Jenn Viani: We are from NY and randomly came across Hobby Works in Rockville, MD. What a great shop! Lot's of cool supplies for remote cars, models, paints, puzzles, Legos and more. They also have some really cool wooden model kits! Every single employee was friendly and helpful. Great place and they even fix your RC cars!

Alex Eisenhauer: I regularly come here for Magic sets and card sleeves, occasionally crafts supplies. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and give their best efforts to help you. On less busy days, you can strike up a conversation and really delve into your hobbies. They have tons of model kits.

RoseAnn Berlin: I called the store to make sure an item online was in stock. He answered on the first ring! Besides that he was very helpful as this was my first Bandai model. So great customer service, fast and careful shipping. Now it's up to me lol

Hugo Quintanilla: Has anything and everything you could want when it comes to hobbies. I always come down time to time to see what new items they have. Love the staff and all they have to offer.

Scott Spillers Sr: I needed some materials for a project I'm working on. Went to Michael first, they didn't have it. I hate to go near Rockville Pike, but it was here or Frederick so here it is. They have everything one would need in the hobby world. Great people behind the counter. Come on by.

Vincent Drake: Great spot for remote controlled vehicles and model trains. A good number of shelves devoted to tabletop games, kid-friendly arts and craft kits, Lego, and models.

Connor Ginn: Most pushy, rude staff I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t usually like to go to hobby shops for this very reason and today I was reminded why. For instance I probably would have spent $1,000 here today but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it because the staffing was over bearing and harassed me the entire time. The staff member with long grey hair was following me and my girlfriend all around the store the entire time we were in there. I pulled my mask down for .5 seconds to readjust it and he was yelling at me to keep it over my mouth and nose at all times. He then continued to follow us at a short distance peaking around corners and “pretending” to readjust the displays on shelving just to see if we had our masks on correctly. It was spying more so. He would peak his head around and notice we were looking and jerk his body back in effort to hide lol. As soon as he was done with us he passed us off to another worker who continued to act in the same manner. The guy at the register just had all sorts of comments to add. If you’re going to this shop to browse…don’t. They will push you to either buy something or make you incredibly uncomfortable and want to leave.

Kiffa Shirley: Excellent service, clean store, full of big screen TVs ready for Christmas shoppers. If you’ve not been to the Columbia Heights Best Buy, is so convenient to the metro, and other shopping, and it put me in the Christmas Spirit.

Ricardo Matheus: So I walk in to shop for some apple products and I’m not sure if it is because of covid or what but there’s only like 2 people working there. I’m mostly disappointed in how no one tries to help. Not even to tell me to wait a sec because they are busy and they’ll be with me shortly. Just nothing. Not even sure they noticed I was there. Waited and walked around trying to get someone to get me the products I wanted to purchase but I mean, its 2022 I should have known better that service in the US is awful and should have just bought them online. I love Best Buy but definitely never buying anything in person again there. Shout out to the guy at the door, he was very friendly

Corey Moore: One of best best stocked, clean and friendly Best Buys in town! The people are helpful. The store is well stocked. The staff is very helpful. The online check-in for online orders & pickups, is awesome! They're really busy at times but the lines tend to always move at a pretty good place. Highly recommend this Best Buy location!

Lady Elexia: I love best buy as a rule, no matter where I find them. The columbia heights location is nice, but it is a bit on the small side. While I could find the basics, their selection of new items was a bit lack lusture. Customer service is always perfect, at least in my experiences.

Tig Vic: On 05/06/2022 around 2 pm, I countered a very rude, unprofessional, and clueless heavyset lady who calls herself a manager. I'm never going to spend my hard-earned money on this location or BestBuy in general.

Feseha Ayele: I went to the best buy store which is located at Colombia height to get the phone that I paid online. They told me that there is activation problem and I waited more than 2 hours without any solution even the store manager couldn't solve the problem. It was a good deal that they posted online. It's really disappointing not to get any solution or reasonable answer about my order. Which is $999 online with activation and they told me to pay $1799 in the store.

Alexis Smith: horrible customer service. I wandered around looking for an employee to ask for help and they all ignored me. Finally someone answered and she said she’d send someone to the home theater section to help me but of course, no one was there. The Best Buy in Tysons is so much accommodating and friendly. If you want a good experience, just avoid this place

Dawn Develin: Mack was amazing. He sat with me patiently and help me with my phone purchase. I very confused and not very savvy with technology and he treated me with respect and help me through every step without getting frustrated. Overall everybody at Best buy has been phenomenal but he went above and beyond.

John Newman: Nobody asked if I needed help. I finally left and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Horrible location. Thugs and hoodlums everywhere. The whole place reeks of pot smoke. Frightening place. There was a "security guard" (I use that term lightly) sitting on level 2 eating potato chips staring at his phone. I was afraid I would be mugged or shot at any time. Avoid at all costs.

Ramona Killings: Even though I have driven past this place numerous times, today was my very first visit. I think my excuse has always been the fact that it's located on the 2nd level inside of a building. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This place is humongous! I also picked up on the fact that there are a myriad of Associates on the floor, who seemed friendly and willing to help people. That hasn't always been my experience in the past at other locations. Perhaps the fact that I came here on a Sunday, and there were not that many shoppers inside. So I came for a cellphone, and a cellphone is what zi walked out with. I had been researching the Google 6 Pro that features an 8 megapixel camera. I bought it for right at $700.00 which I think was a decent price. I can't wait to start playing with it! Now that ai know that this place has so many more things to offer, I will have to come back here again to get more stuff!

