Bushra: I wanted to buy something for my dad and wanted to get gift receipt. They said they can’t give any gift receipt, i asked that what does it mean? so there are lots of different lacoste in dmv. and my dad can exchange at other lacoste. They said they can’t. So weird and not understandable. Of course I didnot buy it!!! The worst Lacoste experience!

Eddie B: So I drove an hour to come visit this store today and there’s a sign in the window that says closing at 4pm (on a Friday) when the hours are listed as closing at 7pm. This is yet another example of poor customer service.

Mariam Abdi: The store manager, Amber gave me a really horrible customer service experience. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in any of the stores before. She was rude, aggressive, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. I asked her to return a belt that I purchased for Father’s Day because The belt was a big size but she was Was giving me a hard time and did not do anything to help solve my problem. Also I was looking at the eyeglasses selection and after I picked eyeglasses I asked her if I could get a new pair of glasses I did not want the display one, but she was being really rude and said we do not have any and she didn’t even check to see in the back. O STAR

Kevin Jackson: THEY DESERVE A 0 STAR!!! Please don't waist your time or money at this store or the company for that matter. Seriously do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Their return policy is a joke, I received a shirt as a gift from my aunt and went to return it because it was the wrong size and they rejected me because my aunt who lives out of state didn't mail the receipt with the shirt (I mean why would she) what normal person does that! poor customer service! will NEVER return, lost a customer for life.

haji mubarek: I wish I could give them 0 point, they don't even deserve a one star of review. Their shipping process made me crazy it's deeply terrible, I ordered a purse they keep delivering it to the wrong address, plus they delayed the shipping time regardless of the express 2nd day of shipment method. At this point, they are not allowing me to refund or to reship it to the different address. This is sooo ridiculous. Irresponsible people work for their online customer service, they even hung up the phone in my face!!! Shame of you Lacoste!!! Never never buy anything from them!

Steven Ingraham: The manager made my in-store experience remarkably disappointing. She was not only rude to me, she was also rude to her employees in front of me. The rest of the staff was very friendly, and I love the product, but my return visits will be curtailed due to the unfriendly/unprofessional behavior of the manager.

Ahmed Shehata: The lady working in this store, she is the worst customer facing employee ever! Not sure who hired and interviewed her? She is so rude, aggressive, unfriendly and has a bad temper. Totally unpleasant experience dealing with her in this store. I Don't recommend this store to anyone.

Joshua Zeeman: While I fully understand the difficulties in dealing with Covid 19, there is absolutely no reason for this store to have a maximum capacity of 6 customers. No other store in this mall or any other I have visited have such a restrictive number. If this was done to create a feel of "exclusivity" relative to other stores, it was a terrible plan. Wait times will often be more than 30 minutes due to a single family or couple lingering in the store or trying clothes on for an extended time. This is not the customer's fault, mind you, it's the crazy capacity limit. Good products and nice employees, awful planning on the part of management.

I brought few t shirts at a selection with no clearance sign, only with 50% off sign on. next few day I go back try to return them because they don’t fit my son, but the manager told me they are clearance and final sale. They should put a sign or mention about it before I pay, but they did not. She did not allow me to return and only gave me a unhelpful customer service phone number ask me make a complaint to the company, so I called that number and then the lady asked me to take a picture of the receipt and write a email to them. Now they never get back to me, and kick me like a ball! That’s ridiculous, I will never shop with them again. no wonder that store always so quiet.

Matthew Sweet: Nice variety of clothing. Decent sale during Christmas season. Friendly service at register. Would go back for more :)

Amresh Singh: Too expensive, I understand it's a good brand but a tee after diwcound for 65 dollars was not value for money in my opinion. I would have bought it if it was under 50.

Shah Moradian: The item prices have hiked more than other brands... I personally do see not this (current) value in Lacoste products.

Bernard Parker: The young lady that assisted my wife and I was very helpful. She checked different locations to find exactly what I was looking for. She located the item in Texas and had it shipped to my house. The crazy thing is as soon as I left her store I received an email notification saying that my item has been shipped! Thats prompt service with a great big smile. I live an hour away and they're Lacoste stores closer but because of that certain young woman. I would definitely return for that service.

Janet Hawkins: The worst customer service ever! I sat and listened to my husband call this store to ask for a particular product. He practically had to beg to get the apathetic clerk to check for an item. Ms. Apathy didn’t have it but couldn’t be bothered to check other stores. Hubby offered to call, but she said the other stores were too busy to check. She suggested he go in person to inquire. So he’s supposed to drive 30 miles each way because the clerks are too busy to take two minutes out of their day? Seriously?!

