Nitzan Ainemer: First time in Five Guys, we are non American. We came to try the burgers and fries. The staff were nice but some were impatient. The normal cheeseburger has two patties, and it’s massive. Too big for us. The taste was ok.
Evan Zimmern: Food might be fine but management is terrible. both my friends had their masks on. Everyone in the place had no masks since they were eating. Was denied a mask when I asked for one and instead of being able to sit down and my friends ordered for me, I was told to try the restaurant down the street for a mask. It has been a long time since I left a 1 star. Nice management. Workers wasn’t the problem.

WB L: Very clean, staff clears tables fast. However, fries woefully salty and the burger patty was bland.
Keri Robinson: Always a great burger. The fries, while plentiful, were a little undercooked. Fast friendly service, but they Don’t start cooking your burger until you order, so be prepared to wait a few minutes for that great tasting hamburger. Like most locations this five guys has the select the choice Coke machines offering a great variety of Coke products at the press of a button. This location offers plenty of inside dining and it is kept very clean. I was pleased to see an employee walking through the dining area with a small bucket and cleaning towel taking care of the many tables. Conveniently located a block from the McPherson Square metro station on I Street, a great location for a quick and tasty meal. Don’t forget the all you can eat peanuts.
Karolina Laska: It's a five guys so you know you'll be getting incredibly delicious food even if the price is more than other fast food places. The staff at this location was very friendly and reached out to make sure we were happy with our food. The place itself was also really clean and well maintained.
Carlos Gumataotao: First time eating here. I think I prefer it over In-N-Out, which is one of my favorites. Same type of freshly made burgers with fresh ingredients.

Ukvayat Hanak: It's Five Guys! The only way you get a burger that competes is to find a hole-in-the-wall bar. Cajun fries every time. Even the shakes are top notch with fixings added for free - in your face Dairy Queen. Stop in and satisfy that burger craving today.

Abdallah Kabbani: Rude rude RUDE staff! I come here all the time but my last experience was horrible. The cashier lady (who seemed like it was her 1st day on the job) made several mistakes to my order. Charging me for 3 fries when I asked for 2, and putting in the wrong kind of burger. When I noticed I kindly informed her and she just rudely grunted at me, and called the supervisor. Supervisor (lady with blue hair) came over and didn't even want to listen to me, acknowledge I was standing there, nor looked my way. She started the refund. I tried asking her to correct the burger as well and she just rolled her eyes at me. I told her "I asked for a little bacon cheeseburger, but the receipt says without bacon" and her response "she put in the order you asked for", and walked away after looking me from up to down. Basically telling me I'm the one at wrong. Obviously if your cashier lady makes 2 mistakes in the order and looks new, she has a problem with getting the job right, and then a person with more authority saying I'm the one at wrong. She did the refund and ofcourse didn't bother adding Bacon to my burger. Mistakes made to the order, RUDE staff, and no apology.

Mischa: The burgers here are very good and the staff were friendly, but the burgers were way overpriced in my opinion (16.04 for a double cheeseburger and a bottle of green tea)! As of this writing, there was no recycling bin, so I had to throw my recyclable items away. I think more people and businesses should make recycling a higher priority…

Fly Robin: I've been here several times. Always good food and service. I don't know what is going on today. They got my order wrong twice!! I paid for 2 patties and only got one. I asked for one without cheese. They both had cheese. I go back the 2nd time and I get my one without cheese but why is there a drop of cheese on the side of the burger? I also asked for lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, grilled onions and pickles. It only has fried onions and mayo. I'm going back a THIRD time today. HOW DO YOU GIVE SOMEONE A BURGER WITH NOTHING BUT ONIONS ON IT? I want to be compensated for my time and gas too.
Mon Oubliette: Go in-person. If you order this to your house, they will forget something or screw up your burger. They always do. But, even if you go in-person, you have to watch them closely. It’s not intentional, exactly, they just don’t care enough about doing a good job. That said, what they make is generally good and consistent with Five Guys quality standards. In other words, it’s Five Guys. Just keep an eye on them to make sure they make your food right and don’t forget things.
OLIVIA: Best five guys in the DMV. They're definitely cooking with love. I've been to 4 others in the area and dfor some reason this one got the razzle dazzle. I'll only come to this location now. Not to mention the customer service is 10 stars. I do wish they would do better with wearing the masks properly but other than that they're perfect. I love it here!