Jacob Sweitzer: I recently sold my brother's house as his agent in Southern Maryland. I don't do a TON of business in the area but love working there because it's my home. My regular Baltimore/Annapolis area photographer wouldn't travel there. After a lot of research I hired Jay with Zen Lens to do the professional pictures and added on a video walkthrough of the home as well. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the photos and especially the video. The service level was excellent and definitely helped showcase the best features of my brother's home. If you are a real estate agent in the Washington DC Metro area, I highly recommend Jay and Zen Lens to shoot your listings! PS - After I listed my brother's house and the house went under contract, I had surgery and was out of the office for a couple of weeks. I don't remember mentioning, but must have mentioned it in passing and Jay sent me an email asking how my surgery went. I was really impressed by his level of customer service. That's someone you want interacting with you and your clients.

Kev- keepingitreal: This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.

Mirka Mendez: It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.

PaulDavid Morado: Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Aminah Imani: Its conveniently located but not the best Walmart to be in. The customers were loud and the security with large bullet proof vests doesn’t make it a welcoming vibe. Grab your products and head out quick. They do validate parking and leave patience for the slow running elevators. The employees were helpful and efficient. This location isn’t my preference but it gets the job done when in dire need.

Sassy Sauce: Mixed experience with this store. It’s a good location and there is parking available in the underground garage. First 2 hours are free. The store has items locked in a case that I couldn’t understand. For example, women’s underwear and some personal hygiene items. Also, the store wasn’t too crowded while I was there and the associate I asked to help me gave me clear directions as to what aisle the product I needed would on. The parts of the store I visited were clean and the overall shopping experience was ok. No major complaints. Just strange observations about profits being locked behind glass.

C. Zed: Well it exists, that I appreciate. I’ll continue to shop here. The cashiers scan items more than once, has already happened twice for me. The store is small and often too messy. The aisles are narrow, and the carts are way too big for the store. Many items are locked behind cases. Could be a better experience, especially for the closest location to the US Capitol.

Virginia S: Need more employees/cashiers working. These stores rely too heavily on self checkout. Which is fine if you like to DIY but there shouldn't be so little cashiers that you turn the customers into employees and shoppers at the same time. Some people go shopping for the experience of the human interaction they have buying their things, having someone else ring it up is part of the experiences. Stop cutting corners your customers are not happy with it trust me

Van D Peluche: Terrible terrible. Twice I have ordered online groceries and the first time I did not get it until an hour later and the second time I didn’t get it until a day later than the scheduled period. Absolutely awful. Plus no one in any department answers phone calls. And their produce is very poor quality. May as well not even have the grocery delivery service. Will not even notify about orders being held for the next day.

Harriet Saulsbury: Love shopping at Walmart, some of the eorker are rude ask them a question they always say its not my department and walk away. Another thing as many seniors and disable people shopping there on a daily basis you only have maybe 10 electric scooters for the entire store which is a super store but you have maybe only 2 scooters working. You also took away your seating you have in the lobby of the stores where are we supposed to sit and wait on rides and family members to finish shopping?

Jay Chen: This is a great place to buy any Bandai plastic model kits and they are reasonably priced. Always loved it when things are nicely stocked and well worth the 1 hour drive to come here!

Roberta Shore: I live 2500 miles away from Hobby Works. My online order arrived very quickly in perfect condition. I dropped Mike and Shawn a thank you email which was answered before the ink was dry. :-) Their brick and mortar store looks like a great place for kids and a great escape for adults to feel like a kid again. If you live nearby I am confident you will get great customer service and a lot of fun!

John Kennington: Awesome customer service! I was looking for a hard to find Spektrum programming cable. Not only did these guys have it in stock, but they shipped it same day for delivery before the holiday weekend! If your local hobby shop can't help, give these guys a try!

The place for all your hobby needs, like "Traxxas X Maxx" one monster Radio Controlled 4x4 truck that has a 70+ actual mph, all for that price that speaks the best, not some cheap knockoff, and why stop there, speed boats by Traxxas 4' long x 12" wide, 50+ mph, Helicopter, jet planes with actual 16 vane metal fans to rocket it across the sky......

thomas johnston: If you can buy something from these guys instead of Hobby Lobby or Walmart, etc., do it. This isn't a huge store, but they carry A LOT of stuff you just won't find anywhere else. The staff seem to be hobbyists themselves, not just clerks.

Paz PZ3: They are not my local hobby shop but I will doing more business with them for my X-Maxx. Ordered online and received my Traxxas battery and charger completer pack a 2 days later.

Chaunta Black: I could never find Brio trains and accessories at a brick and mortar store until now. They also have Gundam which my husband collects. Toys for every type of collector or enthusiast. Love this place. My family does too.

y. Reddy: The staff are very friendly and helpful. They try to remember their regulars and are happy to work with you on finding things in the store. Update: Still an awesome place. There's plenty to look at and a number of hobby supplies can be found here from puzzles to Gundams to RC parts all the way to Lego sets!

Richard Sommers: Awesome hobby store, well stocked with RC cars, electric and nitro. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. If you are into RC,models,slot cars,trains or rockets you would be cheating yourself not checking these guys out. I highly recommend hobby works in Laurel, Md.

