Ted's Bulletin: what do users think?

Michelle Wiciak: The food was excellent, although the corned beef hash was extremely salty. I loved the smoked salmon rangoons, and thought it was the highlight of the meal. The biscuits and gravy were also stellar too, and that dish was HUGE. I enjoyed the banana cream pie, but thought the crust was too thick. The only downside was that the place was a bit too loud music-wise and our server seemed disinterested in serving us

Alex teufel: This was the most pleasant restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I am from out of town.First off, they asked if there was any food allergies before taking orders and bringing food, and as a person with a food allergy this was super cool, and something more restaurants should do! Tiffany was a phenomenal waitress, best server I’ve ever had. Polite, and thoughtful staff, short wait, GREAT food. 10/10 recommend!!

Deana Bushell: The Strawberry lemonade was delish...the fried pickles were the perfect starter for our meal. Also had the Chicken Parmesan with a side of Brussel Sprouts with blue cheese and bacon. More than I could eat and very tasty. Great local place with a wonderful atmosphere.

Sarah: Delicious entree meals and really the main sell. 5 star for food, 3 star waitress. Will definitely be back for the entree meals because the cooks know what they are doing! I was very excited for the pop tarts but filling is only within the very center of them and it would have been ten times better taste-wise if it was served warm. Service was extremely slow and our waitress did not refill our water glasses and we had to wait an extremely long time to get our bill to leave. Food (excluding dessert) and environment great, but service may need some improvement especially since it was not very busy and we still waited a long time for waitress to come back to the table to ask about dessert and then again to get the bill (1.5 hours for two people to eat).

Charlotte Meindersma (Charlotte's Law): We had a Ted’s tart, which was really good. The dough is soft shortbread cookie like. Fresh iced tea was good. And we tried the loaded tots. Outside seating is really nice. Not all servers are as friendly as we’d hoped for, the girl who helped us most was very helpful and friendly.

Amreen Shafiuddin: seemed like a small cafe from outside but they have a indoor seating place for brunch !!! looked like a upscale place.. people were posh there !!! the room had ample sunlight and it was all lit.. the tables were big enough for 6 people to sit comfortably. Our server was sweet and friendly.. people even clicked our photos without us asking for help !!! the food was amazing.. i would give it 15/10… we ordered 5 different dishes.. none disappointed… The big mark breakfast was super filling.. avocado toast was presented well and quite filling as to was on the lighter fair.. the stand out dishes were the Country fried chicken and Grilled salmon !!! omg amazing flavours !!! soooo yummm !! definitely coming back here for eating this again !!!

Cory Schwab: Delicious breakfast! And the homemade pop tart was a nice surprise. Coffee could have been a little stronger but still tasted good!

Firefly: what do users think?

Sadhana G: Went to this beautiful place for brunch on a Sunday. The food was a whole new level of excitement! Presentation and quality of the food and the good ambience set the right tone for the weekend. But the only setback was the price. We had an Egg frittata, chicken and waffles and Egg Benedict-crab ( the chef special) and it cost us 70$. A great place to grab finger food in a cute setting !

Garner Marshall: Excellent breakfast spot. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Parking is pretty scarce around the area. Staff is excellent. Good is delicious. Music is diverse. Location is convenient. This is going to be one of my new favorite breakfast spots.

Mariia Sarlayan: Wonderful food, amazing service, beautiful interior, pleasant vibe. A bit pricey for brunch but worth it. I wish more tables outside had umbrellas for shades but even then the experience was memorable.
Response: Mariia, We are definitely wowwed by your amazing review and grateful for your comments. I hope we'll see you again soon, for another memorable experience! Please be safe and well until then. Sincerely, Anastasiia Firefly General Manager

Linden Yee: Solid brunch, overall recommend. The eggs on the benedict were pretty undercooked but the flavors were good, and the chicken and waffles were really well seasoned. Service was pretty slow, and the staff seemed to be up against a lot. While the waiter was great, they appeared to be the only one working the entire restaurant.

Khadija Khan: The restaurant has changed a lot since the last time I was here! Really friendly staff and nice ambiance! My favorite was the peanut butter and jelly French toast with the jalapeño honey! It’s an Interesting combo but I really liked it. Our server recommended a really yummy mocktail! The food was a little pricey so I’m not sure if I’ll be visiting again any time soon, but the dishes were innovative and delicious.
Response: Khadija, Thank you for the great review and the photos you shared from your recent visit at Firefly. Love to hear the our food and service left a great impression. I do hope you'll come abck again soon. Warmest Regards, Anastasiia, General Manager, Firefly

idcwhatcoloritis: This had to be an off night cause the place was interesting. The old arcade games were cool and our waitress did her best with a terrible situation. Two of our three meals were barely warm at best and cold at worst. The other was basically frozen salmon from a grocery store on what looked like Couscous but was actually rice some how. They nuked our food in the microwave and brought it back out. The vegan burger both smelled and tasted like fish. Completely inedible. All in all, the food was terrible all around. The only plus to this experience was the owner who took both meals off our bill and bought us a round of shots to make up for it after there POS system went down. We saw at least 10 plates go back to the kitchen while we were there. I don’t think this is normal cause most of the people there seemed like regulars and were super confused by there food. I think it was an off night but I don’t think any of my group will be returning.
Response: Greetings, Thank you for your feedback I just would like to double check, is this review for Firefly Restaurant located at 1310 New Hampshire Ave NW Washington DC. We don’t have old arcade games at our restaurant. Thank you Anastasiia Hehelska Restaurant GM

Lisa Mayberry: Cute little place for brunch out of the way in a hotel down New Hampshire Street. Outside patio seating is nice for a cool day with the umbrella up.
Response: Lisa, Thank you for your recent visit to Firefly and the excellent review. We could not agree more, the Terrace is a great place to relax, people watch and enjoy one (or two) of our amazing cocktails. Please come back soon! Sincerely, Anastasiia Firefly General Manager

Pinstripes: what do users think?

Raja Haider Hussain: Went for dinner with family this evening. This location is perfect for a weekend drinks, lunch and dinner. One of the best spots near Georgetown waterfront. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and both options offer a lively ambiance. The staff is very attentive , efficient and courteous. They have carefully selected menu and the food we ordered was served fresh and the quality was above par. Their Calamari, Wings, Pizza, Ceasar Salad, Lasagna and chicken sandwiches were really good. However the grilled chicken with Caesar salad was very dry and not that great. We were also offered dessert on the house ( Brownie and ice cream) which was delicious. Over all a nice hangout spot and highly recommended for a casual friendly outing with good food and surroundings.

