Ric G: Great souvenirs of Chinatown and Washington DC. Little trinkets all the way to furniture. Staff is super helpful and friendly, and prices were decent. This place has also Asian snacks and treats and a huge selection of herbs and medications.

Htoo Myat: This is a great little shop where you can get a limited selection of Asian dry goods and such with a whole lot of gifts. One of the shops that still make D.C. Chinatown still actually feels like a Chinatown. It's really worth going in there and check when you visit, you might find something cool! If you're a DC resident and need some Asian goods without having to go to VA or MD, you can find some basic stuff here.

Jobs: I was specifically looking for a store were I could get one of those waving cat dolls. This store has tons of those items plus traditional Chinese medicine plus liquor candy kitchen tools serving items and so much more. Don't miss this for Chinatown souvenirs plus practical items.

ARIA SPENCE: I need DONG QUAI ROOT for women,, the fake jade curly hair Buddha GOOD LUCK and PROSPERITY statue is not sold here ANYMORE, only plastic green fufu lion, and bald head fat pregnant man alopecias sparse hairs scalp buddha for bad luck, has no amoxicillin like in New York in the DC location . And the black blasian martial arts man Guang Gong warrior statue MISSING like ebony jade philosopher Lao Tzu, I bought here BEFORE, threw it away after the lady with the dreadlocks in PG MALL, only the pregnant man bald head buddha pot beer belly to not find a wise BLASIAN BOYFRIEND through bloodlines I LIKE BLASIAN MEN like tyson beckford the model .

Anita Wu: This place always has the ingredients (dry goods; no grocery) for which I'd otherwise need to go to a dedicated asian grocery and leave the city. As someone without a car, it has been a true lifeline the last few years I've been in DC, and now more than ever with covid. The grandma at the register is the sweetest and most wonderful and deserves all of the happiness and health the world can offer.

Pristine Collectables: Very interesting place to visit, it's worth a walk through, but it does need a good cleaning. If you are looking for bamboo plants grown into hearts, jade carved elephants, or slippers, this is your place.

Faith Ebersole: Largest Oriental store I saw while in China Town. So many great gifts and just everyday stuff here. Definitely check it out.

Samuel Winter: This store is great for both shopping and sightseeing. I go there because of their extensive tea collection. Some of their tea boxes are as little as two dollars, for teas that are way more interesting than what you would get at your typical grocery store.

Oscar Gonzalez: Earlier I attempted to come back for a painting I had seen with the price tag of $8.99, when I went to pay the older lady scratched off the tag in front of my own eyes, and said it was wrong and went through asking her daughter to go through this whole finding-something-the-same-size scam to upcharge to $15.99. I had shown her footage of me finding it and of the price tag in case they thought we put our own price tag for whatever reason, but they insisted on charging me as much as the others which I obviously did not want because of their prices, which additionally were not in any way the same series of paintings. Right or wrong the price ON the item should have been honored and they should not have been so stingy for a few dollars. As a tourist I felt disgusted, I have such a appreciation for Asian aesthetics and culture and was planning to come back for more of their higher prices goods but to challenge their own price to get more out of me is just bad mannerism. Keep in mind most of the 'good reviews' are coming from people who have not bought anything, everything there is amazing granted, but if you read others reviews with Buying-experiences it's just sad.

Jenny O’Neil: The store itself has a small selection. My review is mostly about the unfriendly and i knowledgeable staff. I visited today 12/6 at noon. I went to this store knowing that banana was having a sale 40% off everything and an additional 20% off for card holders. That’s a good deal. First, I asked someone where the petite sizes were, they told me they didn’t carry petite in store. That was a lie because I saw a few petite sizes particular the blazer I bought. My next issue and pet peeve when shopping is when the store employees wants to deny you on discounts. Before purchasing my blazer I wanted to confirm the additional 20%. The cashier said no sorry we’re not doing that. Another lie. I had to search the website, pull up the details and even then they told me it was just online after I showed them the fine print that said IN STORE AND ONLINE FOR IN STORE USE CODE BRCODE! Finally, they said they would “just give it to me” except when I looked at the receipt, the code worked and it marked the 20% off. Stop making us beg for the discounts that we’re entitled to.

David Rosenberg: I think the styles are pretty good, and he staff is friendly. I wish the men's section we're bigger, but for it's size, it has a good variety. More dressing rooms would be nice too, but that's just a function of the footprint, and you can't get that would sacrificing retail space.

Ivan Narvaez: The usual store of BB. Very clean and nice decoration. The people who work there are very friendly and assist you in all your need. I case you can't find your size or color they offer to look in others stores and send it to your house. Very good service.

Ele Palazzolo: I love this shop! Their sizes are accurate. I have been in Banana Republic in Berlin and London and they are all the same everywhere. You kind of know what to expect and is always right. The staff is also helpful and dedicated.

Titaness Themis: Been there a few times...usually not the most pleasant experience...the worst one was yesterday when I went in to buy two dresses and I asked about military discount. The cashier said that it usually does not work with the extra 40% off promo, but she would try. She entered it manually and I got the military discount on one dress and not the other. When I asked why that was, she gave me at least 4-5 versions as to why, which neither made sense. The discount applies to the whole purchase and not to an individual item according to her, so any further explanation is useless. I had to ask for a manager to step in because the girl just did not what she was talking about it. The manager was very courteous and gave me the discount on the other dress as well. She further explained to me that military discount does not apply to the extra 40% promo, but she did it for me anyway. I appreciated it that. In the future, it is best to say flat out it does not apply and not do it.

Amanda DeNardo: I cannot stress enough how terrible the customer service was at this store. I came in looking for basics and a new top and found a blouse (last in my size) and asked them to hold it for me while I try on some basics. They lacked communication and someone put it back (which is okay, it happens). When I was ready to checkout they gave me a huge attitude and when I asked where my blouse was they seemed offended that I was confused... I went back to the rack and found it put away. When I told them what happened they gave me side eye, more attitude, and didn't apologize. Honestly this was a rant and a half but do yourself a favor and just shop online. These guys are jerks.

Kyle Mahaney: These guys saved my butt! I probably shouldn't admit this in public, but a few weeks ago I was asked to do a very last-minute morning job interview. I was already out of the house in a ridiculous t-shirt when I found out and raced around downtown trying to find an open shop for something halfway appropriate to wear. Everything was closed that early in the morning and I only had 15 minutes left when I got to BR. They were closed too, but I explained my situation through the window and they opened early for me. They sped me through, pulling all the shirts in my size, getting the steamer ready, and even directing me to an item on sale. They got me out of there with minutes to spare and I made it to the interview a few blocks away as the hour was striking. Heroes work at this Banana Republic.

