Panda Express: what do users think?

Bryan Cortez: Good food - bad portions. I think it depends on the time of day you go, but i've been here around 12pm, 3pm, and 7pm - and it's always been the same. They skimp out on portions as if you aren't overpaying already for a plate of food. There's also a huge cleanliness issue with the tables and the refreshments area. Food is good! Just the portions and cleanliness needs to be resolved.

Sam Y.: Decent food at a great price. It would be better if they have a better interior design.

Lorraine McGhee: Good food. Well seasoned, not salty. Fantastic workers.

Somjai Deginda: $$ A bowl now $6.90 plus taxes $7.50 plus constantly harassing customers to donate money. I would rather tips the low wage employees than have to put up with begging for my money. The restaurant wants to present their image as charity then they should donate their profits. The price is very expensive for what we customers get.

Gene Romano: It's a good place to get some food at a reasonable price. Not so easy to find, just park in the structure under the mall and walk to the Panda Express outside on the street. You can't access it from inside the mall. The food was fresh and hot. If you get a drink they give you the cardboard straws. I don't really like those so I used my own straw to drink. I would go there again.

David Ruffner: Everyone is so nice! Des is an amazing manager, she remember my order and always says hello!

Giovanna Dixon: The food was fresh, the portions were good. I will return.

Jeffrey R: Decent food for the price and friendly staff

Sayani Chatterjee: Excellent food & variety ! Very clean. In westfield mall 🤩🤩😍😍👌👌

feitras pace: The lady who answered the phone was a sweet heart but the food i ordered from uber eats was dry ..very small portions. The food was cold and the egg rolls was soggy and the wontons was uneven with the creme cheese. Very small portions and the veggies were hard and barley cooked. Orange chicken of course was great!

Panda Express: what do users think?

Tracie: This location is the closest to my house and so I am always rooting for it but unfortunately lately the service hasn’t been great. So although the location closes at 930pm they stop cooking food way before so that by 830pm there is nothing left. I mean I get it, when it’s close to closing some things are running out and not worth cooking a whole new batch but it’s like they refuse to give you good service because they are “over it” and ready to go home…they get paid their full salary until 930pm so the customer expect good service till the second they close, and that includes having almost everything on the menu. When I visited today there was a long line and they had like 4 items in the menu….. 😖 things didn’t look fresh 😒 I’ll give it another shot and I hope they can terms themselves.

Sassy Sauce: We drove into DC today for to visit the downtown monuments and museums. On our way out of the city we picked up dinner at Panda Express. The restaurant was clean but there was a long line/long wait. There seemed to be a lot of online orders and the staff was trying to help the line and prepare the other orders for pick up. The line didn’t move quickly which was disappointing but the food was good. The rice was fresh and the noodles were as well. All of the food was tasty and what you would expect from Panda Express.

D Hampton: This low review is for the payment policy I experienced today. There was a sign on the door cash only, then walked in and sign on counter said limited change or have exact change. I was asked was I okay with the sign, I said yes because what I ordered was $9.60 before tax. I did not do the tax calculation in my head but assumed it would be less than $1. I ordered and I did not have the exact amount. My bill was $10.56 and I had a $10 and $20. I got the impression that they thought I was going to give a $9 tip or pay $20 for a $9 meal. I asked for the $10 back and then all of sudden change was available in the second register. It's understandable that there is a change shortage, however I really feel the business should have absorbed that .56 cents. If your credit card machine is not working and you don't have change but you still want to be open for business make adjustment and round the dollar amount, I've been to other businesses that have done this when coins and cash are low.

Samara Taylor: I Place a doordash order but called at the last minute for a request. I spoke with Vee, firstly I would like to thank him because people don’t realize how something so little and small could make a persons day! He was so helpful! I appreciate the great customer service! I could literally hear all your Employees saying my name checking for my order! That’s a team right there & I love it!

Marv- O: Walked in to get what I normally do. Was greeted by extremely rude young girl. She saw me coming to make an order and left the area to go talk to a co worker. The co worker informed her she had a customer. She looked back at me and laughed. At this point I stormed out and left. I never disrespected her. It was no reason to treat me that way. They also skimp on portions depending on what you look like here. I use to come here everyday. I won't be going ever again.....foods ok though. Get it if you don't care about being disrespected.