Mark Orebiyi: My project team had out quarterly engagement activity at Pinstripes recently. We had a slot from 4-6pm. They give you a 15min grace period which is nice. We started bowling and 30 minutes in our lane started acting up. The lane mechanic came to fix it while me and my team ordered food. The food is fantastic. From the wings to the pizza we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, our lane was never fixed. After an hour from when it stopped working we were offer to go play Bocce Ball for 30min prior to use leaving. The Manager (Leo) was very accommodating and cover our bowling cost as we well as you bocce ball game. Although they had issues the food was amazing and they took good care of us.

Fredrik Otter: Generous portions and innovative kitchen. Happy Hour prices are fantastic and the location fabulous. Slow service, but when the weather is nice that is only a plus!

Stephen Balza: Just enjoyed a nice meal outside along the C&O Canal on a stunning July evening. Our server was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The food portions (Baked Lasagna and Chicken Sandwich) were on the small side, but tasty and moderately priced. It’s a unique place in a great location (Wisconsin Ave a couple blocks from M St and a couple blocks from the Waterfront). We didn’t try the bocce or bowling but it was full of folks who were enjoying it.
Response: Dear Stephen, Thank you for the five star review. We are thrilled you enjoyed our delicious selection of dishes on our patio. We are glad you enjoyed our Lasagna and Chicken Sandwich. We are glad you enjoyed your experience and hope to see you again soon for bowling and bocce.

Judy Gordon: I couldn’t be more impressed with this experience in DC. From the minute I walked in with my 2 young grandsons until we left I found the staff to be professional and caring. They certainly care about cleanliness and sanitizing which I appreciated. The food was just delicious- we shared a pizza and scrumptious warm brownie with ice cream for dessert. Do not miss it. The boys loved having the bumper rails automatically pop up when they took their turn. They also loved being able to create various scoring games using animated characters. It was so kid friendly. I felt that the each employee went out of his/ her way to make our experience a terrific one. There’s no other reason to go to any other bowling facility to have a good time.

Bri M: It was my first time bowling at Pinstripes. We had a great time. I will definitely return. The food was awesome and the staff very friendly and attentive. Found that the music was a little loud at times but overall it was a great experience. Parking is underneath and accessible off of Wisconsin Avenue which is very convenient if you are not one to look for street parking. Highly recommend if getting together with family and friends interested in experiencing an upscale bowling activity.
Response: Dear Bri, Thank you for your wonderful review! We are so glad you enjoyed the food, service and bowling! We hope to see you again soon!

Thomas Weber (halifax9): Very good bloody Marys. Not overly done. Just right. The lobster and egg bruschetta is delicious. Although I would say the bread is unnecessary. Service started slow but got better. A very nice place. Oh by the way, they have bowling and bocce too!
Response: Dear Thomas, Thank you for the feedback. We are glad you had an amazing experience and enjoyed our Lobster & Egg Bruschetta and Bloody Mary. We hope to see you again soon for bowling and bocce.

Founding Farmers DC: what do users think?

Tyler Davis: Quality food and drinks! Stopped by while out and about visiting DC with the family. Short walk from several metro stations. Reserved a table during lunchtime the morning we went and was seated minutes after we showed up. Staff was attentive and my drink was never empty. Reasonable prices for the quality food you get considering the location and love the bar menu. Was recommended this place by several people and it was quickly apparent why. Will definitely visit again next time we are in DC!
Response: Awesome! Thank you so much! -Jessica

Konstantinos Rizakos: We were seated promptly at our reservation time. The hosts and servers were polite and effective, albeit the food and drinks took a while to come out. Everything was very very tasty. The meat in particular. Try the prime rib, and the pork chops - but you may want to ask that they cook less than you usually like because ours were slightly over cooked.
Response: Thank you so much for the glowing review! Please come back soon! -Jessica

Kimberly Giang: Omg so yummy. Visited DC for the first time and found this restaurant for breakfast. It definitely did not disappoint! It was so yummy we came back the next morning. We reserved a table online and good thing we did because it gets crowded fast. Our table was ready when we arrived and all of the staff was very friendly. Food came out fast. The French toast was so unique and tasted amazing. I loved the Eggs Benedict and how crispy the hash browns were! Definitely would come back!
Response: Thank you so much for the glowing review!! So glad you enjoyed your first dining experience with us! We look forward to seeing you again soon! -Jessica

WooDo Jedi: Good service! Our server was outstanding. (Front hostess and host didn’t make us feel welcome though - we felt like cattle coming through the door). Our orders came our timely and had that flavor profile that spoke of home. We would definitely return here!
Response: Though the welcome was not warm, we are thrilled you enjoyed the meal and service! We look forward to your next visit and giving you a great experience from start to finish! -Tiffany

Frankie Painter: This is our 3rd time here and WOW, everything we’ve ever ordered has been amazing! We always start with the honey cornbread and this time I got Scallops Meunière with butternut squash risotto and my husband got catfish with grits and green beans. My scallops were cooked to perfection - they cut like butter. The atmosphere here is warm and cozy but lively, although there were way less people this time because of social distancing restrictions. Our waiter was super! We had to show an ID and proof of vaccination. Highly, highly recommend!!
Response: Thank you so much for the amazing review, Frankie! We are so thrilled to read that you and your husband enjoyed your visit with us! We aim to give you a great experience on your 4th visit also! Thank you so much for dining with us! -Najjah :)

Ying Liang: Friend took me here for dinner when I visited DC. We went on a late weekday evening. Definitely call for reservations ahead of time because it was incredibly crowded. I’m not sure how long we would’ve had to wait if we didn’t plan for that. Our waitress was very nice, food took a while, probably because it was so busy! So plan some time to catch up and relax. It was sort of dark and loud but the restaurant still had nice ambiance. I got the chicken and waffles… and oh my goodness, it was the best fried chicken and the best waffles I’ve ever had. So freaking good. The green beans were crunchy/fresh and the mac and cheese was decent. Not sure what sauce it came with but I was enjoying it! I would probably try to get here for early brunch next time instead. Definitely recommend you stop by if you get the chance.
Response: Thank you so much for the glowing review. Please come back soon! -Jessica

Goose Prevot: Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking over towards the Lincoln Memorial. The atmosphere was awesome. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that the craft cocktail spirits were distilled by the restaurant. We were able to purchase a bottle to take home as well. The food was very tasty. It is a definite try if you are around the area.
Response: Awesome! I'm so glad you enjoyed everything. Please come back soon!- Amber

Logan Tavern: what do users think?

