Andres Mendoza: I love Ross. You can always find deals on Designer brands and it kinda feels like treasure hunting. This one is the closest to my house and I been coming here for years now. Found this great Polo fleece sweater for 75% off. And this is just one of many great finds throughout the years.
Ms. Independent: On April 23, 2022 at around noon, I went to this Ross as I wait for my mom who was at the nail salon. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience at checkout thanks to Semaj, the cashier. As myself and other customers patiently waited in line. We observed her discuss her personal business to the other cashier loudly while assisting a customer. So, when I was called the counter by her for checkout, she continued. So much that she didn’t speak and when I said, “Hello. How are you?”. Her response was, “I said, “Hi” in an hostile manner, which she never did. Then said, “The manager need to stand over here because I don’t have time for this as if I did something wrong. If I knew speaking was going to anger her, I wouldn’t have. I was baffled and felt embarrassed and humiliated by her behavior towards me. She is the most unprofessional, ghetto, disrespectful cashier I’ve experienced thus far. She definitely shouldn’t be on the front line with that attitude and poor behavior. The next time I visit, I pray she’s not on the cash register.
A G: On today, at around 10:45am, I went to this Ross as I often do since I live near. For the first time, I left there highly disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied by Alicia (cashier) and Stephanie (manager) poor work ethics. Tia shouldn’t be on the front lines with such bad attitude and poor work ethic; especially early in the morning. She need to stop moving fast and not paying attention to what she’s doing and scan every return item. Neither should she have the customer do her job for her. Stephanie shouldn’t be a manager, if she’s not going to address customers concerns regarding her staff or apologize for their poor behavior. I, entered the store in good spirits and left highly upset because I the poor customer service. I, didn’t even look for a dress as planned. Instead, I went to Burlington and had a much better experience, and found a dress.
James Coley: Customer service was terrible. The young lady who handled my clothing was childish and rude when I questioned her about handling my clothing. The manager who I believe is named Gary handled the situation with professionalism

sultan al salamah: Today I was robbed because the teapot was damaged, so I returned it, but they refused to return it on the pretext that there was no invoice because the employee did not give me an invoice when I bought it, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the worst among them was for his rudeness and mistreatment, as he said that the problem is my problem and not theirs. I will never shop from this store again because of the awful staff.

Christina Scott: Best artwork and furniture here - hands down. You just have to go on the right days when there is a new shipment in. For me, Wed-Fridays seem to work best.

Sassy Sauce: I was searching for Christmas items on sale and there was a large selection of ceramic decorations on sale. A lot of items were at least 50% off or more. The store was clean and the staff was helpful. The store wasn’t over crowded and I picked up other items that were heavily discounted as well.
SARO in D.C: Went into purchase mother's day gifts and birthday gifts all from the jewelry counter. I pressed the button to request service at the jewelry counter and waited 30 minutes before an associate told me that no one's working the jewelry counter and I had to shop and someone might be able to assist me later. I informed her that I was only here to shop for jewelry and the manager turned around and said we can't help you. They both rolled their eyes and went back to ringing people up of course I left without any purchase.
Toni Smith: Stop by Ross yesterday just to browse, when I stumbled across these items 2 which where on the clearance rack. I Love 💘 shopping at Ross. Still love shopping at Ross!!! Was there today 6/4 looking for some last minute items for my upcoming cruise on 6/6, was able to find everything except 1 item .

Hilda Kroll: The location, in the heart of Old Town, is great for someone like me who uses public transportation. I can have lunch at a great restaurant, enjoy the Torpedo Factory, browse in the thrift shops, sit and look out at the water, and then shop at Ross for clothing, housewares, spices, or any number of things I didn't realize I needed. Then easy access to a bus or Metro to head for home with my purchases.
Cindy Ly: The store looks a bit run down, but if you have time, there are some great deals here. There’s a variety of stuff you can choose from.
Mais K: SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I tried to exchange items for which I lost my reciept and the cashier literally asked me how I passed the LSAT if I was so irresponsible as to lose my reciept?? And the manager just stood by and listened??? They were extremely patronizing and basically made me beg them just to go through the process of exchanging my stuff, which is PART OF ROSS POLICY! They tried give me $50 store credit max, even though my items cost $250 bc “they didn’t want to” exchange all my items. I was actually shocked I was bargaining with them to abide by the policies at all other Ross locations - or to just be decent with me. I asked the woman the price of something and she said “do you think I’m slow????” And I was like WAT is happening lol - one of the most unprofessional and rude encounters I’ve had with a person, much less an employee!!!!!!!!
Dan H: I will say this is a unique ross- Street parking “paid” The store is small to other locations- however they do have good finds inside, found a bunch of big and tall tees under $7 each! The jewelry was sorta plain and basic house goods were decent, no furniture- worth visiting.