If it's your first visit make sure to read the menu for different size burgers and items. There are no combos, everything is paid for separately. Staff wears mask for safety! You can dine in!

art GOGGINS: Everything is over priced. Burgers are very good but 🚫 not healthy. This is a place to eat only every now and then. A $10 will not get you much here.
Allen Hayes: Come with an appetite because they overload you with fries. Got a regular size fry and it came with a cup that it filled half the bag. It was so much, that u poured some out the bag and took the rest home. The burger was very tasty and full of flavor. You can build your own burger and it’s unlimited toppings. Free refills for the fountain drink, and you can dine in. There’s also free peanuts that you can request. I took that home with my remaining fries. The only reason I didn’t give this at five is because the fries were overloaded with salt. When I picked up a fry, my fingers were covered and salt was falling from the fries. Overall though, I recommend this place and their burgers. The service was good and made all my request happened. I’d come here again. 🤗

Elliott Parrish: In a world full of ubiquitous burgers and fries, what makes Five Guys special? It certainly isn't the fries, which either come plain or soaked in overly spicy Cajun seasoning. It isn't the burgers, either, which are not bad but certainly not anything special. For me, I appreciate the buckets of in-shell roasted peanuts offered at most Five Guys locations--though don't try to order them through GrubHub; they're not listed. I also find the veggie sandwich to be quite satisfying. Prices here aren't too steep, and service is quick. If you're looking for reliable American basics, Five Guys will suit your needs well. On the other hand, if you are celebrating a special occasion, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
Scott Shay: What can I say, Five Guys is my favourite burger chain in the world so I was psyched when this one opened in my hood. When we lived in the Netherlands we literally took day trips just to eat at a Five Guys now and then. This one is conveniently located near metro and as yummy as all the others I've been to.

Michael Carr: “I’m never coming back to Five Guys, it’s so expensive” yet here I am reviewing this always juicy, thick cheeseburger. I’ll take a $12 burger over a $10 non-filling meal from near by places. I’ll be back too, I’m sure of it.
Michael Noerr: Fi e Guys is typically higher priced than other fast food, but WOW! $35.00 for two people. Food is the same as you'd get outside the airport. Staff was friendly. There is no seating connected to the restaurant, but there is seating in the general area.
Logan Powell: This is a review for the five guys in DCA. I've never been upset enough to leave a negative review. If I don't like someone's service, I just don't go back. The reason for this then? I have to warn people about the five guys in Reagan International Airport. I actually saw the workers foregoe the fresh fries that came out of the fryer, grab a metal dish of old fries from the back of house and put them in my bag. Then they tossed a few of the fresh ones on top. I have no idea where those fries had been, but I am sure they wouldn't live up to corporate standards.
Your Helpful Wendy: Located inside the Ronald Reagan Airport. I was craving five guys fries and I was happy to see that they had one at the airport. I ordered them and the guys working here were so nice. The fries were good as usual ;)

Chris Nicholson: Doing a great job moving people through. Order came out fast and correct. Pricing is about 10% higher than the 5 Guys down the street from home. Airport pricing... But they got all toppings right, and even have milkshakes for the boy. Wish they had the soda machine others stores have. Plus it can be difficult to find a spot to "open" your burger without something spilling out. (I have hit sauce on my lap for the flight.)

Christopher Brown: The burger had not one drop of seasoning on it. If the strawberry shake I ordered tasted better than the food that's a problem. So whoever said the food was bland said it right. On top of it I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received just a cheeseburger. Not good! It seemed they employed mainly Latinos with not so good customer service that talked way more than they fixed orders. Maybe that's why I did not get the bacon I paid for. I don't think I will return to this location.

