Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store: what do users think?

Reanna Rousseau: I have to say very disrespectful management at this location. The staff was lovely and helpful but the short light skin women manager with the face piercings, with her mask underneath her nose gave me the worst experience I have ever had at goodwill. Her regional needs to have her replaced ASAP. You can’t make your own rules at your store that’s not in policy. You can get fired for things like that and she must be reported. This is a store where they take free items and mark them up for “Goodwill” to sell to the people in the community who can’t afford the regular priced items. If you are over pricing the item you are basically doing a disservice to the community.

Lea Sumlin: On. April 30. A beautiful morning. I decided to donate things, I don't need. My family and I went to the South Dakota location. When we got there, a light skin colored girl with glasses as the manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL We did not get a Good Morning. She WAS VERY UNPLEASANT with her Approach. "We're not open yet, did you hear me and we line up over here. I never opened my mouth but after her unprofessional way of speaking. I ask, " do you WORK here. "Am the manager". She is NOT MANAGER PROFESSIONAL. We left. I Googled Salvation Army on Kenilworth Ave. They were open and VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL. THANKS SALVATION ARMY. We were very happy when we got there and after we left.💯❤️❤️❤️.

Zh Ie: Purchased online from this location. The staff was amazing on checking the condition of the item after purchase, and as an added service on their end, they sent a few extra close-ups even after I had purchased, which was not necessary, but so appreciated that they thought to do that. Above and beyond service, and extremely customer-service oriented.

Andrew Patricio: Bizarre. Don't bother going here to donate anything except kitchen stuff or toys, (except baby toys they won't take). On the website it says they take clothes, furniture, etc and they used to but no longer for some reason. Any even toys they won't take anything "a baby can sit in". Ie no bounce toys, push bike etc. Wasted my time twice in a row. Never again. Just go down the road to salvation army or even better, the value village thrift store.

Kim Barr: I found some lovely things there the staff was very helpful and definitely check out the colors of the week sales. I was able to get a 15.99 suit for 3.99 because of the colors of the week sale.

Team World: Caĺled them numerous times over several weeks for pick up of lots of veey good clothes and furniture. I am leaving the country. They never called back.- couldnt be bothered apparently. SHAME on you, Goodwilll, aren't you supposed to serve the disenfranchised????

Janice Burrell: Called and asked if they accept books. The guy told me they did. When I got there the guy told me they were at their capacity for books. It was more like he didn't want to do the work to check them in. Every time I go there it is always a problem. They should tell you these things when you call. Since they don't I can only conclude that it's just a lazy employee. Extremely poor customer service.

solomon asefaw: I am writing this review to let Goodwill undermines its gools when it doesn't follow up its workers at the receiving and dropping gate of this location. Today at around 3:35pm when I came to donate, I was harassed by one Of the stuff at the gate. Goodwill should place professional stuff at the dropp of gate before it too late.

Franklin Owens III: I was there for clothing… but I can never pick out clothing in a thrift store, so I left with books. The store was well organized though. I tend to be a bit uncomfortable buying items out of thrift stores. I didn’t care much for the clothes. But there were other items in the home section were really nice. Everyone was nice in the thrift store. Even when I gathered a cart full of books and then realized I couldn’t use my clothing voucher on books😬😅

bluslushii: Been to multiple Goodwills, the staff was by far the most helpful and I honestly received the best customer service I did at any business. Definitely will be returning! Thank you so much ladies for being so kind and helpful!

Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C.: what do users think?

Anonymous: Just left the store because it was hard to get help. Three unmotivated, lazy and kind of rude people sitting at the cashier and chilling at work smh.

Scott Huguely: Wonderful organization that supports the housing needs of those less fortunate in Washington DC. I am grateful for my Company's business relationship with Habitat.

Kennette Dike: These guy work hard, for a good cause to make family's feel comfortable in thier new homes to come home too...
Response: Thank you, Ms. Dike!

Mohammed Kemal: I have enjoyed volunteering for DC Habitat. Well organized and great management.

A Wider Circle: what do users think?

Tracy Needham: I think A Wider Circle does really great work. Anything I have to donate, I take to them (they pick up large items as well). The staff are always friendly and help remove everything I'm donating from my car. I've volunteered as well - helping sort donations, like clothes. I highly recommend.

Julia Reda: A little hard to find only because my GPS kept taking me to a footpath near the back of the building. If you have mattresses, boxsprings in great condition, they will take them. A great service they offer to those needing help to get back on their feet.

Arlene Phillips Sumner: They are a good place I gave to them a few years ago when I was moving now I just met with the gal and the things I’m giving them our new most of them designer clothes with the tags still on them. They do not sell or things like Salvation Army Etc. that’s why this is a good place they will be coming to pick up peace

Lisa Queen: They have very professional staff and one of the best contributes to the DC, MD, VA area. They help supply furniture to recipients who may not have money for further at the time they move in. Please donate to one of the best non- profits in the area!

Anna W: I really felt let down as a volunteer career counselor, mentor, cheerleader or whatever. They gave me a person to mentor, but she had to cancel a few times due to family issues. A Wider Circle also told me to give the woman some time/space, so I didn’t push her. When we did get together, the woman just went on and on about family problems, and problems with her boss. Anything I suggested, she had a reason for why it couldn’t be done. For a while, I called and got no answer, and when I asked WC if they knew what was happening, they told me the woman was dissatisfied with me, because I didn’t push her hard enough. After that, WC said they would assign me to someone else. Long story short, they didn’t ever call me back. Additionally, I never would have known my services were no longer required if I had not called WC. Finally, they never even asked for my side of the story regarding the woman I was trying to help. I drove all over the place to meet this woman on her turf, so it would be easier for her. I spent my time listening to the woman, not to mention the training I sat through, and I don’t even warrant the courtesy of a phone call from WC to explain what was happening, as it was happening. I found WC to be poorly organized and managed regarding the mentoring piece. I’m retired, and I wanted to do something good, and WC just dropped me without explanation. Very poorly done, WC.

Virginia fleischman: Great organization. Careful withonline maps! Had to go into my backup system to actually get there

love never fails: First time going there 12/10/2021 big of a wait wasn’t on time. Did get a new nectar brand bed. Today 12/12/2021 bed bugs came from the box springs received and they were in the couch. While waiting for my moving people (185.00) I did get to witness first hand there steam cleaning is not the best nor the real deal. Spent 14.00 for fogged bombs, and had to find some where for me and my son to go.

