HipCityVeg: what do users think?
Jasmine
Jasmine: OH MY!!! Best sweet potato fries ever. I had PLNT burger earlier that day and they don’t have anything on Hip City Veg. I truly believe this was the best vegan burger I’ve ever had. The burger was very flavorful. However, the nuggets are my only complaint. They were too tiny to not come with more. It felt like I ordered them off of the kids menu. Please make your nuggets bigger or include more! Otherwise, I’m a very happy camper. Side note: Come to Boston… pretty please with a cherry on top?
Patti Dybdahl
Patti Dybdahl: There is not a lot of seating. There were some rude ladies in there sitting next to each other taking up 4 seats for the two of them taking forever so others couldn’t take a seat. Point there, not a lot of seating. We are not Vegan but wanted to try it. The smokehouse burger was good. Chicken nuggets were good too. Sweet potato fries were also good. Kale lemonade was good and the fruit punch was tasty. Overall food was good but I thought it was expensive. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d try this again during warmer weather when I don’t mind taking it to go and eating outside.
Kevin Kato
Kevin Kato: I’m glad my daughter is vegan, I’m not but it gave me the opportunity to eat here. Otherwise I never would have searched it up! Awesome burgers and sweet potato fries! The drinks were good too, Kevin(staff) recommended the kale lemonade glad he did, it was delicious. Good food made fresh, the fries really crispy, and the staff were really friendly too!
Alejandro Nuñez-Jimenez
Alejandro Nuñez-Jimenez: Delicious healthy fast food. Both the Udom Noodle Salad and the BFG smoothie were delicious (and refreshing for a hot summer day in DC). Even on a Sunday, the place was relatively busy at Noon. There are not many seats, so you may have to take it to go. Pricing is fair, not particularly cheap. The staff was correct. I would put it on the top of my list for healthy quick bites.
Sabrina Drew
Sabrina Drew: AMAZING!! As a vegan, it’s always great to find places like these when traveling. The atmosphere was very nice, and the food was phenomenal. I would try everything on the menu if I could!
Crystal Sings
Crystal Sings: I wish I would have gotten the names of the staff at this restaurant on Sunday, November 14th. This evening staff was awesome 😎 all of the staff this evening was super helpful and outgoing. This was my first time dining here and my experience was great 😊 Thank you Sunday evening staff!!!! I will be back 😍
The Shameless Foodie
The Shameless Foodie: The best vegan burgers/sandwiches I’ve ever had. Honestly, could be one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had, vegan or not. I highly recommend the Crispy HipCity Ranch sandwich. It tastes like a fried chicken sandwich, and the sauce they have on it is delicious. And it’s still crispy after driving to my destination before eating it. The Disco Chick’n is also good. It’s a grilled chicken sandwich option with garlic aioli on it. Also very good, but my favorite is still the crispy HipCity Ranch. I got their sweet potato fries too - absolutely delicious. Crispy, crunchy, sweet, and soft on the inside. Plus it comes with 2 sauces of your choice. I recommend one of them be the sriracha aioli for a little kick. Also, try their kale lemonade. It pretty much just tastes like lemonade but it is just the right amount of sweet and very refreshing. I highly recommend it and would go way out of my way to come here. Solid 5 stars.
YOUNG-i The GOD
YOUNG-i The GOD: Before today I haven’t been here since they first opened. Glad to see the menu has been extended. First of all the cashier Jasmine was excellent. I forgot my mask in the car and she flew me in with a fresh one. Food came out fast and hot. Nuggets we’re on point and the sauce. Not usually fan of these type of fries but they were ok. Had the turmeric drink that was a1 also real light not too sweet.

Shouk: what do users think?
Ryan Briggs
Ryan Briggs: Super yummy. I stopped in for dinner, ordered the mushroom bowl over greens with hummus and falafel added; plus a cardamom chocolate chip cookie. The bowl was both tart and savory with the pickling and mushrooms. A good mixture. I was really glad that I added the falafel since this was for dinner, it made the dish feel filling and was nicely complimentary. The cookie was nice, moist and chocolaty, but I like a regular chewy chocolate chip cookie more. It was good for being vegan :) The service was good, the eating area was clean. I liked the Israeli music that was playing. No reason to not come back for more :)
Response: Thanks for the review, Ryan!
Luke Chang
Luke Chang: Restaurant layout was unique. Kiosks we’re simple to figure out. There were both indoor and outdoor seating options. 2 unisex bathrooms. Foods was delicious. Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean. Service and staffs were spot on. First time here, had a positive experience. Definitely recommend grabbing a bite here, especially if you’re looking for a non-meat option.
Response: Thanks for the kind review, Luke! We appreciate it.
JT Mitchell
JT Mitchell: Too many great options but I settled on the Shouk Burger. The burger is meaty and has great flavor. Pickled veg adds a satisfying crunch. Pita is like a soft pillow. Hummus was so creamy it made me wanna cry. The cookie was the most average part of the meal and even so had a memorable cardamom flavor. Highly recommend.
Response: So honored, thanks!
Haleigh Eppler
Haleigh Eppler: I loved the plant based concept. It was a great place to take my vegan family. They also had numerous gluten free options available. I had a fried mushroom shawarma with a rice and lentil bowl. It was great. I loved the harissa Mayo on top.
Response: Thanks for the kind review, Haleigh!
Cortney Palm
Cortney Palm: Good food, fast service, cute location. Not great parking anywhere - street parking. The flavors can get annoying halfway through the meal. But otherwise it’s very good, creative and flavorful and feels healthy. I like the shouk sauce and the “chicken” made from mushrooms. The shouk burgers are good and the sweet potato fries are tasty. The cookies are pricey and I’d give the 🍪 a “B”. I love the eco friendly packaging.
Response: Thanks for the review, Cortney!
Vanessa S.
Vanessa S.: Great place! We were looking for a lunch spot and I am so glad we stumbled over SHOUK. Pretty ambiance and very nice dining area. It was hard to choose a dish because everything on the menu sounds delicious. We decided to try the Mushroom shawarma, the dizengoff salad, spice fries and hummus. Everything was so good!! Hummus is amazing, great job. Highly recommend it
Response: Thanks, Vanessa! We appreciate the review!