Nomad USA: Super chill neighborhood tavern. The host there is generally pretentious and cold. I’ve had this issue getting seated at the LT in the past. Their hosts is is far from friendly as is imaginable. Even with the place completely empty, getting a booth probably requires a some type of cash payoff. The servers are super chill and helpful. Menu is great. Wide variety of appetizers and entrees. I had the BBQ Korean wings and the LT burger with truffle fries. The LT burger was just a buck more, truffle fries 2 bucks more, all super tasty and perfect medium rare. They have little alcove by the bar, great for people watching, and the requisite long bar for a casual lunch or dinner. Bathroom. 6/10 for cleanliness.

Matthew Cook: Very good food. Plenty of menu variety so everyone should be able to find something. Including some decent vegetarian dishes. Good cocktail and beer selection. Extremely friendly staff and very efficient.

Jay Vizcarra: LGBTQ+ friendly with great eats! I had one of the famous cheeseburgers on the menu which was super tasty. Usually hopping with great people eating there. Centrally located with a pleasant neighborhood walk surrounded by other places to eat in the area.

Darnice Ward: Logan Tavern was a great choice for an after graduation celebration. None of us had ever been to Logan Tavern as we are from out of state. In our party of 14 only 2 of our party members were from the area, and they had never been either. The did not have a table on Open Table to seat all of us so I reserved several tables and hoped they could seat us near one another. I called and talked to someone who said they would and they OVER delivered and seated us together!!! Our food was delicious and each person was happy with their selection. Although the menu is not extensive it has something for everyone. We had everything from wings, burgers, dip, salad and seafood pasta. Drinks were tasty and the alcohol in them was of average amount. Our waiter. He got every order correct and was consistent with checking on us. He brought found out in a timely fashion and waited for me because I was sitting between both tables. He seemed to have another big party as well. However, the only thing is that he seemed slightly annoyed NOT rude just bothered. We would definitely return again if back in the area. Right now it is tough to service the public so I understand our waiter may have been overwhelmed, please be kind to our service workers.

John G: Logan Tavern, an old favorite over the years, haven’t frequented there as much as I used to. However, I’ve stopped in recently for the greatest drinks made by bartender John. Logan has a great fried chicken classic, with wonderful homemade mashed potatoes and generally Swiss chard… I prefer the asparagus, though, so make sure you ask if you want something different. Chipotle chicken sandwich is wonderful as well, and more recently, I have fallen in love with the pulled pork barbecue sandwich, minus the bun… and a couple extra pickle slices! Bartender John is fantastic at getting your order right, your food tasty, even while I subtract a few calories with a few changes! Thanks John for keeping Logan, local, lovely, and (de)licious!

Patty Cannon: Excellent food & service! The chef came out to meet us and to be certain we were happy! Such a wonderful adventure for us! A large group of 10 and there were several couples enjoying dinner around us...as well as bar seating. Excellent choice for dinner!

Michele R McConnell: We had a great experience. I have a food sensitivity / allergies and they were very accommodating. Aubry was a fabulous server and kept up with our drinks and food. The chef came out and discussed food options for myself and delivered!

Old Ebbitt Grill: what do users think?

Natalia Mednikov: There are straightforward American-style food. This restaurant is best known for its huge old-school oyster bar—think lots of dark wood, brass fixtures, and big mirrors. That oysters was fantastic and fresh. We’ve enjoyed also cheese sampler, fried calamari and baked oysters. Everything they do is absolutely delicious. The service was very fast and friendly. We were happy to choose this great restaurant to end our busy day in Washington, D.C.

Aditya Karandikar: Had an awesome time here as a late night/ early next day stop. The food was quite nice and fairly refined, especially at such a late hour! The atmosphere was popping as well which made it more enjoyable. Service was very friendly and they had great oysters. Fresh complimentary bread never hurts either…

Sam M: This place is one of the more famous restaurants in DC. I visited this spot during brunch and it was packed. I would definitely recommend making a reservation for both weekend dinner and brunch services. I started with New England clam chowder and some salad dish. For entrees, I got eggs benedict and catfish. All the dishes I ordered were pretty good. But, I definitely enjoyed their desserts more even though I was pretty full before it. Their key lime pie and salted caramel bread pudding were both amazing! Staffs were very accommodating and attentive during the whole service. I’m planning to visit this restaurant and will get some oysters and burgers next time. I heard they are pretty good. I definitely recommend this place to celebrate any special occasions.

Suzi Figueroa: Wow, wow and wow! A friend recommended this establishment to me when I asked for dining recommendations for my upcoming DC trip. I am so glad I listened. The warm and inviting ambiance matched the service. And the food? Oh my goodness. Delicious. My SO ordered meatloaf. Who knew meatloaf could take on a such an extraordinary presentation.
Response: Suzi, Thank you for visiting Old Ebbitt Grill and leaving a great review! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience and we hope to have you back again the next time you're in town.

Elaine Viegas: AMAZING! There is no other word to describe it. Since we arrived until we paid the service was perfect. I couldn’t be more happy for their food, service and kindness on my birthdays lunch. We didn’t mention that it was my birthday but they saw on my profile and as soon as I arrived they asked to confirm and no only brought my desert with a candle and a cute chocolate happy birthday place on the top. Our server was amazing, she arrived singing happy birthday, was very classy and really surprised me. Thank you for the excellence in your service. BTW the food it’s top quality, my oysters and shrimps were fresh abs really tasteful.

Jelena M: Great food, great price, great service! The waiter we had was so nice, knowledgeable, and friendly! The calamari was very good, but watch out for the spicy peppers in it . My salad was yummy! I usually never order salads, but I am glad I did as the dressing was citrusy and refreshing! They also give warm bread and butter while you wait 😍
Response: Jelena, Thank you for stopping by Old Ebbitt Grill and leaving a great review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience and look forward to having you back again soon!

Busboys and Poets: what do users think?

Tina Marbury: My group is visiting from Ohio for a conference. The restaurant is pleasingly eclectic in its decor. The atmosphere was quaint. The server was pleasant and smile with authenticity as she assisted the three of us. The food was served hot and was pleasing plated. The taste of the good was amazing. The seasoning of the catfish, greens and cheddar and jalapeño grits was perfect. I could eat here every day.

Beverlyn Salva: Boyfriend and I were looking for breakfast to eat and we choose to go here. Very unique atmosphere. Love how they incorporated the bookstore & dinning together. Although the service we got was not what we expected. We order our drinks then later ordered our entrées. We get our food and both of our food was lukewarm and my fries was COLD (didn’t eat it). In addition, our server never checked on how we are doing and gave us what we requested which was just sugar for our coffee. Manager was walking around doing table touches and we never got touched. Our server then asked “how was everything” after we put our plate aside and decided enough is enough. Maybe if we come back it’ll be different but being our FIRST time eating there, we won’t come back. So if you’re looking for good food with good service this won’t be it or maybe it’ll be different. Who knows.

