Milan: That humming noise caused by the tube man in front of your store is annoyance to the residents of the entire 3100 block of Mount Pleasant Street. This is residential street, not a highway. Please remove it. Ten hours a day ot loud humming noise is a torture.

steven davids: I was helping my elderly Aunt who had 4 phones. 3 were not working right. After a very frustrating and unhappy experience in another T Mobile shop. I attempted to call the corporate customer service number (as instructed by the annoyed employee at that store) to resolve a few problems. Unfortunately due to the multiple issues I had I needed to go to a store. There is no way I would go back to the previous store. I went to this Metro T-Mobile shop and met with Daniel. What an amazing difference when you work with someone that has a positive attitude that seems to genuinely want to help their customers. Daniel was patient, took his time listening to the issues and appeared to be happy doing it. Daniel came up with a simple solution, and even found another problem that had caused technical issues. I strongly recommend this store. The employees here seem to really want to provide customer service.

Blessbythewaves 6487: Customer service was great. The employee there explain to me the whole bill and even gave a great discount. I refer every friend to see Joe. He a great human being and a most sincere sales person.

M JAK: Sold me a $150.00 phone with 7-day return policy. They failed to port my # from my previous carrier as requested. 3 days later they refused to accept unused phone return when I couldn't get calls or texts. BEWARE of these thieves.

Zadie Oleksiw: Horrible customer service. The male manager (who said his name is Jose) charged me extra, threw out the receipt, refused to give it back to me, and was extremely rude to me when I inquired about prices. He kept telling me to ask "them" and told me he doesn't work for metropcs. He told me it was $48 but then charged my card $52 for extra tax and condescendingly told me it was for DC tax. He was also clearly pissed that I wanted to use my card and not cash (told me card isn't possible until he ran it) which makes it pretty obvious he wanted to pocket some money. The charge says "Chickass" on my credit card statement which is also super weird. This horrible experience and I will cancel my service with Metro as a result. He refused to answer any of my questions and was overall extremely rude. He also berated the girl also working there.

Julio Garcia: Amazing store with even better customer service!!! As a business owner I appreciate a business who cares about service. I would recommend this store to anyone needing cell phone service. Came for one of my employees and will continue to come back for my other employees.

Shaw Resident: This T-Mobile shop has unbelievably rude staff and terrible customer service. When I went there last week to buy a new cell phone, the staff ignored me for a solid ten minutes while I tried to get their attention. Instead, they focused on other customers (who didn't share my skin color) who were buying trinkets from behind the counter. If you want to buy a cellphone, go elsewhere. They clearly don't want your business.

crm22226: These guys fixed my phone really fast and for a great price. I went down the street to UbreakWeFix they didn't have my parts, quoted me doubled, my screen was cracked and they told me they had to fix my screen before opening up the phone. Something to do with a voided warranty. MetroPCS saved the day. Seems like theres always a party going on in there. My kind of place, fixing phones in the front, selling Go-Go music out the back. MetroPCS is amazing!!

SARO in D.C: I went into the store three days in a row, each time stood for 15 minutes or more, no one greeted me, no one spoke, no hello, someone will be with you in a moment. Each time I left without being spoken to, let alone someone finding out what brought me into the store three days in a row. I wanted a new iPhone but guess they’re not interested in selling one. Terrible service.

Zach Hamilton: F***ing bs. Employees are a**holes. Walk in to check out phone cases and I buy my gfs mom a case and she didnt like, I go back inside to return it and they said no returns when I was outside for a minute to show her mom. The "manager" then proceeded to get cocky with me and as customers are coming in she begins to curse at me and her friend jumped in as well. What I found not fair was that the employee grabbed the phone out of my gfs hand and put the case on herself and didnt give us time to decide if we want it and then never gave us the packaging for it. Return with package? The packaging was still on the counter sitting there. Absolutely screwed over. Literally the workers are bit***s!

Blake Wilson: They play GoGo really loud. I love it! Glad that they do that, to advertise what music they have for sale and to remind people where they are, D.C. Walking distance from Carter G. Woodson's home, H.U. and U Street. Black History. The only place I buy GoGo cds. For 10 bucks it ain't bad.

T Culpepper: I went to this location to get my replacement phone activated. First and foremost nobody seemed to want to help and couldn't help me activate the phone after I came to activate. I ask if they can't help update my contacts and and young lady just said well go to Google and update it there. Then she waljed away while I was figuring everything out. hey didnt want to help update my contacts and I mentioned that I needed to by screen protector and case but again she walked off.. It was pretty clear they didn't want to be bothered so l left. It was very unprofessional . If need assistance this is not the place to go.

C Brown: I went to this store and the associate was leaning against the counter with his back to me. I spoke to the associate and he turned his head in my direction, but did not speak. I found his failure to speak to be immature and rude. If I ever require in-store service again, I will be switching service provider.