Bubbie's Plant Burgers at Plant Food Lab: what do users think?
Kimi Pelchat
Kimi Pelchat: All I can say is WOW. The best vegan “fast food” you’ll find in this area!!!!!!!!!! I’m barreled. It’s so dang good. I’ve had: The original fried chicken sandwich The Buffalo bleu cheese chicken sandwich Fries and Parmesan garlic fries. Just. Amazing. You gotta stop by! Note: no indoor eating. Just pick up to go! I always order through their website.
TheCheJay
TheCheJay: This place was an absolute nightmare at the SITW fest. Arrived at the festival at 2 and didn’t have a vegan meal in hand until nearly 7pm because they weren’t open. To top things off their crew of people practiced very poor hygiene as myself and others witnessed while waiting in line. One of the managers was in the back taking fries out of the pan with his bare hands and just eating them. One lady was so disgusted she just walked out of line and didn’t even ask for a refund. Then there were several people or mechanics who we’re all sweaty, no hair covers, visibly drenched walking back and forth behind the counters where the customers’ food is being prepped. Then after waiting half an hour for a burger and fries the burger was still undercooked. Yes it is vegan but that doesn’t mean you served undercooked food! The food was not good because they were taking more orders than they could handle and that resulted in rushing out the food regardless of the quality. It was not with the wait or money at all. I threw my meal away I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed
Portia Vaughn
Portia Vaughn: Had the Bubbs Salad with beet patty- DELICIOUS. The patty just melted in my mouth & is seasoned perfectly not depleting the beet flavor as the cashew cheese is soo soft that it melts in your mouth & compliments the patty & romaine lettuce, pickles & onions. On an digestive perspective this option is great! I created my own as well & the onion ring has a yummy light crispiness & the onion is like crunchy. The agave chicken is not to sweet & the Nashville chicken was a perfect compliment underneath it. Fresh pickles & raw onions top well. I enjoy having Vegan options that are not all RawVegan as it helps me to honestly help others in my profession realize that you have options that taste very good. I am gluten intolerant to the point that as soon as I eat cheap gluten free, soy unsprouted or not aged I itch. So I definitely recommend. You can dine here and enjoy an 80/20 healthy Vegan diet here. So grateful this place is here in DC because not too many places add delicious ease of digestion food options. GO Chefs
N Marshall
N Marshall: I had the best vegan gluten free sandwich!! This place is definitely a great spot to stop at if your looking for a quick meal. When you first go in you order your meal on a kiosk. You also have a option to create your own sandwich or you can have one of their signature.
Quinn Moss
Quinn Moss: We got a few different things to try… the Reuben wasn’t hot when we got it (not sure if it was supposed to be). We also tried the PBJ chick’n sandwich and the garlic chick’n sandwich. Everything was pretty good no major complaints here! Pic of the pbj and reuben.
John Ghertner
John Ghertner: Vegan starts my ratings at 5 star but the Nashville chicken sandwich was so greasy I couldn’t finish it. Literally dripping in grease I felt Ill for 24 hrs. The wrapper was a saturated when I opened it. Taste: who knows. The onion rings were good and paradoxically not greasy. My wife had a jack fruit bbq sandwich which was too spicy for her to eat. I’ll cross the street when I walk by here in the future. By the way, I grew up in Nashville and this ain’t it.

VEGZ: what do users think?
JT Mitchell
JT Mitchell: Just excellent! The Papdi Chat has a satisfying crunch to go along with well cooked chickpeas. Delicious sauce. I got the masala dosa which was not only massive but very tasty. The red chutney had an incredible flavor. Also felt like it was reasonably priced.
Response: Thank you for the excellent comments that we value and the support of our business.
Megha Rao
Megha Rao: Delicious food! The owner/chef was also a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend this local gem of a restaurant. Definitely try the medu vada and masala dosa during your visit, you won’t regret it.
Response: We are grateful for your feedback and look forward seeing you again.
Ketan Patel
Ketan Patel: A pure vegetarian Indian food place. Almost like a hole in a wall. But, excellent food. Our waitress was amazingly nice, pleasant and polite. Quick service. Highly recommend it. Would have been 5 stars if they had clean restroom!
Soraya H
Soraya H: This is an AdMo hidden gem, truly. Best Dosas I’ve had in DC, a great place for vegan and vegetarian options
Response: Thank you for the excellent comments that we value and the support of our business.
Ronnie Sullivan
Ronnie Sullivan: Amazing! My favorite restaurant in DC. So many vegan options of a good portion, and delicious! Accessible prices too. There is always something new I want to try. Very kind staff as well.