OLIVIA: Clean and the customer service is Great but the taste is much different than other five guys nearby they're burgers are very bland I can't figure out why. Like verrryy veryyy bland. No other issues though. Don't think I'll be returning to this location for that reason. If I'm spending $40 for 2 burgers and fries I need to taste it. I don't have this issue with the one in DC or VA so I'll go there instead.

I waited 40 minutes for a burger and fries while about 3 people who ordered after me got their order first. I didn't even get the right order. I ordered Cajun fries but my ride was outside so I settled for regular fries only for my ride to leave. They are very unorganized! Then I get home and there is no burger in my bag! I have showered, got settled, ready to eat.. now I have to go back to get an entirely new order. And my soda is flat! Yep, one and done!

Jonathan French: Burger was fantastic and the staff was really friendly. Food was on par with other five guys locations and it was quite clean, as well. They offer seating at a bar style that faces the window for people watching, but also have a few tables, too. Located quite close to the subway station, too. Overall, a good place for a burger.

Brian Jetter: Ordered the BLT. It was pretty much all bacon. Bread was fairly thin, lettuce was good but partially non-existent. This would be better advertised as a bacon sandwich with added lettuce and tomato, not a BLT.

Joseph McAndrews: It's Five Guys, so there's not much insight I can add. Food was good. Restaurant was clean and they gave out free peanuts which is a plus. HOWEVER, this is not the place to go to get a deal anymore. Each burger costs about $10! For 2 people with no drinks/milk shakes it cost $30! For a family with kids, this is easily going to be a $50+ dollar meal. I feel bad for the working families out there because this is pricy. Five Guys is no longer a good value.
Harold White: You know what Five Guys is-good burgers at a good price. Normally I wouldn't rate a chain like this at 5 stars, but the staff here is incredible! They make it a fun time whether you're ordering on site or have an app pick-up.
Brett Thorson: The team here was super friendly. The place was clean, I'd go here again... But... I've noticed the meat quality at 5G go down a little bit, maybe a bit more gristle? I also think they need to toast their buns otherwise they just turn out a big gooey. But yeah, in and out with efficiency and friendliness at this location was top notch!

Omar Ben: I am probably one of Five Guys top customers (Not proud from a health standpoint) and I usually go to this store at least 4 times a week. Today was the worst experience ever. Fries cup with exactly 13 fries (yes I counted them), fries were not well cooked, burger was also under cooked. It was disgusting. Period. The kind of experience that mark you to the point you never want to have five guys again (I’ve been a regular of the chain for over 20 years). When I brought it to the managers attention, he looked at me and said: I got you. He didn’t look like he cared at all. It was just a terrible experience.
Heather McHugh: Delivery has become constantly inconsistent, with items missing. They are quick to reimburse. May not be a Five guys issue, may be a delivery service issue. When you get it, the food is excellent.
Jasmine: Simply the best. Best fries. Best burger. Best staff. Best everything. My experience here today was very pleasant. My order was taken quickly and smoothly. The food was more than awesome. Tip: Cajun fries are totally worth trying (order the large cause you can never have enough).
Ryan Matthews: VERY expensive. You could go to Ted's Montana grill and get a bison burger and an actual sit in dining experience. It was $17.00+ for a little bacon burger, small fries and drink. go a block away to Chipotle instead.
TXSuburbanHomestead: I don't know if this is the Five Guys everyone has been raving about or if I just got the right combination finally. I don't have one local to me, but I will try one ever so often in my travels. Up to this point, everything had been hit-or-miss, mostly miss. My experience here, however, was spectacular. My Burger was great, my fries were great, and the staff was exceptional.
Mike Dodson: 5 star Five Guys. It is a Five Guys so, the food is what it is. The burgers and fries are good but not going to blow your mind. I am comparing this Five Guys to every other Five Guys I have ever been to and, this one is the best. Food is the best, service is the best, and it is by far the cleanest restaurant I have been to in years. I'm pretty sure you could eat off the front counter and the bathroom door without worrying about catching anything.

totiana monay: Staff was amazing!!! The older gentleman who took our order and made our milkshakes was so kind and the milkshake was BOMB! Bit expensive for a shake tho but worth it! Charlie was polite and made the best fries! The lady who made our burger was quick (began making our burgers ASAP) love this location! Team has great customer service skills.

