Bryan Cortez: 2nd worst Chick-Fil-A in DC - 1st place goes to the Dupont Circle location. Staff is not friendly here, actively ignores you after you've placed your order, almost as if they don't care anymore now that they've got your money. There's also no order at all, why give out someone's food first - then have you wait 10 extra minutes for your drink? Needs to be fixed.

Charles-Stephen Laubhouet: My food came super fast even though the line was all the way to the door. They have fast service and the location is relatively clean considering the traffic at this place. Staff is friendly and always willing to help! And the manager is very generous!

Gina: Clean restaurant and mildly - friendly staff. The location is busy but there is ample seating and the line moves quickly. Waffle fries were not up to the standard I expect at Chick-fil-A (i.e. pipping hot and crispy). However, the sweet Sirachi sauce is amazing.

Kiara Jackson: This food is absolutely delicious. The customer service is always inviting and the drive through line goes very fast. The breakfast is one of my favorites. I like to eat here at least once every two weeks.

christopher Pintado: Was relatively hard to find at first. Even more difficult to find parking. End up finding it in what seems to be the basement college cafeteria. The food was good and had other restaurants like sushi and Mexican food. Having multiple options at the same spot made it worthwhile for a quick bite to eat

Daniel VanDeKerkhove: Most authentic, genuine, delicious, and real-tasting (because it clearly Is) chicken I've had from a fast food restaurant. Chicken nuggets already to be genuine hunks of chicken meat - tender, juicy, hand battered and deep fried to crispy golden perfection. Soft and moist. Delicious. The spicy chicken sandwich was ungawwwdly soft and moist - my teeth literally cut through it like Butter (no exaggeration). Nice kick - a bit above average heat compared to most other fast food chains (a Good thing; most place's "spicy" chicken sandwiches totally aren't at all spicy). Amazing taste and texture. Awesome. Fries were average or perhaps slightly below average; unique cut, average texture, warm but not nice and hot, sorta bland taste - needs some sort of special seasoning. BUT... The food was overpriced. And the portion size of the chicken nuggets was small - definitely smaller than competitors; was Definitely disappointed by that. Not sure if the high prices were due to them being on a college campus, or just in general. But $27 for one sandwich, one medium fry, a drink (whatever), and one mediumish-sizedish box of nuggets (30... Lol. Would be 20 anywhere else)... I'm sorry, I can't give 5 stars. Not even 4. Too expensive. Though YES, YES, Absolutely Delicious!!

Sam Odle: It’s an express location so it’s a Chick-Fil-A that’s been shrunk down to fit in a food court. Long lines at peak hours is the only negative and you’ll quickly see why - fast and friendly service and delicious chicken sandwiches and nuggets!

Paxton Patey: Poor customer service. Dirty tables. Charged me 50 cents for each chick fila sauce. And didn’t get us forks for our grilled chicken, which was actually more like shredded chicken. The 12 piece and 8 piece we ordered had the same amount of chicken. And when we asked for forks the employee looked like we inconvenienced her. I love chick fila. But won’t come back here again.

Jay Bakenhaus: I love Chick- FIL-A, be it I am from Nashville Tennessee. This one was clean and roomie. The restrooms were also clean. I don't know if it is DC or just the mood that day, but staff did not seem as friendly. When I asked for a refill for my drink...I felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff when I did. No hi... thank you ...or, what I always get at all of them "my pleasure" lol. The waffle fries were more like waffle bits. The whole bottom half of my fire box was bits like the pic I uploaded. I have never had that happen before. But, I still recommend to eat here... wonderful company.

La Tisha Parkinson: I love chick-fil-a and I hate to give them a bad review but I hope Upper management sees this...thus franchise outlet is horrible! Obviously the food is good, it's chick-fil-a, and the staff is friendly...but it's the nastiest restaurant I've ever been to! Not only were the bathrooms terribly Filthy, inside the restaurant was nasty too...like food and wrappers on the floors and tables...like does no one ever clean???? Can you imagine I asked a staff member for something to wipe down the table (those were my exact words) and instead of wiping it himself, he just gave me dry paper towels? Man..that was upsetting. What was more upsetting was that I looked up franchises in DC on the website because I wanted one with a play area...this one said it had a play area...and by now you should have guessed - yup, it had no play area. In fact, a lot of amenities it said on the site, it actually didn't have. If I knew how to contact Upper management directly I would because I don't want to publicly give them a bad review because I love chick-fil-a but this franchise outlet is ruining the company's good name! (Nope, no pictures of the filth cause I wasn't tryna slander a company I love)

Onika Maraj: this location is extremely disgusting, this is the nasty looking mac & cheese that I got that looks like it was scooped out not even filling the container. I ordered on doordash, if this location serves you on doordash go to the app and look at their reviews on that app. Not only did they serve me slimey half mac & cheese, I ordered salad, they didn't even put the dressing in the bag, I ordered sauce which they failed to give me as well, & the fries were salty. This is what happens when you take a chance & don't listen. All of their reviews on doordash are bad and I still ordered so oh well. Normally when I order, the pentagon city location handles my order but for some reason that one doesn't service my area anymore or the store stopped using doirdash period, this 18th st location needs to stop using doordash as well.