Front Desk: Spoke to the supervisor ALEX, he was so nice and helped me a lot. Great customer service, Lacoste is lucky to have him.

Maria Durham: My husband made a purchase at Rehoboth Beach the fit was too small. He has a receipt with the return and was looking to exchange not a refund. The young lady was very short, and rude when he inquired about if the merchandise was in stock there. We will stick to online shopping as this location customer service is horrible

Carl Lee: The customer agents in this Lacoste store should find a new job if they don’t like working there. I experience one of the poorest customer service in my shopping history. Both agent (male & female) seems to hate their job and it manifests in how rude they responded to my inquiry about the clothes. I picked up an online order from this store and bought another item when I went in to pick up my order and in-fact I was highly disappointed about the sort of attitude those workers there have. Hopefully those customer associates get some training or find a job they will be happy with.

Mahtab Nikan: I am shocked with the very poor customer service in Lacoste store Towson Mall. Brianna Knight treated us very disrespectfully. When my husband asked her to bring him a pair of shoes, she showed us a lot of attitude. She seemed very unhappy and pissed off helping customers. We asked for her help couple of times, she did not talk to us at all; Just walked away and come back with the size of shoes we asked for. We even did not hear her voice at all. We eventually bought a pair of shoes, but this made for us the worse shopping experience ever.

Chukwunonso Okany: Terrible service. Staff kept staring instead of attending to a walk in customer this evening at Towson town Center. Usually a Polo Ralph Lauren fan..wanted to mix and maybe switch even if RL have better designs but now I have a better reason never step in Lacoste store. Horrible culture

Jen M: We visited the store shortly after it opened. The sales team is very friendly. Kenneth took time with us to explain the difference between the items we were viewing. They have a lot of great clothing options for men.

Rendon Elsesser: I stopped in here to pick up slacks and dress shirts for a last minute business trip. My dry cleaners had a delay in delivery, so I was in serious need. Justin Couch walked me through several options that fit off the rack! He helped me pick several really great outfits. I received compliments practically everywhere I went, it boosted any lack of confidence I had for the trip! Looking forward to stopping in regularly to see what else they have available!

Chuck Hoover: The staff here and attention to detail is amazing.Kind and helpful team and fast service for alterations as well. I hope more people find this place, one of the best experiences in PGH for mens clothing.

Tet Abejo: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS THEY WILL FIRE THE SECURITY GUARD AND CASHIER or MaNAGER AND HIRE GOOD AND EDUCATED SECURiTY GUARD AND EMPLOYEE. Posted African American security woman today was so mean to me and my dog. I have Black friends and I don’t discriminate them. But this woman is unbelievably mean. She is like one of the Black people who hates Asian. When I entered the store, an African American employee already told me that I have to carry my dog when shopping which I did. I carried him while walking around the store. Then I found some baseball caps that I wanted to try. So, the store employee allowed me to put down my dog so I can try them. My dog was so behave and he just sat or stood next to me. Then this Black woman security showed up and telling me not to put my dog on the floor. I told her I need to try the baseball caps so I can I try it if I am carrying my dog. She came to me twice. After trying 3 baseball caps, I walked around the store carrying my dog. I saw another base ball cap, then put my dog and try it. A woman who was a customer asked me if she can play with my dog. I said yes while I was trying the beige baseball cap. The black security woman followed me all the way back of the store where I was trying the baseball cap in one of the mirrors. She accused me of allowing my dog to roam around the store which was a big lie. My dog was with the the other customer playing with him. I felt I was being so harassed by the security and I fought my rights and insisted that she lied and kept accusing me. Then she asked me to leave the store because she could not accept that she was wrong. I approached the cashier white woman and told her the real situation. She did not listen. The other customers already kept saying that the black woman security is also mean with them. In fact, the white woman in the cashier took side with the Black woman security even though I was upset and felt being harassed by this black woman. Lacoste management should do something with their security and white woman in the cashier because they were both mean to me. My witness were the customers and the woman who pet my dog. I always go to this store and my first time being harassed. Watch out for the Asian customers who shop to this store.

John C: Very poor layout. Some less frequented rows were huge, while more popular ones were small. Specifically, the undershirts were crammed in 2 small bins with no order, and stacked on top of each other which took 5 minutes to dig through to find my size. The aisle was incredibly small while 3 customers were all trying to dig through at the same time.

john kim: Horrible experience. The store was supposed to close at 7pm. I was there at 6:45 pm for exchange the size. There were couple of people were still there and the door was locked. I was asking if I could just exchange the size and they told me store was closed today. If the owner or manager want to close the store earlier, then they need to change open hour on their website.