Sharon Lundahl: This is a competently-run charity. They are clear about what donations they are looking for, and they improve life for many of our citizens. I wonder, however, if it is necessary to ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address before you drop off any item. It seems a bit invasive, and I expect a ton of solicitous emails if not phone calls

Tas Robin: I've been donating to AWC for years. Whether it's an interaction in person, by phone or email, they staff and the employees are responsive, professional, and supportive. Great service to the community, fantastic crew.

D.Z.A.: They only take clothes for job interviews.. I did not know this until the lady called and wanted to schedule a pickup and she asked what type of clothes I had.. they don't tell you this up front in the initial interview

Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store: what do users think?

deborah: Friendly and clean. You have to wear a mask. They have antibacterial wipes for the carts but the hand sanitizer bottle is empty lately. I love the sale on the colored of the week.

Ariel W: Snagged a fantastic dining room table and chair set. The staff were upbeat, very helpful, and assisted me with loading it into my car. Great deals like brand-new designer sandals can be found with a little searching.

A Google User: I was here last week and bought a dress from a somewhat upscale brand. I got home and quickly realized the item had a hole on the front as long as my thumb. I paid $9 plus tax for this item, which is in my opinion pretty high. This item should not have been on the floor. I also saw them selling blatantly fake Gucci shoes for $70 displayed right at the front of the store near the door. Last time I shop here. They shouldn’t rip people off like this. One time about a year or so ago I came here when they had obviously just fumigated the store, and they were letting people walk around despite it smelling strongly of fumes. It gave me a headache and made me nauseous, and I’m not usually super sensitive to chemicals. I have to wonder how that was for the employees, who are usually working at Goodwill because they can’t leave and get hired elsewhere. Two stars because occasionally there are good finds here, but overall prices are way too high for the type of things you’ll find.

Kerubel Gezahegn: Amazing Service and will most definitely shop there again10/10 would recommend

Emma Jones: Mixed feelings about this store. I did get some great stuff and staff was super nice but when I pointed out that one purse was covered in mold they said that it was fine and they would sell it anyway. They placed it back on the shelf/purse rack.

Ruth T: The store closed 10minutes Early. Very disappointing.

Rebecca Dellavilla: Quality items for sale but bad staff attitudes. Not sure if it was just the crew they had on shift tonight but there was one only helpful staff member. The rest seemed like they could use a nice warm cup of tea...

Elysa Rosalia Marchicelli: Overall nice selection of items, clean and organized from what I've experienced. I've gotten a lot of brand NEW house items for my place, which is great and has saved me money. Key tip: Go on days when they have special sales. Each week there's a new "tag color" on sale, sometimes 50-70% off original price. If you have a Capital One credit card, you get a discount - BUT remind the cashier/associate at checkout because this is not advertised and most employees don't apply the discount unless you ask. I think that's because they try to get customers to sign up for their rewards program (not beneficial unless you shop very frequently) and maybe some employees just aren't aware of the discount. Also you can't use your "membership points" in conjunction with the Capital One discount - per the manager I spoke with. Hopefully they gave me correct information. But if you want to confirm that, just call the store directly or Google it. I've been told by a few employees that "Sundays are when they put out a lot of new inventory." Hopefully this helps, don't forget to get that discount ;)

Maya Elle: Very organized and clean the only problem is the store size, and therefore, the selection is really small. Staff is super friendly overall good. :)

Taneesha Gray: bad place for employees. i was terminated because my children were sick. The head manager Jessica is very rude to her employees and customers. thats why everyone quits after just a couple of days or months of working there. They dont pay enough for all the stuff you have to do. the store never stays organize because everyone leaves. thats why im so happy i found a better paying job thats worth it. good luck to them finding dedicated employment. they only have one that sticks with them for years. No one does not like working for goodwill. only the people that are desperate.

Martha's Outfitters: what do users think?

m rivera: Great place to buy second hand clothes. The prices are very reasonable and the items are in good conditions. The people who work there are nice. Update: My review was when Martha's outfitters was in 14th St. For the new location, the closet metro station is Anacostia. The associates are nice and welcoming. They offer a program to help people in need especially parents with children. The day I went in, there wasn't much to choose from. However, you can always call in to see when they will stock up.

Yichen Dong: Very good for women, not so much for guys. Every time I go there, I feel like I see the same suits and shirts I saw last time. Meanwhile, my female friend is getting like 7 dresses and 3 shirts for 30 dollars. So it really does depend in your gender.

Marquita Williams: Becoming a Member was effortless!!! Staff was great and welcoming. The store was clean and well organized. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

Renee Simms: I like going there. I can always find what I need there also, the prices are resonable. Enjoy the experience.

Carol Casperson: Very courteous and helpful staff. A great place to make your donations of household goods and clothing. Very organized and clean.

Simona Venable: Great place to donate clothes. Clean shop and fantastic staff

Foreign Luxurii: I plan on giving the director a call tomorrow as my experience here is always a negative one. Today as I was checking out, a young Ethiopian cashier and another cashier with long deadlocks -both female- seemingly acknowledged everyone in line ahead of me, except for me and another woman behind me. As I was waiting in line I observed the two cashiers engaging in senseless banter about certain customers in the store and then directed their attention at me. I simply ignored it but as I approached the counter the cashier with dreadlocks snatched my items without a word and began ringing me up. I could've simply cancelled my purchase, walked out and visited another establishment that wasn't "thrifty" but I chose to stick it out as I enjoy patronizing at neighborhood shops, especially those that are great for -and give back to- the community. I attempted to engage the cashier by making her acknowledge me with a "hello" , to which she seemed irritated and bothered to even respond, muttering it back underneath her breath. This has not been the first time that i have experienced such an occurrence at this establishment and I've tried my hardest each time to give it a chance, however I can't any longer. The associates aforementioned definitely need to be reprimanded and reminded that the shopping and donating the community does is ultimately going to their paycheck! This is a poor representation of what Martha's Outfitters stands for in this community and needs to be fixed asap.

Zenus Epps: Martha's table is the best place to go I went there when I had a interview the outfit that they assistant me with was awesome and the after all I got the job and when I started they asked me where did I get my outfit from I love you 2204 Martin Luther King Jr ave se Martha Table's

Tracy Roddey: The clothes rack the very well put together and customer service is very nice excellent

Alan Katz: This thrift store is clean and organized, if somewhat small. They only sell clothes here, but there's a nice variety and good service.

