BestWorld Supermarket: what do users think?

Nancy Cosner: Super convenient. Easy in and out. Certainly no shortage of product here. Enjoyed the varied products available. Live local and a super easy walk to this bodega.

MY WELLNESS WORLD WITH WELLNESSLADYK.: I went to this Super Market last weekend I was so happy to find guanabana there. They had a variety of Latin products that I use. The cashier was so thoughtful and pleasant. I will be back to get more items. What a blessing. Before going I called and went to another Latin Mkt not a good experience. At Best World, it was a good experience.

Victoria: Great selection of international condiments, spices, pantry staples. Big dried chile selection.

Cameo C.: Fantastic selection of international food items. They have been expanding their Asian foods range, so every sauce you can imagine is somewhere on the shelves. They also have a great selection of dried spices for whatever you may be cooking. The produce isn't always peak, but the selection is a decent, and you can't beat the prices they offer. This is also the only shop in Mt. Pleasant that carries cream soda.

Drew Morris: Produce not rotated out very well -- beware, lest you wreak fruitflies all over your pad! That being said, the prices are amazing and there's a plethora of ethnic spices and ingredients you can't find at chain stores, or if you can, they're much cheaper here. Totally recommended

Anna Muda: Good products from all over the world. Can find kimchi and many different Mexican ingredients.

Josee Molavi: Loved the selection of Asian and Latin American pantry items, including my favorite spicy 🌶 instant noodles! The produce I got (squash, blueberries, tomatoes) did not last and didn’t seem fresh. but I’d go back for the noodles or to try some Latin American pastries

Jen Morrissey: This place is a wonderful local grocery store. A nice blend of neighborhood bodega (with a big produce section) with more speciality items. I love coming here and picking up stuff for dinner and finding spices, produce, and all kinds of other stuff I've never heard of.

Stacy K: I would have given them 2 stars but the cashiers and other staff are very nice and helpful. They have a variety of food options from different places around the world. Recently went and their rice and pancake bags had a whole lot of bugs in them. A friend of mine accidentally bought a rotten chicken leg. I would go just check the items very carefully.

Vinita Phonseya: Good selection of harder to find Asian pantry items within DC. Good selection of rice and specialty flours. Fresh produce is good quality for the price. I usually check here if I'm need a specific item for an ethnic dish before schlepping out to VA or MD. 4 times out of 5 I can find it at best world.

Best Buy: what do users think?

Kiffa Shirley: Excellent service, clean store, full of big screen TVs ready for Christmas shoppers. If you’ve not been to the Columbia Heights Best Buy, is so convenient to the metro, and other shopping, and it put me in the Christmas Spirit.

Ricardo Matheus: So I walk in to shop for some apple products and I’m not sure if it is because of covid or what but there’s only like 2 people working there. I’m mostly disappointed in how no one tries to help. Not even to tell me to wait a sec because they are busy and they’ll be with me shortly. Just nothing. Not even sure they noticed I was there. Waited and walked around trying to get someone to get me the products I wanted to purchase but I mean, its 2022 I should have known better that service in the US is awful and should have just bought them online. I love Best Buy but definitely never buying anything in person again there. Shout out to the guy at the door, he was very friendly

Corey Moore: One of best best stocked, clean and friendly Best Buys in town! The people are helpful. The store is well stocked. The staff is very helpful. The online check-in for online orders & pickups, is awesome! They're really busy at times but the lines tend to always move at a pretty good place. Highly recommend this Best Buy location!

Lady Elexia: I love best buy as a rule, no matter where I find them. The columbia heights location is nice, but it is a bit on the small side. While I could find the basics, their selection of new items was a bit lack lusture. Customer service is always perfect, at least in my experiences.

Tig Vic: On 05/06/2022 around 2 pm, I countered a very rude, unprofessional, and clueless heavyset lady who calls herself a manager. I'm never going to spend my hard-earned money on this location or BestBuy in general.

Mlungisi Theodere Cade-Mnisi: Best Buy Columbia Heights was awesome!!! I had been saving up for a new laptop that I need to purchase for school and had saw an amazing special that best Buy Columbia Heights was running for Quality Laptops on a budget! Domane whom is an employee of Best Buy Columbia Heights was so so helpful, knowledgeable and kind and gentle! He rocks!!! 5 stars for Domane! I ended up purchasing the HP laptop that is 17". It runs smoothly and has been the perfect choice for Online School. I also purchased the Microsoft 365 Home Version which was a great investment too. Also I paid to be a TotalTech Member. The TotalTech Membership

Feseha Ayele: I went to the best buy store which is located at Colombia height to get the phone that I paid online. They told me that there is activation problem and I waited more than 2 hours without any solution even the store manager couldn't solve the problem. It was a good deal that they posted online. It's really disappointing not to get any solution or reasonable answer about my order. Which is $999 online with activation and they told me to pay $1799 in the store.

Alexis Smith: horrible customer service. I wandered around looking for an employee to ask for help and they all ignored me. Finally someone answered and she said she’d send someone to the home theater section to help me but of course, no one was there. The Best Buy in Tysons is so much accommodating and friendly. If you want a good experience, just avoid this place

Dawn Develin: Mack was amazing. He sat with me patiently and help me with my phone purchase. I very confused and not very savvy with technology and he treated me with respect and help me through every step without getting frustrated. Overall everybody at Best buy has been phenomenal but he went above and beyond.

John Newman: Nobody asked if I needed help. I finally left and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Horrible location. Thugs and hoodlums everywhere. The whole place reeks of pot smoke. Frightening place. There was a "security guard" (I use that term lightly) sitting on level 2 eating potato chips staring at his phone. I was afraid I would be mugged or shot at any time. Avoid at all costs.

Best Buy: what do users think?

Hum Singhum: I needed some guidance in purchasing wireless earphones. I was provided prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable assistance by Milton S. Although the product I ultimately ended up purchasing is available through several stores in town, after the assistance provided by Milton, I can’t not imagine having purchased it anywhere else. He answered my questions thoroughly and offered to research some more esoteric technical questions I had. What an impressive gentleman! If I had a store, I would hire this guy in a second… And no I don’t know him and I’d never met him before. He really restored my confidence in the ability of resellers like Best Buy to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Congrats to Best Buy in Tysons Corner for having the good judgment to hire such smart and helpful people. I know which store I will be going to for my next product purchase of this type.

Javad Ghandi: Please Please send this sales guy (Brian ) to training to learn how to speak with customers . He is at computer department and he shows attitude to us . The funny thing is he told me “ I have been here for year and a half !!! “ . Guess what Brian , you wont last long with the terrible customer service !!!

Brad Parker: We received really excellent and knowledgeable information and guidance from Chandler when we came in on Memorial Day weekend to replace the appliances for our kitchen. He had great command of the various appliances and helped us put together a package that saved us a significant amount of money while getting the quality and features we were looking for. Three weeks now into our purchase we are very satisfied. Best Buy free delivery and installation and the additional warranty benefits through our total tech membership also added real value to our purchase. Brad & Penha Vienna VA

Jon Mojarro: Katherine was great! Very kind and respectful. Helped me with my checkout items as well as an online order. She needs a promotion with those customer service skills. 6/5 stars.

Kheira Benkreira: I went in yesterday to return some items I wasn't able to use and I totally overlooked the super short return policy on the receipt. I didn't realize it was only 14 DAYS until I was at customer service. The rep who assisted me informed me of the policy but offered to exchange the item. While I wasn't happy about not being able to return, I was very appreciative to at least exchange. I have a toddler so I'm never sure when I can get out to run errands. Surprisingly Best Buy has a lot to offer so I was able to find something. Customer service inside is hit or miss, prior visits I get asked if I need help, this time I waited 10 minutes before giving up to check an open box tv price. Altogether, if you're 100% sure about a purchase and don't mind the 14 day return policy (longer if you have a membership) then I'd recommend this location.

Audra R: Nice staff, but the store is very poorly stocked. I'm on vacation and I left some charger cables for our fitness watches at home. The store had one for my Fitbit, but my husband has a Garmin Vivoactive 3 and he was out of luck. Thankfully there is always Amazon to fall back on.

Edia Stanford-Bruce: I came in for printer ink but like Staples in the next mall over they were out of it. Told I had to wait until Friday the 15th. I'm getting it today through Amazon. Before you spend precious gasoline and time call first. Many stores enduring shortages.

Brianna Nobelkw: Trash geek squad service. If you don't have an Apple Technician on hand, don't allow customers to book appointments and come all the way out to see you to fix an APPLE PRODUCT! That would make sense, right? The customer service for Best Buy in the DMV is notoriously trash. I really thought Tyson's would be better. It's ridiculous!! It only takes a LITTLE bit of communication.

Sophia Michael: The curly haired African American guy/girl whatever they want to declare themselves at the geek squad was rude dismissive, condescending, unempathic and lazy. I certainly do not recommend this place to get your personal devices fix...he looks like one of the guys that got in trouble years ago with geek squad stealing people's photos and selling them. Creep

Viktor Nebrowski: What is happening best buy? Is this a grab your own merchandise? Nobody ask to help. They were just talking to each other.

Safeway: what do users think?

G C: Interesting, in city, miniature, Safeway. The employees are friendly, the self checkout is clean and quick, the store is amazingly well laid out. Even though less than half the size of the usual store I found all I needed, fast.