Matthew Dutko: We came in on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Kevin helped us pick out a whole new wardrobe for a trip I was taking the next day. Kevin was so helpful, he had an awesome attitude and was a pleasure to be around. He even gave me some gear advice for my upcoming trip. We will definitely be coming back to see him

Evan Hage: Amazing customer service! I needed help picking out a suit and the staff was with me all the way. A kind, friendly, and supportive group of people. Glad there's a storefront of this quality near me!

SD: Most apathetic group of sales people I've ever seen in a BR store. I like BR clothing, but at times it is enjoyable to feel the staff care about the customers and the products. Found some nice short sleeve T"s, but the sewn in label shows from the back. I mentioned this to this staff, they couldn't care less. The robotic response repeated to me was "T shirts are like that". I pointed out that I own BR T's with the size information printed on, not sewn in with a label. The answer? "Yeah some brands do that". Yeah, like BR does that. Totally lame response. Found some great Calvin Klein T's that were nice and didn't have that unseemly defect. Problem solved, and CK wins me over as a new loyal customer.

Cierra Champion: The staff were extremely friendly and the store was super clean and well stocked. Lots of sale and clearance items which I love. It was a decent selection a little less than I’ve seen from other BP’s but nonetheless still great.

Josephine Bunton: Very familiar with Banana Republic stores, as well as retail. Store itself is very bright, clean and has a decent selection. However, if you ever have the privilege of interacting with one of the male managers (short, pride easily wounded, defensive over sign placement, and generally does not respond well to questions), then you are in luck. Definitely not representative of customer service and the tailored brand that BR stands for. Hope this helps my fellow shoppers!

Vishal Sinha: This Banana Republic location has a good selection of clothes to choose from, especially for the wife. Men selection is decent too. Be prepared to climb stairs of use elevator since this is a multi-level store being that it sits in the heart of Georgetown! Staff is friendly and helpful too. Lines can be long to try on clothes.

James Fedorko: A little tight quarters and aggressive sellers always put me a bit on edge but to he fair the gentleman who helped was very polite and helpful. Truth be told, I gravitate towards the clearance rack first and foremost so there's a decent enough selection there just nothing that i fell in love with.

Chris Lundquist: This Banana is pretty huge (3 well-stocked floors). You can find most things you're looking for if you like BR's clothes. Only thing to beware of is that it's almost always fairly crowded, given that it's on a popular shopping street in Georgetown, a major tourist destination.

Thomas Kelly: This year they had beautiful things. I cant say I am one of the regulars at BR, but this year I am getting there. Good store and employees really trying to help.

Bojana Stef: I never had such a negative experience in Nordstrom. There is a clear sign at the entrance door and in the store stating that if I download their app-get $5off. In from of the cashier and later store manager Ronda I did that and then they declined to give me $5 off as some banner on the app didn't show up - no explanation no nothing. I never had the Nordstrom app before (during covid, I was in Europe, and I just came back, so I didn't have the app). I will communicate this to Nordstrom.as well. If something is advertised, they have to honor it.

Darlene jackson: 8/28/21, Voting rights March bring me to DC. And provides me an opportunity to check out Nordstrom Rack. I haven't done so in NY. SALES TIME! I bought 2 $15 T- shirt dresses and a $ 10 sweater!Great bargains at DC's Nordstrom Rack!

Jason Almeida: Great place for branded items at discounted prices. Ok maybe they might not be the style of the season but it's still worth it. Street parking is easily available all around the store. It's not as big as some of the other outlets but you'll still find a great verity of products

Hilda Kroll: The only department store in the area. Clean and organized so that it's easy to find what you're looking for.

George Brightman: Plenty of stock, although uneven from department to department. Staff on hand were friendly, capable and obviously very busy ( probably quite a few out sick or under quarantine ) -- so bring your own sense of fashion, do some browsing, and go home with some serious bargains !

40ish Sophisticate: This is the worst Rack I have ever been to and I am a frequent shopper plus a Nordstrom card holder for decades. The service is very poor. Lots of standing around, only one person checking out but plenty of security though. Will not return. This an update- I am just now seeing that the cashier did not credit my account for my return! This is absolutely unacceptable! I wish I never shopped at this location 😪

M Hunt: Horrible "customer service" at this location. Employees are rude and extremely unhelpful. I understand that retail has its challenges and am completely empathetic; however, multiple employees across the board at this location are downright terrible at their job and their attitude is even worse.

Jon Scott: You never know what you are going to see in the mens shoe dept. I usually come here to ' just browse' but most of the time I find my self purchasing yet another a new pair of kicks!

Stacy Lemery: Nordstrom Rack is a great place, in-person or online for a myriad of goods, particularly shoes since Nordstrom the Department store is known for shoes and carrying extended sizes. I have noticed a shift in the Nordstrom Rack stores to now carry home goods like sheets and bedding. Be careful if you go in there - it's easy to shop, shop, shop!

Todd Mick: Everything was organized, despite being completely hectic. The lines went quickly for being rung up and Yuhanna was extremely personable, helpful, and knowledgeable on the product. Give that man a raise!

Eduardo Moser: We have been customers of the brand for several years. We had a bad experience at this store when chose a couple of items from the On Sale section that cost 7.90 each, but at the cashier rings 15.90 each, she said that the price was 15.90 each and did not agree to verify the price at the rack. I did not expect this attitude from Uniqlo

RCS S: There’s always a lot of choices to choose from. From kids to adult. Reasonable prices and nice design. Quality is excellent. Always on style.

Stacey Black: I never really shop here because they see not close to home. I always check them put to see if there is anything of interest and again, there was nothing. The children's section is an absolute joke as there really isn't one. I mean the only thing they seem to stock for children are those puffer coats in 10 colors. My kid doesn't need another puffer. The prices seemed to have gone up as well. Pants were $39.90. I definitely remember those same pants at $29.90. If I'm at a mall with Uniqlo I'll go in but it's not a must for me.

