and friendly, and showed me a deal to get a screen protector and a case for under $30!! My case and protector were each $45 a piece!! They both made me day by being so kind and helpful and overall so friendly. Its amazing the difference the vibe of that store compared to the Apple fiasco. 100% recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new Apple product and you have at&t vs the Apple store.

Giovanni Gutierrez: horrible customer service, agent dismissed me within 2 min of speaking to him after making me wait for 15 min. Told me to call customer service and that he could not help me. After three long hours on a call, they informed me that my agent ASSUMED I was not a business member (which he never asked) and that there’s different policies for business members. He could have helped in store with no problems. Meaning I wasted hours on the phone and a store visit solely because the agent decided to not do anything on his end, instead he chose to sit in comfort when he could have been finding critical information regarding my case. This store needs major training on AT&T policy and ensuring great customer service, especially in such a location.

Bita Motesharrei: Terrible experience. Was there yesterday to upgrade my phone after he had ordered the phone I wanted. It took him 15 minutes just to process the tax difference of the two phones after swiping my credit card at least 15 times and in the end not being able to process the exchange. In the end, he still put some charges on my credit card even though I walked out of the store without getting anything. Worse than that, I received two emails of receipts of other customers who had purchased products and were in the store sent to my email. Complete lack of privacy. Completely freaked me out. They never answer the phone and the manager was not on the site yesterday.

Lora Mitchell: I went to this location in search of a complete change form an Android to the new IPhone 12 Pro Max. I came in and was greeted by Yonathan and of course once I told him the goal of this visit he immediately gave me all my options. He started with asking about needs, color preferences and which size of phone I’d be interested in. This experience was beyond great he was super knowledgeable and very professional! Being new to the iPhone software and what not he made it very easy to understand and showed me some cool features. Not only selling the device but the experience along with it! I must say he was absolutely correct ! Then going into to my payment options, I had the full intentions to pay for a larger portion of this new device. He went into great detail of how I can pay for all my accessories and phone monthly with my bill, which was a surprise to me and certainly made this decision so much easier! I spent about 90 mins in store while switching over data and him answering all my questions! All in all I definitely appreciate the help Yonathan provided and look forward to all future services and purchase via Tmobie !

HorrorJunky 4 Life: The only reason why I am giving the store/carrier at Friendship Heights metro 5 stars is because of an associate named Ramon. I've had poor customer service from other locations in the past and was even considering dumping T-Mobile for another carrier. Ramon's knowledge of T-Mobile services and prices helped convince me to not only stay with them but I purchased another product. (I now get my phone & internet through T-Mobile) He is so polite and attentive that I only try to visit the store when I know he is going to be working there. It is great to know that there is one person on the company that can help me with any issue I have with my phone.

Even during the pandemic, with low staff the reps here have handled every customer extremely fast. Had to wait 10 minutes during rush hour but I know they'll be able to help with problems and questions! Would be back to buy my new galaxy here!

Ms Redskins: I went in Verizon today and had a wonderful fantastic experience with Lucas exceptional customer service very laid back also deliver pertinent information like the fine print very detailed oriented. Very friendly and finds a solution for your situation but he can't satisfy everybody just me. And he look like a snack one fine cookie. Verizon: what do users think?


T N: My wife and I came here to buy a new phone, the woman selling us the phone was liar and a thief, unfortunately. My wife and I asked for a specific insurance the woman said did not exist.. we were later able to change it on the verizon app because it did in fact exist lol. We also left something that we purchased at the store and when I asked if it could be refunded she hung up on me… what kind of customer service is that?

Justin Olivier: Nobody came to help me. I had to help myself. Once I was finally assisted, my questions were answered. Please greet your customers if you want their business. And if everyone is busy then hire more people.

Teresa Ludwig: Update: still have not received my check and never got a reply from customer service to my email. Extremely disappointed. Had so far been a satisfied returning customer. First, my friend wanted to get a prepaid sim card with plan. The clerk first checked the IMEI-number and put in a store sim card to check the compatibility by calling from it, which worked. He then typed in all of the info and when about to finalize the purchase realized that the phone was not compatible with Verizon (however that call was even possible then). We then switched to me. I already had a prepaid card and plan that I wanted to upgrade from 5GB to 15GB. I was sent to the express checkout, chose cash payment and since there was no coin insert slot for the $11.20 charge, I inserted a $20 bill. It then said that the remaining $8.80 would be credited to my account. I will not be using the account for much longer so that is worth nothing for me. The clerk told me that there is no option to get change, the bill back out or anything else. Upon asking, how I am supposed to pay $11.20 in matching bills he told me that I should have inserted $12 and only lost 80ct. There was no sign or information during the process that the system just takes and keeps your money so if this is the case, in my opinion there should just not be an option to pay in cash. Because I was very unsatisfied with the situation I suggested options of possible solutions to the clerk but he seemed completely unwilling to solve it and had no clue what to do. Instead of trying to fix it, he suggested, I could just give the card with the remaining credit to my friend after I wouldn't need it anymore. Since he had just told us that her phone was not compatible with Verizon I was very confused and when I asked how that should suddenly work, he said that "with that card it would work because it is activated". So he would have otherwise sold a plan on a deactivated card? It did not make any sense and he kept contradicting himself until we left very frustrated. After talking to customer support over the phone for over 20 minutes, I was promised to get a check with the credit as a refund to my home address in Germany. I am lucky enough to be fluent in English, confident and patient enough to work out a solution and also I luckily have an American bank account (otherwise there would be no possibility to cash the check). I find it essential to change this procedure or at least the according information because it just robs customers of their money which is not ok at all.