Christ Child Opportunity Shop: what do users think?

Kurt LaRose MSW LCSW LICSW: The antiques and the finds here are wonderful. The staff, volunteers, care so much about the items. Here I am reminded of my grandparents dishes, jewelry, paintings, dishes, silver, metalurgy, pocket watches, rugs .... and the iron statutes are just phenomenal. Today I found a 10k gold rosary engraved from 1924 ... with a historical attention to detail that is awesome. The people working in the store celebrate the items as you look.
Response: Thank you Kurt! We're so glad we were able to help you find some beautiful items!

rebecca leigh: A lovely store with beautiful things. Sometimes a bit pricey. The service is excellent and warm.

Sandra Biedron: Wow. Great place for vintage jewelry and everything else one needs for a home or office. Not only is everything repurposed but all proceeds go to children in the area that need help meeting their emotional needs. Found four rare Portmeirion pottery pieces as well as two pieces of vintage high-end jewelry. These were very fairly priced with the market. Excellent collection of dishes, silver, and crystal. Go there instead of doing a wedding registry! So much more green! Rock on Opportunity Shop - you made my heart happy today seeing things re-purposed! The place was packed!

Eric Rajendra: The best antique and bric-a-brac store in all of DC. Our family in Georgetown has given thousands of dollars worth in contributions of our own antiques we no longer needed and then we bought thousands of dollars more in antiques we needed!! This place is a gem for us Washingtonians!! The volunteer staff members are truly precious and really dedicated!! They love their work and make the entire experience of browsing a joy. The second floor has great stuff so GO UP!! Jewelry, silverware, Asian antiques, porcelain, etc! You won’t be disappointed. You need to return weekly as new consignments and donations come all the time!! Trust me.
Response: Thank you so much, Eric!

Sam Bartley: This place looks amazing. And everything is very nice. But this place is no thrift store. Almost everything here is consignment and the prices can be outrageous. If you're looking for a place to get fine decor and fine bone china (and you're willing to pay hundreds of dollars for it) this is the place. But if you're a student or a person that has anything called a budget restricting you, don't come here.
Response: Thank you for the feedback, Sam. We now host flash sales on Mondays on our Facebook and Instagram. 20% off select items from a range of different prices. You might find some treasures on there!

Randolph Lopez: Question the authenticity of the antiques and antiquities. Do not be misled. I was foolish enough to believe the descriptions that were displayed on the Asian pieces and the purity of some silver pieces that I purchased. I am not a seasoned collector. I only depend on the honesty of people; especially those associated with a “Christian” charity.

Tom Preston: Prices are too high, often higher than the antiques shops in the neighborhood. No bargains unfortunately. And reductions are not per standard consignment shops- only 20% every 60 days instead of every 30 days. Not sure how they stay in business TBH.
Response: Thanks for the feedback, Tom. We host flash sales on our Instagram and Facebook every Monday with 20% off select items. You may find some bargains there!

A. Greenough Dodd: Huge fan of this nonprofit consignment shop (aka The "Op Shop"!) that benefits the needs of DC area children. Always great finds, but definitely allow time to peruse the many items. Well-worth the search!
Response: Thanks for the kind words! We now have a Facebook and Instagram page where we highlight and feature different items. That may help you find some treasures! And yes we love our customers and their support of our mission of helping local mothers and babies in need!

Angela Van: Clean and organized decor consignment purchase structure (can see how the price drops by date). Always find something when I go in. Unfortunately, they just re-organized downstairs so the bulk is upstairs--no elevator.

Jonathan Fuhrman: Nice place for antiques. Everything has a date it came in and gets marked down every month. Prices are a bit high, but not outrageous.

Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store: what do users think?

Will Collins: Fantastic store with fantastic employees. All are very friendly and the store is well maintained. I've been to a lot of Goodwill's and usually the store and items are grimy but this store does a very good job keeping everything clean. This store has a good amount of everything especially furniture. I have furnished half my apartment with quality furniture I have found at this store. If you are nearby you should stop by check out their selection.

Jane Elizabeth Webb: Many items were overpriced....however there are still treasures to find that are reasonable. Many of the clothing items should have never made it to the rack however some are great! Will I go back... yes...but only when I have time and patience to dig thru things that should be tossed.

Mel Dav: The prices have gone up significantly. I was looking for a basic glass casserole dish. They wanted $9.99 for a crusty one. No ma'am! I ended up buying a brand new one for $3.99 at Burlington. I can find comparable brand new household items at Walmart, Burlington and Ross for much less these days, sadly. Tik Tok hipsters who are new to thrifting will think these prices are great. I'm not paying $20 for a hideous, used torchiere floor lamp when I can get that same hideous floor lamp brand new at Walmart for $15. Are you kidding me. Also, the selection has really declined. This place hasn't been good since Yesterday's Rose honestly but that's a conversation for another day...

Eva Leon: Good items. Only concern is not all but some staff are rude and not friendly whatsoever. I don’t see myself coming back here anymore.

U G H: Verity item here and people seem enjoy without pressure ,very cheap and have scarf, shoes, pures, some item is very new .drum set, furniture.

Hansei Kai: Great place to buy used stuff.

Janine Perky: My daughter and I enjoy finding clothes for our family at Goodwill. The clothes are in wonderful condition and the prices are very affordable, especially when on sale. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

Robert Garrett: Refund policy is not well explained. You will receive only store credit if you want to return an "electronics" item (including headphones, oddly). I bought a USB headphone set but could not test before I did. I asked a worker if I could get a refund if the set didn't work. He replied "yes" but failed to say that I would not get my money back. Of course, the headphones did not work, and the store credit expires in a month, so I'm out of luck since I seldom but here. If you avoid electronics, especially items with remote controls that have been separated from the TV or stereo, you can fi d some bargains, even some amazing finds. Do some online research when you see something Interesting. You keep the he surprised!