Christopher Heinberg (Bits86): I understand Google has their physical location hours as "temporarily closed", but don't let this deter you from online ordering! I live in Philadelphia. I ordered online and the correspondence and shipping speed was incredible. Great fair prices on gundam model kits. 6$ shipping. This is a must for hobbyist. Will be buying from again!

Matthew Schumacher: Best Buy is great as everybody who has ever gone to one knows. We stopped in to Best Buy to price some washers and dryers for our new home. They have fair pricing and what is even better is that they have a 4 week turn around time for the LG washer and dryer we are interested in. From what I hear from others, delivery for a washer and dryer is extremely delayed from most other companies. Having a 4 week turn around time is all the more reason for us to purchase our LG washer and dryer from Beat Buy.

Michael Patrick: Good experience today when buying products in store while waiting for an online order to be fulfilled. The product I ordered online was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I was greeted by staff when entering and exiting. The store was clean and organized. The staff at checkout were fast and polite.

Caitlin DePorter: Do not get a car radio from here. The $500 jvc radio I got stopped working after several months of having it. I then had to get on a waitlist that was several months long before they could “fix” it. Well finally the car is brought in and they say they don’t see anything wrong and reboot it and send me on my way and suggest it may be a phone issue. I got the managers card in case the radio wasn’t actually fixed. The issue has persisted even after getting a new phone and they now refuse to help since I am outside of the one year warranty, even though they didn’t fix it to begin with when I brought it in within the one year. Complete waste of my money and now I have a non functioning radio Edit: Best Buy told me to do a software update but there’s no software update available for this model. They are clueless and I wish I had gotten it somewhere else.

Ellen Savage: Placed an order for curbside pickup. Text telling me my order was ready did not contain instructions on where to park. I figured out pickup orders had to be picked up from parking garage, which is a paid garage. Waited 28 minutes for my order to be brought out, then when leaving garage I had to pay $3 for parking because I was in garage for more than 15 minutes. Horrible experience.

Sarah G: Absolutely horrible location. No signage to the ACTUAL store entrance. Curbside pickup is In a parking garage, so how exactly do you notify them via internet/app that you're "Here, in Pickup Spot #2" if your signal is sketchy? I got enough signal to pull up my order & check in, but system said it was having problems & I needed to come inside anyway. Would have been easy to do if there were posted directions to the actual store. Employee that checked me in for Order Pickup at the counter was negative & gave me false information. Carol Spalla: Be aware of "subscriptions" sales. This review is not at all related to the team who actually helped me and found everything I had to buy. This review is specifically to call out and call the attention to future customers who purchase anything at any Best Buy. I spend nearly $ 2,000 tonight and when I got home, I realized they added this "total tech yearly subscription" for $200 (!!). I never asked this and, in any moment, the details of this offer was explained to me in detail. Brandon was a nice store seller but I really felt cheated and I am disappointed with Best Buy for being so close to sales malpractices. When I reached out to support, via chat, they refund this service but still kept $7 for 1 day of this subscription use. It's been 5 hours I left the store. I did not use this service at all!! And though the Customer Support representative Vicky D. was very effectively and patient with me, she also did not explain to me that they would keep the $7. Again, I am feeling that Best Buy is training and enabling their staff to omit important details during sales and customer support interactions. Very sad and frustrating. It's not about the $7 - its not going to make me richer or poorer, but it's about transparency.

Sgt. Quackers: My review is for the installation service. I booked the service online to install a Garmin camera in my 2020 Ford Explorer. Booking online worked fine. No issues, not a lot of available dates but it may just be because they are busy. I got several reminder emails for my appointment as it was two months out from when made it. The Friday before a Monday appointment they called me to confirm. They made sure I had all the parts needed and told how long it would take. Day of the started working on it promptly at my appointment time. They asked where I wanted it installed and provided advise where it should be. Once completed they called and I picked up my car. The wiring job was great. I can't even see the wire beyond where it leaves the camera. The camera is in a great spot, out of the way but also in the middle where it will capture the best video. I would definitely recommend their service for hard wiring a camera

rachel braley: I have been trying to get in contact with somebody from this store for over a week to no avail. All calls are directed to the call center, which would be fine, except no one at the call center knows how to transfer me to the store line except maybe 1 out of every 12 people. Not only has the call center been unable to help me with what I need (which is why I need to get in contact with someone from the actual store) they have placed me on the call back list probably 5 times in the last week and a half and I haven’t gotten a single call back. ONE person knew how to transfer me to the store line but when I called I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my information on the ACTUAL store line and never heard anything back. I cannot go into the actual store because I now live three hours away, so getting in touch with someone over the phone is really my only option. However actually getting someone on the phone seems to be impossible so I really don’t know what to do at this point. The call center itself has been a bit of a nightmare. They keep trying to find my “Best Buy account” except I don’t have one but they think if they look up my phone number for the 1,000th time it will suddenly magically appear. Talking to the call center makes me feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone with how many times I’ve had to tell them I DONT HAVE A BEST BUY ACCOUNT. And one person hung up on me when they were only able to answer my questions with “I don’t know.” Honestly ridiculous. I’m currently looking into buying a new computer and a new TV but it won’t be at Best Buy. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to how much trouble I’ve had to go through. It shouldn’t be this hard to talk to somebody in the store.

