steven davids: I was helping my elderly Aunt who had 4 phones. 3 were not working right. After a very frustrating and unhappy experience in another T Mobile shop. I attempted to call the corporate customer service number (as instructed by the annoyed employee at that store) to resolve a few problems. Unfortunately due to the multiple issues I had I needed to go to a store. There is no way I would go back to the previous store. I went to this Metro T-Mobile shop and met with Daniel. What an amazing difference when you work with someone that has a positive attitude that seems to genuinely want to help their customers. Daniel was patient, took his time listening to the issues and appeared to be happy doing it. Daniel came up with a simple solution, and even found another problem that had caused technical issues. I strongly recommend this store. The employees here seem to really want to provide customer service.

Gloria Davis: On Friday, October 4, 2019, I had a great experience with staff member Abigail aka Abby. She is holding it down at this location. Her personality exuded friendliness. She multi-tasked as if it was a natural thing. Abby never missed a beat in greeting customers coming through the door while she worked with two other customers in resolving their request. She stayed professional even when approached by irate customers. The lady is fantastic, if the customer spoke Spanish or English she switched from each language with ease. She earns her paycheck and a pay raise. Ms. Abby is holding it down at Metro by T-Mobile. So, customers you what great customer service and a knowledgeable (the products and services) employee go to this location and ask for “Abby”. You Go Girl – KUDOS!!!

Gavin68: I went on a tour of the Diplomatic Reception Room recently. It was an overall nice experience. The reception room is very nice and has many wonderful artifacts. However, the tour ran a little dry at times. But it is a nice tour for anyone who is interested.

Eugene C: My favorite tour in DC. The 8th floor is the reception rooms for foreign heads of state. Museum pieces at every turn from the table used at the signing of the treaty of Paris to original portraits of George Washington. Reserve through your congress person.