Dale Brandt: This place is terrible ! I tried donating about 10 books (mostly hardcovers) and some medical journals. The lady there took my Walmart bag containing the books, and dumped them into a large cardboard box (about 5’ x 5’ 5’ in size) that was sitting outside in their parking lot. The were in great condition but won’t be after being exposed to the outside weather. This black lady (about 20-25 years old) had no concern that I was making a donation ! She was clueless … and didn’t care. This was at the “donation center” in Bull Run in Manassas, VA. If employees aren’t going to take care of donations, because the obviously don’t care, they should be fired ! I had to pay approx. $25.00 for Lyft or Uber rides to/from Goodwill from my apartment in Fairfax, VA. I can’t drive. If I could give Goodwill a negative Star-Rating, I would !!! They are not taking care of the Donators or the people who may want to purchase the items !!!!! Just Terrible !!!!!

B Colbert: Not a well organized store. The employees were also standing around complaining about the job. Things were just thrown on shelves. Purses priced anywhere from $3 - $78. The only thing organized was the furniture. Not going out of our way to go there again.

St Albans Church-Opportunity Shop: what do users think?

m rivera: It's a cute little thrift store with variety of things. I really enjoy going here because of the unique things you can find at a reasonable price. I bought two luluroe dresses for 20 bucks. The people who work there are volunteers and are super helpful and friendly. I recommend this spot to donate gently used clothes and housewares. Also, I recommend this spot for shopping with a budget and in a quest to find one of kind things.

BFoz: I'd stay away. Purchased a pair of shoes here, which fell apart after about two weeks. Sure, they were only $4, but still. Then, I went back the other day to purchase some clothing, but they decide to stay closed until after Labor Day. How convenient. Churches are in a position to lead on spiritual matters, not do things like this. Maybe try Goodwill on South Dakota Avenue.

Karen Allen: Every visit has been a delight. The inventory is consistently unique and high quality. The volunteers are delightful.

Lilliandra Shaffer: It's a little small, basically the size of a thrift store you'd find in a small town, but the stuff that they have was donated by the parishioners of the National Cathedral. If you need cheap work clothes this place is great.

Brenda Morning: Past shopping has been a treasure hunting experience but today there was nothing I could use. Maybe the good donations are down n sadly I was disappointed. I will return again at a later date nut I'm in no hurry based on todays visit

Danny Newell: The choices were atypical. Also, there were very few choices to accessorize umbrellas, there were no gulf shoes. Mondays Window Shopping only.

Suzanne White: PLEASE NOTE: THE SHOP IS CLOSED DUE TO PRECAUTIONS IMPOSED AS A RESULT OF THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING DONATIONS WHILE WE ARE CLOSED. We will post information on reopening when it is available.

Jan Scherer: Queen, wearable items, some high fashion. Staff is very friendly.

Heidi Friedrich: Great place to find an assortment of donated goods. Hit or miss!

Jesica Thavarajah: such a fun shop! a bit hard to get to though!

Habitat For Humanity Restore: what do users think?

Tseng Akera: Decided to stop in on a whim today since I was only a mile or so away for an appointment. Location certainly isn't ideal as it is off the beaten path and tucked in among a storage unit and warehouses with huge 18 wheelers parked on the side of the road. Upon entering the store it's a very open plan with furniture sectioned off among the from half of the store. They certainly had tons of flooring, W/D and cabinets. The back half of the store... well if you have any kind of OCD when it comes to organization or tidiness.. you're gonna have a hard time. Even I was getting twitchy at the sheer chaotic mess that was the tools/lighting/ housewares section of the store. The prices seem to be kind of all over the place. You can find great deals like they had Pfister faucets for $30 when they retail from anywhere from $67 to $399 depending on the set. Though others were certainly on a high side of what I would pay for the item. Staff was incredibly hard to identify as other then a small black name tag on some of them they looked like any other customer in the store. The cashier was friendly, though seemed a little distracted. all in all not a bad habitat but certainly not one of the better ones in Northern VA. Certainly one to go to for construction material.

Regina Mock: I love thrifting at stores like this for odd pieces of glassware or furniture. The store layout is not the best for shopping. Quite disorganized in the back with just general groupings of different types of glasses. It’s a bit like a scavenger hunt, to sift through everything. There are lots of construction materials like tiles, faucets, sinks, piping, power tools, and large cabinets and statement pieces. During the pandemic there was a large amount of good priced office furniture from local businesses closing. The location is kinda far from everything else in the middle of all these industrial buildings.

Tee Cee: Came here back in summer of 2021, and was so pleasantly surprise by the prices and variety of the furniture, tile, and faucets. Came back today to buy again--walked out empty-handed. They are now WAY overpriced. $300 faucets, used water lines for $5 that you can buy new at Home Depot for $6--and the list goes on. Also, I saw something troubling in the store. There was a sign for the volunteers that noted they are not allowed to lounge, that if they need something to do to ask the manager, and that they are only allowed a 15 min break if working at least a 4 hour shift. Wow! The last time we came they were rife with volunteers but this time there were barely any--and I see why! Not coming back.

Andrianne Konstas: Since the Evolution home store opened up next to them their prices have gone up and they're trying to act as if they are consignment store which Restore really isn't. There is so much product laying around and the furniture pieces need a lot of rehab for what they are charging. I'd check out the Restore in Maryland for better deals.

Trinity S.: 2020 review: VERY VERY over priced. See photo for example. I've never seen a store price things so high! Heavily used carpets for $65+.. Ikea furniture for the same price as new or HIGHER.... It goes on. Maybe management will see some of these reviews and correct things but I doubt it. Only have two stars because they DO have a good variety .. but hard to buy anything unless they're running a sale. Edit 2022. Variety has fallen. Prices have risen. Most items you can go get new for less. I guess the store will never change.

Sara Clark: Nobody in DC knows were to go but through alot of research and weeks without furniture I found this place. I highly reccommend you stop by. It is worth the drive.

Indhira Holmes: Great place to buy used furniture and also find cool stuff you didn’t think you needed. Also good prices

Loopy H: Great place to find excellent building materials for your one off project. You can find great doors to replace broken ones in your older home that are no longer manufactured. Very large space and decent prices. Also a good place to find kitchen cabinets to organize your garage, kitchen, or bar.

Justin Alexander: Great place to find a few things for I've new residence and office or how about a play or musical I use this lovely resource for stage props.

Test Test: The big white guy manager is shady and unethical. Ups the price on an unmarked item even though another worker had given me a lower price.

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?