Tim Kocher: Super fast service! The line was out to the door and we thought it would take forever but we wanted to try it for the first time! We had our order in 5 minutes from walking in. AMAZING FLAVOR and super moist!

idec al: I ordered through Uber Eats, and it was such a disappointment when my order arrived without packaging, and my drink unsealed. Not the fault of the delivery driver cos before he got to me the drink has spilled all over the cup. The drink was a no, I couldn't risk drinking it. The fries arrived dry and cold, mac and cheese tasteless and a mess. You all need to do better than this. Am definitely not ordering again.

Rayhan Alam: Food is consistent with other locations but the customer service is not up to par with other places. We waited in line and someone came with a tablet to take our orders. She wasn't pleasant about us changing from a combo to a drink only. She looked frustrated and bothered by any change. Then she goes to counter and tells someone else "oh this is a big a** order". Kindly work on training employees to the standards that we see everywhere else. If someone really hates working there, what's the point of working there and show customers attitude.

SN Duncombe: I love Chick-fil-A and have a long, positive history with them. Both my husband and I worked for them for many years, and I’m an enthusiastic supporter. However, this store left a lot to be desired. I ordered $1300 worth of catering. When I needed to speak to the restaurant about my order, I couldn’t because they never answer the phone. I called at least 10 times at various times of the day. I tried to email them, but their webpage doesn’t list an email address. Then, when I got the order, it was halfway done. We ordered over 100 boxed meals, but instead of actually boxing the meals, they left the entrees out of the boxes. This made distributing the food much more difficult. In other words, by skipping a step to make their work easier, they made my workload heavier. I’m really sorry to give such a bad report on a company that I really love. Unfortunately, this owner-operator needs to better reflect Chick-fil-A standards.

Chris Davenport: Chic Fil A usually has the best service you'll find in fast food. Usually. But not at this location. Staff wasn't all that friendly, no different than any other fast food joint. There was a police officer snapping at people to wait for their food in a specific location. Dinning room was closed, so we had to walk back to the hotel by which point the food was all cold. Chic Fil A charges a premium, they're more expensive than other fast food places. Normally its worth it for the better atmosphere and service, but this location lacks in many ways. I've had better service in airport Chic Fil A locations which is saying something. I recommend skipping this location, clearly their management has just stopped caring.

Casey Johnson: Really great location and great food.. staff was super friendly and we wanted to sit outside because of Covid concerns .. even though it was cold the manager came out to give us sanitizing wipes… really great service

x kuyjyt: Food is fine, but Please do something about the constantly overflowing trash can out front. Your food containers, napkins, etc. pollute the entire block....please empty this can more often and/or install an additional can.

Tripp Wickard: Chick-fil-a is pretty consistent across the country, so the food was good; however the speed and attitude of the servers at this location is incomparable with any other chick-fil-a I have been to. The poor attitudes and carelessness of these employees is a stain on chick-fil-as everywhere... you are in our Nation's capital... please remember that you are representing an entire franchise to millions of people and tourist annually.

Adam Getliff: Definitely does not hold the same standards other chick-fil-a has. Very slow and employees are subpar. A few employees seemed to care, but most did not seem to. This location needs a lot of improvement

S. S.: Beginning with a high-quality, tender, large, fried or grilled, select, brined (?), white chicken (breast) is the way to start a good lipsmacking. The pickles, tomato, and lettuce are also of high quality. They must have some good quality control processes in their individual shops.

Devin Wallace: They give you about 6 fries for a large fry if you order sauce. This is ridiculous, I ordered a large fry because I wanted fries... the sauce is supposed to come with it separately!! Not replace the fries! There is no need for sauce if you have very little fries! (*note I'm not one to complain instantly, especially for a 5 star franchised company like Chick-Fil-A, errors happen. However this is the third time this lack of fries issue has occurred. If you're the manager and you read these reviews... please address this with your team!

karandeep singh: Great location and everything works usually. Only complaint is sometimes they have up to 15 minute wait times which can be annoying if you are in a rush. They also dont have dine in as of this message but hoping that comes back soon. Staff is very nice and have never seen a problem with that.

alethea avery: So I've never been to a Chick-fil-A, the only reason this place received 3-stars is because the chicken was flavorless. It was moist, which is always a great thing but had zero flavor. Without the sauce it would be 🤮. I wish there was a separate rating system for the service though. I don't know how they train their employees but every company needs to learn from them! Their service is perfect! So very pleasant, with a smile, and super efficient! 5-stars for their service!!