Eddies: It's not a bad store for the inner city. They have a decent selection of inventory for a small story. My biggest issue is that I do NOT like seeing zero cash registers available and only self checkout. It's good to have the latter but it's not good when the latter is the only option. Edit: Thanks for your reply to my review but if you represent this company you should be taking the feedback to the appropriate personnel. Why would I need to "contact the store leadership"? Is that like forcing me to checkout my own purchases? No thanks!, I have a job....do yours! (minus another star) This just means I'm doing more shopping at your competitor's unless you can get your act together.
Response: Hey there, Eddie! We're very happy to hear that overall you like the store, but we are sorry to hear that you think the checkout could be better. We'd be happy to get you in contact with the Proper Leadership if you could please chat with us via the Contact Us section of our website!

Sunni Ting: Stocking is okay. It’s not uncommon for a particular item that I am looking for to be out of stock, but it’s also not chronic. Hours are convenient. Unfortunately, I feel that some cashiers can be incredibly rude depending on their mood. I’m in my 30s (f/Asian), but the way they have spoken to me on several occasions is as if they were a teacher and I were a misbehaving high school student (e.g., reprimanding me for not putting items very specifically where they thought I should during self check-out even though I put them in a designated weighing area and I purposely avoid the back area because I don’t want to forget them; being nasty when I had a question about a coupon and openly complaining that I was making more work for them, arguing the coupon didn’t apply when it clearly did, and saying I was holding up the line when the store was not busy and had many other checkout lanes and self-checkout stations open(Ana)). I have also had perfectly nice cashiers, but the multiple instances of rude and boarder-line demeaning behavior make me weary during check-out, and I avoid the store if I can buy what I am looking for elsewhere.
Response: Hello Sunni, We're sorry to hear of your recent experience with our Washington DC store. We strive to provide excellent service and this is not the impression we would like to leave you with. We would like the opportunity to further address your concerns. At your earliest convenience, please chat with us using the Contact US link at the bottom of our site or through our online chat system. We hope to hear from you soon.

Alani Willis: Goodafternoon everyone it is 4/25/22 i gave this business a 5 based on one person and her name is Charmaine. Kudos for your wonderful customer service and your attention to my needs because at that time YOU were going in another direction in the store however I Apologized for interrupting you, you rushed right over and helped me OUT! (I am the 1 that needed the buttermilk) but I wanted to say you to me are a great asset to this Safeway and kudos for the people that may encounter you everyday. THANK YOU, Alani

Andy Garrett: Small but convenient which you pay a premium for some things. Did not have a bakery or other amenities. Clean and well stocked.

Sophia Johnson: It's a Safeway, but not a lot of organic options and has limited supplies due to the size. They only had one brand of dry shampoo which isn't a big deal just annoying. Okay self checkout, but weirdly loud. The voice kept announcing everything very loudly and nothing scanned on the first try and then the voice would say very loudly "are you done?" or something. It's not my fault you need to press the item against the scanner. It's okay for a quick trip but I would go somewhere else to be honest.
Response: Hello Sophia, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We seek to provide the best possible shopping experience and selections throughout our store. We understand your frustration and would like to hear more. At your earliest convenience, please reach out to us on our site or reach out to us through our Contact US page, so we can learn more about your experience and make this right! Thank you.

Kevin McDonnell: This is the worst Safeway I have ever been to. You do not want to complain about anything as your concerns will be dismissed and you will be accosted by the management and employees. After waiting for one to appear, I asked the deli worker if they had imported Swiss cheese - the worker had to bring in a co-worker to translate my question. I never got an answer to my question. When I asked for thin slices separated by paper, I was handed a mess of paper with completely inconsistently cut slices which were thick at one end shaved off into paper thin at the other end. And that was after I physically demonstrated how I would like them stacked. The worker then proceeded to have a conversation in another language with Jorge about something obviously funny to them both. When another apparent deli worker came to the counter he expressed his indignation that I should be dissatisfied and proceeded to instruct me how to express my dissatisfaction. He then summoned a so-called manager who instructed the deli workers not to service me further and then called the police on me. At no time did I raise my voice, gesticulate in inordinate fashion, swear or grimace. This so-called manager pulled the nuclear option for making a perfectly legitimate complaint. A call to their corporate office resulted in being hung up on, the 1st time and I await a call back from them based on a 2nd call, moments later. I urge anyone reading this to complain vociferously to the management at this location in order to teach them to accept complaints like customer service professionals. The so-called manager in question should NOT be allowed to interact with customers - no one else should have to deal with an experience like that. The deli worker should be able to speak fluent English and co-workers should be taught to mind their own business, not take sides and not to eyeball customers in a menacing way. After leaving the store, one employee came out to stand with an associate from the liquor store across the street and talked about how he would don sunglasses and use a machete to "take care" of the incident. Wonderful hiring practices, Safeway - you really nailed it at this location - NOT!

Nick B: This store is nicknamed the soviet Safeway for a reason. They simply don’t seem to restock the shelves during the day, often leaving the shelves empty. It is not uncommon for me to run to the store looking for a few things and end up walking out with none of them.
Response: We apologize for not having our shelves well-stocked. We would like to further address your concerns to our Proper Teams for review and improvement. Please chat with us on our site or reach us through our Contact Us page to learn more and make things right! Thanks, Nick.

pablo menz: The place is really pack with everything like others Safeway even although is smaller, my only issue in my visit it was the heat, this locatiosn is extremely cold! I was able to see the steam of my breath it was nuts! I saw the cashier shacking while goving me the receipt, I hope the do something about it.
Response: Thank you for the feedback, we have shared this with our Leadership Team!

A B: Safeway is a massive source of urban noise and environmental pollution. At 5:30 am, trucks arrive and park, leaving their engine on for 20-30 minutes. The noise is deafening and the air is unbreathable. Imagine it's 5/5:30 am, a horrible noise wakes you up, your window starts vibrating, then a massive alarm starts ringing: it's the truck's backup alarm. At times, there are two or three trucks parked or going backward. Do the trucks need to keep the engine on? Do they need to use the alarm at 5am? Excessive noise and dangerous air pollution from 5am on... This is Safeway's urban policy for you! It's time to start a petition to move Safeway somewhere else.
Response: Hello Anna! Please accept our sincerest apologies for our shelves being empty, and for our service missing the mark! Your experience is important to us, and we will be sharing it with the Leadership team. If you would like to be personally contacted regarding your experience, please visit us on our site or Contact Us page. Thank you.

Best Buy: what do users think?

Matthew Schumacher: Best Buy is great as everybody who has ever gone to one knows. We stopped in to Best Buy to price some washers and dryers for our new home. They have fair pricing and what is even better is that they have a 4 week turn around time for the LG washer and dryer we are interested in. From what I hear from others, delivery for a washer and dryer is extremely delayed from most other companies. Having a 4 week turn around time is all the more reason for us to purchase our LG washer and dryer from Beat Buy.

Michael Patrick: Good experience today when buying products in store while waiting for an online order to be fulfilled. The product I ordered online was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I was greeted by staff when entering and exiting. The store was clean and organized. The staff at checkout were fast and polite.

Caitlin DePorter: Do not get a car radio from here. The $500 jvc radio I got stopped working after several months of having it. I then had to get on a waitlist that was several months long before they could “fix” it. Well finally the car is brought in and they say they don’t see anything wrong and reboot it and send me on my way and suggest it may be a phone issue. I got the managers card in case the radio wasn’t actually fixed. The issue has persisted even after getting a new phone and they now refuse to help since I am outside of the one year warranty, even though they didn’t fix it to begin with when I brought it in within the one year. Complete waste of my money and now I have a non functioning radio Edit: Best Buy told me to do a software update but there’s no software update available for this model. They are clueless and I wish I had gotten it somewhere else.

Ellen Savage: Placed an order for curbside pickup. Text telling me my order was ready did not contain instructions on where to park. I figured out pickup orders had to be picked up from parking garage, which is a paid garage. Waited 28 minutes for my order to be brought out, then when leaving garage I had to pay $3 for parking because I was in garage for more than 15 minutes. Horrible experience.

Sarah G: Absolutely horrible location. No signage to the ACTUAL store entrance. Curbside pickup is In a parking garage, so how exactly do you notify them via internet/app that you're "Here, in Pickup Spot #2" if your signal is sketchy? I got enough signal to pull up my order & check in, but system said it was having problems & I needed to come inside anyway. Would have been easy to do if there were posted directions to the actual store. Employee that checked me in for Order Pickup at the counter was negative & gave me false information. Employee that helped bring order to car (finally) was helpful. Didn't catch his name. Have to pay for parking no matter what, even for what should be a quick curbside pickup. Shop other BB locations unless you're staying local & walking around Crystal City & just buying small items.

Carol Spalla: Be aware of "subscriptions" sales. This review is not at all related to the team who actually helped me and found everything I had to buy. This review is specifically to call out and call the attention to future customers who purchase anything at any Best Buy. I spend nearly $ 2,000 tonight and when I got home, I realized they added this "total tech yearly subscription" for $200 (!!). I never asked this and, in any moment, the details of this offer was explained to me in detail. Brandon was a nice store seller but I really felt cheated and I am disappointed with Best Buy for being so close to sales malpractices. When I reached out to support, via chat, they refund this service but still kept $7 for 1 day of this subscription use. It's been 5 hours I left the store. I did not use this service at all!! And though the Customer Support representative Vicky D. was very effectively and patient with me, she also did not explain to me that they would keep the $7. Again, I am feeling that Best Buy is training and enabling their staff to omit important details during sales and customer support interactions. Very sad and frustrating. It's not about the $7 - its not going to make me richer or poorer, but it's about transparency.

Lyn G: Mohammed was amazing in helping us set up our new phone and made sure we understood the entire process and answered all of our questions. This is refreshing to have such amazing customer service which seems so rare lately. Great job Mohammed !!!