Valeria Contreras: First if all, I'm just happy there's a UNIQLO close by. However, if you are un the larger sizes (like me) this won't be store to buy at. I can still buy tops from the guys or unisex section which keeps my UNIQLO love fed. Overall, the quality of the clothing is amazing and the checkout process is super cool and automated.

chayoun kim: They have a weird policy of only letting one person in each fitting room even for little kids. There is no way for the parent to help the kid change, and the kid needs to come out of the fitting room after every clothing to show how it looks. Very inefficient and ridiculous.

Kyle Goodell: Terrible first experience with their product and customer service. Bought three shirts, and after washing them with normal detergent one of the shirts had bad discoloration. Customer service refused to do anything even though it was clear that it was a manufacturing defect.

Phes M: I was visiting the area and decided to drop by the Lucid Studio to see my next car (I'm a reservation holder). It was nice talking to the staff. The studio manager (Alison), as well as the staff are really knowledgeable about what's going on with the future of the Lucid Air. I am glad to be next in line ( sooner than later) to get mine. If you are interested in a electronic vehicle and do not want to compromise on luxury, then you really need to have a look Lucid. I give them two thumbs up...

Rahman Afrin: Best place to shop, chill, and eat is Tyson mall. This is the best mall for me in Virginia. Whatever you need name it you can get everything here. All high end brands to start up brands all you can get here. Products from this mall is quite expensive but after you spend time their by eating from multi cuisine and roaming around in international shops and watching movies, you will not regret to come here.

Diane Evans: This was our first time at Tysons Corner Mall. We really enjoyed ourselves. They have so many department stores and restaurants. It's a must go to place!

Venkata Kishore Bondada: Tyson Mall - Excellent place for spending a weekend if you are into Shopping, Eating and Movies. I visited this place for the 1st time. Tyson Mall is in 3 floors. On 1st and 2nd floors contains shops and various food cousine shops. 3rd floor is exclusively for AMC theatres and food court. Ample parking is provided.

Bobbe Wright: Fun shopping experience,very accessible by metro or walking from hotel location. Lots of stores and restaurants, movies and gaming options as well.

AdMan The “ATLR” Lab Rat: Tysons corner center is a huge mall with seemingly something for everyone (seems like everyone and there cousin was there on such a beautiful COVID-19 Saturday afternoon. Some folks were wearing face masks, done were observing the six foot rule, some where doing both and most were oblivious to the pandemic. WHO would have known there ARE COVID-19 pandemic RESTRICTIONS AND PROTOCOLS still in place. Anyway this is a lovely mall with fully stocked and staffed stores. Special mention to *The Swarovski Crystal* store's staff, they is as friendly as they are knowledgeable about their ultra-fine quality products (Brains and beauty - *Photo of Swan with permission). Plenty of parking and if you need to recharge your car you are in luck, the garage by Chipotle has a few EV spots.

Samer Tayar: My friend and I visited Tyson Corner Center in the weekend the mall was very nice and super busy it’s nice to see things starting go back to normal. A lot variety to choose from well known brands clothes to every thingelse . It’s nice mall for families to shop there.

RCS S: I love how they respond for the safety of the shoppers yesterday.they evacuated the people right away. The security were prompt. Their tenant comply immediately and we were told to evacuate their store for our safety. Suddenly the police are all around the corner.

James Walker: This shopping center has everything, I saw the names of a lot of the big name retailers. Food court and restaurants, spread out over several floors of shopping. Several parking areas, including a multilevel parking garage adjacent to Macy's, where I found convenient parking. The parking was free.

Shiva Bongu: Crowded. Food court is decent. The stores are normal brands. Prices and deals are ok compared to other places.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Cliodhna MacFadden: We purchased the Element 65” TV, and after 3 days the backlight broke. We tried everything to fix it. Without a box or receipt in hand, we brought it back to see what may be possible to do. Associates TK, Nicole S, and Anton were able to use the debit card used to purchase to look up my receipt to get our return sorted. We so appreciate them going truly above and beyond to show us their compassion and excellent customer service.

Jasmine Thomas: Mobile Tech Has A Rude Raspy Voice Lady Working There. Ms.Kathy Is Extremely Unprofessional & Doesn’t Know What She Is Talking About. She Lied & Told Me That An AT&T Phone Was Unlocked. The Phone Wasn’t Unlocked & I Was Trapped In A Contract. I Explained To Her That I Wanted A Unlocked Phone & She Insisted On Telling Me The Phone I Bought Full Price Was Unlocked, Yet I’m Getting Stuff In My Email Saying I Have A Contract That I Have To Pay Off My Phone. Her Attitude Is Stank & She Never Has Her Mask Up On Her Face. Columbia Heights Target Do Better, Her and Her Unprofessional Ways Are Bringing Your Company Down Tremendously. I Will Be Reaching Out To Corporate!

Shayna Deverman: Dirty, unorganized, extremely low stock on everything. Items thrown everywhere, picked over. Shoe isle was a disgrace. Nice they have an “Ulta”, but very limited items. Took me several minutes to figure out where body wash was. Haircare, travel, makeup is all grouped together in the front/middle-like typical but body wash/deodorant was clear on the end of the store. Terrible flow. All that looking and they had very limited washes! Men’s selection had more to choose from. Went in there with a very basic list and got one thing on it… my nearest Walgreens was more helpful…disappointing since I love me a Target trip. I won’t be back to this one.

Kaila Gilbert: Good store, could benefit from more helpful signage 😂 idk throw a digital map on the wall or something. but even though I got vertigo/whiplash/confused trying to find a suitcase (they're on the 2nd floor in the wayback) no complaints and the people are good. Most people do self checkout bc line passes fast, so don't be intimidated if it's long. Idk choose your adventure. Shoe section looks a litttle crazy in the afternoons, but that's consistent with the behaviors/type of people who live here lmao. Moving too fast, not putting stuff back, lowkey entitled ahaha

Adah Deveaux: This review is for the starbucks within target. My drinks were great but a little of a wait. The actual target was customary.

Thomas Nali: NO PARKING VALIDATION Poor inventory. This is on a regular old Monday. I asked for the product I was looking for, they checked in the back, and said it was too hard to get to and another employee would work on it, but they don’t know how long it will be. This was at almost noon. Look at how few dairy products are on the shelf. Staff continued to prove unhelpful. I asked four different employees where a type of product was and they each told me to find someone who worked in that dept. OR they just told me they “probably don’t have it” WITHOUT even looking or bothering to find where it should be!! They tried to walk off but I said I am not satisfied until we find the shelf where it should be, and I’ve been looking for fifteen minutes. Took all of that to get some help finding one little thing.

