Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab: what do users think?

Alexander Staufenberg: My parent took me here for their anniversary dinner. I was sort of nervous about the vegetarian options — but I was very pleased with stuffed mushrooms, the potatoes lyonnaise and the steamed asparagus. The portions are very generous. After hearing we were celebrating an anniversary the house gave us a complimentary brownie with ice cream and whipped cream. It was divine.

Konstantin: Great restaurant. Atmosphere is nice, staff is friendly and food is really good. Oysters were fresh and fried chicken was simply delicious. This place is very popular so reservation is recommended there.

Swastika Nohara: The best stone crab there is! My favorite was crab stuffed shrimp because it was creamy and delicious! Perfectly seasoned and crunchy at the same time. Creamed spinach and broccolini was also nice. We spent 156 USD for those meals as seen on my photos.

Maryam Sherbaf: We went to Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone crab for our anniversary. The service is excellent, atmosphere is nice , the restaurant is pretty packed. The food is good but it’s a bit overrated and overpriced.

Allison Williams: Wow this place is gorgeous, really nice ambiance, I want to start there. The food is delicious and fresh as well. It is pricey so if your going and you have a party of more than 2, expected to spend like 100$ a person. The drinks were good but not strong enough for me. It was my birthday and my first time there and I enjoyed every moment.

Melissa Flaminio: Our waiter Jeffrey was fantastic. We were looking for a good seafood spot close to our hotel that we could celebrate my recent graduation and it totally hit the spot. Got the seafood pasta and the crab was buttery with citrus, and the little slices of asparagus was top notch. Loved it and definitely worth the trip

Grillfish: what do users think?

T Johnson: The customer service here was really good. That is so important for me. My friend and I were visiting DC from Florida and went here as a part of our girls trip worth our daughters. Parking is free on Sunday so that was a plus. Our waitress was nice and friendly and did a great job with answering our questions and making recommendations. My MaiTai was awesome and THE FOOD WAS SO FRESH AND cooked perfectly. I would love to go back again to try something else.

Zerah Kawami: Amazing fish restaurant with many options on the menu and lovely restaurant decor. The menu is smaller but well crafted and the wines and cocktails were superb. The grilled fish was absolutely delicious and our party got the mahi mahi and salmon plates. We also got the crab cakes which were a delicious comfort food. We finished with a mango key lime pie that we ate a bit too fast before I could get a picture as it was that delicious.

M J: Really enjoyed the food. Buffalo shrimp did not disappoint. Risotto balls I will it was something else with them but if you like friend cheese and the tomato sauce does it for you then it was perfect. Wish the soft crab was a little bigger. Friends and I enjoyed will definitely go back for another brunch date.

Alvaro H. Torres: Great service but overpriced. You are getting a good service and freshly made to order food. The grilled fish was amazing and the grilled octopus.

Connor Sargent: Food was amazing, fresh, and service was great. Very good seasoning on our dishes, presentation made the meals even more enjoyable to eat. And $1 local oysters were delicious. Definitely coming back here every time we visit DC.

Simon T Katan: Very good fish choise. I had swardfish and it was delicious. Service wss good. Recommended in DC area for grilled fish. Also a very nice ambient.

Henrietta: LET ME TELL YOU!! Came in here on a whim and the food was ON POINT. I got the mixed seafood skewer with brussel sprouts and the fish tasted like it was straight out the ocean. Grilled to perfection… I thought I was in a Caribbean island! The bartender Tony was perfect. Super friendly and quick service. I literally inhaled the entire plate before I realized I should have taken a photo. Go. You won’t be disappointed.

Ocean Prime: what do users think?

Solana Cox: We celebrated our 5 year anniversary here all the way from Pittsburgh and let me tell you, Ocean Prime did not disappoint. It was well worth the start of our road trip to DC. Everyone who came to our table went above and beyond. I ordered the teriyaki salmon and it was scrumptious! When I told the waiter that it was our anniversary, they made sure it was going to be a night to remember. Highly recommend this place.

Syerra Carigo: We visited for happy hour on Wednesday and it wasn’t too crowded. I tried their delicious steak tartare and my husband had their oysters. I also tried their “berries and bubbles” cocktail which comes with dry ice, Belvedere citrus vodka, marinated berries, house made sour, and Chandon Brut. This drink was so sweet and very cute! The staff were all friendly, and all the bartenders attended to you whether they were serving you or not. We had a very nice time. I’m looking forward to returning for dinner.