Lavina Jernagin: Brought a Cobb salad and got really sick after eating. Had vomiting and diarrhea, something wasn't fresh. Call manager(Sammy) and he said everything is made fresh, you know what NOT THIS ONE something wasn't fresh chicken, lettuce or dressing I was sick for two days. Sammy didn't have no kind of sympathy!! Just kept saying it was made FRESH! 🤮

Will Jones: A Beautiful Chick-fil-a With A Bad Manager ** Updated Review! We have returned several times and the original management and employee attitude problems that we encountered in the first few months of coming here seem to be resolved. It is now a 5 star Chick-fil-A instead of the three we felt obligated to give based on prior experiences detailed below. This Chick-fil-A is beautifully decorated but poorly managed. You will notice that all of the poor reviews of this place mention the manager. That was our experience as well. One time we were in the breakfast line, and it turned 10:00 right before we were up. He wouldn't let us order breakfast even though the people ahead of us Did. And this was the opening month! Unfortunately, some of the other employees there seem to have taken his attitude, and instead of seeming like it is their pleasure to serve, seem like it is their burden to serve us. Most of the employees are still very nice, but his attitude has rubbed off on some of them. In summary, if the attitude and demeanor of the manager were as beautiful as the restaurant, this would be a wonderful location. As it stands, some changes need to be made in management at this Chick-fil-A.

Tay L: This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the United States( Maryland Ave in NE DC). When I complain to the manager about how my macaroni and cheese look, she was like what's wrong with it? Really you need me to explain Jada! She told me this is how it's supposed to look, I explained to her that I buy macaroni and cheese from Chick-fil-A on a regular from the Columbia heights location and it never looks like this, and she responded "this ain't Columbia heights location"! 🤔

Lan Trebor: Spicy chicken sandwich was decent and waffle fries were alright. The rest was forgettable. Everything was VERY sugary and greasy. I'm not sure how people eat this regularly without having insulin on hand. Staff here were friendlier than all the other fast food chains I've been to. (+1 star) Won't be going back, but glad I tried it. 3 stars.

Johnnie Anderson: This is by far the worst Chick-Fil-A. Workers walking around in leisure clothes instead of uniform. I placed my order in the drive thru that took more than 26 minutes to get. My order is usually repeated back for accuracy and consistency, this is one of the reason it should be done. The woman who took my order rushed seemed so unenthused and didn’t want to be there. I was Missing a lemonade and asked the lady who brought me my food that i was Still in need of items. She walked back to the area and said it’s not on the order, i replied and said i told The lady who took my order about the lemonade. She rolled her eyes and called another lady over to my car. Lady came out and said i dont Have a lemonade for you, i told her i don’t mind paying for it here if it wasn’t added on, she said “we are very busy and if you want that lemonade you’ll have to get back in line.” There was not resolution to the problem. Asked for receipt of card and she didn’t want to provide any of that. Won’t be returning. Believe the reviews.

Roxanne: This is the worst Chick-fil-A. This location always skimps on the toppings and often forgets the sauces. One time when I ordered on the app, I asked for extra, extra pickles on my sandwich and got 2 of the smallest pickles ever. I love the pickles and have offered to pay extra for them so I can actually get more then 5 between my sandwich and side order. Now this location isn’t even giving me the stuff I am paying for. My two orders of fries are the size of one. It’s super frustrating and worth driving somewhere else.

Jake Peake: Honest review. The service wasn’t exactly friendly. The wait was extremely long. The cook was bringing food out to his girlfriend that never ordered at the register. On top of that she was given food immediately after getting there long before people had gotten their food that actually paid for it. The chicken nuggets were good. The soda was completely flat. I’m talking not a single bubble. One guy actually thought he was given sweet tea and not Pepsi. I left before I tried mine and regretted it because it’s basically Pepsi flavored sugar water. I’ve only been to 4 chick fil a’s and this is by far the worst one so far. The three stars I gave was for 1 being there to feed me. 2 some of the food was good. And 3, I can’t think that of reason so just be happy about a free star. Check your employees, they’re stealing from you in front of customers. This review was made 15 minutes after receiving my order.

Acirema Quintero: Not your ideal ChickfilA experience. Wait times are lengthy, I had to wait about 25 mins in-line only to get my order totally wrong. If I asked for a refund or to get my order right I would’ve missed my flight. The employee wasn’t necessarily engaging , neither confirmed my order to verify everything was ok. I was also charged extra for stuff I didn’t even asked for. Again, a Chick-fil-A at an airport totally not up to real Chick-fil-A standards. Bummer

I will definitely not recommend that anyone go there. The young lady never even asked me if I wanted sauce. Good luck with this place.

Mark Henderson: Like every Chick-fil-A I've been to, the staff was friendly and the food was great. But the thing that impressed me most was the chalkboard on the wall at the counter, that had a different Bible verse written on it each day. Nice show of faith in the public square.

R F: This is a college dining hall Chick-fil-a! The hours are not accurate and you must park, get out and walk in. Just a disclaimer before you head to this location. I love chick-fil-a, and am sure the food is good but the location is not properly advertised.

At any rate it’s infinitely better than all the restaurant options on campus a few years ago. Usually very fast, at non peak hours they will literally hand you the food before you have even paid. The hours are pretty funky though.

Carla Keith: I came here yesterday to get food and there was a sign on the door that said you had to order carry out or delivery through door dash, postmates or Uber eats. Ok makes sense since there is no drive through and we are quarantined. Two other people showed up and were waiting outside with me trying to figure out the apps. None of the apps gave the option to do pick up, just delivery. So I drove home and paid extra for delivery. Then I got my meal and none of the sauces I requested were included :( I requested two sauces for my sandwich and two for the fries. I don’t know if that’s my delivery person’s fault or chickfila but honestly it was really frustrating experience and didn’t want to make me order from chickfila again. Appreciate y’all being open and feeding people during this time but just wanted to share this. Without chickfila sauce I may as well have gotten McDonald’s. I paid $23 for this meal too, which is ridiculously steep for fast food without sauce.