Ted Socha: Ever since this Target added self-checkout, they've relied solely on it. At most, they open only one regular checkout line if self-checkout gets long. Better off going to the CVS across the street. 10/7/19 update: this place either needs to solve their self-checkout problem or open up more than one regular cash register

Sade Wilson: I was shopping today at the Washington D.C target store and was purchasing gift for my family I found some nice things and for a really good price. I went to check out and the items were ringing up different from what the price was upstairs I explained to the cashier he called for a manager. The manager name tiffany came and refuse to change the price the for two of the items but change it for the other too items. I continue checking out because I didn’t want to wait to long after I was done checking out I went upstairs to take pictures to show the manger she still refuse and walk away.

Donna Walker: Buyers we aware the prices in Target are going up every week and its terrible and make sure you know the prices of your items because the shelf price and the register price can be different at times. Security was following me for no reason so I had t let him know you are following the wrong person. I catch more people stealing at Target and I do not work there. Also, some of the employees are so rude. I will be recording my conversations with the employees when I need to ask for help as proof of how rude some of them can be.

VIRGINIA Parker: Very well stocked and clean associate ready to help you. Only one problem not enough cash register open to get the people out. But that's the problem in every store.

Dennis Watts: Just not your average blue Walmart for people who don't live in DC this is really unusual to see a Walmart on a city block and the color is not blue and white, it's made out of brick with a black logo that's pretty unusual

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and helpful because I am in a wheelchair they offered to help me with items I couldn't reach.They had a variety of all kinds of foods and beverages. This will be my Walmart supercenter that I will be attending from now on keep up the great work and I will continue to be a valued customer.

Sarah West: A large mixed selection of items you can get any 3 for TEN DOLLARS. Selected high end new items are priced accordingly. Kids, mens, and womans apparel and shoes. If you have the knack for treasure hunting in thrift stores.....THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. thrifty and unique pieces all year round

Matthew Unger: The employees were fantastic and would be 5 stars, but not being able to not use yet another app makes for a poor customer experience that part I would give a 1 star, but I don't want to hold what seems like a wonderful store to a corporate specific issue. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that helped me and even apologized for a company wide corporate issue.

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

carolyn jackson: I love this store. My favorite associates work here. This store always have a lot of cashier's on duty. The store is as least fully stock.

Sassy Sauce: This store opened a couple years ago and it’s always nice and clean. The day I went after work the store must have just received a truck because there were boxes of product on most of the aisles. But this store is generally very clean and organized. This isn’t a normal sized target though, it’s definitely smaller and has more of a convenient store type feel. But all of the normal Target staples are still there. There is parking under the store and it’s accessible using the escalators or elevator. There is a Starbucks as well. It’s a great store to visit!

Amreen Shafiuddin: poorly managed target.. no one knew answers for anything. customer service was poor. stocking issues in all the aisles. boxes everywhere.. the food items especially bread section don’t have best before stickers on them. when questioned, they just saw each other faces. poorly managed.

Tracie: Pros: Near my home. New store. Available parking structure. Decent customer service. By decent i mean - I haven't had a negative experience with the customer but no one has gone above and beyond helping me. Cons: Generally feels empty. Yet every time I enter the store i notice staff are in the middle of restocking and have crates of things in the middle of the hallways blocking the pass way. This was even before covid so not sure whats going on (pictures shown from Dec 2021). Also, doesn't appear to be a parking attendant so anytime anyone lost their ticket, their is chaos trying to get out. Finally, prices seem a little higher than other targets, i get the sense that because its smaller things are limited and maybe marked up? Or maybe its just inflation and the whole food chain/ports being a hot mess.

Mysiki X Valentine: Whoa! Let me begin on a positive. There is a cashier (older Black woman) Joan, who is the most pleasant staff worker. However, the younger staff can often be found tucked away on phones, having side conversation and etc..so finding help is always difficult. In addition, the customer service could never be described as friendly. But it does not end there, this is one of the worst Target’s I’ve ever went shopping. The store shelves stay empty. I recently order Beats headphones online for pick-up, I was emailed saying my order was ready—but when I got to the store the manager cancelled my order, stating the item was not in the store. Long behold, I walked to the back and there sat 3) pairs of the same item I came to pick-up. Her attitude was out of this world, I couldn’t believe she worked in customer service. No matter what time of the day, the aisles have carts full of products yet to be put away. Makes the store seem chaotic and disorganized. If it’s a quick stop, I’d advise going elsewhere. Looking to do serious shopping, never stop here. To end on a positive the food section is normally well stocked and presented nicely.

Kareem Carter: Lets start by saying I am appreciative of having a Target in this area of DC. The parking facility is safe and well lit, the store was reasonably stocked and clean. My gripe is with the professionalism of the management and the completely ineffective way they run the checkout line. they funneled everyone through one line and when several customers skipped the single line and went straight to the register, they were allowed to do so.....causing frustration to the other customers in the line. This was brought to the lead employees attention and she sarcastically dismissed my frustration. They should really signage up on how the checkout line works!

Erin Truax: I have been to this Target a few times because it is the most convenient for me (and parking is easy) but I always leave feeling very frustrated. There are constantly boxes of inventory waiting to be unpacked that are blocking the aisles and many shelves are often missing product. I have shopped at different times and on different days, but this seems to be on ongoing issue for this location. If you’re able, I recommend a different location.

J Por: Went in for some quick toys for my nieces and nephew. Turned in to their Loss Prevention racially profiling my partner, and followed us around the store the entire time for 60 dollars worth of merchandise, part of which, we had to find an employee to get. We initially went in to make a return, and unfortunately had the idea to shop the last bit of our list. Workers letting people (guy in a blue hoodie was wearing a red shirt so possible employee?) walk around without a mask even though DC has a mandate, and the stores inventory is always in the way. Should have been more concerned following him to give him a mask instead of two people who were in your store less than 25 minutes. Overheard an employee talking about managers asking the team to get tested because of a potential positive employee. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been a consistent customer for three years, but no more. This location is best avoided. Trust me.

livingmytruth 2: Joan has the best customer service ever. I came in this location with my 98 year old grandma and she made my grandma feel sooo good and proud and she really has a positive attitude. Thank you for making my grandmother’s shopping experience so pleasant . I will actually make this my home store now because of her pleasant demeanor

Aaron Blackmon: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to a Walmart that is all red and has Target signs? Well wait no longer! This will fit the bill. The validated parking is a mess. The store is never stocked but simultaneously stocking everything at once and the lines are NEVER open. I only went there after learning my initial lesson months ago because it’s so close and I wanted to get a few things but even still it wasn’t worth it.