Erika L Zamora: Loved this place! 1st time in DC and heard this was a great place to eat and shop for books. They were right! Staff was friendly and the energy was Perfect. I had the cheeseburger and some nachos- both were delicious. I tried the cauliflower bites and was pleasantly surprised! I asked our waitress what drink she recommended since I liked sweet drinks. She brought over a DC water and I ended up having 3. Bought some postcards, stickers, a jigsaw puzzle and a book. Would definitely visit again!

Destinee Douglas: This was a really nice place ! As you wait too can check out their book store . Had so many different wonderful and colorful books. We sat at the bar so we wouldn’t have to wait . We had ebony as our waitress. She was very sweet . As you can see in the photos there are two pics of soup. Norge the same ( wild rice vegetable soup) but one is a cup and one is a bowl! If you get the bowl you’ll likely be full before you even get your entree. But the soup was delicious and flavorful ! I definitely recommend that. Then I ordered the shrimp and grits ! Absolutely delicious. & I love how they has asparagus in it . Never had shrimp and grits with that in it. The shrimp were big & it was a nice portion . My friend got the chicken and shrimp pasta . It was kind of spicy but good as well! We both ordered their orange Juice too and you definitely want to because it’s really fresh. It gets made right in front of your eyes with a machine they have at the bar . Literally squeezes the oranges 😆 My cousin ordered a burger . Didn’t get a chance to take a pic but it was good . Last but not least we topped it off with their desert . A banana pudding I think with ice cream. It was good 😩 we were stuffed ! Lol

Peter Schwarzenbach: Good spot for a cozy breakfast. Prices are a bit steeper than expected but friendly wait staff and prompt courteous attention was always offered. My eggs where a tad overcooked but by no means bad. Would recommend for a unique and tasty experience

Aditi Rajvanshi: This place has amazing fresh food available at an affordable price. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well! Would definitely recommend if you love flavorful breakfast.

Zuleirys Santana Rodriguez: Amazing customer service! The outdoor dining is just soo extremely gorgeous, spacious and clean in every way. You have a lovely view of the water, the Sweden Embassy, and just the river! The food was just next level, specially the octopus that was cooked to perfection and I will certainly have it again when I come back to bring my boyfriend.

IamJoedie S: This was my first time and the experience was awesome. We came for a birthday dinner. A party of 12 arriving at 5 PM on a Sunday. We had two servers they were on top of everything. There was never a moment a glass was empty. Food service was quick hot and absolutely delicious. I had the steak was absolutely surprise when the potato came out with macaroni and cheese…must order if, no when you come. If you’re looking for a sexy restaurant to have a brunch, lunch and or dinner this is definitely the spot it overlooks the water great date spot. I will definitely come back again. Next time for the brunch. I hear that it is phenomenal. Come. Eat. Drink. Enjoy!

jen w: I gave this 3 stars because of a couple reasons first we had a reservation Saturday at 1:30 pm for their tapas brunch. They were super slow getting our food to us at the beginning. We ordered two rounds of food before the waitress came back and told us it was last call. We were barely there an hour. There is a 2 hour limit, I feel that if they have reservations till a certain hour they should allow the two hour minimum for people. It’s 64.95 per person they aren’t doing a favor for anyone. Next we chose to sit inside and it was obnoxiously loud. There was a group of people that were talking and screaming to each other, while I’m glad they were having a good time management should have asked them to simmer down because all the rest of us could to was watch them because u couldn’t talk for the noise. Having said all that, the food was very good. We opted for Bellinis and Mimosas. They were very good. The waiters walked around with carafes of Champagne and refilled you. My glass never got empty. I would go back here but make an earlier reservation and in cooler weather where I could it on the patio so I don’t have to deal with the noise.

John Varkey: We came for an anniversary dinner. The hostesses were a bit surly and disinterested but our waiter was great. The views are fabulous. My wife had the crab cakes and I had the lobster scampi. They were both fabulous but according to my wife the lobster had the edge. We went for a nice stroll along the water and around Georgetown after dinner. A very nice evening was had.

Kat B: Loved this place so much. My partner and I came here for our anniversary, not only was the view beautiful but the energy/service of the staff was amazing . The food was spectacular, definitely get the burrata if they have it ! We were pretty full but still made room for dessert and an espresso which was also delicious . Definitely recommend for a date night/ celebration . Prices were in line with the portions/ambiance .

Crystal Sings: Beautiful simply Beautiful 💜My daughter and I brought my mom to last Saturday’s brunch for her 80th birthday and we really enjoyed the service, food, and ambiance of the restaurant. George, our waiter was awesome and made our experience so memorable! Thank you George!

elizabeth rose: Visiting from florida and this restaurant was highly recommended by locals and im delighted i took their advice! The atmosphere was great, very inviting and scenic, indoor and outdoor seating offered with a nice view of the river. food was really good and exceeded expectations and the server Dominique went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience :)

Shake Shack: what do users think?

Katie d: I came two days ago and them burgers were hitting so good & the workers were so nice and patient. I just seen them other reviews like no this is a 5 star experience I had, like how can milkshake even be melted? Yes I’m throwing shade. These workers need a raise idc!! They working their a$$ off !!!!
Response: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It always makes us happy to hear feedback like yours!

Carson Peck: Solid little fast food joint. Burgers seem very legit and fries are solid. Fast food done properly.
Response: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It always makes us happy to hear feedback like yours!

Eric Cunningham: I am not typically one to write bad reviews, but I am thinking that management would want to know about this experience. We were in from out of town and I was excited to try Shake Shack for the first time. We just started getting locations in my city and I have heard it is excellent. We went to this location late in the evening on 4/16. The computers for ordering were left on all the way up until close and this was the source of the problem. Workers began closing early and became verbally frustrated with the customers still waiting on their food. An employee started mopping the floors without wringing it out, leaving large amounts of standing water on the floor without wet floor signs. Moving around was very difficult. The same employee said the bathroom was closed and another overheard and said it was fine. When we received our food, my significant other checked our bag because we overheard other customers getting frustrated they were being told various items were “out” after the receipt was paid and they had waited on the food. It was clear the employees had shut down various equipment and had no interest in turning anything back on. The same was with our order so she said something. The employee quickly snapped at her and began speaking very disrespectfully. Upon hearing this another customer who was also spoken to in appropriately stood up for my significant other and things spiraled from there. The verbal altercation turned into physical and it appeared a brawl was beginning. I saw at least one punch thrown and we quickly exited the restaurant to safety. All in all this was a very poor representation of the Shake Shack chain, and a very bad first experience for us.
Response: Thank you so much for your feedback. This is concerning and we’d like to investigate this further. Could you email us at feedback@shakeshack.com so that we can grab your details? Thanks, Jake