Dottie “Dottie” Mount: My Best Buy experiences have been hit or miss, but this location has removed any hesitation that I had about Best Buy. The young man that helped me, Ezra, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made sure I got what I needed. I was very confused about what laptop to purchase based on my needs, and Ezra cleared it all up! He stayed with me, shopped on BestBuy.com until I found what I wanted. His customer service skills are exceptional and made me feel like I was the only customer. Houston: Yesterday, I had a great interaction in the elcectronics (PC/Laptop) section of the Best Buy in Potomac Yard (Alexandria VA). I was informed of products, directed to the appropriate section, and escorted to the cashiers counteres by Jefferey. Marko Mitic: Alright, I’ll be honest and straightforward. My 1* review is based on what kind of service is happening in store, not on product itself. First I was helped from tall gentleman, he was kind, helpful, good listener and respected my opinion! He will remember me :”He compliment my hairstyle also”. He redirected me to older gentlemen which lately disappeared and I was finishing with third guy who talk-so-much-and-never-stop-to-talk. He tried to sell me same lap top but brand new (I asked for brand new). After back and forward I said how they told me they have it on stock and I was waiting another 10min to find that one. Very shady, but okay, he tried. Listen, I am in store to purchase laptop, I asked simple questions, do not give me story “we are not on commission” and do not try to sell me warranty 10 times. LITERALLY 10 times. I am not kidding. Also he said I CAN NOT settle up monthly payment if I do not have Best Buy credit card and I need to apply for one. I literally was in store 1 h. At the end I got my credit card which I didn’t wanted. Not necessarily need it. He was laying to me and doing shady business. I am not purchasing nothing with that one anymore. So he did 2 things today, lost a customer because stupid cc and was lying there doing shady business and providing very poor and slow service. And make me to not use that card never in my life because interest on it🤷‍♂️ Y’all take care of your costumers and train your staff better. Because this is shame!

Michael Patrick: This specific experience here was less than desirable. I ordered a product online, the site said two were in stock. I arrived early for in store pickup. The sales rep went to look for the item. He returned and said that they couldn't find it, that there was one in the store but still couldn't find it. He said I could go to a different store with one in stock. I asked him to call the other store and confirm it is in stock to avoid repeating this experience. He refused, stating that the process does not work like that. He was more than happy to cancel my order altogether. Amazon will have it to me by 5pm.

Bret Bellamy: 3/7/22: After contacting both the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau, Best Buy HQ in Minnesota removed the duplicate charge and credited it to my account and now my balance us correct. While glad it is resolved, this should have been a simple change to make by the store manager without having to get the credit card company, the BBB, and corporate HQ involved. Adding one star to my rating since a satisfactory resolution happened. Prior review: I recently bought a new HP laptop at Best Buy - Falls Church. There was some confusion with the pickup. When I went to pick up my online order, there was a mix up and I ended up being charged twice for a new computer. I only bought one, but they had a record as 1 online purchase and 1 store bought purchase. I tried to resolve with the pick up staff and the "manager" on 2/26 to no avail, I was told it would be "faster" to use the 1-888-Best-Buy number. After 45 minutes on the phone with "customer service" and going through four people who were not able to resolve the issue, I was cut off while "on hold". I called the Best Buy credit card number (Citi bank) and finally got a competent person who was able to resolve the issue in three minutes and will contact the useless incompetents at Best Buy-Falls Church to delete the duplicate charge. I have been a Best Buy customer for eight years and I doubt that I will continue. They try to cheat seniors and then give them the runaround BS when trying to resolve an issue. The Geek Squad staff at this store is great, they are the only competent staff at this store. Don't shop at Best Buy-Falls Church!

Jessica McNutt: It's best buy. I only go when I absolutely must. Customer service is generally not good and, despite there being as many employees as customers, we always have to wait a strange amount of time to check out. If you can order online from somewhere else, do it!

Kristin Rever: Management needs to make sure employees are aware of services actually provided before saying a repair could be done. We had an appointment to repair my daughter's Smasung phone. He called on Thursday to verify this type of repair (replacement of motherboard) could be done. When we arrived the Geek Squad staff told us that unfortunately they did not do thus type of repair yet. The staff was pleasant and friendly and referred us to another location. This us issue could have been avoided if Best Buy was actually aware of the type of services they could provide. A waste of our time and gas.

Vincent Wagner: I went to the geek squad here because I was having trouble with an SSD install. They fixed the problem and offered to transfer the data from my old drive. 100 was a little steep for a simple data transfer but I was done putting energy. They assured me they could do it in a day. Once again, this seemed like a really long time for a data transfer. I didn't care so long as they had it done by the next day. The next day, they called me two hours before close and said they needed my Microsoft password to "make sure it boots up after the transfer". I said ok, I don't know my password but I will reset it and give it to you once I come pick it up. They assured me the they had already completed the transfer. When I got there the person at the counter harassed me to describe my computer after I brought in the paperwork they make you sign. I gave them my new password and they said that the data transfer did not take place and they will need an hour and a half to do the transfer. They would need to wait till the next day since it was close to close. I needed my computer today. Why should a data transfer take 48 hours. They do not communicate effectively. They lie. They don't care. Don't go here. Give your money to a local business.

