Georgia Hensley: I really enjoyed visiting this H&M. We needed new dresses before going out for a night on the city so we stopped by the H&M closest to our hotel. My sister and I bought a few blouses and some really nice dresses. This place is clean, modern and shiny! Lots of inventory to look through. We were pleasantly surprised. Cute kids clothes as well. This H&M is located at 1025 F St. NW in Washington DC

Carina Palomino: the stores great and they have great clothes and all other than the fact the the changing rooms are closed. what’s the point of going to a clothing store then buying something and it dosent fit you? i saw several people go up to the blocked off charging rooms and turn back to see them closed. please open the changing rooms it will stop people for wanting to buy clothes

Henok Garedew (Henny breezy): This particular H&M store is becoming empty and have unwanted items. The management need work together with their suppliers to have more clothings especially on kid’s clothing.I don’t recommend it!!!

Nicole Jefferson: I liked the store. It was my second time there. I like this location as well as the one in Alexandria. I was able to find a fabulous wool coat and it was on sale. I will surely be back. Plus it has an upstairs too!

Liliana Stanton: I bought some things at a different H&M store on Saturday. Went home tried the things on again and for some reason it just didn’t look as good as when I was at the store. I really wanted to keep a coat I had purchased but I also noticed it was very dirty at the bottom and did not noticed when I purchased it. took the tags off and placed them in my kitchen table, I ended up deciding not to keep it but unfortunately I threw the tag away. Decided to come to this store in Wheaton because I had to go to Costco anyways. As soon as I walked in with my items the cashier greeted me with a nasty attitude (she was annoyed I was returning) the guy next to her I assumed he is the Manager as he has been in that location for years. They returned all my items except the coat, according to him it was worn and had stains. I had my receipt and I even mentioned would you be able to give me store credit I didn’t really care just didn’t wanted it. He denied my request and told me to take the coat to the location where I bought it. I’m guessing because of the conversion as I worked in retail before he just didn’t want to lose $70 dollars from his store. Moral of the story keep your tags and to the staff please change your attitude a little more. If you don’t like the job, leave don’t make them ugly as faces, having a bad day… take a walk. I worked in retail back in the day so I know how annoying customers can be. I was very polite didn’t argue took the coat back. I respected the fact that he didn’t want to lose money from his store but Don’t take this job too seriously, it’s just a job you don’t own the store. You really think H&M cares that you’re saving them money lmao. They can replace the staff and managers like no other. Just do your job, if the person has the receipt doesn’t argue just return the item and give them store credit. I did end up going to the other location as it was a few minutes away the whole environment changed they were organized, staff was friendly polite, they refunded my money didn’t ask any questions as I had the receipt. Will be going to the other store as I already go there anyways for that reason. I just wanted to come here for convenience that Costco is in the same location.

Aster Alemu: We were there to Exchange our perches and the sellers girl was extremely Rude , we have our receipt ready, we say hi to her! my son was excited to get his new hat and he is 4 years old and told her new hat she was like put it there I asked if we did something and she said no , and she told as to remove the stuff from our bag disrespectfully , I did what she asked and she scans and give me wrong price and I told her that it can’t be that much because it’s an exchange and she got offended and give me the right price She throw the receipt and go back and when she came back I asked her to call me her manager and she pointed to him and called the next Castomer while while we still stand there can’t explain how confused I was ,this kind of behavior is not even acceptable in a Club , I told to the manager I hope they will solve her issues !

Blen Gabriel: I went in to buy clothes for our return to office and usually I go to Springfield but it’s closed for renovations. I am so incredibly happy I went to king street because it was such a great experience! Tony was SO WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, and KIND! He made the experience so much better & helped me pick great options and gave amazing advice. Wendell was the cashier and he was also so friendly and helpful too! I will continue to return to this location EVEN WHEN Springfield opens back up because of the amazing experience I had.

Rula Bashi: Good collections, long shirts are available, awesome prices, and nice staff. Their tonic and long shirt items are great for Muslim women with Hijab.

RCS S: Great selection of nice clothings. Unfortunately the fitting room is closed.

Katy Diaz: I love this place, clothes, and sale section. But what I love most of all is the customer service. The employees are the kindest people ever. You talk or ask for there help and they will help you. Some items are a bit pricey but the quality is very good overall so that makes it worth the price.

Maddy Mejia: Looks like this location is temporarily closed. The wall states there’s a temporary location near the food court, but there is nothing but an empty, unused space.

Nisa Eliana Gutierrez: I’ve never had an issue coming to Potomac mills let alone H&M. The sales associates on the floor should learn to not be a little more professional & kind to customers. I had a simple question but could not even get it out because I was rudely cut off by someone on the sales floor. They need to do better with their attitudes & professionalism. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Val Martinez: Hello, I actually had a great experience. After reviewing most of the reviews. People here were completely nice to me and very hardworking. I can say, working in retail is not for the faint of heart. This team deserves all and everything. They’re the most sweetest people in retail and hold themselves to good standards. What I can add is more stores I’ve experienced can’t even come close to the amount of joy these people bring me! I love them all they’re good people who go out of their way every time even on the busiest or worst days. ❤️

Alfredo Barros: This was the only size medium. There were other sizes that could of been put on the mannequin the store would not sell me the one that is on display. They said it was policy not to take clothes of the mannequin. What kind of sense does that make to promote clothing for sale but not sell it to your customers. I walked into the store because I saw that on display in the front of the store. Even the store manager said no. So I still spent money there because I wanted some of the things there, but that made me not want to ever purchase from a H&M ever again. That is just very disappointing and frustrating.

john woodson: For me, it is very refreshing to shop in a store where the staff goes out of their way to find items for you and to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Good quality, fair prices and very helpful and caring staff. 👍

TV Stream: Hate when stores dont update their hours on Google maps. This store was closed when we arrived at 7:30 pm even though their hours on Google maps as well as their website mention they are open till 8 PM. Waste of time and gas for me.

Will Jackson: I bought this shirt for my bday dinner. I packed it in my bag for my trip only to notice that when I go to get dressed for the night that it still had the security sensor on it. It was the only shirt I packed so I had to scramble around and get another shirt and that wasted a lot of time. The store doesn’t seem to carry the same options as other stores at least in the men’s department. I was extremely disappointed with the overall selection and when I do find something I like I couldn’t even wear it.