Feruza Muhid: i had the worse experience ever. There were few things were going wrong sales person who refused to make two different transactions so i could have discount applied to the second purchase even though i spend nearly $500. On top of that she overcharged me $75. Im glad i noticed but to fix it she asked to get on line...what? Not even sorry, very mean. I had to speak to manager who definitely was not helpful either, she didn’t know her role as a professional in this situation.

Humberto Bocayuva: The salesman was nice and really tried to help me, but the assortment of Chino paints let me down: few colours, styles and sizes. The prices were ok, not a real bargain, not expensive. It is worthy to come back after the collection change.

wj ball: Terrible customer service experience. Customer agent could not or would not process a return despite being presented with the proper receipt. She insisted on needing an 'invoice number' from the confirmation email. I was forced to travel 42 miles to a second Lacoste location which easily processed the return by scanning the order number off the same paperwork. Very disappointing service experience.

Don Malnati: Nice store, The sales clerks are helpful, but there aren't very many of them. I knew that Macy's sold the perfume that my wife wanted, so I just dashed in, was directed to where I could find it, and purchased it along with a nice gift bag. They have a large variety of things, the gift bags were really inexpensive. A good shopping experience!

Muniba Khan: Stopped by from out of town since the weather ended up being a lot colder than expected. We were able to find some winter wear for a reasonable price, although I wish they had a wider selection of warm coats and some gloves for these cold fronts. Everyone that helped us was super great and friendly!

Charmaine Hurst: I'm from Philadelphia and the Macy's in Washington DC is much better looking inside! Brighter lights,the women's clothing layout displays of colors style,etc. That makes you want to be there and shop and look around. Brighter lights and the white painted walls helps to be a pleasant experience and welcoming. Clean lines and spaces makes it look larger. It is better looking than the Macy's in downtown Philadelphia where it is gloomy looking and old looking.It need a upgrade!

Kristen Ashworth: Had a lot of fun at Macy's while we were on vacation in DC! A perfect way to spend a rainy day on a girl's trip... or any time we needed a little retail therapy ;) . Their shoe and purse department is expansive and most of our purchases were marked down substantially. They even have a section for dogs - good quality dog toys for cheap prices! Dominee in the shoe department was extremely helpful and attentive for all the shoes we tried on - super fast getting sizes, kept us laughing, and went above and beyond to help us!

Michael Anderson: I enjoyed walking around the store window shopping for new items. They was a pretty good selection but thank goodness I wear a popular size or I would have purchased the whole store! I may go back to the Macy's near my home to do some wardrobe updating in the near future.

Jacqueline Francis: I went with my daughter to return a sport jacket and to look around for any new items. My daughter met her former coworker who was kind enough to assist with her return. The experience painless and without incident. After the return, we made our to the children department. My daughter wanted to see if there anything new out for babies 18-24 months. There were some times, but nothing much that caught her. My grandson did grab a footsie pajama and my daughter saw a cute pair of sneakers and a tee shirt. Very cute 😍! The checkout rep was very friendly, and he was the manager. Overall, a great experince🙏🙏🙏

C Meadows: Terrible customer service in their furniture department. The gentleman that "helped" me didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. I asked him questions he couldn't answer so he said he would check with his supervisor and then call or text me the next day. He never did. When I came back to the store three days later he was rude to me about the situation. Shop online to avoid the poor customer service.

Susan Marich: Signs are tough to find. Feels like a fire hazard. Terrible service. Four clerks at the perfume counter just stood around talking and would not acknowledge I needed assistance. I looked for a clerk on several floors ( no one around) and the up escalators didnt work; 4th floor before I found a clerk who would help. The worst! I ended up leaving and spent my money elsewhere. Some people don't need a job I guess.

Cherisse Pais: This store is a disaster. None of the suitcases had prices on them, so I had to hunt down a cashier to find out how much one was, who was MASK-LESS the entire time, not to mention completely incompetent. She ended up charging me when all I wanted was a price check. And then she tried to talk me out of processing a refund, insisting that is was a good deal (it wasn’t). Absolutely not worth going here! It’s gone so far downhill.

azddine bouyboud: My wife got me a pair of shoes $130, they were a size bigger, and a shirt $79, not my style, a couple of months ago, I went to the store to exchange them, they refused to do so, because I did not have my receipt with me , even though they have them on the system , and they said they were a final sale. This is the last time that I will shop @ Lacoste store in any place in the planète, I was very disappointed with them. 1 🌟 is too much for them.

Vik Kaler: I went to the store to return a polo shirt I'd purchased the week before and they refused because I did not have my receipt with me -- they have a record of me buying it in their system. This is a disappointing way to do business in 2019, even for an old-school physical mall location.