Danovel Tolli: This was my first time Dining at Ocean Prime. Taking my lady out for her birthday. It was nothing more than a top tier experience. The waiter Briyan was awesome..extremely friendly, warm, and you just knew he enjoyed serving us and you felt it everytime he visited the table. The first thing I tasted was the Surf and Turf Scallop, and prime rib..Amazingly tender and full of flavor. Nothing more than immaculate. The Lamb Chops were the best I have ever tasted from anywhere. Prepare to be here for a while as they do take their time to give you an experience. I will be going back for the Private dining experience for sure.

chris chadwick: Oceans Prime was truly a great experience. The service was friendly and on top of everything very impressed for a busy place. The food was amazing. I had a 10 filet cooked medium rare minus....tender, juice and delicious. The peanut butter chocolate cake thing out of this world! Great food and wine excellent service.

Love Chan: Back at it AGAIN…my Fav❣️😋

Francina Thomas: My family made reservations at this Restaurant for my birthday celebration. I loved it, felt like a Queen for the evening. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The check in crew were friendly and professional- found our reservations and table was ready on the spot. Our waiter Alexander was superb !! He was friendly, knowledgeable on the menu, wine, sprits and dessert. His recommendations were excellent. He truly made my birthday special by treating me to my dessert. How sweet. The Food was Delicious 😋 😍!!! The prices were upscale but so was the service and food- definitely worth it. The portions were large. The variety was awesome. We tried a bottle of Resling wine from a California venue which was light, fruity and semi sweet - just like i like it. There were 6 of us coupled off with a meal price around $150.00 to $250.00 per couple. I will definitely keep this place in mind for a return visit.

Ron Paige: Amazing Experience. Sofia was an amazing Server. Professionalism personified❤ Dining Manager Ebony was amazing and checked on us along with the Sou Chef. It lives up to the hype. BEST Calamari EVER! Platter Up the snapper with a lobster tail and filet mignon. Thank me later.❤💯 The East Coast Oysters are Amazing. Thank you. Worth every dollar spent and wonder staff. THANK YOU for a great BDAY and sublime Dining experience.

Monica R S: Berries and Bubbles cocktail was soooo good and it was fun to watch the bubbles. The Prime Roll was delicious, good texture, fish was fresh. The Lobster Tails were perfectly cooked and it’s a big portion! The carrot cake is good but it’s a tad too sweet for my taste, it is a big portion so it’s good to share. Our server Derek was very attentive and friendly.

Old Ebbitt Grill: what do users think?

Natalia Mednikov: There are straightforward American-style food. This restaurant is best known for its huge old-school oyster bar—think lots of dark wood, brass fixtures, and big mirrors. That oysters was fantastic and fresh. We’ve enjoyed also cheese sampler, fried calamari and baked oysters. Everything they do is absolutely delicious. The service was very fast and friendly. We were happy to choose this great restaurant to end our busy day in Washington, D.C.

Aditya Karandikar: Had an awesome time here as a late night/ early next day stop. The food was quite nice and fairly refined, especially at such a late hour! The atmosphere was popping as well which made it more enjoyable. Service was very friendly and they had great oysters. Fresh complimentary bread never hurts either…

Sam M: This place is one of the more famous restaurants in DC. I visited this spot during brunch and it was packed. I would definitely recommend making a reservation for both weekend dinner and brunch services. I started with New England clam chowder and some salad dish. For entrees, I got eggs benedict and catfish. All the dishes I ordered were pretty good. But, I definitely enjoyed their desserts more even though I was pretty full before it. Their key lime pie and salted caramel bread pudding were both amazing! Staffs were very accommodating and attentive during the whole service. I’m planning to visit this restaurant and will get some oysters and burgers next time. I heard they are pretty good. I definitely recommend this place to celebrate any special occasions.

Suzi Figueroa: Wow, wow and wow! A friend recommended this establishment to me when I asked for dining recommendations for my upcoming DC trip. I am so glad I listened. The warm and inviting ambiance matched the service. And the food? Oh my goodness. Delicious. My SO ordered meatloaf. Who knew meatloaf could take on a such an extraordinary presentation.

Elaine Viegas: AMAZING! There is no other word to describe it. Since we arrived until we paid the service was perfect. I couldn’t be more happy for their food, service and kindness on my birthdays lunch. We didn’t mention that it was my birthday but they saw on my profile and as soon as I arrived they asked to confirm and no only brought my desert with a candle and a cute chocolate happy birthday place on the top. Our server was amazing, she arrived singing happy birthday, was very classy and really surprised me. Thank you for the excellence in your service. BTW the food it’s top quality, my oysters and shrimps were fresh abs really tasteful.

Jelena M: Great food, great price, great service! The waiter we had was so nice, knowledgeable, and friendly! The calamari was very good, but watch out for the spicy peppers in it . My salad was yummy! I usually never order salads, but I am glad I did as the dressing was citrusy and refreshing! They also give warm bread and butter while you wait 😍

BlackSalt: what do users think?