Carla Dunlap: I recently purchased a elliptical fitness machine. Best Buy delivered it and assembled. I am so happy with my investment. The service was excellent.

Lauren Wiseman: Terrible customer service. They were rude when I declined buying any any additional things like protection and anti virus. I bought a computer there and they refused to validate my parking ticket, and didn't offer any further information. I will not be going back to that Best Buy.

Swami Reyes II: I was attended to by Mr. Raul. He was excellent and very forthcoming with detailed information about the surface pro's I was looking for. When I asked about the limitations on softwares the devices could run he did not hesitate to expand his knowledge pool to answer my questions; both through research and referral to the in-store geeksquad. Thank you Raul, your guidance has lead me to an excellent purchase.

Best Buy: what do users think?

Marko Mitic: Alright, I’ll be honest and straightforward. My 1* review is based on what kind of service is happening in store, not on product itself. First I was helped from tall gentleman, he was kind, helpful, good listener and respected my opinion! He will remember me :”He compliment my hairstyle also”. He redirected me to older gentlemen which lately disappeared and I was finishing with third guy who talk-so-much-and-never-stop-to-talk. He tried to sell me same lap top but brand new (I asked for brand new). After back and forward I said how they told me they have it on stock and I was waiting another 10min to find that one. Very shady, but okay, he tried. Listen, I am in store to purchase laptop, I asked simple questions, do not give me story “we are not on commission” and do not try to sell me warranty 10 times. LITERALLY 10 times. I am not kidding. Also he said I CAN NOT settle up monthly payment if I do not have Best Buy credit card and I need to apply for one. I literally was in store 1 h. At the end I got my credit card which I didn’t wanted. Not necessarily need it. He was laying to me and doing shady business. I am not purchasing nothing with that one anymore. So he did 2 things today, lost a customer because stupid cc and was lying there doing shady business and providing very poor and slow service. And make me to not use that card never in my life because interest on it🤷‍♂️ Y’all take care of your costumers and train your staff better. Because this is shame!

Michael Patrick: This specific experience here was less than desirable. I ordered a product online, the site said two were in stock. I arrived early for in store pickup. The sales rep went to look for the item. He returned and said that they couldn't find it, that there was one in the store but still couldn't find it. He said I could go to a different store with one in stock. I asked him to call the other store and confirm it is in stock to avoid repeating this experience. He refused, stating that the process does not work like that. He was more than happy to cancel my order altogether. Amazon will have it to me by 5pm.

Bret Bellamy: 3/7/22: After contacting both the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau, Best Buy HQ in Minnesota removed the duplicate charge and credited it to my account and now my balance us correct. While glad it is resolved, this should have been a simple change to make by the store manager without having to get the credit card company, the BBB, and corporate HQ involved. Adding one star to my rating since a satisfactory resolution happened. Prior review: I recently bought a new HP laptop at Best Buy - Falls Church. There was some confusion with the pickup. When I went to pick up my online order, there was a mix up and I ended up being charged twice for a new computer. I only bought one, but they had a record as 1 online purchase and 1 store bought purchase. I tried to resolve with the pick up staff and the "manager" on 2/26 to no avail, I was told it would be "faster" to use the 1-888-Best-Buy number. After 45 minutes on the phone with "customer service" and going through four people who were not able to resolve the issue, I was cut off while "on hold". I called the Best Buy credit card number (Citi bank) and finally got a competent person who was able to resolve the issue in three minutes and will contact the useless incompetents at Best Buy-Falls Church to delete the duplicate charge. I have been a Best Buy customer for eight years and I doubt that I will continue. They try to cheat seniors and then give them the runaround BS when trying to resolve an issue. The Geek Squad staff at this store is great, they are the only competent staff at this store. Don't shop at Best Buy-Falls Church!

Jessica McNutt: It's best buy. I only go when I absolutely must. Customer service is generally not good and, despite there being as many employees as customers, we always have to wait a strange amount of time to check out. If you can order online from somewhere else, do it!

Kristin Rever: Management needs to make sure employees are aware of services actually provided before saying a repair could be done. We had an appointment to repair my daughter's Smasung phone. He called on Thursday to verify this type of repair (replacement of motherboard) could be done. When we arrived the Geek Squad staff told us that unfortunately they did not do thus type of repair yet. The staff was pleasant and friendly and referred us to another location. This us issue could have been avoided if Best Buy was actually aware of the type of services they could provide. A waste of our time and gas.

Vincent Wagner: I went to the geek squad here because I was having trouble with an SSD install. They fixed the problem and offered to transfer the data from my old drive. 100 was a little steep for a simple data transfer but I was done putting energy. They assured me they could do it in a day. Once again, this seemed like a really long time for a data transfer. I didn't care so long as they had it done by the next day. The next day, they called me two hours before close and said they needed my Microsoft password to "make sure it boots up after the transfer". I said ok, I don't know my password but I will reset it and give it to you once I come pick it up. They assured me the they had already completed the transfer. When I got there the person at the counter harassed me to describe my computer after I brought in the paperwork they make you sign. I gave them my new password and they said that the data transfer did not take place and they will need an hour and a half to do the transfer. They would need to wait till the next day since it was close to close. I needed my computer today. Why should a data transfer take 48 hours. They do not communicate effectively. They lie. They don't care. Don't go here. Give your money to a local business.

K M: Disgusting customer service! I wish I could give them zero stars. Today I dealt with manager Mr Fathim, very disrespectful. Walked away from me when I had an appointment for a Samsung device repair, I get to the store and I’m being told they don’t provide that service. I’m being told I’m too loud and he refuses to give me his last name. Also geek squad member Asaf, same scenario, unhelpful, rude, can’t even greet me and refuses to give me his last name. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Please take your money to a different store. Preferably where the managers have manners and don’t disregard their customers.

Christopher Jesus (Sizedbbq7): I'm between 18-30 years of age, native English speaker with anxiety of talking to people in person. The employees that helped me were patient and helpful. Took me less than 10 minutes to find what I needed and get out.

Sharon: I really need to stop coming here. It gets no better. I had a very bad experience here compared to the Springfield, VA store. Margarita at the Springfield store was very helpful in me buying a new phone, activation AND set up/data transfer! And guess what, she didn't charge me $40 as this Falls Church store insisted I pay and insisted ALL stores charge this setup/transfer fee. So I buy a $1000 phone from you, case....and you charge me $40 to download an app and watch this app transfer all my data within 20 minutes?! Then claim, "every BB store does this?" GREED over customer service, Shameful. So glad I went to the Springfield location and met Margarita to take care of me!

Noor Ayoob: Great deals they have now . BestBuy is the best place for everyone now , we all need Technology in our life and this is the right place to go . Also if you are a gamer or vlogger you can get all your deals and supplies from here . Great customer service definitely coming back soon a lot of things I need to buy . Come on best buy give me a good deal on Pixel3 please this is the phone I want to buy. Think about it and let me know. Keep up the great work .

Best Buy: what do users think?

Landis Rojas: Nice place to stop by if you want to get new high tech products like laptops, PC, smart watches, gaming, toys, smartphones and more. The customer service is very nice and kind, they can help you to resolve your inquiries. It's s big warehouse and the prices are super good too and many offers. I recommended Best Buy!

Subrina W: Ammanique was great! Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about products at Best Buy. Took us immediately to what we were looking to find in the huge Best Buy store and helped us with product selection.

Ieshia Baskett aka Hernandez: I got a open box too of the line washer. I selected the " excellent " option but it was by no means that. Called support and they was very timely and not at all helpful of the lengthy time wasted. Now this was a well research purchase and open box of large appliance is rare. I was in area helping out my Ex when I found the UNIVERSE said I'm once again working in your favor. Turns out 2 times for the last words support told me be4 drop call was they had another (false) to choose from and the manager will definitely help out. Well we'll well. He did and drop it to Fair condition prices so savings on top of saving. Then tells me he has the matching dryer. Now that's not on the budget but can be worked out. Especially if my guy one of the awesome mangers do fair price on that too. When your blessings come in !!! What the creator has for you!!! ❤❤🙏🙏😁😁

Sgt. Quackers: My review is for the installation service. I booked the service online to install a Garmin camera in my 2020 Ford Explorer. Booking online worked fine. No issues, not a lot of available dates but it may just be because they are busy. I got several reminder emails for my appointment as it was two months out from when made it. The Friday before a Monday appointment they called me to confirm. They made sure I had all the parts needed and told how long it would take. Day of the started working on it promptly at my appointment time. They asked where I wanted it installed and provided advise where it should be. Once completed they called and I picked up my car. The wiring job was great. I can't even see the wire beyond where it leaves the camera. The camera is in a great spot, out of the way but also in the middle where it will capture the best video. I would definitely recommend their service for hard wiring a camera

Henok Garedew (Henny breezy): I like this Best Buy so much, they have everything I need for same day pickup.Very helpful staff. I recommend it.

Kev- keepingitreal: Great atmosphere! Staff was helpful and friendly! Best Buy offer a wide variety of electronics, accessories and appliances. If you buy any equipment from Best Buy, the Geek Squad can help you with installation in your vehicle and or in your home.