Sticky Fingers Diner: what do users think?
Alyssa Miron
Alyssa Miron: I get overwhelmed when I find a vegan place with this many amazing options. The chick’n tenders were so good paired with a salad, and I took home some tofu “egg salad”. I’ll be back for a Buffalo chick’n wrap and all the pastries. This place is a gem!!! Very attentive service too.
Response: Thank you, Alyssa!
Stacey Maresco
Stacey Maresco: Loved the atmosphere of this place! Definite diner vibes — but 100% vegan food! We ordered a salad, the Mac & cheese and the crazy bones brownie (which was also GF). We liked the food and service was so so. Only thing that would have made this better was more attentive servers. Vibe was great (so was the dessert!)
Larry “Big Schlim” Mcleod
Larry “Big Schlim” Mcleod: There’s this new’ish Vegan spot on H street in N.E. D.C. The moment I heard about it, I made plans to go!! I went, they have REALLY tasty food, & I ate well. MY experience however…left me feeling unwelcome & slighted (see my customer service segment). . Where I am: @stickyfingersdiner . Location Reviewed: 406 H St., N.E. Washington D.C. . Menu Includes: All Day Breakfast; French Toast, Pancakes, Potatoes, Seitan & Waffles, Impossible Sausage Croissant, Tofu, Corn “Beef” Cabbage, Vegan Calamari, Buffalo Wraps, Pasta Salads, Beyond Burger, Baked Goods, Candy, Beverages, Cocktails, & Shakes. . Items Reviewed: Their Seitan $ Waffles (with 100% maple syrup & hot sauce $14). The fried chicken like Seitan…STAMP!! Crispy & well seasoned!! The waffles were DELICIOUS! Their French Onion Soup (with crostini & smoked Violife slices $8). STAMP!! Flavorful, mild & warm!! Their Oyster Mushroom Calamari (with marinara & a lemon wedge $10). STAMP!! Fried to perfection, you may not even know that these are mushrooms!! Their Roasted Potatoes (with gravy & garlic aioli-$1, $5.75). STAMP!! Undeniably tasty, especially with the gravy & aioli!! Their Chocolate Tiramisu-$8, & Their, non-alcoholic Chai Lemon Fizz-$6). STAMP both of these items!! Delectable, moist tiramisu, & that superbly refreshing fizz!! Get these!! . Customer Service: Bluntly, I wasn’t greeted, or welcomed when I walked in. I was uncomfortably stared at after I greeted the host, I had to ask about seating & how the ordering process worked. So when the patrons that sat next to me were welcomed, asked if it were their first time there, and had the ordering process explained to them w/o asking, I was disappointed. Nobody said anything wrong to me, and I was serviced promptly, but the extra care & concern that those customers received should be standard for all customers. . Online Navigation: Simple . Parking: Rough/Metered/Enforced . Recommendations: The Soup, Potatoes, Tiramisu, Calamari, & definitely the Fizz!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️=STAMP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕=A.DELICIOUS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️=DELICIOUS ⭐️⭐️⭐️=DECENT ⭐️⭐️=PASS ⭐️=NAH #Bigschlimsreviews
Harmony Hitchner
Harmony Hitchner: The food came out looking like an ad! Beautiful, but according to the family it was just as tasty as it looked! I didn’t get a pic of other food because it was gone before I knew it. The service was beyond amazing! Very sweet , and very helpful staff. I just wished they had more allergy friendly food. But overall, would absolutely bring friends and family back to eat there!!
Response: Thank you!
Zack Bloom
Zack Bloom: This place is unbelievable. The perogie are so good! The poutine was also shockingly great. Don’t miss the Chocolate Egg Cream (no real egg involved of course, it’s all vegan!).
Response: Zack, you are the best.
Linda Zh
Linda Zh: Average to below average vegan food. The seitan “chicken” was decent but the waffle was soggy. Funfetti cake slice was dense and one-note with its sweetness. The mac and cheese was extremely disappointing - the mac was very thick and flavorless, and it was not adequately coated by the cheese sauce. When we were seated, the hostess mentioned that there’s a 20% service fee included with each order. Fine, but then there’s an additional tip section in the checkout, and the 20% option is the default option. I wouldn’t mind tipping except there’s really no service at all. You scan the QR code to open the menu and order online, and then someone brings the food to you. There’s no one to check on you or refill water. Not a good experience.
L Ram
L Ram: Can we please get a Fare Well in Atlanta! I’m so thankful I had several vegan options when visiting D.C., I knew after reading reviews I had to visit Fare Well and I’m so glad I did Very small but charming diner serving breakfast all day (Wednesday – Sunday), they also have a bar for people interested in adult beverages. Saturday and Sunday they have a brunch menu. I visited late Sunday around 3pm and there was not wait but it was pretty full inside. I was dining solo and unfortunately couldn’t try too many items, I definitely wanted to try the Buffalo Cauliflower ($12) and it was SO GOOD! I cleaned the bowl and really wish I had this recipe. Its spicy whipped cashew and cauliflower dip served with soy and sheet free tortilla chips. For my entrée I ordered Chilaquiles ($13). It was very filling and a large portion, I couldn’t finish my dish. I loved all of the ingredients and thought it was flavorful but did add some hot sauce since I like my food to have a little spice. The Chilaquiles included tofu scramble, black beans, poblanos, roasted tomato rojo sauce and cilantro crema served with roasted potatoes. I also added avocado ($3). Service was okay, my food was served with a smile which I appreciate.
Response: So glad you enjoyed your visit! Hope you visit D.C. again soon, we will be here for you when you do!
Vikram Singh
Vikram Singh: One of the best vegan spots in DC. I had the Perogies with sweet potato poutine and Oreo milkshake. Everything was delicious! I’m just sad it took me this long to get here.

Beefsteak: what do users think?
Dewita Soeharjono
Dewita Soeharjono: This is not an exclusive vegetarian place. Instead those who eats meat can eat a combo of piles up of veggies with egg or fish or even chicken sausage. I ordered Tuna Up today. It has raw veg, cooked veg, a not of tuna and poached egg. Eat something different today. Love it! And also love chef Jose Andres with all his humanitarian work
Johan Karlsteen
Johan Karlsteen: Fantastic and healthy food! Not very often I put those two words in the same sentence but it happened at Beefsteak. Cool concept where they boil your vegetables and add protein, rice/noodles and sauce. Kombucha on tap was great too!
Sisi Koleva (siscenceto)
Sisi Koleva (siscenceto): Delicious and affordable! My friend and I had the lentil curry and it was delicious! She added mozzarella and I added seaweed so it was a bit of a fusion (confusion) meal, but it’s great to be able to add and remove things freely. I am definitely going back!
Nicole Coomber
Nicole Coomber: I was happy to discover a Beefsteak in Foggy Bottom. The restaurant combines eating healthy & decadence with luxurious vegetable ingredients, and amazing extras like salt-cured salmon and poached egg. I also love the juice blends, and they now have craft kombucha. It’s more than just salad, too, since you can get your veggies steamed in a bowl.
Chris Smith
Chris Smith: Man this place is amazing. A vegetarians dream place. You can build your own bowl or get some of the pictured "burgers". Tons of flavor and very affordable. The house made juice is also amazing.
Suji Mao
Suji Mao: This is not your typical vegetarian restaurant. They actually have flavorful food that is healthy too. I had the squash bowl with everything on it that you normally get. If you want you can customize your dish to your liking.
Richa Bhatt
Richa Bhatt: This place is so good. I have never eaten in the location before, I normally grab take out and take it back to work but I have ordered the Faux Joe (not pictured) and The Goat. Both are so good. Both of these dishes were so fresh and delicious and the price is so reasonable. Additionally, the folks that work here are so nice as well. I really love this place.
MiMo OmEarth
MiMo OmEarth: Their Eden and Mushroom bowls are delicious... I love this spot! 🤩💗🧘🏿

HipCityVeg: what do users think?
Gabby Ruiz
Gabby Ruiz: INCREDIBLE LATE NIGHT OPTION IN DC! This place is a MUST. As a grad student, I normally don’t eat dinner until LATE, and luckily Thursday-Saturday they’re open until 2am!! I had the Philly cheesesteak and the vanilla milkshake (all vegan of course). It seriously hit the spot, and I love the late night option.
Elaina Genthe
Elaina Genthe: The door was so loud and squeaky everyone sitting by it got up and moved. Like ear-piercing, nails on chalk board. The food was pretty quick, the BFG smoothie took longer but it was delicious. The sweet potato fries with the aioli were delicious. The chikn wrap (fajita I think?) was not good. No flavor. Very bland. I’d come back to try something else on the menu but take it to-go.
Shaina Z
Shaina Z: I took a pleasant stroll in Dupont Circle neighborhood and I came across a wonderful veggie joint. I just started to stop in because I originally was going to go to a day party, however due to the massive turn out and my fear of catching Covid I decided not to enter into the building. And instead use my money to enjoy a tasty savory “burger”. Now this hip city veg joint seemed very inviting from eyeing them from across the street. A lot of bright colors very open and airy floor to ceiling windows and clean marketing spaces. The entire menu is veggie so not to worry for all you vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian lovers. If you have a craving of chicken, steak, or burger, this is your place! Without harboring all of the guilt. I had a tasty Ziggy burger with the famous special sauce. I will definitely come back and try their “chikn -nuggets”. My only suggestion would be to explain on the menu what a customer is actually eating (detailed ingredients- some people are allergic to soy etc). I know whats in Beyond burgers however I don’t know what kind of plant-based meat is used for the other options. I had to ask the plant manager -(very cute play on word play on their apron) ☺️
Maya Bailey
Maya Bailey: As someone with food allergies HipCityVeg is a dream! There are so many options that are dairy, egg, peanut, sesame, and treenut free, which makes me feel safe dining in and ordering out! In addition, late night delivery on the weekend has been really great for me as a busy college student!! Absolutely LOVE HipCityVeg!!
Victor Amaya
Victor Amaya: The burgers are tasty! Sauces also were good! Definitely nice to have vegan options in DC