BmoreM4U: I donate to this location often & checkout what's in the store. The staff is always professional & the store always have good items in stock (many with the original tags still on them. Their donated furniture section is the go-to spot before you hit a reg store especially if your trying to help others out. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Charley: not bussin, bare racks like crazy, nothing of note but some decent pants

B Doug: This company sales your donated product for top dollar! I called to donate my like new dresser that has a small scratch on it. They tell me that they cannot take it. Seriously, it's a thrift store for God sake not a new furniture store. The furniture was hardly used. It's bad enough that I don't shop there because it's too expensive but then I try to donate and you want the furniture to be perfect. I really hope this store goes out of business soon!

Judy Scott: This is a wonderful store! Full of lots of treasures and great prices!

Vonn Myers (SOLDIER OF CHRIST): The cleanest most organized Salvation Army I've ever been to!!!!! You got to see it to believe it!

Barbara McLean: $12.99 for a used Target brand blouse? Prices are crazy here.

Sia Fay: This store has always been a step above the normal thrift stores. This store is always well stocked and staffed. The presentations of items is well thought out and attractive. Items are organized by use and color making it very easy to find what you want. The attractive presentations also make you look at things you would otherwise walk pass. The prices are reasonable and the store is spacious making the experience very enjoyable even if you don't find something to buy. Happy thrifting!!!

Estoya Sunyanie: I have never visited this store, this review is solely for their pick up services. On 8/2/18 I scheduled a pick up for 8/20/18 online. 4 bags of clothes and tall dresser and night stand. Indicated that the furniture was on the 2nd floor of my Townhouse. I received a (do not reply) confirmation email with no number to call or additional information. 8/20 happened to be the first day of school and as I was pulling away from my house to drop my daughter off at 7:30am they pull up behind me. No courtesy call to say they were on their way or anything. Told them I would call back and reschedule. Here's why they get 1 star. The rep on the other end was very nice and helpful, but told me that the drivers called him at 9am saying that there was no furniture outside, and that the customer canceled. I clearly indicated in the online form that items would NOT be left outside because #1 I'm expecting and can't lift/move anything and #2 it isn't allowed in my townhouse community. At that point rescheduling wasn't an option because they gave me another far out date, I will just have to pay someone to remove the items and donate the clothes locally in a designated drop off box. The gentleman on the phone did say that I was suppose to call the day before and it's actually better to call and schedule a pick up than doing it online because the system "acts funny". well what's the point of having that as an option then?? They need to do better. Will be posting this same review on other sites as well.

Eduardo Cruz: Great variety of ProductsAnd the Donation Center Is Great..!

Ethel Harrison: Store sales have changed, prices are tooooo, high for used clothing. They have a nice selection of furniture often. Store staff are very curtious most of the time. Wednesday is the best time to shop 50% off 9 until 8 pm. Color sales daily.

Prime Thrift Georgia Avenue: what do users think?

Kim Reyes: Great finds the other day when they had 3 tag colors 50% off! I snagged five jackets, a skirt and one long 100% wool coat barely worn all for $30. There are treasures hidden within the racks!
Response: Thank you for your review!

Karina Baumblit: The people who work at the store are wonderful. Always willing to help and very accommodating. They have a nice verity for a small store and it is vell maintained.
Response: Thank you for your review!

Vanessa L Jackson: Great day for students with 25 percent off on Tuesday and Thursday. Return policy is reasonable 7 days with receipt, and prime thrift members earn points use phone number to join Points adds to dollars off of next purchases. Good selection of coats and MENS wear. Large variety of plus size and plus size petite. My secret to stylish name brand dressing. Had a good shopping experience. Staff friendly prices clearly marked social distancing and mask required.
Response: Thank you for your review!

Donovan Phelps: This store has a lot of good quality items available and at really good prices
Response: Thank you for your review!

Lashonda Steward: There is always something going on in this store but I had to post this complaint. I stood line for at least five minutes. I watched three people walk past the line and went straight to the cashier posted. She looked at me and served the three ladies instead of sending them to the back of the line. The store was packed. I reported the incident to the manager and his response was "so what". I told him it wasn't fair for all of us who waited and followed the rules. His response was " I can't do nothing." He didn't even bother to tell customers that they should wait to be called. I'm know for sure I can donate and purchases stuff from other store. People shouldn't cry foul when they are committing the foul!!!

Blaque Love: Recently visited this lost gem that was super organized and well managed, but unfortunately I became frustrated by the style chosen to hang the clothes. Instead of the clothes organized by size as it used to be, they now just lazily hang them all together. I ended up leaving out pure frustration without purchasing anything. Super disappointed.
Response: Thank you for your review

Summer Brouwer: Found a lot of great items here! The employees are very friendly, both in English and español :)
Response: Thank you for your review!

Danyelle Lamb: This was my first time went there. The store was clean, organized & very affordable.. The associates are nice & definitely coming back😁
Response: Thank you for your review!

Ben Riddlebarger: Too crowded and dirty. Everything smells like burnt sausage.
Response: We are sorry to hear about your experience. Thank you for your feedback

Chef Minh: Used to be a good store. But not any more, it’s a mess. Not things organized, sometimes you found 2 different prices marked on the same Item.
Response: Thank you for your feedback. We have sent this to our team! Thanks.

Community Forklift Nonprofit Reuse Warehouse: what do users think?

James Walsh: This place is so unique. It's a great way to upcycle instead of buying some random new piece of terribly made cheap material. Picked up some solid wood chairs for cheap. They absolutely need to be refinished, but they are solid and needed a new home. If you're okay with using some elbow grease, then this place is awesome. It's also just a responsible use of materials.
Response: Thanks for the great review, James, and thanks for finding a new use for those chairs!

Ramy Sharabi: Absolutely a must go for treasure hunters and if you are looking for home remodeling and furnishing in a budget. It is not an antique store, rather a salvage store that sell second hand and used construction, home improvement, kitchen cabinets, doors and windows, and electric appliances etc for decent prices. Friendly staff and plenty of parking spots.
Response: Thanks a lot for the great review, Ramy! Glad you enjoy the reuse warehouse!

Chanpen Tee: Thr store is well organized. You can find many interesting stuff here. The price is good. Staff is nice.
Response: Thanks for the great review, Chanpen! Glad you enjoy the store!