My summer favorites were the exception planters for my beautiful garden and high end brand name cosmetics neatly boxed for hygienic and security purposes. So happy ROSS DRESS FOR LESS is open again. Special thanks to all employees for their loyal service. Today's gift to myself and the gardens was a turquoise glass wind chime in a seaside style for great summer celebrations.
Brittany Walker: I have a mixed review of this location because I am always able to find dresses at bargain prices being a size xl. On the other hand, I never find fashion forward shoes here, and all of the body spray I like never has tops. Cant win them all I guess.
Shroom Butter: I bought a small unusual fabric stool here for my aging cat so that he can get up onto my bed at night for stuggles. He's 15. He's precious and so is the strange stool I bought for him from Ross.

Juan Romero: I don't like to make bad reviews but I had to do this one. Today I went to Ross in downtown Silver Spring Cityplace. I was looking for a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and I was looking around the counter. I finally decided to ask for help so I can try them. There is a device on the counter that says press for assistance I pressed it. And I waited at least 25 minutes nobody came to help me. The cashiers wouldn't even look at me , they just talk among each other. I'll even ask one of the guys from Loss and prevention for help He say he cannot do anything. I said can you call a manager he said the manager is going to tell you to go and make a line. I just want to see the sunglasses so I can try them. I was completely ignore it feels so rude to be ignore. After 35 minutes of being in the store I gave up and decided to leave. While being there I notice that the cashiers will talk very rude to the customers especially if you are LATINO. I will not come back to this Ross. Here I will post a picture of the press for help machine on the counter. 0 stars for this Ross.
Tsion Siyum: I have never seen this like rude cashier in my life (Ashalika ) . She don’t want to answer what I ask she just ask me to put in my card instead of answering my questions. I thought she dose not hear me and I repeat my questions but she don’t want to respond again. My son ask her to give him the clothe hanger, that I bought she trash it to refuse him. I was shocked to see that.I don’t think I go that store again !!!!
Farruk Highlander: Completely disrespectful. Came to this store on December 11, 2021 at 9:10 am it was still closed but it says on Google that it should open at 9 am on Saturday. Came to return lamp that I bought 2 weeks ago that stop working, I have receipt but ross manager from Africa with fake name Ronald made his own return policy and said I can't return it because it is open. It says clearly on ross website that I can return faulty items with a receipt. Anyway, save your day and go to other stores who honor their policies and have strict discipline to open on time.
Sayli Palmores: If I could give them a -1 star, I definitely would. Just went to twice today to make a return. The first time I had to leave because of how long they were taking while one cashier was taking care of the whole line the other cashier was just hanging out. The second time after I have go through the line they told me, panties are not returnable. Which by the way was a lie, I went to their website and it’s written there clearly that as long lingerie and swimming wear have the original tag attached to the item. This store has disappointed me with the horrible customer services they are providing I’m definitely contacting corporates tomorrow morning.
Christelle Hyde: I don’t understand how the line can be so long from the registers all the way back to the fitting rooms and I see 2 staff sorting out clothes while there’s only 2 cashiers. This is ridiculous. Poor service Better Take care of customers so they don’t have a horrible wait experience and you don’t loose money because some customers left their carts and walked out.
THE ART OF PEACE: It needs more workers and there is always a long line like they do it on purpose this place needs to be shut down and needs new workers

Not sure how this type of behavior is allowed. Well, I take my business elsewhere & spread the word that this store is not worth visiting!!
A Aguilar: Cashier Miss. Dee. You get paid to work at Ross and during these times that is a blessing. Cut the attitude. I asked you what the total was because it was not displayed on the screen. It will not cut your paycheck in half to answer it’s not making you go above and beyond. It’s apart of your job. Don’t treat your customers as less than. The guy in front of me heard you perfectly clear when you said next. You didn’t have to say it the second time as though he was deaf. Shame on Ross for not providing you with the tools to provide better customer service.

