Leif Engler: Not a big burger king fan but, the Hollywood decorations simply make this place kinda charming to eat at.

B Lewis: For the past week I’ve tried to to eat here and it’s closed before 1400. The sign outside the restaurant says limited hours on the weekend and on Monday. Today is Friday.

I think someone spilled some food in the drive through lane right under the window and unfortunately no one cleaned it well enough. There were flies buzzing around and I did not even want to open my window. The only patrons that were happy about it were the spiders that had put webs up on the sides of the window. They were well fed! Boo this BK!

Michael Valdivielso: Uber Eats had one of those deals where certain restaurants had 2-for-1 deals. The Burger King at this location was one of those restaurants. So I ordered a large Diet Coke, two Whoppers, 8 piece Jalapeno Cheddar Bites one large French Fries, and one Onion Rings. The driver had a stop before me but the order got to me on time. The Whoppers were warm but still good. Same with the Onion Rings and French Fries. The Jalapeno Cheddar Bites were good just not hot. Not bad not great. Just good. No straw but napkins and ketchup. At least the Diet Coke was cold. Four out of five maybe?

Ashraf Elhawary: Is the worst Burger King in all of Northern Virginia. Both of the managers are extremely rude to customers. Corporate you need to fire these people and add decent humans. One guy names Andrew he’s extremely aggressive and danger he wanted to fight with me even he went outside the restaurant to look for me to hit me. And a girl name is Jasmine is also very rude and aggressive to us. It’s very nasty place and so dirty. I’m a private investigator agent I actually own the firm. I’m going to Sue the place and make sure that they need to train the employee because no one should be scared to go to a public restaurant. I made my investigation and they will learn. I called the head manager his name is Ricky he didn’t answer my call or call me back.
Big Nish: The even manager is rude as hell and condescending . I will be contacting corporate. The food was horrible messed the order up twice. Put ketchup and mustard all over my sandwich the bun was upside down. It was all a mess.
Greg Oetjen: A little disappointed. National TV ad blitz about 5 sandwiches 2 for $6. Even their drive thru menu had it. But they did not honor it. Said it was 2 for $7. Another case of false advertising. But the food was good.
Heather Dodge: Will not be returning even though we live close by. We ordered 2 meals and chicken nuggets on Saturday afternoon. When we got to the window, the guy started handing us 3 drinks. When we questioned him, he said we ordered 3 meals, 2 of the same. When we corrected him and said we only ordered 1 number 10 and not 2, the manager got involved since we just paid for an extra meal we didn’t order. After getting a refund and receiving our food, our order was completely wrong. When I went inside and explained that food was missing, the manager was rude and said that we only ordered 1 meal and didn’t pay for the rest. She argued with me and blamed my husband instead of fixing their mistake. Not to mention, the restaurant was disgustingly dirty.

Kev- keepingitreal: I came to this Burger King and ordered a Whooper Meal with no Onions and I added Cheese with French Fries and a Drink. My order was served just the way I wanted it, have it my way as the Burger King slogan says (Have It Your Way). My order was prepared fast, Hot, Juicy and Tasty. Staff was Attentive, Friendly and Quick. This Restaurant was Clean. Plenty of parking spaces available in the parking lot. This Restaurant has a Drive- thru service available.
Quiana Sherita: Purchased whoopers from this location. Both whoppers were halfway cooked. The inside was like red mush & the bottom buns we wet & soggy.. I was told by Greg, the owner of this location that I could not receive a refund. He also couldn’t care less about my issue & was extremely sarcastic. Definitely will never visit again & will influence others to take their money somewhere else

Vibrant Vegan: I drove in to order food at around 1:31am. If I could give negative 5 I would. I pull up to the window and noticed the guy who takes money is also the person who packs the food. I asked him can he put gloves on. He said no I don’t have to. How disrespectful can you be? He started yelling at me saying I don’t have to wear gloves if I don’t want to. You can either get your food or leave and take it. Like WTH? What happened to the customer service in this world? Working in fast food industry you as a person should want to wear gloves. Think about all the things being touched and then someone random just touches your food. I will never go here again. So disrespectful. I only asked a simple question. No need to yell at me. And then be rude about it. You can not have employees talk to customers any kind of way. Nobody will come to your establishment and then you won’t have a business. Sad!