K M: Disgusting customer service! I wish I could give them zero stars. Today I dealt with manager Mr Fathim, very disrespectful. Walked away from me when I had an appointment for a Samsung device repair, I get to the store and I’m being told they don’t provide that service. I’m being told I’m too loud and he refuses to give me his last name. Also geek squad member Asaf, same scenario, unhelpful, rude, can’t even greet me and refuses to give me his last name. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Please take your money to a different store. Preferably where the managers have manners and don’t disregard their customers.

taqueya spriggs: I experienced very poor customer service. My family and I shopped here for the first time a week ago and the cashier who rung the father of my children's items began yelling at him because he realized after placing his items on the belt that he forgot to pick up an item that he needed in the aisle. Thereafter, the cashier began shouting for him to return to the checkout counter to complete his transaction because the store was closing soon. I for one don't have a problem with store personnel explaining to me that I am unable to go back to the aisles to select additional items to purchase because closing time is vastly approaching, but it's how you talk to people. Not to mention store security personnel tried to intimate myself and the father of my children in front of them as if he wanted to arrest us. He also became antagonizing by ordering another patron nearby to pull out his phone to video record him throwing me out of the store when I had no involvement with the incident that transpired between the cashier and my significant other. I will never shop at this location again and retail workers should be mindful of their tone and demeanor with customers because my significant other was not being confrontational, disorderly, or destroying property after being publicly humiliated in front of everyone in the store for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is shameful and despicable and I was mortified. I am a regular shopper of Walmart corporations and I spent a lot money that day and do not deserve to be treated like a common criminal. With everything going on in the world and due to poor customer service and lack of respect for others, I think retailers should convert their services over to online shopping. This way customers can still reap the benefits of shopping without the having to potentially endure poor customer service. In the future Amazon will get all of my business.

Keshia Wideman: The absolute worst customer service ever. The store manager Patrick is non responsive to the lack of professionalism and ethics of the staff concerning, customers concerns/complaints. They are definitely a representation of his leadership and it shows. He doesn’t follow up on cooperates complaints, and the store is not organized properly at times. They don’t honor price misplaced items, and the cashiers are sarcastic, and rude at times. Crystal has been there awhile and can be rude and dismissive. I had to address her , and others about their rude, unethical behavior.

Michael Perez: If Purgatory exists, this Walmart will be a level. The place was clean and had an organization known to them. Not like any I've ever visited (and I've had the pleasure...to visit more than a few) but I'm sure when you've done your penance of shopping here a few times you get used to it. What really sets this store apart from the others is the stylistic hell that is the checkout process. 7 lanes with at least 9 patrons each. Cashiers that appear to be participating in a slow-down strike (and if they are, my hat's off to them and their cause). And at least 3 arguments between customers that verged on World Star territory. I will say that the curbside personnel were a little more engaged in their work.

Meghan Elizabeth: Grey hair lady at self checkout needs to find a different job or just retire. There is no reason an employee, especially one of her age, should be treating customers so poorly and getting a major attitude at anyone who is just trying to find a register that is working. If machines need fixed they need to kindly tell people to wait. Not be rude, make a scene and glare at everyone who is waiting to checkout. Who lets these kind of people work here???? Rigolii Julian: Received a VuIR TAB HD back in February this year and has so far been working great for our business purposes which involves using the thermal solution provides by sUAS LLC for photo-voltaic inspection and installation. We have been using this VuIR TAB HD with DJI Inspire 2 drone and so for the results have been impressive.

Kyle Young: sUAS LLC has been a very professional, courteous, and competent company to work with. Eric is very responsive and helpful, and Shahid has provided wonderful technical guidance along the way. We purchased a VuIR Tab HD for a FLIR imaging camera to work with an Inspire1. The system has worked really great for us so far, allowing us to take breathtaking radiometric IR images of groundwater discharge into coastal estuaries for science. The system experienced a few preliminary hiccups (geo tagging was inoperable, and the gimbal didn't slave to the nose forward position), but sUAS LLC was there to troubleshoot and fix these asap. You can't beat the price point and customer service offered by sUAS LLC.

Sam Bankskey: I have recently purchased a VuIR Tab HD with a FlIR vue pro 640 13mm fast. sUAS LLC have a wonderful customer service and truly care about their customers. Our first mission was successful with amazing results. I will recommend them to anyone and thank you again for the Inspire 2 set-up too. The Inspire 2 is an amazing machine with incredible speed. I love the fact that I can control the gimbal with a tablet. Thank you again.

Matt Zufelt: Working with Eric has been great. He helped set me up with a plug and play system for my infrared business. Working the cost into the cost of equipment, it is well worth the price to have a plug and play thermal UAV setup. Now I can focus on the important part of my business and not trying to make my own hd video downlink setup. Great customer service and product.

Park Seyoung: I learned about their VuIR Tab HD thermal gimble from a forum and purchased it. It's a good unit which saves me quite a bit of money. Using my Inspire 1 i have done a lot of thermal inspection businesses. I'm very satisfied with the product and the company in general. Eric is a nice guy to work with.

