Old Town Sock Co.: what do users think?

Joretta Ezell: This place was amazing! Great location and Mitchell was so helpful with immediate responses to all our questions. Nordstrom Rack: what do users think?

George Brightman: Plenty of stock, although uneven from department to department. Staff on hand were friendly, capable and obviously very busy ( probably quite a few out sick or under quarantine ) -- so bring your own sense of fashion, do some browsing, and go home with some serious bargains !

40ish Sophisticate: This is the worst Rack I have ever been to and I am a frequent shopper plus a Nordstrom card holder for decades. The service is very poor. Lots of standing around, only one person checking out but plenty of security though. Will not return. This an update- I am just now seeing that the cashier did not credit my account for my return! This is absolutely unacceptable! I wish I never shopped at this location 😪

M Hunt: Horrible "customer service" at this location. Employees are rude and extremely unhelpful. I understand that retail has its challenges and am completely empathetic; however, multiple employees across the board at this location are downright terrible at their job and their attitude is even worse.

Leonard Schneider: Great location. Some of the Racks are hit or miss, this is one of the good ones. Nice staff

Pacers Running: what do users think?

Jasmine: Loved this local shop! Great selection of quality running shoes. The staff was very kind and incredibly helpful. I was sized so quickly and was paired with a perfect pair of running shoes. They had lots of cute running gear and clothing too. They also have buy 3 get one free promo for socks!

Mary Bei Prince: i visited the pacers on 14th street in search of a trusty walking shoe and was immediately greeted by two of the most customer oriented and knowledgeable employees, Sam and Ethan. They asked me a series of questions and watched me walk before using their expertise and experience to conjure a series of shoes that would support my flat, wide feet and supinated ankle. After trying on four different pairs of shoes i chose the arahi’s because of the spacious toe box and pitch. As someone with problem feet, shopping for shoes is extremely anxiety producing, but Sam and Ethan cultivated a comfortable environment in which i felt deeply cared for. I would recommend pacers to anyone looking for sneakers and community :)

Blake Arrington: Great staff, very kind and helpful Sarah helped us do a walking test to see what type of shoe is best for us. She brought out multiple shoes all with a smile and was very kind and helpful If you are looking to get into running or just being more active this is the place to start

Jessica Long: I went there to check out my next pair of running shoes. I told them what I was in previously and what I wanted to try and they were very accommodating! They didn’t have the shoe I wanted in the color I preferred, but ordered it for future pick up. Tim was a great help!

Michael Kennedy: Pacers is the best thing that has happened to me since moving here. The run club is friendly and well organized . When purchasing, the staff (Steve and Elyse) are supremely knowledgeable about the products , and unlike other stores are actual runners. 🤘

Andres Mendoza: Really nice running store with a good variety of shoes and running gear. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to fit me properly and answered all my questions, and I had several. Kelce was the gentleman who took care of me and he really gave me helpful information without overwhelming me. I ended up with a pair of Brooks and a nice DC flag hat. I definitely recommend and will go back.

Tate Harris: Zach saved my feet!!! In my 18 years of life, I have never been able to find a pair of shoes that feel great on my awful feet. After walking 15,000 steps a day touring DC and suffering through every minute of it, I came into Pacers Running to get fitted. Zach had me take off my shoes, measured my feet, watched me walk, and gave me a few options. He was so sweet and professional and clearly incredibly experienced and skilled. It felt like he read my mind in terms of what I needed! I have never had shoes that fit me so well. People have told me that I need arch support for my whole life even though I find it painful but Zach knew just what I was talking about and found shoes that support my feet in other ways! My feet and I are SO grateful.

Darlene jackson: 8/27/21 visiting DC for Voting Rights March and decided to visit TJ Max to compare it 2 NY stores and of course they carry the same items!! I was surprised to see 🎃 item!!

Terry Eppler: At the last minute, I needed a tie and shirt. It was during the week and I was staying nearby. It was pretty easy to find. Security showed me where ties were located. Not many options under the circumstances but TJ cake through for me!

Joseph Althouse: My favorite place to shop. Great bargains.

Michelle Everett: I love this store!! Mainly because they carry my favorite brand of candles at a significant discount. Also, the salesperson that I always get, Jaqueline is wonderful.

