Dr. Corey L Teague: This location has delicious food and warm atmosphere, I like the fact that they take extra measures to make sure your order is exactly to your standards.
Hilda Kroll: I had my first mocha frappe (and brain freeze) since the COVID shutdown began. What a sweet way to start the day. Great location across the street from the Renwick and a short walk to the White House.
Paul VanBeuge: This is one of the better McDonalds in DC. It is equipped with a generally clean restroom and the staff have always been friendly. Supposedly, this is where Bill Clinton would sneak to when was craving a Big Mac during his administration. If it’s good enough for the president, it’s good enough for me.
Mr. T: Fast, efficient and consistent. This McDonalds lives up to the brand expectations. However, a little more care and attention could be put into the dinning area. It really needs a makeover and more frequent cleaning.
Ryan McGorty: This McDonald’s is the closest and most convenient location if you’re near the White House, monuments, Foggy Bottom/George Washington University area. It gets extremely busy during lunchtime, but the staff there do a great job of managing the lunch rush. They have a good number of tables and seats, but they fill up fast during lunchtime. If you work in the area, go to school at GWU, or visiting the DC sites, it’s a great option for a quick meal that you’re all too familiar with. They have the new self-order kiosks as of June 2018. You can do online and mobile payments with their app and pick up in store. They carry the regular deals and combos you see at most McDonald’s (i.e. dollar menu, 2 for $4, 2 for $5, etc.). If you live in the DC area, I highly recommend downloading and using the McDonald’s app. It has a lot of great deals every day, and extra deals related to the DC sports teams (i.e. the Caps, Wizards, Nats, etc.).

Amol More: I guess this is the nearest outlet of McDonald’s to the Smithsonian Museums. It is located at prime location, neat, clean, service was fast and staff was also friendly. Prices are comparatively more than other locations. Just one thing noticed that, homeless people are also coming with all their stuff and asking customers to buy food for them. This was not expected in the area where it’s located. That’s the only reason I provided four stars.

Service is quick! And it’s delivered to your table! A McDonald’s? They care about the customers ,the service and public safety by abiding to rules in reliving COVID-19! It doesn’t end there the restrooms are really clean and open to public use which is a luxury now because it’s been difficult to find a place to pee as most McDonald’s shot their restrooms from the public. I’m amazed at the place I stopped to pee and decided to grab a smoothie and later a sandwich to hit the road ❤️

Chrissy: 4 stars because the nuggets I ordered were severely over cooked and the drive thru line moved extremely slow. Other than that, their sweet tea was pretty good. Maureen Vilchez: Great location. Never had any issues; I always order curbside pick up and the staff are amazing. Keep up the good work! I saw some comments below regarding the air conditioner the staff need to work comfortably and not almost 90 degree temps. I would recommend that is looked at ASAP because happy staff will provide great customer service.
Giavanna Bambocci: This is the finest establishment in Tenleytown. The ambiance in this fine restaurant is immaculate. The music is calming. The service is impeccable. “The staff works so hard to please you” - real customer. I love it here. I want to live here.
Adam Getliff: Large dinning area. Lots of self order kiosk to use, staff more than happy to help you at the front as well if you’d like. I even saw them take an order from a car parked in the parking lot since they don’t have a drive through.
Eric Lee: It’s a decent McDonald’s. Pretty spacious, pretty well kept. Comfortable enough to sit down for awhile. Though I did come during the day so this might be different at night.

Cameron Sweener: Super busy but still was able to get everything out on time and hot and ready. The food was quick and delicious! I’m amazed at how busy it was for 12:30am on a Saturday night. Lots of kids and adults and surprisingly it was super fast and clean and the food was hot and quick!!

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Excellent customer service,Very clean location , fresh coffee and hot hash brown, this McDonald has a biggest problem there is no access for Handicap person with wheelchair and Kids with stroller. Its very convenient location just next to Woodley Park/Zoo metro station 🚉 .
Melissa C: Even though this McDonalds is located underground in a big city, I was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff. They had a section for ordering, a section for picking up and a separate section for mobile orders. This layout eased the congestion caused by the lunching crowd.

M Williamson: I feel conflicted about rating a McDonald’s but I’ve been here several times in the last month and keep getting prompted so… if you’re trying to choose which one to go to and you’re in the area, go here. The fries are always hot and the drive through line moves way faster than many others. I’ve never been inside so I don’t know how it is there. The crew is always the same and relatively friendly. Sometimes they get the order wrong, but not enough to keep me from going back and If you’re not checking your bag before you leave then that’s on you. The fastest way to order is on the app and just pick it up through the drive through. If you order and wait curbside it will take some time. Also it’s open very late but it is not as off the hook as the one up at HU (used to be) late night on the weekends