Jamela Negash (Mela): Long wait. Only one register open on a Saturday. The cook makes an announcement that there is no flour to fry the chicken so if you want a sandwich your only option is spicy chicken. No nuggets, besides the two 8 counts left. No milk shakes. No Chick-fil-A sauce. Someone needs to get on top of their inventory! Cashier was the worst!

Nathan Neugebauer: I love chick-fil-A, but the quality and service at this location is just depressing. The chicken and fries are often overcooked, but on one occasion I realized that some of my chicken was nearly raw. Beyond that, when you order food, the employees make you feel as though you are an inconvienece.

Mark George: It's ok. My sandwich & fries were good/fresh. Staff seemed nice. Only downside I saw was that they started closing & shutting down the shake machine around 7:20pm, but supposed to be open until 8pm.

Andrew Eck: Do not go here! Arrived 20 minutes before they were closed and they said they were already cleaning the milkshake machines and couldn't make me a milkshake. The only reason why I went there was to get a milkshake because my wife just donated bone marrow and was told to get an extra amount of calcium like a milkshake. The server could have cared less about me, basically dropping the sauce for me to catch. Only to get served premade sandwiches from who knows how long. And this place is not in the hospital even though its advertised as such!!! You have to walk outside and go to the hotel. Truett cathy is rolling in his grave because of this store. I would have gotten better food and service from a hotdog vending machine. Update: chick-fil-a manager or franchise owner called me back and apologized later and is supposedly taking action

Al B: Ordered delivery.i waited anxiously to enjoy superb comfort food I'd enjoyed at my previous six chik-fil-a visits (this was my 1st time ordering from here). My chicken wrap fit in the palm of my hand. I have average sized hands, a size 11 shoe, if that helps. But I digress... I understand porion control but my medium mac n cheese was half full upon opening it. How in the hell do you half fill a medium size of anything. It wasn't like a large container they half filled, Noooooo. This place needs to do better. Lesson learned. Never again will I order from this locale. Terrible.

Connor: Wonderful experience here and the food is great! Their morning staff is exceptionally kind, and the other times I've grabbed lunch they've been attentive and quick. Some people are just complaining about how "slow" it was - obviously it's going to be a little slow when they are jam-packed with people the first few weeks after opening! Now that they have been open for a little while, they're speedy and efficient. I will be coming here often.

Chase Castillo: After reading reviews that this location is slow, I ordered on the app and tapped “I’m here“ about 10 minutes before I arrived. When I got there, my order still wasn’t ready, but after about three minutes, my order came out. I also read that some people weren’t receiving their full order or the correct items, but I received everything including a ton of extra sauces. I recommend an employee stay at the pick up window to communicate with the customers, because no one was there for the three minutes before my order came out. The drive-through and drive around lanes are very narrow and it can be difficult to enter/exit. The employees were not very attentive and lacked a sense of urgency, but this spot has been very busy every day since it opened a few weeks ago.

Leslie B. Akinola: Zero stars is the most acceptable rating for this place. As much as this fast food chain charges for food, they have the nerve to FORGET YOUR FOOD! Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit and they FORGOT THE DARN EGG AND CHEESE. Went another day/time and ordered a kids nugget meal. The bag was sealed and I should've known to check behind them. Got home and noticed that they FORGOT THE DARN NUGGETS!!! There were only fries in a sealed bag. I called to inform them of this and NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT , DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING THIS CHICK FIL A. THE STAFF LACKS TRAINING AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. A TRUE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Shawn Francis: Worst Chick-fil-A experience I ever had. They lacked in every aspect. This place is always busy so went at 9.30pm just for milk shakes. The guy in drive thru , playing with his cell phone. Took forever to take my name for mobile order, then waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes to be acknowledged and get the shake... Did not see the typical Chick FIL a greeting or service. Locations like these will give Chick FIL a bad reputation. The whole team has to be retrained. Will not be returning to this location for a while.

Timothy Torres: Definitely not the typical Chick-fil-A experience. Disengaged employees and so much personal drama conversation behind the counter. A few of the staff were sweet. It took 10 minutes to get a peach milkshake.

Darrick Gilmore: Easy ordering using Chick,-fil-A app. Delivery was good except the driver came to my backdoor alley entrance instead of the front door.Drivers should not only follow the GPS but consider the street address as well.🤔

Deirdra Hughes: The only staff members who was pleasant was the hostess. The rest of the staff acted as if we were bothering them by being inside the restaurant. The location is slow and has no parking, and the person directing customers into lot could not because the inside was slow.

He didn’t try to look for a better solution 😏.. really disappointed because kids were fitting one order was ok and it’s difficult to go again with my four girls.