Anna S: Always delectable! I have been to BlackSalt on many occasions, and the service is always fantastic. This visit was no different from my previous visits. It is the experience you expect with fine dining. From the oysters, to my entree of red snapper with truffle sauce, the food could not have been better! (And I didn’t think I would like the truffle sauce at all! I was so glad I was wrong.) I will, of course, be back again.

Christina: Wonderful seafood place! Fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked. We’re just visiting from overseas but would definitely come back if we lived in the area.

Joyce Y: First day in DC , we were hungry and excited to try this place. The oyster selection is good and I would come for oysters alone! The dishes are decent too but my seabass tasted very different from any other seabass I’ve had. The texture was so firm that I felt it was a disappointment. We didn’t like the menu selection for the entree but they pretty much did whatever fish my kids asked for, very flexible with us.

cesarnews4: Customer service at its best. This place has it all. Amazing food, great atmosphere, attention to detail, clean and cozy. My wife loves this place. I made a reservation for her birthday. The restaurant printed out a special menu with the date and a line saying “happy birthday” for our table .. Customized menus for us. How special is that??? After COVID many restaurants lost customer service , attention to detail. It seems like most restaurants are running short staff and it shows on the service level. NOT BLACKSALT This place has it together. Another example. When they brought our food, the ladies on the table get their plate 1st , then everyone else after. We noticed those details. That’s why they deserve 5 starts . Simply put, quality with taste. I highly recommend it . Plus the food is amazing

A. Manka: Well executed food with great flavor! Also received teamwork approach who met our needs and made our experience smooth and relaxing. We have been coming for years.

Meme Smith: It was nice last min plan, first time having Caviar. Would had been nice to know the key notes of the Caviar before I had ordered....the drink was not great I had ordered Cocgnac cocktail that was ruined with a lemon. But over all it was nice I would try it again

David Hosey: Friendly atmosphere. Food was decent but the petit tower wasn’t as fresh as we would have hoped. Overall good experience

Floyd Le Vere II: Best tuna I ever had in my 42 years. Who knew peanut sauce went with mangos and noodles?? Dear God, praise this place, and me, so I can come BACK!

McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks: what do users think?

Tiffany Smith: Went here with a friend and everything was outstanding; from our waiter (only wish I could recall his name) to our dessert. The wine list was exceptional, the oysters were delicious as was the Seabass that I had and the lobsters that my friend had. We even finished up with some cheesecake. Service was A++

Craig GroveRealtor: Had an excellent experience. Our waiter AJ was super friendly and made great suggestions. He made us feel extremely comfortable and laugh. The steak and sides were delicious. Highly recommended! Ask for AJ!

Courtney B: My first time here and I loved it! It was a friends 35th birthday, they gave the 5 of us a private booth, that we could close the curtain for more privacy if needed. Bella our sever was amazing from start to finish. I got the crab and shrimp stuffed salmon and it was really good with the lobster bisque mashed potatoes! I will definitely be back!

Phillip Bulger: Food was good, but not great value for price. Service could have been better, a few orders for a group of 10 were missed. Steak needed to be sent back. Overall still a good experience.

Fiola Mare: what do users think?

Richard Holst: Elegant and delicious. Everything is gears towards an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The restaurant has many quiet and corners with the perfect atmosphere. It is well organized and very clean, every inch has amazing details. The food and drink selection is extensive and everything we had was prepared to perfection. The views of the water are amazing and there are plenty of things to walk to in the area. We will be back here often.

Dario Camilo Barros Viñas: 5 stars for real in every aspect. It has both a very fancy area indoor and a fancy yet relaxed area in the patio. The service was amazing, the food was superb, the cocktails were delicious and generous. Canver the manager was very kind and served us the calamari complementary make us feel even better served! I didn’t know the Branzino taste this good until I tried it here. We were only two so we couldn’t try more plates but do yourself a favor and try Fiola Mare!

Christopher Gillespie: All about the dining experience here, they go above and beyond. Did the bottomless brunch with amazing views. Brunch at this level of execution will be very tough to match. The blue fin ahi could be best bites of 2022 to date. The scallop crudo was melt in the mouth. Worth the price of admission.

Pe Lin (Cilibluebird): A five star seafood restaurant that deserves the five star. Great for special events minimum 50 USD per per person, but well deserved. Hakan was our server and he made this experience exceptional. Pasta’s are excellent. Georgetown next to water. Outside seating is great in the evenings of hot summers.

