Zana T: Lenox Medical Supply provided a wonderful and seamless service to my family. We needed a manual wheelchair for a hospital visit and I called and explained our needs. We asked they deliver the wheelchair to a hotel in Baltimore where we were staying, and the wheelchair was delivered before we even arrive at the hotel. Lenox Medical brought the wheelchair and left it with a note at the concierge and we just picked it up and took it to our room. After the medical appointment, we left the wheelchair at the concierge for a pickup and Lenox Medical came and picked it up. The reservation, customer service and delivery was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making the whole thing seamless and smooth. We highly recommend Lenox Medical Supply!
Jeff Apodaca: I recently rented a Travel Scooter for my Aunt who visited from out of town. The online order was followed up by a phone confirmation phone call. Everything was included In the price. The equipment worked very well and the customer service was top notch. They deliveryman provided a demonstration on all the fine points of the scooter and just like that we were using the device. I am very pleased and happy to say this company is number one in my opinion. Their were no hidden fees or tricks on words or high pressure sales. I highly recommend this company.

I need a wheelchair for a disabled family member coming in to DC about weeks ago for graduation and I had no where to go. I found this company through google. I called then in late night and had wheelchair delivered by the morning and on time. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
Kathleen Stratton: This company saved our trip to DC! We had contracted with Cloud of Good for a scooter and when we arrived found out they could not provide it. Lenox Medical Supply was sympathetic and very helpful in helping us to figure out a plan to pickup the scooter in a cab and then get to our destination. We highly recommend this company! Don’t go for the lowest price offer. Use Lenox Medical which offers a reasonable price so you can be assured your scooter will be there when you need it!

Zh Ie: Purchased online from this location. The staff was amazing on checking the condition of the item after purchase, and as an added service on their end, they sent a few extra close-ups even after I had purchased, which was not necessary, but so appreciated that they thought to do that. Above and beyond service, and extremely customer-service oriented.
Kim Barr: I found some lovely things there the staff was very helpful and definitely check out the colors of the week sales. I was able to get a 15.99 suit for 3.99 because of the colors of the week sale.
Franklin Owens III: I was there for clothing… but I can never pick out clothing in a thrift store, so I left with books. The store was well organized though. I tend to be a bit uncomfortable buying items out of thrift stores. I didn’t care much for the clothes. But there were other items in the home section were really nice. Everyone was nice in the thrift store. Even when I gathered a cart full of books and then realized I couldn’t use my clothing voucher on books😬😅

Sharon: Went yesterday around 2pm The store itself is smaller than the goodwills ive been in before, but also more organized! I think their best section is the long sleeve shirts for women, I think they have some real gems in there! Workers are nice and it was an easy checkout. Would recommend if you need a blouse or just want to browse!
T: A medium-sized store with a pretty decent selection on used pieces. I came out with two really nice dresses both brand new with the tags still on them and a skirt that still have the tags on it so it was new as well I also found a nice straw beach bag for the summer. The staff was very kind and helpful and the store was very clean I will definitely get back here 😊 Sorry guys I forgot to take pics this time!

Sarah Cloud: Going through the Ford building security and wandering the halls to find this post office is totally worth the effort. The nicest, most knowledgeable and helpful employees work at this post office. I go out of my way to use this post office because the lines are short, they always have the supplies I need, and they are just so friendly!

Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.
Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

Abi Maghamfar: A place to donate unwanted items and buy used items from furniture to toys to kitchenware, clothes, shoes, books, DVDs, etc at reasonable prices. If you buying toys, puzzles and games or anything that have multiple pieces, makes sure all pieces are there as this has been one of the disappointing aspects of buying stuff here. The other disappointment is the lack of organization and cleanliness of the facility. Love the idea of recycling and reusing rather than sending them to the wasteland and Unique provides that opportunity.
JJ Edwards: Its a huge thrift store, as afar as I know and for so many thrift store I had visited this is my favorite one. They have huge selection of clothes, shoes, toys, books, furniture, kitchen ware and many more. Worth to check out!
Ariel S.B.: My favorite thrift store! Yeah, some of the prices are just a little bit higher than your average goodwill, but the quality of items is so much better. I’ve seen brand new items from designer stores, sometimes with the tags still on them. Stuff is actually trendy and cute and not dated. They have clothes in every size, the selection is huge! Definitely visit if you’re looking to revamp your wardrobe.

Rick Hind: I’ve been going to Kaiser for all my health care needs since 2017. I have never been as satisfied with the care I have received any where else ever. I have immediate access to high quality primary care and specialist doctors. Preventive care is a priority and appointments are easy to make often within a few days and facilities are conveniently located. While COVID has impacted everything, remote appointments by phone or video have also been relatively easy to make and have been essential in maintaining physical and mental health.
yvette hunter: Kaiser has always been good to my family and me. They give some great advice no matter what you are going through. Thank you, Kaiser Permanente, for being there for my family.