Nathan Hurst: LOVE this place. We found three of the most dope vintage light fixtures for our funky bungalow. Staff is super nice and helpful, and the selection is truly mind-blowing.
Response: Hello, Nathan! Thanks a lot for the great review! I just saw the photos that you posted, and the vintage pendant looks awesome over your dining table. And I love your chairs! Thanks for the support!

Valeria Contreras: All DYIers, artists, small contractors, and thrifts! Come forth, come forth! All of us know the pain and struggle of finding what we need at the right price when our pockets are empty of coin. We know the sorrow of dreaming of a project but knowing the expense is too high. Fret no more, friends! Community Forklit Nonprofit is the paradise for all of us who love to create from old; for all of us whose creativity is bound to a smaller budget. Doors, shelves, tools, lamps, lights, knobs, tables, sinks, table legs, rugs, and more in tdifferent conditions and styles for all of use to buy. The best part, at a fraction of its original price. Not only is this place filled with amazing items to be discovered, it is also filled with the friendliest of people who are willing to help you find the treasure you need. But don't forget to give back! Don't throw away that tool you no longer need, or the paint that isn't the color your thought, maybe an old shelf doesn't fill you with joy anymore. Bring them all to Community Forklift as a donation and help your fellows.
Response: Thank you so much for the amazing review and photos! We appreciate the support!

Jennifer Ibrahim: What an amazing community resource that i bet most people aren’t even aware is here. This is the goodwill of home renovation. They will pickup things you don’t need anymore (they recently came to my home in dc to pick up an old toilet and vanity for donation). They have such gorgeous stuff and lots of awesome antiques and all at great prices. Love the idea of shopping here since it’s environmentally friendly to recycle and reuse instead of buy new!
Response: Thank you for the kind words - and for spreading the word about our free donation pickup service :)

chelseas21: This place is so cool. It has fireplace mantels, doors, salvaged wood, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, door hardware, windows, and Furniture of course. And more! There is a lot to choose from and walking through this place is like walking through any other thrift store. You never know what you're going to find.
Response: Thank you so much, we're glad you had fun here!!!

Melani Harden: I was walking the wrong way as I am out of state and wanted to visit this place. A man in there was very rude to me and started just saying no. So I asked for help and he said “im on break” and walked away. I understand people need to eat but dang there are better ways to speak to people and offer them help. Walked out immediately due to that experience.
Response: Hi Melani, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience at the warehouse. That's not a great way to be treated and it's very atypical of our team to be rude. Would you mind contacting us at info@CommunityForklift.org? Would like to hear more and figure out how we can help. Thank you!

Clarice Snyder: Interesting! I didn't find what I was looking for but would come back for items if I needed them.
Response: Thanks for the review (and all the excellent photos!), Clarice!

blue HGK: It's a wonderful place for individuals who don't have money to buy furniture it is a all so non-profit company and sales Furniture also
Response: Thanks for the 5 stars! We appreciate the review!

Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store: what do users think?

Ruth T: I don't think they deserve even one star. they priced over priced items. means if one color is going to be on sale they will change it to a different color, so no one can get the good item with the sale price very very greedy.

SoCalKel: Never a disappointment, ever! I believe this is my favorite location. There is one more that I like a great deal as well but it's not as close. I love coming here and always find a ton of things of great quality. Example, yesterday I found a brand new with tags Rebecca Minkoff purse. It was a $295 purse marked at $49.99 and coincidentally it was half off. I scored and I'm super excited! Prices in Virginia are much better than Seattle and consistent. I have purchased so many things from this location and it's always fun and exciting to see what treasure I will find. And I also picked up some furniture that was really reasonable.

Josue Canas Benavides: Worst experience ever , my grandmother passed away and when I decided to donate her clothes Coats ect. I was greeted by a gentleman who had a attitude from the start all to say he was threatening to fight me if he was not “ on the clock” Worst custom service ever these guys should not be allowed to be employed by the company but reading these reviews seems like I’m not the only one with a bad experience DONATE TO YOUR LOCAL CHURCH !!!!!! AND TO MAKE IT WORSE I CALL TO SOEAK TO THE MANAGER AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Please contact me to explain in further detail on how these employees are a embarrassment to your establishment. Josue

Gena Komrada: Lands End shorts and top. Awesome deal.

Matt Burz: Large selection inside with good prices! Donation process was relatively straightforward and streamlined

ansu kumari: Pretty nice place for shoppingI got what i need. Since 3 days 3 location they don't have heater but i got brand new.

Juliana: This store has such great options! Vintage finds, designer finds, and kitchen items are great! My only issue is they always have a million people outside in the donation area and only like two people at the register, so you end up standing in line for 15-20 mins. But aside from that I love the store and their selection.

Pedro Cabezablanco: To give credit where credit is due, this location of Goodwill has gone to great lengths and innovative concepts in developing new forms of being rude to people who wish to donate. Heavy box? Not our problem. Disabled driver who needs some aid donating? Be comfortable blocking a line of other donators as they figure out that you need help after shuffling large pallets around and try to ignore you as long as possible. A couple of color laser printers along with spare toner and peripherals? dropped into cartons as if the sound they made crashing against the bottom was the voice of angels. Such a shame. I like to thing the donations will do some good, and I realize they famously do not pay well, but oh how I dread coming here.

Charles Miller: This location should not be a donation site or at least allow for walk up in another area of the lot, even to exit the building you have to wait in line like you're donating because there's no traffic glow. We regularly donate at goodwill but will plan to go to another location moving forward.

Maritza Cooper: If you like to shop thrift stores, then you should try this location. I went in to just browse and maybe find a book or 2. I left $100 POORER! I found 10 books, 3 shirts, a Michael Kors Purse, a Fossil Purse and a fabulous pair of Ralph Lauren boots! Plus a bunch of other useful things! I happily shopped for 2 hours! The service there is excellent. From the guys stocking the shelves to a fabulous cashier. It was wonderful. I am thrilled with my purchases. ESPECIALLY the BOOTS! I try to pop in frequently as the stock is constantly changing. You never know just what kind of treasures you may find! Shop Happy!

AFOSC Thrift Shop: what do users think?

Steven T: Friendliest staff, great value especially for those military shoppers seeking a few uniform items. The store carries a large and diverse inventory.

B_Graham Simpson: Great deals. New merchandise added often. Different sale every day. Lots of variety. Not overwhelming.

