L S: Pizza at this location is delicious, I’m just concerned about how the stack the uncooked pizza on top of each causing the doe to lift and fold in the black pot . I don’t know if that’s proper procedure or not. I also didn’t know extra most bestes was a flat pizza cut in squares, the squares was fine it’s just how thin the pizza was. Other than that the pizza was good

Collett Thomas: I ordered delivery through their restaurant for a specific time while at work. Not only do they deceptively use DoorDash which adds to the cost, they completely ignored my timetable and the pizza was delivered a full 45 minutes before the event. It was also just dropped outside my work bldg. Please don’t advertise delivery from your restaurant if you’re really using DoorDash. Also if you’re going to ask when the pizza should be delivered actually follow those instructions. Not. Happy.
John Braddock: It was my first time at this location. Easy to order and pizza was tasty. Giving 4* because they need a better system for the waiting area. Need to finds way to prevent customers from overcrowding the waiting area during busy hours.
Eliya Miller: this place is god awful. the manager was being completely unprofessional and yelling at me. wouldn’t cancel my order for a perfectly good reason. lied and said my pizza was already made when it was 1 min after placing the order. i worked at multiple different pizza places, they can always give out refunds or cancel your order when there are difficulties with the order or the persons personal business. working at any place it’s mandatory to always make the costumer happy, no matter what the cost are. she, did not . i hope that manager looses her job and actually learns how to lead a store and help the costumers correctly.

jenny martinez: The worst little caesars ever!! They have the rudest employees and NO ONE EVER answers the phone. I honestly don’t think this place should be operating with such rude and lazy people. Definitely need to hire new people!! Customer service is horrible! Save yourself some time and go to the Mount Rainer location they’ll always answer the phone and will be happy to serve you!

Went there a month ago to get an alignment, was made aware of a part I needed, paid the initial check in cost and was told when I get the needed part to come back. Dan Donohue: Walked in for a pizza- none ready… but that’s not my issue. The advertised price for a 1 topping pizza and a soda is $6.50… guy behind the counter tried to charge me over $10. When I asked why the difference, I was told prices were changed a couple months ago, but they hadn’t updated their screens…. Makes me wonder how many people bought multiple items and have been overcharged…
Percy: I don’t know where to start, I go in asked for the Batman, 6 garlic knots, and the crazy cheese bread, order comes out to $39 dollars all good. I come back 20 minutes later to pick up my food, i then find out the cashier accidentally charged me 8 instead of 6 ok mistakes happen, then I get my order, as this is happening this tiny store is packed with no control, idrc about that but had to mention. They refund the 2 extra knots and I get my order, half way home I realize they didn’t give me the garlic knots so then I turn around go back and I’m still patient, at this point I’m mad but I’m controlled, ask the lady not the cashier this time if they forgot the garlic knots and she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I said I bought 6 garlic knots and she takes out the butter garlic dipping sauce, and proceeds to say we don’t have garlic knots we have this, I remember asking the cashier for garlic knots not garlic butter sauce, I’ve had enough I just look at her in disappointment and leave. Now I’m here writing this review, I don’t understand how the cashier couldn’t just tell me there were no garlic knots even after I asked him if I was being refunded for the garlic knots when that was happening and he said yes so he didn’t understand me when I said that or just wasn’t paying attention, I don’t understand how this is possible I could provide better service high, littler incompetent people, I haven’t even eaten the food hopefully it’s the saving Grace. I’ve never written a bad review so it takes a lot for me to do so.

K C: Not sure why this place is getting such horrible reviews. Ordered four items for family dinner; it came out “hot n’ ready” before the estimated time and turned out fine. Don’t get me wrong, there are better quality pizza places in the area but I haven’t found a single place, pizza or otherwise, that’s as inexpensive to feed a family of six.
Ann Walls: Thin crust is much vetter than the regular. Pizza is hot. Do not expect to put in the code grab your pizza and go because it does not work. This makes service slow you have to wait for help.

Garrett Butler: Let me start by saying this Little Caesars is usually pretty good. Pizza is ready on time, everything is pretty much as you’d expect from a cheap pizza place. However, this is the 2nd time we’ve ordered the deep dish pizza and the dough is raw. Perhaps they should rebrand it as “Partially Prepared Pizza.” If you’re bored, or if you need something to do, you can order this pizza and cook it in your own oven for 20 minutes. Or “Hot and Not-So Ready”? I don’t think Gordon Ramsey would like this pizza very much.. because.. you know. In all seriousness, it’s pretty gross and eating uncooked dough can make you sick. The texture at first makes you think it’s really weird cheese, so it’s easy not to catch it and eat the whole piece. I actually ate half of a piece the first time this happened before I realized it was raw. I’m assuming it’s because it’s thicker than their other pizzas and they may just throw it in on the same setting when it might need to cook longer. So yeah, just watch out and make sure your pizza is cooked.
Zoe Taylor: Came in to get pizza and there was still 20 minutes left before they closed and the second I stepped in, I got yelled at that they were closed. Which they were very much open still and the door was unlocked and I told her that they shouldn’t say they’re open on their door or have their door unlocked then, which the female worker then continued yelling multiple times again that they were closed until I left. Lost a customer.
n.1 c: Carlos and Jazmine deserve a promotion! I hope the manager reads this. Regardless they are going far in life inevitably. Everytime I visit I notice these two are the epitome of customer service and excellence in everything they do unto others.