George Faustino: Burger was good. But they need to fix the picking up to go orders process. My burger was in a bag for a while before I got it and only because I asked when mine would be ready. I can go to McDonald's and get my burger right away without ordering ahead. Don't waste my time because then I'll start to feel the better burger isn't worth the hassle.

Pat: Haven’t eaten at a Five Guys in awhile. Their serving sizes haven’t shrunk at all. Had the regular cheeseburger with everything and a “small” fry...enough food for two adults, which I promptly devoured. Food was hot, and it tasted good - we’ll in step with what you’d get from a FG. Dining area could have used a “refresh”...I came in around 7pm...it wasn’t crowded, but it was active. Kinda gross when the tables need a wipe down. Five guys has always been on the slightly elevated price side....17 bucks for a burger, fries and drink is more of the same. Probably won’t be back to a FG...too spendy for what is really elevated fast food.
Lisa Ricks: I always have a positive experience when I visit the five guys in Potomac Yards. The manager there is on point and will correct any issues immediately without question. The service is good and the burgers are the best.... especially for a keto lifestyle.

Alex Varabei: I'm a frequent customer at this Five guys restaurant and never thought that such a friendly brand might not be friendly anymore! At 10:40am in at this morning, I saw my favorite store is open,the doors are open all the staff at the workplace, Manager was also there, I really wanted to go to the restroom and asked to use the it, which was Open and completely ready to use! I was critically refused saying "we are closed!» I really wanted to go to the toilet and could not stand it anymore, on repeated request, please let me go to the toilet! It was critically rejected!!! I have a question: how much damage would I do to the restaurant if I used the toilet before the store opened? But I will say for sure that I will not return to this place, not because of the brand, but because of the professionalism and foresight of the working staff in this is place! I've been in the restaurant business for more than 5 years. And I know what attitude to the client affects the positive development of the business and what does not! I saying that today's situation will have a very negative impact on the future if you do not pay attention to the respect ✊ for every person who enters the restaurant!

Mark Grigoryan: Great burgers and amazing selection of beverages. This location had more than 100 sodas to choose from. I recommend the small hamburgers (one patty) as the double patty feels like the ratio of meat to bun is off. Burgers are fantastic, fries are hit or miss. The regular fries are not that great, and the cajun/spicy fries are mid. Soft serve ice cream and milkshakes are nothing special here, but not bad either. Overall, a decent place to grab a quick meal. **PEANUTS SERVED OPENLY AT RESTAURANT, BE WARY OF ALLERGIES**
C H: The food here is hot or miss. You either get soft bacon and semi grilled onions or everything cooked to perfection. They also aren't as generous with throwing extra fries in the bag [what five guys is known for] like other locations. This place really should put customer service/satisfaction over quantity. Also the cook/grill guy has a mean stare on his face as if you ordered something wrong. If you want the only decent burgers on bethesda row go here. If you want five guys quality, you [may] be disappointed
William Xie: Expect your standard Five Guys. Food and service is good. I wish they still serve free peanuts, but I don't think that's coming back.
Patrick Maguire: Great burgers and fries. They at least have lemonade as an option and have veggie sandwiches as well. The fries are fried in peanut oil, but I cannot even buy peanuts for delivery... I guess it is ok. Plenty of fries here. Their shakes are not bad either. Check to make sure if coffee flavor is available before ordering. They had a great delivery fee even before the fiveguys.com promotion happening now, but that may change in the future. They did fix my missing lemonade issue well by sending them in a different order later. Most interactions have been great.