Mike O'Neill: Service at this location is below average fast food standard, but the main reason I’m writing this review is for something strange that always seems to happen when I order a sandwich from the drive-thru here: it is always smashed. I mean, flattened like a pancake. Why? It’s happened enough times now that it can’t just be a coincidence or bad luck. Do they have someone in the kitchen smashing sandwiches? Is that a paid position? Breakfast, lunch or dinner it doesn’t matter, that sandwich will be smashed.

Alvin Grant: Store 13093 This is the dirtiest Burger King Ever. While the tables are filthy and trash on the floors, the manager and employees spent more time on their cell phones than actually serving the people. When asked to wipe down the tables instead of the employees coming from behind the counter, they handed the customer a piece of brown bathroom towel and said to wet it in the soda machine and do it yourself. Donald Bolger: Worst food ever. The mozzarella sticks had orange cheese inside that looked like playdough (and tasted like it). The spicy chicken sandwich was the worst of any of the competitors. It was not even spicy nor did it did good as a plain chicken sandwich.

Kevin Morris: The food is usually good, and even better after a long day of shopping. Sometimes the order gets a bit messed up and you should always double check your bag before you walk out. Otherwise they are consistent and the kids love it! Drive through gets backed up so we usually walk in and it is not too bad of a wait. Will go again!

Sierra Back: I had the most awful Burger King experience here today! I ordered through the mobile app to take advantage of my account’s coupon online while at the drive through window. I spoke with the assistant over the kiosk and expressed to them that my order would be coming through momentarily but that I didn’t want onions on my burger. I stated that I didn’t see the option online but still placed it through the app to mobile pay. The assistant, Paula immediately said “your order is already done”. I had just ordered 20 seconds ago while at the window, as mentioned earlier. I asked her was it possible to have no onions and she responded rudely “no you ordered through the app”. I continued to question why the order couldn’t be remade since I had just placed it and she replied that they don’t remake orders and she refused to assist any further. Which more than likely means, they already had extra burgers ready and didn’t “feel” like making any more. I asked her whether orders were made to order or preprepared and she responded that they make them as they receive them. How was a burger made in 20 secs? I pulled up to the receiving window and she was extremely rude and said that if I had an issue, I needed to reorder through the app and her body language was extremely aggressive. Due to her hostile manner, I asked to speak to the manager, Mr. Lopez who approached me with the same rude tone and responded that they don’t remake orders and that there was nothing he would do. In such disbelief, I called customer service who immediately assisted with my order and refunded me. They were extremely pleasant and kind. They advised me that they would assist with me re-ordering but I was apprehensive because I didn’t know if they would tamper with my food. I have never had such a negative experience before at any restaurant and was shocked that Burger King would have staff members who don’t take customer service and politeness to all seriously. I wish they had been more kind and willing to work with their customer. I will never come back to this location.

Ernest Sowa Akogyeram: This the most terrible Burger King you will ever be. I mean all burger kings are ghetto terrible anyway but here!! The worst!! Handle your food bare hands. They smoke outside and come right back in the kitchen without washing their hands. Filthy and terrible customer service.
John L. Davis: The inside of this restaurant is extremely clean. The staff was friendly and the food was as you would expect from a Burger King location. The drive-through line seems to be a little bit slow so coming inside may be a better option. There is relatively easy access from the main road but getting back on the highway can be a little bit tricky under heavy traffic.

It is not a Coke of any flavor. It is not even an Orange Soda. It is a Hi-C Orange. It is terrible. Also, they tried giving me a straw. I told them they could keep the straw. I told them I did not want it. They forced me to keep the straw. I am trying to avoid using plastic straws as much as possible. Also, when I first ordered my food, I was never asked if I wanted cheese on my burger or not. Overall, I was not happy with this experience. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I have had better experiences at the Burger King at 3359 Corridor Marketplace.