David Parker: If you have flexibility to order from the Dale City, or another pizza spot…DO!!! It doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time, they are never ready…EVER!!!!! Suggestion: Staff your store appropriately during peak times. As I am writing this, patrons who have ordered in advance are telling walk-ins to go to another pizza place. This is certainly not my first bad experience at this location, including raw and overcooked pizza.

Jeah Leth Car-man: We tried the new pad pizza (which some locations are marketing as the "batman calzone"). It was a feminist masterpiece, a triumph of capitalism. The red of the pepperoni simulates the usage of the product. Once you eat all the cheese out of it, you can utilize it like a normal (and very soft!) pad, if it fits you. Thank you, Little Caesars Pizza, for providing us with hygiene product-inspired food.

Tiffany W: Stopped by on a Friday night to pick up a cheese and pepperoni pie before meeting up with some friends and this place gets busy! The cashier at the front was friendly and greeted each customer as they walked in. Waited about 15 mins for our order and everything came out great. Awesome quality from a pizza chain. Would return. Also recommend getting the app to place your order as they have a warming locker that they put online carry-out orders in. All you need to do is order through the app and once your food is ready, go to the store, punch in your pin at the locker to get your pizza. Convenience!!
Angela Zdan: Worst service ever! I was served a pizza that was folded, when I asked for a new one I was ignored by the staff. After standing there for 10 minutes, I asked for a manager. The manager came out and was just as rude! He told me she had told me they were remaking the pizza. I told him she did not and he wanted to sit and argue. I am emailing corporate.

Andrea M. Watling: The parking lot is pretty small so it could get oacked quickly. We got lucky and found a spot around the back end. They always have the lunch combo at a very cheap price and always got and ready (which is their motto) so hey, extra kudos! I got the pepperoni pizza lunch combo with pineapple crush and it was just perfect! Cheap and quick! Their cash register associate was very efficient and polite. I was in and out in less than five minutes. It took me loner to get back to the car because a lady in the parking lot was doing a 10-point turn. Bless her heart.

Melody Outlet: Came to this location around 9:15 PM they close at 10PM. I am new to the area and had never been to this location. It was difficult to find it in the shopping center because all of the outside lights were not lit up along with the open sign which was turned off. I called the store to get some guidance as to where exactly they were located in the shopping center and no one answered. All other stores in the shopping center had working outside lights including the neighboring stores. I finally found the location. Initially I thought they had closed early. However, I was able to enter. Once I entered the female that was working never greeted me. In fact when I said hello she just looked at me and didn’t respond back. I placed my order and she never said thank you, have a good night, nothing. Definitely was not friendly at all. I called the store again today to speak with the Manager and inform them about my experience and again no one answered. This is why I decided to complete a review.
ASAP_BURGOS: So how do I even start, well I went around 6:45 pm and right before I ordered a young lady came in with an aggressive tone and attitude and started to yell to the staff. It seems that this young lady works there because she brought her personals problems to the job and started to insult another staff member over some personal things that could’ve been talked after work or in a private place, the young lady that was being attacked for no reason handle her posture and knew how to react, props to her. But that doesn’t change the fact that there were customers inside waiting for food and had to listen to all the commotion, making some of the customers leave the store. I had to leave as well because this young lady was disturbing the staff and they couldn’t do their job. This is a really bad picture to Little Caesar because management let personal problems take over business hours. No one didn’t have a name tag so I cannot tell who it was, but management should look deep into it and suspend or even fired the responsible for all this fight and insults while having customers waiting for pizza.

Tara Hall: Was craving Detroit style pizza but didn’t feel like going far to get it, so i gave little Caesars a try. 😳 it looked good, smelled good, the crust had a fabulous crunch… but… personally, i think i am starting to not like a lot of cheese. My body just seems to reject it, unless it was just the type of cheese that they are using. The sauce also didn’t have much flavor at all. While eating it i smelled something like the smell of dirty mop water that i used to smell when i worked at fast food joints and had a closing shift where i had to mop the floors. I kept smelling it to see if i was just imagining it, but it just kept smelling foul. I don’t know what that smell was on the bottom of the crust but… i just can’t eat anymore. I don’t even know if i would give it to a homeless person standing on the side of the road at stop lights. I was going to give 2 stars bc the crust had a nice crisp, but the smell just… i just can’t. Sorry little Caesars. Thank you for getting it to me hot though.
megan lebowitz: Ordered pizzas that had to be prepared, so my kids and I waited. No big deal. After pizzas were done, employee grabbed container of wings from hot and ready area, squirted some parmesan sauce on them (not even enough to cover them). I asked employee why did he not make fresh wings along with the pizzas, he stated they are hot and ready. I looked at wings, they were dried up and not hot. He said "IF you want fresh ones, it will be 5 minutes so you have to wait longer." I asked why would he not make them at same time as pizzas. He said "Because I just made those an hour ago."
artin malekian: Online orders are convenient, but looks like you have to open the box in the store and check to make sure you got all the toppings you asked for. It has happened multiple times that I ordered 4 toppings and I got 3 toppings instead. I have been ignoring it, but this time I called to bring it to their attention but the person who I assume to be the manager at the time just totally ignored it. That’s why I am here to write the review on google as the store is ignoring it so I let their customers know.

The second time I ordered I didn’t get my 2 liter soda. I called the store and they answered and didn’t talk, but I heard employees in the background. I called again and it was busy. I called the delivery driver and she said let me see what I can do about that…… and hung up. I’m not happy at all!!!
