Zana T: Lenox Medical Supply provided a wonderful and seamless service to my family. We needed a manual wheelchair for a hospital visit and I called and explained our needs. We asked they deliver the wheelchair to a hotel in Baltimore where we were staying, and the wheelchair was delivered before we even arrive at the hotel. Lenox Medical brought the wheelchair and left it with a note at the concierge and we just picked it up and took it to our room. After the medical appointment, we left the wheelchair at the concierge for a pickup and Lenox Medical came and picked it up. The reservation, customer service and delivery was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making the whole thing seamless and smooth. We highly recommend Lenox Medical Supply!

Jeff Apodaca: I recently rented a Travel Scooter for my Aunt who visited from out of town. The online order was followed up by a phone confirmation phone call. Everything was included In the price. The equipment worked very well and the customer service was top notch. They deliveryman provided a demonstration on all the fine points of the scooter and just like that we were using the device. I am very pleased and happy to say this company is number one in my opinion. Their were no hidden fees or tricks on words or high pressure sales. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve not always gotten my order right, but they always made it right and didn’t charge me anything to extend service, or deliver a bigger scooter. The delivery team is amazing as well!. Reanna Rousseau: I have to say very disrespectful management at this location. The staff was lovely and helpful but the short light skin women manager with the face piercings, with her mask underneath her nose gave me the worst experience I have ever had at goodwill. Her regional needs to have her replaced ASAP. You can’t make your own rules at your store that’s not in policy. You can get fired for things like that and she must be reported. This is a store where they take free items and mark them up for “Goodwill” to sell to the people in the community who can’t afford the regular priced items. If you are over pricing the item you are basically doing a disservice to the community.
Zh Ie: Purchased online from this location. The staff was amazing on checking the condition of the item after purchase, and as an added service on their end, they sent a few extra close-ups even after I had purchased, which was not necessary, but so appreciated that they thought to do that. Above and beyond service, and extremely customer-service oriented.
Kim Barr: I found some lovely things there the staff was very helpful and definitely check out the colors of the week sales. I was able to get a 15.99 suit for 3.99 because of the colors of the week sale.
Franklin Owens III: I was there for clothing… but I can never pick out clothing in a thrift store, so I left with books. The store was well organized though. I tend to be a bit uncomfortable buying items out of thrift stores. I didn’t care much for the clothes. But there were other items in the home section were really nice. Everyone was nice in the thrift store. Even when I gathered a cart full of books and then realized I couldn’t use my clothing voucher on books😬😅

Noor Ayoob: Great run with the family today to Goodwell there was so many stuff to buy good used equipment. Clean store parking was available on site great customer service . Keep up the great work.
Sharon: Went yesterday around 2pm The store itself is smaller than the goodwills ive been in before, but also more organized! I think their best section is the long sleeve shirts for women, I think they have some real gems in there! Workers are nice and it was an easy checkout. Would recommend if you need a blouse or just want to browse!
T: A medium-sized store with a pretty decent selection on used pieces. I came out with two really nice dresses both brand new with the tags still on them and a skirt that still have the tags on it so it was new as well I also found a nice straw beach bag for the summer. The staff was very kind and helpful and the store was very clean I will definitely get back here 😊 Sorry guys I forgot to take pics this time!
Elmer And Liz Gonzalez: Two stars is just right, goodwill has become so overpriced that at today date I rather buy new instead, pair of shoes for $40 already used? No way, those used stuffs are donations, so should be priced accordingly not even higher than new. Check for yourself.

Sarah Cloud: Going through the Ford building security and wandering the halls to find this post office is totally worth the effort. The nicest, most knowledgeable and helpful employees work at this post office. I go out of my way to use this post office because the lines are short, they always have the supplies I need, and they are just so friendly!

Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.
Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

H Gill: Great store! love REI… but checking out here is always a 15 min wait. The checkout line moves at a snail’s pace, and the managers/supervisors don’t seem to care. I’ve seen customers put items down and leave out of frustration.
Rebecca Tolbert: Generally a good store, but the parking situation is currently very weird. You park in the parking deck and then have to walk all the way around a whole city block because they have blocked off the elevator and stairs. So, you drive into the parking deck and then have this surprise journey ahead of you, through a sketchy alley and everything. Just wanted to give other customers a heads up!
R: Oddly enough they aren’t dog friendly yet I saw a pitbull walking around without a service vest. The area around is horrendous, good luck finding a parking spot. Really disappointed that REIs aren’t dog friendly yet their competitors REI and Bass Pro is.