Philip Hartmann: ***Please see update below*** I purchased from this company when they went by the name of Intelligent UAS. They now go by sUAS. I purchased over $6,000 of equipment including a DJI Matrice 600 Pro drone and a DJI Ronin MX gimbal as well as a pre-order for another drone. I never received my equipment and upon contacting them for a refund, showing my receipts for my orders and that they had debited the money from my accounts, they initially said they would issue me one. They never did and after trying to speak with someone from their accounting department they gave me the runaround for weeks. I cannot recommend this company based on my personal experience dealing with them. I am now out of $6,000 worth of equipment with nothing to show for it. ***Update*** Contrary to what the owner of this company says this is the exact same company and you can see here in the official government database of business entities search results for Maryland businesses. Both businesses were started by Toan Ngo. He actually declared bankruptcy earlier this year after I sent them a legal demand letter for intelligent UAS and switched his company name and LLC to sUAS, operating the same business. I can only assume he declared bankruptcy in an attempt to avoid having to refund me or others he might have owed debts to. Please do an online Maryland business entity search for both Intelligent UAS LLC and sUAS LLC and you will see they are the same company. You can see in the images i've posted and you can search for yourself if you don't believe I am being honest about my review. If you don't see my images below my review you can look below my name up above and it should say 3 photos. If you click on my name you can see the other review I posted a while ago when they were still Intelligent UAS. Take a close look at the address for both businesses listed under both my reviews. They are the same address. I created the youtube accounts in a desperate attempt to get you to respond to my requests for a refund, however you kept deleting my comments. You are being very dishonest as a business owner. I have plenty of evidence of my interactions with your business including receipts, screenshots, email communications, financial records and more and it's a matter of public record that Intelligent UAS and sUAS LLC are the same company.
Response: This is a wrong review as Mr. Hartmann kept on being confused about the two companies. sUAS LLC has never had any business with Mr. Hartmann. He should talk to the company he has done business with and that could have been in 2016 (according to his Spam reviews on our YouTube channel. He created 20+ Spam Google accounts just to post spam reviews on our YouTube channel). sUAS LLC was founded in 2017. We have contacted Google to dispute this wrong review.

Wesley Pace: The workers are great and helpful. The only gripe is I see a lot of people who are much older and not as mobile that need scooters, and there aren't many for them, so they are often waiting for them. And if they opened more registers it wouldn't be sp crowded.

Adam Stoddard: You know you're in a good part of town when shaving cream and car electronics are kept under lock and key. Got passed around between several employees and then a manager before somebody could procure a key for a case. Same thing happened with another case. Suffice to say I was unable to completely suppress my inner Karen...

Arielle M. (Mermaid): This is the best Walmart in DC. I actually drive out the way to go to this walmart. They even have a better food selection than Giant. For Easter I found 48 count of empty eggs for 1.98!! Which is amazing because I would of spent way more if I went anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and helpful because I am in a wheelchair they offered to help me with items I couldn't reach.They had a variety of all kinds of foods and beverages. This will be my Walmart supercenter that I will be attending from now on keep up the great work and I will continue to be a valued customer.

Sarah West: A large mixed selection of items you can get any 3 for TEN DOLLARS. Selected high end new items are priced accordingly. Kids, mens, and womans apparel and shoes. If you have the knack for treasure hunting in thrift stores.....THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. thrifty and unique pieces all year round

Matthew Unger: The employees were fantastic and would be 5 stars, but not being able to not use yet another app makes for a poor customer experience that part I would give a 1 star, but I don't want to hold what seems like a wonderful store to a corporate specific issue. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that helped me and even apologized for a company wide corporate issue.

Jennifer Bowling: No shopping carts. Waited a long time and eventually just went back down to the parking garage to get one myself. The shelves were very disorganized in some areas and a lot of out of stock products. And the lines were very long. The cart escalator was broken and both elevators had orange signs indicating they were not safe for use, but were still being used.

carolyn jackson: I love this store. My favorite associates work here. This store always have a lot of cashier's on duty. The store is as least fully stock.

John Velasco: I bought a car radio for my Sentra and this was the only Best Buy in the area that had appointments available. Herman from the Car Audio install bay gave me all the instructions where to go and what to expect the day before, including how long it would take. They estimated 2:30 - 3 hours, which was a little long, but ultimately not a problem because he and Gregg were super thorough with the installation. I hung out with my laptop and worked in the Magnolia Theatre Room inside the Best Buy, while on the guest WiFi, with no problems. When the job was completed, Gregg gave me a walkthrough and instructions on basic usage, which I appreciated. If you’re considering any car audio work, these guys here know their stuff, I highly recommend them!

Brittany Dorr: Typically not impressed with this location but I had to stop by this past weekend to exchange my phone and I honestly left very happy. The customer service on this particular occasion was fast and the young lady was extremely nice. My only complaint is that it literally was hot as hell in there. While I understand it's cold outside, I shouldn't break a sweat from being inside.

Rello Dmv: This location is convenient coming from wheaton station. They have most electronics and electronics accessories in store or available to pick up your online order. No ps5 in stock i checked. Clean store overall with nice staff and affordable prices on nice equipment. Ps. They got people watching everywhere like you in there tryna steal something or that might just be what happens when a black male enters the store

Kumar Ghosh: Went to Best Buy after a long time. Was very impressed with the service. This wasn't the case few years ago. A young guy named Stephano helped me with few things and I was very happy with the quality of his service. Technology is changing so fast that you need help way more than you think. I'm glad the young generation is keeping up with the new tech world. I will definitely go back.

lauren powell: The employees need a refresher on customer service and handling merchandise. I went here to pick up and Open box dryer that was supposedly in Excellent condition.. which means no damage. In the time I when to get something out of the front of my truck, the guy loading the dryer put the dryer in on its side. There was zero protective wrapping on the dryer when he brought it out... so you can imagine my face when i saw him sliding into the back of truck on its side. If that wasn't bad enough. Once I get the dryer home for my contractor to take it up the stairs I notice there is a BIG dent in the front of the dryer. I call best buy and I keep getting transferred to phone lines all over the world instead of being able to talk to someone at the store. I'm told i can get a refund if i bring the dryer back to the store. This isn't something that weighs 10lbs. Anytime Best Buy screws something up it's on you to deal with the consequences. Terrible customer service at this store. I went back in to buy additional items for the unit and the three people standing at the front argued over who would help me... right in front of me. That same day I picked up open box items in excellent condition, fully wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap from Baileys Crossroads and the Manassas store. I don't advise buying open box from this location... they don't handle the merchandise carefully.. people are too busy acting like they don't feel being at work.