MB Official: The Service here is Spectacular! The Restaurant is extremely CLEAN! The staff members are super professional, kind, & ***knowledgeable (about the products). Everyone is so ready/willing to serve & super enthusiastic. Upon entering this place, I love hearing the "Welcome to Chick-fil-A" greeting. I really DO feel welcomed. These are some fun & Awesome individuals. Oh yes, not to mention the uniformity in this place is absolutely Terrific! In mere observation staff members seem to all Love where they work as well as what they do & it shows by how they treat each & everyone of their guests. I also Love the overall diversity of the staff. Lisa, the manager, runs a very nice store. *Shout out to staff members Clare (Cashier) & Marie (Dining Host) who did an Outstanding job in service* You can see that each staff member really cares about their jobs & are overseen by a Manager as well as a Management Team which cares about staff members & the customers alike. It's rare to come across such a healthy balance in the Downtown, Silver Spring area. Congratulations on executing Excellence overall The only thing I'd recommend is adding VEGAN CHICKEN to the Menu so that I don't have to only come here for the fries & drinks but I do understand that request may be a corporate thing. Sanchari Rahman: I have never been to a more disorganized Chick-fil-a. There was no less than 8 people that walked back up to the counter to highlight that their order had been improperly completed. I repeated my own order several times and requested that cashier say it back to me to make sure that it was correct - I was short on time and figured that after going over the same order that many times, it would be correct. Not a single thing in the bag was properly assembled. Additionally, it does not look very professional to have Staff members yelling about their frustrations/ arguing behind the counter in ear shot of your customers. I sincerely encourage doing some quality assurance or re-training at this site as it is a HOT mess.

Shay: Not the most terrible location. I just think it is bad for business to have people sit outside in front of the restaurant and beg for money. This is a nice area to take my children too for lunch and to enjoy a near by playground. Majority of the ones on the street that begs for money always seems to have some type of mental illness or just down right dangerous. I don't think that's safe to have people sit in front of your business beg for money, with families and young kids coming and going.

hayden van dyke: Normally never have a problem at Chick-fil-a, but the food I picked up today was warm at best and the fries tasted old. Additionally, I ordered over my phone and the online order pickup is pretty inconspicuous. I stood at the other pickup area for almost 10 mins before I asked about my order and was told to pick it up in the corner. There’s a small sign that you might be lucky enough to see, but didn’t feel like my normal CFA experience.

Richard Hunter: This is an urban location twenty feet away from the Metro tunnel entrance. Remarkably not crowded for 11AM. Lots of construction guys as well as regular folks. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would have given five stars but for two things. 1 - the employee forgot to include my ranch and buffalo sauces (minor but annoying since she was the one to ask if I wanted any); 2 - the chicken appears to be of a lesser quality than I remember, the chicken fillet was thin to very thin on at least half of the fillet. I got two sandwiches and it was the same case with both. This is very very disheartening. I will try again at another location and see if it is consistent across stores. If so, then they will have lost a customer. After all, I paid just over $12 for two sandwiches and a drink.

Jack jack: Best Chick-fil-A I have ever had! The food was hot. The chicken was crunchy and juicy and each bite melts in the mouth. The sweet tea was just right. Not too sweet. I hope the food remains consistently good and that this wasn’t some fluke. Customer service was also amazing. There was a long line and they opened multiple registers and took customers orders as they waited in line so that their food was ready the moment the customers reached the register. All the customer had to do was pay. Amazing! I will be back again.

Mark Orebiyi: I order about 25-50 chicken sandwiches once a month for a safety stand down on a construction site. Their staff is extremely patience and friendly. They open at 6am and they always have my order completed by 6:05am. They work effectively. I appreciate this team and the service they’ve provided me over the past 7 month.

Phillip Stewart: A busy shopping center with only one real entrance/exit. Speed of order delivery was just ok. No fork included in bag (needed for grilled chicken nuggets). Rather than number parking spots, there are zones for mobile order delivery/pickup.

Janine D: The food tasted good but the portion sizes seemed a little small compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants. Also, the customer service left a whole lot to be desired. Was not what I'm used to getting. Team members were standoffish and on the verge of being rude. Likely won't visit this location again.

Audrey Maddox: Went to try this Kale crunch, I've been hearing about. Very tasty. It's a perfect sude when your a little hungry and want a healthy choice. I didn't eat it with the pack of almonds that came with it though..The drive thru was long but very quick. They had 5 people out taking the orders

Tree: It's sad my 14 year old daughter falling out due to 95° heat because of this local fast food chain locking their doors where customers could remain cool while awaiting their orders like other Chic Fil A locations in suburban areas of MD & VA! Sad example. This will be remembered as the Chic Fil A my daughter passed out & hit her head on the brick wall while we awaited our name to be called in 95° heat when she was 14 years old. Suburban Chicago Fil A's are open inside. 😯

Har'Moni Tejan: Its very well they were not rude. And they have many people to serve you and the line moved fast.

Grace Paulos: This is my neighborhood store so I come often. It is the worst Chick fil A I’ve ever been to. From the hot mess of getting in and out of the shopping center, to the painfully slow drive through, they always get something wrong with my order. And curbside being unavailable for no apparent reason. Unfortunately there isn’t another store

Olivia Long: As a Chick-fil-A consumer.I am very disappointed that I ordered a large ice cream only to be told they only serve small .and have no large cups as a restaurant that is high volume. Im trying to understand why large was not available? and I am paying more for less. There needs to be a check-up while doing inventory by the Manager.