Yonetta Kendall: They had a lot of stuff but shoes for women were few especially in 10 and 11. Needed an emergency outfit left disappointed. I'm 6ft plus so I was hopeful for a dress and shoes. Left with a pair of shoes for my son and hurt feelings. Not necessarily a store for tall women with size 11 feet.
Benjamin Bailey: Sometimes when you go out of town and you shop at these different stores. It is interesting to see the customer service difference. This one was definitely okay.
Cyn Brown: This felt more like a not so well kept thrift shop than a Ross. Not well stocked (some empty shelves), messy and somewhat dirty feeling with unhelpful almost surly employees. No real clearance area, either. (Usually on the end caps in other Ross stores.) If something isn't done about this store, it will most likely close since the nearby Marshall's is better in every way than this store.

Lucie Lavarn: Ross is my to go place because I believe that you can be beautiful without breaking the bank. I stop at Ross for everything. Why giving 1 start then? This is what happened at Ross in Oxon Hill: As I bought house decorations, while the cashier is giving me my 3rd item, it hit the other 2 items in the shopping bag I was already holding in my hand and broke. She asked the manager who was just next to her if she can refund me. The manager asked her if the items were wrapped. She said yes. Then the manager said: you did your job, she didn't need a refund. Keep in mind that I am standing in front of the cashier! I have already paid for all my items ($113.00). She is still wrapping the rest of my stuff. I argued about their decision. As soon as the cashier gave me all my items, she told me:"you have to move to the side, customers are waiting". I felt humiliated. Date of the incident: November 24, 2018.

Shoes scattered all over the the shoe aisle so much so that you cannot maneuver your shopping cart without bumping the rails or some patron! Trash/debris everywhere 😒. This store is a hot 🔥 MESS!
germaine williams-halsey: I visited the Ross in Rivertown Shopping Center to make an exchange. Once I found my merchandise, I got in a long line. After a few minutes, I looked at the registers and realized there was ONE, yes ONE young lady working the registers. The line was at least 25 people waiting behind me. Took 15 minutes to check out for me. Absolutely INCOMPREHENSIBLE!! If you're having a staffing shortage and can't keep enough people to work, cut your hours! This doesn't make any sense! The young lady working the register had a smile on the face of positive attitude and was doing the best she can with the customers that she had waiting. I strongly commend her for her great customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was awesome!

Nathalia Morales: Ross has everything from clothes, shoes, home supplies and more at a good price. I found these white boots for $21.99 and at other stores they're more expensive. I also found these sandals for $13.99 which are comfortable and pretty. Everyone wear a mask and there are safety dividers at the registers.

Alex P: The return line, lane 1, is a vortex into a dimension of confusion. We joined this queue in hopes that we could simply return our item. What ensued was confusion and chaos from our fellow travelers into the void. The person in front of us, who was first in line for this journey into the abyss of returns, was cut off. The guardian of the abyss of returns (manager) redirected another customer from the happy go lucky normal checkout lane to the return register, as the normal lanes cannot do returns. Knowing this, the customer in front of us prepared her engines and warp sped to the return register as soon as the lucky cutoffer finished. It was our turn. The guardian of the abyss redirected yet another lucky soul before us. We prepped our engines as well, and as soon as we were ready, we blasted to the return register. The guardian of the abyss of returns cuts us off before we land, telling us another lucky soul must go. We rinse and repeat another time, in which we complain that we had preparing our engines for close to 20 minutes while these others had just soared through while in the wrong lane. 3 times?! The guardian then exclaims these souls were in the wrong lane and so they should go. Utterly flabbergasted and low on fuel, we cut our losses, prepped our engines right behind the lucky soul and blasted off. TLDR: Beware the abyss of returns and its guardian, she is cold.
sabrina gonzalez: There is not enough people working at the place you wait too long to pay for your items! the lines take to long for more than 30 40 minutes in order to pay for your items if you come to the store make sure you have enough time. The store manager needs to do something about it! that is no people around to help you there's no customer service and you cannot blame the only cashier
Jenny Santiago: The Store is great especially if you are in a money diet like myself. I found very beautiful items, bed sheets and personal beauty products. The store is well organized, look around and poster with the merchandise are posted in the wall. It's very convenience when you are in the run with little time looking for what you need. The staff was great and a young men greeted me as I enter the store and the cashier was very sweet. I will recommend it to anyone.

Adla Alsayid Betancour: I came in at 10PM, by 10:30 I had a couple things I wanted to try on. However, manager wouldn’t let me try things on due that they were about to “close”. According to google, they close at 11:30PM?. I do not like to complain, but this manager was very very rude. I told her that I would just like to try these things on since I saw some people still inside, but what she did was walk out on me while I was talking. I been coming here for years, not saying they should treat me special, but everybody deserves respect.

mabina mabina: We were able to get our children's winter boots, although there was a limited selection. We had to go to another Ross to see if we could find other boots. One notable disappointment is what you see on the floor is what you get. Staff was unable to tell me if they had more of the boots we were looking for in inventory. So on we went to another Ross.