Shi Israel: There is nothing like when you are starving and your routine Thursday night fast food is closing (shout out to Maurice our regular night manager who always gives friendly, accurate service, thank you also) when you pull up and you’re disappointed and dejected, however you see the night manager and inquire when they closed and you tell him you come here on a regular. He takes pity on us and reopens the store just for you and your very hungry sisters. He cooked our meals to perfection with care, he was engaging, even told us how to get a 2 for 10 deals. Most importantly the fries were fresh and hot. We are highly impressed! This type of compassion and charity is rare in this world. Thank you very much Dave! You are a very rare breed of manager and a gem.

Tiffany smith: Do not go to this burger king. Customer service was ok but my food was just unappealing. It just really showed no cared about anything when it came to ther food. I ordered the 2 for $6, whopper and chicken strips (3) . Strips were burned, one was missing, and ther other was only half. The bottom bread on the burger was pieced together the top had a chuck missing from it. And it just looked thrown together. Completely unsatisfied...

Joe Hickman: If there is anything good about this location it would be hard to find. Everything is wrong here from the ordering process all the way to getting the food. Everyone here was waiting extremely long for their orders, when they got their orders, one by one I watched as we all had to go back to the counter to get the orders corrected. Almost everyone who was in the drive through had to come inside to have their order corrected as well. The soda machine (the touch screen kind for a million combinations of beverages) only had two choices. The floor was wet all the way around the soda machine. On top of all of that, the order that I had to wait on for so long came out and aside from not being fully correct, it was cold.
Aa Ll: 23 minutes in the drive thru for “fast” food. Unfriendly cashier. But my food was hot and made correctly at least. The bar is on the floor.

Kirk Eller: Burgers have never been hot which means they are prepped and sitting for too long, and still being served beyond the expiration time for burgers. Nuggets are burnt or undercooked most of the time, as well. You guys have to do something about this, especially for the big burgers.

Vanessa B.: I went to the burger king on Livingston road on Saturday September 18 around 8pm. At first I didn’t think it was open because the light was so dim. I realize it was open when I got closer and saw someone ordering at the register through the window. I went inside and looked at the menu and decided to order the buy 1 get 1 for a $1 promo. The guy at the register said “we are no longer doing that. It changed to The new deal : 2 for $6 and these are the sandwiches available.” I said well you need to honor the order and change the advertisement. He told me he couldn’t. I was with someone so instead of pushing the matter I proceeded my order and got the 2 for $6 and some additional items (2 for $10, another 2 for $6 and a 2 for $10,8 piece mozzarella sticks, nuggets and a icee) I waited a long while before finally receiving my food. Once home, I sat down to eat. The food was unsatisfactory. The mozzarella sticks looked to be about 5 days old. The cheese was COMPLETELY dried on the inside and was BROWN in the middle. The original chicken sandwich was DRY. The “chicken” was flatten and dry. And after a bite i realize that the flavor was weird too. So I immediately took the items back (2 towns over) When I got there, the lobby was closed (9:13) they were closed and cleaning. I knocked on the door and pointed at the bag they let me in. Other than the guy mopping, No one was wearing a mask. I told Manager the food situation and showed him the food. he apologized and offered to fix my order. I told him I didn’t want to eat at that location ever again. I went online and did the survey on the receipt. Waiting for Corporate to contact me

Alexander Colon: So as I came there today on 18 July 2021, it says that the dining room hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. This is certainly not even close to the truth as the doors have been locked all day and only use the drive-through. I am unsure why because there’s nothing labeled on the door saying the dining room is closed. Please put something in your door stating that the dining room is closed. Don’t just lock the doors and have to go question it because you need to realize that the customer must be aware of any issues that are going on that may result in closure.
BCope: I took a chance returning to this location as it is closest to me. Was glad to see new management in the store. Previous complaints to two different managers were basically ignored and dismissed (dropping Mayo on the prep table, scooping it up and putting it back, and not placing bread on paper while preparing sandwich). Neither manager saw anything wrong with this. Third time was a charm though. Thx
Fineapple Ferria: This place had a messed up drink fountain then tried to say we were lying about the taste. They then replaced our drinks and gave us the wrong sauce. I went to fix the issue. They gave me 1 barbecue sauce knowing I have 2 chicken finger meals. The manager was extremely rude I will not be returning.