Rogi: It did have air conditioning so one. The customer service wasn't necessarily bad but rather non existent. Not ideal when they lock up stuff like smart watch bands.

rachel braley: I have been trying to get in contact with somebody from this store for over a week to no avail. All calls are directed to the call center, which would be fine, except no one at the call center knows how to transfer me to the store line except maybe 1 out of every 12 people. Not only has the call center been unable to help me with what I need (which is why I need to get in contact with someone from the actual store) they have placed me on the call back list probably 5 times in the last week and a half and I haven’t gotten a single call back. ONE person knew how to transfer me to the store line but when I called I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my information on the ACTUAL store line and never heard anything back. I cannot go into the actual store because I now live three hours away, so getting in touch with someone over the phone is really my only option. However actually getting someone on the phone seems to be impossible so I really don’t know what to do at this point. The call center itself has been a bit of a nightmare. They keep trying to find my “Best Buy account” except I don’t have one but they think if they look up my phone number for the 1,000th time it will suddenly magically appear. Talking to the call center makes me feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone with how many times I’ve had to tell them I DONT HAVE A BEST BUY ACCOUNT. And one person hung up on me when they were only able to answer my questions with “I don’t know.” Honestly ridiculous. I’m currently looking into buying a new computer and a new TV but it won’t be at Best Buy. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to how much trouble I’ve had to go through. It shouldn’t be this hard to talk to somebody in the store.

Dottie “Dottie” Mount: My Best Buy experiences have been hit or miss, but this location has removed any hesitation that I had about Best Buy. The young man that helped me, Ezra, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made sure I got what I needed. I was very confused about what laptop to purchase based on my needs, and Ezra cleared it all up! He stayed with me, shopped on BestBuy.com until I found what I wanted. His customer service skills are exceptional and made me feel like I was the only customer. His follow thru and patience are worth the commute to this location! Thank you!!!

Houston: Yesterday, I had a great interaction in the elcectronics (PC/Laptop) section of the Best Buy in Potomac Yard (Alexandria VA). I was informed of products, directed to the appropriate section, and escorted to the cashiers counteres by Jefferey. He was a pleasure to be around and was very informative, sharp, and gave suggestions for a proper purchase. I left the store feeling comfortable with my purchase and will go back for further business. Thank you Jefferey!

Best Buy: what do users think?

Peter Arickson: Are you looking for some service....keep looking you are not going to find it here once upon time they were on top of the game now they got to be below on the game for service quality easily buy online in other stores or ...Costco or Amazon they don't go not worth time and place

John Velasco: I bought a car radio for my Sentra and this was the only Best Buy in the area that had appointments available. Herman from the Car Audio install bay gave me all the instructions where to go and what to expect the day before, including how long it would take. They estimated 2:30 - 3 hours, which was a little long, but ultimately not a problem because he and Gregg were super thorough with the installation. I hung out with my laptop and worked in the Magnolia Theatre Room inside the Best Buy, while on the guest WiFi, with no problems. When the job was completed, Gregg gave me a walkthrough and instructions on basic usage, which I appreciated. If you’re considering any car audio work, these guys here know their stuff, I highly recommend them!

Brittany Dorr: Typically not impressed with this location but I had to stop by this past weekend to exchange my phone and I honestly left very happy. The customer service on this particular occasion was fast and the young lady was extremely nice. My only complaint is that it literally was hot as hell in there. While I understand it's cold outside, I shouldn't break a sweat from being inside.

Rello Dmv: This location is convenient coming from wheaton station. They have most electronics and electronics accessories in store or available to pick up your online order. No ps5 in stock i checked. Clean store overall with nice staff and affordable prices on nice equipment. Ps. They got people watching everywhere like you in there tryna steal something or that might just be what happens when a black male enters the store

Kumar Ghosh: Went to Best Buy after a long time. Was very impressed with the service. This wasn't the case few years ago. A young guy named Stephano helped me with few things and I was very happy with the quality of his service. Technology is changing so fast that you need help way more than you think. I'm glad the young generation is keeping up with the new tech world. I will definitely go back.

lauren powell: The employees need a refresher on customer service and handling merchandise. I went here to pick up and Open box dryer that was supposedly in Excellent condition.. which means no damage. In the time I when to get something out of the front of my truck, the guy loading the dryer put the dryer in on its side. There was zero protective wrapping on the dryer when he brought it out... so you can imagine my face when i saw him sliding into the back of truck on its side. If that wasn't bad enough. Once I get the dryer home for my contractor to take it up the stairs I notice there is a BIG dent in the front of the dryer. I call best buy and I keep getting transferred to phone lines all over the world instead of being able to talk to someone at the store. I'm told i can get a refund if i bring the dryer back to the store. This isn't something that weighs 10lbs. Anytime Best Buy screws something up it's on you to deal with the consequences. Terrible customer service at this store. I went back in to buy additional items for the unit and the three people standing at the front argued over who would help me... right in front of me. That same day I picked up open box items in excellent condition, fully wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap from Baileys Crossroads and the Manassas store. I don't advise buying open box from this location... they don't handle the merchandise carefully.. people are too busy acting like they don't feel being at work.

joe: CANCELLED A SURPRISE GIFT WITHOUT WARNING. I ordered a VR Headset on line to ship to my Nephew. I thought I'd go with Best Buy as at least a more traditional store instead of Amazon. I was happy to see no shipping and next day delivery--until I got an email saying my order was being canceled and my money refunded. No more information than that. This after I arranged to make sure someone would be home to ensure delivery since this costs about $300. So, I have to sit on hold for 15 minutes after going through the Best Buy phone tree, only to be told that it isn't a deliverable address because the delivery address doesn't match the billing address. This is because I don't live with my nephew. I understand concerns about security, but cancellation without warning or explanation, or with a chance to verify the details means that I will not be ordering on-line products from Best Buy in the future. I hate to abandon brick-and-mortar stores but how can you let someone order everything and then just cancel it later?

Stacy Belney: DO NOT get appliances and installation at Best Buy. The absolute worst customer service, bad information, and all around sloppiness. We ordered an oven and Best Buy has rescheduled the installation and delivery 4 times. 6 months later, we finally got the oven delivered only to be told that they could not install do to having to remove the gas oven first. We called three times to make sure the installers would be equipped and prepared to change these ovens out. We assured each time they would be. The customer services agents just lie. They don't know what to say, so they lie. Best Buy has been the absolute most stressful and frustrating experience in our kitchen renovation by far. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER APPLICANCES WITH INSTALLATION THROUGH BEST BUY!!!

Bloved Adjust: The service was awesome 👌the experts were just that. They are a tight knit family in their business establishment, which benefits customers tremendously. I went in there with a good plan, they had me walk out their with the Best Buy Ever! Thanks Best Buy Employees for defining your company's name.

Eren Jaeger: Horrible customer service. They don't even say "hi". When I got there, not even, "how may I help you?", Not even "Do you have the code?". The guy just said, "Code?" I gave him ID but the guy still said code, I gave him my phone number, and still said "Code?". I gave it to him as well after giving the ID and phone number and he eventually found it. I wouldn't want to say more but the whole picking up experience was horrible.

Hana Market: what do users think?

Nils Hünerfürst: A little journey to Japan. When you feel some needs to shop into the world of japanese groceries then you have to visit Hana Market. After 1pm they sell fresh Onigiri. And mostly you will find all of the traditional japanese sweets like Baumkuchen and Rice Cakes. Really love this place.

Muniba Khan: A great Japanese grocery! It's small, but there's a good selection and the owner is very sweet and helpful. I recommend coming for onigiri- they sell it every day but Tuesdays and Wednesdays after 1 PM. My favorite is the chicken mayo, but they're all delicious. Also recommend the sweet breads if they're in stock!

Kali Smith: Very small store but has all the Japanese cooking staples needed for your kitchen. Very excited to see that there was bottled milk tea and some desserts. They also sell onigiri, but not on Wednesdays.

Callum Wayman: The best place in DC for all of your Japanese cooking essentials! Plus the prices can't be beat! Don't order your specialty items off of Amazon when Hana is so easily accessible for DC dwellers. Also try the rice balls that are sold up at the register, they're a delicious snack.

Hanna Foreman: Friendly owner and well curated store. Love coming here to pick up Japanese and Korean groceries. The instant ramen selection is great with Korean and Japanese options. Great selection of Japanese sauces, noodles, and seasonings. Snack aisle is always full of delicious surprises and I always walk out with something unexpected. Highly recommend if you’re looking for Japanese and Korean products in Washington.

Jennifer Sawyer: I’ve been going since they first opened many years ago. They have always been friendly and always stocked. I love the selection and go once a month to stock up on my favorites. From Matcha to Japanese food novelty items. It’s your one stop shop when you aren’t able to travel to NJ to the nearest large Japanese Supermarket.

Stephanie G: A tiny treasure! Small but packed to the brim with all you could need to make ramen, dashi, udon, etc plus sweets and produce. Staff is sweet and helpful.

Andrea Bielli: A small store full of good original Japanese products.Great selection of noodles and rice crackers but is it possible to find a lot of different things from confectionery, frozen dishes and fresh vegetables. A must for having a slice of Japan experience in DC.

David Yip: Really small store but packed with most of the basic essentials without having to go to a bigger store. Needed my instant noodles and Onigiri fix and I found it in this store. Will try their Japanese style breads the next time. Only 8 persons allowed in the store and mask on, read the posted sign.

Vijay Sookdeo: This is the only Asian grocery store in the DC area where you can find certain Japanese products. It’s small, but well stocked, and the staff is very friendly. Do get some of the rice balls when they have them.

Best Buy: what do users think?

rodger smith: Most of the store is empty shelves. They have music playing that is really inappropriate. My wife was getting upset over the lyrics including blatant cursing. Highly bad look for a family retail store. The staff were nonexistent, but the one I did wonder by had a short line and seemed flustered and unprofessional. I even wondered by a pallet with palletjack they left out. This place is not a good look for bestbuy. Would not recommend. Edit: the store is also dusty. The powerstrips are overpriced. There did not seem to be a selection of reasonably priced ones, just the ones pictured.