My daughter just turned 18 and I literally started crying with the pediatrics team. She and my 15 year old son have experienced thorough, personalized, attentive caring care from Dr. Baldwin and her wonderful pediatric team. They are available in person, via email and video. They take every concern seriously. They make referrals as necessary and then follow-up. The Kaiser medical record system and online portal are state-of-the-art and so convenient. Cant recommend more!!!

Stacy A: Worth at least one visit to celebrate US history. See the Declaration of Independence, constitution, and bill of rights. Room is dark and cold to help with preservation. No photos allowed at all. Entry was simple enough once I found it and staff was quiet but helpful.
Rodrigo Gonzalez: An impressive building which was made to preserve the national documents. In the exhibition, you can see The Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights. Congratulations to the staff and curators for such an impressive place. I recommend it.
Matthew Miller: In reality, you could make a very quick trip here and only see the most important things here--The Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights. With a bit more time, there are other exhibits to see, especially if you are interested in the archiving process and what gets stored in the National Archives. For families with younger children the Boeing Learning Center is a nice place with activities and hands-on materials. The staff there are keen to explain things and are clearly devoted to their vocations.

Nikoloz Gachechiladze: Considering that the place is free, it provides an amazing experience. You can see the originals of American Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and Constitution all within 15 minutes, if you have planned your route. There are other interesting exhibits, but these three are highlights and definitely worth a visit.

Sassy Sauce: Who doesn’t like Costco. It’s filled with stuff we really don’t need, but when we see it we justify why we want it and figure out the rest later. The tire center crew is very helpful and I have bought car batteries from here as well. The ease of rerun for items is really good and the process is very streamlined. I like the selection of items and it’s generally well staffed. I don’t have to wait too long in line before checking out. The gas prices are the best I’ve seen in the surrounding areas. It’s usually a win whenever we visit.

Anthony Stewart: A bit crowded, but great just as every other Costco. If you haven’t been a member for a while, now is your time to go back! Things have only gotten better! Pretty easy to reach by public transport if one doesn’t plan to get much (and traveling by bus and metro forces one to be a bit more circumspect in one’s purchases). Will be returning monthly and already know where to find great holiday essentials. Hadn’t had Costco pizza in years, and it really hit the spot. It’s one of the few places in the country where a meal and a drink can still be had for under $3!
Oceanie De Silva: Love Costco and specially this DC one as it’s the only one that sells Liquor in the whole DMV area! We find some great items- coconut water from Sri Lanka, Dutch ovens for a great price! Hard Liquor and wines and beers etc amazing collection!! And great prices too! The Japanese whiskeys are a treat and also some fine wines from France and Spain! Also the service is great and efficient! Even though it’s always crowded you move fast!! Become a Member and come over to the DC one!
B. Lipkowitz: This is a great store for just about anything personal, business, and corporate. A courteous, efficient staff is ready, available to serve, offer samples, or assist along well stocked aisles of both the familiar and upscale. Libations, anyone? The A+ "adult beverage" section has an exceptional array of wines and spirits.
I SLAY ALL DAY TRAVEL The Solo Traveler: Its always a pleasure coming into this Costco to see the workers with great customer service. They are friendly and kind. The selections are wide and many. I really like this location and it’s close to home.
Virginia Donnelly: I love this placeThe wine and alcohol in DC are the cheapest price around. Definitely has great bargains. You just have to have the space to store it or the mouths to eat some of the good items before they spoil.

Kay Pepper: Nice station, clean and beautiful. Just surprised at the homelessness issue here. It is sad to see it and it is way more than I expected compared to my trips in Grand Central NYC. There are not many food choices here other than chains and fast food. Lots of stores are closed, so not much to do here either. Its just a train station afterall. Noting it is extremely easy to navigate yourself here, easy to find your way. Either bus or train. Not a sightseeing spot.
Moh “City’s Tourist” Ka: State of the art train and bus station. Provide you with ancient architecture that are great for birthday, touristic and even wedding pictures. The outside view give you a great look at the united state capital
Yvonne Beck: Clean and with plenty of options for food and drink. Some nice shops. The ceiling and main hall architecture are stunning. As was ty view outside towards the capitol.
Brinda Rao: One of the cleanest, spacious and beautifully built union stations that I’ve been to. There are various restaurants and coffee shops available to grab a bite/drink before the journey. The restrooms were clean and are well maintained. At early hours, we saw only McD open for coffee and Starbucks might open around 5:30-6:00am. The Uber pickup and drop offs are just outside the union station. They also offer Red Cap service, which we didn’t use at this time to review.
Daniel Short: Beautiful amazing building! Just came from Grand Central Station in NYC and they are both beautiful buildings. However, where GCS looks a bit more worn down and is darker, Union Station looks more lively and welcoming.
Leah Lambart: Very nice building with impressive ceilings and other decor. The front is beautiful with nice looking columns. The directions inside the station were easy to follow. I took Amtrak and it was very easy to find. The train itself was hard to get on with a suitcase but once on it was fine. The station was fairly busy but easy to navigate. My first time there was great.