NuVegan Cafe: what do users think?
Jasmine
Jasmine: Godel was one of the friendliest cashiers I’ve ever met! He needs a $100 raise, like now. This was my first time visiting and he was a great introduction to this restaurant. The portions were generous which I highly appreciated because although it was expensive, it made me feel as though I got my money’s worth. Anything less would feel a bit like a rip off. The food was sooo good that I had to remind my self to breathe while I was eating. Had enough to devour the next day for breakfast (because I couldn’t wait till lunch). As a vegetarian foodie from the south, I 100% approve this place. The ambience here was beautiful. It was so nice to see so many black people dining in and enjoying vegan food! I love what this place stands for and what it’s doing for our community!!! ✊🏽❤️
Ankita Naithani
Ankita Naithani: Really nice vegan cafe with entrees and hot/cold side dishes to choose from. You can choose to have a side dish with your entree or simply just take an entree as every dish is individually priced which gives a lot to flexibility to everyone and something to bear in mind while you order! We love their vegan drumsticks and always go back for those and their tofu side dishes are well made too!
Nils Hünerfürst
Nils Hünerfürst: Was at the NuVegan Cafe with my wife and kids. Everyone enjoyed their food. The Black Bean Burger was well done and all the sides look well crafted. I didn’t liked the loud music.
Nancy Cosner
Nancy Cosner: I got chicken drummies, okra, and Mac and cheese. The potions are huge. This will make several meals. Everything is very tasty and delicious. The wait staff were very helpful. The facilities were spotless. My first visit. Will surely return.
Leila Bournes
Leila Bournes: Generous portions could easily feed 3 people. I love the mac, collards, sweet potatoes. Everything is awesome. Ask for a sample to try before buying it if youve never had it.
Fab Dzul
Fab Dzul: Extremely delicious food, seasoned to perfection. The location is ok cared for and friendly staff. Worth a shot
Mondy Telfort
Mondy Telfort: I really wanted to like this due to all the great reviews, but I was not a fan. I’m giving some more stars because the staff was very nice, the atmosphere was great, and I loved the music. I tried the Mac and Cheese, Chicken, and Collard Greens. They all tasted like they had a boatload of salt in it. I couldn’t even finish a decent portion of my meal because the taste of all that sodium was overpowering the food. It wasn’t hot either. The chicken also had a pretty rubbery texture and I didn’t feel like it imitated real chicken as much as some other vegan chicken I’ve tried. It kind of felt like I was chewing on elastic the way the pieces were getting caught in my teeth. I also tried the Cinnamon Roll which was probably the upside of my meal. But, even that tasted like a mound of sugar and pretty dry/hard. I could’ve done without the meal, personally. Though, I still think it’s good to have this option for those who are vegan or not. I just wish they didn’t overcompensate on the salt/sugar.
DM Mills
DM Mills: Their food was really good. We’re from Richmond and were in Dc for the day. When I looked up vegan restaurants NuVegan came up. I’ve eaten their food from the one in Richmond. It was really good. It was my husband’s first time eating there. He was really impressed with the food. We ate there and got food to go. It was just as good as the one in Richmond.
Steve Smith
Steve Smith: Solid 4.5 rating! Interesting vegan restaurant that allows you to sample the food before ordering which is very helpful! The food is behind a glass case, cafeteria style in metal bins, and the workers fill take out containers with the food you order. The servings are generous and neither of my 18 year old twins could finish their dinners. One of my sons rated it 5 stars and the other 4 stars… wish there was a 1/2 star rating as well = 4.5 stars. We are visiting DC and this beautiful city has no shortage of amazing vegetarian/vegan eateries which NuVegan Cafe is among! PS the Vegan Chick’n Drummies were the highlight of their NuVegan Cafe experience.

Lora Kluber
Lora Kluber: Awesome place and friendly staff. The food is all amazing. I had the spicy salad and it was so full of flavor. I loved the mangoes in it. Definitely will be coming back here regularly. The only thing is I wish their tea list had more details. I got the turmeric ginger and there was a lot of green leaves in it- perhaps green tea but not sure but it would be nice to know the full content or at least if there’s caffeine or not in each tea.
Amik Maytesyan
Amik Maytesyan: Customer service is Great they have a lot of options for vegetarians Drinks avocado toast and acai bowls are great even kids Enjoyed it.
Nils Hünerfürst
Nils Hünerfürst: Great healthy food. A little bit pricey but totally worth it when you need real nutrients.
Jan Siolkowski
Jan Siolkowski: Had the banana almond toast – a little dry, but very tasty! I would love to come back here
Shawn Smith
Shawn Smith: I ate very poorly during Christmas and my first place to visit was Fruitive to get my body back in balance. The produce blends were amazing and the hail to the kale is my all-time favorite!! It’s also in a convenient place, I was able to go to Louis Vuitton do some shopping and then end off with a healthy meal, I love this place!!
Midwest Reviews
Midwest Reviews: I really wanted a smoothie and decided to come here. The smoothie was good, but it was $16. The inside of the shop is cute. Hanging out here for a while was nice, but there are few places to sit.