joe: CANCELLED A SURPRISE GIFT WITHOUT WARNING. I ordered a VR Headset on line to ship to my Nephew. I thought I'd go with Best Buy as at least a more traditional store instead of Amazon. I was happy to see no shipping and next day delivery--until I got an email saying my order was being canceled and my money refunded. No more information than that. This after I arranged to make sure someone would be home to ensure delivery since this costs about $300. So, I have to sit on hold for 15 minutes after going through the Best Buy phone tree, only to be told that it isn't a deliverable address because the delivery address doesn't match the billing address. This is because I don't live with my nephew. I understand concerns about security, but cancellation without warning or explanation, or with a chance to verify the details means that I will not be ordering on-line products from Best Buy in the future. I hate to abandon brick-and-mortar stores but how can you let someone order everything and then just cancel it later?

Stacy Belney: DO NOT get appliances and installation at Best Buy. The absolute worst customer service, bad information, and all around sloppiness. We ordered an oven and Best Buy has rescheduled the installation and delivery 4 times. 6 months later, we finally got the oven delivered only to be told that they could not install do to having to remove the gas oven first. We called three times to make sure the installers would be equipped and prepared to change these ovens out. We assured each time they would be. The customer services agents just lie. They don't know what to say, so they lie. Best Buy has been the absolute most stressful and frustrating experience in our kitchen renovation by far. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER APPLICANCES WITH INSTALLATION THROUGH BEST BUY!!!

Eren Jaeger: Horrible customer service. They don't even say "hi". When I got there, not even, "how may I help you?", Not even "Do you have the code?". The guy just said, "Code?" I gave him ID but the guy still said code, I gave him my phone number, and still said "Code?". I gave it to him as well after giving the ID and phone number and he eventually found it. I wouldn't want to say more but the whole picking up experience was horrible.

ernest ghameshlougy: Terrible service here. Seems like Best Buy has fallen off, since covid. I remember a time when as soon as you walked in, Representatives were immediately offering help. Not the case anymore. I was in the store for at least 45 minutes, not 1 person was available to help or offered any help. Luckily, I knew what I wanted and had time and patience to go and look for it on my own. At this point, it's probably better to just order online.

Kendra Simmons: I had the worst experience at the Bowie, MD location. After spending thousands of dollars, I could not receive customer support. The Geek Squad manager, Jesse, skipped me to service the Caucasian customers. When a representative began helping me, he then told her to stop helping me to go help another Caucasian customer. When I asked for his name he proceeded to tell me that he would not give his name and that he'd have me escorted out. I asked on what merit would I be escorted out. He said- because he will ask to have me escorted me out. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. While it was not the first time I've experienced bad service and I'm not usually one to complain- I have to say something about this. This is beyond unacceptable.

Brandon Samuel: Went there to simply purchase a phone, already knew what I wanted. Thought I'd be in and out. Employee told me I had to make an appointment. Then the employee talked to his manager, came back and told me to come back in 30 min. Strangest best buy experience I've ever had. Didn't think purchasing a phone would be this trivial.

Ssgt Allen: This Bowie location used to be good. It was popular - well staffed and reliable. Now?! - not so much. There was VERY little staff available during my visit - ( the store was damn near empty) and the staff who were there - CLEARLY did NOT want to be helpful. This is sad.

Sidne Mackall: The staff/management is rude, unhelpful, and just all around horrible! They sold me two faulty laptops(both in less than 24hrs) and they talked to/treated me like a child! I almost got into an argument with one of the “customer service” reps and had to walk away from the situation because there was lack of communication and help. Oh and to top this whole experience off…. My wallet got stolen here! They weren’t even interested in helping me find who stole it so there’s that. If I could give Bowie Best Buy zero stars I would.

THEDON82z1: Helpful place to find electronics you may need especially for the home. My advice however is to use there website and pick up the product at the store. Much easier and convenient.

Dontae Foote: I was extremely dissatisfied with Best Buy because of horrible customer service. Hate going to places spending money and getting horrible customer service. I walked around trying to find an associate for assistance with computers. Once I found one I had to stand in 3 different lines of employees telling me to stand in that line, just to get to the customer service desk. Finally when I got there and informed them I needed assistance they told me I had to wait until they rang up the customer who is actually paying for items first and then they will try to help me. Try to help me. WOW! Only after waiting for 35 minutes was I able to get assistance with getting a laptop. At no time did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. I understand being short staffed but why do you have employees just walking around the store doing nothing and not willing to help or assist customers. Once I was ready to check out I asked the employee if I could speak to the manager. He replied that there was no manager or supervisor on duty but said I can try and call tomorrow. Just horrible customer service. Next time if I have to go to Best Buy I'll go to Waldorf or College Park.they have better customer service.

Cynthia Vazquez: Haven't been there in a while. When we entered the store it was neat, well organized and not too crowded. We got an ink for our printer. There's only one cashier but was quick service.

Pam Wingfield: I had appointment had to wait for assistance. After waiting an hour I received no help for my computer, was that offered a $199 plan opposed to running a quick diagnosis. I fixed my own problem, just needed to update Norton. Thanks again anyway.