Omar Guzman (ReconGhost17): I would not recommend going to this location. I spoke to the person at the register about my order missing a third option. I got charged full price for two plates that were missing a third option. I asked the person who was preparing my food a question about getting a third option and she did not answer it. I will not be coming back to this location ever again because it seems like they do not seem to care much about customer service at all.

Ara Koh: Good panda express location. Some customers were not wearing mask and was worrisome.

Morgan Ormsby: Soda fountain blew soda all over my wife. Manager was super rude about the whole thing.

Lorna F: Friendly staff. Variety of delicious food. Clean bathrooms. Large eating area.

Tyrese Curtis: Terrible Customer service when I went in I really didn’t want Panda Express but a friend was treating me out and I was highly dissatisfied with how I was treat when I asked for extra of an item. Just a few more of the item like 1 or 2 the staff member preceded to tell me it’s going to be a extra charge and do I want it on top or separate I would say if you like Panda Express and don’t like bad customer service I would recommend going somewhere else but I would not be to this location

3D Rivals: The food is soooo good highly recommend

Valerie Reddick: I love their fresh steamed veggies and spicey dishes. Also they give good portions. Favorites are sweet fire chicken, orange chicken, king pow chicken.

Robert Hardison: Fish is fresh and caught right out of the McMillan Reservoir. I'm sure once the development across the street opens the residents will love this place!

Kazzy Bethancourt: This place is amazing, I never expected to see a real panda working in this place! I think that was a lie. But ia true a Panda will bring to you table you order and you can even take a picture with him!

Netherman 132: Its great eating some Asian food while im being arrested. But since the view wasn't all that great. ill only give it 3 stars

Kimberly Brooky - Matarazzo: I "enjoyed" the "scenery" and the "service". Let "Chow" know "we" loved the "meal".

Mikey Hipp: This is a very (H)happy plac(e) to eat at. I (L)oved the (p)eople

Bryon Blake West Dyk III Hamburger: I truly enjoy the sexual harassment Panda menu that they have advertised for only $1 items

Damian Burch: So its basically the Chinese embassy 10/10 qould go again

Nathaniel Choe: I'm attempting to bring the average to 5 stars

Panda Express: what do users think?

MaREi: If I could leave this place zero stars- I would! The lady did NOT put anything in our large plate except rice and let it get all the way to the register. I stood there with my receipt waiting for my food while the cashier lady rung up 5 customers after me. Another employee asked me what I was waiting for and I told her my food! She then gave me my food and when I checked it, she only gave me 1 entree with barely any meat. I asked her where was my other entree and she said, "Oh, the teriyaki is going to take 15 minutes." Then I asked and showed her "Why do I barely have any meat?" And she had the audacity to shrug and carry on. I'm amazed TWO employees failed to mention this to me. It's not even rush hour. I. PAID. FOR. TWO. ENTREES. AND. A. BAG. Did NOT get 2 entrees AND they didn't give me the bag that I paid for. Also waited there for a good 8 minutes just for my food. Unbelievable service.

Zoe Rabago: Most items were empty. No cook insight. Just 2 stressed employeesHad to wait for kung pao but then they forgot i was waiting there.Food is always good

Chereka K: I tried orange chicken for the first time and it was SO GOOD! I definitely recommend going here or any Panda Express near you.

Josh Lee: They serve good food as always. I love those Orange chicken and Fried rice!

Robert Birmele: A decent fast food place in the lower lobby. Was good and just right.

RenLeft: I got the orange chicken and fried rice! It was phonemanul and very tasty the chicken had a hint of spice but was not too spicy; The fried rice would have been better if I had access to soy sauce! The workers where really nice and efficient it took at most four minutes.

Luigi Portella: Pretty good and really cheap Chinese food! A good choice to have a quick bite! Highly recommend! 😉

Judith Octavo: Typical Panda Express food court location, service is fast. It is inside a food court but there is an option to eat in tables at street level if you want an open air area.

Charles McCain: They didn't have all the food made, also I asked the lady if one of the dishes was spicy hot she said no. But it most definitely was.

Tony Zhang: Don't go there Sat and Sunday, it closes. I did not see the schedule on Google map very clearly and I became the unlucky guy finding a closed store.

Panda Express (Naval Base): what do users think?

DeMontre Davis: The staff is so BOMB. The orange chx looks dry sometimes. The best place to eat on that damn base

Pam Frias: Always lacking options for those of us who don't eat beef or chicken. There's never any shrimp, and sometimes a girl just wants more than lo mein and veggie spring rolls.