James Ulrich: truly horrible service. having spent $40K on equipment through magnolia, i now find it impossible to get anyone to answer a phone when i need service with the equipment. so i went into the Best Buy store where we bought it and was kept waiting over an hour only to be told that no one could take 5 minutes to schedule a service appointment for me. they are a truly horrible chain with no service or customer regard whatsoever. go instead to a locally owned and operated store with a good service reputation for high-end AV equipment. avoid best buy. 4 years ago when we bought our setup with them, Magnolia AV was a “store within a store” manned by its own staff with its own service agreements. their business cards said “magnoliaav.com”. we were happy with the level of service. Now however it’s apparently just a booth manned by the same Best Buy staff as work the rest of the floor, and service has crumbled.

Candice Jones: Absolutely terrible service. First, it took forever to get help. No one was on the floor, and I asked around until finally someone was called from the back. Then, I placed an order and was assured that the item I wanted was in stock and would be delivered to my home TODAY. Well, later after spending a substantial amount of money and waiting all day for the item, I was told that the item was out of stock and no additional delivery time was provided. But that was my second call. During the first call, I waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes, only to unceremoniously be dumped back into the queue without explanation. Luckily, on the second call, I encountered a super helpful professional who cancelled my order. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

Edwin Delao: This place has really lost its touch. I remember a few years ago this best buy was the best place to go if you were looking for electronics, now it's dead they don't have anything in stock. Also the people who are supposed to help you feel like they're avoiding you. If you glance at them they look away and walk away. Weird experience.

Chas Culverwell: I bought a Pre-Owned iPhone 7 128 GB (Unlocked) online from Best Buy for $180 plus tax, which worked great when it arrived. However, a little over 2 months after I got it, the phone started showing "No service" and I wasn't able to make calls or send texts with it. After spending an hour on the phone with Apple and AT&T, I took it to the Best Buy Rockville store, where the Geek Squad helped me figure out that the problem was the internal antenna, something that can't be fixed or replaced. So I talked to the manager (Jessie Bentley), who agreed that it wasn't okay to buy a phone and have it stop working two months later, and he tried to help me see if the phone was under warranty. He eventually had me call the corporate number for Best Buy, saying I should be able to get some help. I used the phone in the store since mine was broken. I was transferred from person to person, until after probably an hour on the phone, a manager told me there was no warranty and that that was the risk of buying a pre-owned phone. I said I understood but that they should still do something since it stopped working so quickly, and even indicated that I'd be happy to receive a partial refund toward a new phone. In the end, the corporate manager told me flat out that they would do nothing to help me. My only option was to trade it in for $35 store credit. I had been there two hours, and no one was willing to help me or make it right. Jessie said there was nothing he could do. The last thing I wanted was a store credit to buy something else from Best Buy after getting the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. I had resigned myself to trading in the phone, but the young employee that was helping me told me I could get a better price from my cell provider or Apple--which was the best service or help I got all day. I walked out. I'll never give Best Buy my business again if I can help it.

Abou Sif Ghnyah: Please pay attention to customer care. Yesterday I was waiting for nearly one hour, till the store came to closing time and I was not served till next day Regards Abusif Ghnyah

Alem Abate: Very disappointed with the lack of service received. In fairness, a Samsung rep close to the PS5 section was very helpful, but was less familiar with the available games. The folks at the front of the store answered questions and when I inquired about options for gaming headsets, they directed me back to the PS5 section for assistance. Unfortunately, the rep that was sent was not knowledgeable on the products, which is fine. However, he failed to ensure that someone else, he promised to send, actually arrived. Also, another rep who knew I was waiting for help didn't lift a finger to offer help or get me assistance. He just moved towards the front of the store and continued chatting with his friend. The apathy was on full display at a time when there were few customers in the store so I left and will gladly make my purchase elsewhere.

J T: Don’t do it! I used the Magnolia services; they over promise and under deliver. When complaining, I asked to speak with a Manager. My Sales Rep, AJ, purposely said that the Manager will not call you—that’s not what they do. Seriously? I called the Store Manager and no return call. I guess he is right. I don’t have my stuff but they have been fully paid. Go with Unparalleled Audio!

Dottie “Dottie” Mount: Obviously, this location is going thru a few changes. Maybe it's under construction or something. But I was in desperate need of a phone charger and one other and Alexander came to my rescue. He saw me pacing the floor looking for something and was kind enough to help! This made such a difference in my Best Buy experience. Thank You, Alexander at the door. You made my day!!

Mario Gomez: Best buy is not really the best store, may perhaps micro center in rockville md, or target store

ALDI: what do users think?

Henok Garedew (Henny breezy): This Aldi is nice, sometimes you have to wait for a cart or, it gets very busy at around 5pm and on weekends, the staff/ service are okay not to bad.

Kim Carpenter: I found the new $10 Seafood Boil bags. It's has your basic starters. Corn, potatoes, mussels, sausages (spicy)& shrimp. The seasonings okay but add some of your own. Great value for the price. We added crabs, crab legs & eggs. Making that $80 bag at home for half the cost. Great thing is Aldi gets shipments every day. Good Luck!!

Anthony Scott: The shopping experience was nice! The store was clean and easy to shop. They had everything that I was looking for. The prices were decent (on par with other stores in the area). The check out took a little long, but other than that, I will be back to shop again.

Matthew Fauske: Also is always great. That being said this location isn’t my favorite but it is the only in DC. I prefer the nearby VA locations with a bit cheaper prices but Aldi is always worth the trip for value. Bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart too!

Mary Lewis: Can we talk about there never being any bags at this location? Are we cutting cost? Trying to reach a budget? Is there a shortage? It’s the questions on everyone’s mind!…. Not only that, but carts are equally never available! Service has slightly improved here, CLEARLY under new management! However cashiers are still very chatty! And seemed upset when you have more than 15 items? Can we talk about this with the team? The more items? The more this impacts your labor cost in a great way! Perhaps a coaching is needed So that they can raise the bar? Remember as cashiers? You are the last person a guest sees and their final impression of the Brand! Seems like toxic culture here. Hopefully this feedback helps to improve! I’ll try the NW location to see if my experience improves

Kev- keepingitreal: This ALDI store offers a verity of Wine, Food, Produce, Dairy Products and Home Goods at Affordable Price. Awesome Atmosphere with Friendly Staff.

Allison Diggs: Even though the store was clean, there were a few minor problems I had experienced at my visit. 1 Customer Service no one smiles at you or greets you to the store, everyone seemed to be interested in piling up in one aisle instead of spreading out. 2. Stocking the shelves during store hours. Now, we all know stocking shelves should be done by 9 am, but instead, employees want to bring out the big loader in a crowed store...no safety concerns here!!. 3. Basket availability. I understand that the store gets crowded at around 10 am, but wouldn't you as a supply/demand food chain understand that you should have more baskets out and available to your customers. I did not appreciate waiting for someone's basket, a complete time waster. All in all, not bad, just needs improvements.

Mike Snyder: One of my better Aldi experiences. I needed an Aldi that is convenient between the office and home. I discovered this location and was very impressed with the selection, stocked shelves, and cleanliness.

Ashley Robinson: Rotten food....long lines...never stocked.....bad customer service but in a prime area which makes no sense. Very affordable but it's because the food is spoiled.

Bong Cenas: Good price. Cluttered though, maybe because it's evening? My cashier was very efficient but did not offer a bag and i was confused if I'm supposed to ask? My first time in Aldi.

Whole Foods Market: what do users think?

Clark Higgs: far the dirtiest whole foods store that I've ever been in. Some of their staff seem to have an "I don't care" attitude. After shopping, I stood in the coffee line for 15 minutes before I was waiting on by the only attendant working who made the following comment to another customer "there needs to be three people working at the coffee stand at all times". A new management team is suggested for this place, I will not return.
Response: We're so sorry you were disappointed on your recent visit, Clark. Please visit http://wfm.com/help to send us further details and our team would be happy to review your feedback.

Hilda Kroll: I think it's great to have a supermarket across the street from the Foggy Bottom Metro. I usually get something in the bakery before heading for home when I'm in the area. Today I met a friend for coffee before going to the nearby Textile Museum. I got there first and didn't have a problem getting a cup of coffee. My friend came later, stood on line for fifteen minutes to get a cup of decaf, and refuses to go back. If you have the time, coffee and the choice of so many good pastries is a good deal. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else and pay twice as much.

Jeff: I'm stuned a whole food with a line wrapping around the store? Are you kidding me unreal. Never again to this very sad of an excuse to have this hanging. Can see the line on one side of the store and registers on the other. Freak show.

Win Anderson: This great review is solely because of the wonderful barista at the coffee shop. I was in town for a conference and went to whole foods three days in a row for coffee in the morning. Each day Tom provided wonderful coffee and friendly service. He is polite and personable and efficient. (This was in stark contrast to some of the register checkout clerks, who were downright rude.). The police officers were very friendly!

Cyndy Nguyen: I came here for the coffee bar and had a wonderful experience. The barista, Tom, was friendly and helpful. He gave me some information about the decaf coffee (doesn’t contain any chemicals). He gave me a sample of one of their green smoothies and made me a delicious brown butter cookie latte. I’ll come back for the great customer service.
Response: We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback with us, Cyndy. We are thrilled to hear of the amazing experience you received at the Foggy Bottom store, and will gladly share your feedback with the appropriate leadership so Tom can get the kudos they deserve!