B “Cardidon” Mar: Nice TJ Maxx parking is horrible outside though but they did have a lot of variety of gold which is at a very reasonable price was almost going to purchase something but did not

Hind KH: I loved the place. It is small and cute one. They have a lot of plants and I liked that. I ordered orange latte and it is so good. I tried egg sando with bagel and it is yummy. The staff are so friendly

Lyssa McEachern: Beautiful atmosphere, covid safe, lively music, delicious food, and tasty coffee! What more could a girl ask for! Loved working here while sipping my hot latte!

Pabitra: Love the coffee here. We’ve been getting their whole beans for home, and it makes morning coffee a delight. A perfect medium roast, and every bag smells like heaven. Not cheap but worth the treat. Their shop coffee is also great with well made lates and the like.

Manoj P: Amazing place. I love their empanadas and coffee.

Elisa Ferrante: Friendly staff, gorgeous space and great coffee. The really nice pastries are a great bonus and I love that there are a few tables outside now too. They also have plants for sale!

Hannah Hickman: Great coffee, and really great food! Their lentil soup and empanadas are wonderful. I also love the vibes inside, with all the plants and greenery.

M B: Good coffee; friendly, efficient and courteous staff, welcoming and strong community atmosphere. This place has become one of my fave hangouts in the Takoma Park area. Highly recommend!

Jacob Murphy: Coffee was okay but nothing special. Staff acted pretentious when answering my questions about the coffee. Otherwise it has a decent outdoor seating area. If you live in the neighborhood it is worth a stop, but don’t go out of your way.

Seunggyu Choi: i love that place so nice so kind

zeke kooyer: Great customer service. Everyone is really nice and they have all the essentials stocked. Best quality for the price in town.

K Perkins: Great store and very friendly and helpful staff. I had a broken zipper tab on my 4 year old fleece and they replaced it free of charge (Patagonia guarantee) in ten minutes. Love Patagonia and love their clothing! Note you may have to make an appointment as they are limiting the number of people in the store due to COVID.

Tim R: Great staff and great gear (assuming it is in stock) but it would be helpful if would answer the phones reliably, and holiday hours are typically a mystery.

State and Liberty Clothing Co.: what do users think?

Stephanie Barstow: Really disappointed. Went in April for a custom fitted suit for my fiancé. He was measured and we picked fabrics, initially a great experience. Told the suit would arrive end of may. Our wedding is early July. End of May passed. Early June rolls past. Reaching out they just say it’s delayed. Told me it wouldn’t be a bad idea to look at Macys for a backup suit. They never reached out to us, we had to call. Finally told it made it to the e Waterhouse, but his custom shirt wasn’t. I asked them to just send the suit so her at least had that. They overnighted it and sent a plain shirt, which we were very grateful for. But the suit was about four sizes too big. He was swimming it in. We had to pay over $200 for rush alterations. Just totally unacceptable for the price point and the “custom” made tag. We were so excited, but now just disappointed. I don’t know if he’ll get the custom shirt in time or ever, but we just hope that the alterations can repair it

Darren Weagly: This store is 100% perfect for guys who workout and take care of their bodies. My only regret is I wish I had discovered it sooner. I had just bought two good suits from a chain competitor, but after stopping in and trying on an S&L suit I promptly bought it on the spot even though I didn’t need it. I also got an awesome light blue and white flannel shirt that fit perfectly and feels awesome. If you are athletic or workout do yourself a favor and stop in here. Their staff is helpful as well, especially Aisha & Kyle!

Michael Jordan: Aishah made this experience SO MUCH FUN. I felt taken care of and looked forward to walking in the store and hanging out with her every time I needed to come in for my buds wedding AND my own wedding. Aishah is a one stop shop wedding planning partner. Everyone should come here! I even bought more clothes with the great wedding party discount!

Phillip Lewis: Was walking by and saw the Georgetown store and walked in for the first time. Jamar and Iesha are polite, friendly and fun to talk to. They were also very professional and helped me a lot with the fits and Jamar helped me with some stile tips, which I need. I will definitely be back! And the clothes... Finally a great athletic fit, bigger in the shoulders and chest, smaller in the waist. And the pants fit great and I can move in these clothes! Big thanks to Jamar and Iesha!

H&M: what do users think?

Georgia Hensley: I really enjoyed visiting this H&M. We needed new dresses before going out for a night on the city so we stopped by the H&M closest to our hotel. My sister and I bought a few blouses and some really nice dresses. This place is clean, modern and shiny! Lots of inventory to look through. We were pleasantly surprised. Cute kids clothes as well. This H&M is located at 1025 F St. NW in Washington DC

Gothicah: On certain days, can display a great selection of good finds... on other days it can just be a very messy store. But one of the regular locations I frequently visit.