Chris Todd: The staff inside the store were friendly and helpful. However, the parking attendant was about as useless as a square wheel. I wanted to recharge my car. The sign in front of the chargers read "See attendant to activate". This dude was just sitting in his car. He refused to get up and wave whatever card he needed to wave to unlock the charging station. He didn't even acknowledge me other than saying "Uh". I tried activating the station with my SemaConnect app, but the station was locked out. I'm sure this Target is great, but I wouldn't come here in an EV because the dude who runs the chargers can't be bothered to get out of his car to do his job.

Jessica Boada: Good prices but it needs better employees that really like to help . Today is 1/28/22 l was at walmart 2 days ago the skate boards were price 18.98. So today i go buy the skate the price is the same i get to ✔ out the guy goes the price is 29.98 im like no they are wrong so i asked him to fix honor the price he said he can not do it the manager comes show me a picture if you want the item i go take the pic waited in line again another cahier tried to help but the first cashier said no I have the transaction on hold. So i kept on waiting them it was only one person behind me and he said i cannot do it go to customer services. I go he said to customer i have a big line i was like really. Ok finally thay send me back to the manager and she did not ask for the pic or anything and charged me 29.98. But before this she said to the customer service do not come with that. Anyway she was not even wearing the mask properly she had it on her neck. I end up returning the item and got the price at customer service with a DIFFERENT cashier after 3 different lines. Pooooooooooor customer service specialty from the manager

I shop around 8-10pm with fewer issues. No access to customer service, but the customer service is iffy at best during the day anyway. Excellent craft and party sections.

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Meghan Elizabeth: Grey hair lady at self checkout needs to find a different job or just retire. There is no reason an employee, especially one of her age, should be treating customers so poorly and getting a major attitude at anyone who is just trying to find a register that is working. If machines need fixed they need to kindly tell people to wait. Not be rude, make a scene and glare at everyone who is waiting to checkout. Who lets these kind of people work here???? Connor Black: My friend is a former employee at this establishment and I decided to post this on their behalf to protect their anonymity. First off, HR is prone to scheduling shifts at horrible times with little regard for the time you will have between shifts. Now this could be fixed if HR was more present and was available to talk about shift scheduling and issues that arise from how they do it. Secondly, the General Manager is very aggressive with their style of management. They often are talking down to people and attempting to single them out for ridicule or to give attitude to. They also have zero regard for a worker's wellbeing or health, instead putting the business before the people who have to make sacrifices for it. If you ever do call out and the GM answers, be prepared because she will try to gaslight you and talk you out of whatever your legitimate reason for not being able to come in is.

Portia Massado: I was a former employee there and the reason why I left was for a career choice and also because of the GM Jemima Canage. Jemima Canage is THE WORST GM to work for the company. Target is her LIFE and if your in school or have a second job PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Control freak YES she is. Jemima will over work you and will not give gradititude in return unless your a male that work in her store. She talks very mean and nasty to associates like they are nothing to her. I even had an incident where she yelled and charged herself at me like I was a child. It made me very very upset and if another manager wasn’t present I would of lost my job for walking out due to Jemima poor management skills. I even had customers come in and complain about how rude and mean she is. She also like to try to undermind people like they lack common sense. She recently fired someone for no apparent reason at all. She forced that man to come to work sick after expressing that he wasn’t feeling well. And he called the ambulance for himself just to prove to Jemima that he was sick. And in the process of her firing one person she lost 8people from that store. Even her ASM left because of her, 3LPs, and 4 associates. And right before I started 6months ago the original associates that were there had already gave the new people the rundown of Jemima Canage and how much they hated her and how she acts towards her employees. She doesn’t onow how to humble herself or treat people with REPSECT. She demands it then earning it or giving it back in return. And the nexr person she raises her voice at WILL NOT be as nice cause trust me I was VERY VERY ANGRY about it. Please get rid of that bad engery in that store. I feel sorry for all the people that are still there.

Kerry Delf: Small but fairly well provisioned food section, with both snack foods and some home groceries, heavy on the convenience foods. Prices are high but better than other stores in the area. Conveniently open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays, in an area where other stores close at 9 or 10, but it closes earlier on other days of the week. Free parking with store validation. Downside: Service was sparse and heavily dependent on self-service—there were no employees on the floor helping customers, and of three employees around the checkout counter, only one was operating a register, quite lackadaisically.

Peyton Doyle: Great small format Target in a really accessible part of Cleveland Park (and just steps from the Metro stop). Impressed with their selection of fresh foods. Nice home goods section too. Unique underground store. Really friendly employees! I will certainly be back.

Daniel: Right off the metro so it's convenient, not to mention, definitely bigger than you'd think. They took the investment of digging underground for the store (kind of like their NYC Tribeca location) and it definitely paid off. Validate parking when you leave since there's a lot attendant and a gate... no joke. Prices upscale for the location, but they had what I needed and would probably visit again.

Larry Gamble: I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the surroundings is a very beautiful place with a lot of awesome deals! it was a very nice experience for people are just super awesome everybody was all friendly and lot of excitement going on just keep it in the parking lot list fire I loved it

Lindsay Cooper: Purchased baby food online that was listed as in-stock. Received notifications that it was ready to pick-up. My husband went to pick it up and not only did they not have our order, they didn't have the product in stock. My husband then decided to purchase other items while he was there and was followed closely around the store by security so much that he had to ask the person to back off. I called Target HQ and they confirmed that the order was ready for pick up. I'll be going back to Amazon after this experience.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: It is Very nice and very clean. It is small in size, but they've got everything from groceries to clothes and electronics. It is conveniently located near the red line Cleveland park metro station, and bus ( L1, L2) stop. when you walk in this location, it looks like you're at a duty-free shop at an airport. It is also a quick 5 minute walk from the zoo.

M P: Free parking but you MUST get your ticket validated in store. Great for quick Target run. You can always find helpful employees and if you don’t see what you are looking for ask and they’ll get it in stock. Great manager. Super clean store. Perfect location.