Hum Singhum: I needed some guidance in purchasing wireless earphones. I was provided prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable assistance by Milton S. Although the product I ultimately ended up purchasing is available through several stores in town, after the assistance provided by Milton, I can’t not imagine having purchased it anywhere else. He answered my questions thoroughly and offered to research some more esoteric technical questions I had. What an impressive gentleman! If I had a store, I would hire this guy in a second… And no I don’t know him and I’d never met him before. He really restored my confidence in the ability of resellers like Best Buy to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Congrats to Best Buy in Tysons Corner for having the good judgment to hire such smart and helpful people. I know which store I will be going to for my next product purchase of this type.

Javad Ghandi: Please Please send this sales guy (Brian ) to training to learn how to speak with customers . He is at computer department and he shows attitude to us . Brad Parker: We received really excellent and knowledgeable information and guidance from Chandler when we came in on Memorial Day weekend to replace the appliances for our kitchen. He had great command of the various appliances and helped us put together a package that saved us a significant amount of money while getting the quality and features we were looking for. Three weeks now into our purchase we are very satisfied. Kheira Benkreira: I went in yesterday to return some items I wasn't able to use and I totally overlooked the super short return policy on the receipt. I didn't realize it was only 14 DAYS until I was at customer service. The rep who assisted me informed me of the policy but offered to exchange the item. While I wasn't happy about not being able to return, I was very appreciative to at least exchange. I have a toddler so I'm never sure when I can get out to run errands. Surprisingly Best Buy has a lot to offer so I was able to find something. Customer service inside is hit or miss, prior visits I get asked if I need help, this time I waited 10 minutes before giving up to check an open box tv price. Altogether, if you're 100% sure about a purchase and don't mind the 14 day return policy (longer if you have a membership) then I'd recommend this location.

Audra R: Nice staff, but the store is very poorly stocked. I'm on vacation and I left some charger cables for our fitness watches at home. The store had one for my Fitbit, but my husband has a Garmin Vivoactive 3 and he was out of luck. Thankfully there is always Amazon to fall back on.

That would make sense, right? The customer service for Best Buy in the DMV is notoriously trash. I really thought Tyson's would be better. It's ridiculous!! It only takes a LITTLE bit of communication.

Rashad Cheeks: Great location service-wise. Always nice, friendly, and taking care of my needs. I liked the location more before they downsized it - I love walking around a techie store slowly and browsing. You can still do that, just in half the time! :) Never overcrowded, curbside pick up is available as well.

Usman Zubair: I made appointment so a tech can take a look at my mac’s broken screen and can get it fixed . I left work earlier, travelled 20 miles and when I got in the store I was told best buy does not work on Macs. Why the agent on the phone did not tell this on the phone at first place? I had specifically mentioned about Mac and the issue.

Adriana Perez: I got a laptop for my boyfriend as a surprise with some of my tax return, but it wasn't working. When we finally got a chance to go to best buy they told us they couldn't go through warranty and that they couldn't replace it. We ended up paying for some kind of service only to be told afterwards that they wouldn't replace our laptop with one that was a similar price. The sales person was wonderful and we were able to get a better laptop at a bit of a cheaper price but weren't able to cancel the service. Besides that, I still like best buy and will continue to go and get purchase electronics from them.

Petira Bruce: I purchased a laptop a few months past but it was not performing properly. I took it back to be evaluated and repair ed. The Geek Squad is very helpful. They are polite, patient and knowledgeable.

Mirna Osorio: I went in straight to computers. I was greeted by a young lady. I politely declined her assistance, and I continued to browse. Within a few minutes, I chose a laptop and looked around for assistance. Chung helped me and told me my laptop was out of stock, but he could ship to me free of charge. He was very nice, helpful and polite! I went in on a Saturday evening at about 620pm.

Freddy Flores: I went to buy $2.00 battery for a car key, I was having trouble finding it and asked a rep that was organizing some merchandise, he quickly stopped what he was doing and took me directly the aisle where the battery was also he took the time to find the specific battery I needed and handed it over to me. What else could you ask for in regards of customer service..I was impressed and happy that good customer service is still out there

Ssgt Allen: This Best Buy in Laurel is VERY nice. ("Much" better than the one in Bowie.) I met a staff person there by the name of "Greg". He was Fantastic ! He actually walked >with me< to find the item I was looking for. This is a good location to frequent.

Jared Reed: Don't bother with their "warranties". Think that it would be top service warranty with geek squad and everything but apparently even with "geeks", they don't know how to change a name on warranties. The other person has to use your account. Pathetic. Mine as well go to Walmart and get even/better service. Only reason for best buy was reliability and now it's gone.

Gigi Robinson: Bass the cashier/store associate was very nice and professional. She knew definitely about the product that I purchased , unfortunately the universal charger with the many pieces, did not fit my chromebook, I will return and bring my chromebook with me this time. Overall, everyone was courteous

Do Ki: Terrible customer service. Rude, bad manner, and just complete lack of effort to help customer. The two employees at the register were full of bad attitude and giving false information. Straight up lied about the status/location of the merchandise without even trying to look up. Clearly, the item was behind the counter...but kept informing that they don't know where it is and said it wasn't there. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to leave one just to state how bad my experience was...I just had to. The manager was decent enough to finally save some time..and there was one nice employee to explain the situation better...however, the two employees at the register shouldn't be working there. Just awful