Lorraine McGhee: The cloth is beautifully set up to pull you in, prices good. Helpful staff, need more smiles though. Other than that I will go there again to by clothes that actually fits my shape and makes me look 👍👍👍👍👍.

Your Helpful Wendy: The lady in the cash register were so nice with me helping me with the questions I have. I signed up to their rewards program to get points on my future shopping. The store was a little confusing. They had good sales.

Jamie McIlwaine: I love H&M but not this location. They could care less about customer service.

Renita Lake: I almost never walk out of here empty handed🤣🤣 I took advantage of the sale and bought 2 sweaters. The associates are always nice and friendly, and the registers are always speedy at this location.

Dayili 7: Mmm it’s good but expensive.

May Arnold: I really like the fabrics they work with, it doesn’t give me allergies .

Uptown Girl: The staff is so miserable. I like shopping this store when I’m downtown, but would rather shop online to avoid rude employees. The people that work on the second level are the absolute worst. They go out of their way to ignore you.

Banana Republic: what do users think?

Jenny O’Neil: The store itself has a small selection. My review is mostly about the unfriendly and i knowledgeable staff. I visited today 12/6 at noon. I went to this store knowing that banana was having a sale 40% off everything and an additional 20% off for card holders. That’s a good deal. First, I asked someone where the petite sizes were, they told me they didn’t carry petite in store. That was a lie because I saw a few petite sizes particular the blazer I bought. My next issue and pet peeve when shopping is when the store employees wants to deny you on discounts. Before purchasing my blazer I wanted to confirm the additional 20%. The cashier said no sorry we’re not doing that. Another lie. I had to search the website, pull up the details and even then they told me it was just online after I showed them the fine print that said IN STORE AND ONLINE FOR IN STORE USE CODE BRCODE! Finally, they said they would “just give it to me” except when I looked at the receipt, the code worked and it marked the 20% off. Stop making us beg for the discounts that we’re entitled to.

Marla holland: Great deals ,the staff is amazing willing to help you find whatever you need..and did I mention plenty of deals

Ele Palazzolo: I love this shop! Their sizes are accurate. I have been in Banana Republic in Berlin and London and they are all the same everywhere. You kind of know what to expect and is always right. The staff is also helpful and dedicated.

Titaness Themis: Been there a few times...usually not the most pleasant experience...the worst one was yesterday when I went in to buy two dresses and I asked about military discount. The cashier said that it usually does not work with the extra 40% off promo, but she would try. She entered it manually and I got the military discount on one dress and not the other. When I asked why that was, she gave me at least 4-5 versions as to why, which neither made sense. The discount applies to the whole purchase and not to an individual item according to her, so any further explanation is useless. I had to ask for a manager to step in because the girl just did not what she was talking about it. The manager was very courteous and gave me the discount on the other dress as well. She further explained to me that military discount does not apply to the extra 40% promo, but she did it for me anyway. I appreciated it that. In the future, it is best to say flat out it does not apply and not do it.

Joseph Raczynski: L shaped store which has more female stock than male. Everything was very well ordered. Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz

Mar Would: Staff was great, dressing room are open, sales are amazing.

Address: F St NW #1025, Washington, DC 20004

Telephone: (833) 247-2473

Business type: Clothing store

ZARA: what do users think?

kaitlin gauthier: Avoid this Zara. Their fitting rooms are closed more than half the time, without explanation. They appear to be sorting through clothes in the fitting room area instead of letting customers use it. Understandable enough if this was March 2020, but we’re well into 2022 and Zara is the only store that continues to close the fitting rooms sporadically. I asked the staff how long they’d be closed and they said “until further notice”….