Roz Manning: Fabulous venue for our intimate wedding dinner with family. The Mermaid Room and adjoining patio were perfect. The appetizers were delicious, dinner was delectable and service superb.

Mike: Easter brunch was amazing. Staff, as always, is fantastic.Intro: watercress soup and the other dish white asparagus.Mains: blue crab omelette and Australian lamb.Glad to see that a packed restaurant. Make reservations!

Tash M: Had a private dinner here and it was an exceptional experience. The food was lovely, so was the service. Special thanks to Darina for being so attentive and providing an especially memorable experience.

Del Mar: what do users think?

Genesis Marrero: I was truly impressed with this dining experience. We flew to DC for my birthday week and had my birthday dinner here. Luis served us and he was definitely one of the best servers we have ever had wait on us (and we are huge foodies so that is saying something). He was so attentive and just knew exactly how to guide the dining experience based on what the guests is wanting out of their night whether they know specifically or not. We let him take the wheel with all of the knowledgeable recommendations and we were so happy from start to finish. We came back for our last meal in DC and again, Amber served us, and again we were not disappointed. She was so sweet and also had wonderful recommendations and made sure all of our needs were met before we said goodbye and hopped on a flight. Luckily Luis was also there and he remembered us which made us happy because he was also so memorable for us. He was so nice and sent us our new favorite drink that he enlightened us to - the carajillo. I don’t think you could go wrong with a single thing on this menu. The rest of the staff was also very efficient and everything just seemed to flow so smoothly with the teamwork here. I can’t wait to go back someday!

R: This was my first time going to Del Mar and the food was phenomenal! We went as a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday. It was my first time trying octopus and it was really good. The parking in the garage was $45 since I stay for 4+ hours which was a downside for the night so it might be better to find street parking.

J. Ivy Smith: Food was AMAZING! This should get. Michelin Star. There paella is the best I have had. I want to say there paella and cheesecake is similar to José Andre. Service was excellent and our waiter reminded us of actor John Mulaney. I def recommend this place and def Michelin Star worthy.

Black Star Dust: Absolutely stunning place. Great service. Top tier experience. Everything was a ten. The Seafood Paella is delicious. Highly recommend that dish. It comes in different sizes for sharing. It was my bday so they brought out gratis champagne and this cheesecake that was literally the one of the most delicious desserts to grace the planet. Don’t even get me started on the churros! Amazing! I also did come in with a VIP who goes there regularly so that surely may have enhanced the experience to 10 stars!!

Alya's Aura: The food was SO delicious and of course the service was top notch. Our waiter (I believe his name is Michael) was so nice and helpful and made some great recommendations. I definitely suggest leaving space for dessert because their little dulce de leche dark chocolate cakes with the horchata ice cream was beyond amazing! The perfect end to a great meal 👌🏾

Daisy Gutierrez: Food was good. Not great but good. The service was great! This wine was my fave. A little overpriced only because I feel at those prices the food should taste better. They have a great selection though! I had the seafood paella it lacked flavor. My friend had some green rice thing, neither of us raved about our main courses. The patatas bravas are good but could use more of the brava sauce.

R Howell: It was my birthday weekend and a friend tteated me. We got seated right away. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. Our waitress was gery busy but took excellent care of us. The atmosphere was nice. We were right next to the water but protected with awning to block the sun. The food was very good. I had shrimp cocktail with a side caesar salad. My friend had the sangria and said it was really good. She never finishes her drinks but finshed the sangria in record time! She liked her old bay wings and said french fries were tasty!

Armida (Justmida): Food was excellent! Mahi-mahi tacos, shrimp alpastor , fried camari all very good!

Dolly J Jackson: OMGoodness!!! Why? Why was the food so Bomb! I can not wait to go back to the DMV area- I will definitely be visiting here again. GOD willing life spared. Delicioso!!!

Raymond Zeigler: Great view of the Potomoc River. We ate waterside! The food and service was awesome! A lite shower went through while we were eating but we had a patio umbrella over us so we stayed dry. Great experience!

R Robertson: ~*Service was excellent. Cocktails were really good. The ambience along with live music spectacular. Loved the orchids they have around. The carpet on the stairwell is cute. Bathrooms were clean. Food was really good. Valet was pricey…. $20. I would recommend going here. Been to their location in Austin as well and loved it.*~

rana kingi: Sexy atmosphere. Amazing service. Food was superb. We had the branzino which was cooked perfectly. Lobster Mac n cheese, lacked on lobster but still great. And steamed spinach was divine. Drinks great. Live music was wonderful and set the mood.

Diedre Jernigan: Dining here is a true experience. The customer service is impressive to the fact that you feel pampered. The drinks and food are pleasing to the eye and delicious. The dining experience includes a skillful musician that puts his spin on popular music.