Neale M: Hours of Operation online and hours posted on register show 1330. They were already removing food and closing up shop by 1300.

Saul Lang: I arrive at this excellent restaurant from time to time because I like the special air that is unique to this restaurant. The team is exceptionally friendly and skilfull. The service is certainly efficient. Needless to say, the food they cook is first-rate. I came many times and I was always joyful. The cost is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to to all.

ROBERT CAMPBELL: Food was fresh.

Hyungsuk Oh: You may not accessible to this shop because it’s inside of military camp.

DJ Nygma: Undercooked rice, small portion sides. Not going back.

Valerie “Rere” saunders: No not yet on my way

Henry Zheng: Best food ever!

Panda Express: what do users think?

Jonathan Someone: Nine out of ten times the experience and food are very good. This location is so busy that it is unlikely any of the entrée food items are cold, unlike at many other Panda Express locations. The worst I have had was barely warm, but only one or two pieces of meat. Lines and wait times can and do get ridiculously long during lunch and dinner rush. Very small and oddly designed parking lot shared with multiple other stores.

Christopher Estorninos: Great service, they were attentive while I was sitting and waiting for my online order. I walked in and saw a long line of customers, so instead of going up to ask I waited until everyone had their chance to order. Though I waited an extra 5 mins, the server noticed me waiting patiently and tended to my needs. The employees are respectful and courteous. Great service is all I can say.

carlos sanchez: I love friendly and great service. I also like rootbeer and teriyaki chicken. Both of which I got at this location. Left very happy. Thank you.

Jaye62: I like this Panda Express because they give you a nice portion of food it's always clean looking But it's always a line as well 🤣it's worth it

Carmine Barton: Initially I was excited that a Panda Express was going to be in my area. Since this store opened, I have been there 3 times. Yesterday was my third and final visit. Everything time I come, there are long lines. I know this is to be expected because of the pandemic. But Panda Express is based on an Express assembly line of prepared food orders. Therefore you decide what you want because it's done. Team members run out of food and cause the customer's to wait an additional 6 to 7 minutes for orange chicken. Orange chicken is a popular item. Why is there not another bowl ready for replacement? They ran out of napkins. No napkins to wipe my hands. The only beverages they had were power sport drinks. I had to wait 7 minutes for fried rice to be cooked, another 6 minutes for orange chicken, and another 7 minutes for chicken egg rolls to be ready. If I were only ordering for myself, I would have left. But I was placing an order for my Mom as well. I have never had a bad experience with Panda Express until I went to this one located at the Rivertown Shopping center . Staff is very disorganized. Will not return to this location ever again.

Lauren Guerrido: Price gouging - 20 oz coca cola products on menu but they give you 16.9 oz bottles

Candace Harmon: The food was very good...i had the bigger plate with chow mein, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and the steak and shrimp....since when did Panda Express start using potatoes in their recipes? Regardless it was delicious and my order was put in through the app and ready when i arrived!

Yusef Links: I Uber eats ordered but I don’t know what the hell was the problem,my order took entirely to long I waited over an hour “meal being prepared” and I called twice and no one answered so I cancelled the order😡

Tika Mckissic: Went during a minor lunch rush , food was nice and hot . Cooked well. The only thing is I wanted lo mein but it looked dried out so I had to do the fried rice . The staff is calm especially since they were getting cussed out as I was entering, but they handled the situation professionally.

La'Verne “LV” Washington: I was so pleased that there was a Panda Express now in our Oxon Hill, MD Community. I drive from a couple blocks away, DC. I went there yesterday and fought the tight parking to go in and order my favorite Orange Chicken. Haven’t had in 2 years. First thing I noticed was the line and people social distancing. That was great. A suggestion. We are standing facing a wall but there is not menu on the wall. We are there for about 10 mins. But the menu is on the other side and we can’t see it. Either our paper menus there are add a small menu on the wall. They ask what you want as soon as you get up to that area you have to bend around to see the menu. I mentioned to someone she said good idea, she would tell the manager. The food: As she was making my bowl I noticed the veggie rice looked dry and the orange chicken had no sauce. Only the prices had sauce on them. I specifically asked for extra sauce which she said she would do. I asked for sauce packets as well. I Get home and all this dry food and the rice was hard in places. I tried to put the packets of sauce on. But not the same as having the sauce made with the chicken. I noticed a woman in front of me sayin extra extra sauce and didn’t really register until I got home. Oh! You really have to stress it more than once. SAUCE Please. So yes. The orange chicken istself wasn’t bad, but trying to choke down that dry food wasn’t cool. That’s my review. Welcome to the neighborhood maybnkt be back for awhile though.