PLNT Burger: what do users think?
Giggy Cash
Giggy Cash: I didn’t want to go out so I checked a food delivery service for the types of restaurants nearby. Fortunately I found this gem and decided to order to give it a go. My goodness, the packaging was very neat and nifty. The food was delicious. I will say the sweet potato fries were a little cold and limp, but they may have been from the time it took the delivery service to reach me. Either way I decided to go again the next day to check it in store. It is connected to a Whole Foods inside. If you are looking for a great healthy alternative to burgers and fries, this is the place to go. Very environmentally conscious.
Response: Thanks for giving us a try! We're so happy you enjoyed everything, but we're sorry you didn't get to try our fries at their best quality. Please email feedback@plntburger.com and we'll send you credit to order again and enjoy our food the way it is meant to be :)
Jasmine
Jasmine: Cashier was rude but the burger wasn’t! Very delicious and the chef wasn’t stingy with the toppings. That’s my kind of chef! Side note: isn’t this the most innovative thing you’ve seen in a bathroom ever? This was in one of the bathroom stalls.
Response: Jasmine, thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We really appreciate it. We're very sorry to hear that your customer service experience was less than perfect. Is there any more information you can share with us? We'd love to amend this problem as soon as possible. Please let us know, and we're so glad that you loved the food.
Sinia Mejia
Sinia Mejia: Their fries are amazing! They have a unique crinkle, v-shape cut that holds more seasoning and makes dipping easier. The vegan burger patties are similar to what is being sold at other places that offer vegan burgers. However, the crispy mushroom sandwich is "chefs kiss" ...so good!!! Their shakes and the Save the Bay Fillet sandwich are also delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
Response: Thank you for the amazing review! We appreciate you sharing the love :)
Doug Mendel
Doug Mendel: I ❤️❤️❤️ PLNT BURGER!! Being a 20 year vegan, it’s nice to go to an all vegan eatery! The food is so delicious, especially the chili, sweet potato fries, and burgers. A huge shout out to Avanisha and Brandon at the PLNT BURGER Whole Foods location on H St SE for their friendly service!!
Response: Thanks for all the love! We're so happy you are such a big fan of our food :)
Madison Marquardt
Madison Marquardt: I really loved the smokehouse burger, my husband thought it was a pulled pork sandwich. It’s one of the most flavorful vegan foods I’ve had. The softserve was so superb. We will definitely be visiting again
Response: Thanks for the amazing review, Madison! We're so happy you enjoyed everything :)
Christina Martin
Christina Martin: The food was better than I expected. I read the reviews and decided to check them out! My 11 year old love it too and she does not eat a plant based diet. I had the fish sandwich, herb fries and the chili that was outstanding!
Response: Hey Christina, thanks so much for sharing the amazing review! We're so happy you and your daughter enjoyed your meal :)

Amsterdam Falafelshop: what do users think?
Kevin Shim
Kevin Shim: Quirky spot with good falafels. I was looking for a light, refreshing meal on a Tuesday night. This place didn’t disappoint. The falafel bowl with everything was good. A bit pricey considering the size of the bowl, but quality over quantity. The fries were a bit meh. It comes with curry ketchup which is an interesting twist. A pleasant surprise. Overall, a good place for a light meal. The interior decor is unique. It’s worth stopping by.
sanaz moein
sanaz moein: A bite to remember! I’m a big fan of falafel, and here was just great! Price is reasonable and u have many great choice to add to your falafel with no extra charge. Also it’s located in one of the coolest street of dc occupied with bars, cafe n restaurants.
D Brown
D Brown: A trip down memory lane to summer days at one of the real deal falafel spots in Amsterdam. The only thing missing is the endless self serve salad and veggie bar.. $7,50 for a regular sandwich with 3 falafels was delicious and worth it. Small dining area with an Amsterdam kind of decor.
Mischa
Mischa: Very good falafel and French fries. Very nice staff as well. Nice cozy little place.
Prahalad Pateel
Prahalad Pateel: Very very tasty falafel. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. They offer a lot of toppings and all of them are really really good. The falafels were really crispy on the outside but very soft and tender inside. The service was very fast and the staff really friendly.. We ordered a regular bowl and the portion size was good. Would definitely visit again.
Raghukumar S
Raghukumar S: Food was great, only problem is seating and parking.
R Raghu
R Raghu: Very good place if you are craving for Mediterranean food. Mostly to go, however there are few seating arrangements outside. Food is delicious. Made upon order. Their falafel tastes delicious and freshly made. Hummus and other toppings are really good. I would come back here when I am in the area again. Their menu is simple and easy to chose from. Kids surely will like fries. Price is decent too..
Ivan Maertens Aramayo
Ivan Maertens Aramayo: Safe ordering. Delicious menu. ORDER the fries and mayo! Dr Brown sodas, La Croix waters. Love the peach mango kombucha. Seating outside is comfortable and spacious. 3 regular tables and 1 bistro table inside.

Elizabeth's Gone Raw: what do users think?
Michael Condor
Michael Condor: Took my wife (a vegan) here last month for her birthday and we both had an incredible time. As a non-vegan, I thought the meals and experience were great. We enjoyed all the dishes on the prix fixe menu along with some tasty mocktails. The staff is what really made this place spectacular—so polite and friendly. Will definitely be back next year for birthday celebrations!
Response: Thank you, Michael. I so appreciate your kind review. It was a pleasure to serve you and your wife. We look forward to seeing you next year. Elizabeth
Caileigh Feldman
Caileigh Feldman: My brother took me out to dinner to celebrate my 29th birthday and we had the best meal ever! I asked in advance for a fully raw 6-course experience and my bother did the vegan 6-course, so we had fun sharing bites. We each got a drink and they were wonderful. We started with the caviar plate which is SO worth it and an experience that you’ll never forget. Each small plate of the meal was absolutely delicious and prepared with such exquisite creativity. We enjoyed every bite. The dishes are so beautiful that it feels like you are eating edible art. We had a blast chatting to the passionate waitstaff (such as Ben) throughout the meal and hearing some of the stories behind the beautiful paintings from Elizabeth herself. My brother and I agreed that this was one of the best meals of our lives. Without a shadow of a doubt, we will be back time and time again to try the different seasonal menus. The biggest thank you to Elizabeth, the fantastic Chef Francisco Hernandez and the wonderful team. Every single person made us feel so special and cared for.
Jeffrey F
Jeffrey F: Easily one of - if not the best - meals of my life, in any city, anywhere! So incredibly delicious from start to finish. Wonderful ambiance, attentive and knowledgeable wait staff - everything you could want for in a meal. Drinks were delicious, too. Whether vegan or not, this place is absolutely worth your time. Can’t wait to return and try the new seasonal menu next time.
Corrie Byers
Corrie Byers: This was our first time having a fancy 5 course meal like this and it was incredible. The menu is seasonal was just creative and delicious. Everything we had was unique and full of flavor. Each course was explained by our wonderful server with not only what it was but how it was prepared and where the food came from. The restaurant was beautiful and quaint and all the staff was phenomenal. We were visiting DC for our honeymoon and they brought out a candle in celebration. It was very pricey for us but well worth the price for the entire experience.
Jamie Howard
Jamie Howard: Impeccable service, thoughtful and delicious food! My dinner mates consisted of two vegans, one plant based, and myself an omnivore. The plating was beautiful with layers of flavor with each successful course. Ideal for a nice date night. Our favorite thing was the kale chips!!! They look pretty plain but oohwee lol. The owner took pity on us and brought us seconds after watching us pick at the crumbs in the first bowl. Will definitely be back!
Simon A
Simon A: Have to say this hidden Gem in the wonderful city of DC was worth the experience! From the entryway to the ambiance upstairs in their dining space. All the waiters and waitresses were incredible, from start to finish and compliments to the chef for amazing fine dining tasting options. If you are to ever find yourself in downtown DC stop here and experience the vegan “CAVIAR”!! Yes I said it “VEGAN CAVIAR”, for a first time experience in having this delicacy I was blown away. The entire food menu from the appetizer to the main course to the dessert was incredibly sensational along with a spectacular display of each one. Can’t forget the bartender who made the most amazing Mezcal Old Fashioned using the vida organic mezcal tequila. The Smokey earth tones from the mezcal and finished with the right bitters and simple syrup, lastly with the solid rock cube in a wide mouth rocks glass thank you!!!!! To all the staff thank you for the experience as we had an amazing time and great birthday celebration in your establishment and will look forward to another dinner the next time we are in DC.

