After a small # of uses, an Ld (leak detection) error occurred. Vision Appliance Repaired called to set up an appointment on Friday evening, rather than waiting for Monday to contact me. The call was early in the 24-hr call back window. Seif came out within a 2 business days. He found the problem (ie hose loose) within a hour, tighten the hose, ran the dishwasher. All is well. Pamela Sommers: Excellent sales and service but stay away from the extended warranty. For my gas Samsung range, the warranty does not cover the knobs two of which broke. Consumer Priority Service (CPS Customer Service) was extremely difficult to deal with in terms of responsiveness and attitude. Read the warranty carefully, it is more like a transmission warranty for your car. Knobs are specifically excluded and not deemed to be a functional part. I feel that I wasted the money ($125). By the way the knobs cost $25 each and I needed two. M and M did not push the warranty and I have nothing but praise for the store. It would thrill me if they stopped using CPS.

We completely renovated a house and needed everything (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, washer/dryer) under a pretty tight budget and time frame. We needed things delivered the following week! Our sales associate took their time putting together our list of appliances with our time and budget restriction in mind. Brian very patiently looked through all their warehouse items in the area so that we got everything we needed and we are extremely pleased with each appliance we’ve purchased. He also made sure we had everything needed to install the appliances. The prices were excellent. I will definitely come back if we need anything else in the future.

Riley Pagett: I’ve been waiting on a working refrigerator for nine months (a story for another day) so when our brand new refrigerator was delivered to us, we were eager to be back up and running. However, the company that delivered it to us refused to install it (we had paid for that, but that’s also another story for another day) and left it on our front porch, in the elements and all. I called several local businesses to see whether they’d be able to help with an install, and everyone told me “no” except Lee. He eagerly assisted and had my refrigerator in our house, installed, and in working order within an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Lee and his team. Geoffrey Aronow: I called, told them the problem, which involved repairing the upper rack. Within two hours, they called back, said they could get the parts, told me the cost of the repair and scheduled an appointment in a few days. The repair person called when they were on the way, arrived during the scheduled time frame, did the repair quickly, was very nice, gave me a good lead on getting another missing part, and charged me exactly what they had quoted. Since the repair just occurred, I cannot speak to whether there is any issue with the work done, but it looks fine and I will leave an update if there are any issues in the future. Steven Lew: Great experience. Manny is the man! Water was backing into my dishwasher forcing me to run the dishwasher every 4 hours to remove the water. It eventually flooded. I called Manny on Black Friday morning and he gave me an early PM appointment. I described the problem over the phone and he diagnosed the issue (valve problem), picked up the replacement valve, and fixed the problem within 3 hours. The earliest they could come out was at least 2 weeks out and the estimate was $450.00. So I did a quick google search for appliance repair near me and found Atlantic Appliance Repair. I called their number and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out the following day and check the dryer to let me know what was going on. The technician Hicham called me 15 minutes prior to arrival and was very nice and explained what was going on. He replaced the thermostat and cleaned everything out, he left everything cleaner than he found it. I was also happy to see that they applied the diagnostic fee to the total bill so they saved me over $150.00 compared to the other estimate I received. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends, and I will be using them now on for my repair needs. I also want to thank Hicham for making this process so simple and painless.