Renita Henson: The salesman was nice and knowledgeable. There was miscommunication in that the telephone representative suggested an upgrade to a different phone at approximately 99 dollars but the store salesman said that the price given was for new customers only and that I would have to pay over 300 bucks...BIG DIFFERENCE! The phone representative never noted details of our conversation.

Shay Shay: I always come to this store and the staff is amazing. They make sure you understand the policies before you spend your money. People have to understand that they’re doing their jobs. They have being amazing during CO-VID 19. I have personally worked with Lexx, Jesus, Kimberly, Kam, and Beverly!! This is an amazing team and awesome store to visit! S A: Worst customer service i have seen in life. I wanted to purchase a family plan and this rude rep called Lexx denied selling the plan on the pretext that people are committing fraud. These people should be fired if Metro wants to continue getting business. I understand that there is a situation going on "the co-19" but this heavy set young lady was so rude , she must not have been taught proper customer service. She had the nerve to tell me that "metro pcs" can not guarantee the service on product that doesn't come from there. Then why would they send me promotional saying I can bring any tablet in for unlimited service for 15.00 This lady was in such a hurry to get back in the store, she just waved me off. Ms. Stapleton (Stapling Success): I had a great experience at the store today. I was assisted by Cynthia who was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about all of the phones and service plans attached to them. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was genuine in her opinions of the products and not just trying to make a sale.

Joy Aviles: The manager was rude. I understand it was an hour to closing and people want to go home but the level of unprofessionalism from the person who is supposed to set examples is ridiculous. She wouldn't help me with a simple purchase of a phone. And she was frustrated because I couldn't remember my high security pin #. I was helped on the phone by a representative who had more skill and patience. I will never spend a dime with your establishment again. If the manager wouldn't be flirting with the female coworker's she would be more capable.

Sharon Jackson: The service is so great that this is the only store (Benning Road location) That I will only go to, even if I have to travel far to get there. The staff is very professional and kind. Clean lobby & great phones with outstanding prices. I recommend my family and friends to check this spot out.

Colleen Wilson: This is the worst place ever. No one is hardly ever at the store and no local phone number. I've complained to corporate and the company itself. I've spoken with your customer service representative and they are well versed on what to say and never listen to the paying customer. I wish I had never gone through allowing my daughter to put me on her plan. I am unsatisfied with the poor customer service and they speak over you. This location has no local phone # to contact someone in the store. This isn't a good practice for any company. Metro pcs really needs to do better by the staffs customer service etiquette and work ethics. 😤😤😤

Latiesha Bell: This store is close to where I live so I frequent here for my phone needs. There's a Hispanic lady that works there and seemed real cool. We would always laugh and chat etc. My problem is I don't like when someone tries to take advantage of me or a situation. I understand the whole commission aspect etc but don't force anything on anyone. I always buy my screen protector and phone case from Amazon. ALWAYS. It's way cheaper and I like privacy screens which the store doesn't sell. The lady would sometimes give me a screen protector for free because naturally I have to wait for Amazon but yesterday i told her that I didn't want or need either, the $40 bundle deal and she still charged me for the case, which I thought was free due to her normally giving me a free item. I will never pay for a phone case from there. It's overpriced. Will be returning today for a refund

Julio Garcia: Went last week and was told by an employee that I could activate a phone for one of my employees for under $100. Went yesterday and all of a sudden there's no free phones and have to pay $200 plus, something seems shady here....went to another Metro pcs and getting a free phone activated for under $80

Teunga Watson: I would would like to start off by saying that I have been a customer a MetroPCS for approximately a year-and-a-half now! I've been into three MetroPCS locations! This particular one is the CLOSEST one to my home! Yet, I cannot get any of my needs met when I go to this location!! I first stepped into this location to purchase a new phone, only to turn around and walk back out the store after being met with a rude saleswoman! Needless to say I had to go to another location to purchase a phone! On the next two visits to this location I attempted to pay my phone bill which is usually in cash, both times I was told that the system was down and I had to go to another location to make a payment on my bill! On my next visit to this location I was there in time before they closed to pay my bill, only for the young man to tell me that he was closed when they were not supposed to be! Last Friday was my final time going to this location! Go in to pay my bill only to be told that there are not accepting cash because of covid-19, which means yet again I could not pay my phone bill at this location!! If I could give this location of zero I would do so but I had to at least give it a one in order to post a review!😡😡😡

steven davids: Went to this store yesterday to help my elderly Aunt. She had issues with 3 out of 4 phones. The employee who was behind the counter seemed bothered by our presence. The employee seemed to prefer listening and paying more attention to “Bad Bunny” than to wanting to help with the issue. Little eye contact, body language was screaming go away, and just the cold, short replies made it obvious that we should not waste this employees time to being there. There was no ray of sunshine here. The employee just wanted to deactivate a phone and then change the plan from 4 lines to 3 which would add an additional $20 more a month. We did not want to do that. The employee then told us we needed to call the customer service number because there was nothing the employee could do for us. We went back home and called customer service who told us we needed to go into a store to address the issues. We did go to another metro by t-mobile store and what a HUGE Difference. I strongly recommend passing this store and going to the metro by t mobile store on 3909 14th NW and see Daniel. Daniel seemed to genuinely care. Daniel was able to correct the issues and had no idea why the employee at the other store could not do what he had done for us.