Abi Maghamfar: A place to donate unwanted items and buy used items from furniture to toys to kitchenware, clothes, shoes, books, DVDs, etc at reasonable prices. If you buying toys, puzzles and games or anything that have multiple pieces, makes sure all pieces are there as this has been one of the disappointing aspects of buying stuff here. The other disappointment is the lack of organization and cleanliness of the facility. Love the idea of recycling and reusing rather than sending them to the wasteland and Unique provides that opportunity.
Alice L.: Unique Thrift is a for-profit enterprise owned by Savers, which is owned by a private equity firm in the Seattle area. It is NOT a charity shop and does not donate its profits to charity. Their website clearly states: "Shopping in our stores does not support any non-profit." The company says it purchases donated items from some local non-profits; however, it does not release details on these buying deals. The company is large and owns many thrift stores around the country. I mention this because there are true charity shops in the area--including Goodwill, Urban Thrift, Salvation Army, church shops, etc.--that are actually charities and donate their profits to charity. Some of the real charity shops are even run by volunteers working for no pay in order to help the cause. A lot of people seem to think Unique is a charity and the attorney general in Minnesota has in the past accused this company of misrepresenting how much it gives to charity. So if you have lovely and near-new items to donate, I highly suggest donating them to authentic charity shops. I frequently shop the charity shops, but I also shop at Unique. Unique Thrift is still a worthwhile place to shop and I have found many nice items for good prices. It is pretty well managed and prices are marked clearly. The merchandise is generally clean and not damaged, although you have to examine your items carefully. There are 7-day exchanges but only for clothing and shoes. Be very careful buying anything else that might have defects, such as luggage, electronics, furniture, etc. Some items do have hidden damage so you have to look carefully. There are discounts here on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays only so those days tend to be crowded.
JJ Edwards: Its a huge thrift store, as afar as I know and for so many thrift store I had visited this is my favorite one. They have huge selection of clothes, shoes, toys, books, furniture, kitchen ware and many more. Worth to check out!
Sara O'Brien: I have been going to this place for years and always felt welcome, but today was the worst experience of my life. We were in line for self checkout, when I saw that register 18 was open, as I proceeded with my daughter to the register the woman that was in charged of self checkout named Charika told us, "come here because I cannot see what you ring there." We walked to the register that she told us and as I scanned this woman stands there staring at us scan each item. I was already getting upset because she was staring at us scan as if we were the only customers there or as if we were thieves. After scanning 7 items this woman proceeds to approach my bag and count the items that I had placed inside the bag to make sure it matched the amount of items on the screen. I felt that we were being treated as thieves. I got so upset, I asked for the manager, but she said no one was available, so I took a picture of her ID card. This woman stood staring at our register until we finished ringing every item as if we were thieves. People go to the thrift store for many reasons, but in no moment should they be harassed by anyone. This store needs to train its employees to be courteous and not target people
li garcia: Good thrift store. Nice selections of everything. All staff and personnel are nice and friendly except for the old lady at the register. Very mean ! Unfriendly! And the voice specially when she’s on the speaker. She’s always mad and unhappy person. I’m sure I’m not the only one noticing it!
Ariel S.B.: My favorite thrift store! Yeah, some of the prices are just a little bit higher than your average goodwill, but the quality of items is so much better. I’ve seen brand new items from designer stores, sometimes with the tags still on them. Stuff is actually trendy and cute and not dated. They have clothes in every size, the selection is huge! Definitely visit if you’re looking to revamp your wardrobe.

Amy Davis: Intimidating store. Difficult to navigate if you have a disability. Also, if store employees are going to keep yelling at you that certain areas are off limits, it needs to better marked. I get areas in the back would be off limits, but i was in the middle of the store on what appeared to be the only path through the place. Wont be back.
Christy Gaffney: I came to this store at 5:53pm to pick up crutches after picking my dad up from a rehab center. 5:53 pm and the employees had already locked the door and told me they were closed. I would give this place 0 stars just for lack of customer service if that were an option.

