Stacy Lemery: Having a West Elm accessible to bus and metro lines is great for residents of the DC area. There is always lots more online, but being able to see the quality of bedding, furniture, etc in person makes a big difference. I have purchased a bed, bedding, hallway shelving, a shoe rack, curtains, candle holders, and other decor from West Elm.
Eric Overton: Staff at this store were basically useless and didn’t seem to know much about the products for sale. Fortunately, I was only there to test a floor model before buying online. Shipping was fast with only two weeks between purchase and delivery. Delivery dudes were both prompt and chill.
Geneva: I was wary of buying from this store based on some of the reviews here; however, after a year of searching for the right sectional, I found the perfect one for me at West Elm. I received good service from the store. The sales person was very clear that my sectional - which I bought in November for a nice discount - would not arrive until early January. As promised, I got calls and emails from the delivery department the second week of January and was able to schedule a date that worked for me. The two delivery guys were amazing - they had to maneuver their big truck down a narrow alley to get to the loading dock. They were professional and efficient and out of my apartment in less than 15 minutes. The sectional is exactly what I wanted and so comfortable.

Jacqueline Dobranski: We have been enthusiastic customers of Ligne Roset DC since 2012 when we bought a set of 12 formal "So" dining chairs and the iconic pumpkin chair. The store is locally owned by a warm and welcoming community-minded family. This translates to amazing customer service! Owner David Zein has an exquisite eye for design. He patiently helped me choose the right pieces and the perfect colors for my home without sales pressure. A couple of years later I stopped in and purchased the Ploum love seat - like sitting on a cloud! The first night I had it my dog chewed a hole in the seat! David had an upholsterer there the next day and you cannot tell anything happened! Last year we replaced our casual dining table and chairs at Ligne Roset. David swore the chair fabric would not stain, and he was right! I have two young kids - soy sauce, spaghetti sauce, you name it - it all comes right out of light gray fabric with a damp cloth! I have always admired Ligne Roset, and we get compliments on the style and comfort of our furniture all the time. Thank you to David and wife Dani for an excellent shopping experience. We are customers for life! BTW their newest store at the DC Wharf is stunning!

Janee Stanley: I have been to a couple of Lovesac stores during my furniture shopping experience but the Logan circle was by far the best! From the beginning Evan (the manager) was so welcoming and personable. Duane was also working that day and he was just as friendly and welcoming. Evan listened and helped me through the whole process and assured me we would get our furniture in a timely manner. Due to other issues at other furniture stores (Havertys,etc.) ; they were giving a 6-9 month shipping date so this was perfect! It took maybe 5 minutes to place my order. Will definitely return and I highly recommend this location.

He helped me to understand the differences in the plush, he helped me figure out the best color for my purchase and explained the different accessories. He didn’t pressure me at all! Jamie X: I am a huge fan of the CB2 brand. I visited the store to see some of the contents in my online cart in person. I loved every piece just as much as I did online. The showroom itself is okay. Georgetown is always busy. One plus is the complimentary validation of parking if you visit the store for 1 hour. They did have floor models of a lot of the more featured pieces. I felt the rug selection was a little lacking. And the selection of lighting was also lacking. Overall if you know what your looking for you trip will be worth it. The sales staff was friendly and helpful with out being pushy...another plus.
Nikki Banner: Beautiful store with LOTs of sales associates. But not one does design and can’t give input. You have to book an appointment online. They also are promoting 15% off on their site but they weren’t knowledgeable in store. Could definitely be improved. For those buying put your email in online and get the promo code. The associate checking us out asked her for help, she came over obviously annoyed with him then ignored us standing directly in front of her. This male associate was kind, friendly and helpful. This is our fave’s, the IKEA food court! The warehouse was huge, you can also come to practice walking or exercise during extreme weather. They have variety of food selection, all come with healthy calories calculation. Our favorites always Swedish meatballs, fried chicken and the desserts. Have you tried their veggies balls? It’s taste almost the same as the meatballs, but more delicious! Don’t miss out on the side dish, it’s a perfect combination with veggies balls and the sauce. We’re all facing the same issues here at this moment, some if not all items are out of stock! You have to be prepared if you’re running a project, either come as grab as the stocks are ready or visit the store multiple times.
Samone Jones: Old faithful IKEA. Great new furniture. I came to look at the faucets and grab a quick lunch. As always you can get some great design ideas and gadgets for the home. My favorite are the duvets - they can always give a fresh look to a room. The food is pleasant. I got the Swedish meatballs, mash potatoes, and fries.
Mahjabeen Mitu: In general Ikea products are always price worthy and presentable, so you won’t struggle much to fit with your budget and planning. They have huge collection but their catalogue based marketplace will help you to get your desired one quickly. I’ve been using their products since 2013 and it never makes me disappointed. If you love to decorate your home and garden, really a great place to get a complete package of ideas! On a separate note, they have a Swedish food market of vivid collections, so you can enjoy chocolates, cookies, coffee and etc. of swedish flavor right there. Also, I would highly recommend to visit their food courts, foods are awesome! If you have an Ikea family membership, you will get discounts on foods and all kinds of beverages are free for you ☕️🍹🍸. Interestingly, they do birthday wishes to the members each year offering worth of $10 coupon and a frozen yogurt of any flavor🍦 🍦

Charley: Overall rating of 4.7, went shopping in search of a specific type of bed frame. Was disappointed when I was informed they did not have that model in stock and opted to instead settle for the "Malm" variant. Buying the bed was super easy, when I confronted an employee he told me exactly what I needed to purchase. The bed came in 4 different items and the overall assembly of it was not too bad. However, take this with a grain of salt because I am a master builder and the process was mildly engaging.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