Edward Holman: I’ve been coming here since August and they are rarely ever stocked, even when the website says items are in stock. Target needs to find a better way for the in-store inventory to better communicate with the website inventory and keep the shelves stocked. I don’t think it’s a individual store problem, rather a problem with Corporate. I will rate this Target 3 stars because of the floor associates. They are always nice and go above and beyond to help out. Kudos to them!

Yessenia C: This location is conveniently closer to my home than other targets however their product availability is limited. I believe this is an express version of Target. They have small electronics, clothing, market, and home sections. The health, beauty, personal hygiene section is pretty large. Once you know what they do and don't carry it's easier to know what you can purchase there. But it's always clean, good customer service.

MAC Cover: This review deals only with drive up services at Georgia Ave. and Eastern Ave. store in Washington, D.C. Due to a physical impairment another collects my pick up orders. I would not be writing this review if the incident happened once but several times is too much to handle. This location isn't set up for drive up because they constantly leave items out of your order but charge your card. Either Target has someone working drive up who can't read, see, or both. Recently, placed drive up order for paper towels and other items. Got notice from app order was ready which included the paper towels. When order arrived had all items except paper towels which was a huge disappointment. Okay called customer service to make them aware of the hiccup, paper towels were included in total order, charged to my card, but not with my other items. As usual, phone rang and rang but no answer. Finally, customer service answered next day. I explained about missing paper towels, gave order number and got no help. It was like talking to someone from outer space. Young lady said I had to prove I ordered the paper towels. I told her it was a drive up order, gave her my order number, and advised her that store could pull up my order as well. Got no where with customer service, asked to speak to manager, didn't happen, so stressed, had to hand phone to another to talk on my behalf. Still don't have paper towels I already paid for. Not only do they leave items off orders, they stuff a bunch of heavy items in one bag making it awkward to carry. Please check your bags before leaving this location and if you want to avoid a stressful drive up experience, shop Wheaton/Westfield mall location, much better. Target is still my go to store but not this particular location for drive up service.

Dimitri Ivanoff: It's about 1/3 in size of regular Target. Has a fresh produce & meats section, basic grocery items, cleaning supplies plus some clothing, beauty, electronics. Right now (April 2021) mostly serves on-line orders & curbside pickup. Parking is at the back of the store, but there's entrance from Georgia Avenue. Self service at this entrance almost empty while one at the back has waiting line. Pricewise it's inline with Giant, even some groceries could be cheaper.

Dorie Kane: This is a "mini Target" so keep in mind you can't expect it to have the inventory of the large stores. That said, I go there for essentials and typically find what I need (including hair care products which many have complained about). Staff - including security - are overall nice and helpful. Like another reviewer I did find they were unable to place an order for me - I needed a different size and wanted to apply the credit to an order. They have me a refund and I placed the order myself online. I guess there are some things smaller stores can't do but I do like this one for its convenience when it comes to basics.

Janice Temple: This Target Store is well-lit with wide aisles. I went there on a Sunday evening. Some of the shelves were empty from Saturday shoppers. I wanted to buy Figi Water but they were sold out. I am impressive by the organic selection of groceries. The parking was plentiful the day and time that I went.

SW: Neat small Target. However the security there is awful!!!! Everytime I’ve visited there is a security guard (man with National jersey) following me and whoever I visit the store with. I live in the area, so I frequent this store a lot. Mind you he is not clever with the following. He straight goes to whatever aisle I am in. This makes me not what to use this Target

Bryan Cortez: Don't understand the negative reviews? This is a smaller Target, of course you won't have everything you have at a regular Target - but it has all the essentials. Need milk? eggs? chicken? They have it. Need a spare shirt, or pair of pants? They have it. Need some airpods? Need a spare controller? Maybe you need shampoo, or medication? Target has it. They have all the essentials you need all in this store. Seriously, if you want to know if they have something before you come - use the Target app, it'll be your best friend on each Target Run. This store was definitely needed in the area! Prices are very fair, compared to other retailers nearby. Very clean, organized ---- and the best part are the employees - Very helpful!

dontec H.: I was just in my neighborhood store to purchase Goodfellow t-shirts. My preferred size wasn't available. I went to guest relations for assistance. She called over a Manager for assistance. I asked if he knew when the t-shirts would be back in stock. He said the store didn't do the ordering. The company sends over inventory based on their sales, etc. . He said one pack would be sent over in L in a few days. I needed medium. I asked if the Store Manager was in store. He let me know the Clothing Manager was on duty. The clothing manager came over and I explained my need for a medium size. He went to check the shelf. He returned to let me know that the item wasn't on the shelf and is a high theft item. He then said he doesn't know when they'd be coming. He was talking to me very loudly to the point that other customers could hear our conversation. I asked him when the Store Manager would be returning. I let him know that he was speaking to me in an elevated tone and I was standing in front of him. He then said that he was the store manager. Target has employees that lie and render poor customer service to paying shoppers.

Casey M: My daughter and I are in DC visiting for a few days to see the museums and sights. We were looking for food for dinner tonight and stumbled upon this wonderful mall completely by accident. We ended up eating in the food court and then spent the next two hours shopping on the four floors of stores. The entire mall was fully decorated for Christmas and it was just gorgeous. It was so great to see an indoor mall so busy and alive, especially since so many indoor malls have gone extinct in recent years. It was such a fun little treat for us after a full day of museums and we had a blast. Highly recommended.

Enzo Lopez: We had some Haagen dazs ice cream, Asian noodle, and Lindt chocolate. This place was packed with people. Definitely coming back soon to explore more when is less crowded. Parking was easy and affordable while paying $3 at the gate. The dining area has glass windows on the top, super cool and comfortable.

Chloe Animations: Really cool mall! I loved the atmosphere of this place! The Christmas decorations was sooo nice!!! There were a lot of shops, and a lots of floors in them. A great selection, as well. The parking was nice and easy! I am definitely coming back here!

Rebecca “Bex”: This mall is incredible and has so many good stores inside. A little crowded but it's a very large place with superb shopping. Almost all of these stores also honor military discounts which they happily apply. Would recommend if you're visiting the area.

Journi: The mall is nice and all, but if it ain't got Barnes and Noble then I don't really care too much about it. Lots of good clothes shopping if you're into that. I got a DC souvenir.