Rick Hind: I’ve been going to Kaiser for all my health care needs since 2017. I have never been as satisfied with the care I have received any where else ever. I have immediate access to high quality primary care and specialist doctors. Preventive care is a priority and appointments are easy to make often within a few days and facilities are conveniently located. While COVID has impacted everything, remote appointments by phone or video have also been relatively easy to make and have been essential in maintaining physical and mental health.

Gina Lagomarsino: Kaiser in general is wonderful and the NW DC facility is fantastic! My whole family has been coming here for roughly 20 years for OB/gyn, pediatrics, and adult medicine. My daughter just turned 18 and I literally started crying with the pediatrics team. She and my 15 year old son have experienced thorough, personalized, attentive caring care from Dr. Baldwin and her wonderful pediatric team. They are available in person, via email and video. They take every concern seriously. They make referrals as necessary and then follow-up. The Kaiser medical record system and online portal are state-of-the-art and so convenient. Cant recommend more!!!

Sean Thomas Augustine Ferro: I can’t speak for the whole facility, though was riding my bike past this location and as I passed a postal worker was heading to his car parked on the street. He smiled and wished me a great day. I exchanged a kind word in return and in that moment felt instantly uplifted. Sometimes little interactions like that can really turn around an otherwise challenging day. Feeling grateful for this local USPS branch
David david: I would like to say to all the employees of post office in general to look where they leaving the mail if is in the correct address. They left my mail in the next door or next 2 doors. Is like really? Why do they hire people that won’t pay attention to what they doing. I had my package delivered and wasn’t there at the address they might left it in the wrong address and I never get the package and all my mail aren’t delivered to my address. Can you please check the address before leaving the mail or how to fix this issue because is really annoying I’d like that issue to be fixed PLEASE!!!

Andrea Rodney: I have been having problems with this post office for years now my God I have never seen such a unprofessional dirty place before treat there customer as if we are there asking them to do something other than there job that they went and applied for, this behavior is unacceptable. went there to pick my packages up after my tracking information shows that they has been delivered there, gave them the numbers she went in the back just has she walked away I decide I was going to check my post office box where she and the supervisor was standing talking. she said I to him I found her mail then she asked him what was the problem, as she walk back out and tell me there was no mail and that she cannot find my mail with the tracking number, that I should call ups for them to give me there tracking number so that she can look it up
Maseh Berri: The post office attendance (the bulky elder guy) is the slowest officer I ever met, he uses upto 20 min per client, and is not flexible at all. Please if u want a quick service DO NOT COME HERE. But if u have the hold day, then is the place for u.
Katorra Christina: Adding to the 1 star ratings. I’ve never had any problems before receiving packages until recently and it’s unrelated to COVID. I believe there is either a theft problem or supreme inefficiency, both have caused me a loss of time and money. If you call don’t expect any help. Someone actually hung up on me while I was mid sentence explaining my package was never delivered even though the person said they did on two separate occasions.
David Askew: Have not received mail on the 4000 block of Kansas Ave NW in 3 days. I was notified that the package I was expecting was just delivered. What a crock of_____! The reason I know for certain that it was not delivered was the fact that I was sitging at the front door, no mail person came even close to the building. What that person probably did was stand at the mail truck and scan it as delivered. A bull____ way to run a mail route.
Preston Bays: Gave two stars because the post office employee was nice and polite. Website says this location does passports, but that is false. Brought our infant and was a complete waste of time. FYI the 900 Brentwood Road NE Post Office does, and also allows walk-ins.

Stacy A: Worth at least one visit to celebrate US history. See the Declaration of Independence, constitution, and bill of rights. Room is dark and cold to help with preservation. No photos allowed at all. Entry was simple enough once I found it and staff was quiet but helpful.
Rodrigo Gonzalez: An impressive building which was made to preserve the national documents. In the exhibition, you can see The Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights. Congratulations to the staff and curators for such an impressive place. I recommend it.
Dez Davis: Beautiful building and so many things to look at. However, the security personnel are extremely rude and yell constantly. Also, it is a complete free for all to try and see the documents. Everybody crowds around the documents and stands there forever, not allowing anyone else to see the documents. Need to execute a better option of allowing everyone to see the documents fairly.
courtney edwards: The worst place I’ve visited in DC. The staff was rude and pushy with the exception of the employees working in the cafe. I highly recommend visiting the cafe. I was also locked in the building for 10+ and not permitted to leave due to an issue that was not disclosed to guests. I would go to anywhere in DC again except for the National Archives.
Matthew Miller: In reality, you could make a very quick trip here and only see the most important things here--The Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights. With a bit more time, there are other exhibits to see, especially if you are interested in the archiving process and what gets stored in the National Archives. For families with younger children the Boeing Learning Center is a nice place with activities and hands-on materials. The staff there are keen to explain things and are clearly devoted to their vocations.
John Neff: Security staff are a joke, while going through the security screening process two security staff screamed and yelled at my child. They soured what was an anticipated visit to see our nations founding documents into a terrible experience. The security staff needs to take a class on sensitivity training. What an embarrassment to our national treasures.