Stuart Miles-McLean: They totally messed up our order when we ordered and picked up. Then when we called they basically accused us, in so many words, of lying and trying to scam them. We had to drive back to the restaurant to show them the food that we had, then they threw all that away without a word of apology, and made the order over again -- correctly this time. It was a very unpleasant experience. From our conversations and observations while waiting for the food, it appears the person who purports to be the manager of this location shouldn't have that job, or at least go through some training on how to interact with customers and how to supervise staff.

Customer service is definitely lacking and needs improvement. I've been here numerous of times and they do not greet you or even thank you for coming. Shanna Redfearn: I don't know how you could make the same mistake twice. I ordered a lil bacon cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger, two hot dogs, and a large fry, but I received only the fries, hot dogs, and the bacon cheeseburger. I spoke to a manager over the phone told me that they would make a note to replace the missing lil bacon cheeseburger the next day, just tell them Eric spoke with you. I go into the restaurant the next day, the manager I spoke with wasn't at work, and the manager that was there wasn't aware that I was coming. He placed the order for me and apologized for the error. I also ordered two hot dogs and a regular fry. I had to wait over 15 minutes to receive my orders. I received two hot dogs on hamburger buns, a regular fry and a mushroom cheeseburger. No bacon. One of the hamburger bun hot dogs had three pieces of hot dog and the other had four pieces and a piece of hamburger. It is not worth trying to correct the second error. I don't want Five Guys three days in a row. This location's customer service has gone downhill and I won't be returning.

Saturniidae: The food is good but I only have issues with delivery. I ordered around 6:30 but now it's 7:20 and it said the estimated delivery was around 7:00, and then 7:18 but then changed to 7:00 again. And then I see that my order has been canceled. I tried to call up to the place but there was no response, I think they hung up on me. The service needs to do better
Robert Ilijason: Good fries, great burger and tremendous shake. Living up to the name. That said it's kind of pricy. But if you don't mind spending $20 for a fast food burger, it's will worth the visit. And do try the shake, calories be damned.
Brooke downing: I live their burgers. My only complaint at THIS store....I usually order a little bailcon cheeseburger. And they forget my bacon almost every time. You pay extra for bacon. I will be checking before I leave the store from now on.
Brandon Smith: This five guys is one of the few that seem to discriminate between in house orders and delivery orders (door dash, Uber eats etc). I've never received a correct meal from them and the portions are significantly different from ordering in store. I just want this to be held accountable since this isn't on the deliverer but the supplier.

E.V. Dyson-White: My friend(white person) went in and ordered a shake and the service was excellent! Smiles, repeating order and confirming price. She even was asked if wanted a receipt.. I (Black person) got to the register. The women at the register acted as if they didn't want to take my order "I don't want to take his order" as one tries to get out of taking my order. I placed my order and the gentleman making shakes stalled and stared 5 more min. As a result my fries were cold. Never going back here again.

The wait staff was cordial and informative, and the food came out promptly. I cannot recommend it as a daily stop, but if you are craving for a tasty burger, this place certainly fits the bill.
Weekend Warrior: Overall I thought it was great. I did have to wait a little, but considering they make everything almost in front of you I really didn't mind. Order accuracy could be better though.

Sierra Va'a: I've five guys, I also worked there in the past. My complaint isn't with the quality of food but the lack thereof. One rule I learned when preparing fries for a customer, is that no matter what size fry they order you always fill the cup up with fries then pour it in the bag, then fill the cup with fries again, and put the cup in the bag. So everyone technically gets two scoops. No matter the size. It was in our handbook, and part of our training. This is the o ly five guys I've ever been to where they didn't do that. Such a rip-off, and very disappointing. There's no way they were told to not do that. I think k it's just lazi ess. Shame shame.

