Georgia Hensley: I really enjoyed visiting this H&M. We needed new dresses before going out for a night on the city so we stopped by the H&M closest to our hotel. My sister and I bought a few blouses and some really nice dresses. This place is clean, modern and shiny! Lots of inventory to look through. We were pleasantly surprised. Cute kids clothes as well. This H&M is located at 1025 F St. NW in Washington DC
Lorraine McGhee: The cloth is beautifully set up to pull you in, prices good. Helpful staff, need more smiles though. Other than that I will go there again to by clothes that actually fits my shape and makes me look 👍👍👍👍👍.

Tino M-Ze: This store is big and they always have a wide selection of newly release clothes. The clothes isles are very organized and accordingly from smaller size in the front and larger size in the back. Therefore easy to find what you’re looking for. They got rid of their huge nail polish and makeup station and replaced it with jewelry. Don’t try to start a nice conversation with their cashiers because they are not interested in small talk even though your just asking them how their day is going.

Naima Shelley: Perfect for any teens, young adults, and up! The selection of clothing is adorable and pretty trendy. My style’s all over the place but I was able to find multiple pieces that I feel suit me. The staff are pretty polite and out of your way when shopping, so if you like to shop without being bothered, this environment is perfect. (Doesn’t mean you can’t shop comfortably if you like shopping with help near, they’re always towards the front of the store) it’s very organized and there’s a pretty wide range of sizes. (The site’s size chart is pretty accurate to the store’s selection, but I’d bring some form of measuring tape when it comes to their selection of ripped baggy jeans. Just cause H&M sizing is a hit or miss, usually a hit, but can still be a miss.) the racks of stacked with clothes, so expect to find something! Would 100% shop here again. <3

Nicole Jefferson: I liked the store. It was my second time there. I like this location as well as the one in Alexandria. I was able to find a fabulous wool coat and it was on sale. I will surely be back. Plus it has an upstairs too!
Jashua Tilahun: Went in just to buy a quick thermal since it got so cold so quickly today, as I walk in. An associate was being absolutely berated by a customer. The associate named Robert. Was an absolutely fantastic handler. Calmly and deftly defusing the situation. 10/10 definitely will shop here again solely because someone that level headed works here.

Love eri: My fave clothing store! This location is one of the best ones to be honest because it is always kept clean, the staff is usually great, and I’m general it’s easy to shop here because the clothes are organized well and they have better clothes section compared to the other ones I’ve been too!

Efstathia Kalapothakos: Always well organized and an easy in and out purchase experience. Love coming here for lower cost tops and they usually have nice outerwear in the fall and winter. Sizes are a bit hit and miss so I recommend trying things on to make sure it works before leaving the store.

Blen Gabriel: I went in to buy clothes for our return to office and usually I go to Springfield but it’s closed for renovations. I am so incredibly happy I went to king street because it was such a great experience! Tony was SO WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, and KIND! He made the experience so much better & helped me pick great options and gave amazing advice. Wendell was the cashier and he was also so friendly and helpful too! Katy Diaz: I love this place, clothes, and sale section. But what I love most of all is the customer service. The employees are the kindest people ever. You talk or ask for there help and they will help you. Some items are a bit pricey but the quality is very good overall so that makes it worth the price.

I was looking for a specific type of pants with a specific size that was not located on the floor. The moment I seemed confused 😕 someone came over to assist me.