James Nelson: Burgers are good, chicken bites where soaked in oil, fries would have been good but not enough cheese and there was not enough bacon on them. Second fries had seasoning piled on top. Could have been done much better and it was not busy at that time
Response: James, Thank you for your feedback. It's disappointing to read that your meal wasn't up to our standards. We can do better than what you've experienced, so we'd love to invite you back to the Shack. Could you email us your review at share@shakeshack.com so we can get in touch? Thank you again, The Shake Shack Team

SkizzySami 2: I really enjoyed theses burgers ! They were freshly made and there were fast . This was the first place that had amazing customer service and actually got my order right ! I will definitely be coming back soon !
Response: We appreciate the positive vibes! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

Alok Sinha: Came here a few times during my visit to Washington D.C. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. Would recommend coming here if you are in the area.
Response: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It always makes us happy to hear feedback like yours!

Ryan Smith: I ordered cheese fries, a bacon cheeseburger, and a milkshake, and there wasn’t a single thing right with my whole order. Gave me just cheese and no fries, no bacon on the burger, and a melted milkshake with no straw. I understand one mistake, but this is ridiculous. Pay a fair wage and hire good workers.
Response: Ryan, Thanks so much for your feedback. I’m so sorry about the recent experience you had at our Shack. We work hard to make sure each order is correct, and we are sorry this wasn't the case this time for you. We can do better than what you've experienced, so we'd love to invite you back to the Shack. Could you email us your review at share@shakeshack.com so we can get in touch? Thank you again, The Shake Shack Team

Tracey Mangham: In the heart of DC its a popular place. Busy as expected so the wait was a few minutes longer than usual. Food is good and seating was plentiful.
Response: It always makes us happy to hear feedback like yours! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

Jade: horrible customer service. lazy workers. always on the phone. they act like they don’t wanna be there. I placed an order the girl at the front asked me my name. waited 20 mins. my food is as just sitting there. what’s the point of asking for names if you’re not going to call. won’t be coming back.
Response: Jade, Thanks so much for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our hospitality and work hard to provide a seamless pickup experience, so this is disappointing. We can do better than what you've experienced, so we'd love to invite you back to the Shack. Could you email us your review at share@shakeshack.com so we can get in touch? Commissary: what do users think?

Jo Kim: My Manager set up a Holiday team gathering for a mixology class here. We started out w a rose and made 3 drinks w tastings in between. It was very informational and the timing between cocktails were spot on. The instructor was fantastic and very generous on the liquor. I personally wasn’t a fan on the drink with Chartreuse but the history she told us, behind the liquor was fun/interesting to learn. The food in between were delicious that we stayed for full plates of food after. Service was spot on and food were great.

abdiel blas: Very relaxing atmosphere with open minded people. Great spot for breakfast! Staff were a little busy because it was a packed house but did their best to serve us in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Tiffany W: I really liked my fish and mashed potatoes. My friend ate the porkchop and did not like it. I also ate a piece and I did not like it either. I think the pork chop was really big but not cooked through enough for our liking. The server was cool, drinks were good (bloody mary & peach old fashion)and the atmosphere was nice. I would come back for happy hour.

Scotty Leach: One of my favorite affordable breakfast spots near Logan Circle. Reliable, fast, and the food is wonderful. I generally order the Huevos rancheros and a mocha to go with it, which fills me up and brings me joy. The outdoor seating is really nice too - I went on a first date here and being outdoors on a warm weekday morning made it feel more intimate somehow. Anyway - the place is usually packed and yet the food still comes quick. Those cooks are amazing. Bottom line: Highly recommended.

Jorden Van Etten: Went here for brunch on my birthday. Had the bottomless mimosas and pancakes. Such a great experience. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed this place so much. The food was so great and i got a free banana split sundae for my bday

Kevin Livingston: Pork belly appetizer was good. Fish and chips were excellent! I will ask that our server please forgive me, because I do not remember his name, but he was very nice and seemed very pleased to take our order. Thank so much, sir. Loved the decor and the atmosphere. Most important; clean restroom 🚻.

Linden Yee: This place is awesome! The happy hour is so reasonably priced with $5 rail spirits and cheap appetizers. I really liked the chicken lettuce wraps. Breakfast has also been solid too. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and the staff is always really friendly.

Comet Ping Pong: what do users think?

Gabe Ghanadan: We love Comet Ping Pong, have been going for many years. Pizza is outstanding and ping pong is fun. I recommend their white pizzas. Altogether it’s a great establishment. There is a long wait for food and it isn’t uncommon for them to be out of one or two ingredients or certain drinks (although I should mention, we usually go on busy nights like Fridays). However, you will still have a great time and we will be back. They also have outdoor seating with fireplace and heating. It is quite warm by the fire but bring a jacket just in case.

Laurence Jackson: Delicious, exciting,.diverse! -Free, vegetarian and carnivore ate happily together. If we were not so wiped out from monument and museum walking, we would have taken advantage of the opportunity to play ping pong until our pizza was ready. Beautiful wood fire pizza oven!

Nick Pascale: Extremely inviting atmosphere with great staff who seem to prioritize an enriched experience for patrons. Pizza is amazing! The decor is super vibey which makes for a great spot for a date

H D: Some of the best pizza in DC that is on the pricier side—but it’s worth it. Excellent service and wine also. And a great atmosphere.

Tim Suddreth: A Great place to relax with excellent food and service. My family and I ate here while on vacation. The weather in DC is perfect for the outside seating. We started with the Garlic Knots and then three types of pizza and a Greek Salad!

Tom Moore: Although the food is responsibly sourced and of good quality, our group of 10 was not really impressed with the pizzas. Their menu items are interesting, but not well executed. However, they get 4 stars because they have soul....and ping pong tables in the back. We got to play a few games and it makes for a fun, relaxing night. We felt comfortable hanging there for a while after we had finished our food. Good selection of beers too.

Lebanese Taverna: what do users think?

Victor Wang: Ordered a taverna platter with shawarma (lamb) and it was a lovely combination of rice, salad, lamb, and hummus. The free bread is beautiful and light/fluffy. Prices are reasonable and plenty of space indoors and outdoors. We even were able to stay until after closing to just chat.

julee wooley: The hommus and Baba Ghannouge were excellent! I had a favorite in Chicago and now I’ve finally found one as great here in Silver Spring Maryland. The pick your platter was the perfect option for me, it was about three meals worth of food! Very impressed with quality and quantity!