Ehtesham Lone: Honestly I mostly avoid to use restroom outside in stores or restaurants unless it's really needed. Ross is a big company they need to pay attentionbcoz it comes in hygienic measurements. Management should take quick action on that.
Cris Na: Haskins (sorry butchered her name as her tag was covered by her clothing) rushed people in and out of her check-out line. I witnessed 2 customers who left their bags in her line because she kept rushing them through. Before their receipt could print she was already calling "next" allowing no time for the current customer to put away their form of payment and grab their purchased items. She gave the bags to her store manager and all they did was laugh. I asked her to slow down and not rush me. Instead she smirked and called "next" as the store manager was shaking his head. Go here for the discounted items, poor customer service and no leadership.
Nassiba: Large selection of clothing. Limited stock in the toys and shoes department. Customer service could be improved. Observed a cashier failing to explain to a customer the return policy and why an ID was needed although the customer had an old receipt. I understand it’s a long day but it makes for a better experience to treat every customer like a valuable customer. Overall: it’s an ok place to shop but won’t come out here just to shop at the store. It’s located near several other stores including a grocery store, so it might be convenient if in the area already. Plenty of free parking.
Hilda Kroll: At one time or another over the years I've probably bought something in every department except Men's. There's are household goods, specialty food items, jewelry, cosmetics, clothing and more. Prices are always competitive and on Tuesdays there's an extra senior discount.
Ayat Hassan: My parents went in for a return and was told there was only one line for all purchases and returns. After waiting in the very long line they approached the register where they were told they had to go to a different register so they went to the register the first cashier told them to go and the cashier at that register told my parents, very rudely mine you, to go to the back of the long line again. My parents said no that they had already waited and that they were told to go to this new register. The man was extremely rude and shooed my parents away. My parents asked for the manager and he said he was the manager and wouldn't give them his name. This happened on Feb. 4 2022 at around 8pm. My parents have an accent and are Muslim and my parents feel that this man was treating them unfairly and rudely because of that. If anyone knows the name of this man please let me know as I will be contacting corporate. No one should be treated this way. Where is the customer service!!??
Sandra Ross: We finally found my mirror at the Kingstown location, the 3rd stop on our quest....3rd times a charm!
Soul Girl: I usual love this location. I stopped in early this morning and patiently waited for a sales representative to assist me with purchasing a high end purse. While waiting several other people walked up. A sales representative walked up from the back of the store and asked who was here first. I stated I was and she walked over to a couple that just walked in the door. I was the only African American. Just wow.
Doris ElSonity: They want the customer to carry copies of the tax exemption card. Customer service was terrible. First time in any Ross store that I've been treated so terribly. I just bought home and clothes last week in other Ross store and was not treated like this.

A G: On today, at around 10:45am, I went to this Ross as I often do since I live near. For the first time, I left there highly disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied by Alicia (cashier) and Stephanie (manager) poor work ethics. Tia shouldn’t be on the front lines with such bad attitude and poor work ethic; especially early in the morning. She need to stop moving fast and not paying attention to what she’s doing and scan every return item. Neither should she have the customer do her job for her. Stephanie shouldn’t be a manager, if she’s not going to address customers concerns regarding her staff or apologize for their poor behavior. I, entered the store in good spirits and left highly upset because I the poor customer service. I, didn’t even look for a dress as planned. Instead, I went to Burlington and had a much better experience, and found a dress.

Diweena Streater: The store is organized, however it's not very much to choose from at the time that i went which was after 5pm. I did find a kitchen foam mat with a cute saying for $8 and was happy with my purchase. I would shop there again when I have time to kill. You neve know what gem you may find. If you're looking for something specific i would not start at this particular Ross.
Hollywood TaJ: I found some good finds there today. I found a nice Calvin Klein dress for $14..wonderful material with extra buttons and in my size 6. I also found another cute dress for work for the same price. I felt good with my purchase. Altho the line was pretty long ( it was a Saturday) it moved very very quickly so my wait was no more than 5-6 min maximum.

Harvey Mellard Jr: Nice store with a decent selection. Friend and I found some great deals. I didn't need anything though, and it was hard walking out empty handed.
Ciara Long: Not a great variety of women’s clothes but the store was well organized, staff was helpful and it was a bigger store as well. Everything was well laid out and easy to find.
Phil Moore: They have gone down hill at this location in terms of selection, quality and having inventory where it's supposed to be. This place used to rock. Hopefully they can turn it around. It is a great location.