Kateri Somrak: Personnel are friendly but LORD I’ve never wasted so much time waiting in line. Fitting rooms are closed so they encourage you to buy things and then just return them. So then you wait in line to check out because not all the registers are open. And then when items inevitably don’t work out, your forced to wait in line again to return them. I stopped by twice today and kept thinking “oh, it must get better.” It doesn’t. Bring a book. You’ll be here awhile. Maybe this is the business model? If I value my time at more than the cost of the two dresses I’m returning I’m definitely losing money and am tempted to just keep them…

R C: The WORST Zara! The lines are horrible & they don’t do anything to try & assist. There are associates walking around adjusting clothes on racks! USE your resources! You already know that due to your policy of having the fitting rooms closed, your return lines are likely to be long. They had 1 person at the register. ONE! Be proactive & efficient! It’s like this every time I come in here. This was my 3rd visit. This picture is not even 1/2 the line. It starts at the door

Tomi Akinmola: If you don’t want to get robbed Avoid at all costs. I bought 11 items, the sales associate only put 5 items in the bag. I returned to the store for the remaining items the same day! They refuse to check the cameras, they say they can’t find the missing items and won’t issue a refund. I file a claim with customer service the exact same day and a month later they still won’t give me my money back. Every manager gives me a different story. On top of the unbearable lines, managers are rude and not understanding and there are no fitting rooms open.

Shakira Coulter: I really really really wish that I could give this store Zero stars. Now if you’re a Zara shopper (I’ve been shopping with them consistently since 2007) you know that their lines are long and you know that the store will definitely be busy but this particular location right here is just ridiculous! I waited in line over an hour (lost count after the hour). Not because the line was long! Not because the systems were down! Not even because they were busy! Their cashiers were actually hanging hangers while they were assisting customers lol… I have to laugh because it was really the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life! And get this: They had more than enough staff standing around that could’ve been on “hanger duty” but No the cashiers were also responsible for not only hanging the hangers but wrapping rubber bands around them to hold them together! All I can say is someone get them a new manager NOW! Wait before I forget… Also, I asked one of the associates where the fitting room was and was told they didn’t have one! Not their fitting room is closed but “We don’t have one (with an attitude)” as if a fitting rooms never existed in the store! She must’ve been upset about the hangers too… lol!

Media Monitor: This Zara is the worst location. Never enough employees in the registers. BS policies of no returns in the upstairs register when the line is unbearable downstairs. Never fitting rooms open. A mess. Avoid at all cost. You will be better off going to another farther location.

Marla Wilson: WORST Zara I have ever visited. The store is completely trash. It looks like a bargain basement. Clothes are everywhere and extremely unorganized. The sales associates are barely working. Clothes are piled up all over the CLOSED fitting rooms where it appears to double as a stock room. This location should just be labeled as one of their outlets.

REI Co-op: what do users think?

Michael Brown: As a company, REI should not inflict their political beliefs onto customers. That said, they carry good gear and this particular location is fantastic. Every time I have come here they have exactly what I need. The staff are friendly and helpful and generally knowledgeable. I don’t know who makes REI branded clothes and gear, but they do a good job.

Mike R: I like this store for so many reasons. First: they have excellent customer service. Today I walked in with my bike to get my flat tire fixed. A woman approached me and signed me in. Then a man walked up to me and asked if I would like to him to park my bike. I was appalled by this gesture. Second: This establishment has everything here. I mean like… leave that bike area if you want to. You will be buying anything from energy gel to underwear. Third: conveniently located right beside the metro.

Anne Probst: Thank you Jeremy in cycling for taking care of my bike I commute on. Haley assisted and was down to earth and happy. High five to Micah in footwear who helped me find a size in a scarpa I haven’t been able to find in stores in 4 years. He’s super knowledgeable and was connecting with all the customers. Thank you REI DC!

Louisa Buatti: I visited REI for the first time since the pandemic began. My pick up of an online order went very smoothly. Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful--they all offered to direct me to the customer service/pick up area. I was in and out of the store in a flash.

H Gill: Great store! love REI… but checking out here is always a 15 min wait. The checkout line moves at a snail’s pace, and the managers/supervisors don’t seem to care. I’ve seen customers put items down and leave out of frustration.

Rebecca Tolbert: Generally a good store, but the parking situation is currently very weird. You park in the parking deck and then have to walk all the way around a whole city block because they have blocked off the elevator and stairs. So, you drive into the parking deck and then have this surprise journey ahead of you, through a sketchy alley and everything. Just wanted to give other customers a heads up!

R: Oddly enough they aren’t dog friendly yet I saw a pitbull walking around without a service vest. The area around is horrendous, good luck finding a parking spot. Really disappointed that REIs aren’t dog friendly yet their competitors REI and Bass Pro is.

ajenae' herbert: Very well organized store. Love the business clothes selection. However, all the clothes seemed to be the last in sizes on the floor and staff didn’t offer to check backstock for anything. Nice store, needs better customer service.