Chad Fabian: Great place for food for bus groups. However not as bus friendly as it should be considering how much money we bring in daily. Maybe consider making bus parking in Macy's lot or something. But stop trying to run us off while unloading students that will spend hundreds of not thousands there

Malik Robertson: Had a bad experience with he customer service rep who validates parking/ help customers in this center. Went into Marshall's looking for a curtain rod and they didn't have any, looked around the store and I didn't need anything else. Went to have my parking ticket validated and the customer service rep at the desk in the evening of 2/24/23 said I needed a receipt. I explained they didn't have what I needed. She replied t didn't matter, you need a receipt. Went in 5 & Below purchased an item, went back and the attendant said "you went in the wrong store. You didn't pay attention only certain stores validated" There should be a policy to address this or allow flexibility. I won't be back.

Bhavika P: Most affordable, stocked and interesting store. You'd find anything and everything here at all times. It's priced very well and can be said to cater to everyone. Fresh produce is on point with quality. Clothing and accessories are well organized. The clearance items are of average quality but at super low prices. Kids clothing is a find here, adorable and affordable.

Rebecca Chapman: This is the best Walmart I have been to. The location is great! The store is kept clean and stocked. It feels like you’re in a target not a Walmart when you’re shopping here. You can find what you need instead of the shelves being empty. If you have any trouble finding an item you can find an employer easily and they know which aisle to direct you to. The employees are friendly. They have a lot of self check out registers so they’re usually not a wait in line. I recommend this Walmart! It’s an elevated experience to other Walmart.

Kathleen Lovett: This place is a fever dream. First, my friend and I walk in and and we're ambushed by an associate who wouldn't stop talking to us about the Walmart rewards program. The layout of this Walmart made no sense- the gun section was next to the kids toys which was next to the "garden" section. We were easily lost in this overestimating environment. Parents were screaming for their children, who were running through this maze of madness playing with basketballs and showing no regard for their wellbeing. Even the associates looked lost, with no escape. When trying to leave the establishment, the parking lot was like a battle ground. We barely made it out with our lives. It was almost as of they didn't want us to leave without signing up for Walmart+. If you wish to keep your sanity, shop at Target, Giant, anywhere but here.

Rashmi Khatuja: This is a big supercenter we opt for our weekly grocery. The stock is usually up to date and well maintained. They now have 8 parking places dedicated for free pick ups. The staff is helpful and very courteous. Keeping all the fresh vegetables and fruits, it makes our shopping easier. The clearance section too usually displays some great stuff. Another thing I noticed in this particular Walmart is that the price of dairy and other fresh products is lesser. This definitely attracts a lot of crowd to this one.

d green: As I was leaving the store I watched a clerk kick a handicapped man out of one of the electric wheelchairs I had to actually tell the person I saw what they did. Honestly I could reveal more about the situation but suffice to say I'm not buying baby food for people from that Walmart

Henok Garedew (Henny breezy): This Aldi is nice, sometimes you have to wait for a cart or, it gets very busy at around 5pm and on weekends, the staff/ service are okay not to bad.

Kim Carpenter: I found the new $10 Seafood Boil bags. It's has your basic starters. Corn, potatoes, mussels, sausages (spicy)& shrimp. The seasonings okay but add some of your own. Great value for the price. We added crabs, crab legs & eggs. Making that $80 bag at home for half the cost. Great thing is Aldi gets shipments every day. Good Luck!!

Anthony Scott: The shopping experience was nice! The store was clean and easy to shop. They had everything that I was looking for. The prices were decent (on par with other stores in the area). The check out took a little long, but other than that, I will be back to shop again.

Matthew Fauske: Also is always great. That being said this location isn’t my favorite but it is the only in DC. I prefer the nearby VA locations with a bit cheaper prices but Aldi is always worth the trip for value. Bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart too!

Not only that, but carts are equally never available! Service has slightly improved here, CLEARLY under new management! However cashiers are still very chatty! And seemed upset when you have more than 15 items? Can we talk about this with the team? The more items? The more this impacts your labor cost in a great way! Perhaps a coaching is needed So that they can raise the bar? Remember as cashiers? You are the last person a guest sees and their final impression of the Brand! Seems like toxic culture here. Hopefully this feedback helps to improve! I’ll try the NW location to see if my experience improves

Kev- keepingitreal: This ALDI store offers a verity of Wine, Food, Produce, Dairy Products and Home Goods at Affordable Price. Awesome Atmosphere with Friendly Staff.

Allison Diggs: Even though the store was clean, there were a few minor problems I had experienced at my visit. 1 Customer Service no one smiles at you or greets you to the store, everyone seemed to be interested in piling up in one aisle instead of spreading out. 2. Stocking the shelves during store hours. Now, we all know stocking shelves should be done by 9 am, but instead, employees want to bring out the big loader in a crowed store...no safety concerns here!!. 3. Basket availability. I understand that the store gets crowded at around 10 am, but wouldn't you as a supply/demand food chain understand that you should have more baskets out and available to your customers. I did not appreciate waiting for someone's basket, a complete time waster. All in all, not bad, just needs improvements.

Mike Snyder: One of my better Aldi experiences. I needed an Aldi that is convenient between the office and home. I discovered this location and was very impressed with the selection, stocked shelves, and cleanliness.

I wish this could be determined before ordering/charging. Especially, when you're picking up within a 24 window. The only reason I put 2 stars, time to time you will find some highly educated retired workers there, I really enjoy talking to them. I often wonder why they works. Try to find one and just talk to them. Being close to federal government, you will find some very interesting people. :-)

Kenya Funches: There's never enough people working at Customer Service. You should also ALWAYS, (if you want them) come inside with your own disinfectant wipes as they aren't guaranteed to be available. This location's stocked items has gotten better but it's still an issue.

disco 07: Five stars because we had no problem getting disability cart. Somebody cares! We found everything we needed. The frozen food section can be a bit lacking, but the regular foods isles were great. Juice isles also very well stocked. We found the perfect fan for the kitchen. Our cashier was fast and friendly. We bought some other stuff because today this Walmart was working!

Cam Dear: Today, no one on the staff helped; which made it a better experience since they ALL lack exemplar customer service. As a matter of fact, I'd gladly accept good costumer service from this Walmart. The best part of the entire experience was at the Subway as I grabbed lunch for my daughter. They usual suck too BUT there's a young black gentleman (could be African) who's costumer service was top notch compared to the rest. By himself, his customer service was good to go. I ended up purchasing a 2nd sandwich because of his good customer service. I usually buy one sandwich to be quick, or none at all because the other employees SUCK!