Kem doricent: Fernando our server did an excellent job he made us feel welcome attended to all our needs answered every question. Please if you go ask for Fernando

Tea Jay: Our first time here with coworkers, 5 star restaurant and service. Food, dessert, drinks and customer service were awesome!! We went during lunch everything was excellent, we will return! This is truly fine dining!!

Aniya Cloyd: Went to Trulucks for my 8year anniversary and I am amazed. First off our server Bryan had exquisite knowledge about the menu. He was very professional and personable at the same time. I would for sure recommend him because he was just over all magnificent. The ambiance of this place was upscale and beautiful. The food was worth the price and the portions that you Get. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that we had nothing short of an amazing experience. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would, I have no complaints.

Wayna Taylor: Everything about this restaurant is great- ambience, food, staff, etc! I visited on a Tuesday for dinner. There was a live band playing in the bar area (a great vibe). Our server, Chris, is the best. He’s knowledgeable and we didn’t have to look for him when needed. He was on point the entire visit. All the seafood was fresh and tasty! I especially enjoyed the crab & shrimp Napoleon, seared scallops, and the carrot cake. I will definitely visit the next time I’m in DC. 😊

Municipal Fish Market at The Wharf: what do users think?

Shriya Amit: Though I miss Captain White’s Seafood place, it’s still a great visit to the Fish Market at The Wharf. Since the time we started eating raw oysters, we visit this place quite often and have oysters shucked right in front of your eyes. Miss the mango lemonade from Captain White and the waterfront seating area where we used to enjoy having crab legs. Shoutout to the guy in red who was so amazing & was putting in so much effort looking for the right oyster.

Cheryl J: Not as robust as it was the last time I was here but the freshness of the seafood is still the best around. In addition you now have options of various restaurants and parking garages. Gentrification has definitely taken hold of this location with apartments units on the wharf that includes parking. New places to ventures in addition to getting your fresh seafood options to take home. Fish, shrimp, octopus, scallop, lobster, and of course the variety of crabs…crabs in abundance. Live blue crabs, crab legs, Dungeness crabs and the list goes on…by the pound, bushel or case; whatever your pocket can afford is available.

Edward Amartey-Tagoe: Went to Hank’s and Chopsmith for dinner. We also went through the sea food stalls to see the variety of fresh sea food they served. I will come back to get some fresh tilapia and shrimps for home cooking. Definitely worth a visit if you are visiting DC or live here. Parking could be hard to find, so consider using public transport.

A V: Super fresh and tasty seafood. Raw to take home of cooked to eat there.

Juan Garcia: Amazing seafood. Served off the pier.Wait is short during the morning...and about 20 mins during rush hour.

Angus Bennion: The fresh seafood looked great, the hot food we got were ok (crab cakes and Maryland crab soup).

Zuleirys Santana Rodriguez: Amazing customer service! The outdoor dining is just soo extremely gorgeous, spacious and clean in every way. You have a lovely view of the water, the Sweden Embassy, and just the river! The food was just next level, specially the octopus that was cooked to perfection and I will certainly have it again when I come back to bring my boyfriend.

IamJoedie S: This was my first time and the experience was awesome. We came for a birthday dinner. A party of 12 arriving at 5 PM on a Sunday. We had two servers they were on top of everything. There was never a moment a glass was empty. Food service was quick hot and absolutely delicious. I had the steak was absolutely surprise when the potato came out with macaroni and cheese…must order if, no when you come. If you’re looking for a sexy restaurant to have a brunch, lunch and or dinner this is definitely the spot it overlooks the water great date spot. I will definitely come back again. Next time for the brunch. I hear that it is phenomenal. Come. Eat. Drink. Enjoy!

John Varkey: We came for an anniversary dinner. The hostesses were a bit surly and disinterested but our waiter was great. The views are fabulous. My wife had the crab cakes and I had the lobster scampi. They were both fabulous but according to my wife the lobster had the edge. We went for a nice stroll along the water and around Georgetown after dinner. A very nice evening was had.

Kat B: Loved this place so much. My partner and I came here for our anniversary, not only was the view beautiful but the energy/service of the staff was amazing . The food was spectacular, definitely get the burrata if they have it ! We were pretty full but still made room for dessert and an espresso which was also delicious . Definitely recommend for a date night/ celebration . Prices were in line with the portions/ambiance .