Nikoloz Gachechiladze: Considering that the place is free, it provides an amazing experience. You can see the originals of American Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and Constitution all within 15 minutes, if you have planned your route. There are other interesting exhibits, but these three are highlights and definitely worth a visit.

Sassy Sauce: Who doesn’t like Costco. It’s filled with stuff we really don’t need, but when we see it we justify why we want it and figure out the rest later. The tire center crew is very helpful and I have bought car batteries from here as well. The ease of rerun for items is really good and the process is very streamlined. I like the selection of items and it’s generally well staffed. I don’t have to wait too long in line before checking out. The gas prices are the best I’ve seen in the surrounding areas. It’s usually a win whenever we visit.

Anthony Stewart: A bit crowded, but great just as every other Costco. If you haven’t been a member for a while, now is your time to go back! Things have only gotten better! Pretty easy to reach by public transport if one doesn’t plan to get much (and traveling by bus and metro forces one to be a bit more circumspect in one’s purchases). Will be returning monthly and already know where to find great holiday essentials. Hadn’t had Costco pizza in years, and it really hit the spot. It’s one of the few places in the country where a meal and a drink can still be had for under $3!
Oceanie De Silva: Love Costco and specially this DC one as it’s the only one that sells Liquor in the whole DMV area! We find some great items- coconut water from Sri Lanka, Dutch ovens for a great price! Hard Liquor and wines and beers etc amazing collection!! And great prices too! The Japanese whiskeys are a treat and also some fine wines from France and Spain! Also the service is great and efficient! Even though it’s always crowded you move fast!! Become a Member and come over to the DC one!
B. Lipkowitz: This is a great store for just about anything personal, business, and corporate. A courteous, efficient staff is ready, available to serve, offer samples, or assist along well stocked aisles of both the familiar and upscale. Libations, anyone? The A+ "adult beverage" section has an exceptional array of wines and spirits.
I SLAY ALL DAY TRAVEL The Solo Traveler: Its always a pleasure coming into this Costco to see the workers with great customer service. They are friendly and kind. The selections are wide and many. I really like this location and it’s close to home.
Virginia Donnelly: I love this placeThe wine and alcohol in DC are the cheapest price around. Definitely has great bargains. You just have to have the space to store it or the mouths to eat some of the good items before they spoil.
Cynthia Smith: Some staff are rude, I believe that everyone needs to take the time and rate this store, I was one of those who instead of addressing the rudeness, i thought maybe some one else can address it but if we all think this way, then we are all going to get stuck with same rude people. I finally had enough, I addressed the problem. The store need to train staff on cultural sensitivity. Some cashiers bully customers, sad part too much hatred in this store. Hope the corporate sends people from headquarters and experience the hate maybe this store can turn for the better..the store have a good seafood manager. Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Kay Pepper: Nice station, clean and beautiful. Just surprised at the homelessness issue here. It is sad to see it and it is way more than I expected compared to my trips in Grand Central NYC. There are not many food choices here other than chains and fast food. Lots of stores are closed, so not much to do here either. Its just a train station afterall. Noting it is extremely easy to navigate yourself here, easy to find your way. Either bus or train. Not a sightseeing spot.
Moh “City’s Tourist” Ka: State of the art train and bus station. Provide you with ancient architecture that are great for birthday, touristic and even wedding pictures. The outside view give you a great look at the united state capital
Yvonne Beck: Clean and with plenty of options for food and drink. Some nice shops. The ceiling and main hall architecture are stunning. As was ty view outside towards the capitol.
Brinda Rao: One of the cleanest, spacious and beautifully built union stations that I’ve been to. There are various restaurants and coffee shops available to grab a bite/drink before the journey. The restrooms were clean and are well maintained. At early hours, we saw only McD open for coffee and Starbucks might open around 5:30-6:00am. The Uber pickup and drop offs are just outside the union station. They also offer Red Cap service, which we didn’t use at this time to review.
Daniel Short: Beautiful amazing building! Just came from Grand Central Station in NYC and they are both beautiful buildings. However, where GCS looks a bit more worn down and is darker, Union Station looks more lively and welcoming.
Leah Lambart: Very nice building with impressive ceilings and other decor. The front is beautiful with nice looking columns. The directions inside the station were easy to follow. I took Amtrak and it was very easy to find. The train itself was hard to get on with a suitcase but once on it was fine. The station was fairly busy but easy to navigate. My first time there was great.