M J: Used to visit this location frequently, but stopped due to the lack in quality customer service. Some of their employees need a refresh in the company’s customer service standards; in particular the male manager w/ the foreign accent and the older lady w/ the salt/pepper hair. I now prefer the Steeplechase location.

Kelee Luna: This location really disappointed me. The food was cold and it wasn’t fresh at all. It looked like it was left out overnight. Tried to call the location and absolutely no one answered. What’s the point of having a phone that you never pick up. Ridiculous, I don’t think I’ll be returning back to this location. Chick-fil-A really fell off with quality and service.

P G: The only issue was the drive thru wait, but it was closing time so that was no surprise. Food delicious as usual.

Joy James: I love this location! Very efficient, pleasant and consistent. I am a proud biweekly regular so I love getting the "Good to see ya!" from the manager. 😊 My food is always fresh, hot and accurate and they are never stingy with sauces! Keep up the great work!👍🏼💝

Ryan Poole: Went through the drive through after 25 minutes of sitting in line “my whole lunch break” to finally have my order taken I asked for chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese with lemonade instead I received chicken sandwich fries and coke, I can’t complain too much having worked in fast food I understand and the quality of the food was perfect it’s just not what I ordered

GoodConsuma I.: This is the worst chick fila customer service experience that I ever had. Chick Fila has spoiled us with their great and perky customer service and this location failed. They got my drink wrong and didn't include my pankos crumbs with the salad and the 3 ladies at the window got an attitude when I brought it to their attention and told me to park in space 1 to wait for the corrected order. Well, they forgot I was there. I waited for 15 minutes for a new drink and I had to call the store to bring it out to me. I am giving 3 stars because the manager was very pleasant.

Tina R: Be aware. Sauces for items that are not nuggets or strips will have an additional charge. Here is my experience: Ordered sandwiches and nuggets on the Chick-fil-A app and was able to request sauce with the sandwich on the app, which I always do. But when I went the pick up the order the sauce I ordered for my sandwich was not given to me. I asked about it and was told "I can't give it to you" over and over again without explaining the rule that's new to me about sauces only being for nuggets and strips now. Very disappointed with this location. If I can order sauce in the app for an entree I would expect it to be in the bag when I go to pick it up.

L Black: So I didn't eat here, my friend did, however, while there we were there a bus load of high school track team came in while I was there, somewhere around 35 kids. I was really impressed by the amount of time it took to get the kids in and out, it was under 15 minutes. I figured it was going to take longer.

James Neeley: Went here to eat inside, there was about four people in line and it took us about 16 mins to get through and order. The staff was nice but they had little signs around saying they will only give ONE packet of sauce for a 4 piece nugget and only TWO packets for a 12 piece, absolutely ridiculous I will not be returning when I come to Chick-fil-a I expect to be able to get sauce so I can enjoy my meal not have an extra charge if I want some. There are a lot of other reviews about them forgetting a sauce packet with an order with a sandwich, they didn't forget they just won't give you one unless you order nuggets.

Perry C.: I went to the Largo location and was so looking forward to the smokehouse BBQ bacon grilled chicken sandwich. I waited in line for 15+ minutes. Had my order taken by a less than enthusiastic person. Waited some more to get my food. Then went back home to enjoy it. The disappointment I had when I opened the box. NO BACON. NO BBQ SAUCE. Just a plane grilled chicken sandwich. Check your food before you pull off. Especially if you’re just grabbing food on the go. I’ll just get a sandwich from Fridays next time.

Kev- keepingitreal: The food is always on point at Chick-fil-A. The staff is very attentive helpful and friendly. The only thing that needs to be adjusted is the safety yellow poles that divides the two drive-thru lane in the parking lot. It’s unsafe for the customer driving and trying to make a safe left turn near the parking lot curb without driving over the curb. Can someone fixes this safety hazard by making the turning lane wide enough to turn.

brett tobin: Terrible every time i go to this one my orders get made worse and worse. Im allergic to corn ask for no corn on the salad some how they also just say f it on making the salad how it suppose to come cause i didnt get no nuggets and no eggs not to mention they gave me old fries.

Iyanna Lindsey: Elijah is full of life, very respectful and generous. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, he moved in a timely famous when bringing my order out for curbside. He also waited while I checked my entire order to ensure I was satisfied. Excellent job Elijah!!

daniel roberts: I've lived in the area for more than 15 years and when this chick fil a opened, the service was great. The staff was awesome. Now it's has taken a turn for the worse. I've been at this location two separate times within two weeks and the same service was received. They move very slow . Both times, I went on the inside , mind you I was the only one in there . Two other customers came in after me and ordered and had gotten their food before me. I ask the employee what was going on and he said he was sorry and went to grab the food. It took another 5min before they could get my order. The total time spent was around 15min. Fast food wasn't so fast after all.