Crystal Sings: Beautiful simply Beautiful 💜My daughter and I brought my mom to last Saturday’s brunch for her 80th birthday and we really enjoyed the service, food, and ambiance of the restaurant. George, our waiter was awesome and made our experience so memorable! Thank you George!

elizabeth rose: Visiting from florida and this restaurant was highly recommended by locals and im delighted i took their advice! The atmosphere was great, very inviting and scenic, indoor and outdoor seating offered with a nice view of the river. food was really good and exceeded expectations and the server Dominique went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience :)

Mastro's Steakhouse: what do users think?

John Darden: The steaks were cooked just right. Our waiter was polite and make our evening more enjoyable. The lobster mash potatoes had plenty of lobster meat; however, it was oily. If you like lemon drops then you should definitely try theirs because of the taste and presentation. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were huge. We had added crab meat to one of the steaks; however, we felt as though the restaurant could have included more meat relative to the cost of the dish but it was good. You can pay your bill using your phone. That was a nice touch (no need to wait for someone to come back to you) We plan on coming back.

Jaela Ford: This review is strictly for the waitress named Nicole. We would have given 5 stars if she did not taint our experience in the beginning. We were told by the hostess that she would be our “wonderful” waitress. She also came over to bring us menus and ask our water preference as if she was our waitress. However, for some odd reason the waiter was switched. When she was acting as our waitress, she was extremely short when answering our questions & seemed as though she did not want to be bothered. She also never introduced herself. We had to ask our new waiter for her name. There was absolutely nothing positive about her. It was as if she had pre judged us just because we were a table of young black women. Thankfully, our new waiter Phillip came over and saved the night. He was super welcoming and helpful. He answered all of our questions with a smile. His customer service was top tier! The drinks and food were also amazing! Thank you Phillip!

Mary McKay: We couldn’t have chosen a better establishment to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. From the food to the service, everything was exceptional. The service size of everything is huge! You could definitely share every course and spend half the money…or if your like us, we enjoy the left overs the best day 😍.

Renee M: Sooo...the wagyu steak was delicious and the seared scallops were the BEST I have ever had! The sear on both dishes was perfect, the flavors were on point, and the meat melted in my mouth like butter! The drinks were CRAZY good, like strong, but made with appreciation for the full flavor profile vs just the liquor. Our server, Rice, aka the Tony Baker look a like was on it. He was very attentive and gave us great suggestions. We have 4 sides, 2 were bomb and 2 were not. The roasted brussels a sprouts and the cream spinach were tasty. The cream corn was gross and the lobster mac was under whelming. For $40 a side I would like more flavor. The atmosphere was cool. The live singer was entertaining and awkward. I would go back just to chill at the bar.

Lady J: The greens are excellent, the potato salad was on point, and the ribs nice and tender. Overall the food was absolutely excellent ‼️. I would purchase again.

Cassie: Ordered two meals and the flavors were immaculate😩 Lo-mien was so good

LaurieAnn White: I love the PEACH COBBLER!!! Staff is wonderful and friendly. Unfortunately, the location is scary.

T. Dixon: Although they started late, the food is delicious.

Marsha Bass: Shrimp Boat is a DC landmark and food experience. It has Soul Food, The BBQ chicken wings are the best. They sell baked fish, chicken, turkey wings, etc. Anything you could think of. I love their vegetables. The mixed vegetables and the cabbage are my favorite. They sell breakfast throughout the day, It is a popular landmark for Benning Road and East Capital Street. East Capital Street crosses into MD. Shrimp boat also has the outside vendors on the East Capital side during the late spring and summer. It also sits next to the Benning Rosd subway station on the Benning road side of NE.

me jones: They have Horace and Dickey beat. Trout and Whiting was fresh french fries and coleslaw with delicious price for a four piece dinner was $9.99. Their fish was not cooked from frozen or from a very chilled state the fish was tender and you can taste the flavor and it flake when you broke it. There was a long wait because they only let three people in at a time do the covid restrictions but the fish was worth the wait. My waite time was 35 minutes on the clock and i watched a steady stream of people go in some ordered and exited and some went in to pick up their orders. I can see myself returning.

Ivey King: I live in Florida. Every time I come to visit my family in Maryland. I always have to stop at this place to get me a trout dinner. I have never had a bad experience. Love their trout.

Virginia Pauls: Great food and view! We had the cod and fries, steamed shrimp, and crab dip. Wonderful! Will definitely be back!!!

Crystal Baltimore: Fish was fried perfectly! They skimped on the fries but they were delish

Craig Griffin: Wow, so many fish choices at this place. I ordered 1/2 pound of shrimp and fried clams, delicious. Plenty of free parking. Near beltway. Hole in the wall type place, food only to go. Covid19 precautions in place here. I will return!