Loni Cohen: My husband and I went to Pottery Barn this morning with our toddler in tow. We had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted in a living room set and the budget we wanted to stick to. This was the 7th furniture store we visited and finally found just what we were looking for. PROS: This location has two floors with a good number of sofa sets available to test drive and numerous options for fabric. We loved having the ability to customize the furniture to make it exactly what we were looking for at a price we could feel good about (different fabrics have different price tags). We were assisted by Kassie, who was very personable, professional, and extremely helpful. She made the experience of customizing the living room set easy, enjoyable, and kept us in our budget! We will definitely work with her for all of our future purchases. CONS: Yes, this gorgeous furniture comes with a price tag (you get what you pay for, right?), BUT we were very lucky to purchase during a 25% off promotion, which made the price very affordable so look for the sales/ sign up for their emails. Also, I could certainly see what some customers have complained about regarding staff. Some of the staff seemed a little snooty and would walk right past us without a greeting or offering assistance. Again, Kassie was not like that at all, so just look for an associate who seems happy to help. Finally, Pottery Barn Kids is completely separate and unable to combine orders with PB so you will pay twice for shipping if you order from both. OVERALL, we will definitely shop here again and would recommend PB Bathesda to our friends.

Vishal Sinha: This is our go to Pottery Barn store. The store is laid out well tho a bit too busy to move around freely. But space is a at premium in Bethesda :) The store is sometimes not adequately staffed - specially afternoons on weekdays. And getting help right away can be a challenge. But the staff is friendly and always willing to help. On our most recent visit, we needed help buying a bed headboard and frame we the folks here helped us out making a selection. We wanted to checkout the swatches for the beds and the salesperson was very patient and answered all our questions! We like the quality of their products and appreciate the customer service :)

Just Erika: I was SO pleased when I walked out of Ashley furniture that leaving a review only made sense! I initially purchased my furniture in February and worked with Aziz. He was absolutely phenomenal. I told him what I was in search of and my budget and worked so diligently to make sure that I found what I needed. Well, there is no secret that ALL furniture stores are a bit behind on the delivery of out-of-stock products but after 11 weeks, I decided to call yesterday. I was greeted by a young lady named Jasmine on the phone. She was extremely professional as she shared my options with me. One of them being to come into the store to find an in-stock item and compete an exchange. Once I arrived to the store, Kiara was the sales rep that assisted me and OMG… I wanted to give her the biggest hug before leaving. She was patient, helpful and even gave some of her own personal input in helping me select my items. I felt like I was shopping with a friend and not being an annoying customer as I paced the floor for over an hour lol. It was time to check out and another young lady (who’s name I didn’t get but she had curly hair and sat up front) was so sweet and helpful as we wrapped my portraits (because yes, Kiara helped me pic a few wall pieces) and she assisted with carrying them to my car. I am very big on customer service! And it’s not often that you receive superior service from every singe team member and from beginning to end, but I did yesterday! Thank you to the Ashley Furniture team :)
Monique Turner: Went into Ashley Furniture to browse. The ambiance was immediately welcoming from the music to the lighting and associates. We were quickly approached by Kimberly who made the shopping experience a delight. She was super knowledge about the products, inventory, and overall gave really good recommendations. She has such a genuine spirit and was a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend shopping with her! Can’t say enough good things about her. Ultimately, thanks to Kimberly, our browsing became a purchase and we’re so happy with our selection.
Gaby Desir: Yaketta was VERY helpful! I saw her work diligently at a table and once she saw my partner and I are started to pack up her paperwork and asked us if we needed help. Choosing her was the best decision we made. She helped us specialize the configuration adding an additional piece, gave me the total width measurements to be sure it fits. overall made this experience quick and positive for us. We appreciate her!
Manny Morales: Frank was amazing in helping us out with the great selection that Ashley Furniture offers! Found some great beds for the whole family. Comfortable and a variety of styles for all our tastes. Will come back again. Thank you!
Debbie Knight: Customer Service Representative Denise was very professional and helpful to me. I came in to cancel one of my orders furniture which I had been waiting on for 1 month and no response one way or other so I cancel. If the furniture was backlog common courtesy is to inform the customer what is going on. I highly recommend Denise for Customer Service Representative. Thanks a million Denise.

Ragai Abdelrasoul: My wife and I have been looking for furniture that was reasonably priced for the past 6 months. Everywhere that we’ve went has had very aggressive salespeople. Maria was extremely patient, helpful, and even gave me discounts and was on our side throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Maria! 10/10!
Stela Berbic: Best service I could get! Mark is an amazing salesman! Finding the furniture I like was so easy with him! I got the best deal and was served in best way, so definitely once you there ask for him! Yara at the checkout made sure she gave me best delivery date and took care of everything smoothly! Couldn’t be more thankful! Quality at best value it’s hard to find, that store it’s the right place for it, with Mark guiding you of course!!
Zoe Davies: Mark was a huge help. Helped us figure out what was in stock and would fit in our space when the first couch we purchased wasn’t going to fit. He made it easy to transfer the cost of the first couch toward the second couch. I haven’t always been a fan of Ashley’s but he changed my opinion.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Very nice and clean store parking available in the basement, Only problem always low on the food inventor and produce and grocery.
Cliodhna MacFadden: We purchased the Element 65” TV, and after 3 days the backlight broke. We tried everything to fix it. Without a box or receipt in hand, we brought it back to see what may be possible to do. Associates TK, Nicole S, and Anton were able to use the debit card used to purchase to look up my receipt to get our return sorted. We so appreciate them going truly above and beyond to show us their compassion and excellent customer service.
Adah Deveaux: This review is for the starbucks within target. My drinks were great but a little of a wait. The actual target was customary.