Spiral Tote: I was here on 20Apr.2021. The area around the Washington Union Amtrak train station has a great deal off homeless people living around the area. Other than that, the building inside is nice and not too busy(even w/COVID-19)as I thought it may be. There are a few restaurants and shops inside and the architecture and statues are lovely. I was assisted with information from a wonderful ticket agent at the train station. Lovely and friendly lady. So glad the company hired someone like her. Overall great experience. That was a great first trip.

Catania James: Since moving to D.C. in 2019, I have seen this post office go through a couple staff changes. I think it’s been a positive thing!! Today (Sat, 12/11/21) I have received the best service to date!!! There were 3 women behind the counter and they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable about the services and gave prompt service to everyone in the line. When I first entered the post office, I was a little nervous about joining the line however they had the line moving in an efficient manner. I waited about 5 minutes. they were also clear with the customers about which register took cash only and patiently assisted customers who were sending packages internationally and helped them refill out paperwork that was illegible or filled out incorrectly. I hope this post office keeps this configuration of staff!!
Jessica Hsu: I almost didn’t come here because of the reviews, but had no choice. I was here at 1:36pm on Thursday. Clerk 12 was helpful and kind. My two other packages with pre-paid labels were scanned promptly. I had a positive experience at this location.

I was shipping a package and she had me out in under 5 minutes. I’m in a wheelchair and she informed me that they finally fixed the handicap button for the door so I just had to hit it to get out. I don’t know about all these negative reviews but I firmly believe just be nice to folks and you’ll get the same back. So sorry I didn’t catch your name but thanks for making my experience great!

BC Turk: To start, the valet parking is outrageous but there is a garage literally right down the same road for about a third the price. The staff is super friendly. Housekeeping would speak to us and ask if we needed anything as we headed to the elevators. Everyone was always saying, Have a good day”. The amenities within the hotel room were good. We checked the sheets and filters and all was clean. Sheets are super thin but worked out okay. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink/bar. All the you need. I like the security they have coming in. It is a two minute walk to the Metro (red line). Would recommend for location being close to a walking path and the Metro.
Garrett Robak: Extremely friendly staff from the front desk, the cafe, management, housekeepers, and valet. Everyone was so pleasant and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is very modern and has very comfortable amenities. The hotel is also located in a really great section of DC where there are a ton of restaurants and shops that are within walking distance.
Jean Ng: We read a lot of negative reviews about this place and some is kinda true. Parking is an issue BUT we found a garage just across from the hotel inside the ELEVATION BUILDING which a full day charge is only $16 max. We left the car in the garage for the entire week stay and just use the metro as our main transportation. The room we got was nice and comfortable. Although we have an issue with the AC. The temperature is constantly at 73 even tho we set it for 68. A little stain on the couch but no big deal. The room also have good noise insulation (maybe I just slept through it since we walk so much during the day) Big shout out to Miss Nu who checked us in. She just brighten our day and made us feel special. There is a refreshment table set up with coffee tea water and cookies for free after the breakfast period. Tons of food options around and trader joe’s is just 6mins away on foot towards Union Market.
ESB NYC: Busy and basic Marriott in NE DC. It was fine for what we needed but I’m not too enthusiastic. Room was clean. There were some kinda gross stains on the sofa/ottoman that were unappealing but we’re not too fussy. They charge $45+tax for daily parking but you can self-park across the street for $16 a day including tax, literally 3 minutes walk. The morning coffee situation was not very well organized. There were also some strange service issues with the front desk. We stayed in the same room but we utilized two separate reservations, the front desk seemed very confused about this and they came up to our room with a rather confrontational demand that we come downstairs to check out and check into the room again although we had been told on the phone that we were good to go. Not really a big deal but I felt that the aggressive posture was unnecessary and left me with a bad taste. On top of that, I am a gold Bonvoy member and I would’ve been entitled to a room upgrade which I declined for the convenience of remaining in the same room. One thing that I believe some other people commented about is that you cannot control the temperature in your room effectively. There is a thermostat and you can make the numbers move up and down a bit but it doesn’t appear to have any effect on the temperature in the room which seems to be controlled centrally. There were a couple of evenings where we were uncomfortably warm. On the plus side, you are just a couple of minutes from the Noma metro station and there is also a Dunkin’ Donuts close to that. You’re also about a 8 to 10 minute walk from the Union market area which has a Trader Joe’s and some great restaurants and other food options inside the market. If not for the convenience of the location and the comparatively reasonable price, this would probably be a three star review.

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!
Sarah West: A large mixed selection of items you can get any 3 for TEN DOLLARS. Selected high end new items are priced accordingly. Kids, mens, and womans apparel and shoes. If you have the knack for treasure hunting in thrift stores.....THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. thrifty and unique pieces all year round

vze1nv91: At the moment Apple wants you to order their products online and only go to the store for pickup. I got there an hour before my reservation time and asked if I could get my product. They were gracious, did it and I was out in ten minutes. It was so enjoyable I almost splurged on an Apple Pencil. Apple is very particular about the buying experience and it shows in the professionalism of the staff.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.