Burberry: what do users think?

MARIANNA Alisherovna: Please be aware of Burberry product quality is very poor. I purchased a rain boots and it was in the box for couple years not in used. I try to use it and on one shoe rubber get cracked. I have other brands rain boots and I never had any issues with other brands. When I called the store the woman told me to bring it to the store for evaluation . So I made a trip to the store to show the defect on one shoe the other associate told me it’s out of warranty and nothing we can do. Will not purchase again any Burberry product due to poor quality control.

Danielle Paula: Seth was very attentive and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He quickly and easily set up an account for me and was super friendly and personable throughout my visit. They were also very good with their covid procedures having sanitizer at the door and one on one assistance. I really appreciated those touches.

Cody Prescott: I am Appalled by the service I received Saturday, July 3rd. I came in hoping to purchase a couple of pieces and I literally watched while three Caucasian people got service before I did. I went to the sales person because I wanted to ask a question and he literally looked me up and down and ignored me and helped others in the store. I definitely felt discriminated and I was made to feel like my money wasn’t good enough. Needless to say I will never shop at this location ever again. Such a vast difference from the service I got at the Burberry store in Tysons.

Jace Duncan: Best clothes and shoes word to my mother

Mary Earl: The general manager Kristopher Johnson provided excellent customer service. He offered suggestions on color choices. I purchased a lovely handbag. If I am in the area again, i will definitely stop back in.

Ana Maria Baptiste: Worst experience ever. I walked in and lady wouldn’t service me. She looked at me a said no and another associate guy came and said can I help you. There was absolutely no one in the store. I would never shop At this store and definitely going to write management about this because I felt discriminated.

salsa 100: I will never buy anything from this place Burberry dc location all their staff was unprofessional looked at me from top to toes like making a judgement that I was just browsing. Staff having a conversation about their personal life. Not a pro environment at allThank you.

Wilfried Boh: I purchased my trench coat earlier today, thanks to assistance from Mr Brady Wright who works at the Burberry store in Washington DC on 970 I Street NW Washington DC 20001. Just like last week when i first came in to try on the coats to get an idea of fitting and size perfect for me, Mr Wright greeted me, and other customers, as we walked into the store respectfully and politely. He is very polite and goes above and beyond to answer all customer questions and help them with whatever they may need to measure on (whether it be multiple sizes or different colors/styles of clothing) or checkout. Mr Wright also assisted me in monograming my Burberry trench coat and ordered it right there with me. I am very very very satisfied by the customer service I received today from Mr Brady Wright and wanted to let you all know personally what a great job he did in assisting me on such a short timely notice as I was in a rush to return to work. Excellent customer service skills do not go without notice, especially when most of the time individuals criticize the customer service. so I wanted to let you all know how much great hospitality i received so you all go to Burberry on I Street in NW DC and ask for Mr. Brady Wright.

Prince & Princess: what do users think?

Frank W.: Always a pleasure! Been shopping here for 35 years! I have never walked out without making a purchase! Very good people! The staple of Georgetown! A time capsule from now to the late 80s early 90s! Vintage like fine wine!

Kenneth Baten: Usually get a nice deal, this time woman tried to rip me off.then I noticed she switched receipts with no pricing of items I purchased. When I calculated on way home she still got me eventhough I put sweats back after price she try stick to me

Diego Canales: Called to ask if they had a tennis size on a model i had seen at the store, and the person on the phone said: "i am too busy and cant find the model, if you want you can come to the store and point it out to me". Too bad he couldnt realize i was calling precisely because i didnt want to go to the store just to find he didnt had my size

Debbie Williams: Great deals, reasonably priced sweat suits and shoes. Also great owners that really look out for you! Hours are a little tricky call before you go.

MAJOR: what do users think?

RJ 5: Went a few months back. And yes, SET YOUR APPOINTMENT! It’s really simple and usually plenty of time slots available. Had one small issue which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 (really 4.5). The issue… a shoe in my size showed in stock on their website. Asked the young lady working for my size, who turned and asked the Asian gentleman working the counter. Miscommunication between those two and I was told it wasn’t in stock. After a little bit of a back and forth match between the gentleman and I, he realized he was incorrect because he thought the shoe was a different color! All in all, he went to the back, found the shoe, found me a hat to match and I even grabbed another pair that I wasn’t expecting to grab for a little discount! So the 1 stars I see here seem to be fundamentals in reading comprehension 😂. I would go back more often but I do hate the parking situation but it’s DC! But I’ll be back!