Kevin Russell: Is a big store. I can buy my whole octopus here which makes me happy. Great seafood and meats department. Used to be really long check out lines but now the converted many to self check out and it seems much faster. I'm not the guy who loves Whole Foods but as for the stores I have been to, this one is a good one
Response: We appreciate your support, Kevin. We are delighted to hear how great your experience was and we hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

Barry Bub: I am usually willing to pay more at a Whole Foods market because I generally enjoy the shopping experience there. This particular store not, for a number of reasons. Here’s one. When I asked the checkout person, politely, to tape the lid of the soup container to prevent it coming off - I had a long walk home - she yelled at me and stormed off. She was replaced by male who told me they no no longer tape or rubber band lids. I guess the few seconds it takes to do so eats into their profits. And what has happened to customer service? I agree with the previous reviewer, it’s a management or corporate problem.
Response: We're so sorry you were disappointed on your recent visit, Barry. Please visit http://wfm.com/help to send us further details and our team would be happy to review your feedback.

Melissa Colón: I love stopping by the coffee bar for my daily fix. My drink is always perfectly made and the conversation is great! I’m hoping that eventually the hot bar breakfast will work its way back up to how great it was pre-pandemic.
Response: We're pleased to hear you enjoy our coffee bar, Melissa. Thank you for shopping with us!

Caroline McGuire: Tom makes the best smoothies at the coffee & smoothie bar! The whole staff is amazing and the store is always so well organized. Cannot recommend this spot enough!
Response: We appreciate your support, Caroline. We are delighted to hear how great your experience was and we hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

Natalia Delgado: Had a really had experience at this location. We were accused of stealing by the manager just because we had our own cart with groceries from trader joes. The grocery store is 15 minutes from where we live and we go walking so we have no other option than to go to both stores in one trip. He made us feel very uncomfortable the whole time and followed us throughout the store. Another person had their own cart and was putting groceries in there but it didn’t seem like he said anything to them while we had our whole foods items in a separate basket. He approached again at checkout (after making it very obvious that he was talking about us with another employee) and said we couldn’t bring our own cart because “it confuses the employees”. I explained that we had a receipt for the groceries we had in our cart but he didn’t seen to care. We don’t have the luxury of a car or leaving nearby the store and we had never had any problems with going to two stores in one trip with our cart.
Response: We're so sorry you were disappointed with your recent visit, Natalia. Please visit http://wfm.com/help to send us further details and our team would be happy to review your feedback.

Best Buy: what do users think?

Christopher S. Penn: This location is ridiculous. I make purchases from Best Buy regularly for my audio video company. I usually have very pleasant experiences with them. I’ve never been treated so rudely anywhere as I was at this location. I placed an order for pick up and got there 5 mins before they close (6:55 pm) to pick up for a job in the morning that I have to be at around 7am. They said come back tomorrow but they don’t open until 11 am. What kind of hours are 11-7 anyway. The employee rudely told me I could not enter and would not help me pick up the order which was already paid for online. There’s a store full of people and the doors are not supposed to be locked until 7. When I asked to speak to the manager one of the store cops or security or whatever he was tried to intimidate me and said they were closed and that doors lock at 7 even though it was 6:59 and I already been arguing with one of the employees for 5 mins. I’m literally canceling my company account with Best Buy. We order 6 figures in material from them quarterly. After an experience like that they will never see a dime of my money again.

Subhash Paradkar: Best Buy made several mistakes in filling request for appliances, sent wrong appliances and wrong installer. Mr. Johnston finally helped resolve the issue. Took 3 months to get right appliances and Quality installation with some people with negative and rude attitude. LG appliances are good. Best Buy needs change business model otherwise they will loose good customers. Thanks.

Junbin Xian: We went out for Black Friday shopping, but deals wasn’t really good from opinion.

Dave Kausch: Amazingly helpful associates. Whether you are doing a quick fly by to grab a new gadget. Or have questions about services that Best Buy has. Way to go blue team!

Carolynne Weber: Felt we were being pressured to buy. We had only just started to look at appliances. Several sales people were trying to get us to make a decision. Told them we just wanted to look around on our own. They then backed off. We don't like being pressured and won't be buying from them.

Timothy Sawwah: Absolutely the worst service and system. Not sure where to start.. Sales: they just want to sell you, they dont care if you provide dimensions, all they say is "dishwashers are standard size" to figure out later they are not. They promise you with discounts if you bundle, when you finish creating a best buy credit card and ready to pay, they start apologizing that this or that appliances are not part of the bundle. delivery and installation: they push you to get totaltech ( $200), then they send you 3rd party teams who dont want to work. They come and start we cant do this and cant do that. out of 4 deliveries , 2 are now stuck in transit. Best buy agents cant cancel them and delivery 3rd party doesnt want to install. Agents: every single issue I reached out to agents, AT LEAST , they transfer you 3 times to reach to someone who can *try* to help. Replacements: I asked for a TV replacement. On the day of delivery for the new TV, the team was like: we cannot unmount the returned TV, its the job of geek squad. apparently they have several delivery teams and 3rd party contractors and squad team. every basic job would take 2 weeks back and forth with several teams to be done. Don't waste your time or money here.

M Pecoraro: Bought appliances and got the total tech so they would take away the old ones. I have been able to bring in two laptops which were worked on for free. Not a bad deal.

Jerold Stapp: Great service I was in and out in under 20 minutes. With a brand new TV and a date for them to install everything. Great group of employees would recommend!

Debbie Klein: Purchased Apple tablet for grandaughter. The price was lowest around, ( they match prices of local merchants ) plus they gave 140$ trade in for the old tablet. Yippie...... Quick and fast for pick-up with very tech savy associate having me in and out in less then 10 minutes. Perfecto!!!

Amelia Faraci: Had an appointment for a site survey. Waited and waited and waited and they never showed up. Not even a courtesy phone call nor an apology. Terrible customer service. They don’t respect people’s time. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

Giant Food: what do users think?

Tra My Nguyen Thi: Don’t go to buy vitamins at Giant. You have to pay double price compare with Bed bath beyond.I called to return the vitamins because I find down the price so high. But I lose my receipt.I bought the medicine on Sunday 02/27.Only 2 days. And I called to customers service afternoon on 02/28.She told me just need to bring the vitamins and they will refund the money back to gift card instead of money. And then today my husband have to wait for long line to return the vitamins. They didn’t let my husband return the vitamins. They said they need the receipt and they ask who said that I could bring the vitamins back without receipt????I forgot to ask her name.So don’t go and buy food or vitamins at Giant if you want to pay double price compare with Walmart or Bed Bath Beyond. This is my last time going to buy stuffs in there. If you don’t want to become stupid like me.Check price and compare before you decided to buy.
Response: We appreciate you sharing this important feedback about your experience with Giant Food, Tra. We apologize that you had unsatisfactory experience and we want to correct the issues faced. We hope you can contact us at 1-888-469-4426 to discuss your experience. Thanks, your friends at Giant Food.

Kat: Big, helpful staff, large selection, free parking. One bizarre thing that seems not so bad, but was actually quite inconvenient, is their item signage is bad. Twice I couldn't find the price for items bc i couldn't match a shelf tag to a product. The shelf tags don't have the actual product name, only a few seemingly random letters. I also couldn't match any products on the shelf near the tag to item numbers. No staff happened to be near to help I had to hope for the best at the register/ be prepared to return the product. I took the risk on one product, but didn't get the other.
Response: We're glad you had an overall good shopping experience, Kat! You can always count on us for excellent service and the best selection of products to cover your shopping needs. Your feedback is important to us and we'll work on improving. If you'd like to share any more feedback or have any questions, please reach out to us at 888-469-4426. We look forward to providing you with an even better experience on your next visit.

Rhed HeadDred: Like the sales here. They always have my daughter's favorite yogurt and they have the best birthday cake period. It's the same recipe from when I was a kid. Get your cakes from this location. Can't go wrong 😉 Stores have been given a fresh updated floor plan 😎
Response: Hi Rhed, we're glad to hear you were able to take advantage of our deals. You can always count on us for the best values and selection of products to cover your shopping needs. Thanks for choosing Giant Food. If you'd like to share any more feedback or have any questions, please reach out to us at 888-469-4426. We'll see you soon!

Gwendolyn Young: I go to this Giant location because there is very little walking for me to get to the store. On this visit they had Christmas items priced from thirty cents to ninety cents. Some were wrapping paper, so I got some for ninety cents. When I checked out I realized it had charged me more than ninety cents. The clerk at the end of the self check out line saw me looking at my receipt and heard me say, "They overcharged me for this paper!" She then proceeded to tell me that the paper was $1.99 a roll, only the shorter rolls were ninety cents. I told her there is no price tag back there that says that, and where I got it from it says ninety cents! I told her that I was going back to the area where I got it from to check for myself. There was no such sign confirming what she had stated. I when to customer service to return all of the paper and get my money back. The clerk in customer service went back to check for herself. She end up giving me the paper for ninety cents each!
Response: Hi Gwendolyn, we're sorry to hear about this experience. We value our customers and always want to make sure your transactions are precisely rung up. We appreciate your feedback as we are continually looking to improve. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide you with an excellent shopping experience. abraham makonnen: Sorry. But the store here is a mess. But you at least have very good employees working for you. The one I interacted with were very helpful and kind . Thank you.
Response: Hi Abraham, we're glad you had a good experience with our team. Your comfort is important to us too, so we strive to make sure our store is properly maintained. We appreciate your feedback as we are continually looking to improve. We look forward to providing you with a better shopping experience on your next visit. If you have any questions, need any assistance, or want to provide additional feedback, you can always reach us at 888-469-4426.