Spiral Tote: I was here on 20Apr.2021. The area around the Washington Union Amtrak train station has a great deal off homeless people living around the area. Other than that, the building inside is nice and not too busy(even w/COVID-19)as I thought it may be. There are a few restaurants and shops inside and the architecture and statues are lovely. I was assisted with information from a wonderful ticket agent at the train station. Lovely and friendly lady. So glad the company hired someone like her. Overall great experience. That was a great first trip.

Catania James: Since moving to D.C. in 2019, I have seen this post office go through a couple staff changes. I think it’s been a positive thing!! Today (Sat, 12/11/21) I have received the best service to date!!! There were 3 women behind the counter and they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable about the services and gave prompt service to everyone in the line. When I first entered the post office, I was a little nervous about joining the line however they had the line moving in an efficient manner. I waited about 5 minutes. they were also clear with the customers about which register took cash only and patiently assisted customers who were sending packages internationally and helped them refill out paperwork that was illegible or filled out incorrectly. I hope this post office keeps this configuration of staff!!
Shalin Nohria: The location is great, the service is awful. I literally heard the employees laughing about how they sent someone away when they could have helped. New management is definitely needed.
Jordan Bickham: I arrived at 9:10 to drop off a prepaid label package but the doors were locked. Me and other people have been waiting and watching as the people inside ignore us even though they are supposed to be open at 9. It’s now 9:30 and still nothing. Absolutely horrible USPS!

I was shipping a package and she had me out in under 5 minutes. I’m in a wheelchair and she informed me that they finally fixed the handicap button for the door so I just had to hit it to get out. I don’t know about all these negative reviews but I firmly believe just be nice to folks and you’ll get the same back. So sorry I didn’t catch your name but thanks for making my experience great!

BC Turk: To start, the valet parking is outrageous but there is a garage literally right down the same road for about a third the price. The staff is super friendly. Housekeeping would speak to us and ask if we needed anything as we headed to the elevators. Everyone was always saying, Have a good day”. The amenities within the hotel room were good. We checked the sheets and filters and all was clean. Sheets are super thin but worked out okay. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink/bar. All the you need. I like the security they have coming in. It is a two minute walk to the Metro (red line). Would recommend for location being close to a walking path and the Metro.
Garrett Robak: Extremely friendly staff from the front desk, the cafe, management, housekeepers, and valet. Everyone was so pleasant and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is very modern and has very comfortable amenities. The hotel is also located in a really great section of DC where there are a ton of restaurants and shops that are within walking distance.