Panda Express: what do users think?

Dionis Bara: We have been eating in PE in pentagon mall, my spouse have found this strange thing in her dish, I have talk to menagerie and I have show her this thing, she took away fork and she just told me that she don’t know what that can be and she can do nothing about that. Make your consequences by yourself. But I am sure that this was a kind of worm…

Alex Mallory: We ordered delivery online which is delivered through door dash just before 8pm. They accepted the order then proceeded to change the status multiple times and ultimately cancel our order 1 he 15 mins later. Total trash.

fellsteruk: Food was amazing!!!! Best fast food Chinese I've ever had PERIOD! The food really was amazing so sad we don't have these back home. Staff were also really nice and helpful if you want to try any of the dishes just ask for a taste and they will give you some on a cocktail stick no issues. Seriously amazing stuff would be a 6star if I could!

Jacob Park: First time trying Panda Express. It was good.

Anastasia Nesterova: Good fast food, better and healthier than a lot of American fast food, sweet taste as a lot of Chinese food. The dishes are pretty big, you can choose the size of plate and different dishes. The medium one costs only approximately 9 $. They give you cookie with predictions, I love it so much. Visit it if you don’t have time for waiting.

MGL Khaans: Food is fine but Spanish cashier didn't even get my paid order looking at me like I'm from another planet no management then speaking diff language laughing is this costumers are number priority so pls do something those cashier ladies? All the time they just lazy morning one step back get my food so I don't like people who worked their so I stop giving money

Pavan Gollapalli: My spring rolls tasted stale, and when I took a closer look I noticed something that very closely resembled mold. Please let me know how I can get a refund.

Maritza Cooper: I have never been actually able to get food here. The service sucks. The employees are rude and surly. Its just not worth the aggravation of trying to order a meal and deal with rude employees. Too many other options in this mall. Skip it.

Brysen Beasley: This spot is the one I always prefer. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very warm and the cuisine they cook is so yummy. I never decline to have a good dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

Lynn Autumn: If I could give 0 stars I would. This is my 3rd and final time trying this location out and all three times were horrible. The customer service is absolutely horrific. Lang one of the cashier's spoke to me so badly I couldn't believe she was an employee. I love Panda Express but I highly recommend driving a little further out for much better service. I will be contacting the manager who just so happens to never be there when I experience bad service.

Panda Express: what do users think?

renee brown: The worst Panda that i have ever had. The cooks are not real cooks. The food is always burnt. And the super greens have zero flavor, and are barely cooked all the way through. This place scams on the portions, but try to charge you crazy prices. I told the manager that all of my food was burnt and he brushed it off. The menu doesn't even have all of the original items that most panda expresses have. Do not waste the energy, time, or money with this place.

Jose Guerrero: Online closing times are accurate but in-store signage says they close at 6pm. Please consider updating for those that do not check their phones every time, or perhaps are from out of town and weren't aware you have been closing at "4 for over a year". We came in to shop thinking we could grab food afterwards only to show up at 4:23 to a closed shop.

Justin Rupp: Rough 5 days in hospital with family. Didn't eat for most those days and this hit the spot. Everything was great except the noodles. Straight up the noodles were super dry.

Mar Ortiz: Place is good and clean. Food was really good but unfortunately the cashier lady👎.I usually don’t write reviews but this was the 2nd time eating here and same person with not so good attitude.

Nick Gray: Why do they call themselves Panda Express but don't actually serve Panda meat? Well at least their name doesn't claim to be a Chinese or Oriental place because they fall short in all aspects. Whatever you thought you knew about Chinese food I can guarantee you they're not doing right. Chinese food is an American tradition that shouldn't be messed with, and they've sure gone out of their way to mess with it. I mean don't get me wrong it's definitely food, but not the food you would imagine when you picture getting Chinese carryout.

Drh2069: Quality of food has been all over the spectrum. Last time was definitely what I would say the worst. Out of the five times, three were good, one meh and this last one was damn near gross. Everything that me and my wife ordered appeared to look good. But after starting to consume our meals it was obvious that it had been sitting under lamps since lunchtime and was now dinner time. Luckily there is a qdoba coming to this food court. A little competition may spur some better quality here.