D S: WARNING: many of the sale items do not ring up the advertised sale price, and I've noticed lately that many items are ringing up higher than the regular shelf price as well. they're betting you won't notice, but I document everything, taking a picture of every sales tag to match the UPC code on the product to it when it rings up wrong, as well as to make sure the sales price date hasn't expired. about one out of 20 regular prices rings up wrong, and about one out of 10 sales price items ring up wrong as well. this ads about an extra $5 to every $100 spent based on the numbers I've been tracking, and the sales associates are flat out rude when you try and point it out to them, absolute worst store and absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with... IF YOU MUST SHOP HERE THEN CHECK ALL YOUR PRICES WHEN YOU GO TO CHECK OUT!!!
Response: Hi D, we're very sorry to hear about your experience with our team. We want to make sure we're providing our customers with the best service possible. We're disappointed we missed the mark and will work on improving. If you would like to share more details about your experiences with us, please contact us by phone at 888-469-4426. Thank you.

Mlungisi Theodere Cade-Mnisi: It was me and my wife's first time shopping at Giant as we had just arrived in Washington DC earlier that afternoon. And a close friend drove us there as they also had purchase items there. It was amazing. Giant Food's fresh vegetable produce prices are very reasonable. Their whole chicken prices were awesome too, we purchased one for under $6.00 dollars as it came in between $5.30 to $5.85. The soup packets were as low as $0.99 cents per packet. We got the Jamaican style chicken soup packets. And Kim (one of the store associates working double time as a cashier and grocery packer) was one of the nicest people ever! Oh and did I forget to mention that this particular location sells fresh Chicken Gizzards with generous portions for as low as $3.25? I will definitely be back for those! 5 Stars!
Response: We're glad you had a great shopping experience, Theodere! You can always count on us for the best values and selection of products to cover your shopping needs. Thanks for choosing Giant Food. If you'd like to share any more feedback or have any questions, please reach out to us at 888-469-4426. We'll see you soon!

Robert Espinosa: I was in the store recently and saw an associate named Joshua working with a blind and elderly customer as he shopped. The sort of attentiveness and patience Joshua demonstrated was well beyond the scope of his responsibilities as an associate. Really cool to see
Response: Hi Robert, we're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with our team! Customer service is a priority for us, so we want to make sure we're providing our customers with the best service possible. Thanks for letting us know how we’re doing. Mesha Moxie: The elevator never works the staff is nasty and disrespectful they don’t offer help I went to the seafood department and they had cleaning products on top of the fresh fish. They did not have any wheelchairs shopping g carts available my overall experience was terrible and I don’t ever plan on returning to this store. The only reason they still open is because of the population in tge area
Response: Hi Mesha, we're sorry for any unprofessional treatment you received and understand your disappointment. We value our customers, so we want to make sure our store is well organized and that we're taking care of your needs every time you visit our supermarket. We appreciate your feedback as we are continually looking to improve. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide you with an excellent shopping experience. Best Buy: what do users think?

Kev- keepingitreal: Best Buy offers a variety of items at a reasonable price. I appreciate the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

GoldLeaf Academy: DO NOT COME HERE!! I came in looking for a printer and could not get any help. I waited for over 20 minutes and never had anyone come over. I signed in with the person at the door and he promised that someone would be with me in 5 minutes. No one ever came and I completely wasted my time. The person at the door wasn’t all that pleasant or helpful. I don’t even think he even cares that I never got help. I’m never coming back here again!!!!!

Edgar Lopez: I went in to buy a roku box and next thing I know I bought twice as much since they had more products than I expected. And the customer service was pretty good overall. This is right off the beltway which made its access pretty easy

Uncle Steve: Best Buy has a wide variety of electronic devices from tv's to cell phones and washer & dryers. This is a clean store that could use a little bit of up front stocking. Maybe people purchased heavily right before I got there. Located in a nice shopping center that has other superstores. Right next to route 1 and the Washington beltway.

Andre Combo: Excellent price for my Samsung Smart TV. Excellent customer service person. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about electronic I'm this store. This is a great place to shop.

Ryan Amparo: Terrible 0 STARS!!!! if I could. Customer service is non existent and when they do help they are rude. Do not trust the positive reviews those are fake and they are just trying to increase their rating. This place is a perfect example of why retail is dying.

Sheeba Thallury: Visit: 15 March 2022 Purchased: cell phones We were assisted by Leydi Soriano at this visit. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She was very patient, took time to explain and even helped us with phone/data transfer. The colour/make/model I was looking for was not available at this College Park location, and she went above and beyond to check the availability of the colour/make/model at all the nearby stores. Due to back orders, I ended up purchasing what was available at this store with the help of Leydi.

Linda Feazell-Stagg: It was clean police on the premises. Didn't see a mobile cart for handicapped. Seemed pretty organized. Employees were very attentive. In and out. Good service.

Metro By Tmobile: After a traumatic experience of being stranded trying to get home, caught in the storm, 2 days shelter, bit was wonderful to receive my package from the Fed Ex office in Petersburg. So grateful and happy. Thank you. My daughter, in FL was so worried because I was out of town. She thanks you also.

Sassy Sauce: I had an issue with my laptop and needed a small tool to remove the case on the bottom of the laptop. I went there and the guy an the geek squad was able to help me and show me what I should buy and where the product was in the store. He was very helpful and patient. He didn’t try to oversell any services and took his time explaining how to remove the cover once I got home. The interactions with every employee in the store was pleasant.

Each Peach Market: what do users think?

Javier Llano: Bad customer service. White people only. Black and Latino are not welcome. Last Thursday, Thanksgiving day I was looking for a Mexican product. I wasn't allow to enter the store because they were "closed". 30 seconds later a White person was allowed to enter the store and make a purchase. When I asked to why I was allow, the Asian lady said the person was her relative which was a lied. Community stores must serve everyone independent of the color of their skin.

nice lady: Just moved into the neighborhood and stumbled upon this cute little market. Loved discovering fun new local products and the produce selection seems to be ever evolving! Can’t wait to frequent this place more.

Amy Qin: A true neighborhood gem! A small but well curated selection of products, including some of the Asian condiments that I'm always on the hunt for. The staff are super helpful and kind. Coming here is a refreshing change from going to the big chain grocery stores. Grateful to have this cozy market in the community.

Mary Sophie Yorke: Peach Market - “Whites Only” Don’t be fooled by the hipster - fake inclusive appearance or the brown faces in various roles. It’s far from friendly inclusive unless dirty stares, rudenesses, and passive aggression are characteristics of inclusive behavior. Peach Market is typical of the white hipster mentality- enter predominantly and co-op black and brown spaces only to serve everyone BUT them. I patronized the place for weeks. It was a mix bag of customer service quality. One young Latino man was always friendly while everyone else especially the older white woman was just frigid as if my Black presence offended them or as if I was going to steal something. What is there to steal from a low grade boutique market? The meat never looks fresh. The veggies look weeks old. Overpriced baked goods. I stuck with it because it was convenient. After another terrible experience with that one elder white lady, I won’t be going back. And if you’re a person of color, you should probably reconsider patronizing this place. As one reviewer pointed out, we are not welcomed… They should be put “Whites Only” and be done with it lol

Chantel Bennett: I’m never coming to this store ever again. This is just another gentrification chic store in the middle of Mt Pleasant with unpleasant workers who are indifferent at best and blatantly rude at worst to non-white customers. I’ve come into this store multiple times and I’ve had staff members push past me, reach around me, and generally ignore my presence in the store until I pull out my card to pay, but today was the last straw. I went in today to pick up some of their bread and an elderly Black woman was asking for a receipt because her employer would give her a hard time without it. The cashier serving her became increasingly aggressive with her because they didn’t understand what she was asking and kept yelling at her that the machine that prints receipts was broken. When another associate came to assist, the cashier abruptly turned away from the woman and blatantly ignored her trying to thank them for their “assistance”. There are so many other markets to choose from on this strip and I will not patronize such a blatantly anti-anyone-but-white space.

S Saeed: Not the friendliest bunch here. Good products with much much higher prices than online. I would tolerate the prices but the shopping experience itself is bad. Update: suddenly changed closing time from 8pm to 7pm without updating on google maps. Found it scribbled on a note at the door.. I’m not wasting my time again.

Holmes: Bougie little spot. And while I appreciate their fancy goodies, places like this just scream displacement - especially in a community like Mt. Pleasant. Also, I absolutely could not afford to shop here for anything more than an occasional treat. Not that there is a broad enough selection of goods to bring a grocery list. Also, I totally believe the stories from some of the POC in these reviews. This place definitely caters to gentrifiers.

Lucas Taratus: Great food and a super helpful staff. I was looking for a potato the other day and the lady working produce was super kind and patient despite all my questions; best potato I’ve ever had.

Laura Dodson: Small shop with good stuff stocked. I like shopping here to avoid the overwhelming nature of big grocery stores. It has what I like, and is conveniently located.

Kaila Gilbert: I got some of the to-go prepared food in back (tuna salad, fancy carrots) and it was 🔥🔥 also the walnut chocolate chip cookies are slept on

Safeway: what do users think?

Kenneth Emerson: Good clean grocery store. They've been out of business in Virginia. Nice to see them still around here.

Your Helpful Wendy: I like how they have a big variety of products and also they have their own brand which was cheaper than the regular ones. Everyone working here is amazing and this location of safeway also has a Starbucks in it. You can ask customer service for the Safeway card and this way you can get extra offers and good deals.
Response: Hello there! This feedback is wonderful to hear! We have shared your positive comments with the proper Teams for review and acknowledgment! We greatly appreciate your business as your local Washington DC Safeway and cannot wait to see you again soon!

Aida Willis: The music will make you want to dance and the staff are humble and friendly.