MAJ: I took a flyer on this place while looking for some where to get fried fish. To my surprise, the food was very good. I ordered the Fried Whiting fish dinner with roll, Coleslaw and Fries. The fish was nicely fried, not greasy, and coleslaw was good as well. I plan on adding this place into rotation when I get the urge for for a fried fish meal. I recommend.

C.R. Banks: Nice little cozy spot. Wait staff/mgr are very friendly. Ribs were delicious "fall off the bone".The calamari tasty and crunchy, not rubbery. Crabcakes were ok...l like more "lump".

Tanya Lowe: They food is amazing I came here when I was pregnant with my baby I couldn’t wait to come back and now I’m in heaven! Great customer service and wonderful host. BTW they fried chicken wings are the Bomb!!!

Brendan Hogan: First time dining here but won’t be the last. Catfish and fried chicken were incredible. Potato salad and collared greens were fantastic, too. Only place I’ve ever seen have a weekend happy hour. Chandler was a great waiter!

Elizabeth Chu: The customer service is EXCELLENT. I mistakenly did pick up instead of delivery and didn’t have a way of getting my food but one of their servers, Antoine, was GENEROUS AND GRACIOUS enough to deliver my food after he had completed his shift. I am so grateful for this amazing customer service. I cannot praise him or this restaurant enough. This was so kind. And of course the food is very good. Thank you thank you!!!!

Linda Lewis: Been coming here for about a year now and I can say I have never had a bad experience the food is excellent I highly recommend the brunch and definitely the fried chicken meal you won’t be disappointed

Nour Nadri: Been meaning to try this place for a while and finally visited last night. Truly amazing food, beautiful patio, and friendly staff. Got the fried chicken sandwich and it was out of this world. Will most definitely be returning and trying other menu items.

Brian Johnson: The food is always great! I’ve tried several dishes and have not been disappointed. This is my go-to spot when I’m craving a home cooked meal! My favorite is the Wing dinner with potato salad and cabbage!

Bobby Van’s Steakhouse: what do users think?

Rachel Murphy: Went for the first time with a Groupon. It was a ton of food. The filet was well cooked and the sides - mushrooms and sprouts- were very good. Saturday half off bottles of wine made this a very affordable night out.

Amber B.: Attended a work event here. They were easily able to accommodate 20 people. Service was fantastic and food was phenomenal. Everyone enjoyed what they had. We all ordered appetizers, salads, entrees, shared sides and enjoyed their lovely wine selection. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a nice steak/seafood dinner.

Charlie: My wife and I found the restaurant through groupon. Paid for a prefixed 3 course fixed menu, great food. I got a filet mignon it was great. The service was excellent, our servers name was David. If you can get David I know your night will be wonderful! The restaurant will not rush you out like a lot of other seem to do, which made me very happy. My wife and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary. :)

Thao Huynh: With the Groupon for the prix fixe dinner, this was a lovely experience for our anniversary. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. The music choice was interesting though, not what I expected from a fancy restaurant; I thought there would be classical/jazz music but it was modern pop. The sauces for the filet mignon were an extra $6, which was not told by the server so we had no idea. Make sure to ask. Other than that, it was a lovely time.

Melanie Smith: Great Sunday brunch spot. Reservations are a good idea. We looked at Resy just before we left the house and there were plenty of tables so we didn’t reserve one. By the time we arrived at the restaurant it was full and we needed to wait about 90 mins to get a spot. The restaurant isn’t huge and it can fill quickly. We waited and it was worth it. We didn’t opt for the bottomless brunch, but maybe next time if we are feeling ourselves. Instead we opted for a dozen oysters, popcorn shrimp (which were really busy full size shrimp), biscuits, and oysters Rockefeller. The brunch cocktails were all solid. Service was good. We will be back.

Nick H.: Went to this place for happy hour with a few friends. I tried the raw and cooked oysters. Both were pretty good, I also ordered a rum punch which was tasty but strong. When I went it wasn’t really packed however the space was pretty tight and I found that the person I was sitting next to at the bar we kept bumping into each other because of how close the chairs were placed.

PancakesnChill (Katy): Wonderful place with great food. It’s a tight space, but all around fantastic dining. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with eye contact and a very friendly (and handsome) face. Once sat we ordered 12 “happy” raw oysters that were AMAZING. After the app, I had the shrimp po boy and my mom had the steamed mussels. Both dishes, while a little pricy, were delicious and fresh, you could tell. We ended up talking to the owner who also owns the restaurant next door. Very charismatic man and takes a lot of pride in his business, you get the sense of love and passion in his craft for cooking. He told us about an area in SW MD where he gets his oysters hand delivered by people he knows and sources directly from water to boat to kitchen. Food was lovely, staff was even more lovely.