S Royster: This is America at its finest, for better or worse. Large pieces of meat unapologetically sizzling on a grille, Idaho-bred potatoes dunking in bubbling fat. All taste, all calorie, and that's what we came for. Lately, I've noticed a concession to more reasonable dining: a listing of the caloric value, so I know my Little Cheeseburger, Little Fries, and soda weigh in at ≈1630 calories, enough to offset my Sunday morning on the volleyball court. More than that, this is heavy enough to probably ground me for the rest of the weekend. Sometimes, that's not the point. It tastes good, and a horrible splurge.like this reminds us we're human. If it's any indication, the other customers here look fairly healthy, maybe even fit. The Baileys franchise has lots of dining room, good parking in the plaza for takeout, and a good system for ordering online. The peanuts are here to tide you over until your burgers cook. As an aside, back when there were only 2 or 5 Five Guys (10 or 15 Guys?), one outlet was just down the road where the Alexandria West Town Center now looks. The food is a little pricey for a burger, it takes a little longer than fast, and it's all worth it.

Bobby Flynt: Graciela was wonderful and on top of it. I made an order online and when the website stated my payment didn't go thru, my NFCU notification came saying I was charged for said order. I called immediately and was told sometimes it takes 5min for online ordering to process. Came to store about 30min after placing. No confirmation number, just website asking me to order again. AGAIN. I showed Graciela the notification on my phone confirming time of order and she happened to be same woman the fielded my call prior to arrival. She recreated the order onsite and 10min later, lunchtime. Thank u so much Graciela, I really thought it was gonna be a blood pressure raising ordeal and you alleviated it without the bat of an eye. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for you!! Oh, and great food too!

The food is cooked in front of you so you really know what you are about to eat. The place is comfy. And most importantly all toppings are FREE!!!! I LOVE IT
A.A B.B: I went to place an order around closing time and the attendant was extremely grumpy, rude and speaking with a sarcastic and ironic tone and gave a terrible service. I needed to call your supervisor who really is ready for customer service. I don't go back to this place. this employee needs to work in a place that does not need to serve people because she is not qualified for this position. about the snack I must say that it is very well prepared.
Mike: Was able to order my food through Google maps for pickup. Once I got to the restaurant I was greeted by friendly staff that were happy to help. They dropped my fries when I got there so they were fresh. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and I would definitely order and pick up again. Highly recommend this five guys if you are in a hurry or if you dont mind a wait they definitely don't disappoint.
M Blake: I ordered two milkshakes (one chocolate and one chocolate, strawberry and banana) here and noticed that the chocolate was way to rich and didn’t seem thoroughly mixed. I attempted to tell the one young lady in the red that was making them that they were too rich but she had already started to put whipped cream on one so I didn’t want to waste that one (I took that one for myself) but I know my 9 month pregnant daughter absolutely would not like the other one as it was totally over chocolatey too. The younger lady finally turned around and when I told her it was too rich, she got an attitude and started slamming the whipped cream can and other items and walked away from the milk shake machine. The young female manager in a black shirt was listening because she was at the register and spoke to the Hispanic female. The manager was irritated and also had attitude and was slamming items including the whipped cream canister while she made me another chocolate shake. She nastily tried to explain why the shake was so rich but after she she was so unprofessional, I ignored her and simply told her that it was too rich to drink. She handed me the shake and my daughter enjoyed the one the manager made even though I should have given it ALL back gotten a total refund and walked away due to bad and immature plus TOTALLY unprofessional service! However, while on my way home drinking the chocolate/strawberry/banana shake, it was truly awful. All I could taste/chew thru my straw was bananas/strawberries )not well blended). The shake was syrupy and not a lot of milk/ice/cream at all. All in all, this was a wasted visit and a waste of $11+ as the staff are unprofessional and untrained with horrible customer service! I plan on sharing this horrible experience with these snotty little brats with corporate. I won’t be visiting here again! This particular location was terrible! I should have known service was horrible when the customer before me was trying to give back $4 because one of the cashiers couldn’t count and over paid him his change and that same manager was causing a scene about it!!! Really, the man was trying to GIVE THE MONEY BACK…. SMH!
Natasha Hurwitz: Very good burgers and fries. I've always loved this place. The first time I ever tasted a Five Guys hamburger I thought it was the best hamburger I had ever had. I don't really eat this kind of food anymore because I always feel rundown and sick afterwards. It's not them, it's me (or maybe this kind of food just really is pretty bad for all of us). Still, it's super tasty and the staff here are great.