Camille Hutchinson: I visited this location on June 13th 2022 roughly around 9:48 p.m. I pulled up to the curbside parking space and I proceeded to order my food on the app. For some reason the app was saying that all the food items were locked and I was unable to order my food so I proceeded to go inside of the restaurant where a lady named Portia and the manager named I believe her name was Sandy help me out and I was very appreciative. They were very professional to say the least and I appreciate the professionalism that was displayed. Most times we don't give credit when credit is due but we will be quick to judge when something is going wrong so I just wanted to give credit to these ladies who displayed very amazing customer service and they may not know but I had a rough day today and I really wanted my four piece chicken strip in french fries LOL thanks signed- a happy customer!

Grace Kim: The worst service ever. I did a mobile curbside pick up and waited over 20 mins is the car and still did not get my food. I went inside and a young man said it was being packed up, so I waited another 5 mins to know that my order wasn’t even started. When I asked for a receipt of my refund, the manager started mumbling something and left. I’ve never had this bad of a service at Chick-fil-A. This place needs a better system.

K M: Just reiterating what a lot of others said. This location is slow and will almost always mess up your order. Ask for no this or that and you get it any how. Count your nuggets even. Only 3 pieces in my 8 piece. Yeah, basically we won't be returning to this location. Worst Chick Fil-A I've ever been to. If you have to use this location make sure to thoroughly check your order before you drive away. Nothing is their pleasure there. Never uttered that phrase even once in the few times we've been there.

Parker Kelley: My Chick-fil-A experience wasn’t the best as it is at other locations, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The drive thru was wrapped around the building with several more customers inside. The staff seemed to be short staffed & the wait was substantial longer due to this. The food quality and taste were still very good !

Betty Gibb: We used the app for mobile pickup. The process was quick enough. The poor workers were standing out in the freezing cold. We were instructed to pull into a parking spot and a server brought the food to the car. The food was warm. They just put way tooooo much salt on our fries!

L0la C0la: The 🥑 avocado sauce is delicious. Walked inside for the first time and saw this on the menu. It's my new favorite.

brad l: Ordered my food just about 30 minutes ago and waited a little longer than normal. There were field trip kids and many office workers getting their lunch. A guest in front of me ordered a $500 order and was rude with he manager when asking how long it would take. The manager responded back very professionally that due to the size of the order and having been closed for a week they're moving a little slower but that they would have it ready shortly. The manager did a great job expediting during a very busy time. The effort to get food out correctly and timely did not go unnoticed.

Lilly B: Food was good and fresh as usual, but its a small place and there were customers backed up all waiting for their orders. On top of that there were about 10 employees in the small space behind the counter. Only 2 we're on the cashier. I have no idea why they were all there. Most of them were just standing around. It seemed that they could been more useful in the kitchen. Anyway, it was all a bit claustrophobic and overcrowded in general but especially with covid. Oh and one of the employees was just standing and rubbing his hand continually through his hair, not the most hygienic look.😏

Jonathan French: Very clean and very friendly, this is an all around great Chick-Fil-A. The food is always cooked well and the staff there is always kind and friendly. They have seating “outside”. But it’s inside a shopping center, so it’s not outside as much as just outside the restaurant. There’s also seating inside, too. Regardless, it’s about a 5 minute walk from the subway. If you live nearby, you won’t be disappointed.

Antonio Vanegas: I work in the area, a long time frequent loyal Signature Member. Very recent, I believe it's been a management change. Its completely tarnished the quality and experience. Truthfully speaking, I eat there about 4 days a week, so I can speak from experience. But nuggets are now soggy, fries are cooked in old oil (no longer golden, but dark brown), they do not serve breakfast which is a bit absurd to me. But just today, I go to find out they do not serve soup either at this location.

Alexander Thomas: I agree with a comment from several weeks ago from a gentleman named Antonio. This Chick-fil-A is either under new ownership, or new management. I noticed a dip in quality about 3 months back. I moved to Ballston about 3 years ago after 5 years in DC proper. There was no Chick-fil-A near my old place, so candidly I started coming to this location a LOT after I moved. And to boot, all through Covid lockdowns and the pandemic, this Chick-fil-A was there and thriving. They were run with extreme efficiency. For takeout and to go orders, they would have multiple insulated catering bags lined up on a table outside, and a dedicated employee would ask your name, quickly sort through the bags, and get you your order. Even with 6, 7, 8 DoorDash or delivery drivers lined up, there was never a lack of efficiency. It was a well oiled machine. Well that efficiency under new management is gone. They now have individual bags stacked up on shelves inside, and the process is not fast or efficient. They have reduced their hours to 11-8 (previously 7-9). With those reduced hours, they no longer serve breakfast. Friday morning Chick-fil-A breakfast was one of my favorite things to look forward to throughout the pandemic, and now this location has eliminated breakfast. I have come across Chick-fil-A‘s before (growing up in the south) that don’t have breakfast, but they’re usually rural or sleepy suburban locations. What’s the excuse here for not serving breakfast? Also, the idea behind fast food is convenience. Having limited operating hours is the complete opposite of that. Chick-fil-A was an easy and not totally unhealthy/gluttonous option for a late dinner if I was out or working late. Now they stop taking online orders around 7:45 pm. That’s ridiculous, especially when you have a mall and hockey rink above you. Overall, I hope the new management takes this commentary to heart, and considers trying to match the previous quality of this Chick-fil-A. If not, I will continue to go to the seven corners location out of principle. This store has gone downhill.