Brian Schmidt: I love this place. Stuff is cheap and staff are nice. Plus, all the electronics I've bought here (toaster, blender, bread machine) have worked without a hitch, saving me I don't know how much money. You might have to look and they don't have everything you look for, but when they do it's great!

Jennifer Saner: I absolutely love coming here!! The staff is super nice and lasts really helpful!! Plus I have found so many great treasures here!! Absolutely the BEST thrift shop EVER!!!

Jenna: I love this thrift store. The employees and volunteers are so incredibly friendly. And the pricing of the items are so reasonable. I always find great quality stuff for me and my family here! Check it out!

Brentt Moore: The hours could be much better than what they are, but prices are really good and they frequently have specials on various selections of items. I do wish that the facility was larger and that it offered a larger selection of outdoor equipment, indoor furniture, and electronics. Its main focus is civilian and military clothing.

The Caramel Effect: The customer service is what I like so far the most!!

Brian Christopher: This is one of my favorite places to thrift. I scored a golf bag and clubs for $15! AMAZE! Tee time 230 tomorrow. I'm playing hooky from quarantine!

Diedre Point: 1st time back, since 3/5/20. Found 75% of the items that I wanted.

Carol Pollio: Shop at the Thrift Shop every time I'm in town. Have found some great items here. Thank you to AFOSC for making this such a great store!

Mike's Thrift Store: what do users think?

tavea brooklyn: This shop is a treasure everything $2! It used to be all $1 but went up during covid. I find great items here has a great variety.

Virginia Inzeo: Mike the owner was very friendly, his prices were great and he is accommodating with his prices. It's a little small on space, and there is street meter parking. The store is on a side street so not many people know its there. If you enjoy a treasure hunt and have patience and love cheap prices its worth a visit.

Brialeigha G: I went to Mike's Thrift Store hunting pieces for a photoshoot. I found a new gem. The store is so lowkey and that's what I like. I could actually shop in peace. Aside from the clothing, Mike's had a good selection of furniture and jewelry. I'll definitely visit again! Thanks again

Bella Keke: Awesome StoreYou can’t beat the prices. Mike is the best. Very helpful. If you don’t believe me, go check it out.

Doug Buckley: As of right now I went to visit the store which was suppose to be open and was told the store was closed and opened at 933am? ... Update: shop owner apologized for the delay later on into my shopping experience and made things right. So I am fixing my review.

David Bleecker: Awesome little thrift store in a cool area. Owner operated with a good vibe and unbeatable prices. Will definitely be returning.

king guided eagle: Love the store. It is in a convenient location, great prices and Mike is nice and will work with you. I recommend you go there

Colin Bill: Mike has some great thrift stuff in his thrift store and the prices are very affordable and fair. Hidden gem :)

Kelsie Heckman: What an awesome store!! You certainly can't beat the prices and they have a nice selection too!

J. Epps: One of the most kindest guys you would ever want to meet and a very up to date inventory, with pricing that will make you continue to come back !

Frugalista: what do users think?

Jazsmine Armstrong: The store is very nicely organized and the staff acknowledged me when I walked in. The prices are a bit on the higher side for a thrift store, but this is DC after all! The clothing and shoes were typical clothing you'd find at a chain store and in relatively good condition. If you need something affordable for work or an interview this would definitely be a place to check out. But if you're looking for something unique or cool to add to your closet, I'd try elsewhere.

Blessing Okafor: Amazingly cute items for a pretty reasonable price!!! I bought 11 items for about $75, and that included sweaters (many are currently discounted for $4.99 + tax each) and a cute pair of Marc Fisher sandals. Highly recommend to check out!!

Leslie Williston: Good place for some good finds! Pretty cheap clothes. In a basement so it kind of looks fake but i promise it’s real. employees were really friendly.

Kenna K: I've probably spent hundreds of dollars here. And with that money, I've bought a completely new wardrobe for work, nights out, special occasions, loungewear, daytime, etc. I've taken all my friends here on multiple occasions. The deals are unbelievable and the quality and variety are amazing. I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I had the opportunity. Highly highly recommend!
Response: 🙌

P B: I love Frugalista - satisfies my “shoppy” urge and I can’t even calculate the money I’ve saved. Very little is beyond $20. Not that it’s so important lately, but I’ve gotten a lot of really good quality work clothing especially there! Also found a lot of great Boden clothing, which makes me happy. Plus every single pair of shorts I own, from nicer ones to super casual (all $7)! And the people who work there are also really nice.
Response: 🙌🏽

robert witherspoon: Love this place, if you take your time and look carefully you can find some real treasures at decent prices, they haven't jacked up everything like a lot of vintage / thrift stores have these days in the area

Crystal Banks: Cool name but Based on that name I thought I would be getting variety and a deal. Nope. I paid $10 for 3 T-shirts. My favorite thrift store shirts are $1- $3. One shirt here is $4.99 + tax 😒 Everything was just drab. There were some prom dresses and lots of mens clothes and dress shoes. Ultimately, this is a pricey thrift store the size of a DC (city) basement. With matching DC parking for a business😥 I feel like I got duped but I was the one who wanted to "check it out". The staff speaks mostly Spanish but did greet me kindly when I came in. There are fitting rooms and a seamstress. Oddly, for a second hand store, they were accepting unwanted pantry foods but... It was all sitting in a box right outside the store🤔🙄🙃

Tristana Fiscella: Fun spacious second hand store that you can get lost in for an hour or two listening to the radio. Bring a tape measure and hone in on measurements, cut and color instead of Brand hype and Size label madness. NOT a thrift store and the prices reflect that. They pay rent, employees and keep on keeping on after many years in the neighborhood. Besides, you may come across practical, well-made clothing at a reasonable price or at the very least walk out smug & virtuous, w. your Green Fashion ideals fulfilled for the day.
Response: 🙌🏽

Will Stephens: Frugalista is my favorite clothing shop in all of DC! It's a very warm and friendly place. The prices are good, and they curate the second-hand items very well. I don't think I've bought clothes anywhere else for several years now. I've gotten men's pants, jeans, workout clothes, sweaters, dress shirts, shoes, winter coats, spring/rain jackets, belts, and casual clothes there since first discovering it about 4-5 years ago. You can go there to find things you need, or just browse and definitely find something you like. The joke in our family is that we go in looking for something in particular for my wife, but then I'm the one that walks out with 5 things. The same folks have been running the shop for years. They recently moved a couple doors south on Mt. Pleasant Ave, but they are still in the first floor of the same big building. And they are open during Covid, with safety precautions. Please go check them out!