Gloria Jones: I don't understand! You want my money but you only offered 2 cashier's. So self checkout, with a cart packed with food! Ok sure. BUT there wasn't enough plastic bags had to look for help! Error on scanner had to look for help! Yet again, error, still had to stop and look for help! It took me longer to scan my items than to SHOP! Not worth the hassle!

Hailey Klein: I hope you weren’t trying to actually try on clothes before buying them… because the dressing room is closed without explanation at 7:45pm while the store remains open until 10pm. Literally got NO ASSISTANCE and no explanation. Thanks Target. You can do better.

Dequan Edwards: The absolute WORST shopping experience I have ever had with Target. I ordered an item via the app and showed up an hour and a half later for pick up. Was told to just stand there off to the side while the associate brought it to me. 30 minutes later still nothing. Associates walked right by me with no offerings to help or to even check to see if I needed help. Finally I walked back to electronics myself to buy in person what I had already purchased in the app and couldn't find anyone around to provide me any assistance. After waiting around for 10 minutes, I used my cell phone to call Guest Services (there were no "Need Help?" signs/buttons/phones to be found) to request to send someone back to help me. Once the associate got over there, he was able to get me the items that I needed so that I could finally get out of that place. Two separate purchases of the same items and 3 hours later, I received an email stating that the store was out of stock on the items that I purchased through the app and asked if I wanted to choose an alternative or cancel the order. The problem with that, is that there was an entire shelf full of the items I had requested! If it wasn't for me being angry enough to walk back to electronics to buy everything AGAIN, I would've walked away with nothing and forced to make my purchase elsewhere. With lying and unhelpful employees, I refuse to spend any more money with this store.

Madison Strecker: Store was repulsively dirty, and they closed the fitting rooms 3+ hours early I assume to get a head start for their nightly closing procedures. Working in retail I understand the stress however I listened to the associate tell another to “watch that family because I told them the fitting rooms were closed and they were upset” gesturing to the fact the family was holding up the jeans to themselves to gauge how well they fit. This completely gave the notion she was irritated she hadn’t got them to become disinterested and leave. She continued to stare down myself and other guests who were holding clothes up to themselves in mirrors. If you’re business hours are posted then your business should be open as advertised. Super frustrating experience especially when guests asked about the fitting rooms being closed workers were quick to be irritated

Nina N: I plan to file a class action lawsuit against Target for charging me (and probably millions of customers) for bag fees although I never asked for the bags. I am charged 50 cents for each order but the refund is only 5 cents. Shame on Target for stealing people's money.

Talar Polatian: Purchases items from two separate Targets but because this Target was convenient, we decided to take the two items to return to this location. Both items generated a receipt, however they said that if it hasn’t been 24 hours or purchased from their store, that they can’t take back the items because it’s not in the system yet. Target.com policy: You may return items from your order to any store as soon as the receipt is available (the time-frame depends on your personal bank account and can take up to 24 hours). We went to a different Target, a Target that we didn’t purchase one of the items from, and they took it back. Poor customer service experience.

William Gant: Nice large target in the Arlington area with a lot of variety and and lots of parking. Even had electric vehicle charging. This is one of the larger Targets in the DMV given how dinky and small all the other ones in the area are. If you like to people watch, this is not a bad place to do so.

Sam Odle: A+ Target. Plenty of self check lanes, Starbucks inside ❤️☕️, large selection of everything, and I’ve only had great customer service here. One time I left something I’d paid for at self checkout. Came back two days later with the receipt, the manager reviewed the film (or at least pretended to 😉) and then let me get another one.

Holly Siletzky: Today, January 4, I picked up a drive up order. Without knowing, I paid for milk that was a day old. I am 8 months pregnant and had my toddler, so it was difficult for me to be fully aware. Let this reminder to check the expiration date!

e: Went to buy cold medicine for a co-worker and was not able to complete that purchase because they required ID, which I had left in my car. I'm 41 years old and could not buy cold medicine because of a store policy. Will never, ever go to this or any Target again.

Alex Navarro: This is maybe the nicest Walmart I’ve ever been to! Looks like it’s relatively new. Everything is very clean and organized. Staff helped us quickly locate what we came for. Prices seemed in line with most other stores for grocery items so don’t expect deep discounts on those types of items.

Bonnie Wolfe: Walmart at Tysons is ready for Halloween. The inflatables are great decorations. Lots of candy, masks, and costumes. The "Pumpkin Patch" is really cute.

H.M. LEE: Very convenient and well-managed. But, staff needed more training about customer service. I asked staff three times where rice krispies were and all of them just said "I dunno" and quickly vanished.

Gina DeGinda: I was surprised to see brochiol bread $4 same as whole food st $8. It made by the same company but used differentiates.

Melody Dunn: I do as much of my grocery shopping here as possible. Not the biggest Walmart grocery, so selection is limited and especially post covid, the meat shelves aren't well stocked. But still, the prices can't be beat. Also a great place for cards, pharmacy and whatever random other thing I may need, like spray paint or an extension cord.

David York: Clean store, a lot of staff available to answer questions or help you locate something. I'm from NY this Walmart doesn't have a Subways located on site which was a little disappointing. Did find things not available in my local stores tho. Prices are just about the same.

My Hanitizer: One of the coolest stores in the area, i love thier selection of every day basics plus the amazing middle Eastern food selections. Great customer service and a lot that pleases the eye in grocery, bakery, essentials and toys. We enjoyed our visit and the lovely people working there.

Andrew Payne: This Walmart is very clean, and it had most of what I needed. A few days ago I walked there from our lodging in Tysons, so the location was convenient. The Coke products were easy to find, so that was good. However, I also was trying to find natural spray deodorizer and had to settle for Lysol. Although Lysol is very effective, I would have preferred something more natural with less manufactured chemicals. If a natural deodorizer did exist somewhere at this Walmart location, it was very well hidden. I could find nothing like that anywhere in the store!

Paul Boakes: I was expecting the normal aircraft-hanger sized store, but on reflection, for a town centre, this wasn't likely! That said, it had everything I needed, was quick to be checked out, and the parking was easy and plentiful. No staff issues.

Ethan Park: As far as Walmarts go, this one felt a little unique. I suppose it's probably because of its location in the city - but in many ways it felt almost like an Ikea haha. There's a parking garage, escalators that carry your cart up for you, and big tall windows. It's a cool experience! As far as the shopping goes, it's a normal Walmart. Lots of decent goods. The pharmacy was also offering free walk-in Covid vaccines - no appt required!