Kaitlyn Brady: My daughter tried to call to order some food for me earlier and ended up saying... "Why don't you go f**k your mom" to my daughter! What did she do? All my daughter said is one silly thing as a joke, she asked if they sold pizza, and then right before my daughter said jk, that comes out of his mouth. How rude. Never calling there again.

Jeannie Clements: It's a nice location and very convenient to have on base but I've never been given such small portions at panda express. Every other location I've ever been to fills the bowl.

James William: Tried this spot in the past with a friend and I am hooked since then. I love the awesome mood and delicious food and beverages. Keep up the good work.

Immanuel Valencia: This place is good! Reasonable prices, large portions and the staff members are consistently helpful.

Panda Express: what do users think?

JeNae' Holmes: I went to panda around 4 o’clock maybe a few minutes earlier. I walked in and asked how long was the wait for the honey walnut shrimp she said about 4 min. I really didn’t care because I wanted the hot shrimp with sauce. So I see the employee get out like 6 pieces of shrimp in my tray , go to my car to start eatin a little bit and noticed that my shrimp Was completely dry. I waited longer than I would’ve to get the same shrimp I’ did not want. If I wasn’t already gone I would’ve took it back and asked for my money back , this is the reason I stop giving my money to this panda.

Nydia Ocasio: We arrived around 7:48pm and ordered almond chicken and broccoli and beef. My son was very upset as the plate arrived with only 1 piece of beef and all broccoli. Rice was not appealing :(. Staff is not carefully looking at an even portion when serving or serving a fair amount of meat. Watch out when they are serving and make your money worth.

B O: TERRIBLE!!! The fried rice tasted like plain white rice and the beef and broccoli had no taste and was dry!! Oh yeah the egg roll tasted spoil.. smh will not be returning

monika boyd: I ordered for delivery 1) DRY chicken 2) the girl that answered the phone wasn't of any help 3) just spoke with the "manager" and she sounded like she didn't even care to remedy the situation Needless to say, I had to eat this dry @$$ chicken because "some people don't like sauce on theirs" it's called TERIYAKI CHICKEN FOR A REASON When you work with people in a food establishment, you need to make sure your customers are satisfied...apparently I'm not the only one..sad to say, I'll be one less customer

Anaya Neclos: Me and my family ordered here off of Uber eats, for dinner. We expected to get a bowl like we did in stores. Instead we got a carton the size of the palm of someone’s hand with our food and NO rice. Was very disappointed. Will not be ordering from here online again.

Isaiah White: The place itself is clean and the food is enjoyable, but the staff at times can be a little slow getting people checked out, especially when it's busy.

Daniel Brunson: I love eating From panda express I like there seasme seed chicken with lo main noodles with shrimp fried rice to go with the it

Kim Escobar: Food was just ok customer service was lack luster won't be returning to this location!!

Mr. R: Standard fare for panda express cuisine. The customer service was good, but the lines were long.

Marcus McPhail: Friendly staff, efficient, and clean!!!Definitely a must stop when I’m the area!!

Panda Express: what do users think?

C.F. Camp: Fast, friendly service. Food wasn’t up to the normal standards of quality you’d expect from Panda Express, but wasn’t bad either. Kitchen staff seemed to be struggling to keep up with demand. Entree supplies were at critically low levels. Kind of dirty, and in a rough neighborhood. Solid. No complaints, but not stellar.

Yvonne Simmons: I like this Panda Express. They give you real portions, the server smiles, the food is fresh, however. I have a problem with the cashier lifting up my box to see the contents inside, after she's been collecting money. Cashiers should not touch your containers after touching dirty but money with no gloves or with gloves unless you gonna change each time b4 you touch the food containers for that you get a 3 star. Health and safety first always and forever with me. Bottom line.

Marjorie Scott: Hour before closing they were out of every chicken and shrimp entrée. I was already in drive thru so ordered something with beef, sat for about 10 minutes in line for something I didn't want. Would have only given one star but the worker was very apologetic which I appreciated

roy anderson: Service was poor. Person waiting on me couldn't understand English. Food was not good, Sweetfire Chicken looked totally dry, they said wait wouldbe"5 minutes OR more. Grilled Teriyaki Chicken was fatty, I couldn't eat it and would never order again.

danielle washington: Went to the drive thru of this location and the staff at the window was extremely disrespectful!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Panda Express. They made a mistake on my order and refused to remedy the problem stating that they didn’t hear the order correctly which sounds like a problem in their end and they weren’t willing to fix it.