Jean Ng: We read a lot of negative reviews about this place and some is kinda true. Parking is an issue BUT we found a garage just across from the hotel inside the ELEVATION BUILDING which a full day charge is only $16 max. We left the car in the garage for the entire week stay and just use the metro as our main transportation. The room we got was nice and comfortable. Although we have an issue with the AC. The temperature is constantly at 73 even tho we set it for 68. A little stain on the couch but no big deal. The room also have good noise insulation (maybe I just slept through it since we walk so much during the day) Big shout out to Miss Nu who checked us in. She just brighten our day and made us feel special. There is a refreshment table set up with coffee tea water and cookies for free after the breakfast period. Tons of food options around and trader joe’s is just 6mins away on foot towards Union Market.
ESB NYC: Busy and basic Marriott in NE DC. It was fine for what we needed but I’m not too enthusiastic. Room was clean. There were some kinda gross stains on the sofa/ottoman that were unappealing but we’re not too fussy. They charge $45+tax for daily parking but you can self-park across the street for $16 a day including tax, literally 3 minutes walk. The morning coffee situation was not very well organized. There were also some strange service issues with the front desk. We stayed in the same room but we utilized two separate reservations, the front desk seemed very confused about this and they came up to our room with a rather confrontational demand that we come downstairs to check out and check into the room again although we had been told on the phone that we were good to go. Not really a big deal but I felt that the aggressive posture was unnecessary and left me with a bad taste. On top of that, I am a gold Bonvoy member and I would’ve been entitled to a room upgrade which I declined for the convenience of remaining in the same room. One thing that I believe some other people commented about is that you cannot control the temperature in your room effectively. There is a thermostat and you can make the numbers move up and down a bit but it doesn’t appear to have any effect on the temperature in the room which seems to be controlled centrally. There were a couple of evenings where we were uncomfortably warm. On the plus side, you are just a couple of minutes from the Noma metro station and there is also a Dunkin’ Donuts close to that. You’re also about a 8 to 10 minute walk from the Union market area which has a Trader Joe’s and some great restaurants and other food options inside the market. If not for the convenience of the location and the comparatively reasonable price, this would probably be a three star review.

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

Elior Manier: Booked an appointment yesterday 12/28/21 which never got confirmed by email, most probably cause the employee never clicked the button. Impossible to enter the store after that, no way to see a manager, and no way to even communicate with an employee inside. This is scandalous knowing I organized my day to free myself for my 6:00 PM appointment.
No: GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!!! I went in for my mac book pro battery placement (late 2013 retina) and they absolutely destroyed my motherboard making my speakers useless. I looked inside and was amazed. This was definitely on purpose since a wild animal could do better.
vze1nv91: At the moment Apple wants you to order their products online and only go to the store for pickup. I got there an hour before my reservation time and asked if I could get my product. They were gracious, did it and I was out in ten minutes. It was so enjoyable I almost splurged on an Apple Pencil. Apple is very particular about the buying experience and it shows in the professionalism of the staff.
Katze Love: I had nothing short of an unpleasant experience here… As others have mentioned, the rude and dismissive staff are in no rush to offer assistance. I had an appointment to pick up items, arrived on time, and still waited about 20 minutes to receive my order. Before that, I had to wander around the store trying to find someone willing to help me. The most comical part-- when a staff member finally came by with my items, he carelessly tossed the bag down on the table and $500 worth of apple keyboards rattled out onto the counter. Lol! Way to show how much you care. The location is convenient though.
C Leo: I’ve always received great service at the Apple store esp the one at Clarendon and Tyson’s Mall and I was just disappointed with the service at the Georgetown location. No one greeted us when we walked in. When I found someone up front and told them I had a 6:30pm appointment they directed me to the back without checking their tablet or asking what it was for. After taking a while to locate my appointment, she then directed us to the front. ( at the other store, they would greet me by name and direct me to the right staff to assist) My friend asked if there was a restroom and he directed her to Wawa across the street. The overall energy of the staff there was low… like they did not want to be there.
Kasra Ladjevardi: One of the rudest apple stores I know of. I am a huge fan of Apple, and I have always thought that they have really great customer service. Most Apple stores I visit today have great people and the Genius Bar staff are very friendly. However, my last two visits to the store left such a bad taste in my mouth
Don Wang: I literally purchased my first iPhone 13 pro max and I was having trouble with their Air Drop option to my friends. Went into this Apple store hoping one of their representatives will be able to assist me but instead another gentleman came over and told our female representative to assist someone else. Now, they just pushed me to their IT phone service instead. Does this mean my IPhone is defective? Should I be switching back to Android base phones instead?
Abby: The three times that I went there to try to buy a new phone while turning in my old one, I did not have a positive experience at all. One of the times I got there at 9:30am (Google’s hours indicated they opened at 9am), and I got berated by the staff and security telling me I shouldn’t be there when they opened at 10am…well it would be great if they updated their hours first before scolding me for something I didn’t know and opening an open door. The other times that I’ve been there, the staff was not very helpful either, which was disappointing considering the amount of money I’d be spending on a device. I ended up going to the Carnegie Library location instead, and the service was so much better there, so I’d definitely avoid this location for any future purchases and go there instead, even if it’s located further away.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.
Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.
Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.
C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.
Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?