Mercury Gold: The worst customer service ! They have no interest to answer any question at all. If you have to use METRO by T mobile just check out the other stores and you will save yourself from a bad day.

Rayshawn Howard: I really love the customer service of abby. She Listens to the customer and offers the best assistance she can so that the customer can leave satisfied and happy. This is the best experience I have ever had since being a customer for you all. She's very polite, professional, and knows how to get the job done. It's people like her who make the customer come back because they feel welcomed.

Saron Dessalegn: If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The workers here are so unprofessional and they did not care about my problems at all. They did not seem to want to do their job or give me any information. Ashley, in particular was not happy of my presence and did not care of helping me. They were very impatient, so un willing to help or work, and overall very rude. Never coming back.

Jasmine Peterson: I was helped by Abby to find a phone for my son's birthday. She helped me find the phone based on what I told her he needed most. She was super courteous and professional. She let me know what was going on every step pf the way and I was beyond satisfied with her! She was able to take care of me and other customers within a timely manner. Hope she knows shes gain another satisfied customer with just her service!

Tigist Alemu: Is there any worst place in the world other than this store with the worst, unprofessional workers. The workers were not interested in any kind of clients service, rather they make fun of the clients who are there for service, specifically the person named Ashley she’s even ready to hit or cause physical harm to the clients. She is well trained to hang up phone call on the ears of the clients. I am not recommending any one to go to this location!!!

She multi-tasked as if it was a natural thing. Abby never missed a beat in greeting customers coming through the door while she worked with two other customers in resolving their request. Bori Bori: Somebody named roco tried to up sell me on a moto g stylus 5g That is priced as 19.99 when switching over Didn't tell me the requirements of what qualifications where to make sure I got the phone for that price Quoted me 109 dollars each phone on a switch and for the free watch quoted me 80 dollars I think he might need more training when it comes to being a sales men or the promotions at metro, everything is on the metro website be cautious at this location

James Sherman: Horrible service, my phone died during a system update. I only had the phone three months, and had to pay to get a same replacement. They had none in store ,so they said they would order a new one, it was put on rush order, so I was told. Four days later, no phone. I was told to call in a few hours to see if UPS had come yet. I called and was told they did come, I asked if my phone was in. I was told to hold and he would see, after twenty minutes of waiting I hung up and called back it was busy. Two hours of trying, and the phone is still busy.

SAS Beats: I was haggled at this store!! Overcharged by $82.00 and was not given a receipt 2 days before christmas!! Who takes advantage of customers 2 days before christmas?! I was forced an upcharge on the plans told I HAD to get the unlimited, when I did not want it and ultimately according to customer service did not have to! The two men at the desk scratched each other's backs by sticking up for the other when questioned about the total and I think split their profit, I sure hope the owner or manager is not in on these schemes!! I will NEVER go back and filing a report with anyone who will listen!

J L: I took a ride here today. I looked around. My car was acting funny on the way over. I hear a ticking sound in the front and a rattling noise in the back. I want to buy a new one, but If I take out a loan I'll be over my budget. I am not sure another monthly bill is in my best interest right now. I was going to buy a bike, but then I won't be able to go somewhere when the weather is inclement.

Amber Elcyzyn: Great Service and Friendly staff. Came in to add a 4th phone to my plan. The 2 employees, Kirk and Jett were very nice and helpful and they got me a great plan and had me out of there quickly.

Shelley Ryan: If they had negative star counts I'd probably give a minus 10. This store and company is ridiculous. First of all it's based out of the Philippines. So good luck trying to resolve your issues. To make a very long story, and I do mean long, short.. after 3 trips to this location, over three hours on the phone with 5 different people, and a representative that proceeded to inform me that it wasn't job to babysit her district manager, my issue still isn't resolved. My suggestion would be to run! Not walk, RUN!!!!

Yessenia Torres: I went there on Monday Jan 31st around 4pm, and the only man working there was rude. He didn't answer my questions in a friendly manner making me feel dumb. There wasn't anyone else in the store so his attitude was uncalled for. Apparently we got a free iPhone case with our purchase but the total for example was $490 plus tax landed at $522. However, if you added the items on the receipt it came out to $522. So in reality doesn't make a difference getting that "free" case.

Can’t treat your taxpayers that way.

Isaac Oguji: High-security outfit. You don't get in here without your ID. Several past African leaders and great heros on display at the open museum. It's a huge facility with several offices and board rooms. Cameras are not allowed where there is presence of security agents. I like the fact that all countries with relationship with the US have their flags on display at the exit bay.

Gavin68: I went on a tour of the Diplomatic Reception Room recently. It was an overall nice experience. The reception room is very nice and has many wonderful artifacts. However, the tour ran a little dry at times. But it is a nice tour for anyone who is interested.