Jay Hugee: Is there a better $10.00 meal than Panda Express?

Free Spirit: The staff were very attentive and friendly. They moved pretty fast too and worked very well together. Not too many customers in line and they got us in and out efficiently. Will likely return.

J. Epps: Terrible experience with customers serviceAnd not being acknowledged by team staff had to address my matter with the manager,Ray who was the only staff member detailed in customer service skills but definitely will not return there, will continue to patronize chipotle

David Horning: I get there and I'm there all the time cause my office is right across the street and tell me my face covering isn't good enough. Customer service at this location has been going thru the drain. I would like to speak to the regional manager Christina when she gets time. That's the only info the guy would give me. If you were smart you would look at different management to run this location. You guys lost a really good customer. I did lunch for my office with panda and everything. Mo more

Crystal Narciso: Actually it's no stars. They won't serve without customers wearing a mask. You can give them a dollar for a mask. I'll never eat there again. It's time for this to stop!!

Panda Express: what do users think?

Azhar Shaikh Travel-O-Fun: Drive thru... Pick up...but food was hot so enjoyed Dine in.... Fresh n hot honey walnut Shrimp was mouth watering.... Good listeners... Fast service... Good Food... Good quantity... Fantastic !!!! 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Tiffany Harrison: The food is good here typically, they just need a bit of work on the professionalism. The door says that they are open until 9:30 Min-Thurs but they closed at 9:00pm. People were there cleaning and did not acknowledge my presence at the door. If the hours have changed, it’s best to update the hours online and on the door.

Biswesh Amatya: I stopped by to this Panda express and got my order through drive through. They put all burnt chicken teraikey. They do not care of the customer service.

Shanta Artis: My Catering order was subpar from the last time. I used Catering back on 3/7/22 everything was perfect. Not so much this time. Catering orders come in large plastic containers. We'll, not this time. I received 8 soggy paperike containers. I also believe that with this packaging, I received less food. I don't have any issues with the food. But this presentation wasn't up to my expectations

Trokon 23: Our server was very very rude. They had nothing to eat with like spoons, folks, knives or sticks. When ask how are we to eat our food? Our server told us "I am about to go home and I am not responsible". We were told there was no manager on duty to voice our dissatisfactions. Worst customer service ever.

David Horning: Dining in closes at 9:30 and drive-thru ends at 10 and they are out of food at 9pm and don't make anymore food. I swear panda express customer service sucks. You guys need to take a notes from other places like Chipotle. Panda has been my favorite quick spot for years but you are losing it fast. Customers first and what's said is I'm in a customer service type business and I always put them first. The organization needs to be revamped from top to bottom because it's only getting worse. Disappointed

Darlette Gayle: This location is going down fast. I wish the owner would get it together! I really like the drive through feature at this location. However, the drive through is always backed up. As of today 9/22, they did not have a lot of the normal dishes and sodas that they normally have. I asked to speak to a manager to complain and the young lady said that they are short staffed and currently do not have a manager. She was holding it down almost by herself. This is unacceptable. Can't find a corporate office at this time to complain to, so I'm leaving my complaint here while I research to find the information.

Nadiya Abbasi: The lady staff never behave nicely. One of the staff literally asked if I am Spanish while ordering drive way... I replied; "if you dont know your menu, u need to learn it"

Keya H: Sllllooowwwwwww is an understatement!!!!! However, the food was fresh and the staff was very friendly.

Nicole Sharee: We were served with a smile! Our food was HOT & FRESH from the wok too! And for the first time, we didn't have TO BEG for bigger portions! I was full and satisfied after eating at Panda this time!

Panda Express: what do users think?

Vanessa Wilson: The portions are very small..some food sit out & look bad for a very long time because they try & sell every last grain of rice. Food is ok when fresh out the wok...the cabbage smelled as if went bad.

Chandara Uth: What’s wrong with the Marvin guy ? I work in the customer service too, but I’m not this rude to any customer. I came to pick up my food, then he just screamed to me in front of a lot of people. It was very embarrassing.

Melanie: This is my LARGE honey nut shrimp. Its literally not even half full. I waited for them to make more bc they were out and when they finally gave it to me it was only filled with a spoonful. This literally costs extra and it wasnt even filled all the way

Anthony Tong: Best place for good, spicy kung pao chicken

Cynethea: I love this place! The food is consistently great. Team members are consistently pleasant and provide quick service. Always a "thank you" at check out. Great variety on the menu. Prices are very reasonable. Having Costco and GNC a few doors away makes it very convenient.