Pow Pow: what do users think?
Carlisa Derrick
Carlisa Derrick: Coming from out of town, I wanted to try some local eateries. Wanted some Asian inspired food and Google sent me here. The general chicken is delicious! Very flavorful but the Buffalo Mozzarella balls!!!! Wow I had to go back to the site to make sure it was indeed vegan! Not sure how they did it but sheesh! It was so delicious! A must have!!!
Taylor Reynolds
Taylor Reynolds: For lovers of Asian food, this was absolutely delicious & did not disappoint! Clean, quiet, and a chill experience coupled with good food. 100% plant based & flavorful! Glad we were able to find this place to fit our lifestyle needs.
Kemba Esmond
Kemba Esmond: The vegan dining experience here was quite tasty. Pow Pow included very creative menu options and the food was well seasoned and delicious.
Jon
Jon: This restaurant closes at 9pm. We arrived after a long trip and called at 815 informing of our arrival. They said come by 8:30pm - and we did. When we arrived the restaurant was as empty and we were refused entry. The owner should be aware that this is ridiculous. Entire group of 7. We were asked to order instead. Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere.
Response: Hi Jon, Sorry for the confusion here. We close our indoors at 8:30pm daily and move to carry-out window service only for the last 30 minutes each day. I went back and watched the video with audio and can confirm that staff were actually very nice and communicative to you. I understand the frustration of wanting to eat-in somewhere when its closed. However, our H street location is technically a carry-out. Which is why we move to carryout window service at 8:30pm. We believe in serving the community. However, I believe your review (and your friends simultaneously posted review) are unreasonable and created to hurt this business rather than help. We ask that you be kind and remove as this was a misunderstanding on your part.
Larry “Big Schlim” Mcleod
Larry “Big Schlim” Mcleod: This spot came across my feed ONCE and it managed to vividly grab my attention!! The literal colors infused in this food drew me in!! So I decided to go check out @eatpowpow !! Located on 1253 H St, N.E. you can’t miss their Pow Pow signage!! This is an Asian fusion spot with recipes from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan...pretty innovative I thought. So I stroll in there ready to order, was partially greeted, and then politely asked if I was there to pick up an order. After to told them no, it was explained to me that I have to order online, not in store. That was oxymoronic to me, I’m here let me order, and a tad bit inconvenient. This establishment lost 2 sets of customers with this rule...they left as I was standing there online ordering. Nonetheless the food was BOMB!! Their appetizers include Miso soup, Sichuan dumplings, and their Firecracker fingers which are plant based chicken fingers tossed in a spicy sauce. I copped two appetizers their Trolley fries (pictured-hancut fries with kimchi, Korean ketchup, togorashi mayo, cashew cheddar, nori, and scallions $6). I will NEVER forget these fries, they were that good and as long as they are in business...I’m snatching them up!! Savory, spicy, crunchy...EVERYTHING!! I also got their Taiwanese fried Buffalo mozzarella (pictured-fried cashew cheese croquettes with Korean ketchup). If you didn’t these were vegetarian, you wouldn’t know these were vegetarian!! Like that!! Especially dipped into that sauce!! Ok for entrees they have a number of bowls where you can pick your rice, and protein (please see their simplified menu). I chose their K-town bbq bowl (pictured-Korean bbq grilled plant based chicken, black beans, tomato, pineapple kimchi, cilantro, fried shallots, with sesame drizzle $12 for a large). This meal didn’t disappoint either. The blend of colorful flavors had my palate awestruck!! A truly delightful meal. I also got a watermelon Kombucha...I’m not a fan. Customer service was ok, not the best, parking is on H street so good luck, but the establishment was squeaky clean. I’m geeking for some more as I write this, I’m going back!! That’s it. #powpowdc #kimchi #cashewcheese #deliciousfood #bigschlimsreviews
ur vegan guid e
ur vegan guid e: Amazing unique vegan food. I can’t wait to try more of their menu. They don’t accept cash. Such a shame… so many people don’t have access to bank accounts. I guess the restaurant is strictly for people who are more privileged than that. Always sad when a vegan restaurant wins at being ethical to animals but is uncaring about ethics in relation to humans. This is a carry out location only, so no restrooms available. Also, I wasn’t able to speak to an employee before ordering to ask questions about the menu.
Kimi Pelchat
Kimi Pelchat: SO GOOD! Has the general bowl with half rice and half salad. DANG. i can’t wait to come back!