Abby Cho: Nothing wrong with the establishment itself or employees!Low rating because this is a very low convenience Chick-fil-A and not as great as your typical. This location does not serve breakfast or use the mobile app.

Maggie Miller: Their hamburgers were amazing but their the fries tasted a little too much like waffles. And I’m 4 1/2 and their door is only 3 feet wide. You guys need to start listening to hurts my feelings but I can’t fit through the door do I go army for all

Robbie Barch: This is one of the worst CFAs I have ever been to. The food is many times cold, and tastes like it has not been cooked or prepared properly. The quality is also noticeably worse than other CFAs. I live right down the street from this location, but still choose to go to the falls church location.

Andy K. Yu: Staff don't seem happy and genuine as compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants where I've felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Men's bathroom also needs a routine (perhaps hourly) janitorial cleaning due to stench and dining room should be wiped clean with tables and chairs. Also, kitchen staff members need to adjust the toaster oven's heat level as I almost always get burnt bagels when I order any Chick-fil-A bagel breakfast sandwiches there. :/

Kathleen O'Neill: I always appreciate how nice and helpful the employees are at this location. Anytime I've visited, they are always cheerful and thank me for dining. The location is not in the most convenient, on a corner of a busy intersection and minimal or no street parking, pending the day you go. If you getting your getting food to go, you have to park in a garage that's typically full.

Ethan: Really good food! fast and yummy, can't wait to come again!

LAWAN W: This chic fila is the worse ever. The managers let students purchase items then demand they exit the store immediately upon receiving the orders. The owner is so out of touch with her establishment it's pathetic.

They really did a great job making their food available throughout the pandemic with curb side pickup and ordering ahead with their phone app. When I'm in the mall I always notice a line at Chick-fil-A. Obviously I'm not the only fan. Try the strawberry shake the taste is awesome. Yeah, it probably has a lot of calories. I'm no dietitian and I don't pay much attention to nutrition, salt or sugar content. I can tell you the food tastes great, it's fresh, served hot, and affordable. I have not tried everything on the menu, but I have tried quite a bit of their menu and I don't have anything I would avoid. The phone app is so easy to use and convenient if you don't want to leave your car. Try it.

Sydney Mitchell: An absolutely horrible experience, something I thought I would never say about a chick fil a. If you have the patience of a saint to wait 45 minutes for “fast food” then here is the place for you! After waiting for about 15 minutes, I went up to ask about my order. The lady said it hadn’t been made and took my receipt to presumably look into making my order...one would think. She then walked around with my receipt for a good 10 minutes getting other orders ready before walking into the back. So I asked another worker again who finally was able to figure out how to put chicken nuggets into a bag. It was never their please to help me nor did I ever receive an apology about having to wait literally 45 minutes for food. If I could give less than a star, I would. If you decide to stop here... good luck!

Jake Bushnell: As far as fast food chicken is concerned, there is none better. You just can't beat the service, atmosphere, speed, and (most importantly) quality of food. Nuggets, fries, strips, sandwiches, lemonade, tea all topnotch. And the price super fair.

Conrad: Just a great sandwich. Go thru the drive thru rather than pickup inside for a shorter wait. They prioritize the drive thru queue. The coffee is small and pricey but breakfast is great too. And everything is quick even if crowded so you can't go wrong. Use the app....the rewards program is legit.

Antonio Jovanovic: Everything in our life can be crazy but I know every time I come here I always get the best service, courteous employees, quick/precise orders, and most consistently delicious food ever. Shawn Robinson: Came to this Chick-fil-A on my 30 minute lunch break , I drive a flatbed truck after driver around the parking lot 3 times to find some place to park my truck I could not. I then park my truck in front and turned all my emergency lights on ran it to order my food. When it was my turn to order the manager came and stoped me from placing my order to tell me to move my truck somewhere else. I told the guy there was no other places to park I’ll just be a second he then repeated that I had to move my truck and told me to go and park at the bank cause no one is ever in that parking lot which is about 50 yards away. Long story short ended up going leaving with no food and I will not return to Chick-fil-A any more that is the Worst service I’ve ever had as a CDL driver going to a restaurant as CDL driver we eat on the go as is very disappointing 👎👎

Traven Kile: I paid for a cool wrap with crispy chicken then when I went to the window I could hear management yelling at the employees that I couldn't have crispy chicken on my wrap. Sign from God to not come back

Sofa King Good: Daughter and I went for lunch on Sunday. Very busy but the line was moving smoothly. Cashier got the order for 4 sandwiches correct the first time. You could tell he had good listening skills. It only took 2 minutes to hand it off to me. It was carry out and still warm when got home. That spicy Delux is my favorite.

Robert Harper: Large fries smaller than a kids happy meal at McDonald's. Spicy deluxe was a regular chicken sandwich. I did get 13 ketchup in the bag. Staff was friendly and communicated well

RR: Located so close to Us and yet the first time we have visited this location. Usually I go to the location in Reston. We felt like a good spicy chicken sandwich so ordered. Disappointed that just told us it had lettuce but none was there . Slick chucked good but better with lettuce or tomato. French fries great and AJ was the lemonade. Good location off Loudoun County and close to One Loudoun.
