William Toriello: The Teacher, Gen Demo, gave practical teachings that opened my mind. I walked away with some profound teachings that I was able to take home and continue to use as a morning meditation. The guided meditations were very inspiring giving me the feeling of inner peace. Her teachings are light, to the point and mixed with humor.

Soumya Devi: Mahalakshmi / the lead instructor chakra cleansing / breath exercise has helped me to overcome stress on a great extend. Highly recommended to do atleast a couple of sessions each week. Once again, thank you Maha for trying to make a change.
Mary Vargas: Breathe Meditation is my favorite way to recharge before the work week. Mahalakshmi is a brilliant teacher who engages your mind, body, and soul in quick 30 minute sessions that make you realize just how important it is to stop and breathe. I highly recommend!

Kate Moore: I have been going here on and off for a couple of years but decided to start going more often. I try to go as much as possible. Everyone is very nice and understanding. Sometimes I go on Saturday at 3 or in the evenings but mostly during the day. I talked with Rose and she was very helpful. The Monks will sit with you personally if you get in touch with Rose or May. They really helped me built consistency in my practice. I hope to see you there.
