debra sparkman: Vision Appliance Repair was assigned by GE Customer service to take care of an issue with my new dishwasher (it was still under GE warranty). After a small # of uses, an Ld (leak detection) error occurred. Vision Appliance Repaired called to set up an appointment on Friday evening, rather than waiting for Monday to contact me. The call was early in the 24-hr call back window. Seif came out within a 2 business days. He found the problem (ie hose loose) within a hour, tighten the hose, ran the dishwasher. All is well. Sief was professional, courtesy, and fixed the issue. He even took off his shoes to protect my floors! Highly recommended. Service: Dishwasher repair

Tesfaye Gari: I have a 3 year old Whirlpool Refrigerator and the ice maker stopped working. I called got scheduled but the technicians who came worried about only his $60 checkup fee and said the door needs to be replaced which costs $900 or more and additional equipments which adds up over the price of the refrigerator. Doesn’t worth calling Vision Appliance. I personally don’t recommend at all and if there was a zero star I would give that. Hope some one learn from my mistake
Response: We are sorry that you feel that way, but I need to clarify the status of your fridge. When the technician came to do the diagnosis, he realized that the problem was with the harness, some wires at the bottom of the fridge door were cut and that’s why the Ice Maker stopped working, clearly this usually happen because of owners misuse, by opening the door to the maximum extend and very strongly. The damage there will not be fixed by reconnecting or extending wires because it is dangerous and not reliable, since with the opening of the door the connections will expand again and get loose, this could cause an electric surge. The only way to fix this problem is to change the door, as the wires are permanently fixed to it. We have called you and left a message to contact us and we also offered to refund you the service charge of $59.00 but you did not come back to us. At Vision Appliance Repair, we take all reviews seriously and into consideration to improve our service, but we will not accept bad reviews when it has nothing to do with our technicians or service.

Rosalind Price: Sorry to report but I had an awful experience with All American Appliance Repair recently. I have used them in the past with no issues until now. Musa the service tech was supposed to replace my ice maker and clean the coils of the freezer. According to my tenants the ice maker was never replaced; the old unit was still in place and the coil cleaning did not resolve the temperature issue. When I called to advise the service team that the service was not completed as promised, they were very nonchalant, unapologetic and in no hurry to immediately rectify the issue. I would not recommend All American going forward; extremely disappointing and untrustworthy.

Wade Sisler: We had a good experience yesterday repairing an 8 year old dishwasher that seemed on the bubble - a little too young to replace, but a little too old to sink much money into. DAR arrived on time, and took it apart, cleaned out the stuff I have no idea got there including tons of old soap and for less than 200 buck made it seem like new. They also looked at a freezer problem while they were here that requires some additional parts. Might bump this to five starts if they fix that too.

chris jones: Completely disappointed. I do not recommend this company for washing machine repair. I called with my problem and the code shown on the washer. Technician came the next day and suggested the same things I had already done. Did not run the washer to evaluate or even turn it on. Charged $69.95 for the visit and told me to call the manufacturer (all in about 15 minutes). We have used this company for fixing oven ignition and to repair refrigerator. It seems that washing machines are out of their expertise.

Kelvin Brown: For over a month, I’ve been contacting this appliance repair company to get an update on my Thermador 48” Gas Cooktop repair. The technician came to my home on 2/14/22 to do a diagnostic and was suppose to provide an estimate within one day, well that took almost a week. Then after several follow up phone calls and back and forth (namely me calling this company) they said I should cancel the service. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and made sure to let them know that this company has been unprofessional, unresponsive and boarder line rude. Customer service is not a strong point for this company and I will never use them again. Today, is 3/15/22 and it was over a month without proper service. Don’t waste your time or money with this company because they are are not customer focused.

My technician came out same day, he was very friendly, professional & efficient, the repair cost was very reasonable, and since I have absolutely no knowledge of appliance repairs, I greatly appreciated my technician thoroughly explaining everything. Riley Pagett: I’ve been waiting on a working refrigerator for nine months (a story for another day) so when our brand new refrigerator was delivered to us, we were eager to be back up and running. However, the company that delivered it to us refused to install it (we had paid for that, but that’s also another story for another day) and left it on our front porch, in the elements and all. I called several local businesses to see whether they’d be able to help with an install, and everyone told me “no” except Lee. He eagerly assisted and had my refrigerator in our house, installed, and in working order within an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Lee and his team. They were professional, kind, hard working, and helped me out during what had been one of our hardest stretches of home ownership.

Pamela Sommers: Excellent sales and service but stay away from the extended warranty. For my gas Samsung range, the warranty does not cover the knobs two of which broke. Consumer Priority Service (CPS Customer Service) was extremely difficult to deal with in terms of responsiveness and attitude. Read the warranty carefully, it is more like a transmission warranty for your car. Knobs are specifically excluded and not deemed to be a functional part. I feel that I wasted the money ($125). By the way the knobs cost $25 each and I needed two. M and M did not push the warranty and I have nothing but praise for the store. It would thrill me if they stopped using CPS.
Marlene Azer: I had an amazing experience getting our appliances here. We completely renovated a house and needed everything (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, washer/dryer) under a pretty tight budget and time frame. We needed things delivered the following week! Our sales associate took their time putting together our list of appliances with our time and budget restriction in mind. Brian very patiently looked through all their warehouse items in the area so that we got everything we needed and we are extremely pleased with each appliance we’ve purchased. He also made sure we had everything needed to install the appliances. The prices were excellent. I will definitely come back if we need anything else in the future.

They seem to be focused solely on sales and not the necessary follow up.

Decided the next day to repair my current unit and was able to cancel the order with no hassle. The specialist I dealt with was fast, professional, and very understanding. Lauren Krauss: We 100% recommend Presidential Appliance Repair and do not hesitate to call them any time we need an appliance repaired. We have had Tim work on our appliances at least 3 times. When we had issues with a leak inside our refrigerator, we researched repair companies and found Presidential Appliance Repair based on very favorable reviews. We found Tim, the owner, to be fantastic. He responded to our voice message quickly and set up a time window for our repair within the next day or two. After this experience, there is no other company I will call when I need a repair. Tim is easy to work with and knows appliances very well. He researches the issue and possible parts needed before coming to the appointment, so he is ready. His pricing is easy to understand and very fair.

He listens thoughtfully when I call in a repair, asking all the right questions, and often diagnoses the problem before even coming out. He orders the correct part, (always within 24 hours) then comes to the house and fixes the appliance, without a need for a second visit and waiting days for a part. I have used Tim several times for appliance repairs, and I would highly recommend him.

This repair was important for us as due to the Covid related factory shutdowns replacement refrigerators are all back ordered for weeks or months. Erin Howard: Please please do not use this company for your own safety. First check the reviews on the Better Business Bureau and the “F” rating. You can’t write a review and file a complaint on the BBB website. It’s one of the other. Also, check Facebook. They were a problem from the beginning, no communication, showed up hours early for appointment with no call. We started to smell something in our house a few weeks after they left. They had pulled the oven out to “fix” it. We didn’t know there was a gas leak. Later, the oven made a terrible sound even when turned off!!!!!! We pulled it away from the wall to unplug it. Gas leak. I called the company with my complaint and he says “you smelled gas in your house since March?” In a condescending and evil way. What a frightening experience. I think the problem just got worse over time but we don’t go back behind our oven….he did. Watch out. No remorse and could’ve killed us. Service: Oven repair