Mr. Firestone: What can I say about Ross, it's a great store and I always do my shopping there. I find they always have great bargains. I'm always happy when I'm able to find things like Dockers pants and Levi's jeans in my size at a discount to retail prices, not always an easy task because I'm tall. I shop Ross for their men's clothes and for their bedding. I've gotten higher end 800 and 1200 count sheets sets there. If saving money is important to you (and it's important to me), shop there...
Tereza Farid: Great store with a big selection of goodies, the problem is long line with a few cashiers to help the customers.
Rosa Segovia: (Mayonica) was very nice. She was the security guard who made sure we all sanitized our hands when we walked in. She also Greeted us kindly. Bathroom was out of order after speaking to the fitting room employees who was disrespectful and uncaring and had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to please call manager. She was arguing back on not wanting to call him, another employee came who told her to just call him. As I’m waiting I observed her, she was very kind to the ppl that looked like her, she was above and beyond but to minorities she was rude and unkind. Kevin came to speak to me and explain why the bathroom was out of order and confirmed he had called another company to come and clean it. He assured he will addressed it to the employee. I won’t give the store bad review bc of one bad employee but will give the review of an overall experience. Store is nice and for the most part employees are welcoming. My girls like the clothes option this store had compared to other locations.

Vonda Mac: June 2022 visit to PG Mall Ross Store is "off the chain". Not enough employees for the customers, long lines, or picking clothes/shoes off floor. The customers are disguting to NOT care about the store to leave it that way. Ok, not there job but darn...if you drop something - pick it up. I'm a ROSS super fan but not that location. Never again ✌️

Went to Burlington next door and that was a different story. Burlington was well organized with friendly people to help. Save your self the trip and go to Burlington.

Hilawe Tesfa: I would normally be generous with my rating, but not this time. Some areas looked disorganized, not to mention that there is insufficient clearance. Also, the cashier I encountered hardly acknowledged me. His/her customer service skills needs improvement. Perhaps I came at a bad time because it was busy, but for the future, I will reconsider going here. I have visited here several times, and overall, the customer service is either a hit or miss. Should one go, go at your own risk. 2.0 out of 5

Tiara Colton: Not sure what’s going on with their selection. Seems outdated. You may be able to find a few pieces but that’s about it. No shoes for the women in larger sizes, unfortunately. Their home goods are nice though.
Kalisha Dixon: Ross used to be everything. But now ross is like foreman mills. They don't carry good stuff anymore, and the store is very untidy.
Sandee Mann: Nice location it’s just that the employees are trying to restock while you’re trying to view the merchandise very annoying. The store is small it makes it complicated to maneuver.

Long line for check out only one person at the registere at one point, when I finally got to the front of the line the cashier started helping people that had just walk in with returns. Trang Yakan: Not a great place to shop: the wait time is super long, the merchandise is very disorganized and the manager has a unusual sense of customer service. Today I had to run to pick up a kid from school and asked to leave my cart for 30min max (merchandise worth around 400 dollars). When I came back I was told they don’t do that.. it had taken me an hour to select it! Anyway will just have to go to Marshall nearby.

Beniology 101: The store lacks decent management. Only one person on the register, despite the line being super long while several other employees were in the back chatting away and cursing loudly. I can't blame the single cashier working the line. I'm sure she's doing what she can. However, she did decide to start restocking while several people had already been waiting in line. Just put the stuff in a cart, push to the side, and continue with the line..

And I can't forget my favorite guy with the hearing disability he always ❤Salutes me and I do it in return. There like my family. It's the Best Ross in Maryland. All Rock Star Solid employees 👌. Britni Lynn: They need to fire the manager who told his staff member in front of all of us customers "NO" when they said they can't work Saturdays anymore. Those are PEOPLE, not machines. She said she has classes on Saturdays, but this man didn't even want to hear it. I don't care if she only works three days a week, if she is no longer available on those days, you CANNOT force her to come in. That type of management takes a huge hit on morale, and I would never want to work at this location. When you see large issues with service, you look at the management.