Falafel Inc: what do users think?
Jereth Tolentino
Jereth Tolentino: Love this place. A Falafel bowl for $5.00! Super tasty and definitely a food value. They also have a $4 sandwich and $3 fries. Only down side is long line but that’s expected on a good place. The line moves pretty well so I dont mind waiting. Definitely recommend and will go back.
R Al-Dulaimi
R Al-Dulaimi: Best falafel in town! I hope they plan to bring back the outdoor seating at this location
Krystal
Krystal: Wow. Amazing prices, amazing food, and you can feel good about eating out!!The shawarma sandwich is amazing. The falafel is great, and the zaatar fries are crisp and delicious. The sauces are all good and fun to try one of each while there!
Devin Boe
Devin Boe: Simple, straightforward menu with shockingly low prices, and the best falafel sandwiches I have ever had. The salad bowls are a nice option as well; all the ingredients are fresh and high quality, and the sauces are fantastic. Only downsides are the service (the workers are really really REALLY busy and sometimes it takes a while to get an order in, but generally friendly and helpful) and the long waits during peak hours. Still, always worth it, and apparently for a good cause too!
Lu Mad
Lu Mad: I loved everything about my experience here. Healthy, flavorful, and affordable food is just unheard of in general, but specifically in Georgetown. I support the simple, easy to understand menu, the support of Palestinian refugees, the use of traditional spices, and the non pretentious decor. Everything is just sweet simple and to the point. I love it. Although the wait was long, it must have been user error because once I ordered I had my food in less than 5 minutes. I biked to Georgetown and needed something healthy and full of nutrients to fuel my ride back home and the falafel salad did just that. I was extremely pleased to see a bowl full of spinach and not romaine lettuce. The sauces are absolutely delicious. I will say that the falafel is authentic. No one seems to make traditional falafel anymore and I was so happy to come across those familiar flavors. I ordered the falafel bowl and coconut water and my total was less than $10. I obviously recommend this spot and I will be back!
M Bish
M Bish: We strolled through for a quick lunch and this place was phenomenal! Very quick service, and the food was delicious, can’t believe how low the prices were! Would love if they had some tables nearby outside to eat
India Lindsay
India Lindsay: Best cheap and healthy eats in DC, nothing beats $3 falafel pita. The bowl is pretty good too and they offer vegan shawarma. Highly recommend their zaatar fries. They have a delicious variety of sauces available, Habibi was our favorite. No outdoor seating is available but if you walk down the street towards the waterfront, there’s a small amount of outdoor tables in the shade near the canal. Best spot to enjoy this yummy food.
Manasi Suryavanshi
Manasi Suryavanshi: Delicious all veg and vegan menu!! they have very few items on menu which makes the decision much easy. Very reasonably price food especially for georgetown and it was fun exploring the sauces. Friendly folks.

Shake Shack: what do users think?
Drew Kenyon
Drew Kenyon: Great restaurant with great staff near the national archives. My wife and I ordered a hotdog, shack chicken, French fry, and a chocolate shake and it cost around $23 plus tip. I’ve never liked crinkle cut French fries until now! They were delicious! The hot dog was super good and my wife loved the shack chicken sandwich!! The star of the show was definitely the chocolate shake! Super rich, thiccc, and creamy chocolate ice cream Hand spun into a shake???? You bet. Good lunch spot if you’re touring the notional mall! I took away one star because the bathroom didn’t have seat protectors, paper towels, and the toilet seat was…. Not attached correctly. It was also kinda dirty. Fix the bathroom and I’ll make it 5/5!
Response: We appreciate the positive vibes! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
Micah Trostle
Micah Trostle: Ultimately, at the end of the day you have to respect the food that comes out of this place. I brought my friends here that we’re visiting from Papua New Guinea and it was their first time trying Shake shack and they were ecstatic about it! You’ll spend a pretty penny here but it’s definitely worth it I would suggest the outdoor seating as you can see the hustle and bustle of DC go by while you eat! Pro tip if you don’t like spicy food do not order the peppers on top of the burger! (:
Response: We appreciate the positive vibes! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
Rene Alvarenga

Jon Doyle
Jon Doyle: 1St time here, 3rd time @ a ShakeShack and will never return to the chain. This location had RUDE employees... the cashier seemed to get a tude when I didnt opt to tip her (you get paid a full wage to take my order, punching buttons... your not even cooking so no, Im not giving you $5 tip!). We waited a long time and got the food. The girl handing the food out was nasty and rude! I asked for bbq sauce nicely and she eye rolled me and said something rude at me under her breath, grabbed other food, n walked away... another girl apologized and got for me! I saw staff touching their faces during food prep and just not having any care... All our burgers were a soggy, greasy, slophole of a mess. Meat tasted like it was bland n BOILED. Fries BLAND and unsalted and not crunch not warm even. Milkshakes were nasty... half melty. Pretty disgusting $60 lunch for 3 people! Bathrooms STUNK of sewage and were unkept. Urine all over the seat and trash can over flowing. Putrid thst my son and fiance had to go in there. Usually rude and unfriendly staff. INSANLEY over priced and not sure why.......... never again.
Response: Jon, we're disappointed to hear about your experience. This really isn't close to the standards we set for ourselves at Shake Shack. We'd love to invite you back, and make it right. Could you email us your review at share@shakeshack.com, so we can get in touch? Thank you again, The Shake Shack Team
Rebecca Bagley
Rebecca Bagley: First time visiting a shake shack. I got a simple shake burger and fries and a cookies and cream milkshake . They were all delicious . I will definitely visit again!
Response: It always makes us happy to hear feedback like yours! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
Ben Rylander
Ben Rylander: Was excited to come. I love burgers, and places like this. Was excited to see they had a couple things on draft. They were out of their own Shake Shack beer, I understand it happens but was excited to try. Food was good, not great. Would go back if I lived near here. Very busy place. Good place to eat. No negatives besides the beer being out but they can’t help that to a certain extent.
Response: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It always makes us happy to hear feedback like yours!

Emma Rose Wooten
Emma Rose Wooten: Fantaaaastic and delicious fast-casual vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food!!! I got one mushroom taco and one sweet potato taco – sweet potato is definitely the best. The girl who took our order was super friendly, and our food came out within 5 minutes of ordering. Just be aware that there is very little seating inside so you’ll probably have to take it to go and eat outside.
Response: Thank you for visiting our Georgetown shop. The sweet potato taco is a favorite of ours too! We also love the rainbow chard quesadilla. It is a new seasonal item on our menu. We hope to see you again soon.
Vikram Seshadri
Vikram Seshadri: One of the best Vegetarian and Vegan restaurants I have visited. Must try the Brussel Sprouts Quesadilla. Loved their Herbal and Green tea as well. Ton of options and definitely will recommend to anyone who is in DC.
Mario Morales
Mario Morales: Very interesting but healthy and delicious. All vegan options but with so much flavors. So good! We had a variety of tacos and all were so good. I had to order seconds! Staff was friendly and the girl behind the kitchen counter was very nice and helpful.
Response: Thank you, Mario!
Devin Boe
Devin Boe: Overall pretty good tacos, and I love the idea of a plant-based taco place. The sweet potato tacos are great, but the asparagus tacos were not good, both texture and flavor wise. The black beans with crema are tasty, but could have used more jalapeno. This location has a nice patio to eat on right outside by the canals, great for nice weather! Also, service is excellent. The people who work there are quite kind and friendly!
Response: Thanks! We appreciate the feedback on the asparagus taco and the black beans. The chipotle sweet potato taco is a customer favorite. Delicious vegan or with cheese. We hope you come by again. Our menu changes with the seasons.
Amy Suchodolski
Amy Suchodolski: Fantastic vegan & vegetarian taco shop in Georgetown. The tomatillo gazpacho was cool and refreshing. Hibiscus tea was great. Tacos are delicious.
Response: Thank you! We are so glad you enjoyed your vegan and vegetarian tacos and gazpacho. We hope you visit again soon and try our new kale salad. It’s delicious.