J O: Buyer beware!! This location is by far the most poorly managed location. If you do choose to risk it, make sure if they tell you that it will take 5 minutes to prepare an item that you confirm that they inform the cook, I learned this the hard way and waiting over 15 minutes for my sweet fire chicken to be made. I reached out to management and they never replied back. Ultimately reached out to corporate as this wasn’t the first issue I have had with this location.

LotsaSequins (LotsaSequins): Some items are hit or miss here. The chow mein is pretty dry and the orange chicken is a tad too sour. The honey walnut shrimp and the beef and broccoli is much more palatable. I shouldn’t be surprised, though, as this is just a typical chain restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go for the Chinese restaurants in the food court or around the Wheaton area for better Chinese-American eats.

Exploring with Me: I oreded chicken rice bowl but the rice was uncooked. When I made an order, the 3 employeea were checking the rice and talking to each other. I asked them if verything was okay, they said "yeah, everything is ok!" When I got my order, I discovered the rice was not cooked. I showed it to the employee and she responded " oh yeah, I know!" If the employee knew the rice was not cooking, why would they serve rice to customers?

De todo un poco: I don't like the service here in Wheaton Mall because today I ordered lemomade and the guy that was the casher didn't want to serve us. He said that the beberage bar was closed, but later another customer came and he served her lemomade. What's happening with this type of service at Panda express? Its not fair as a costumer to be treated this way. We should receive better service. Don't hire people with bad attitudes who don't want to work.

Easy Way: Very bad food. We order lo mein vegetable and teriyaki chicken. All the thing were partially cooked and unseasoned. Product were taste less. Complete waste of $30. Very bad. Don’t buy

Panda Express: what do users think?

Tosh Gibson: Convenient. Just okay, it's a panda express! They were sitting out too long.

Kathleen Beckman: Good food but the drink machine did not work. The staff was very pleasant.

R. P.: Considering the location of the address, I called ahead to ask whether this Panda Express was accessible to non-military outside of the base. The employee confirmed it was accessible to public. Arriving to the base the soldier at the gate politely turned us away (I wonder how often they get to deal with ppl who want to pick up chinese).

Gerald McGill: Got to hand it to this location. Chicken pepper w veggie rice was super delicious, fresh, hot and just hit the spot. I'm full. Good job Panda Restaurant. Thanks.

ruben atadero: Large portions- order the bowl. No eating inside but there are tables outside in front of the small restaurant. Food is good.

David Dinges: Been there several times. They don't have half the menu items available. Food quality is poor. Dried old chow mein, undercooked fried rice, entrees that have been poorly made, never have white rice available, missing sauces like teriyaki, and the list goes on. Never an apology or explanation, just an oh well. They often don't refill items, so it's hit or miss. And it appears they really don't care. Very poor customer service experience. Going back to other Chinese food places, plenty to choose from. Sad that it just doesn't get better, even after the poor reviews, but no surprise.

Robert Marshall: It is Panda Express. You know who they are and exactly what you get. Chunks of meat in sauce with Rice.I've been twice, both online orders that came out quickly and correct. No problems at all.

Gabe Pettegrew: Not accessible to civilians, was turned away. It’s on apple maps still for some reason. Fair warning to those looking for it

Seth Voss: I don't really WANT to speak to the employees like they are little illiterate children but since they've messed up my order every time I've come in the last month it became necessary. Nonetheless, the moment I let my guard down thinking my food was safe, they put it in a bag after I said no to the bag. Fine whatever.

Greg: Generally, I like the food at most Panda restaraunts, but the Panda at Fort Myer/Henderson Hall has a BIG problem with food quality, freshness and availability. They are frequently out of many menu entrees OR what they have is old, dried out, over cooked or clearly not fresh and we have frequently had to ask and wait for entrees to be cooked. We've had vegetables that tasted like metal, hard-dried out rice, and cold and greasy battered chicken that was rubbery or hard. Three weeks ago we got very sick after deciding to take food that had clearly been sitting for too long. We made the decision to not ask them to make fresh entrees because we were in a hurry and got violently sick after eating it. The owner/operator needs to review processes, enforce food handling protocols and provide better training and supervision for the guys doing the cooking and also for those making spoilage discard decisions. They have lost my business for good after the illness. Beware!