Roman Pope: Right in the middle of the city, you can find a respite for grocery shopping. It's your standard run of the mill American grocery store where you can find about anything you would expect. The food and brands do seem to have the premium quality to it. The selection is very large for smack in the middle of the city across three busy main roads store. Don't forget that bags are 5 cents each by law in DC, but this does tend to make you witness some bag fights and drama.

Pamela Johnson: Great place if you're looking for a quick lunch and dinner. The Deli has a great variety of foods, ask for Vincent. Vincent is very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and will always greet you with a smile 😃 Thank you Mr Vincent for assisting me with great low calories foods 😋 The whole store is 👍 Thank you Safeway 😊

Naomi Rich: Update: I did as Safeway commented, which was just for show. The only feedback from contacting them via their website was the generic auto reply. Worst Safeway I’ve been to in any state. Worst customer service, poor/no attention to COVID cleanliness throughout the pandemic, and ALL staff I’ve interacted with at checkout act as if scanning your groceries are a burden. Sorry if Safeway treats your horribly, they charge enough to pay you more. If you have any issues or questions, you will never be helped and will actually be made to feel like a problem. A manager literally got upset for me commenting that my Safeway card didn’t work. I truly wish this wasn’t the closest market, when I can I walk two miles to avoid it.
Response: Hi there, Naomi. We are very sorry to hear we missed the mark at your local L St location! Your feedback and business mean a lot to us, and we have shared this all with Store Management for further review. And, we would like to get you in contact with them personally on these matters. At your earliest convenience, please chat with us using the Contact US link towards the bottom of our website. We look forward to hearing from you very soon.

Isabel Moris: Attempted to do grocery pickup at this location because of COVID; the phone for pickup was going straight to voicemail (it had not been set up properly). Attendants did not provide good service 1.they asked us to go inside to the main checkout area 2. they did not let us finish saying what we needed before instructing us to walk to another spot in the store If you can choose another location. If you are COVID conscious or need extra assistance this is not the store for you.
Response: Hi Isabel, thank you so much for your honest review. Please contact us on our Contact US page or on our website using the questions bubble on the lower right-hand side so that we may get additional details about your pick-up experience to further assist you. Thanks again, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Andrea Skeete: I sometimes shop here when I am visiting my Son in DC. Very clean and well kept. Some of the staff aren't as nice as others. It's very rude when you come in and say hello and do not get acknowledged. You can't deal with the public and walk around with an attitude and long face, just not professional at all. This is why I rated it just okay.
Response: Hello Andrea, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that our L Street location is always clean and well kept. But we are very sorry that the customer service is not the best and could use some improvement. We have shared your comments and concerns with the appropriate personnel for review and improvement. Should you need further assistance with this matter, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page, and we'd be happy to help. Thank you. Have a lovely rest of your week.

Mary Lewis: The fact that I waited in the customer service line for 30 minutes today? With no one at the counter?? Is just the tip of the iceberg for the horrible service that’s always being shared at this location! A COMPLETE HORROR ! This is not the first time! I called the store 3 times and being disconnected and hung up on! …. The drive up and go persons were soooooooooo busy with Drive up and go that they couldn’t even answer a question for me! The person at self checkout also Walked passed me as if I was never there! Thank GOD when the manager finally came? She was polite and courteous! No one paged her! They let me stand at the counter for 30 entire minutes!….this is my second unsatisfactory experience here! The first time I complained I never got a call from A leader on store level or a District leader! City vista? At this point? Hechinger mall and Minn Ave are delivering a better experience than you al! And we allllllll know how ratchet those stores are! Hopefully this feedback helps front end service to improve because professionalism, morale, and common humanity lack big time in this HORROR of a store
Response: Hello Mary we are sad to hear about the service you experienced with our associates. That is not the level of customer service we expect from our employees. Please know that this is not the impression we'd like you to leave our store with. Every experience is important to us and your comments have been shared with the leadership team at this location. If you wish to be contacted personally please chat with us on our site or reach out to us through our Contact US page.

Allison Diggs: This Safeway was bigger on the inside than it looked on the outside. The thing that I liked most was the neatness and organization. I haven't seen a Safeway that neat! It's too cute. Safeway you found yourself a returning customer. 💜

Best Buy: what do users think?

Rashad Cheeks: Great location service-wise. Always nice, friendly, and taking care of my needs. I liked the location more before they downsized it - I love walking around a techie store slowly and browsing. You can still do that, just in half the time! :) Never overcrowded, curbside pick up is available as well.

Usman Zubair: I made appointment so a tech can take a look at my mac’s broken screen and can get it fixed . I left work earlier, travelled 20 miles and when I got in the store I was told best buy does not work on Macs. Why the agent on the phone did not tell this on the phone at first place? I had specifically mentioned about Mac and the issue.

Adriana Perez: I got a laptop for my boyfriend as a surprise with some of my tax return, but it wasn't working. When we finally got a chance to go to best buy they told us they couldn't go through warranty and that they couldn't replace it. We ended up paying for some kind of service only to be told afterwards that they wouldn't replace our laptop with one that was a similar price. The sales person was wonderful and we were able to get a better laptop at a bit of a cheaper price but weren't able to cancel the service. Besides that, I still like best buy and will continue to go and get purchase electronics from them.

Petira Bruce: I purchased a laptop a few months past but it was not performing properly. I took it back to be evaluated and repair ed. The Geek Squad is very helpful. They are polite, patient and knowledgeable.

Mirna Osorio: I went in straight to computers. I was greeted by a young lady. I politely declined her assistance, and I continued to browse. Within a few minutes, I chose a laptop and looked around for assistance. Chung helped me and told me my laptop was out of stock, but he could ship to me free of charge. He was very nice, helpful and polite! I went in on a Saturday evening at about 620pm.

Freddy Flores: I went to buy $2.00 battery for a car key, I was having trouble finding it and asked a rep that was organizing some merchandise, he quickly stopped what he was doing and took me directly the aisle where the battery was also he took the time to find the specific battery I needed and handed it over to me. What else could you ask for in regards of customer service..I was impressed and happy that good customer service is still out there

Ssgt Allen: This Best Buy in Laurel is VERY nice. ("Much" better than the one in Bowie.) I met a staff person there by the name of "Greg". He was Fantastic ! He actually walked >with me< to find the item I was looking for. This is a good location to frequent.

Jared Reed: Don't bother with their "warranties". Think that it would be top service warranty with geek squad and everything but apparently even with "geeks", they don't know how to change a name on warranties. The other person has to use your account. Pathetic. Mine as well go to Walmart and get even/better service. Only reason for best buy was reliability and now it's gone.

Gigi Robinson: Bass the cashier/store associate was very nice and professional. She knew definitely about the product that I purchased , unfortunately the universal charger with the many pieces, did not fit my chromebook, I will return and bring my chromebook with me this time. Overall, everyone was courteous

Do Ki: Terrible customer service. Rude, bad manner, and just complete lack of effort to help customer. The two employees at the register were full of bad attitude and giving false information. Straight up lied about the status/location of the merchandise without even trying to look up. Clearly, the item was behind the counter...but kept informing that they don't know where it is and said it wasn't there. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to leave one just to state how bad my experience was...I just had to. The manager was decent enough to finally save some time..and there was one nice employee to explain the situation better...however, the two employees at the register shouldn't be working there. Just awful

Trader Joe's: what do users think?

Khoi Nguyen: One of my favorite locations. Really busy but clean store, friendly staff and everything’s full stocked. Wide variety of frozen items, wine, produce and flowers. Very quick and efficient check out process. Even with a +20 person check out line it moved really quickly

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Very clean excellent location, Great customer service, full of all kinds of merchandise.Good thing this location is not very busy.Fresh bread lots of variety of vegetables and other items.

River: Most pleasant grocery shopping experience. Very clean, personable, helpful and respectful staff and a great value! If you want to know professionalism, just make one visit. The only place to shop around this area! A sincere thank you to management and staff. AAA+++

Taahira Thompson: Everyone who works here is super nice. The service is great and the food selection is solid. The down side is that it’s hella crowded and the cart drop off situation sucks. If you get sensory overload maybe skip this location or go right at opening.

Amanda Dennis: Love the flowers; love that there are always helpful folks around to help if we need anything; love their produce! The lettuces I get here always last so much better than the stuff I get at Giant or Safeway! They've done a big rearrange lately and they seem to no longer carry a couple of my fav wines though! 😭

Shaushage G: Fast check out. Decent prices, good collection. Overall, TJ is my favorite grocery store

J Foodgeek: It can be busy after work, but it is a good trader Joe's. They do tend to run out of a lot of stuff though, but that may be partly how busy it is, and partly supply chain related.

David Finkelstein: Aside from free parking under the store they took care of an excessively long line very quickly by opening as many registers as possible. It explains why they have such a great reputation. Will definitely be going again soon.

Ruihai Youngblood: This trader joe's handles so much foot traffic in an incredibly small space-really impressive they manage to keep lines reasonable, shelves stock, and be super kind the whole time. I've, shopped here for four years instead of whole foods, harris teeter or safeway because TJ staff are super kind. They'll tell you when something will be back in stock instead of shrugging. They're super friendly at checkout instead of uncomfortable silence. They'll give you tips on the stuff you're buying. If you're a TJs employee at 14th & U reading this: you're awesome. If you're TJs management reading this: pay your people to take time off when they have COVID or have been exposed to it! I only shop here because your staff is healthy, kind, and seem to like their jobs.

Taylor V: This location has very decent prices and a steady stock of essentials. There are some staples missing from their usual repertoire, but with the proximity to other stores, this is easily addressed. I highly recommend shopping early in the day if you're able, or wait until after 6pm. 5pm is ridiculously busy.