Chris Pascuzzo
Chris Pascuzzo: The Navy Yard Five Guys does not disappoint. It is clean and has a super friendly staff. Order like a pro and get a small hand cut fry and little cheeseburger. Five Guys all the way!
Mon Oubliette
Mon Oubliette: Go in-person. If you order this to your house, they will forget something or screw up your burger. They always do. But, even if you go in-person, you have to watch them closely. It’s not intentional, exactly, they just don’t care enough about doing a good job. That said, what they make is generally good and consistent with Five Guys quality standards. In other words, it’s Five Guys. Just keep an eye on them to make sure they make your food right and don’t forget things.
Mr Blue
Mr Blue: It’s a regular Five guys and all, burgers are good, however the staff is always super friendly and quite fast to get the order out.

Swathi Chandrasekaran
Swathi Chandrasekaran: Enjoyed the bowl with sweet potato tikkis. Their tamarind chutney was delicious too! Wish their peanut sesame sauce had more flavor to it, it tasted quite bland. Large space with plenty of vegetarian options. Ideal for grabbing a quick lunch.
Soraya H
Soraya H: I see it as an Indian cuisine version of CAVA - if you’re in a mood for casual Indian it’s a good spot. They also serve alcohol & flavorful house sodas.
Dilip Naik
Dilip Naik: Interesting and new. They had a lot of options for vegetarian and the food tasted good. Tou have a lot of ways to customize your bowl and it tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and the place is clean.
McKayla Chambers
McKayla Chambers: Delicious meal! First time trying this while visiting DC area and very impressed. I love chicken tikka masala, and ordered their “tikka chance on me”. Great flavor and great portion size. Garlic naan was a great side with the meal.
Jean-André Moore
Jean-André Moore: Pretty good spot. Think chipotle but for Indian food. Generous portions for good leftovers. Staff here had great recommendations, inside has a very cute vibe to it. Soft serve rotates flavors, including cherry blossom. Good if you want a quick bite for no wait.
Sharon Zacharia
Sharon Zacharia: Most authentic South India food in DC! Really amazing considering they are a meal-in-a-bowl concept. Food is always fresh. Plus they always have real good mango lassi and samosa as condiments which are great. Also, their decor is really lovely and colourful.
BMORE PRO PRODUCTIONS
BMORE PRO PRODUCTIONS: Great flavors! Nice spot with goodnfood. It reminds me of a healthy Chipotle or something lol
Adriana Rec
Adriana Rec: Worst Indian food I’ve ever had! GO SOMEWHERE AUTHENTIC!It was dull and watery. The customer service was great but the food was terrible!
Sam Viola
Sam Viola: ordered the oatmilk cherry blossom soft serve & mint cardamom limeade both off which were easily 11/10 - everyone inside was so helpful and kind and made me feel so welcome - go here
Response: So glad you had a great time, Sam! Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

McDonald's: what do users think?
Veronica Wallace
Veronica Wallace: The staff is very friendly and quick. the orders of accurate and hit.
JJ E
JJ E: This McDonald’s is in a great location! Dine in is open! Great music and Ample street parking on the corners! It’s Sunday so I got free parking, paid parking is available as well! Service is quick! And it’s delivered to your table! A McDonald’s? They care about the customers ,the service and public safety by abiding to rules in reliving COVID-19! It doesn’t end there the restrooms are really clean and open to public use which is a luxury now because it’s been difficult to find a place to pee as most McDonald’s shot their restrooms from the public. I’m amazed at the place I stopped to pee and decided to grab a smoothie and later a sandwich to hit the road ❤️
Richard Gross
Richard Gross: Get rid of the agressive vagrants out front and I would give 5 stars. Food is consistently good and the location is usually pretty clean. Can get a bit busy but they usually can keep up
Paul Zhang
Paul Zhang: It’s really nice restaurant. Nearby by Holiday Inn Washington-Capitol. First time come here order breakfast. Special deal Sausage Egg & Cheese McGriddles two for $4.00. First time through machine order. Convenient. Easy. Great service. About three minutes food delivery for me. 👍👍👍👍👍
Zachary Hubbell
Zachary Hubbell: Four stars for a McDonalds! Clean dining room and reasonably friendly staff. The environment is comfortable and the free wifi works very well! Good for breakfast in the morning!

Z Burger Tenleytown: what do users think?
Stephen Knotts
Stephen Knotts: This is the ABSOLUTE Best Chicken sandwich my wife and I have ever tried! The employees are extremely nice and friendly. The owner came out and greeted us to make sure we enjoyed our visit. I was overwhelmed by his hospitality. This is a MUST HAVE location here in Washington DC!
Adam Getliff
Adam Getliff: Excellent food and Service. The food was very hot when I took my first bite…so maybe wait a few minutes after you get your food to dig in! The older gentleman who helped us at the front was very kind and brought us ketchup to our table for our fries without even asking him. The amount of fries you get is unbelievable, more than enough for everyone to have some! Very tasty too! They have a sign out front saying “Covid free zone”..made me laugh, but they actually have some air cleaners hanging throughout the establishment to clean the air. Overall I was very pleased with my visit here.
Kev- keepingitreal
Kev- keepingitreal: Our burgers was juicy, hot and flavorful. They will load you up with plenty of nice warm flavor French fries in a cup inside a bag, the french fries flavor remind me, when I used to get boardwalk french fries back in the day. The milkshake was flavorful as well. Great staff and friendly atmosphere.
Victor
Victor: I pass Z Burger at least once a day, parking here is intimidating but I got the courage to illegal park and risk it. I ordered a double cheese burger fully loaded. The burger tasted great no complains the burger and toppings fit in this bun they use allot of fountain drinks were out of order and had a funny taste.
Tony Vega
Tony Vega: This place has excellent french fries, kind of boardwalk style. One large portion was enough for the three of us. Also So glad they have chicken sandwich here now.
Moises F. Koodsi-Sotelo
Moises F. Koodsi-Sotelo: The staff was very attentive and the clientele seemed to be regulars from the neighborhood giving off a dive-bar kinda of vibe. The single burger is more than enough for my appetite. And if you are an onion ring lover! I do recommend you get some.
Isabel de Oliveira
Isabel de Oliveira: delicious milkshakes with an incredible assortment of flavors!!! also, the employees are all super nice. they’re open until 4 am on friday and saturday which really helps me with my late night sugar cravings. great for a summer night out with college friends :)
Bereket Belay
Bereket Belay: Was a great first time for me and my girlfriend. Eli took care of us in the front and gave us the rundown of what to expect. Great time and great food for a great price as well. Definitely recommend!!!
Chido Enweze
Chido Enweze: Fries were good. Went there for milkshakes but they did not have any. Was able to get a float tho. That was good. Overall good experience no issues