Natalie Thomas: Super nice staff! I worked with Nikki and she was so nice and helpful, I was in and out in 15 minutes with everything I needed to upgrade my super old phone. She got me set up completely and answered all my questions. Everyone here seemed really kind to other customers as well and it looked like everyone was having a good time.

Boyan Stanoev: Update second visit: 4 stars I can't thank the manager Bradley enough. We spent close to two hours on the phone with Verizon reps to get my 3 line transfer and thanks to him got it done. Note to Verizon Corporate: please make sure you properly reward such great people like Bradley who can resolve complex cases. First Experience: 2stars Waited a lot to pick up Verizon sim cards, so I can switch from T Mobile. Given that I am a new customer coming with unlocked devices, I had the foresight to ask what to expect with the set up. The rep just told me to go home put the sims in and then call customer service. Well, it did not work for neither of my phones and customer service is referring me back to the store. Will go again tomorrow leaving my 2 year old with a friend and taking time off work to give Verizon one last chance since I spent a lot of hours and phone calls over the last 2 weeks to make the switch. There were some other reps who seemed helpful (this is why I am adding one extra star).

Jon Saunders: Every time I come to this store I leave absolutely disgusted. Absolutely lousy customer service. Verizon says they allow broken phone to be traded in now. Oh your screen doesnt work? Sorry you cant! You have to be able to disable wheres my i phone for them to accept your broken phone.... seriously!!! Stay away people. Trust me. My girlfriend is pregnant and needs a phone so i had to purchase one outright. Would love to get a call from corporate.

Hannah Greene: I went in to transfer numbers and buy a new phone. I was helped by Prince (Aidrus), and he was fantastic. Prince really took the time to listen to what I was asking for and find the best plan to fit my needs. I had a ton of questions, and he was super gracious and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. Would highly recommend and will be returning to speak with Prince for any future needs. Thanks again!

Vida McCahey: There was a customer that was frustrated by Verizon's customer service, not being able to help him with his problem and sending him in circles on the phone. We have all been in this situation. Instead of handling situation with maturity the customer service rep had an escalating conflict attitude, he was defensive rude with customer, which made customer even more upset, then Verizon called the police which was completely unnecessary. Lacking people skill as a customer service agent is not reason to call the cops.... The Verizon man was very large, bald with beard. He was also immediately rude and defensive with me after I asked where the line was. It was his attitude that was the problem not the customer.

Don Kelly: Bought an $85 dollar charger, but it is lousy - in order to return it there is a $50 restocking fee! Seems like they should have to tell you that up front. Consumer Reports says they have to. I wonder what the BBB will say. Never going to another Verizon store if that is the company policy - which apparently it is. The rep was nice but didn't tell me about any restocking information.

Rachel Murphy: Great experience today. Mose provided excellent customer service as we needed to reactivate lines and purchase a new phone. He was patient and ensured we we 100% setup before we left. Will definitely come back.

Aron Schultz: Araina needs to work on her management skills while Chris needs to improve his listening skills and work to connect with the customers instead of talking over them. While I was previously with Sprint for 11yrs and have recently move to T-Mobile in the last two years with pretty great service all around I have to say this store takes the lead bad customer service with an extreme inability to connect with clients, and a quickness to threaten a call to the cops if you tell them you're in store for something you were told to come to the store for via the online support staff. Thankfully I was able to call T-Mobile to work through this issue but dissatisfied with the way in-store assistance was not able to connect or handle the situation.

Dynasia McCoy: I always receive amazing service at this location! The team members are always knowledgeable and friendly, and it's so easy to be in and out! The manager Ariana has outstanding customer service skills and was very throughout with explaining all of my deals and promotions I had available to me today. I even walked out the store with a free Samsung watch, thank you Ariana!

Sean-Tony Tescadero: Came in to pay my bill, and walked out with a new, fantastic device. Martha and Nestor walked me through device options, my plan, and upcoming features with T-Mobile. They were pleasant, patient and very accommodating. (Even though they had some impatient guests simultaneously) I would highly recommend T-Mobile, and this location. Great job, guys!

Superstar Kels: The worst customer service. No one greeted us. Everyone here seemed like they had an attitude or acted like they didn't want to work. Definitely will never come back to this store

Rena Geter: Loved the service! They were so friendly and super patient will me. They even sat down with me and showed me how to use my new phone. Loved it. 10/10 service!

Gerald Helfgott: I had with ATT, and checked around. I went to T-Mobile at Dakota Crossing ( 2460 Market Street NE, Washington,DC 20018). They were very professional and handled the switch over very easily. I can not recommend them any more. They were all great.