Letetia Thompson: Horrible Experience! Was visiting from out of town! Which is typically what most people in Georgetown is doing, visiting. A tourist would not be familiar with the "appointment only" policy. I was greeted by an extremely RUDE Asian lady yesterday! I understand policy and procedure, as I am a business owner. However, one does not have to be rude or insensitive to get the point across. I would never patronize this company, nor refer anyone else. Due to the horrible customer service! I am sure you all could care less. But, try being a little nicer to your customer base. Especially people traveling, when you have ZERO customers inside the store!

Raul Jimenez: This store has very poor customer service. They don’t really care about the walk in traffic. I showed up on 4/13/2022 around 4pm. I saw the sign on the front regarding appointments but was not sure if it was accurate. An asian lady opened the door and was very rude, and then and african american guy came out of no where and was also very rude and was trying to shut the door in my face. He told me that they don’t care about turning away customers because “we are meeting our sales any ways, we good” and shut the door. This business has no sympathy for customers. Its okay if you work by appointments but you need to be more kind to customers. Also based on the way you respond to people on these reviews it still shows that you don’t care about customers, you get defensive and don’t make people feel welcome. 1 star for sure.

Rihab Chaieb: I didn’t even go in. I was walking around and saw the store and tried to enter, and this employee just opened the door and asked me if I had an appointment (like I had any idea to book an appointment for browsing?!). I said no, she slammed the door to my face while saying “you need appointment”. Well I need to not spend my money in your store, that’s as simple as that.

Dukes: Went during COVID. An appointment is required to enter the venue. I arrived well before my scheduled time and still had to wait 10 -15 min post my appointment time before I could enter. It appears I was delayed entry because they were conducting inventory updates on the retail floor. This cannot be done in the Stock room? I digress. The store will have something for every “sneaker head”. However the staff didn’t seem as knowledgeable about their product. Also you are paying reseller price for certain shoes even if the release is a week after its general retail release. Not cool. I think ordering via Major’s website is a best situation vs going to the store. Visiting the store is more of a bucket list experience. Once you did it you’ll never need to do it again.

Dr. Brian Sevier: Easily the dopest shoe spot in the city. The owners are very friendly.. very knowledgeable and VERY down to earth! They make you feel like family every time you walk in the door!!

Trey B: They handle raffles and in store release days horribly. Do not recommend. Edit (since the business decided to leave a snarky reply): First come first serve is absolutely no issue. However, no ticketing system, no information given to those in line about stock, and ridiculous wait times are not the norm for in person first come first serve releases. All online raffles require an Instagram to enter, such an obvious cheap ploy for marketing when their website could easily handle it. My advice: find a shop that actually cares about their customers instead of snarky Google reviews.

Megan Snyder: Not only was the customer service terrible but extremely unprofessional. These owners / employees only care about taking your money & not the quality of the shoes they’re selling. Reached out to them about an issue with the yeezys I bought and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do. Not to mention the store looks nothing like it does on the website, when you walk in there’s boxes everywhere you can barely walk through. The women helping did know what she was talking about which pushed me to feel more confident in buying from them, but turns out I got two different size yeezys and they are not willing to do anything to help.

H&M HOME: what do users think?

Carina Palomino: the stores great and they have great clothes and all other than the fact the the changing rooms are closed. what’s the point of going to a clothing store then buying something and it dosent fit you? i saw several people go up to the blocked off charging rooms and turn back to see them closed. please open the changing rooms it will stop people for wanting to buy clothes

Swan Logan: Well . I was waiting behind two people On cashier line . I was the last on line . Until sudely the line start in the other side . Then the people on the other side saying that the line start here . Fine they let me in first . Then both of cashier only say” I can help who is next on line ? I go to the cashier and he tell me “ Man is pretty simple Line start here “. BUT he help the other people before me to the opposite side and he never said or correct anybody about the Line!!!! SO don’t make me feel bad. Next time make sure there is no two lines HM !!!!!!! Terrible Customer Service ever

TR4VL -Josh O-: Great prices but becareful the male workers open the curtains in the dressing rooms while people are inside... i saw a guy in his underwear because the worker had no idea what he was doing. Very surprised HM allows this kind of behavior in their stores. Improper management at this location becareful.