HILARY CAMPBELL: Visited the Columbia Ross store to purchase a dress for an event. Everywhere I went prior in this my maiden post-pandemic voyage had no dresses! It seems dressing up has gone out of style. But for ROSS, I would have gone without. Thank God for this store and their variety, and large aisles. Good old department stores seem not so good nowadays BUT not ROSS!!!! 👍🏾 I had such a great time shopping, that j went home with three large shopping bags with awesome deals. Spent quite a bit, But I’ll tell you, the prices were low, there was lots to choose from and I was one happy customer! :-). Yasssssssss, Ross! Don’t worry, I’ll be bacccccccck - for more!

Rob: Usually this place is nasty and unorganized. Saw managers and they we're walking around pointing out deficiencies so this time around it wasn't bad. But still racks are unorganized and half the items don't have price tags. Ask the employee what the price is and they act like it's your fault it's not on there. But nonetheless you can't complain too much for a store that is merely just above a consignment store.

It wasn’t until I found Ross Dress for Less that I discovered tasteful and beautiful dresses that flatter my figure and bring out my womanhood. I am very short as I’m about 5’1” in height and I am somewhat small in my body size as I’m about 168 pounds in weight. I’m very poor as I have Schizophrenia so I cannot work but I always look like a million dollars with the dresses I wear from Ross Dress for Less. Thank you God for this lovely store!
Justice lane: I wanna say a big thank you to the security guard miss Kim! I came in without a cart and came to the very front ( kinda looked like I was leaving almost ) and she asked me was every thing okay. I had shopped around and ended up with a full cart and had to go grab something from across the street first and she made sure the items in my cart were not picked at or put back for about 10-15 minutes. She also want very helpful with getting all my items into the car , so a huge thank you to her ! Ross is lucky to have her!
Dick Chassey: They always have hardly any cashiers on even when the line is super long. You better have a lot of patience waiting in line to buy something and pack a lunch, if not then you might as well not even bother going to this store. I feel sorry for the only couple cashiers each doing the work of 3 cashiers while probably only getting paid as 1 cashier. I guess thats the result of a cheap store in an expensive area
Mark King: We got to Ross early today. No lines found some great shirts and thing's for the twins. Even found a couple of toy's they liked. Only if we could have got into Trader Joe's long line twins don't like lines.

When I took it back to store the who introduced me her self the store manager she refused to accept it back and a very bad behavior with me. Few days a go I returned a carton clip, the cashier gave me the receipt but the money still not deposited to my account. When I called to the costumer service she turned off the phone without listening to me.
Farah Saraf: Sendy or sandy was rude , disrespectful toward me and other customer . He doesn’t know how to treat customers. He isn’t knowledgeable about Russ merchandise and he accused people. I am very very unhappy and felt disrespectful.

delora byrd: Idk why but all the ross’s in this area suck. There is stuff everywhere! The store is not organized at all! & the line is alllll the way to the back of the store. It’s ridiculous!!

Just Jazzy Jaz Sosa: Staff starting from management down are so rude every time I go there they close early even if there’s 2 hours left I feel harassed and discriminated against I will not recommend this store after 7 pm they announce they’ll be closing a million times until they make you leave is ridiculous.

Jessica Nosack: The store was clean, not so busy. We found really cute items, there was a very adorable rainbow bed collection I want but refrained. However, I did find what I was looking which was a new set of luggage, I got a cute carry on 'map' print and a bright purple larger luggage! The staff were friendly and sweet, and the line went quickly.
Nathan Pennington: Came to check out the selection of tshirts and was highly dissatisfied, disappointed, shocked, and ended up leaving and going to Walmart. I saw where someone claimed that it's a Ross store so you can't expect much from them. WRONG!!!!!!!! As a customer, I can expect whatever I deem to be necessary from a store providing a service. In this case, a low priced clothing and home goods store. This particular store provided nothing but frustration. To start, I walk in, and I'm shocked by how few employees are there. Next, I walk over to the mens section to start my search. Only to discover that all of the sizes were mixed up. Making me, the customer, that they want to come and shop there, have to search through their ENTIRE inventory of the particular shirs they had in stock for the customers to buy. Not only were the different sizes all mixed together. They didn't even have my size there for me. I've searched through stores inventory before to find what I needed, I'm not a real picky person, and I usually find what I'm looking for. But this, this was absolutely ridiculous. There are other sizes besides medium, large, and extra large. I have been to more then one Ross store before, and I've never had a bad experience. But this place is a disaster of epic proportions. I was not greeted by any staff upon entering, which isn't normal for a Ross store from my previous experiences at other, much better Ross stores. That didn't bother me initially because I had ear buds in. And I don't expect it, it's just a nice gesture from the store. I do not recommend this store and I will never come back.