Keri Panatier: Fun small thrift store! Many great finds - coats, shoes, accessories

Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store - Clinton: what do users think?

Helen B: Prices are definitely higher than your average thrift shore. $19 for a used pair of shoes is a little outrageous, and the flat rate pricing for clothing is also really high. All sweaters and long sleeve tops are $6.99, etc. Remember, Goodwill is NOT a non-profit. That said, this store has a good selection and is organized nicely and has some good brands and many NWT items. Great for resellers like myself!

Shawntee G.: I didn't like the way the manager on duty came to me after I was already in the fitting room. Someone else let me in the fitting room and the manager on the morning shift on 3/25 (young girl looked like she was in her mid 20s) came over to tell me 5 items or less. By that time I was almost finished trying on some of the items I wanted. Then she tells me where to hang the items I didn't want as if she didn't already see me putting items right there as she walked over towards me. I asked for a discount on a mirror that came apart on the back. I wasn't expecting much of a discount but to not get one at all for an item that's supposed to come in one piece is what made me leave it right at the counter. The manager told me to just glue it together and that discounts aren't given. I could've glued it on myself but, that's something that should've been done before the item was placed on the shelf. Used items or not, the product should come in one piece. The manager also took my clothes off the hanger and handed it to me. She didn't bother folding any of it. Aside from that the store is pretty decent. Manager on duty and her personality is unprofessional.
Response: Good Morning Shawntee G. Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We apologize for your experience shopping at our Clinton store, and clearly find the scenario you described, unacceptable. We will share your review with our retail leadership team and speak to the store manager in an effort to improve. We expect all shoppers and donors to receive excellent customer service and will use this incident as a learning opportunity. We hope you will continue to shop at Goodwill. Every purchase helps fund free job training, education, and employment services for people faced with barriers to employment.

Jennifer Jefferson: This Goodwill always has a great selection of clothing, shoes, and furniture. Prices are descent and if you purchase an item with the "color for the day" it's even better. Would recommend you stop by for a visit. The cashiers are friendly and courteous too. Great location and convenient hours of operation.

JE Namaste: The price are extremely high, you might as well buy it new. I will not be visiting this store, sick of some people think they are the mask police, I walked in to few other stores before coming to this location and no body care if you have or don’t wear mask. If you have not learned anything for the last past two years with these mandated you needs to WAKE UP and smell the roses. It DOESNT work, and it’s a illegal mandate not a law. Glad it was not worthy of my time visiting this store.

m4ryk473 !: Their selection of clothes and shoes is amazing, everything else is kinda meh but still a nice good will. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING IS COLOR ORGANIZED! And it’s done well, it’s so satisfying to see everything color coded. Shoppers and staff are also pleasant. You can tell that they have a lot going on is all. I love thrifting and this place is a easy way to spend $100.

Deborah J. Johnson: One staff was particularly helpful in getting a price for an item we wanted. After waiting in line for checkout, we moved to the cashier after the previous customer left. She said unpleasantly" I'm not ready". We went to another line and observed the nasty cashier. She just stood there adjusting her clothing and looking around! Otherwise, we are happy with our purchases and was able to drop off clothing to their donation center.

PHIL W: Regrettably, this store will not pick up donations offered by donors. Furniture, clothing, and household items were offered and they declined...and not even politely. Perhaps funds should be collected to purchase a truck for pickups and the necessary staff. This would build goodwill in the community.

Angela Newman: The Clinton location is great. I shop here daily. The prices are sometimes a little inflated. I want to acknowledge a few store employees Jeremiah H., Christyan H. And Xavier. They are fantastic and make shopping here a joy!!! Please let me not forgot a young man that works in the back. He’s always so pleasant with a yes ma’am. Have a blessed day ma’am when I donate. ( sorry I wish I knew his name). Keep up the good work guys. 😊. 🎉🎉 Thanks Angela

A c: It was clean and pretty organized. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper and there was wetness on the floor. They have a handicap fitting room which is really good. I just wish that they extended their sizes more so instead of just small medium large extra-large, they went up period 2x 3x 4X 5x should not all be together mixed in. Have a plus size section or something

Virgil Bauer: Enforcing outdated mask policies.I will not shop or donate to any goodwill stores ever again.

Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store: what do users think?

Justin “Nytalite” H: I came here on a Sunday afternoon in March 2022. While the staff were friendly and the electronics prices were surprisingly good, the store itself was tired and depressing. There were also so many people inside the small store that it felt claustrophobic. This Goodwill should definitely be moved or renovated.

Adrienne Rigby: They have come a long way since opening. Items are more organized, color coordinated, more designer options, and prices are not as expensive. Some items are overpriced, so choose wisely. There is handicapped access and free parking. The donation center is in the back.

janet marable: Applied for a Job here, received a Phone interview with a woman name Kim, Never received my email with my start date or address of Job, I Texted this woman Kim without any response, that was a very Unprofessional way to Try and Hire a candidate.

Wendy Baynard: I like the way the clothing items are tagged by size, it makes it easier to find what size your looking for. However, the cashier forgot to put one of the items that I purchased in my bag.

zE aChE: I've been to several thrift stores, but this goodwill has the most fair prices in the area, you have to go with enough time since not everything it's in great condition, but if you look carefully and be patient you can find some diamonds in the rough, they've been following the safety protocols since the reopening and have sanitizer at the door, the staff does a great job.

Rick Roll: It's a Goodwill...so sometimes it's a hit and sometimes it's a dud. They keep operations there moving quickly and everything is pretty well organized.

Naki Rowe: Estefany was so helpful and patient with us while we were at the Location off of Telegraph road🙏

Noor Ayoob: Great store goodwill . It's organized staff are friendly .

LaKeethia Hammond: My experience was Wonderful. The Staff is Very Pleasant and I found some great pieces to add to my wardrobe. Fitting rooms aren't open yet but I wore biking shorts and a Tootoo so I was able to try on my clothes by a mirror.

T The best: Shopping here is great outside of the managers. They always have an attitude and kick you out the store in such a rude way… I thought it would be cool to work here… no. Working here and the managers are just as awful. The staff environment is terrible. Rude disgusting people especially the two GM’s. Overall just needs better management and kinder folks