Lana: Terrible customer service. Came at 6.45 and they already didn’t let people in since they were closed. And I needed to make a return exactly on that day! Improve your customer service or hire more stuff, you can’t simply close the store when it’s officially still operating hours!

LaToya Conner: Please check your receipts. I had the young lady do a price check and she never took the item off. I called today and Liz, a manager, was very rude and hung up on me. Not only do I have to request a formal compliant, now I have to spend time and additional money to right the way I was wronged. They can pull cameras, look at inventory, or just plain ask the young lady at Checkout to verify the experience. I’m very disappointed seeing the amount of money I spend here. I pray everyone has a better experience.

KATHRYN Morgan: My grand daughter wanted to show me this store..It was very nice ... clean helpful staff

Marwan: Like any other H&M. Huge selection. Friendly and attentive service.

Anthropologie: what do users think?

Paige Raborn: Spread my ashes at this Anthro! (Only half joking.) Somehow an extremely well organized store despite its massive size, Georgetown Anthropologie has the best items and even better associates! The wonderful and hilarious Camila helped me make a few style decisions, and she is incredibly intuitive about personal taste and sizing. I will definitely be coming back the next time I visit DC.

Lion King: My all time favorite shopping place in the U. S.! Quiet and full of beautiful stuffs! D.C branch is one of the best one, the people work there are nice and beautiful, will help you find the things you want especially the one in the shoes area, we didn’t try shoes but she gave us some advices on coat!

Hannah Degn: The best anthro building in the the DC metro area! It’s 3 stories, always has an amazing sales section, and has a great home section too! It’s such a cute store and has such a large selection! Definitely worth browsing and trying things on that you see online!

Sally G: 3 levels of amazing clothing and other Misc. items. Need appointment for Formal dresses.

Danielle Markham: Cute store, great decorations. Lots of selection, even nice to browse if you are not in the mood to buy anything.

Sujata Rajan Seth: Display of whites in front of this store reminded us of warm sunny days ahead

Hecky Allman: Had the absolutely best experience in BHLDN last Monday. Found a wonderful wedding dress and experienced first class service from start to finish. Continued shopping at Anthropology and again was so impressed by the staff. Manager Eleanor was terrific. Thank you all for making the occasion all the more special due to your kindness and professionalism.

Lucius Domitius Aurelianus (Augustus): Surprisingly good clearance sales given the brand and place

Georgetown Running Company: what do users think?

Nils Hünerfürst: And there was this Friday afternoon where I had the best shopping experience in my entire life. I’m a daily runner/walker and really need a shoe that supports me. The cool dude from the was a true professional and helped me find the real deal. Thanks!

Carly Tower: Staff, especially Andrew, was incredibly helpful for me finding the right shoe for my active lifestyle. Great customer service and a wide selection of brands and styles. Will certainly be back!

Joe Norton: Andrew, Victor and KellyAnne are highly knowledgeable running shoe and equipment consultants. Their attention to detail and desire to satisfy every customer is unparalleled. It can be scary to go to a running store but this team makes you feel welcomed! Highly recommend!

Michael Cook: Andrew the store manager provides the most thorough and complete assessment of your feet/running habits to put you in the best possible running shoe. Highly recommend for all runners!

Rebecca Opiela: Great customer service and found a great pair of shoes! The nice employees also gave me a student discount even though I graduated as a “graduation present” very nice 👏🏼

Soroush Bassam: Kellie was super nice knowledgeable. She took the time to listen and answered all my questions even though that meant staying after the store hours ended. definitely going back in future and strongly recommend to anyone wanting a personalized shopping experience.

Young Park: Drove over after an awful experience at the Road Runner Sport location in Rockville. Had some pain in my heel during my workouts and Andrew helped me right away. He assessed me on the spot and got me the best shoe that actually took away the pain. They didn’t have the right color and when ordering them was also not going to work, he offered the Nike store down the street. He didn’t get the sale but he still wanted to make sure the customer was taken care of. That is what this is all about. Will be back for my next purchase. All around a great experience.

Frederic Sottnick: Was having issues with my shins and hip while running. Staff were able to find insoles and shoes that work best for my running style. Great service would highly recommend.

Vivian Leslie: Had the BEST experience here. I went to 3 stores before finally ending up here to get my bf some good workout shoes. The African American man that helped up was so knowledgeable and listened to exactly what we needed and gave us good recommendations. Highly recommended