James Bacon: Lebenesse Taverna A lovely restaurant space with a vaulted curved high ceiling, nicely furnished and finished, airy and comfortable. Prompt friendly service follows smoothly, but with no pressure at all. (We were awaiting a 4th person who we ultimately did take away for - this was neither an issue or problem, and demonstrates a dynamic approach to customer service from Mustafa our server) The humus with lamb shawarma, baba ganoush and the arnabeet; cauliflower chickpeas, tahini and pine nuts starters was delicious and with hot pitta and oil a substantial starter. The chicken shawarma sandwich with salad was delicious, the chicken was marinated and in a lovely sauce. The chicken curry was mild but flavoursome, while the lamb and artichoke stew had a lovely fruity hint to it, and proved the unusual but very tasty surprise. To end they kindly brought us the baklava without ice-cream as we could just about share it. Loved this service. Excitingly they were hot, and very delicious. We will return here for sure.

Edward Amartey-Tagoe: Choose between indoors and outdoors. A good sport to have brunch and meet up with friends close to the mall. The food was great but the service/waiting did not match the cuisine. Parking around this area is hard to find. Consider ride-sharing.

Anna Barrett: Good food, good service. They have hand washing station right outside the bathroom, which works well during the pandemic. Their lamb was very tasty

Tara McGee: Fabulous food, excellent service and atmosphere. I particularly recommend the Chef’s Platter and the Spicy Hummus. Yum!

Amanda: Thank you to Noor, my server. A great host, and friendly, who gave several recommendations to this traveler. The food was hot, delicious, and served within an appropriate time. The environment was clean and comfortable, the aesthetic dim and romantic, with just a dash of swank. Open, but not too open as to be left out in space. Cozy but not on top of one another where you have to keep your voice low - still enough privacy between tables. Bathrooms were clean and modern. A nice glass of wine, baklava, and a chance to try Ouzo were wonderful surprises. Thank you Lebanese Taverna.

Grazie Grazie: what do users think?

John Lucero: I was just passing by from NJ, visiting friends, some work, and some other things with my brother. We ordered the Philly Special and the Minelli. Both were 100% on point, with such rich flavors that we had a enjoyable experience. The Philly Special can be a bit heavy, so a happy life for me would be able to have that sandwich spread out to every 3 weeks and the Minelli, was an experience I wouldn’t replace — would be a good 1x/week sandwich for a happy life. Place is small to medium-sized for seating, has an outside seating area, and a large window. Definitely worth the $5/30 min or $10/1 hr parking, also having the beautiful waterfront of The Wharf right next door. Enjoy!
Response: Thanks!

james LeBaron: Great sandwich, loved the bread and you can see from the photos there is a lot of food. Will definitely eat here again

Larry “Big Schlim” Mcleod: All right I heard about this spot via a fellow foodie. The food they posted looked so good that I had to go try it myself. Located at 85 District Square SW., WAshington D.C. you’re gonna find @GrazieGrazie. It’s right by the wharf so the ambience is DOPE!! This establishment specializes in craft sub sandwiches, with premium meats. They do have appetizers like their risotto rounds (lightly fried, with marinara sauce $6), and the roasted tomato hummus (with vegetable crudité $6). This spot has a plethora of different sandwiches like their Italian 8+1 (with salami, hot capicola, prosciutto, sharp provolone, Ito, evoo + red wine vinegar, and house seasoning $11), their Marathon (with natural herb turkey, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, Ito, Basil pesto and house seasoning $11). They even have vegetarian/vegan options like their Cha Cha (Chickpea fritters,Roasted garlic tahini, cucumber,Pickled onion, fresh mint, tomato, and evoo $11). OK on this day I copped their Philly special (pictured-with Grass fed ribeye, cherry pepper aioli, bacon, lto.,and copper sharp cheddar $13.50), their “Ho Bird” (pictured-with all natural marinated chicken breasts, blue cheese, Hunter’s hot sauce, carrots and celery, and Peppercorn ranch $13.50), and their lightly breaded mozzarella squares (pictured with marinara $6). OK so the Philly cheesesteak was DELICIOUS!! It was about 8 inches and it reminded me of the steak and cheeses that we used to have here in D.C. carryouts back in the day. Although this wasn’t an authentic Philly cheesesteak it was delicious. The ingredients are fresh and you taste of each flavor in each bite. GET IT!! Ok the hot chicken cheesesteak was also delicious. It definitely had a bite back, it was fresh, but there was a little bit too much blue cheese on that for me. It overpowered the sandwich. The mozzarella squares?? DELICIOUSNESS!! Get them!! The Sanpelligrino is always hottinI’m curious about their chicken cutlet sandwiches, and their meatball sandwich. I’m going back!! Customer Service was ok, I was greeted, and quickly taken care of. Parking can cost, the Wharf has garages that are pretty much $10 an hour. Online ordering was simple, and the store was clean. No cash, no bathroom. That’s it. #Subs #bigschlimsreviews #cheesesteak #chickencheesesteak #mozzarellasqaures #wharf #SWDC #deliciousfood #foodie #goodeats #graziegrazie #craftsubs #salads #vegan #sanpelligrino #ambiance #gothere #thatsit

James Walker: First timer, absolutely loved my choice of the Marathon: Turkey sandwich( house roasted all natural), fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, basil pesto, and LTO. Dressed with EVOO, red wine vinegar, and house seasoning. Found an outdoor location at the end of the District Wharf Pier to enjoy my Marathon, as I peer over to East Potomac Park observing the Cherry Blossoms and boating activity.

Symone: That Philly cheesesteak 😭🤤🤤🤤 yea you need that. Trust me!!! Honestly overpriced BUT when the craving hits and you want a bomb cheesesteak, you can’t go wrong here. I just know their salads probably slap too 😩 I’m definitely going back! The cheesesteak was $14.85 after tax 🤢and it’s not that big. $15 for a cheesesteak is absolutely bonkers to me compared to a real Philly cheesesteak in Philly for $5-$7 😅 but it’s the first place around here I’ve found that the cheesesteak is really that good.

Alana Moore: I have seen this place multiple times on my social media feed and decided to go with my friends. WHEN I SAY GOING HERE IS WORTH IT, IT IS WORTH IT!!! After eating their Philly Special I was thoroughly satisfied. The bacon, cheese, and dressing/mayo hit every taste bud. I definetly recommend this sandwich shop

Taylor Green: They Philly cheese steak is usually good. I work right around the corner and go all the time. I found a hair in my most recent one and almost threw up. It was thin and long. Two stars because the fries are great

Good Stuff Eatery: what do users think?