Onyinyechi A: My wife took me to this spot and i must say everything was delicious. She had a variety of oysters ($1 off all day Tuesday). She loved all of them..I went for half pound fresh shrimp. Very good added a little hot sauce to the cocktail sauce and gave it some kick. I also had the Poe boy and she had muscles. Everything came out quickly. Great service. Clean establishment.

N T-K: Very fresh and seasoned seafood! My favorites are the clam chowder soup and the grilled jumbo shrimp! Also the service from the front to the back is amazing!

Tevin J: Best Brunch that I’ve had in a long time. Totally worth the money. All of the oyster options were great and the clam chowder was to die for. The service was the cherry on top of a fantastic experience.

December B: Food is absolutely delicious, would recommend the popcorn shrimp and you can’t go wrong with the oysters. The brunch deal they have is a must try. Service was awesome too.

Johnny “Johnny's good life tips” Even: Yummy Amazing fresh oysters Good ceviche, little small Popcorn shrimp was good Great spicy bloody merry

Randy Parnell: You want to sit at the bar or either the tables at the back of the bar, a much better view of the airport. They have beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows. This location keeps the high standards of the chain from Boston! Kayla was a professional waiter. The clam chowder is cooked to perfection, and Key Lime pie has the right amount of lime. Overall wonderful experience!

Brian Holm-Hansen: Our excellent waitress was very prompt, friendly and professional. The lump crabcake appetizer was delicous crab with no bread filling, and they kindly served it on split plates for us. The lobster roll was full of tasty lobster meat, and the clam chowder had a light & delightful broth with clams & potatoes. The fried whole-belly clams were delightful with a light, sweet taste. A glass of Allagash White draft beer perfectly rounded out the meal.

Dave Golden: Good food, great service and lively music. When we fly out of DCA, this is our go-to. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you want a hot dog with chili on it, go next door for half the price. To each their own.

Majo Lares: Legal sea foods We order Caesar salad, fish tacos, clam chowder, and a lobster roll. The Caesar salad didn’t have a lot of dressing, but they gave us more upon request; the lobster roll is big and delicious; the fish tacos are good; and the clam chowder was good, but is was not hot enough. Overall, I did like the place and recommend it.

Private Sender: A great and consistent location for Legal Sea Foods. The good news is that you no longer have to exit the TSA security area to get to LSF at Reagan!

Silent Sought: Service was exceptional and the food was great. It is a little higher priced, but worth it. One of the best places to eat at the Reagan National.

Bayou Vixen: Delicious creamy & chunky hot clam chowder, fast and friendly service, clean environment and all servers including bartenders had on face masks.

The Point D.C.: what do users think?

MO. B: Recently ate here. The staff was very accommodating we were actually late but they were able to move us to a 7:45 slot. They do have valet, I would recommend as the parking is hard they do have a garage but not sure how full it was as there was a game going on too. While we waited we got drinks outside. It was really cute and service was fairly fast. Once we were seated we ordered appetizers: tostadas, jerk wings, oysters, crab donuts, roasted Brussel sprouts, and calamari. Portion sizes are decent and made to share. I would recommend all except the calamari, it was over cooked and too much batter. I would note that the crab donuts were a hit and a table fav. I cannot eat shellfish but everyone loved it. We did express our dislike to our waitress Verta and she was able to take it off our bill. For dinner we ordered the hamburger, unagi sushi roll, spicy tuna sushi roll, tuna/salmon sashimi. All was good and recommend everything. For desert we ordered the banana split and the apple pie. I would definitely not recommend the banana split, it was too many textures and the plating was not appealing. Would recommend a warm/cooked banana and better plating. I would recommend the apple pie, it’s like an apple empanada with cinnamon and sugar on it with ice cream. Our service was great, Verta our waitress was very accommodating and answered all our questions regarding the menu. We will definitely be back once it warms up to sit outside.

Catherine McAdoo: AMAZING SERVICE, FOOD & GREAT LOCATION!!! Talk about wanting to take your partner on a nice date!! This spot is tucked away in the perfect location. Not a lot of traffic noise and away from the hustle and bustle of DC!

Tahirah Khabir: I love this place! First-time visiting, and I will definitely be coming for another visit. The ambiance was amazing with views of the water as you dine. Food and drinks were superb!

Mia Speight: Nice upscale environment that you can arrive casual or classy in dress. The waiters and staff are focused on delivering fast service. The food I ordered was tasty....brussel sprouts and salmon. The decor was tastefully selected and comfortable to sit in. It boasts of an outside patio that has table seating and an al fresco bar. Minus 1 star because of the heat, no air conditioning at an event held on Sunday with reality stars from DC and the microphone system was a mess.