Elizabeth Dou: The burger is pretty good, a little heavier and greasier than expected. The bun gets kind of soggy with all the toppings. Burger is also on the smaller side. Price range for a burger is greater than $9 depending on your toppings. Fries aren’t crispy and more on the soft/soggy side despite being served hot. There is a place upstairs to eat as well as outside seating. I think Five Guys and Shack Shack are on par with this burger place.

Kyle Van Hecke: Things I like: Good burgers and shakes! Fries are actually really good too (despite some of the reviews suggesting otherwise) but you have to eat them fresh. They put all their fries immediately into a sealed paper bag so they will get soggy unless you eat them at the restaurant. They also have a selection of fry dipping sauces that are good! Things I dislike: the burger size could definitely be bigger. I do eat a lot but I can easily finish 2 burgers in one sitting (which is waaaay too expensive for my budget). Their beer selection is pretty underwhelming too, they only have 1 option at the moment. Finally, they charge a 5% “COVID surcharge.” I absolutely understand the time we live in but just be honest and raise your prices… don’t add on a hidden 5% fee. Fees like this feel very dishonest to me and that’s why I knocked them down from 4 to 3 stars.

TRAM HA: Came here cause it was close to the Capitol and had lots of reviews. To be honest I’m not sure why cause the food was ok. Burgers tasted alright. The fries were not good but better with the thyme and rosemary. I think it’s also the oil in fries that I didn’t like. Also ordered two shakes. Salted caramel (my mom liked that) and a cookies n cream shake that of course didn’t have enough cookies. It was pretty much a vanilla shake. Maybe it was just the workers that day cause they weren’t that friendly. You know when you don’t want to be at work and others can tell? Yeah it was like that.

Charlie Sanders: One of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and reasonably priced as well. The Prez was definitely worth the money, and the rest of my crew loved the burgers they got. The toasted marshmallow milkshake was heavenly. If I was a legislative staffer I’d be eating here everyday.

Cactus Cantina: what do users think?

Jonathan Robertson: Came to the area after visiting the Washington National Cathedral. I am from Florida and found the food and flavors to be average. Service was fine. Prices are right for the area. Lots of people and cool atmosphere.

Pat S: We visited Catcus Cantina today, the service was very average. Unenthusiastic waitstaff, the food came out fast, hot and sizzling. However this place is not authentic mexican food. Frozen Margs are completely tasteless. I had the carne asada it was unseasoned the Saltado was salty. I only liked the chips and shrimp quesadilla. I definitely will not return or recommend.

Maria D. Villars: Service was great - food not so much.

Gon Freecss: 5 stars. Service here is amazing, The food was really good and the waiters were very respectful and friendly. It was very comfortable to eat here especially with family and friends, definitely will come again. Towards the end I actually lost my phone and a lot of staff helped me find it and they we’re VERY quick about the situation they found the phone and got the phone back to me in below 10 minutes on the same night. I don’t remember her name but the waiter that helped and served our table was incredibly nice and professional about the situation. From the red scratchy iPhone case you guys found.

J Cook: Warm flour tortillas are wonderful. Portions are great! Salmon was fixed perfectly. Tortilla chips warm and fresh with great salsa. Really enjoyed the chicken & vegetable fajitas! Would love to come back!

Ted Lyons: I have been going here for a long time. It’s a great spot. Don’t let tourists and people from Texas convince you it’s not good. You won’t find anything better including all the spots due north on the red line. Plenty of fresh salsa and chips. Delicious food. Fun atmosphere. An awesome place.

Mitsitam Native Foods Cafe: what do users think?

Cat Lady: The lunch here was mediocre at best. First, there was not a very big selection. I ordered a cheeseburger and steak fries. The steak fries were very good. The burger was dried out, burnt, and on a roll that was way to big for it. They only had canned soda, both fountain soda machines had an “out of order” sign on it. We also got the fry bread which I thought was good.

Peter Ross: Unbelievable that they can’t make Fry Bread at at a place that claims it features high-end Native American food. After eating a small portion of the cold fry bread I threw it away. Stay away from this place.

Shadi Beidas: 1. The food is amazing.2. The cost is comparable to restaurants in the city itself.3. The museum is free, yet incredible. Eating here helps to patronize the museum if you cannot afford an appreciable donation.

2 Amys: what do users think?

Jan gk: Wonderful food and quaint atmosphere! We had the cod croquettes, lamb skewers, deviled eggs and pizza, so so good, we will return soon.

Sam Wash: The pizza at 2 Amy’s is quite good. I would say they have a lot of competition . The bad is the seating. I had to wait over 1hour and 15 min with 2 tweens . Not a great experience and to top it off the waiter was rude and did not want to hear my complaints. Terrible service. Not worth the hassle there are too many authentic Neapolitan pizza places. If they can improve the wait and train the staff better they would be all set. On top of it they have an indoor mask policy or vaccination. Hello DC does not require this. Also to charge a mandatory service charge when the service sucks. Not good.

Jacob White: They were heavy on salt, sparse on the sauce, and the quality of the crust left something to be desired. The service and atmosphere was great, but in my experience, how the food looked did not match how it tasted. It was by no means gross, but there are better Neapolitan pizzerias in the area. Frankly, I’d choose Puppatella over 2 Amys.

Jack Shorb: No brainer 5 star review. Feels distinctly different from other DC restaurants. Great relaxed non pretentious vibe. Food is simple but perfect. Amazing ingredients and flavor. Go if you have not!

Ron Shipley: 2 Amys never disappoints. We ordered from the daily specials: pea soup with poached egg, fried green tomatoes and a morel mushroom pizza along with a side salad and rhubarb ice cream for desert. Every dish was great!

Karen Blonder: Amazing. The pizza here is always outstanding. Appetizers delicious.....and we did several of the specials. If you are there and they have raw artichoke salad...get it. So fresh and delicious.

H D: Overrated unfortunately. I have been twice. First visit, service was poor, the second visit better—but expect a long wait and they don’t take reservations. Food is underwhelming and lacking in flavor and seasoning, although I’m sure the ingredient quality is good. Prepare to overpay for what you will receive. I respect that the tip is included. However, the owners (and some staff) seem to have a chip on their shoulder or are aloof about the place in general.

We, The Pizza: what do users think?

Rena Correia: THE BEST PIZZA!!!! It was SO GOOD!!! I wish I could have eaten more!! Crunchy crust and lots of toppings!! Check out all the different pies in the pictures!! They had everything you could think of! So so good!!!!

Amy Tucker: This place came highly recommended to us by a friend. We ordered through delivery app after a long day of sight seeing. The pizza was fairly priced. The crust was delicious and the toppings worked really well together. It was so fragrant that when we went to take our first bite our mouths literally began to water. We order the Capitol Supreme, may need to try another before we leave town!

Ha Dong: Really good, freshly made pizza with many toppings to choose from. I love to try all topping if im back in town again. Right by the capitol

Forrest Jackson-Knorr: Pizza is delicious. Delivery is horrible. My pizza was delivered cold and like the photo below. I only live one block from the store but it took delivery person 30 minutes to deliver once he left the restaurant. I would normally walk to the restaurant and pick it up, but I had surgery and wasn’t able. Deliver person had his pants down to his knees. When dealing w the public your employees should look professional. Owner called me to advise me that the manager would make it right. I never heard from the manager. 🤷‍♂️. Just like the manager wouldn’t answer the phone the night the pizza was delivered like in the photo.

Chad Godfirnon: Delicious pizza by the slice or whole pie btons of options including vegan and vegetarian choices. Fast service and inside and outside seating. The Vegan pie was really tasty and flavorful.

Alex Culver: Best pizza on the world(like others said) or best pizza on the planet! Sat directly in from of window where they were constructing each pizza. Amazing. A must eat!

Charli Knows How To Eat: There was a bit of a wait so if you plan on going here I would call ahead of time. The atmosphere is really intimate and relaxed with dim lighting. perfect for a date. They have a great menu selection. My date and I ordered their meal for two to split which included 5 courses; bread with soup, a salad, an appetizer sampler, a dinner plate and desert. The muscles were amazing in the wine sauce they had! And all of the food I tried was excellent. I didn’t much care for the candied bacon or the food that had dates in it.

Ozzie Angrish - REALTOR: What a wonderful surprise 😮! The location is great, the food was good, and the service was excellent. The restrooms were very clean! You can choose to eat by the water or inside. You must have a reservation I believe. The reason for the 4 🌟 s is because I was brought vegan options instead of being handed a menu to choose options. After, I explained my concern, the service was excellent! I would definitely attend again. 😌 FYI: Ride the metro, bus, uber, or a scooter because parking is horrible.

K Wilson: The best thing about this restaurant is the Wharf location however with so many options in close proximity I Highly Recommend That You STAY AWAY! I made an reservation yet when I arrived at the confirmed time I had to wait although it was not busy here. The hostess walked me to the table and was quite confused about where I was to sit. Here no here sorry here. This wasn’t a good way to start the evening. We sat and waited for over thirty minutes to have a server offer us water. The strange thing was it was not busy. Yet I watched the servers play on their phones and socialize among themselves without even noticing my table. Nonetheless the evening service continued to decline and the food was simply bland and cold. First off we ordered the calamari and shrimp cocktail. The shrimp smelled old while the cocktail sauce was slightly sweet. The calamari was covered in layers of sauce which wasn’t good. The only time food is covered in sauces is when it is hiding something. The scallops were just okay but once again served with a pureed mountain of undercooked vegetables and sauce explosion. The halibut was served on a bed of cold risotto. What a waste of time and calories. To say this was disappointing would be a compliment.

SassyKay TheBoss: Nice outdoor seating the devil eggs were very delicious! I got the grilled chicken it was very moist and juicy, but it was lacking flavor not seasoned at all. Other than that the restaurant was amazing!!

Brit R: Was in town for leisure and was unable to make it to another reservation. Booked on Open Table here and got there early. We were allowed to sit at the bar and order drinks and appetizers first before reservation outdoor. The drinks and food were absolutely delicious! We had the Grill Punch, Strawberry Bellini, bread basket, fresh Oysters, and the steak and egg meal on the Sunday Brunch menu. The Chimichurri is some of the best ive ever had! We wanted to try to pineapple upside down dessert but they were out, a really nice family next to us that were celebrating their Anniversary was so gracious to let us taste from their platter! Our server Justin was amazing! He knew the menu well and made great suggestions. The noise level was very moderate. The restaurant is spic and span. The service was fast. The front house was moving through and making sure everything was operating smoothly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone i know visiting DC and i will be making a must stop for future visits as well!

Kristen Darby: This is one of the best dinners that we have had in a while y’all should check it out. Steaks are delicious and cooked perfectly. And they have a kids menu. The service is great! Our server was amazing and the manager Jojo checked in with us throughout our meal. We are here for 4 days and will likely return

Kirsten Greenwell: Husband and I came here because we had gift cards to the company that owns The Grill and it greatly exceeded our expectations! We got the mixed grill set menu and were blown away. The ribeye with grilled shrimp and crab cakes was incredible, and the chocolate cake is one of the best we’ve ever had. The only weak spot was the Moroccan lamb skewers on the appetizer platter that were too cinnamon-y. It’s definitely expensive but well worth it for a special occasion!

Yessenia C: Delicious. Everything I tried was spectacular. It is expensive but worth it. My favorite part of the meal was the sweet potatoes. You MUST try them.

Copacabana Catering & Cafe: what do users think?

Favorite Financial: Feels like i’m in São Paulo, Brazil when I eat here! You have to try the picanha & fried yucca dish prepared by Brazilian Chef Francisco! Instagram @taxes

Marli Yamada DeCarvalho: Moved the Food In general! The picanha, pastel, Cheese Valls, Chicken croquetes and All deserts are very classic traditional to the Brazilian cousin! Well done
Response: Thanks for you feedback it’s really important to us!

J C: After reading all the good recommendations I decided to show our “authentic” Brazilian food to my partner. It was a disaster since we arrived. Not flavor at all in the coxinhas, Pastel or bolinho de bacalhau, and same for the main dishes , Just oil flavor. The fried fish dish and the feijoada was even worse and cold, but we were the only ones in the restaurant, is not that they were busy busy. As u can see for yourself, the food looks pretty suspicious. I got very disappointed and frustrated specially because my partner and I got an stomachache right after. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place, but I hope it was just a bad day and that they get better, because we don’t have anything good to say about his place as of right now.

Ben Yatt: Delicious food and amazing hospitality. Hosted District Language Exchange event in the basement and the set up was perfect with tables set up for us and beautiful decorations, disco lights, and fog machine.

john t: Great good, Great service. Pastries that are to die for !!!

Gabriella Fonseca: Walked into this restaurant + all I could smell was urine. Guy was so unkempt + the place was dirty. Table had crumbs all over it. Needless to say I left moments after. Didn’t really desire to find out about the food.

Mae Medina: Food was ok. Service was ok. Cocktails/Drinks are gross, get a beer. The downstairs (where the comedy show is) smells like urine.
